I need an expert to help me create professional educational videos from my existing teaching content.
My requirement is: 1. I provide the **physics topic/question and its complete solution/explanation**. 2. The final output should be a **proper educational video**, not just a slideshow or static images. 3. The video should look like a **real teacher explaining the topic on a digital/virtual classroom board**, with the equations, diagrams, steps and important points appearing naturally on the board as the explanation progresses. 4. It should have **clear, natural-sounding Hindi voice narration**, preferably with a teacher-like tone—not a robotic or AI-sounding voice. 5. The **voice, board writing/animation and visual explanation must be synchronized** so that whatever the teacher is explaining is simultaneously being written, highlighted or animated on the board. 6. I should be able to control the **exact script, pronunciation, timing, equations, diagrams and sequence of explanation**. 7. The final video should be suitable for **Class 11/12 Physics students and professional teaching use**. I have already tried using AI tools, but the result was not satisfactory—the voice sounded unnatural and, more importantly, I did not get the actual explanatory video I was looking for. **What I need from you is a practical end-to-end solution:** Please tell me exactly **which AI/software/tools or combination of tools I should use, what the workflow would be, and whether this can be achieved with good-quality Hindi narration and synchronized teacher-board animation.** I am specifically looking for a solution that I can realistically use to produce multiple such Physics teaching videos, rather than a one-time manual solution.

We are seeking an experienced Business qualification and assessment specialist to provide independent technical review of qualification and assessment materials that have already been substantially developed.
This is primarily a technical review and validation assignment, not a content-writing role. The specialist will review prepared materials, identify weaknesses, recommend amendments where necessary, and provide professional judgement on whether the qualification and assessment design is technically appropriate. Relevant experience may include: - Business or Management teaching and assessment - qualification or curriculum development - programme leadership - learning-outcome design - assignment and assessment design - assessment criteria and marking rubrics - moderation and standardisation - IQA / internal verification - external examining - assessment validation - academic or vocational quality assurance - BTEC, HNC/HND or similar vocational qualifications - awarding-organisation or regulated-qualification experience Experience at Level 3, Level 4, Level 5, HNC/HND, undergraduate higher education or comparable vocational/professional levels is relevant. Applicants should have substantial experience in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, HR, Marketing, Operations, Logistics or a closely related discipline, together with genuine experience in assessment design, assessment review, moderation, validation or quality assurance. Previous work with a UK awarding organisation or regulated qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential. The majority of the documentation will already be prepared. We need someone who can critically review, challenge, verify and improve the work, rather than develop the entire qualification from scratch. The initial assignment is project-based, with the possibility of additional review work. When applying, please briefly state: - The subjects and qualification levels you have worked with. - Your experience designing or reviewing assessments, marking criteria or rubrics. - Any experience in moderation, standardisation, IQA, external examining, programme validation or quality assurance. - Any experience with vocational qualifications or awarding organisations. - Your highest relevant qualification.

