Title: Creative Strategist for Meta Ads — Fast-Scaling Christian Ecommerce Brand (Ongoing Role)
Description: We're a fast-growing ecommerce brand (Adams & Century) selling a restored 1871 historical chart that shows 6,000 years of Bible and world history side-by-side. We're scaling aggressively on Meta — spending five figures per day — and we're building out a creative team to keep our ad pipeline full of winning concepts. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own the thinking behind our ads: the angles, hooks, scripts, and briefs that our video editors turn into finished creative. This is the person who makes sure we're not just producing more ads — we're producing ads that win. This is an ongoing, long-term role. We want someone who can start soon. What you'll do: Own our creative pipeline end-to-end: research → concept → script/brief → hand-off to editors → performance review → iterate Develop new ad angles, hooks, and concepts based on our customer research, reviews, and audience psychology (we have deep VoC research, avatar docs, and belief-chain work already done — you'll build on it, not start from zero) Write scripts and detailed creative briefs for our video editors (short-form vertical ads for Facebook/Instagram Reels) Analyze ad performance in Meta Ads Manager — identify why winners win and losers lose, and turn that into the next batch of concepts Iterate on winning ads systematically: new hooks, new angles, new formats, before they fatigue Run competitor and market research — track what's working in our space and adjacent spaces Concept static/image ads for bottom-of-funnel campaigns alongside video Manage the weekly creative calendar so editors always have a queue of briefs to work from What we're looking for: Proven experience as a creative strategist for direct-response / performance Meta ads — ideally for DTC/ecommerce brands at real scale You can show examples of concepts or campaigns you strategized and the results they drove (hooks you wrote, angles you found, ads that scaled) Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting principles: hooks, awareness levels, mechanisms, objection handling, offer framing Comfortable reading Meta Ads Manager data and making creative decisions from it — not just "vibes" Deep familiarity with the Bible and with American Christian, homeschool, and church culture is a major advantage for this role. Our customers are faith-based families, homeschool moms, pastors, and Sunday school teachers. The best angles and hooks for this audience come from someone who knows Scripture well — who can reference verses naturally, understands how these families think about teaching history and faith together, and can write in a voice that feels authentic to them rather than researched. If that describes you, you'll be able to hit the ground running here. Highly organized — you'll be running a pipeline with multiple editors and weekly deadlines Clear written communication; your briefs need to be good enough that an editor can execute without a call Compensation: $2,500–$4,000/month retainer depending on experience and track record, with performance bonuses tied to winning ads. Open to discussing structure with the right person. To apply, please include: 2–3 examples of ad concepts or campaigns you strategized — include the angle/hook, why you chose it, and what happened (results if you can share them) A short description of your process for taking a winning ad and generating the next round of variations/iterations A few sentences on your familiarity with the Bible and with Christian/homeschool/church audiences — and if you've created content for this audience before, share it Your availability and how many brands you're currently working with Start your proposal with the word "SYNCHRONOLOGICAL" so we know you actually read this. We're moving fast — strong applicants will hear back within 48 hours.

We are looking for an experienced ChatGPT expert to provide hands-on training for a business owner and key team members.
We currently use ChatGPT regularly but believe we are only utilizing a small portion of its capabilities. We want someone who has extensive knowledge of ChatGPT and can teach us how to use it to its fullest potential for business operations, executive assistance, research, decision-making, project management, communication, organization, and productivity. We are especially interested in learning how ChatGPT can be used as an executive assistant, business consultant, and operational/COO-type resource. Our businesses use tools including ClickUp, Zoho, QuickBooks, Google Drive, Dropbox, Gmail/Yahoo, Apple Calendar, WhatsApp, Mac, and iPhone. We would also like to understand what ChatGPT can realistically integrate with or help us manage across these systems. We are not looking for basic beginner-level ChatGPT training. We want someone who understands the current ChatGPT platform in depth and can show us advanced, practical ways to incorporate it into our actual daily workflow. Ideally, the consultant would first learn how we currently operate and then provide customized training based on our businesses rather than a generic ChatGPT course. When applying, please include your experience with ChatGPT, examples of business/executive training you have provided, what you would cover during the training, and your hourly rate.

