Enterprise-Grade SaaS Website UX/UI, QA & Consistency Audit
Applied

|
I am seeking an experienced UX/UI and Website QA specialist to conduct an independent review of the completed ProofCall™ public-facing website.
ProofCall™ is a pre-launch, enterprise-grade communication and trust-infrastructure platform designed around identity verification, consent governance, authority verification, role-based access, auditable activity, and evidence preservation. This is not a basic brochure website, generic WordPress project, or simple calling/payment application. The website represents a sophisticated product ecosystem intended for individuals, professionals, organizations, agencies, and other high-trust environments. The website is already being professionally designed and developed. I am not hiring someone to redesign or rebuild it. I need an independent specialist to identify genuine inconsistencies, defects, usability issues, responsive problems, accessibility concerns, messaging conflicts, and areas that do not meet an enterprise-grade presentation standard. Scope The audit should evaluate the completed website across desktop and mobile, including: * UX/UI and design-system consistency * Typography, spacing, alignment and visual hierarchy * Desktop/mobile responsiveness * Navigation and information architecture * Product and feature presentation * Terminology and messaging consistency * CTA and conversion-path consistency * Forms, buttons, links and interaction states * Accessibility/WCAG observations * Readability and contrast * Basic front-end/performance observations * HTTPS/mixed-content or obvious implementation issues * Image, icon and visual-asset consistency * Commercial-use/licensing concerns that are reasonably identifiable * Pre-launch versus operational product positioning * Overly absolute or inconsistent security, trust, verification or evidence claims * Overall enterprise SaaS credibility and presentation The objective is precision and consistency, not subjective redesign. Required Deliverable I require an actionable written Website Audit & Remediation Matrix, preferably structured as: Page/URL | Screenshot | Finding | Severity | Explanation | Recommended Correction | Status Findings should be prioritized as: Critical | High | Medium | Low Recommendations must be specific enough for my existing development team to implement. I do not want a report filled with generic observations simply to increase the number of findings. Post-Remediation Verification Please state whether your proposal includes a follow-up review after my existing development team completes the corrections. The final verification should classify findings as: Resolved | Partially Resolved | Not Resolved Important: Existing Development Team The successful freelancer is being retained as an independent auditor, not as a replacement for the current development team. Do not propose a complete redesign unless you identify a material problem that objectively warrants one. Initial auditing should be performed against the completed public website and materials I specifically authorize. Production hosting, database, WordPress administrator access, source code, patent materials, or confidential internal documentation will not automatically be provided. Experience Relevant experience may include: Enterprise SaaS • Legal-Tech • RegTech/Compliance Technology • Identity & Access Management • Cybersecurity/Trust Platforms • Evidence/Document Management • Complex B2B Platforms You do not need experience in every category. Pricing Expectations I am looking for an experienced professional at a reasonable and competitive fixed price. This is a defined independent audit—not an open-ended consulting engagement or website redevelopment project. I am not interested in inflated agency-style pricing or proposals that add unnecessary services to increase the project cost. I value expertise and will pay fairly for high-quality work, but proposals should be proportionate to the actual scope and deliverables. Target budget: $500–$1,000 fixed price. A proposal slightly outside this range may be considered if the freelancer demonstrates clear additional value, but overpriced proposals without a corresponding increase in scope or deliverable quality will not be considered. When Applying Please provide: 1. Relevant UX/UI or website audit experience. 2. Examples of enterprise-grade or complex SaaS websites you have reviewed. 3. A redacted sample audit/remediation report, if available. 4. Your fixed price for the complete scope. 5. Expected turnaround time. 6. Confirmation that desktop and mobile are included. 7. Whether post-remediation verification is included. 8. Whether you personally perform the work or delegate it. 9. A brief explanation of how you distinguish an objective UX/QA defect from a subjective design preference. Please do not submit a generic agency proposal. I am specifically looking for a focused, independent professional who can perform a rigorous review and provide an actionable remediation report at a reasonable cost.

IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Product Design / UX Strategy Lead to help us make an existing AI consumer product dramatically more intuitive, cohesive, and easy to use. LifeWeaver is a family memory and storytelling platform that helps people turn their photos, conversations, and life experiences into meaningful stories and keepsakes. We already have a functioning product, developers, and design resources. We are not looking for someone whose primary job is making screens look beautiful. We need someone who can step above individual screens and determine how the product experience should actually work. We need someone who can begin TODAY. Our product is already built and we have an important launch deadline approaching, so we need someone who can get into the product immediately, understand the user experience quickly, identify the highest-priority UX problems, and start giving our design and development team actionable direction right away. You will be responsible for: • Evaluating the overall user journey from signup through activation and ongoing use • Identifying where users may become confused, overwhelmed, or drop off • Determining the best information architecture, navigation, hierarchy, and screen structure • Deciding what users should see first, what they should do next, and why • Determining CTA placement and visual/interaction hierarchy • Applying a deep understanding of user behavior and psychology to product decisions • Simplifying complicated functionality into experiences that feel obvious and intuitive • Reviewing existing designs and recommending what should be changed, removed, combined, or prioritized • Creating or directing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns where needed • Giving clear direction to our designers and developers about how the experience should be structured • Helping us improve onboarding, activation, usability, and retention • Ensuring the experience feels consistent across the entire product We are looking for someone very senior. Ideally, you have 10+ years of product design / UX experience, including significant experience leading product experience for consumer software, mobile apps, or SaaS products. You should be able to look at a product and confidently say: “This user should not land here.” “This step is creating unnecessary friction.” “This CTA is competing with the actual goal of the screen.” “These three steps should become one.” “The user needs to understand this before we ask them to do that.” We value strategic product thinking more than pixel-perfect visual design. You should still understand excellent UI, but your greatest strength should be designing the experience, journey, behavior, and structure of the product. Experience with consumer products, AI products, onboarding and activation optimization, usability research, and complex products that need to feel simple is especially valuable. Please only apply if you can begin reviewing the product TODAY and have meaningful availability over the next 1–2 weeks. WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE INCLUDE: 1. Confirm whether you can start today and how many hours you can devote over the next 7–14 days. 2. Examples of products where you were responsible for the overall UX/product experience, not simply the visual design. 3. Briefly explain how you approach auditing an existing consumer product and identifying the most important UX changes. 4. Tell us what decisions you personally owned on the examples you provide. Please do not apply if your experience is primarily graphic design, branding, website design, or executing UI screens from specifications. We are specifically looking for a senior product experience thinker who can help determine what the product should do and how it should work for the user.

I’m the owner of Leopard Lipstick, an online women’s fashion boutique currently going through a brand refresh.
I’m looking for an experienced e-commerce specialist to optimize my women’s fashion boutique, automate my Shopify + CJ Dropshipping order/fulfillment process, and set up Shopify Email automations. I’d also like someone experienced with expanding Shopify catalogs to marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop, with a strong focus on e-commerce operations and conversion—not SEO. 1. CJ Dropshipping + Shopify Automation — HIGH PRIORITY My store currently uses CJ Dropshipping, but I’m manually processing orders. I need someone with direct experience integrating CJ Dropshipping with Shopify and automating the fulfillment workflow. I’m specifically looking for help with: * Shopify → CJ order automation * Automatic order fulfillment/routing * Product synchronization * Inventory/price synchronization * Tracking number/status synchronization back to Shopify * Customer shipping notifications * Troubleshooting any existing integration issues This is a critical part of the project, so please only apply if you have direct CJ Dropshipping + Shopify experience. 2. Shopify Store Design + Conversion Optimization Our Instagram has recently undergone a complete brand refresh and now has a cohesive, elevated, editorial fashion aesthetic. I want the Shopify website to feel like an extension of that brand rather than a traditional dropshipping catalog. I already have an existing Shopify store/theme. I’m not looking for a completely custom website at this stage. I’d like help with: * Homepage redesign/refresh * Navigation and collection organization * Product-page presentation * Mobile UX * Stronger calls-to-action * New Arrivals / Best Sellers / Featured collections * Product imagery and visual merchandising * Creating a cohesive experience between Instagram and the website * Conversion-focused improvements We are also beginning to create AI-generated model/product imagery that we’d like to incorporate into the website. 3. Shopify Email Automation We currently use Shopify Email, so I would prefer someone who is comfortable working within Shopify’s native email system rather than requiring us to move to another platform. I’d like help setting up and optimizing our foundational automated email marketing, including: * Welcome emails * Abandoned checkout/cart * Post-purchase * Customer re-engagement/win-back * New-arrival/product campaigns * Email signup/pop-up strategy Who I’m looking for Someone who understands e-commerce as a complete funnel, not simply someone who makes Shopify websites look pretty. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience with: Shopify + CJ Dropshipping + Shopify Email + e-commerce conversion optimization. Please include: 1. Examples of Shopify fashion/e-commerce stores you’ve worked on 2. Specific examples of CJ Dropshipping + Shopify automation you’ve implemented 3. Examples of Shopify Email automation you’ve set up 4. Your hourly rate or estimated project cost 5. Estimated timeline 6. What you would prioritize first if you were taking over Leopard Lipstick today Please do not send a generic Shopify portfolio. I’m specifically looking for someone with direct CJ Dropshipping + Shopify experience. Client's questions:

