We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a premium, print-ready company capability profile/brochure for our UAE-based contracting company with over 45 years of industry experience.
The brochure will be approximately 18–20 pages, and we will provide the raw content, including:
* Company information
* Project descriptions
* High-quality project photographs
* Services
* Logo and branding assets
We are not looking for someone to simply arrange text and images. We are looking for a designer who can contribute creative ideas, layout concepts, and a modern design direction.
Our objective is to move away from a traditional construction brochure and create something that feels premium, corporate, and visually engaging. The final brochure should appeal not only to people in the construction industry but also to non-technical decision-makers such as corporate executives, investors, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
* Strong portfolio of company profiles, capability statements, annual reports, or corporate brochures.
* Ability to propose creative concepts and layouts.
* Experience designing for print.
* Deliver print-ready files and editable source files (Adobe InDesign preferred).
Project Details
* Payment: Fixed-price (not hourly)
* Length: Approximately 18–20 pages
* Content: Provided by us
* Revisions: To be discussed before the project starts
If you’re interested, please share:
1. 3–5 examples of similar brochures or company profiles you’ve designed.
2. Your fixed-price quotation.
3. Your estimated delivery timeline.
We look forward to reviewing your portfolio.

I’m an established business advisor seeking a talented ghostwriter to help launch and manage my Substack and expand my website’s thought-leadership blog.
My work centres on business strategy, scale, leadership, founder identity, strategic investment, and the realities of building high-growth, women-led companies. I already have an extensive content ecosystem, including a weekly podcast, newsletters, social media content, videos, and years of existing intellectual property.
I’m not looking for generic content or surface-level business advice. I need someone who can take my ideas, notes, podcast conversations, and rough direction and turn them into compelling, intelligent essays that sound unmistakably like me.
Scope of Work:
Help establish and organize my new Substack account
Collaborate on monthly topics and editorial direction
Write and publish one original Substack essay per week
Repurpose the strongest Substack content into two to four SEO-conscious website blog posts per month
Format and publish each essay directly to Substack
Deliver completed blog copy to my web designer, who will handle uploading it to my website
Suggest titles, subtitles, and content angles that strengthen discoverability and thought-leadership positioning
Make reasonable revisions based on feedback
You will not be responsible for:
Uploading content to my website
Social media management or captions
Meta advertising
Graphic design
Managing my broader content calendar
The Ideal Candidate:
Is an exceptional long-form writer and storyteller
Can capture a confident, direct, sophisticated, business-focused voice.
Understands ghostwriting and can preserve the founder’s perspective rather than inserting their own
Can work effectively from voice notes, podcast transcripts, bullet points, existing content, or rough outlines.
Understands how to turn one strong idea into multiple distinct pieces without making the content feel repetitive.
Has experience writing newsletters, essays, executive thought leadership, or business content.
Understands basic SEO and how to structure blog content for search without compromising the writing
Is reliable, communicative, organized, and comfortable managing a consistent weekly publishing schedule.
Has experience with Substack or is confident learning and managing the platform.
This is best suited to someone who understands that thought leadership should establish authority, introduce original ideas, and build a recognizable point of view—not simply fill a publishing calendar.
Monthly Deliverables:
Four original Substack essays
Four repurposed website blog posts
Monthly topic planning and editorial alignment
Substack formatting and publishing
Final blog documents prepared for my web designer
To Apply, Please Include:
Two to three relevant writing samples, ideally newsletters, essays, blogs, or executive thought-leadership pieces.
A short explanation of your ghostwriting process and how you learn a client’s voice.
Any experience you have with Substack.
Your proposed monthly rate for the complete scope.
Your availability and estimated start date.
The words “Women-Led Brands” at the beginning of your application so I know you have read the complete posting. Don't use Chat GPT as I'd like to hear your authentic voice.
Applications without relevant writing samples will not be considered.

About Us
Sage Notebook is an AI-powered advisor for high school students, set to launch in the next couple of months. Our website is nearly complete, and we are looking for a graphic designer to polish the visual aesthetics.
