We are testing a new human-centered conversation platform called MYCA.

MYCA is built around short, focused conversations where one person speaks first, the other person listens carefully, reflects what they heard, and then responds based on what the speaker chooses.

This is not therapy, counseling, coaching, or crisis support. We are testing the product flow, profile setup, video/session experience, and whether people can understand and perform the listening structure clearly.

What you will do:

WHAT YOU'D BUILD
- Real, credible founder financial models in LeverMap, starting with a fundraise-defense model, with realistic driver values and scenarios.
- The example scenarios and walkthroughs that show each model defending a real decision (the investor-Q&A moment).
- The substance for demonstration content: talking points, the objections a founder faces, and the "here is how you defend this number" narratives, voiced publicly by the founder.
- Pressure-testing and enriching our founder playbook for authenticity.

Work is milestone-based, in batches. Batch 1: the fundraise-defense model plus 2-3 more founder templates (runway / default-alive, unit economics, sensitivity) as real models with realistic numbers. Later batches: the defense narratives, and after a focus gate, the next customer segment's models.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have actually been a CFO, FP&A leader, or strategy/finance consultant, and have personally built fundraise models, board forecasts, or decision models and defended them to investors, boards, or clients.
- You are fluent in financial modeling: unit economics, runway, scenarios, sensitivity, and the real questions asked in the room.
- You can translate that into clear, reusable models and crisp talking points.
- You are comfortable working behind the scenes and feeding someone else's voice.

NICE TO HAVE
- Startup / founder-side experience specifically.
- Some content or teaching background (you explain things simply).

NOT THIS ROLE
- Public-facing personal branding. The founder is the voice.
- Design or tooling/instrumentation. That is a separate hire.