UI/UX Designer for a Website Consolidation Project

This project will consolidate six existing websites into one cohesive corporate website, creating a more unified brand and user experience.
Site content will be reorganized into a clear, intuitive information architecture designed to make content easy to find and navigate. Particular attention will be given to navigation structure, usability, and interaction patterns across both desktop and mobile experiences. As part of the initial creative exploration, two to three (2–3) visual design directions will be created. Each direction will include one (1) homepage concept with navigation and one (1) representative interior page, presented in both desktop and mobile views. Color accessibility and color-blindness testing will also be conducted to help ensure readability, usability, and visual clarity across the proposed designs. Once a creative direction has been selected and approved by the client, a complete set of high-fidelity screens and reusable UI components will be developed in Figma. These designs will be organized into an interactive prototype for internal review, client presentation, and development reference. This scope of UI/UX work is based on approximately forty (40) unique page templates and ten to fifteen (10–15) reusable page modules. This is not set in stone, but meant to be an approximate gauge for size understanding. A page template is a reusable page structure designed around a specific type of content or functionality, such as a product detail page, category page, or resource page. A module is a reusable content or interface component that can be used across multiple pages throughout the website, such as a content grid, image carousel, call-to-action section, or newsletter sign-up form. Once prepped and handed over to the design team, the designer will be involved in reviewing and approving the developed site. Expert knowledge of Figma, timeliness, excellent communication skills, and exceptional design are a must.

I’m building an early-stage garden visualization product and need a developer to create a focused technical proof of concept. I already have the product concept, UX direction, interactive prototype, and MVP specification. The goal is to let users upload a garden photo, select from about 5 sample plants, place and reposition plants, resize them with reasonable proportions, switch between growth stages and seasonal versions, and save or export the final image. The most important requirement is that the plants should look reasonably believable in the garden rather than like a sticker pasted onto a photograph.
A simple web-based working prototype demonstrating: Upload photo → choose plant → place/resize → change growth stage → change season → save result This does not need App Store deployment or production infrastructure. Client's questions:

I have built a microlearning course using Articulate Rise 360 and need a skilled e-learning developer with strong graphic skills to give it a professional, highly polished visual upgrade. The content and core structure are already complete; the focus of this project is strictly on visual design, formatting, and user experience (UX) enhancement.
I want the learner to be wowed with the look of the course and the simplicity of the message being delivered. I also want this to take 5 to 8 minutes to complete. Key Responsibilities: • Review the existing Articulate Rise microlearning course. • Enhance the visual layout using advanced block configurations, custom spacing, and padding adjustments. • Ensure consistent branding, typography, and cohesive color palettes throughout the module. • Upgrade current visual assets (e.g., recommend better imagery, icons, or design cleaner interactive elements like accordions, tabs, and process blocks). • Ensure seamless, intuitive navigation and mobile responsiveness.

