I am creating a high level master plan and student accommodation for a new university. The universities is a technical based territory education campus, which will consist of around 1000 international students.

To create a high-level master plan I'm wanting to understand the area in m2 that will be required for the university campus.

Our team is looking to hire 5-10 experts from a variety of disciplines to evaluate AI-generated responses to diverse academic queries spanning many fields, including arts and humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, formal sciences, and applied sciences (read on for a full list.)

Candidates will be tasked with evaluating model-generated responses to academic queries/user prompts by assessing the responses based on predefined criteria. You will also be asked to compare and contrast two model-generated responses for each query.

Ideal candidates will have a graduate degree (PhD or masters) in a relevant field, though both current graduate students and candidates with undergraduate degrees and relevant experience will also be considered. Prior experience in academic research (or teaching) and evaluating academic writing is desirable.

The queries and responses you evaluate will be based on your area of expertise. In your proposal, please indicate which of the following five categories your expertise is a fit for:
Applied science: encompassing business, economics, finance, and education
Arts and Humanities: encompassing art, history, law, literature, and philosophy
Formal science: encompassing physics, engineering, computer science, and math
Natural science: encompassing biology, chemistry, and medicine

We estimate that this project will take approximately 10-20 hours over the course of about two weeks. My name is Hugh and I have recently started an online accountancy training business called Procountancy.

My business sells textbooks and courses that prepare students for their professional accountancy exams. At the moment, I am putting together on-demand course.

For context, the course involves me teaching from Powerpoints from a MacBook. I will be annotating the slides with an iPad and using a studio quality mic that will be out of frame. I plan on using the Mac's internal webcam as the video camera but may use an alternative depending on space.

I have Camtasia 2022, OBS and Final Cut Pro.

I need an expert to help me with putting these videos together in the best way possible. This would likely involve creating a template for me in Camtasia or Final Cut Pro that gives these videos an enhanced polish over my competitors. They don't necessarily have to be highly edited, but the layout and position of the slides, video and background shoud look highly professional.
