We’re a science-led women’s health platform focused on fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. Our work sits at the intersection of evidence-based health, education, and accessible digital content cutting through misinformation with clarity and credibility.

We work with qualified health professionals across fertility, nutrition, psychology and physiotherapy, and we’re expanding our content team.

The Role

We’re looking for a freelancing content creator who can confidently communicate science-backed women’s health information in a way that is engaging, accurate, and relatable.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Lives in Australia or New Zealand

Is deeply interested in fertility, pregnancy and postpartum health

Enjoys translating scientific concepts into clear, digestible content for social media

Understands the emotional nuance of women’s health journeys

What You’ll Be Creating

Instagram Reels (educational, talking-to-camera or scripted)

Carousel posts explaining scientific concepts simply

Short-form educational captions

Content covering fertility, TTC, pregnancy physiology, postpartum recovery, hormones, stress, nutrition, pelvic health, and evidence-based care

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest or background in science, health, or women’s health

Comfortable speaking on camera (or scripting content for others)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to discuss science accurately (no influencer fluff)

Familiarity with Instagram trends without compromising credibility

Female creator preferred due to audience alignment and lived-experience content

Formal qualifications are not required, but a science, health, or allied health background is a strong advantage.

Description:

We are a Canadian pre-seed startup developing a product that blends social media and fintech. Our pitch deck is already complete, and we’re now focused on securing funding to move development forward as a solo founder .

This role is for someone who can:
• Research active funding opportunities relevant to Canadian startups
• Identify VCs, angel investors, or private capital groups that invest at the pre-seed stage
• Focus on the fintech and social media sectors
• Provide clear details such as investor name, website, contact info, investment focus, and submission process
• Prioritize relevance and speed over volume

We’re not looking for pitch design, accelerators, incubators, or general grant writing. Just solid leads.

We have a problem - a good problem, but still a problem.
We scaled various ecommerce brands to $400k+/month in the last year by just ripping + making videos ourselves. Right now we're at $200k per month and the bottleneck isn't traffic or conversion - it's fresh creative concepts that no one's seen before.
The market is saturated with the same recycled hooks, the same testimonial formats, the same before/afters. What's working now is emotional storytelling that actually connects - the unexpected angle from a Reddit confession, the story that makes someone stop scrolling because it feels like their exact situation, the creative that doesn't feel like an ad at all.
We have the budgets, the proven offers, and resources to help build systems. We just need killers who can find those untapped emotional triggers and turn them into ads that hit different. Someone who can dig into the messy, real conversations people are having and pull out angles our competitors would never think to test.
Our creative output can't keep up with the opportunities we're seeing. We need to be testing 10+ completely fresh concepts per week - not variations of what's working, but net new stories, new avatars, new emotional entry points that haven't been beaten to death in the feed. Right now we're at maybe 3.
While everyone else is recycling the same "doctor recommended" or "this one weird trick" angles, we need someone who can find the story about the mom who cried in the Target parking lot, or the conversation happening in private Facebook groups at 2am. The real stuff that actually moves people to buy.

Phase 1: Application

What You'll Actually Be Doing (Once You Win)
Deep customer research - Reddit threads, Amazon reviews, YouTube comments, forum posts. Finding the stories no one else is telling. Understanding our customers better than they understand themselves
Identify fresh emotional angles we haven't tested yet. Not another "5 reasons why" but the story about why someone almost gave up, the unexpected moment that changed everything
Go from insight → concept → finished ad without needing hand-holding at every step
Use AI tools to speed up production - if there's a tool that helps you move faster, use it. We have an AI engineer for n8n workflows to automate whatever we can

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Communications & Executive Support Assistant to support an educator, researcher, and curriculum developer working across Islamic education, research, writing, and public-facing initiatives.

This role was originally scoped as executive support, but has evolved to require additional expertise in social media and digital communications, while retaining executive and project coordination tasks.

You will be stepping into an existing workflow and helping maintain continuity following the departure of a previous assistant.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Communications
Develop social media strategy. Manage and maintain a regular social media presence (LinkedIn primary; others as needed)


Draft, schedule, and post content aligned with:


Educational initiatives


Curriculum development


Public talks, writing, and thought leadership


Fundraising or Giving Week campaigns (as applicable)


Repurpose long-form content (talks, articles, notes, newsletters) into short-form posts


Maintain a simple content calendar and posting rhythm


Coordinate with designers or consultants for visuals when needed


Monitor engagement and flag insights or opportunities


Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across platforms


2. Executive & Project Support
Track key action items, follow-ups, and deadlines across multiple projects

Organize files, transcripts, notes, and shared documents

Assist with inbox organization and drafting short responses when requested

Prepare brief summaries or notes from voice memos or meetings

Support scheduling and coordination

3. Publishing & Content Support
Assist with preparing manuscripts, curriculum drafts, translations, or research notes


Format documents for Google Docs, Word, or PDF


Support light editing, proofreading, and document cleanup


Help manage versions and ensure clarity across drafts


4. Research & Coordination Support
Assist in gathering sources and summarizing materials (guidance provided)