Senior Luxury WordPress/Elementor Web Designer + Creative Developer | UX/UI, Motion & AI Video
A1Body Concierge is a premium, NP-led private post-operative care company in Miami, providing one-on-one recovery support to cosmetic and plastic surgery patients in hotels, Airbnbs, and private residences. We are seeking an expert-level web designer + creative developer to completely redesign and elevate our existing WordPress/Elementor website. This is NOT a basic Elementor refresh or template customization. We want a sophisticated digital experience combining luxury UX/UI, creative development, cinematic storytelling, motion, conversion strategy, and AI-generated visual/video content. CREATIVE DIRECTION Our website should feel like: Luxury Hospitality × Private Healthcare × Miami Lifestyle Think: Miami, cinematic, editorial, sophisticated, clinical, warm, private, modern, concierge, premium. We want to retain our existing brand identity and core colors while dramatically elevating the typography, imagery, layout, movement, storytelling, and overall user experience. The website should feel closer to a luxury hotel, premium wellness brand, or editorial lifestyle brand than a traditional healthcare website. We DO NOT want a generic medical, home-health, med-spa, plastic-surgery, or Elementor-template aesthetic. CURRENT PLATFORM Our website is currently built on WordPress + Elementor, and we prefer to retain this infrastructure if our vision can be achieved without compromising performance, SEO, scalability, or mobile experience. The ideal developer should be highly experienced with Elementor but not limited by Elementor, with the ability to incorporate custom CSS/JavaScript, GSAP or similar animation technology, advanced transitions, scroll interactions, video, and custom responsive behavior. HOMEPAGE VISION We envision a full-screen cinematic opening experience beginning with beautiful Miami coastline/skyline imagery and transitioning into a luxury hotel/residence where a post-operative patient is receiving attentive private care. Conceptually: Miami → Luxury Stay → Recovery → Private A1Body Care We are open to combining AI-generated video, real A1Body footage, photography, motion graphics, and cinematic editing to accomplish this. The result should feel like a luxury brand campaign while remaining fast and optimized for mobile. CUSTOMER JOURNEY Immediately after the hero, we want a sophisticated: “Not sure where to start? We’ll guide you through your recovery.” with three interactive pathways: 01 — Speak With a Clinical Specialist 02 — Find Your Level of Care 03 — Reserve Your Care These should feel like luxury editorial experiences—not ordinary buttons or service boxes. CARE PACKAGE EXPERIENCE — HIGH PRIORITY We need to completely rethink how our care packages are presented. Patients should be able to understand their options within 10–15 seconds without reading large amounts of text. Our primary care levels include: Simplistic — 2-Day Care For select lower-support recoveries with a reliable companion. Not available for tummy tuck recovery. LUXE — 3-Day Care Higher-touch professional support beginning on surgery day, including overnight care and continued early recovery assistance. A1Body Extended — 5-Day Care Our most comprehensive option for patients wanting extended professional support and continuity throughout early recovery. We want a highly visual comparison using elements such as timelines, day indicators, overnight care, companion requirements, support levels, procedure suitability, icons, checkmarks, and “Best For” recommendations. Each package should lead to its own dedicated landing page. ADDITIONAL WEBSITE EXPERIENCE The redesign should also include or establish a scalable system for: • Procedure-specific landing pages — Tummy Tuck, BBL, Liposuction, Mommy Makeover, Breast Surgery, etc. • Patient-journey pages — Traveling to Miami for surgery, recovering without a companion, hotel/Airbnb recovery, private post-op care. • About A1Body — Editorial storytelling around our founder, clinical leadership, philosophy, standards, and team. • Post-Op Supplies — Presented as a curated premium recovery boutique rather than a basic store. • Testimonials & Trust — Elevated patient reviews, credentials, financing, FAQs, social content, and clinical credibility. CONCIERGE LEAD CAPTURE We want a subtle, luxury concierge-style callback experience: Planning your post-op recovery? Our A1Body team is here to help. Call Us Now | Have Us Call You The callback option should open a beautiful minimal form. It should feel like requesting assistance from a five-star hotel concierge, not completing a generic sales form. MOBILE EXPERIENCE Mobile is extremely important because many patients discover us through social media, Google, and referrals. The mobile site must be intentionally designed—not simply a compressed desktop version—with excellent speed, navigation, package comparison, video optimization, and conversion functionality. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Ideal experience includes: WordPress/Elementor • Luxury Web Design • Figma • UX/UI • Custom CSS/JavaScript • GSAP/Motion • Responsive Design • AI Video/Imagery • Landing Pages • CRO • SEO Fundamentals • Performance Optimization Experience in luxury hospitality, beauty, fashion, wellness, premium lifestyle, or high-end medical aesthetics is highly desirable. TO APPLY Start your proposal with “A1BODY LUXURY” and provide 3 LIVE websites you personally designed/developed that best demonstrate your luxury/interactive capabilities. Please answer: 1. Would you keep our WordPress/Elementor infrastructure or recommend another approach, and why? 2. How would you execute the Miami → luxury residence → private bedside care cinematic concept? 3. How would you make our packages understandable within 10–15 seconds? 4. Do you personally handle both UX/UI and development? 5. Can you create/art-direct AI video and motion assets? 6. How would you protect mobile speed/Core Web Vitals while using cinematic content? 7. What is your estimated timeline and budget for a project of this scope? We are looking for a creative partner who can establish the direction—not simply someone waiting for us to tell them where to place each element. Client's questions:

Microsoft Copilot + Power Apps Specialist

|
We want a business user with no development background to build a working business application end to end using Microsoft Copilot inside Power Apps — with zero help from IT after the environment is handed to them.
IT sets up the sandbox once. After that, the citizen developer describes what they need in plain English, Copilot builds it, and the person tests and publishes it themselves. We want to know whether that is real today, where it breaks, and exactly what IT has to configure up front so it works. You will prove it by doing it yourself first, then writing the playbook that lets someone else repeat it. Scope of work — three deliverables 1) Account and environment configuration (Copilot + Power Platform) • Audit what we have and tell us plainly what is missing: Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, Copilot Studio, Power Apps licensing (Premium vs Developer Plan), Dataverse capacity, Copilot Credits, and any tenant switches that gate Copilot features in Power Apps. • Configure a clean citizen-developer sandbox environment with Dataverse: environment group, DLP policy, publisher and prefix, an empty solution, security roles, and the sharing and solution-checker settings that keep it inside governance. • Turn on and validate the Copilot features that matter: Copilot in Power Apps (Plan designer / “start with a plan”, Copilot in the table and app designers, generative pages), plus any preview features you recommend — with the region and cross-region data-movement settings that non-US environments need. • Produce a written configuration record: every setting changed, where it lives, why, and what it would cost per user at 5, 25 and 100 users. 2) Build the reference application — using Copilot, not by hand Build a working business app in that sandbox driven by Copilot prompts, not by manual clicking. We care as much about how it was built as about the result, so you will record the prompts and the interventions. Minimum shape of the app: Element Requirement Tables 3 related Dataverse tables Relationships 2 (one cascading parent→child, one restricted) Columns ~10 per table including choice, currency, date, yes/no, and at least 8 calculated or rollup columns Forms A main form per table with tabbed sections and sub-grids, plus one quick-create form Business rules 3 rules: a conditional required field, a warning message on the form, and a blocked save with a message Reports 6 charts/views: column, horizontal bar, line/trend, stacked bar with two dimensions, a filtered list view, and a two-series comparison Dashboard 1 dashboard presenting all six in a 3×2 grid, set as the app’s default page Data ~400 rows of synthetic sample data, generated by you — no real data will be shared App A published app with a working navigation / sitemap We will give the selected freelancer the full written specification — the exact tables, columns, rules and eight acceptance tests — under NDA. It is a loss-mitigation / case-tracking scenario; nothing about it requires domain knowledge. Along the way you will deliver a prompt log: every prompt you gave Copilot, what it produced, what it got wrong, and every time you had to leave Copilot and do something by hand. That log is a primary deliverable, not a side note — it is how we judge whether a non-developer could have done the same thing. 3) The citizen-developer kit: setup guide, training, and evidence • Step-by-step IT setup runbook. Screenshot-level instructions for provisioning a new citizen developer: environment, licences, roles, DLP, solution, and the handover checklist. Written so an IT admin can follow it without asking you questions. • Citizen-developer training material (60–90 minutes of content): what Copilot in Power Apps can and cannot do, the tools they will touch, how to write a prompt that produces a good data model, how to iterate when the result is wrong, when to stop and ask IT, and how to test their own app before declaring it done. Written guide plus a slide deck or short screen recordings. • A prompt library: 15–25 tested, copy-paste prompts covering data model, forms, views, charts, dashboards, business rules, sample data and refinement — each with a note on what it reliably produces and what it does not. • A “what still needs IT” list: the honest boundary. Everything Copilot could not do, with the workaround and how long the workaround takes. Methodology we expect you to follow We run AI-assisted builds against an internal seven-checkpoint review method (our “Gauntlet” playbook). It is simple, and you will be given the template: 1. Requirements — a one-page spec the business owner approves before anything is built 2. Architecture / data model — tables, relationships and keys reviewed before the first form 3. Screens & UX — forms, views and navigation reviewed against the spec 4. Logic (Power Fx / calculated columns) — formulas reviewed for correctness and delegation 5. Automation (Power Automate, if used) — flows reviewed for error handling 6. QA — the eight acceptance tests run in the published app, with evidence 7. Production readiness — solution export, ALM path, security roles, and a go / no-go Your work is checkpointed against this: each deliverable is reviewed at its checkpoint before you move on. If you already work this way under another name, say so in your proposal. What we provide • A non-production Microsoft 365 / Power Platform tenant to work in, and the licences you tell us are required • The written app specification and the eight acceptance tests • A named counterpart for questions and checkpoint reviews, typically responding same-day • No production access and no real data — synthetic only Required experience • Demonstrable, recent Power Platform delivery: model-driven and canvas apps on Dataverse, business rules, calculated and rollup columns, charts, dashboards, solutions and ALM • Hands-on with Copilot in Power Apps as it actually is in 2026 — Plan designer, Copilot in the designers, generative pages — including a clear view of the current limits • Power Platform administration: environments, environment groups, DLP, security roles, licensing models, capacity • Comfortable producing documentation and training for non-technical people, in clear written English • Bonus: Copilot Studio agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot / Cowork, Power BI embedded in model-driven apps, GitHub Copilot with the Power Platform plugins, Entra app registrations What you must include in your proposal Applications without these are not reviewed. 1. Two or three examples of apps you built using Copilot in Power Apps, with screenshots or a short screen recording. For at least one, tell us what you typed, what Copilot produced, and what you had to fix by hand. Redact client names as needed — we care about the mechanics, not the logos. 2. One example of documentation or training you wrote for non-technical users. A page of it is enough. 3. Your honest answer in 3–4 sentences: today, can a business user build an app of the shape described above with Copilot alone and no IT help? Where does it break first? We are not looking for a yes — we are looking for someone who knows. 4. Your availability over the next three weeks and your fixed-price bid by milestone. 5. Start your proposal with the word GAUNTLET so we know you read this.