TikTok Content Creator & Manager – Women’s Subscription Brand | $1,000/Month
We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware TikTok Content Creator & Manager to take ownership of the TikTok account for Bhaddie Glam, a growing women’s monthly subscription brand. This is NOT a position for someone who simply creates advertisements or generic product videos. We want content that feels organic, funny, relatable, honest, entertaining, and native to TikTok — the type of content women actually stop scrolling to watch, comment on, tag their friends in, and share. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will manage our TikTok only and help us build a recognizable personality and community on the platform. Your responsibilities will include: * Create and post 3 original TikTok videos per week * Develop content ideas based on current TikTok trends and our target audience * Create funny, relatable and highly shareable content * Incorporate Bhaddie Glam products naturally without every video feeling like an advertisement * Create occasional product-focused, unboxing, sneak peek and promotional videos * Write captions, hooks and on-screen text * Research trending sounds, formats, memes and content opportunities * Post content to our TikTok account * Engage with our audience through comments * Reply to comments in a fun, personable way that matches the Bhaddie Glam voice * Look for opportunities to turn comments into additional TikTok videos * Track performance and identify which content styles are driving views, followers, engagement and sales * Continuously adjust the strategy based on what performs The Content Style We Want Think: Funny mom/women humor “POV” content Things women are thinking but don’t say Self-care humor Marriage/mom-life humor Relatable everyday situations Trending TikTok formats Story-style videos Behind-the-scenes content Unboxings and product reveals “Pack a Bhaddie Bag with me” style content Content people want to SEND to their best friend We do not want the account to look like a feed of polished commercials. The goal is to build a TikTok people follow because they enjoy the content, while naturally turning that attention into awareness and sales for Bhaddie Glam. Compensation Starting retainer: $1,000/month This will begin as a trial/growth period. We are absolutely open to increasing the monthly retainer if we see noticeable, measurable growth in areas such as: * TikTok followers * Engagement * Video reach/views * Website traffic * TikTok-attributed sales/subscriptions We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand rather than simply deliver three videos and disappear. Who We’re Looking For You should: * Understand TikTok culture and what currently performs * Know the difference between a TikTok and a traditional social media ad * Have a strong sense of humor and understand relatable female-focused content * Be comfortable appearing on camera OR have a clear strategy for producing authentic content using creators/UGC * Understand hooks, retention and watch time * Be proactive about bringing us ideas instead of waiting for us to tell you exactly what to post * Be comfortable engaging with followers and helping create a community around the brand * Have previous TikTok content examples or accounts you have helped grow TO APPLY Please include: 1. Links to TikTok accounts or videos you have personally created or managed. 2. Any examples of accounts where you helped increase followers, views, engagement or sales. 3. 3 TikTok ideas you would create for Bhaddie Glam after reviewing our brand and products. 4. Tell us how you would make our TikTok entertaining and relatable rather than overly promotional. 5. Confirm that you are comfortable with the $1,000/month starting retainer for 3 videos per week + TikTok management and engagement. Please do not send a generic application. We are specifically looking for someone who understands our brand, our customer and TikTok culture. There is significant opportunity for this role to grow in responsibility and compensation if you can demonstrate that your work is helping grow the account and the business.

We're looking for six first-time players to test Deep Frost, a single-player horror and social-deduction game set in an Antarctic research station.
This is one self-recorded session: up to 45 minutes of ordinary gameplay, followed by about 15 minutes of written questions. You can complete it on your own schedule after we provide the assigned build and instructions. We welcome both deduction-game players and people who mainly enjoy horror or story games. Professional QA experience is welcome but not required. Requirements: - Age 18 or older, Windows PC with Steam, and comfortable reading and answering in English. - You have never played Deep Frost or watched a full playthrough. - You can record a readable video of the game window with game audio. Webcam and microphone are not required. Deliverables: 1. A continuous, normal-speed recording of the play session, including confusing moments and mistakes. 2. Eleven short rating questions and six brief written answers in your own words. 3. Timestamps for anything confusing, frustrating, broken or especially engaging. Include your setup and the supplied build identifier. The budget is US$20 per tester for this single session and report. You are paid for honest participation and the agreed deliverables. Winning, reaching the demo ending, liking the game, posting a review or buying anything is not required. If you stop early or a bug blocks progress, submit the recording so far and explain what happened; do not grind or hide it. Record only the game window and game audio, with notifications hidden. Recordings are for internal development review, not public marketing. Keep all application communication and delivery coordination on Upwork. Please do not play the game, watch walkthroughs or produce an unpaid sample for this application. We will agree the start date after the build is ready and your contract is funded. Executive Assistant to Founders
