WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

You will be embedded as a senior designer across our client portfolio. This is not a one-off job, it is an ongoing creative partnership.

Day-to-day work spans print and collateral such as leaflets, brochures, flyers, pitch decks, banners and event materials.
It includes social media design, producing reusable branded templates and campaign assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

A significant portion of the role is video editing, taking raw footage and images, both human-shot and AI-generated, and blending them into polished content for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.

AI TOOLS — A GENUINE REQUIREMENT, NOT A NICE-TO-HAVE

A significant part of our creative output blends AI-generated imagery and video with human-shot content. You need to be actively using these tools today, not learning them from scratch.

We want someone who can make AI-assisted and human-created assets sit seamlessly together in a single piece of content.

For image generation we expect familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Ideogram or Stable Diffusion.

For AI video, tools like Runway ML, Kling, Sora, Pika or Luma Dream Machine.

For audio and voice, ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast or Descript.
For workflow and enhancement, ChatGPT or Claude for ideation, Topaz for upscaling, Remove.bg and CapCut AI.
You do not need to be expert in every tool listed, but you should be actively working with tools from each category and able to show examples of blended AI and human creative work in your portfolio.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Full Adobe Suite proficiency across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects is non-negotiable.
You must have Canva Pro expertise and be comfortable creating and managing branded templates across multiple client workspaces.

Strong video editing skills are essential, including pacing, captions, sound sync and platform-specific formats for all major channels.

Clear, fluent spoken English is essential, not optional. You will join video calls directly with our clients, and your English level will directly influence where your rate sits within our range.
You must be able to dedicate 5 working days per week out of 7 to Think Mad projects.