I’m looking for a MailPoet/WordPress specialist with a strong eye for email design and UX to help me finalize my email subscription system for a Spanish-language travel brand.
The existing MailPoet setup is already mostly configured. I need someone to review what is already in place, test the complete subscriber journey, fix any relevant issues, and create a professional, cohesive and reusable email design system. ⚠️ Spanish is required The blog, subscriber journey and emails are in Spanish. You must be comfortable understanding Spanish and working with Spanish-language email content and interfaces. Applications from any country are welcome, but Spanish proficiency is required. What I need ⚙️ Technical & UX review Review and test the complete subscriber journey: Subscription form → confirmation email → confirmation → subscriber list → welcome automation → welcome email Check for relevant technical, usability and email-rendering issues and fix reasonable problems within the existing MailPoet/WordPress setup. The infrastructure is already largely configured, so I am not looking for a complete rebuild or unnecessary changes to DNS/SMTP. 🎨 Email design system Create a cohesive visual system for: Subscription confirmation email Welcome email Regular newsletter Special/campaign emails I would like to see 3 initial visual directions and then select one for implementation. The final design should be professional, modern, editorial and visually engaging without becoming overly busy. The welcome email should be simpler and quieter than the regular newsletter, while still having enough visual personality to feel engaging. The regular newsletter can have a more structured and editorial approach. The templates must be responsive and genuinely editable in MailPoet, not designed as one large flattened image. 💡 Professional input is welcome I already have a clear idea of the general direction I want, but I am open to professional suggestions. If you see a more current, effective or technically appropriate approach to email design, UX or newsletter structure, I would like to hear your recommendations. I’m looking for someone who can bring professional judgement to the project, not simply follow instructions. I will provide a more detailed creative brief and visual references to the selected freelancer before the design work begins. Ideal freelancer Strong experience with MailPoet + WordPress Good understanding of email UX and responsive email design Strong visual/design sense Comfortable working with existing setups Detail-oriented Able to communicate clearly Comfortable working in Spanish Please include in your proposal: A brief introduction. Your experience with MailPoet. 1–3 examples of email/newsletter designs you have created. Confirmation that you can work comfortably in Spanish. A brief explanation of how you would approach this project within the €100 fixed budget. What would you review first in an existing MailPoet setup like this one? Client's questions:

Figma UI Designer – Convert Approved Web Designs Into Developer-Ready Figma
Applied