I run a real estate investment company operating across multiple U.S. states. Our team builds relationships with real estate professionals, finds properties, analyzes deals, negotiates contracts, and works with buyers to get transactions closed. I’m looking for a sharp, ambitious Executive Assistant who can become my right hand in running and growing the company. You need to understand how the company works, recognize what needs attention, solve problems, and turn my ideas into completed work. Your responsibilities will range from urgent business requests to improving how entire parts of the company operate. Here are examples of what I would need your help with: Find out why results of an employee are falling behind- Review the activity, follow-up, and pin-point the problem. Identify what needs to improve and help put the solution into practice. Keep opportunities moving: If a property is sitting in our system without an offer, find out why. Is information missing? Is underwriting backed up? Is someone waiting for an answer? Get the right people involved, establish the next step, and follow through. Make sure departments work together. Track the outcome and make sure everyone receives the update. Turn my knowledge into training. Take my recordings, voice notes, and explanations and turn them into clear training, procedures, and checklists. Include practical examples so someone new can understand exactly what to do. Fix operational problems. If our dialer, CRM, or another tool is slowing the team down, investigate the issue, work with support, evaluate solutions, and follow through until the problem is resolved. Help us expand. When we open a new state or department, help organize hiring, onboarding, training, tools, responsibilities, and reporting. Track what needs to happen and keep the launch moving. Handle whatever else the business needs. Research a question, compare vendors, prepare a report, organize a meeting, follow up with a service provider, or take ownership of an unexpected problem. I should be able to send you a voice note explaining an idea or problem and trust you to organize it, think it through, ask the important questions, and move it forward. We expect: Speed. Acknowledge quickly, act promptly, and keep things moving. Complete ownership. Once something is yours, track it through to a confirmed result. Keep me informed without needing to be chased. Clear communication. Make it impossible to be misunderstood. Be specific about what happened, what comes next, who owns it, and when it will be done. Initiative. Notice problems and bring recommendations. Look for ways to make the company better. Trust and loyalty. Keep your word, protect the business, admit mistakes, and speak up when something needs attention. Constant improvement.Accept direct feedback, learn the business deeply, and apply what you learn. You must be comfortable coordinating people, questioning a process that is failing, and driving agreed changes. Good judgment matters: act independently within your responsibilities and recognize which decisions need my approval. Availability is essential. You must be able to remain reachable across a window of up to 18 hours a day when needed, including evenings and weekends, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. During agreed coverage hours, urgent messages need acknowledgment within minutes and prompt action. Working hours, extended availability, and compensation will be agreed upfront. You should have excellent spoken and written English, strong organization, confidence with technology, and the ability to understand numbers and investigate what is causing a problem. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become deeply involved in building the company with us, earn trust, and take on increasing responsibility. To apply, send: 1. A short voice or video introduction explaining your experience and why you fit this role. 2. One example of a business process or team problem you improved. Explain what was wrong, what you personally did, and the result. 3. Your exact availability in U.S. Eastern Time**, including weekends, your current work commitments, and your usual response time during coverage hours. 4. Your expected compensation for this level of responsibility and availability. We have a good idea of what this role is worth based off of other executive assistants in the company, but we're open to discovering what rate would allow you to give your full potential

Growth Marketing Strategist — Help Us Dominate a Local Home-Service Market
We own and operate multiple established home-service businesses in Alaska, including J&S Steamway and Simply Clean Alaska. We are looking for a high-level growth marketer who can help us aggressively expand our market share across Anchorage, Wasilla, Palmer, Eagle River, Chugiak, and surrounding communities. This is NOT a basic social media management position. We are not looking for someone whose strategy is simply: • Post 3 times per week • Make Canva graphics • Boost Facebook posts • Run generic Google Ads • Send us a monthly report We want someone who understands how to DISRUPT a local market. Our services include: • Carpet cleaning • Upholstery cleaning • Water extraction/restoration • Residential house cleaning • Short-term rental/Airbnb cleaning • Commercial cleaning • Dryer vent cleaning • Additional home-service offerings as we expand THE OBJECTIVE We want to become one of the most recognized home-service brands in our market Your job is to help us build a customer-acquisition machine that consistently generates leads, repeat customers, referrals, reviews, commercial relationships, and brand awareness. We are celebrating 50 years in business this year and need customers to know that. We want more customers in our market seeing us everywhere. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO First, analyze our market. Study our major competitors across Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley. Determine: • What competitors are doing well • Where they are weak • What they charge and how they package services when information is available • What offers they are using • How they position themselves • Which marketing channels appear underutilized • Where there are opportunities for us to differentiate Then develop a complete growth strategy. We want you thinking across channels, including: • Google Ads / Local Search • Google Business Profile / Maps • Meta / Facebook / Instagram advertising • Retargeting • SEO • Direct-response offers • Email and SMS marketing • Referral programs • Review generation • Customer reactivation • Cross-selling between our companies and different services • Neighborhood campaigns • Direct mail • Commercial/B2B outreach • Property manager relationships • Realtor relationships • Apartment/community partnerships • Seasonal campaigns • Promotions and giveaways • Video/content strategy • Local partnerships • Guerrilla marketing • Community presence • Brand positioning We are especially interested in ideas our competitors ARE NOT doing. We don’t want you limited by this list. If you believe there is a better way to acquire customers, we want to hear it. THE MINDSET WE ARE LOOKING FOR Think like an owner and growth operator, not an employee completing marketing tasks. We want someone who asks: “How can we acquire customers cheaper than everyone else?” “How can we make this company impossible to ignore locally?” “How can we turn one carpet-cleaning customer into a carpet + dryer vent + house-cleaning customer?” “How can we generate revenue from customers already sitting in the database?” “How can we create offers people actually respond to?” “How do we systematically take market share from established competitors?” “How can we measure whether this is actually making money?” We are willing to test unconventional ideas if the economics make sense. MEASUREMENT Vanity metrics do not impress us. We care about: • Qualified leads • Cost per lead • Booking/conversion rate • Customer acquisition cost • Revenue generated • Return on ad spend • Repeat customer rate • Cross-sell rate • Review growth • Commercial opportunities generated • Customer lifetime value We want tracking that allows us to determine what is actually producing revenue. INITIAL PROJECT The first stage of this engagement will be a market analysis and 90-day growth plan. We expect you to: 1. Audit our current marketing and online presence. 