Artwork for the project includes:
- Cohesive icons throughout the website
- Set of achievement badges awarded to students as they “level up”
- Visual assets for home page/landing page
- Minor refinements and/or animations for our existing logo (not a full redesign)
- Style: clean, playful, modern, engaging, exciting, fun, matching our existing blue-to-green gradient
Please include 2-3 examples of icon sets, badges, or character/mascot work in your portfolio (not full website designs).
I need someone to design a high-quality business card template, ready to be sent for printing. I have a detailed design brief, colors selected, and all the necessary brand assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and print-ready formatting to ensure the final product is professional and visually appealing.
I’m looking for a logo designer to help me get unstuck on the identity for Biite.
I’m a graphic designer myself. That helps in some ways and makes this harder in others: I’ve explored plenty of directions, but I’m too close to it now. I want an outside perspective from someone who’s good at finding the idea behind a mark, not just styling one.
What is Biite?
Everything works. Nothing works together.
Biite sits between marketing strategy and martech. We work where strategy, data, systems, visibility, language and AI touch. Most companies already have specialists and tools for all of those things. The problems usually sit in the gaps between them. That’s where Biite comes in.
We combine thinking and execution. No account layer, no handover to a team that wasn’t in the room.
The identity shouldn’t make us look like a traditional marketing agency, IT consultancy, SaaS company or shiny new AI startup. Biite needs to feel intelligent, sharp and technically fluent, but still human.
The name
Biite has a few layers.
There’s bite: getting your teeth into a problem and staying with it. The double ii stands for “I” and personal ownership. And it sounds like byte, which connects naturally to data, technology and AI.
I don’t expect all of that to be crammed into the logo. One strong idea is better than three clever references competing for attention.
The most obvious answer would be to take a bite out of a letter. That’s not what I’m looking for. The same goes for generic teeth, brains, circuits, network nodes, puzzle pieces and AI sparkles, unless you can do something genuinely unexpected with them.
It has to live beyond the logo
This is the part that matters most.
The logo needs to give us a visual element or principle we can use throughout the identity, especially on the website.
That might become a crop, frame, image mask, pattern, line, layout device, transition or small piece of motion. I’m open to the form it takes. It just needs to have a life of its own, without pasting the full logo onto everything.
I’m not asking for a complete visual identity or a website redesign. I do want to see how the idea could work in a website context and one other simple application.
What’s already in place
The name, positioning, copy, colour palette and general website direction are set. I’ll share those with the selected designer.
You’ll work directly with me. Because I have a design background, I can give specific feedback and have a realistic understanding of the process.
I’m not looking for endless options. I’d rather see a small number of well-considered directions with a clear reason behind each one.
What I need at the end
The primary logo and any useful compact or responsive version
A favicon or standalone brand element, if the concept calls for one
Colour, black, white and monochrome versions
Editable vector source files plus SVG, PDF and PNG exports
Font and licence information
Short, practical guidance on using the logo and visual device
Two simple mock-ups: one website application and one other touchpoint
Full commercial usage rights after final payment
What to send
Please send three to five relevant identity projects. For at least one of them, tell me what the idea was and how it became more than just a logo.
I’d also like to know:
How you would approach this project
How many initial directions and revision rounds you propose
Your expected timeline
Your fixed total price and exactly what it includes
Whether and how you use generative AI in your design process
Whether you’ll do the work yourself or involve anyone else
Please don’t make an unpaid concept for Biite. Your existing work and the way you talk about it will tell me more.
The budget shown on Upwork is a placeholder. Please quote the fixed price you think is fair for the work described above.

About Peel Happy
I’m launching a new business called Peel Happy—a vintage-style sticker vending machine rental company for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, grand openings, markets, and other special events.
Guests receive custom-designed stickers from a vintage vending machine as a unique keepsake and interactive experience. The machine itself is meant to be part of the event decor and something guests naturally gather around, photograph, and share.
I’m looking for a creative freelancer to help build the brand from the ground up and create the content needed to launch on Instagram.
⸻
Brand Vision
This is the most important part of the project.
I want Peel Happy to feel like a brand Millennials and Gen Z instantly connect with.