DaVinci Resolve Editor for Podcast Episode

Project overview
I need a DaVinci Resolve editor to take one interview episode from a business/leadership podcast and turn it into polished, sales-ready video assets — a full episode edit, a highlight reel, and short social clips — while also building a reusable project template so a volunteer editor can maintain the same quality on future episodes without starting from scratch each time. This is scoped as a single-episode project to start. If it goes well, there's very likely follow-on work, including a second, more involved episode. What this episode is A conversation between a meditation teacher/corporate speaker and a Salesforce EVP, discussing leadership, meditation, and AI. The tone is warm, credible, and business-relevant — think executive thought-leadership content, not casual vlog or entertainment editing. Deliverables A DaVinci Resolve project template (.drp) with organized bins (Footage / Audio / Graphics / Final Timelines), built to be reused on future episodes. Shared Power Bins & Fusion macros, including a chapter-card title macro (a starting version will be provided), clean lower-thirds for guest name/title, and a call-to-action overlay (e.g., "Visit our website to learn more"). Two timeline formats: landscape (16:9) for website embedding, and vertical (9:16) for LinkedIn/Shorts, each with clean caption styling — professional, not "gamer style" captions. One fully edited episode, following brand specs provided (color palette, typography, transition rules). One 60–90 second highlight/proof reel — built to persuade a business audience, not a generic trailer. 3–5 short clips (15–30 seconds each) for social media. A short screen-recorded walkthrough (Loom or similar) showing how to use the template — import footage, apply presets, export — so a non-professional volunteer editor can maintain it going forward. What we're looking for Strong DaVinci Resolve skills, specifically with Fusion macros, Power Bins, and reusable project templates — not just general video cutting. A portfolio that includes corporate, B2B, or executive/thought-leadership video content. Comfort building both the reusable system and the final polished cuts. Clean, professional visual sensibility — sleek captions and titles, not high-energy/gaming-style editing. Brand specs (starting point — open to your recommendations) Typography: Lexend Colors: blue #2C90F0, purple #9510AC, secondary green #51AD1A, accent gold/orange used sparingly An existing transition system for interludes (details shared with brief) These are our current guidelines, not fixed rules — if you see an opportunity to sharpen the visual system (typography pairing, color application, transition choices) based on what actually works for this kind of corporate/B2B content, we want to hear it. Please note any recommended changes in your proposal or once you're in. Suggested starting clips (open to your picks too) We've flagged a few moments we think are strong (the "boardroom" story, a leadership-values list, an AI-and-soul exchange, among others) — happy to share the full transcript so you can identify your own top picks as well. We'll make the final selections together, but we want your professional read on what actually lands, not just ours. To apply Please include: 1–2 examples of a project template, macro system, or Power Bin setup you've built (not just a finished edit) 1–2 examples of corporate/B2B or executive-interview style editing Your estimated timeline and rate for the scope above Budget & timeline Open to proposals — please quote based on the scope above. No hard deadline; quality and a genuinely reusable template matter more than speed.

AI Vibe Coding Tutor Needed – Claude, Codex, ChatGPT + Pine Script/TradingView

I’m looking for an experienced AI/vibe coding tutor to teach me how to use tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, and ChatGPT to build, debug, modify, and test trading strategies using Pine Script.
I already have trading strategies and ideas I want to test. My goal is not to hire someone simply to code them for me. I want to learn how to use AI effectively so I can eventually build and test strategies myself. We would work together on my actual trading ideas and learn the process hands-on: Trading idea → define exact rules → prompt AI → generate Pine Script → debug → backtest → analyze → modify → retest I want to learn how to: • Use Claude, Codex, and ChatGPT effectively for coding • Write strong prompts that turn trading ideas into accurate code • Convert discretionary trading concepts into objective, testable rules • Build Pine Script indicators and strategies • Create entry and exit conditions • Add stop losses, profit targets, trailing stops, filters, and position sizing • Debug Pine Script errors with AI • Recognize when AI-generated code is technically correct but does NOT accurately represent my trading idea • Backtest strategies in TradingView • Modify variables and rules to test different versions of a strategy • Understand enough Pine Script to verify and troubleshoot AI-generated code • Develop a repeatable AI-assisted workflow so I can eventually do this independently I’m particularly interested in learning the AI-first/vibe coding approach rather than taking a traditional programming course. Ideal Tutor You should have strong experience with: • Pine Script • TradingView • Trading strategy development/backtesting • Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools • Debugging AI-generated code • Teaching or explaining technical concepts clearly Knowledge of futures trading and systematic strategy development would be a major plus. I prefer live one-on-one screen-sharing sessions where we actually build and test strategies together. When applying, please tell me: Your Pine Script experience Your experience building/backtesting trading strategies Which AI coding tools you use regularly How you use AI in your own coding workflow How you would structure our first 3–5 sessions Your hourly rate and availability Important: Please do not apply if your main approach is simply to write the Pine Script for me. I’m specifically looking for someone who can teach me how to use AI to do this myself.