2. Research our primary local competitors. 3. Identify the biggest opportunities in our market. 4. Develop positioning and offers for our services. 5. Identify the highest-potential acquisition channels. 6. Create a 30/60/90-day execution plan. 7. Establish KPIs and tracking. 8. Identify several aggressive or unconventional strategies that could help us gain market share quickly. If the strategy is strong, we want this to become an ongoing relationship where you help execute and manage the growth plan. WHO WE WANT You should have demonstrated experience growing LOCAL SERVICE BUSINESSES. Experience with businesses such as these is highly preferred: Cleaning Carpet cleaning Restoration HVAC Plumbing Electrical Roofing Pest control Landscaping Other home services Experience working with U.S. businesses is strongly preferred. HOW TO APPLY Do NOT send us a generic proposal. Start your application with the words: “ALASKA GROWTH” Then answer these questions: 1. Tell us about a local service business you helped grow. What were the actual numbers before and after? 2. If you had $10,000 to take market share from competitors in Anchorage over the next 90 days, how would you approach it? 3. Give us ONE unconventional marketing idea you would test for a carpet-cleaning/restoration company that most competitors probably aren’t doing. 4. What metrics would you need from us to determine our maximum profitable customer acquisition cost? 5. How would you turn an existing database of past customers into new revenue? 6. What marketing channels are most local home-service companies underutilizing? 7. What parts of this project would YOU personally handle, and what parts would require another specialist? 8. Show us examples of campaigns, landing pages, ads, funnels, or growth strategies you have personally created. 9. What software/tools do you prefer for tracking leads, calls, attribution, advertising, and customer follow-up? 10. Record a short Loom video explaining what you would investigate FIRST if you were hired for this project. We will prioritize applicants who demonstrate strategic thinking, direct-response marketing knowledge, strong numbers/analytics skills, and actual experience generating revenue for local service businesses. We are not looking for the cheapest freelancer. We are looking for someone capable of helping us build a dominant local brand and a repeatable customer-acquisition system. If you are exceptional, there is significant opportunity for a long-term relationship across multiple businesses as we acquire more business

I’m looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to provide ongoing support across a variety of ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks.
The role is currently up to 10 hours per week, with the potential to expand over time. Ideally, the successful person will gradually take greater ownership of our social media and content execution. Skills and experience • English: Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear, professional content. • Canva: High level of proficiency, including creating and editing branded marketing materials. • WordPress & Elementor: Intermediate working knowledge and confidence updating website content and layouts. • Social media: Experience creating carousels, reels and static posts. You should be comfortable working within established brand guidelines, as well as updating existing templates and creating new ones when required. • Trello: Basic working knowledge for managing tasks, priorities and workflows. • AI tools: Some practical experience using AI tools, with a willingness to learn and explore new tools and more efficient ways of working. • Excel: Strong Excel skills, ideally including VLOOKUP and PivotTables, or a willingness and ability to learn these skills. • PowerPoint: Ability to create, edit and format professional PowerPoint presentations. • Attention to detail: A strong eye for detail is essential. While AI may be used for brainstorming and assisting with tasks, all work must be carefully reviewed, refined and checked with a human eye before it is considered complete. What I’m really looking for More important than ticking every technical skills box is finding someone who can think independently, problem-solve and take ownership of their work. I’m looking for someone who can think beyond simply executing a task. You should be comfortable asking the right questions, identifying potential issues, suggesting better ways of doing things and using initiative to move work forward. You will also be expected to document processes as you work, creating clear notes and procedures that can be referred back to when completing similar tasks in the future. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you do need to be curious, adaptable and resourceful. I’m looking for someone who is willing to work things out, research solutions and learn new skills rather than relying on step-by-step instructions for every task. This is an ongoing role for someone who would like to become a reliable part of the business and potentially take on greater responsibility over time, particularly in relation to social media, content creation and website content execution. When submitting your proposal Please answer the following questions: 1. How many years of experience do you have working with WordPress and Elementor? 2. How many years of experience do you have working with Canva? 3. Please provide three examples of social media posts you have personally created in Canva. 4. Please briefly explain your role in creating each example. For instance, did you create the design, write the copy, select the imagery and/or work from an existing template? 5. Tell me about one example where you were given a task you didn’t know how to complete initially. How did you work out what to do? 6. What industries do you have experience creating social media for?

