We have two websites and will be selecting one agency per website.
We are seeking a professional website agency to take charge of our site management. Your role will focus on enhancing user experience (UX), optimizing for search engines (SEO), and improving conversion rate optimization (CRO). Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all plugins are regularly updated and functioning correctly. We are looking for a reliable partner who can maintain our site’s performance and make strategic improvements that lead to better engagement and results.
We believe in talent makes the difference not the company. So while we are hiring an agency we want to see same resources taking ownership for the growth of traffic and then conversions on our ecommerce website(s). We have two websites and will be selecting TWO different agencies.
We need the following from you :
1. SEO : Need experts on using SEO tools like SEMRush and others to ensure you can create QUALITY backlinks and ensure all issues are fixed immediately in a proactive manner. Ensure site is working well for Google Search Console and Bing.
2. CRO : We need quality landing pages designed that provides SEO ranking and very high conversion of quality traffic for our website.
3. UX design : When we jointly identify we will provide "raw" content but then your team will introduce images, videos and great UX design to get high CRO. Use tools like Hotjar to understand user behaviour on the site and optimise it.
4. Maintenance and speed : Periodically ensure all plugins and wordpress versions are up to date. Speed via GTMetrix and pagespeed for each page is very high to ensure our ranking is not impacted.
5. Integration to Google Analytics and Bing: Track and identify how traffic is segmenting and converting by keywords, pages and across the website.
6. Setup and provide insights : We need Google Analytics, Bing, Ubersuggest, Hotjar, indexly and tools that we use to be integrated for us to get daily, weekly and monthly insights from these tools.
We want a vendor who is pragmatic and understand our business very well. Allocate a 80/20 approach to drive the highest ROI from our website investment.
What we will do :
1. Provide you our SEO strategy : What keywords we want to rank and why, develop content under your direction and insight.
2. Our marketing and sales strategy : We will provide our strategy on where we want to get revenue and which segments we want to target.
What you need to provide:
Ideally everyone in the team
1. SEO expert : Translate our strategy into QUALITY traffic. Needs to be hands on and focus on results which is "get quality traffic"
2. CRO and UX designer : A person(s) who have the TRACK RECORD of converting and improving conversions on a website. Optimise what is essential based on our SEO strategy and implementation.
3. Wordpress expert(s) : Need to have expertise in themes that we use. We use Divi on one website.
4. Data Analytics : A person(s) who is experienced with Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush to integrate data points and turn that into business intelligence for us to make vital decisions on traffic and conversions.
Proposed business model
We are open to any commercial models. But ideally what we like is a base fee for all maintenance and improvement work. This will be agreed in advance and reviewed every month to ensure you are meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
We also want to be able to buy certain website hours (might be CRO, SEO anything else)
to do certain activities weekly or monthly based on our roadmap.
All resource(s) on to this engagement has to be approved by us and will be interviewed.

Multiple times the freelancer asked to be paid on the milestone before the work was even checked to make sure it was in the scope of the task.
The freelancer would sometimes take days to respond, which is totally okay and not a problem, but then would keep messaging me an hour after they sent their work in to review it. We’re looking for an expert AI / full-stack developer to build a Walter Writes–style AI writing SaaS MVP focused on producing natural, human-sounding text with built-in quality and detection awareness.
This is a real product, not a demo or simple ChatGPT wrapper. The goal is to create a polished writing tool that helps users generate content that reads naturally, avoids common AI patterns, and is suitable for real-world publishing.
Project Overview
The product will allow users to input context and intent, then generate high-quality written content through a structured, opinionated workflow (similar in concept to Walter Writes AI).
A core differentiator is output quality:
Writing should feel human
Avoid repetitive AI phrasing
Show variation in tone, cadence, and structure
