About the Role
This is an ongoing, as-needed engagement—not a set number of hours per week. We'll bring you in when we need flyers for an event, social graphics for a campaign, or print materials for a promotion. We’re looking for an experienced Voice / Telephony Engineer to help us stabilize and complete an AI-driven call center integration.
This is not a generic chatbot project. The AI layer already exists. The challenge is at the telephony and call-flow level: SIP, inbound/outbound calls, audio handling, and reliable escalation.
The scope is well-defined and limited. We’re looking for someone senior who has already dealt with real-world voice issues (silent calls, music loops, auto-answer problems, etc.).
What you’ll work on:
Stabilizing inbound and outbound call flows
SIP / Twilio Voice configuration and debugging
IVR and call routing logic
Ensuring clean audio flow between telephony and AI
Proper call state handling, logging, and escalation

This was a huge project as I have a very large website made up of 5 different components. It isn't just a standard wordpress site.
But Trong was able to combine it all together and code the site efficiently for optimal loading time.

In order to use our software to record casual, natural conversations, we are looking for native English speakers in the UK. Sports, entertainment, music, relationships, and daily life are all themes that are simple and easy to understand.
This is a simple task; you are not expected to record all five items at once.
