Key Responsibilities:
- Creating high-conversion assets for Instagram, TikTok, and our email newsletters for our seasonal and evergreen campaigns; these will be in the form of static, GIFs, or short form videos
- Provide support on photoshopping assets to ensure they fit the look and feel of The Roasters Pack
- Collaborate with our photographer to create and stylize assets to be used for marketing channels and website
- Responsible for ongoing creation of info sheets, and labels for coffee and matcha subscriptions on a monthly basis
Support with ad-hoc design requests across the marketing and content team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), or Consumer Packaged Goods space)
- A portfolio that shows off clean layouts, strong typography, and static or short form ads
- Strong attention to detail
- Expert with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); other design software like Figma is a plus
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (for social ads) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Likes to drink coffee and/or matcha :)

We are seeking an experienced video editor to support our weekly sports podcast and ongoing short-form video content. This role is centered on long-form podcast editing with fast turnaround, as well as creating short-form and segmented video content for social and YouTube. Our content is sports-focused but designed to feel modern, polished, and approachable for a female audience.
The podcast is recorded Wednesday nights (U.S. time). The full podcast episode must be edited and delivered overnight for upload Thursday morning. Short-form and additional cut-downs are produced following that initial delivery.
We prefer to work with individual editors but are open to discussing options with small teams.
Important Notes
• The full podcast episode must be delivered overnight following Wednesday night recording
• Short-form content will continue to be produced throughout the remainder of the week
• Our brand aesthetic is designed for female sports fans
While sports examples are helpful, our visual direction is very different from traditional fast-paced, flashy, male-focused sports edits. When applying, please share examples of content created specifically for a female audience. Traditional sports highlight edits are not representative of the direction we are looking for.
Responsibilities: Podcast Editing
• Edit the full podcast episode from raw video and audio files
• Tighten pacing and remove unnecessary sections, dead space, and errors
• Perform basic audio cleanup and leveling
• Prepare, export, and upload final podcast files
• Support episode launch, including creating show notes and ensuring episodes are published correctly
• Create initial short-form clips from each episode
• Cut topic-based segment clips for YouTube (approximately 2–4 minutes per clip)
• Continue pulling additional short-form highlights throughout the week
Responsibilities: Video & Social Content Editing
• Edit short-form and mid-form video content outside of the podcast
• Support educational or informational sports videos (rules, strategy, breakdowns)
• Source and incorporate relevant visuals, graphics, and footage to support the content