Founding AI Agent & Automation Engineer
Build a Personal AI Operating System for a Founder. Hi, I am looking for a highly capable AI Agent / Automation Engineer to help build a personal AI operating system that will eventually handle a significant portion of my day-to-day information, organization, research, preparation, and workflow management. This is not an Executive Assistant position nor a basic chatbot project. I am looking for a technical builder who can architect and implement an AI system using OpenClaw, a dedicated Mac mini, LLMs, APIs, MCP, automation workflows, memory, and secure integrations. The Goal The long-term vision is: Founder → AI Operating System → Information → Decisions → Approved Execution I want an AI system that can understand my business context, remember important information, monitor workflows, prepare work for me, surface things that need attention, and execute authorized actions. Phase 1 — Build the Foundation You will help me: Configure a dedicated Mac mini Install and configure OpenClaw Configure the OpenClaw Gateway Connect appropriate AI models Establish persistent services Design the AI's memory and context architecture Build secure tool access Configure MCP where appropriate Build API integrations Build automation workflows Establish logging and monitoring Create backups and recovery procedures Establish clear permissions and approval gates Phase 2 — Connect the Operating Environment The system should eventually be capable of securely working with business tools such as: Calendar Messaging Project management systems CRM GitHub Cloud storage Documents Business databases Analytics Internal applications Integrations must use legitimate APIs, approved authentication methods, and respect the Terms of Service and security requirements of each connected platform. Phase 3 — Build the AI Executive Layer Examples of what I ultimately want the system to do: Morning briefing "Give me everything I need to know today." The system should be able to identify: Important emails Upcoming meetings Outstanding commitments Project issues Follow-ups Deadlines Important business activity Information retrieval "Find everything we have discussed about this project." "What's still outstanding?" "What decisions have been made?" Preparation "Prepare me for tomorrow's meetings." "Summarize the latest activity and give me the key talking points." Workflow management "Create the follow-up tasks from this meeting." "Remind me if this hasn't been completed." Proactive intelligence The system should eventually identify issues before I ask: Stalled projects Missed follow-ups Upcoming deadlines Important unanswered messages Changes requiring my attention Recurring operational problems Founder Memory A major component will be building a structured memory system around: People Projects Decisions Priorities Documents Conversations Commitments Processes Preferences Historical context The objective is to dramatically reduce the amount of context I have to repeat. Required Technical Experience Strong candidates should have experience with several of the following: OpenClaw or comparable AI agent frameworks OpenAI / Claude / Gemini MCP AI agents and tool calling Python JavaScript / TypeScript REST APIs Webhooks OAuth n8n / Make / Zapier GitHub macOS Linux Docker Browser automation RAG / vector databases LLM memory architectures Agent orchestration Automation architecture Security and credential management Security Is Extremely Important This system may eventually have access to sensitive business information. You must understand: Least-privilege access OAuth API credential security Secrets management Permission boundaries Sandboxing Logging Backups Recovery Approval workflows Safe handling of external actions The system should not independently perform high-impact or irreversible actions without appropriate authorization. What I'm Looking For I want a builder, not someone who simply follows a setup tutorial. You should be comfortable: Reading documentation Debugging systems Writing code Working with APIs Designing architectures Troubleshooting integrations Thinking independently Explaining technical decisions clearly You should be able to take: "I want my AI to do this." and turn it into: architecture → integration → automation → testing → deployment. When Applying Please answer these questions: Have you built an AI agent that can actually interact with external tools or systems? Explain. What experience do you have with OpenClaw or comparable agent frameworks? Have you configured an always-on Mac/Linux AI environment? What is your experience with MCP? Show examples of AI automation systems you have personally built. How would you design memory for a personal AI operating system? How would you prevent an AI agent from taking an unsafe or unauthorized action? What would your architecture look like for this project? What is the most complex AI automation you have personally built? Please keep all pre-contract communication and proposal materials within Upwork. I am looking for someone who can start with the technical foundation and potentially become a long-term technical partner as the system evolves. If you have actually built agentic systems ( this does not mean experimenting with prompts ) LMK Id like to hear from you.

I’m looking for a warm, resourceful, highly organized administrative assistant to help me keep several parts of my business and life moving.
I’m building a real estate practice focused on land and development while also helping manage my dad’s appointments and weekly administrative needs. I need someone who enjoys bringing order to moving pieces, follows through, and can take a small request from start to finish without needing every step spelled out. This is a small role to begin with, approximately 3–4 hours per week, with the potential to grow as my business and workload grow. What you would help with: * Keeping Asana organized so tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups are easy to see * Updating Follow Up Boss and preparing a short weekly list of relationships and follow-ups that need my attention * Conducting preliminary land, parcel, municipal, and community research * Organizing research findings, source links, contact information, and unanswered questions * Scheduling and confirming my dad’s medical appointments * Coordinating transportation, grocery orders, records requests, and routine office follow-up * Handling occasional personal administration, such as scheduling a vet appointment, researching a vendor, making or calling customer service * Researching worthwhile volunteer or civic opportunities in growing western suburban Chicago communities * Adding approved appointments and commitments to the appropriate calendar with complete details How we would work together: Some responsibilities will repeat each week, while other requests will be added as they come up. I will not always have the entire week planned in advance. At the beginning of each week, we will agree on the most important priorities within the available time. You will keep the work updated in Asana and let me know early if the list is larger than the hours available. I do not expect you to be available all day. I do expect dependable follow-through and clear communication. The goal is for me to hand something off, trust that it is being handled, and receive a concise update when it is: * Complete * Waiting on someone else * Missing information * Ready for a decision from me You may be a good fit if you are: * Warm, dependable, discreet, and naturally organized * Comfortable making phone calls, sitting on hold, following up, and getting clear answers * Resourceful enough to determine the next step without constant supervision * Good at turning a loosely defined request into a clear action * Able to research carefully and distinguish verified information from assumptions * Comfortable handling personal, family, medical, and business information confidentially * A clear communicator who can combine questions into one concise update * Service-minded and relationship-oriented rather than aggressive or overly sales-focused * Available for at least some work during weekday Central Time business hours The primary tools will be: * Asana * Follow Up Boss * Google Calendar * Google Drive * Email and phone Experience with these tools is helpful, but it is not required if you are comfortable learning new systems. This is an administrative support role. You will not be expected to sell real estate, negotiate, provide real estate or medical advice, make decisions for me or my dad, or spend money without approval. Schedule and compensation: * Approximately 3–4 hours per week to start * Remote and flexible * Potential for additional hours as the role and business grow * $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience When applying, please answer the following: 1. What time zone are you in, and when are you typically available? 2. What kinds of administrative work are you especially good at? 3. Tell me about a time you received a loosely defined request and figured out how to complete it. 4. Are you comfortable calling medical offices, municipalities, vendors, and customer-service departments? 5. What experience do you have with Asana, Follow Up Boss, CRMs, calendars, or online research? Please keep your proposal straightforward and personal. A formal cover letter is not necessary.