Freelance recruiter

I’m looking for a freelance recruiter/sourcer to help me build out a small household support team.
I’m a senior professional in NYC, a wheelchair user, married with two boys ages 10 and 6. We currently have a good support system, so I’m not trying to fill an emergency vacancy. Instead, I’m trying to be thoughtful about building a three-person team that better matches our long-term needs. The three functions we need covered are: Personal/travel assistance for me. I need hands-on help with daily living activities such as dressing, showering and toileting, as well as someone who can drive, travel with me for work, accompany me to professional settings, and generally become a highly trusted personal assistant. No medical training is required; the physical assistance can be taught. Childcare/family assistance. Our children are 10 and 6, so this is less about traditional nanny/infant care and more about managing school pickup, activities and homework, helping them become independent and well behaved, and providing a warm but structured, almost teacher-like presence. Household support. Everyone on our team needs to be comfortable pitching in — keeping the apartment picked up and organized, doing laundry, light cleaning, errands and some cooking. We already have a housekeeper for deep cleaning, but this is very much a household where people notice what needs doing and help rather than narrowly cabining their duties. Ultimately, I envision three roles: -a weekday personal/travel assistant whose strongest skill set is helping me; -a weekday family assistant whose strongest skill set is working with the children and household; and -a weekend personal/family assistant who primarily helps me but also pitches in substantially with the kids and household. My immediate priority is probably the weekend hybrid role, but I would also like the search to surface exceptional candidates for the weekday personal-assistant role, and potentially for the family-assistant role as well. If you encounter someone terrific who fits a different part of the team, I would want to know about her. I am deliberately not looking only for candidates who have already performed these exact jobs. I’m very open to someone who needs to grow into the role but has the right underlying qualities. Across the positions, the qualities I care most about are exceptional reliability, high energy, warmth, good judgment, adaptability, service orientation, organization, humility about pitching in, and good chemistry with our family. The right candidate might currently be working as a family assistant, nanny, personal or executive assistant, hospitality professional, household assistant, caregiver, or in another adjacent field. I’m therefore looking for someone who can actively source and think creatively about candidate backgrounds, rather than simply posting an ad and processing a large volume of applications. Ideally, I’d like the recruiter to identify and approach promising candidates, conduct the initial screening conversations, assess temperament and genuine interest in this kind of hybrid work, and present me with a small number of genuinely strong prospects. I’m willing to be patient for the right people. If this sounds like a project you’d be interested in, I’d love to hear how you would approach it, what candidate populations you would target, and whether you have experience recruiting for similarly hybrid or high-trust roles. Best, Veronica

We run Sophia, a general-knowledge app with around 90,000 downloads a month. Our pieces are short: people read one in under 10 minutes on their phone.
We're looking for writers who genuinely know one of these six areas: history, science, literature, art, mythology, current affairs. CREDENTIALS REQUIRED We need you to have an accreditation in your field. A PhD, a PhD in progress, a teaching qualification, a university post, or equivalent professional credentials. Your name, photo and short bio are published alongside what you write, so this matters to us. THE WORK We give you the topics. You'll receive a list of 5 to 10 subjects in your field, each with the specific belief it has to overturn. You write 5 pieces from that list, around 600 words each. Every piece overturns something the reader thinks they know. Not a summary, an argument with a point. "The 1929 crash" is not a piece. "The 1929 crash didn't cause the Depression" is. You supply the text only. We handle editing, illustrations, formatting, audio and publication. DEFINITION OF DONE - 5 pieces delivered in one document, each between 550 and 650 words - Each piece names, within its first two sentences, the belief it will overturn, then demonstrates why it is wrong - We provide a working title for each topic; you may propose a better one, 8 words or fewer, containing the reversal - A separate list of sources for every non-trivial factual claim, for our verification and not for publication - Original writing. No generative AI for the text itself; research tools are fine - One round of revisions included after our editorial feedback HOW IT WORKS 1. We send you the list of topics for your field, with the angle for each 2. You pick the 5 you want, and tell us if any of our angles are wrong. If you think we've got one backwards, say so. We would rather know before you write than after 3. You write and deliver 4. One round of edits 5. We publish, credited to you You keep the right to teach, publish and speak on the same topics. This isn't exclusive to your ideas, only to the specific text. If the first set works well, we commission regularly. Client's questions:

AI / Full-Stack Developer Needed for Voice-Based Finnish Language Learning App
We are looking for an experienced AI / Full-Stack Developer to help build the first version of Virpi, an AI-powered Finnish language learning platform. Virpi is intended to feel less like a traditional language-learning app and more like having a personal Finnish teacher available anytime. The core experience will be real-time voice conversations with an AI Finnish tutor that understands the learner's level, remembers their previous mistakes, follows a structured Finnish curriculum and adapts future lessons based on progress. We are working in partnership with an experienced Finnish language teacher who has existing course materials, audio, exercises and teaching methodology. What We Want to Build The first version should include: - Real-time voice conversations with an AI Finnish tutor - Natural Finnish speech and listening practice - Personalized learning paths based on CEFR levels (A0/A1–B2 initially) - Initial learner level assessment - Grammar and vocabulary correction - Pronunciation feedback - Student memory so the AI remembers previous mistakes and weaknesses - Daily personalized lessons - Real-life Finnish conversation scenarios - Standard Finnish (kirjakieli) and spoken Finnish (puhekieli) - Learning flashcards - Spaced repetition for vocabulary and knowledge retention - Vocabulary mastery tracking - Grammar mastery tracking - Progress dashboard - Conversation history/transcripts - Learning goals and streaks - Subscription/free-plan usage limits - Teacher/admin dashboard for managing course material and reviewing AI performance Multilingual Learners Our users may come from many different backgrounds, including: - Arabic-speaking countries - Philippines - India - Africa - Europe - Asia The app should eventually be able to explain Finnish using a learner's preferred language where appropriate. For example, a beginner may receive explanations in English, Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi, etc., while gradually being encouraged to use more Finnish. The AI should therefore not be designed only for English-speaking learners. Finnish Curriculum We do not expect the developer to be Finnish. A Finnish teacher will provide and review the educational methodology and curriculum. The developer's responsibility will be to turn this curriculum into a structured learning system. Course material may include: - Books/PDFs - Audio - Exercises - Vocabulary - Grammar lessons - Dialogues - Tests - Real-life scenarios We want this material structured so the AI can retrieve the appropriate lesson/content based on the learner's level and current objectives. RAG / knowledge-base architecture may be appropriate. AI / Model Strategy We have not decided on one AI model yet. We want the developer to research and recommend the best architecture. Potential options include: - OpenAI Realtime / OpenAI models - Finnish-focused open-weight models such as Poro 2 - Other strong multilingual open-source/open-weight models - Whisper or similar speech recognition - Commercial or self-hosted Finnish speech-to-text - Finnish text-to-speech providers - Pronunciation-assessment services We are open to a hybrid architecture. The system should ideally be model-independent so that we can change the underlying AI provider later without rebuilding the entire product. We would like you to evaluate: 1. OpenAI/API-based architecture 2. Open-source/self-hosted architecture 3. Hybrid architecture And explain the trade-offs in: - Quality - Finnish-language performance - Voice latency - Infrastructure cost - Scalability - Development complexity Personalization / Learning Engine A major part of Virpi will be its learning memory. For example, if a student repeatedly makes a Finnish verb-conjugation mistake, Virpi should remember it. Future lessons should naturally bring that concept back until the student improves. The system should track things such as: - Known vocabulary - Weak vocabulary - Grammar strengths/weaknesses - Recurring mistakes - Pronunciation difficulties - Lessons completed - Conversation performance - CEFR progress - Flashcard performance - Spaced-repetition schedule We do not want the learning logic to rely entirely on an LLM prompt. Some progress/mastery logic should be structured in the backend. Suggested Technical Direction We are open to recommendations, but experience with technologies such as the following would be useful: - React / React Native - Expo - TypeScript - Next.js - Node.js - PostgreSQL - Supabase / Firebase - OpenAI APIs / Realtime API - WebRTC / streaming audio - Whisper / speech recognition - TTS systems - Vector databases / RAG - Stripe - Mobile subscriptions - Analytics What We Need From You First Before beginning full development, we would like the selected developer to help us produce a technical plan covering: - Recommended AI model(s) - Voice architecture - Finnish STT - Finnish TTS - Pronunciation assessment - Database architecture - Student memory architecture - Curriculum/RAG architecture - Flashcard/spaced-repetition engine - Expected API/infrastructure cost per user - Recommended technology stack - MVP development timeline - Development cost estimate - Scaling strategy We are especially interested in developers who can challenge assumptions and recommend better solutions rather than simply implementing whatever we suggest. Ideal Developer You should have strong experience with several of the following: - AI applications - LLM APIs - Open-source LLMs - Voice AI - Speech-to-text - Text-to-speech - WebRTC/audio streaming - RAG systems - PostgreSQL/databases - React/React Native - Building SaaS/mobile applications - AI memory/personalization systems Experience with language-learning, education technology or realtime voice products is a major advantage. Finnish language ability is not required. When Applying Please answer the following: 1. Have you built a realtime voice-AI application before? Please describe it. 2. What would you recommend for this product: OpenAI Realtime, an open-source model, or a hybrid approach? Why? 3. Have you worked with self-hosted LLMs such as Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Poro or similar models? 4. Have you implemented RAG or long-term user memory before? 5. How would you design a system where an AI tutor remembers a student's mistakes and changes future lessons accordingly? 6. What would you use for Finnish speech-to-text and text-to-speech? 7. How would you implement flashcards and spaced repetition? 8. Please provide examples of relevant previous work. 9. Please give an estimated cost and development approach for an MVP. We are looking for someone who can potentially continue working with us long term as the product grows. Please start your proposal with the words “Virpi AI” so we know you have read the full description.

