The Role
You'll be our go-to person for all things online courses. Starting with Kajabi setup for our first launch, then growing into managing our entire course library.
What You'll Do
Kajabi Setup & Management — Build out our course structure, set up email automations, configure payment/subscription flows, manage student access
Course Launch Operations — Upload videos, create course pages, ensure everything works before we go live
Supporting Materials — Generate course descriptions, create checklists, build Notion resources for students (you'll use AI + our scripts to do this efficiently)
Post-Production Coordination — Work with our video editors to ensure courses have the right supporting visuals, graphics, and polish
Ongoing Management — Handle student issues, maintain the LMS, optimize based on feedback
