4. LEGAL & OWNERSHIP (MANDATORY)

Work Made for Hire: All work performed under this contract (including all trial concepts and final designs) is a "Work Made for Hire" under copyright law.

100% Rights Transfer: Upon payment of any milestone, full and exclusive ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights for the work delivered are transferred immediately to the Client and his assigns.

Usage & Trademark: The Client retains the right to trademark, modify, and use the designs for any commercial or non-commercial purpose globally, in perpetuity.

Warranty: The designer warrants that the work is 100% original and does not infringe on any third-party trademarks or copyrights.

Font Mandate: Use only "Open Source" fonts (Google Fonts) such as Syne. No paid fonts without prior written approval.


5. TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES (REQUIRED FILE SUITE)

The designer must provide the following formats for both versions (including versions with and without the ™ symbol):

AI (Adobe Illustrator): The master layered source file.

EPS: Vector for large-scale printing.

SVG: Scalable Vector Graphics for web.

PNG: High-resolution (300 DPI) with a transparent background.

PDF: Print-ready document.

Brand Style Sheet: Listing exact Font Names used and Hex Codes for all colors.


6. PHASE 1: THE PAID TRIAL ($30)

The Deliverable: You will deliver three (3) distinct black-and-white concepts of the STC0 Shorthand Mark based on the geometric rules in Section 2.

File Format: These must be delivered as Vector files (.AI or .PDF). I need to see the geometric construction and clean lines; image renderings or JPEGs are not acceptable for this phase.

The Goal: This trial is to ensure the designer understands the specific "3-piece shift" and the 5° slant required for the brand identity.


7. PROJECT BUDGET & MILESTONES

Total Project Budget: $200.00

Milestone 1 (Paid Trial): $30.00. This covers the delivery of three (3) STC0 Shorthand concepts in vector format to prove technical execution of the "3-piece shift" and "5° slant."

Milestone 2 (Final Selection & Full Package): $170.00. Awarded to the selected winner. This covers the development and final delivery of the complete dual-logo system (the full "STATIC ZER0" wordmark + the "STC0" shorthand mark) and the full technical file suite (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, PDF, and Brand Style Sheet) as defined in Section 5.

Selection Logic: I am hiring three (3) finalists for the $30.00 Milestone 1 trial. Only one (1) designer will be selected to proceed to the $170.00 Milestone 2. Payment of the $30.00 trial fee concludes the contract for the designers not selected for the final phase.