The vibe should be:
* Bright and colorful
* Fun without feeling childish
* Playful with a little edge
* Nostalgic but modern
* Trendy and highly shareable
* Instagram-worthy
* Premium enough for weddings and luxury events
* Clean and professionally designed
Think of a brand that people immediately want to photograph and share.
This is NOT a children’s birthday party company. While families are certainly a customer, the primary audience is adults planning stylish events.
⸻
Project Deliverables
Brand Identity
Please create:
* Primary logo
* Secondary logo variations
* Brand icon/mark
* Color palette
* Typography recommendations
* Mini brand guide (5–10 pages)
* Canva Brand Kit
* Final files in AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, and Canva (when applicable)
⸻
Instagram Launch
Please create:
* Instagram profile photo
* Instagram bio suggestions
* 9 professionally designed Instagram posts
* 5 editable Instagram Story templates
* Canva source files
Important:
I do not want the Instagram graphics to look obviously AI-generated.
They should look professionally designed and cohesive, as if Peel Happy is already an established brand.
⸻
Instagram Reels
Please create 5–8 short Instagram Reels (10–20 seconds each).
AI-assisted video creation is completely acceptable for the reels.
These should feel like content people would organically see on Instagram or TikTok—not generic advertisements.
Please provide editable files whenever possible.
⸻
Marketing Goal
The goal of this project is not simply to create a logo.
The goal is to launch Peel Happy as a business people immediately understand and want to book.
Every piece of content should help answer questions like:
* What is Peel Happy?
* Why would someone rent it?
* How does it work?
* What events is it perfect for?
* What makes it different from other party rentals?
* Why is it worth the investment?
* How do I book it?
Our primary call-to-action will simply be:
“DM us for pricing and availability.”
⸻
Instagram Content Direction
I’d like the feed to feel like a real business—not just advertisements.
Potential post ideas include:
* Welcome to Peel Happy
* What is Peel Happy?
* How the sticker machine works
* Perfect for weddings
* Baby showers
* Birthday parties
* Corporate events
* Grand openings
* Markets & pop-ups
* Custom sticker examples
* Sticker design inspiration
* Behind the brand
* FAQs
* Why guests love it
* The party favor guests actually keep
* “Imagine this at your event”
* Booking announcements
* Availability posts
* Call-to-action posts encouraging people to DM us
The page should feel cohesive and exciting enough that someone would want to follow it before we’ve even completed our first event.
⸻
Reel Ideas
The reels should be designed to stop people from scrolling and encourage inquiries.
Ideas include:
* POV: You rented Peel Happy for your wedding.
* The party favor everyone actually keeps.
* Watching stickers dispense (satisfying close-ups).
* Different sticker collections for different events.
* Before vs. after adding Peel Happy to an event.
* Event setup transformation.
* “Things every wedding needs.”
* “Things every baby shower needs.”
* Corporate branding examples.
* Sticker ASMR.
* Trending audio with fun text overlays.
* “Would you rent this?”
* Countdown to an event.
* Why guests love Peel Happy.
Feel free to suggest additional creative concepts.
⸻
Who I’m Looking For
Someone who has experience with:
* Branding
* Logo design
* Canva
* Adobe Creative Suite
* Social media marketing
* Modern design trends
Experience with hospitality, lifestyle brands, event companies, or consumer brands is a plus.
I’m looking for someone who understands branding—not just graphic design.
⸻
Budget
Fixed Price only
I’m open to freelancers who use AI as part of their workflow to work efficiently, especially for the reels.
However, the branding and Instagram graphics should have a polished, human-designed feel.
⸻
To Apply
Please send:
* Your branding portfolio
* 2–3 projects that best match this style
* Your estimated timeline & fixed price
* Confirmation that you’re comfortable completing this project within a fixed-price budget
Please include the word “sticker” in your proposal so I know you’ve read the full posting.
If this project is a great fit, I’d love to continue working together on future graphics, social media content, marketing materials, and product launches as Peel Happy grows.

We are looking for a graphic designer to remake a symbol that we are using for a book cover.
We love the symbol, however, we would like the image to be clean, high quality, and a professional interpretation of the art work. The symbol must remain the same, however, we would like to go for a sci-fi graffiti approach.
Attached is the symbol. If there are any questions, let me know. Thank you.