I’m looking for an experienced Figma UI designer to help prepare screens for an online marketplace that is currently in development.
This is NOT an open-ended UX/product design role. The product direction, UX, page structure, content, functionality, and overall visual designs will already be completed and approved before being provided to you. For most screens, you will receive clear desktop and mobile visual references along with written specifications explaining functionality, states, and interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately translate these approved designs into clean, polished, developer-ready Figma files using our existing design system and established visual style. You should be highly proficient with: * Figma and Auto Layout * Components, variants, and reusable UI patterns * Responsive desktop/mobile layouts * Design systems, styles, variables/tokens, and consistent spacing * Preparing organized Figma files for developer handoff * Working within an existing product/design system rather than redesigning screens unnecessarily * Identifying genuine usability or implementation issues and recommending adjustments when necessary We already have existing Figma files and completed product designs, so you will not be starting from scratch. Typical workflow: I provide an approved desktop/mobile design + specifications → you review it and provide an estimated number of hours → once approved, you recreate/refine it in Figma using our existing components and design system → developer implements directly from your Figma file. I am specifically trying to create a fast design-to-development workflow, so efficiency is very important. I am not looking to spend hours exploring alternative concepts for screens that have already been approved. There will likely be ongoing work as we complete the remaining marketplace screens, so I’m interested in finding someone I can continue working with if the first project goes well. Ledger flex

Hi, I would like to discuss a private one-off hardware prototype with you.
The idea is to use an original Ledger Flex enclosure but replace the original internal electronics with our own much simpler custom hardware. This is only a personal prototype for me — no mass production, certification or commercial product. I already have a technical proposal for the project, but I am now looking for someone who can build it more practically and cost-effectively. Hardware idea: * custom PCB designed specifically to fit inside the original Ledger Flex enclosure * simple MCU/controller * Bluetooth/BLE * USB-C * rechargeable battery + charging/power management * side button * programming/debug interface * basic BLE/USB communication with my own computer/terminal I do not need a Secure Element, NFC, Wi-Fi or the original Ledger security architecture. This is not intended to function as a secure cryptocurrency wallet. It is simply a private embedded-device prototype. One important point is the display. I would preferably like to reuse the original Ledger Flex E-Ink touchscreen if technically possible. According to the engineering work already done for my project, the original display/touch assembly appears to use an undocumented 24-pin FPC connection. So I would first like you to investigate whether the original display and touch can realistically be driven from our own PCB. If it is possible, I strongly prefer keeping the original display. If it is not realistically possible, we can discuss a similar E-Ink touchscreen that physically fits the original enclosure. Software / firmware is also extremely important for me. I am not looking for someone who only installs hardware and then leaves the software side unfinished. The final prototype should be a fully working integrated device, where the PCB, display, touch, USB, Bluetooth, battery system and firmware all work together correctly. The goal is to make the overall user experience as close as reasonably possible to the original Ledger Flex in terms of visual appearance and interaction. For example: Power on → “Hello” screen → setup/continue → PIN entry → home/menu → settings/custom functions I want the same kind of minimal black-and-white E-Ink appearance, similar typography, spacing, icons, screen structure and touch interaction. The firmware should be our own firmware running on our own PCB. I am not asking to extract or copy proprietary Ledger firmware or bypass Ledger security. Public Ledger developer resources and UI references can simply be used as inspiration to reproduce a similar look and interaction style. The PIN/login can be a simple local prototype access code. There is no requirement for Ledger’s Secure Element or original cryptographic security architecture. I would therefore like someone who can ideally handle: * complete embedded firmware development * display driver integration * touchscreen integration * boot/startup sequence * “Hello” / onboarding screens * PIN/login interface * menu and navigation system * settings screens * BLE communication * USB communication * battery and charging status * firmware debugging and testing * graphical UI implementation * complete hardware/software integration * final testing of the assembled device It is important to me that after the PCB is manufactured and installed, we actually test everything together and make sure the complete device functions correctly. If there are hardware/firmware compatibility problems, display problems, touch problems, BLE issues or power-management issues, these should be debugged and corrected until we have a working prototype. Ideally I want one person who can take the project from measurement and PCB design all the way to a completely working device with the software already running on it. I can send you an original empty/test Ledger Flex so you can open it, measure the internal space, inspect the display/FPC/button/USB-C positioning and design the PCB around the actual enclosure. The preferred workflow would be: device inspection → measurements → architecture discussion → component selection → schematic → PCB layout → PCB manufacturing → assembly/soldering → firmware development → display/touch integration → BLE/USB integration → debugging → final installation → complete functional testing I would also strongly prefer to have a Zoom or video call before starting the project, because I want to explain exactly how I imagine the software, screens, interactions and overall behavior. It would be much easier to discuss the UI flow and technical options directly rather than only through messages. I am not looking for a large company. I would prefer an experienced individual hardware engineer/maker who is comfortable building one custom prototype and discussing different technical options with me. If you are interested, please tell me:

We're Bluwhale. People connect their bank accounts, savings apps and crypto wallets into one view, and AI agents act on their money inside rules they set. Our copy problem is not blog posts. It's the words inside the product, and right now they're doing a bad job of earning trust at exactly the moments trust is hardest to earn.
WHAT YOU'D WRITE, IN PRIORITY ORDER - The screen where someone authorises an agent to act on their money - First-run and empty states: connect your first account, nothing here yet - The WhaleScore explainer - a single financial-health number people need to understand at a glance - Notifications: an agent did something while you were asleep, here's what and why - Error and edge states around connecting accounts and wallets - Landing page and App Store copy, once the in-product voice is settled WHO THIS IS FOR - You have shipped copy that lives inside an interface, not only on a marketing site. You can show me the screen. - You can write about money and automation without hype, and without making a cautious person feel reckless. - Fintech, banking, payments or wallets in your background is a strong plus. Crypto experience is welcome but not required - plenty of our users have never held a token. - You're comfortable working from Figma, writing in variants, and saying what you'd measure. SHAPE OF THE WORK Ongoing hourly, starting around 8-10 hours a week. Small paid test first, paid at your full rate, so we both find out quickly whether this works. I'm the full-time marketer here and you'd work directly with me - no committee, fast decisions. HOW TO APPLY Please skip the case-study deck. In your proposal, answer these three: 1. Link me to product copy you wrote that shipped - the screen itself, not a case study about it. 2. What's the last line of copy you changed that moved a number, and which number was it? 3. In twenty words, explain a wallet-connected AI agent to someone who has never touched crypto. Proposals that don't mention Bluwhale or the agent-permission problem won't get a reply.

Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shopify designer and developer to rebuild an existing ecommerce store for a veterinary practice using an official free Shopify theme. The store will contain fewer than 50 products. Although we are using a free theme, we do not want the finished store to feel like a basic or unchanged template. It should be thoughtfully styled, professionally branded, easy to navigate, and closely aligned with the veterinary practice’s newly designed primary website. The selected freelancer should recommend the best official free Shopify theme for the project based on its design flexibility, performance, mobile experience, and ability to support the store’s content and products. Project Goals The completed store should: - Closely align with the veterinary practice’s primary website - Incorporate the practice’s fonts, colors, imagery, videos, and overall brand style - Provide a polished experience beyond a standard theme installation - Make it easy for customers to browse products and complete purchases - Work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices - Be easy for the internal team to maintain after launch - Avoid unnecessary apps, complicated code, and ongoing licensing costs Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: - Reviewing the existing Shopify store, products, collections, navigation, apps, and settings - Recommending an appropriate official free Shopify theme - Installing and configuring the selected theme in an unpublished environment - Customizing the theme’s available sections, templates, layouts, typography, colors, buttons, spacing, and imagery - Closely matching the look and feel of the veterinary practice’s new primary website - Applying the practice’s approved brand fonts and colors - Adding or updating approved photos and videos - Creating a polished homepage using the free theme’s available functionality - Styling product pages, collection pages, navigation, cart, and essential informational pages - Organizing fewer than 50 products into logical collections or categories - Updating product pricing, descriptions, images, variants, and other provided information - Verifying that every product link, collection link, menu item, button, and call to action goes to the correct destination - Reviewing existing Shopify apps and identifying anything that can be removed, retained, or replaced - Configuring applicable payment, shipping, tax, and checkout settings - Preserving existing URLs when possible - Creating redirects for any product, collection, or page URLs that must change - Reviewing fundamental ecommerce SEO elements, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and URL structure - Testing the store on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices - Testing product selections, cart functions, checkout functions, contact forms, navigation, and external links - Resolving identified issues before launch - Supporting the final launch - Providing basic documentation or recorded training for managing products, pricing, images, and page content Theme and Customization Expectations This project must use an official free Shopify theme.
