Project: Netcon Agro AI Promotional Video

This document provides all technical and creative specifications needed to quote the production of a short promotional video for Netcon Americas' product, Netcon Agro AI — a precision agriculture platform combining IoT, AI, and computer vision.

Duration: Up to 60 seconds, maximum 90 seconds. A 30-second cutdown for paid social may be quoted optionally. Format: 16:9 horizontal (1920×1080px, MP4/H.264), suitable for YouTube, LinkedIn, and website embedding.

Visual style: The video should combine high-quality real footage we will provide + imagebank (crops, drones, soil sensors, field operations, data screens) with 2D animated graphic overlays (icons, charts, maps, alerts).

The tone is technological, professional, and inspiring — consistent with a product pitch or innovation showcase. Brand colors are Netcon Blue (#1B4F8A), Technology/Agro Green (#2E7D32), white base, and light gray for supporting text.

All on-screen graphic elements, lower thirds, and call-to-action text must be in Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR).

Narrative structure: 7 scenes totaling 90 seconds maximum. The arc moves from problem (inefficient irrigation, rising input costs, data-less management) through a transition to the solution (Netcon Agro AI), a product demo sequence (sensors → cloud → AI → recommendations), team credibility, benefits (cost reduction, water savings, productivity), and a branded closing CTA.

Voice-over: The narration script is in Brazilian Portuguese and will be produced using an AI voice generation tool (e.g., ElevenLabs, Murf.ai, or equivalent) with a professional, warm Brazilian voice profile (male or female).

The editor/producer should account for receiving a finalized AI-generated MP3/WAV audio file for sync, or may quote the AI voice generation as an additional service.

The VO must be precisely synced to each scene's timecode window as specified in the detailed script document.

Subtitles: English subtitles (EN) are required for all platforms. These must be delivered as a separate SRT or VTT file — they must NOT be burned into the video.

The subtitle content is pre-written in English and provided in the attached script document, already aligned to each PT-BR voice-over segment.

The editor must implement the subtitle track and ensure it is properly synced to the VO.

Audio: The video requires a non-vocal background music track — inspiring and technological in character, starting soft during the problem scenes and building toward the climactic CTA. You can use current company's videos VO as a reference for AI creation.

Scene 1 (0–5s) requires ambient sound only (wind, insects, field silence). The editor may source or propose licensed or royalty-free music.

Deliverables expected:
(1) Final MP4 video, 1920×1080, H.264;
(2) English subtitle file, SRT or VTT, synced to VO;
(3) AI voice-over audio file, MP3 or WAV;
(4) optionally, project/source files for future editing.

All files to be delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer shared folder.

Footage sourcing: We have a good owned HighQuality footage for fields and the Software Screenshots. Overview: We're an upscale wood fire restaurant in Elk Grove, CA called Interlude. We have an 8-minute stringout and raw footage from a previous shoot that needs to be extracted, organized into content buckets, and cut into finished social media videos for Instagram and TikTok.

This is a two-phase project with an approval checkpoint between phases.

The Brand: Interlude is an elevated dining experience centered around a custom wood fire grill called the Inferno. The aesthetic is warm, confident, and cinematic — not casual. What You'll Be Doing
I shoot and rough-cut my own talking head videos — removing dead air, false starts, and bad takes. I hand you the cut version, and your job is to make it feel cinematic, branded, and scroll-stopping.
Post-Production Polish
You'll add an opening hook caption in the first 1–3 seconds — large, editorial Didot text that stops the scroll. You'll overlay studies, research screenshots, and styled stat cards when I reference data or proof points. For key study overlays, you'll create a layered depth effect — isolating my head/shoulders and placing the study behind me so I appear in front of the research (green-screen style masking). You'll overlay memes, funny images, and cultural reference screenshots with comedic timing when I make jokes or references. You'll add minimal, tasteful sound effects at key moments (3–5 per video max — subtle pings, whooshes, not cartoon sounds). And you'll create a thumbnail as the first frame of every video (first 0.1 seconds) so it works as the TikTok cover.
Brand Consistency
You'll work within a defined color palette: navy, light blue, beige, soft caramel, and white. Use Didot for headlines and hook text, clean sans-serif for supporting text. The overall tone is warm, cinematic, and editorial — not overproduced, not generic.
I have a detailed editing instruction manual that covers all of this. You'll get it on day one — it's your playbook, not a test.

🚀 Role Overview
As a Post Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow
of a pod consisting of:
● 10–15 Editors (junior & senior)
● 2–3 Reviewers
● 1 Post Production Manager (your direct report)
You will act as the central communication and tracking hub to ensure all episodes move
efficiently from raw footage → edit → review → delivery.


🎯 Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate and track episodes across all stages of post production
● Assign and manage editor workloads based on priorities and deadlines
● Ensure all assets (footage, music, graphics, notes) are properly organized and
accessible
● Monitor progress daily and proactively identify bottlenecks
● Communicate clearly with Editors, Reviewers, and Post Production Manager
● Ensure all revisions and feedback are implemented correctly
● Track approvals and final deliveries
● Maintain project management systems (Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, Frame.io,
etc.)
● Help enforce workflows, SOPs, and deadlines (including weekly payment request
tracking)

● Experience working with distributed/remote creative teams

● Basic editing knowledge (you don’t need to edit, but you should understand the process)

Immediate Project
A short-form capabilities reel for display at Experiential Marketing Summit (EMS) 2026 in Las Vegas. The video will run on a monitor at our kiosk on a continuous loop throughout the show.
The audience is: experiential marketing agencies, event fabricators, and corporate brand teams.
The video needs to communicate three things clearly and quickly:

-The caliber of brands we work with
-The quality of our physical bar builds and drink design
-The energy and scale of the events we execute

Deliverables for this project:

-One polished looping video, estimated 90 seconds to 2 minutes
-Exported in 1080p minimum, optimized for monitor display
-Loop-ready with no hard start or end point


Ongoing Scope
Beyond the immediate project, the right candidate will take on:

-Short form social media edits for Instagram and TikTok
-Event recap videos from activations
-Brand pitch and capabilities content
-Creative motion and typography work as needed

We move fast and the content needs to match the level of the brands we work with. This is not a volume play — we prioritize quality over quantity on everything we put out.