Hello,
I need digital graphic t-shirt designs intended to be printed on t-shirts (DTF type printing) for my brand which, I'm intending to start. Initially I'm planning to follow the POD t-shirt business, and would require some additional graphic designers in the future as I grow. My intention with the task is to have a design delivered to me which would be good to be placed on t-shirts with colors- white, black and gray- acid wash type t-shirt style. I'm still in my testing phase of these design creatives and nascent in ads & creative marketing.
My niche, or discipline is focused on seeking the truth, reality, hard-work, accepting the discomfort that hard-work has to offer (i can share my Instagram profile content, my current website with products and other information to get a better perspective of my brand's voice, and image & intention)
I'm not sure about the size/ dimensions of the print that most of the pod business full-filling suppliers provide but i assume that the back print portion is A3 sized and the front minimal design is A4, hence your advise with regards to this would be appreciated. Please also see the attachments, I want to have a design referenced in the front and the back quite similar to the ones attached.
you can refer the below for the type of t-shirt prints i'd want on the front and back-

We are seeking a skilled graphic artist to recreate Facebook event and social media images that were created by AI but we want them to be editable for monthly use. The dates and text change.
Client's questions:
Can you recreate these AI designs so we can edit every part it in Canva?
I own a small, cash-pay physical therapy practice in Hurst, Texas that specializes in helping adults reduce pain, improve mobility, decrease stiffness, and return to the activities they enjoy most with their family, friends, hobbies, recreation, and work.
Unlike high-volume clinics, I spend one-on-one time with every patient to identify the root cause of their movement problems and create individualized treatment plans. My practice emphasizes outstanding patient care, education, and long-term relationships rather than quick visits.
I currently have approximately 500 to 700 former patients in my GoHighLevel CRM. Many of these patients have not received regular email communication from my practice for several years, and I would like to reconnect with them in a thoughtful, educational, and professional way.
### Project Goal
I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant who can help me build an automated Patient Relationship System that nurtures long-term relationships with former patients, encourages referrals and repeat visits, and keeps my practice top of mind throughout the year.
This is much more than creating a few emails. I want to build a professional marketing system that can continue running with minimal ongoing maintenance.
### Scope of Work
The ideal candidate will help me:
* Review and organize my existing GoHighLevel CRM.
* Clean up duplicate contacts and improve database organization.
* Create appropriate tags and smart lists for patient segmentation.
* Configure email deliverability settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC if needed).
* Build automated workflows inside GoHighLevel.
* Create and test email campaigns before launch.
* Ensure all automations function correctly.
* Document the system so it is easy for me to manage in the future.
### Initial Automation Projects
The first phase of the project will include creating:
* The educational content and clinical expertise
* Patient success stories (HIPAA compliant)
* Practice branding and messaging
* Photos and videos
* Website information
* Practice logo and colors
* Overall marketing direction
### How We Will Work Together
I plan to use AI tools (primarily ChatGPT) to help generate educational content, email drafts, newsletters, subject lines, social media content, and marketing ideas.
Your role will be to organize, format, build, automate, test, and optimize these materials inside GoHighLevel.
I am looking for someone who enjoys taking ideas and turning them into clean, organized, automated marketing systems.
* Physical therapy
* Healthcare marketing
* Chiropractic or wellness practices
* Local service businesses
* Facebook Lead Ads
* AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
* Graphic design (Canva)
* Basic copy formatting
### Please Include With Your Proposal
When applying, please include:
1. A brief description of your GoHighLevel experience.
2. Examples of GoHighLevel automations or workflows you have built.
3. Any healthcare or local service business experience.
4. Approximately how many hours you estimate this initial project will require.
5. Your hourly rate or project-based pricing.
6. Your availability and expected turnaround time.
7. Screenshots or a short video demonstrating previous GoHighLevel workflow projects, if available.
### Long-Term Opportunity
My goal is to build a long-term working relationship with the right person.
If this project goes well, I anticipate ongoing work including:
I value honesty, organization, excellent communication, attention to detail, and someone who enjoys creating efficient systems that improve the client experience.
I look forward to finding someone who can become a trusted part of my business as we continue to grow.