We are redesigning the outdoor play yard for our early childhood nursery, Evergreen, and need a remote Landscape Architect or Environmental Designer to create a biophilic, nature-inspired conceptual master plan.
Important: We are not looking for catalog equipment or off-the-shelf plastic play structures. We want an organic, terrain-based landscape using natural topography, living plants, water, and earthworks to encourage open-ended movement, sensory exploration, and motor skills. Key Elements to Design Micro-Topography (Play Hill / Earth Berm): A climbable, rollable grassy mound or earth berm suited for ages 1–4. Cross-section showing gentle, safe slope ratios (e.g., 1:3 or 1:4) and edge-stabilization/turf transition notes. Interactive Low-Flow Water & Sand Feature: A natural creek bed or rill concept (e.g., child-activated push-tap or hand pump trickling over smooth river rocks/timber into a sand basin). Simple sub-surface gravel/drainage logic so water does not pool or become stagnant. Sensory & 100% Child-Safe Planting Schedule: Dense canopy trees for natural shade and dappled light. Tactile, aromatic shrubs, herbs, and sensory grasses. Strict requirement: Zero thorns, zero poisonous berries, and zero toxic saps. Circulation & Zoning: Clear sightlines for teacher supervision, quiet shaded corners, natural log/stepping stone paths, and practical transitions between messy water/sand play and cleaner covered areas. Required Deliverables (Scoped for Budget) 2D Color Master Plan: Scaled, labeled layout indicating activity zones, circulation, shade canopies, and surface materials. Play Hill & Water Feature Detail/Cross-Section: Simple structural/grading cross-section to guide our local landscaping team on height, slope angles, and drainage. Plant & Material Mood Board / Schedule: Reference sheet with plant species (Latin & common names) and natural materials (boulders, river gravel, timber elements). 3D Perspective Views (2–3 Key Angles): Clean SketchUp/Lumion renderings or illustrative perspective sketches conveying the depth, grading, and atmosphere. (We will provide: Site dimensions, perimeter boundary drawings, site photographs, and sun-orientation details). Proposed Milestone Structure Milestone 1: Initial 2D zoning layout and mood board concept for feedback. Milestone 2: Refined 2D master plan + Play hill grading cross-section & water drainage schematic. Milestone 3: Final high-res 2D plan, plant/material schedule, and 2–3 perspective views/renderings. How to Apply Share 2–3 examples of natural play spaces, school grounds, or sensory gardens you have worked on. Confirm you understand the safety considerations for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 1–4). State your estimated turnaround time to deliver the concept package.

