We are launching a new platform in a geographically bounded test market. The model is proven in concept. The infrastructure is built. What is missing is the right person to step in as the operator on the ground and make the pilot work in the real world.
Think of it like a chef being given a restaurant to run. The kitchen is equipped, the concept is defined, and the location is chosen. Your job is to open the doors, bring both sides of the room together, and make sure every table turns.
We are not disclosing full product details at the application stage. What we can tell you is this: it is a two-sided marketplace connecting people who need a service with people who provide it, in a tightly defined local area. It runs on an Ai-powered pipeline that does the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Your job is to handle everything the Ai cannot, which is the human side of making two groups of people find each other and trust the process.

What You Will Actually Do
Supply side
Identify, approach, and onboard service providers within the target zone

Demand side
Support homeowner acquisition through the channels provided (digital and physical outreach is already planned)
Ensure the homeowner experience within the pilot zone is frictionless and builds trust quickly

Summarise platform activity and flag patterns worth acting on
Reduce repetitive manual work across reporting and coordination
Build and maintain SOPs as the pilot matures
Ai does not:
Send external communications without your review and approval
Make decisions about provider approvals, pricing conversations, or relationship management
Replace the judgement needed to manage a real person through a dispute or a difficult onboarding
The Ai handles the invisible pipeline. You are the visible one.
Escalation and Reporting
You operate with autonomy. Most things should be resolved without escalation. When something genuinely sits above your authority, the hierarchy is:
