Project Overview
I am seeking an experienced AI video creator/editor to turn completed scripts into realistic, human-looking Black American drama videos for YouTube.
This is not a cartoon, slideshow, talking-photo, or basic avatar project.
Quality reference: I am seeking a level of visual realism and overall production quality comparable to the videos on this channel https://www.youtube.com/@Storiesbyrachie. This channel is provided only as a quality reference; do not copy its characters, branding, footage, or individual scenes.
The stories include relationships, family conflict, business situations, betrayal, suspense, secrets, and mystery. I will provide the completed script, character descriptions, dialogue, and visual direction.
The selected freelancer will create the characters, locations, voices, movement, editing, and sound design.
Essential Requirements
• Photorealistic, live-action-style AI characters and environments
• Strong character and voice consistency throughout long-form videos

Budget and Long-Term Opportunity
The Upwork project budget is listed as $10,000 because the total budget is intended to be spread across multiple video assignments.
The $10,000 is not the price of one video and does not guarantee that the entire amount will be awarded to one freelancer. Individual videos up to 30 minutes will be paid at a flat rate of $30 to $45.

Selection will be based on the best combination of competitive pricing and demonstrated skill level, including portfolio quality, character consistency, realism, and ability to follow the project requirements. The lowest bid will not automatically be selected.
Longer videos may be discussed after a successful initial project. Do not submit an hourly rate or a price per finished minute.

Portfolio Evidence

The event will take place in Brooklyn, NY, and will run for 4 hours. I am looking for a saxaphone, trumpet, or electric guitar player to play 1-2 solos/hour, for a total of 4-8 solos. For each episode, I will provide a combination of recorded video, voiceover or audio tracks, photographs, project imagery, and a written script or creative direction. You will shape those materials into a cohesive story using pacing, music, text, transitions, sound design, and selective visual effects where appropriate.

Each topic will typically include:

One primary edit approximately 90–120 seconds long
Two or three shorter edits derived from the same material, generally 15–45 seconds each
Vertical formatting optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Captions or on-screen text suitable for viewers watching without sound
Licensed or royalty-free music and audio assets

The ideal editor will understand how to create a strong opening hook, maintain attention without making the work feel frantic, and find compelling short clips within a longer narrative. Architectural experience is not required, but an interest in design, documentary storytelling, history, or place-based content would be valuable.