this isn't a generic social media job. No trends, no dances, no pointing at floating text. My page is business content — agency growth, client acquisition, AI systems, team building — mixed with real lifestyle: travel, office, day-to-day. Founder content, not entertainment content.
If you follow Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Charlie Morgan and understand why their content converts, keep reading. If your portfolio is meme pages and dance edits, we're not a fit. I run a marketing agency and an education business teaching people to start AI-powered agencies. Content works — I'm the bottleneck. I don't have time to research, brief editors and chase revisions on top of running two companies. The role: Study what's working in the business/agency/coaching space and break down why — hook, structure, proof, CTA. Weekly report. Bring me topics and angles to talk on, backed by what's performing. Find sounds and formats that suit talking-head and cinematic B-roll not trend audio. Plan the lifestyle content deliberately: travel, office, gym, behind-the-scenes. Run the content calendar so there's always a queue. Manage my editing team: brief them, track every video, chase what's late, QC before it reaches me. If posting stops, that's on you. Bonus: if you can cut lifestyle edits yourself, that changes what I'll pay. You: proven experience running content for a creator, coach or founder. Fluent in short-form retention and pacing. Organised, with a system nothing falls through. Strong written English. You bring ideas unprompted. ~20 hrs/week, hourly, up to $10/hr. Worldwide. Long-term this grows in hours and pay. To apply: start with the word HOOK (templates get deleted) and tell me how and why you would be good for this, give me some examples and how you would managing editing team. If you send me an ai response you'll be rejcted

Hello! I'm the founder of English Planet (https://www.english-planet.com/). We are an online English learning startup dedicated to helping young, beginner to intermediate English speakers build confidence in their speaking skills. Our program is tailored for students aged 5–15 who have had at least 6 months to 1 year of prior English instruction (CEFR Pre-A1–B1 level) and need a supportive environment to transition from shy learners to confident speakers.
We are looking for a well-connected local recruitment partner or community manager based in Bangkok or another major city in Thailand. You ask that you leverage your local networks and parent communities to identify potential students, guide parents through our program philosophy, assist with scheduling, and onboard students into our free trial classes and paid subscriptions. This is initially a one-time recruitment contract with significant potential for ongoing, multi-milestone work as you successfully bring in more students. We have resources for you to help us find clients. -We offer students three free trial classes (3 hours on 3 different days) -We have informational ads and marketing materials you can share through digital channels to find these students -We have pre-class and post-class materials to help parents with their purchasing decisions After our three free trials, we ask parents to buy our 10 class packs (350 THB a class). Each student you get to sign up we pay you $50 USD. More students, more payments. Key Responsibilities: Student Sourcing: Reach out to legitimate local parent networks, community groups, and connections (note: eligible students must be independent leads, not immediate family or household members). We will ask for documentation. Parent Communication & Liaison: Act as the local point of contact to explain English Planet’s teaching philosophy, answer questions, and address parent concerns in their native language (Thai or Mandarin Chinese). Once they are onboarded, we will take it from there. Requirements: Location: Based in Bangkok or a major Thai city with deep roots in local families or international/bilingual school parent communities. Language Skills: Native or fluent in Thai and/or Mandarin Chinese, with strong professional English skills to communicate smoothly with our team. Most students are Chinese or Thai, though any new students are welcome - so if you speak the relevant language, great! Network: Demonstrated connections to parent communities, mother groups, education forums, or local youth activity networks. Communication Skills: Empathetic, trustworthy, and clear communicator who can represent our brand philosophy with care. Compensation Structure (Milestone-Based): $50 USD per Successfully Enrolled Student A payout milestone is triggered once a recruited student completes all 3 free trial classes AND officially signs up for a paid course program. Note: Additional milestones will be opened and funded continuously for each new student you recruit. To Apply: Please submit a short proposal detailing: Your location in Thailand and your background in education, recruitment, or community management. The local parent networks or channels you plan to utilize to reach potential students (ages 5–15, CEFR Pre-A1–B1). Any relevant experience you have in onboarding parents or students for online/after-school programs.

Please review the outline of the course listed below THIS CONTENT MAPS TO THE AZ 900 AND AI 200 CERTIFICATIONS FOR AZURE. ********* =============================================================================== AZURE FOUNDATIONS AND AI CLOUD DEVELOPMENT Course Overview and Lesson List ================================================================================ ABOUT THIS COURSE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Azure Foundations and AI Cloud Development is a single twenty-lesson course that takes a complete beginner from cloud concepts to a running, containerised, event-driven AI back end on Azure. It harmonises two certification blueprints into one dependent arc rather than teaching them as two half-courses. The foundational platform layer — cloud concepts, architecture, storage, identity, governance, and monitoring — is taught first and then used, not restated, as the build layer for AI cloud development: container registries and hosting, serverless functions, messaging and eventing, NoSQL and relational vector data services, caching, and retrieval-augmented generation. Where the two blueprints touch the same surface, the topic is taught once and deeply at the earliest point it is needed. No prior cloud, container, or Azure experience is assumed. Every tool used is free and runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and every lab is sized for free-tier and free-credit allowances. Each lesson ships a twenty-slide deck, a hands-on lab guide, a verbatim transcript, an instructor guide, a lab answer guide, and a lab assets package containing the scripts, templates, and starter files that lab requires. THE CAPSTONE — "SEMANTIC HELPDESK" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A support organisation is drowning in repeat questions whose answers already exist, buried in years of accumulated support articles. Across twenty labs you build the system that finds them: documents land in storage, an event queues each one for processing, a serverless function extracts and stores it with its embedding vector, and a containerised API answers questions by retrieving the most semantically similar passages and grounding its response in them. Identity, secrets, cost controls, governance, scaling rules, and distributed tracing are added as the platform layer is taught. Every lab consumes the artifact the previous lab saved. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THE TWENTY LESSONS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LESSON 1 — Cloud Computing, Cloud Models, and Shared Responsibility What the cloud delivers, who answers for each layer of it, and which responsibilities never transfer to a provider. LESSON 2 — Working in Azure: Portal, Cloud Shell, CLI, and PowerShell Four ways into the platform, when each is the right one, and the local toolchain every later lab depends on. LESSON 3 — Cloud Benefits and Cloud Service Types Turning advertised benefits into usable criteria, and mapping the three service types onto the responsibility boundary. LESSON 4 — Azure Global Infrastructure and the Resource Hierarchy Where a resource lives and what it belongs to: regions, zones, datacenters, and the four-level scope hierarchy. LESSON 5 — Azure Compute and Application Hosting Options Choosing between machines, containers, and functions, and deciding how each capstone component will be hosted. LESSON 6 — Azure Networking, Connectivity, and Endpoints Virtual networks, subnets, peering, name resolution, hybrid connectivity, and what a private endpoint changes. LESSON 7 — Azure Storage Services, Redundancy, and Data Movement Comparing storage services, choosing tiers and redundancy, and moving the document corpus into the cloud. LESSON 8 — Identity, Access, and Security Posture Directory services, authentication methods, conditional access, role-based access control, and defence in depth. LESSON 9 — Cost Management, Governance, and Resource Deployment What drives a bill, how to constrain an estate with tags, policy and locks, and deploying resources declaratively from a template. LESSON 10 — Monitoring, Log Analysis, and Distributed Tracing Collecting telemetry, writing queries against it, and following a single request across components by trace identifier. LESSON 11 — Container Images and Azure Container Registry Building images, versioning them with tags and digests, and running registry-side builds. LESSON 12 — Hosting Containers on App Service and Azure Container Apps Running a container image on two managed platforms, supplying its secrets safely, and splitting traffic across revisions. LESSON 13 — Serverless APIs with Azure Functions Triggers, bindings, and configuration for code that runs on an event and costs nothing between executions. LESSON 14 — Event- and Message-Based Workflows with Service Bus and Event Grid Queues, topics, dead-letter handling, and event-driven workflows that connect the pieces of the system together. LESSON 15 — Scaling and Operating Containers with KEDA and Kubernetes Scaling on queue depth, deploying to Kubernetes from manifests, and diagnosing a broken containerised workload. LESSON 16 — Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL: SDK, Queries, Indexing, and Change Feed Connecting with the SDK, controlling query cost through indexing and consistency, and reacting to changes as they happen. LESSON 17 — Vector Search and Caching with Cosmos DB and Azure Managed Redis Storing embeddings, running similarity search, and caching results with sensible expiry and invalidation. LESSON 18 — Azure Database for PostgreSQL for Vector Workloads Schema and index design for vector data, sizing the server for it, and optimising connections for throughput. LESSON 19 — Retrieval-Augmented Generation with pgvector Semantic retrieval with metadata filtering, and grounding answers in the passages the system actually found. LESSON 20 — Capstone Completion and What's Next Assembling the finished Semantic Helpdesk end to end, documenting it, verifying operational readiness, and where these skills lead. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW THE COURSE PROGRESSES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lessons 1-4 Concepts and first resources — vocabulary, tooling, and the resource group everything else is built inside. Lessons 5-8 The platform layer — compute, network, storage, and identity. Lessons 9-10 Controlling and observing the estate you have built. Lessons 11-15 Packaging, hosting, connecting, and scaling the application. Lessons 16-19 The data and retrieval layer that makes the system intelligent. Lesson 20 Assembly, documentation, and handover. ================================================================================ END OF COURSE OVERVIEW ================================

