This is not a generic creative role. We are looking for someone who, after an onboarding phase and a deep analysis of the creative work we have developed over the years, can progressively take over the business from a creative strategy perspective, bringing new freshness, stronger strategic thinking, and a more evolved content direction.

For years, we have sold our products through one core angle with many micro-variations. Now, we want to work with someone capable of studying our current approach, understanding what made it work, and then helping us evolve it with fresh ideas, better structures, stronger hooks, and more powerful communication.

The position is part-time and remote, with a workload to be defined based on profile and availability, and may evolve into a more structured and central role in Stage 2, depending on performance and results.

📌 What you will do

* Study and deeply understand the creative strategy, communication style and content structure currently used in our Meta Ads ecosystem and Meta ads Manager.
* Analyze the angles, formats and messaging that have driven performance for our brands over time
* Develop new strategic directions, fresh concepts and stronger variations to improve performance and creative longevity
* Write scripts and content concepts for video ads, including spokesperson videos, AI voiceover creatives, creator-led content and other direct-response formats
* Help define the communication direction behind both video and static creatives, including images and visual ad concepts
* Prepare clear and actionable briefs for our internal team, including video editors, graphic designers and creators
* Translate performance insights into better creative decisions, with a strong focus on conversion and content impact
* Work closely with the founder in weekly strategic discussions and creative reviews
* Contribute to a more structured creative testing process, with trackable progress, clear KPIs and ongoing iteration
* Bring not only creativity, but also strategic thinking, pattern recognition, ambition and true ownership over the creative side of the business

This role is ideal for someone who loves understanding why content works, not just producing ideas randomly. We want someone who can study our current communication, identify strengths and weaknesses, and then help us push the brand forward with a more refined and high-performing creative direction.

We need someone with direct experience in creative strategy, ad messaging, direct-response content, scriptwriting, or performance marketing communication, preferably for e-commerce brands. However, we are also open to junior profiles if they can demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, strong instincts, deep interest in the field and real proof of skill.

* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
* Previous experience in creative strategy, scriptwriting, performance content, or direct-response marketing for e-commerce brands
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads creatives and Meta ads Manager, especially what makes a video or static ad perform
* Ability to analyze communication patterns, ad angles, hooks and content structures with a performance mindset
* Strong scriptwriting and messaging skills, with the ability to create persuasive, conversion-oriented ad concepts
* Good visual thinking and the ability to guide both video and static creative direction
* Ability to prepare strong briefs for editors, designers and creators
* Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to combine creativity and numbers
* High attention to detail, organization skills and ability to work independently
* Willingness to study, improve and contribute with seriousness and consistency
* Confidence in discussing ideas, performance and strategic direction directly with the founder
* Previous experience must be real and provable through examples of past work, case studies, scripts, campaigns, brands worked on, or portfolio materials

Requiring a graphic designer to create a double-page spread advertisement to be placed in Bartender Magazine (Australia). The ad is to promote awareness that a key spirits supplier has changed distributors.

We are a remote retreat based in the middle of a forest, surrounded by massive forestry and lake inland. There is Australian wildlife and the peace and quiet of the nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where visitors can digital detox and blend in with the nature. We also have a beautiful fireplace lounge, where guests gather and chit chat into the night while enjoying a warm meal.

We need a creative logo that reflects the peace and serenity of the place and the experience, I have attached the old logo but it is very amateur and does not display any elements of the actual experience.