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to become our go-to resource for ongoing, part-time and project-based needs.
We are a technology-focused business working with different services, products, OEMs, and customer segments. Because of that, our campaigns and target audiences will change depending on what we are taking to market. We need someone who is comfortable adapting to those changes and helping us turn an idea or sales objective into something actionable. The work could include a mix of: Marketing campaign development and execution Social media and LinkedIn content Website updates and landing pages Salesforce/CRM support and data organization Target audience and prospect research Lead list development Email and outbound campaign support Sales collateral and messaging Basic reporting and campaign tracking Using AI tools to improve content, research, and productivity We are not looking for an expert in every one of these areas. We are looking for someone who understands both marketing and sales support, is resourceful, learns quickly, and can help us determine the best way to execute a project. Ideally, this person becomes someone we can regularly turn to and say: “Here is the product or service we want to promote, here is the type of customer we want to reach, and here is the outcome we're looking for — help us build and execute the campaign.” Experience supporting B2B technology, IT, cybersecurity, networking, managed services, or similar companies would be especially valuable. This will start as part-time/as-needed work, with the opportunity to become an ongoing relationship for the right person. When applying, briefly tell us about your experience supporting both marketing and sales, the tools you are most comfortable with, and an example of a campaign or project where you helped take an idea from concept through execution. We value versatility, responsiveness, initiative, and execution more than a long list of certifications.

About the Role
I run a men's fragrance education channel with 1M+ followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We publish daily short-form and weekly long-form YouTube. The production side works. What I need is someone who keeps it moving without me chasing it. You are the connective tissue between me and a small remote editing team. What You'll Own - Coordinate 2 editors (short-form and long-form). Track what's due, when, and flag slips before they become missed posts - QC every deliverable before it reaches me. Watch for pacing, caption errors, color consistency, brand standards - Write revision notes. Specific and timestamped, not "make it better" - Keep the Notion workspace current: content pipeline, batch trackers, team directory - Schedule and publish across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube - Track performance data and log it What You Don't Own - Editing - Scriptwriting - Research (separate role) You're a Great Fit If - You've coordinated remote creative teams before - You notice things. Wrong font, audio out of sync, a caption typo, a color that doesn't match last week's video - You write clear, specific feedback - You chase people without me asking you to - You're comfortable in Notion and Slack - EST overlap. You're reachable during my working hours Do Not Apply If - You need to be told what to do each day - You go quiet when something goes wrong instead of flagging it - You've never managed deliverables from contractors Compensation $10-12/hour, 15-20 hours/week. About the Role
I run a men's fragrance education channel with 800K+ followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. My content uses external authority (research citations) instead of personal opinions. This is what separates my channel from typical fragrance reviewers. I need a Research Assistant to: 1. Find peer-reviewed studies, surveys, and data that support my video scripts 2. Verify all citations are accurate and accessible 3. Review final scripts to ensure research is properly integrated What You'll Do - Find peer-reviewed studies on fragrance, olfaction, attraction, psychology, and male grooming - Locate credible surveys and polls (Fragrantica, published market research) - Deliver research briefs with proper citations - Audit completed scripts: confirm every citation exists, every link resolves, every statistic is quoted accurately, and every study actually supports the claim it's attached to - Suggest flow improvements without changing the core script structure Example Research Topics - How scent affects first impressions and attraction - Olfactory memory and emotional association - Fragrance and confidence/self-perception - Gender differences in scent preferences - Skin chemistry and fragrance projection What a Research Brief Looks Like For each brief, I need: 1. Finding: One sentence summary of what the study found 2. Citation: Author(s), Year, Journal/Institution 3. Key Data Point: Specific statistic or quote usable in a script 4. Link: Working URL to the source (PubMed, journal site, etc.) 5. Script Application: How this could be used in a video hook or key point Example: Finding: Men wearing fragrance were rated more attractive by women, not because of the scent itself, but because fragrance increased the men's self-confidence, which women detected through body language. Citation: Roberts, S.C., et al. (2009). International Journal of Cosmetic Science, 31(1):47-54. Key Data Point: Women rated fragrance-wearing men as more attractive based on silent video alone (no scent present). Link: [working URL] Script Application: Hook for "confidence" angle. Fragrance changes how you carry yourself, not just how you smell. Requirements Must Have: - Experience with academic research or literature reviews - Access to research databases (PubMed, Google Scholar, JSTOR, university library access) - Ability to verify a claim against the full study, not just the abstract - Strong attention to detail. Every source must be verifiable - Native or fluent English - Reliable turnaround (48-72 hours per research brief) Nice to Have: - Background in psychology, neuroscience, chemistry, or marketing research - Familiarity with fragrance/beauty industry - Experience supporting content creators Do Not Apply If: - You fabricate or embellish research findings - You use "studies show" without specific citations - You can't verify your sources with working links - You plan to use AI to find sources without reading and verifying each one yourself Workflow 1. I send you a topic or video concept 2. You find 3-5 relevant peer-reviewed studies or credible data sources 3. You deliver a research brief in the format above 4. I write the script using your research 5. You audit the final script: citations verified, links tested, statistics checked against the source text 6. Ongoing: 2-4 research briefs per week Compensation Research brief (3-5 verified sources): $50 per brief Script citation audit: $25 per script Volume: 8-12 briefs per month, $400-600/month to start. Growth potential as we systematize and scale. To Apply Answer these 3 questions in your proposal: 1. What databases do you have access to? (PubMed, Google Scholar, JSTOR, university library, etc.) 2. Describe your process for finding a peer-reviewed study on a niche topic. Walk me through the steps you'd take if I asked you to find research on "how scent affects perceived trustworthiness in professional settings." 3. Share a sample of past research work (if available). This could be a literature review, research summary, annotated bibliography, or similar. If you don't have samples, describe your most relevant research experience. Strong proposals get invited to a paid test brief at the full $50 rate. Hey! I'm Kot. Nice to meet you.