We run an Australian social media/content marketing agency, and we're looking for someone to help us redesign the agency into an AI-first, highly automated operation.
This is NOT a project to build a few n8n workflows, chatbots or AI agents. We want to look at the entire marketing agency operation and determine what can be run by AI/automation, what should be AI-assisted and what should remain human. What we want to automate Our agency lifecycle looks roughly like: Lead → Sales → Onboarding → Strategy → Scripting → Shoot → Upload → Editing → QC → Client Approval → Scheduling → Publishing → Performance → Reporting → Retention We also manage creators, editors, influencers, paid advertising and internal operations. For example, for content production we want the system to know: • How much content every client has remaining • When another shoot needs to happen • Whether scripts are ready • When creators need to be reminded about shoots • Whether footage has been uploaded after a shoot • Automatically chase creators if uploads are late • Track videos through editing, QC and approval • Chase overdue editors or client approvals • Ensure every client always has enough approved content in queue • Analyse published content and feed learnings into future scripts/strategy We also want to explore how AI can assist with scriptwriting, content strategy, video editing, QC, reporting, paid ads, influencer management, sales, onboarding and client management. The ultimate goal is simple: How close can we get to the agency running itself operationally, while humans focus on creative judgment, client relationships and shooting content? Who we're looking for Previous experience automating a marketing, social media, content or creative agency is extremely important. We don't want to spend months teaching someone how an agency works. We want someone who can understand our current operation, challenge it, architect the right system and then actually build and implement it. We're open to changing our existing tools and processes. We currently use Notion for parts of our workflow, but we're not attached to keeping it if there's a better architecture. Mandatory Loom Please include a Loom of maximum 5 minutes showing an AI/automation system you have previously built for a marketing/content/creative agency. Please show us: • What the agency was doing before • What you automated • The actual system/workflows you built where possible • How different parts of the agency connect • What AI does vs automation vs humans • What impact it had • What you personally designed/built Confidential information can obviously be hidden. If you haven't previously automated a marketing/content/creative agency, please don't apply. The successful person will initially work with us to understand and architect the operation, then help us build and implement it. This has the potential to become a substantial ongoing engagement.

Miro Board Designer (Ongoing, Part-Time)

I run a YouTube channel teaching business owners how to get clients from YouTube. My videos are screen-share style, which means I talk through a Miro board while I record.
I need someone to build those boards for me. What you'd do I send you an outline for a video: the hook, the main points, the framework I'm explaining. You turn it into a clean Miro board I can scroll through while I film. Roughly 1 to 2 boards a week. The boards need to be readable on screen at a glance. Clear hierarchy, minimal text, strong visual flow from one idea to the next. Think flowcharts, funnels, process diagrams, before-and-after comparisons. What I'm looking for You're fast in Miro and you have a real eye for layout. You can take rough notes and figure out the structure yourself instead of waiting for me to spec every box. You understand that a board is a visual aid, not a document, so you know what to cut. Bonus if you've made content yourself or worked with creators, since you'll already understand why the board exists. How this works Fully async. I travel a lot, so I'll usually send you 3 or 4 outlines at once and you work through them. No calls required unless we both want one. To apply Send me two things. Links to Miro boards or visual work you've built, and one sentence on what you think makes a board good to look at versus good to read. Skip the cover letter. I'll ignore anything that reads like AI wrote it.
