About the Role
The Outreach Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition and agency growth for Reason Agency. This individual leads prospect outreach, nurtures prospects, and converts qualified opportunities into appointments.
The Outreach Specialist collaborates with sales and partnership team leads to ensure consistent communication, accurate forecasting, and seamless handoffs.
This role requires a motivated, metrics-driven professional with strong communication skills and a hunger to achieve.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Lead Identification & Prospecting
Identify rapid-growth DTC brands within the Telehealth and Health/Wellness sectors.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and industry databases to find key decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth).
Mine our existing CRM for "dormant" leads or opportunities to ask for referrals.
2. Outreach Execution
Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, Cold Email, and CRM-based prospecting.
Personalize outreach at scale to ensure high open and response rates.
Manage initial replies, overcome "gatekeeper" objections, and nurture interest.
KPIs: 150+ outbound touch points per week.
3. Qualification & Booking
Vetting prospects to ensure they meet our Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
Clearly articulate the REASON value proposition to spark interest.
Coordinate schedules to book Discovery Calls directly onto the Sales Team’s calendars.
KPIs: 5 Qualified Discovery Calls booked per week.
4. CRM Hygiene & Reporting
Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).
Track conversion rates from "Sent" to "Reply" to "Booked Call."
Submit a weekly scorecard every Monday morning.
KPIs: 100% CRM data accuracy; weekly reporting compliance.
Qualifications
Fluency in English: Perfect written and verbal communication is non-negotiable.
Direct Experience: Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or SDR roles (preferably for agencies or SaaS).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) landscape or Telehealth is a massive plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold email automation platforms (Instantly, Apollo, etc.).
Mindset: You are a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding and thrives on hitting (and exceeding) daily targets.

Position: Lead Flow Coordinator (Remote | Real Estate Wholesaling)
We operate a fast-moving, multi-state real estate wholesaling business. This role is not administrative support. It is a mission-critical operations role responsible for building, protecting, and moving our lead pipeline without delay or data loss.
If you need step-by-step instructions to work efficiently, this is probably not a fit for you.
Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
You will own the front end of our lead machine:
Build highly specific prospect lists using county records, assessor data, tax delinquency, code violations, probate, divorce, absentee, etc. You will also leverage data providers to build lists.
Research county systems independently (no hand-holding) and document access paths.
Clean, normalize, and validate data before upload.
Load and manage campaigns in REIReply (and/or compatible CRMs).
-Tax Delinquent campaigns, FSBO Campaigns, On Market MLS Campaigns, Etc
Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Assign inbound leads to the correct team member in real time.
Ensure zero lead leaks, delays, or misrouting.
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and clear status tagging.
Flag system bottlenecks before they become problems.
What “Good” Looks Like in This Role

Required Experience (Mandatory)

Comfortable working independently across multiple counties/states.
Proven ability to manage repetitive systems without losing accuracy.

We interviewed twice and he was very enthusiastic about the job. On the second day of scheduled work Hernel sent me a message that he was dealing with some sort of emergency. Not a good sign but life is life. I wished him well with whatever was going on. We then connected briefly over the weekend to prepare for a more formal kickoff of work on Monday morning. We established a 5 minute touch base meeting every morning. Hernel missed the kickoff meeting. He has since logged on to whats app numerous times and did not have the decency or professionalism to communicate what whatever was going on, or even if the role was no longer a fit for him.
I then paused Hernel's contract as this will usually elicit at least some level of a response. It is now a day later and no word. This freelancer abandoned the job BEFORE ever even starting.
Ironically, in the initial interview process, Hernel asked what the main challenge in has been hiring and having someone excel in the role. I replied that part time work does not mean that you do not show up. That is exactly what transpired.
This has been my experience for the most part on this platform. Business owners, proceed with extreme caution. Sadly, I would not recommend Hernel for any tasks or roles due to his lack of professionalism or communication. It is not ok to pretend as if you are ready to work, only to scam a few hours of pay here and there. horrible experience and to this day no response at all.

She was supposed to be an integral member of the team with key tasks such as lead management in the CRM, Transaction Coordination (which is her alleged specialty and background) and administrative and document management. Her demeanor was pleasant, but we immediately noticed that tasks weren’t getting done.
Within the first week, Rhea seemed a bit distracted and admitted that she had "not been in the CRM as much" which was the bulk of her job. My operations manager had a quick meeting to remind Rhea of the importance of logging tasks in the CRM as they were completed, and to hav a daily touch base via upwork chat, and to let us know if she had any questions as she went. She affirmed her understanding and we saw a slight improvement for one day. In the second week, she worked about half of her alotted hours and was not able to complete the simplest of tasks that were still overdue from week one. She never notified us about any obstructions, she agreed and was pleasant, but just did not show up intentionally and ready to work.
In her third week, Rhea worked 10 minutes. She did not complete the importation of a key lead list into the CRM and actually stopped communication with our skip tracer.
I have not heard back from her to this day. In one of our early conversations she mentioned that she had aspiration to start her own agency. Maybe that is the reason that she has gone MIA. If I am wrong, maybe, just maybe she would have the decency to let me know as much. Otherwise I can only assume that this freelancer took a job and barely worked it in order to earn some quick cash. I would hate to think that this was the case, but to any one who is considering hiring her based on her previous experience – I would think twice!!
A bad hire is so much more costly than the money paid. It is time, it is timelines, it is true business impact that gets affected from the other side of the world. I have noticed this trend with many freelancers on this site as people just take jobs and do mediocre work and repeat. I have been on this site for many years and try to give fair, honest, unbiased reviews in order to make the site and the experience of clients and freelancers better - if only to avoid such terrible experiences!

The freelancer did intermittent, subpar work, with little to no communication or feedback of what was planned, what was done, and was on schedule for the next weeks. Even worse Harry posted information that misrepresented the company by advertising a service and designation that we do not have. I explained that this was absolutely unacceptable and asked him to correct.
After a few similar errors and general sloppiness, we paused the contract to have a few skype meetings on what the goals were and how we could best achieve them. Harry said that he would work on a brand new proposal based on our conversation and re-engage the project. It has been over 3 weeks of delaying and asking for more time and I have not received any deliverable yet.
I am now left in a worse position from when Harry started as the company has been misrepresented, the work has been incomplete, and Harry has not even had the decency to explain what was done, where it was posted or what the advertising messages have been. This has been a disaster and makes me question whether or not this freelancer ever had the requisite skills that they reported on their profile. Proceed with caution, better yet do not proceed at all!

The reporting was a bit sloppy and not easily legible and the freelancers guidance on the metatags and keywords seemed like a cookie cutter approach instead of truly listening to what my business does and what would work best for my audience. She insisted that we used keyword searched terms instead of actually describing my business. The result was a grammatically incorrect header (all in pursuit of ranking). After consultation with other experts in the field they advised that this would actually devalue my site in terms of quality. I made many different observations through out the job and it seemed like Pragya was a bit more preoccupied with racking up hours. Even as the project ended and I provided her with all of the constructive feedback that I could, she provided a one sentence reply and asked for an excellent review so that she could earn more jobs. Hmph
***Update. After reviewing the feedback, Pragya reached back out in an attempt to correct issues and to re-focus on the job. I am hopeful that we will get better results this time around. It shows alot of character to come back to the job and work to client satisfaction. She is working hard to correct issues and there will be a further update upon completion.