I run a multi seven-figure online course business with over 50,000 students, I'm returning to a professional acting career after 15 years of training, and I'm building a personal brand and media company from the ground up. My life is moving fast and getting bigger — and I need someone in my corner who can support me as I create and run at top speed. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who loves keeping a founder's personal world running without being micromanaged. You'll own my calendar, inbox, travel, and projects across my personal and professional life — from managing audition logistics to building SOPs to researching the best gym in a new city. I'm building across multiple dimensions at once: a growing business, a media company, an acting career, and a real social life worth living. This role is the operational backbone that keeps all of it moving. That means real ownership, direct impact, and a clear path from part-time EA to full-time Chief of Staff as the scope grows. The more I build, the more you'll own. If you're proactive, warm, and genuinely good at keeping things moving without a step-by-step checklist, this will feel like the role you've been waiting for. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Inbox, calendar, and follow-ups — Own my schedule, handle reschedules, confirm meetings, protect my time, join calls to capture action items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. • Travel planning — Book flights, hotels, and ground transport, and own every detail of the trip: logistics, accommodations, where to work, where to train. This extends to personal life logistics — finding great restaurants, coordinating plans with friends, researching experiences worth having. • Relationship management — Maintain a simple tracker of important contacts (collaborators, partners, casting directors, mentors), proactively flag when it's time to reach out, draft follow-up messages after meetings, and make sure key relationships don't go cold. • Pre-meeting research — Before important calls or meetings, prepare a brief on who I'm meeting, what they do, what we last talked about, and what I want to get out of the conversation. I walk in prepared without spending time on LinkedIn. • Opportunity research — Scan for relevant events, auditions, conferences, and networking opportunities that fit my profile, and present a curated shortlist weekly. I say yes or no. You handle the rest. • Hiring support — Run first-round candidate screening and keep the recruiting process moving. • Social media support — Handle the day-to-day operational layer of my Instagram: posting, stories, DM triage, comment responses, and keeping the account warm and active. You're not the creative director, but you're the person who makes sure things actually go out consistently while that infrastructure gets built. • Social and community coordination — Plan and manage recurring events: book clubs, group hikes, movie nights, and other social containers I create. Send invites, manage RSVPs, set up calendar links, send reminders, and own the logistics end to end so I just show up. • SOP building and asset management — Proactively document my preferences and patterns into simple, reusable systems, even when not asked. If you notice I always want the window seat or prefer a certain meeting format, you capture it before I have to say it twice. You also maintain my growing library of footage, photos, graphics, and creative assets so everything is findable when needed. • Project ownership — When I have something I want built or figured out — a new website, a research project, a logistics challenge — you take the high-level goal and own it from start to finish. You figure out the how. • Acting career logistics — Submit to talent agencies, track audition deadlines, manage headshot packages, coordinate with coaches or reel editors, and keep casting profiles current. You don't need industry expertise, just the organizational skills to keep this moving. The common thread: you own things front to end, and you figure out how without a step-by-step checklist. This list reflects where we start. As my world grows, so does the responsibility of this role. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO I'M LOOKING FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Proactive and resourceful. You see what needs to happen and make it happen. • Warm, polished presence. You represent me well in messages and on calls. • Strong people skills. You communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently. • Native or near-native English fluency. You write and speak at a level where nothing feels like a translation. • High initiative. You don't wait for permission; you propose, execute, and update me. • Discreet. You'll see personal and business details, so trust matters. • AI-forward and AI-comfortable. You use ChatGPT and Claude daily to research, draft, and solve problems, and you figure out the how independently. • Bonus if you have a background in social media, content, graphic design, or marketing. Not required, but someone who can throw together a simple graphic or a clean landing page is a meaningful plus for this role. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • You want a fixed checklist every day. • You're uncomfortable making judgment calls without being told exactly what to do. • You're looking for a creative or on-camera role. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE DETAILS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Comp: $1,500/month to start, part-time — which is what the hourly range on this post works out to. Clear path to $2,000–$2,500/month full-time as the role grows. • Location: Latin America strongly preferred — Colombia or Mexico — for timezone alignment with PST. • Hours: Roughly 20–25 hours per week to start, with overlap during PST mornings (approximately 9am–1pm PST). Growing into full-time as the role develops. • Remote: Fully remote. Reliable internet and a professional Zoom setup are essential. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW TO APPLY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Start your proposal with the word LEVERAGE so I know you read this all the way through. Then answer the screening questions below. One of them asks for a short video intro (90 seconds max) — tell me who you are, why you're a fit, and let me see your energy and presence. An unlisted YouTube, Loom, or Google Drive link is perfect. Please also include your resume or LinkedIn. I'm looking for someone who makes my life easier, not harder. If that's you, I'd love to meet. This is one of the most interesting EA roles you'll find. If you're the kind of person who gets energized by variety, ownership, and building something real alongside someone who's all in — let's talk. One note: I'm traveling for the next few weeks, so replies may be slower than usual. I'm reading every application and will follow up. Client's questions:

Project Overview
I am developing a tool focused on the neurodivergent community and need a psychologist to review and refine an initial questionnaire. The goal of this survey is to understand specific issues and identify specific support gaps that currently exist for a demographic. Role Requirements The main task is to evaluate our drafted questions to ensure they are appropriately phrased for a highly specific audience. These questions are based on current psychological research related to the hurdles faced by this demographic, giving us a solid baseline. Your job will be to refine the language so it accurately captures complex psychological nuances without having to use overly clinical language likely to cause participant confusion, all while ensuring we still achieve our goal of identifying those specific market gaps. Ideal Experience Applied experience in survey design, psychological research, or psychometrics will be highly relevant for this role. The right candidate will know how to balance rigorous research standards with clear and accessible phrasing. Client's questions:

I’m looking for a creative, strategic marketing partner to help build the digital presence of several interconnected brands: an established photography business, a growing real estate/design business, and my personal brand.
These are small, creative, personality-driven businesses, and I want the marketing to reflect that. I’m not looking for flashy traditional marketing, constant promotion, or someone who simply schedules posts. I’m very idea and energy driven. Sometimes I have more ideas than I could possibly execute, and other times I have none. I need someone who can capture those ideas when they’re flowing, help shape the strategy, and keep things consistently moving when I’m busy elsewhere. THE KIND OF MARKETING I BELIEVE IN I’m interested in strategic, psychology-driven, connection-based marketing. I care about storytelling, positioning, brand perception, audience psychology, trust, and understanding why people connect, follow, remember, and eventually buy. My photography and real estate/design businesses have services to sell, but my personal brand is currently audience-first. There isn’t a specific product we’re trying to push. I want to build the right audience, understand what resonates, establish trust and authority, and eventually identify offers that make sense from there. INSTAGRAM + PINTEREST Instagram and Pinterest will be the primary platforms for this role. Instagram will focus on Reels, carousels, storytelling, audience connection, positioning, and organic growth. Pinterest management will be a significant part of this position. I need someone who understands Pinterest as a search, discovery, and traffic platform, not simply another place to repost Instagram content. You should be comfortable with Pinterest strategy, SEO and keyword research, boards, titles and descriptions, Pin creation, scheduling, analytics, evergreen content, and intentionally driving traffic back to our websites and content. TikTok and LinkedIn are secondary platforms where we can strategically repurpose or create content when appropriate. WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR I’m looking for someone who can take rough ideas, voice notes, conversations, photos, and footage and help turn them into an actual content and marketing strategy. The role will include strategy, content planning, Reels/video editing, elevated carousels and graphics, copy and captions, scheduling/publishing, Pinterest management, analytics, repurposing, and identifying new growth and marketing opportunities. Experience with paid ads, email marketing, SEO, funnels, or offer development is a bonus, but not required. HOW WE’LL WORK I envision a weekly meeting to brain dump, review what’s happening across the brands, look at performance, and establish priorities. From there, I want you to take ownership and keep things moving. ClickUp will be our central workspace. Strong ClickUp experience is highly preferred, especially if you’re comfortable improving workflows, views, templates, automations, dashboards, and systems yourself. I enjoy building these things, but it’s not the best use of my time. I’m based in the U.S. Mountain Time Zone and strongly prefer someone who works within a few hours of Mountain Time. I’m open to working with someone outside the U.S., but consistent overlap during my normal working hours is important to me. I want this to feel like a collaborative working relationship rather than an overnight handoff. AI will also be an important part of our workflow. You must already have an active paid AI membership and be comfortable using AI regularly in your work. ChatGPT is strongly preferred. I’m looking for someone who sees AI as a tool for research, strategy, ideation, organization, analysis, repurposing, and improving efficiency, not as a replacement for original thought or creative judgment. CREATIVE DIRECTION I’m drawn to elevated, organic, editorial/lifestyle content. I want polished, intentional work without looking overly produced, corporate, generic, trendy, or sales-heavy. Taste, storytelling, emotion, human behavior, and strong ideas matter more to me than flashy marketing tactics. TO APPLY Please tell me about your experience with Instagram strategy, Pinterest management, content creation, and ClickUp. Include examples of work that represent both your aesthetic and strategic abilities, and specifically share any Pinterest accounts you’ve managed or results you’ve achieved. Please also tell me which paid AI platform you currently use and briefly how you use it in your work. I’m looking for a long-term creative and marketing partner, not simply someone to complete a predetermined list of social media tasks. Client's questions:
