We run an Australian social media/content marketing agency, and we're looking for someone to help us redesign the agency into an AI-first, highly automated operation.

This is NOT a project to build a few n8n workflows, chatbots or AI agents.

We want to look at the entire marketing agency operation and determine what can be run by AI/automation, what should be AI-assisted and what should remain human.

What we want to automate

Our agency lifecycle looks roughly like:
