The Challenge

We have a functional React-based Trading Journal built within a Canvas environment. Trades are currently imported via CSV and stored as aggregated round-trip trades in Firestore (using a FIFO logic implementation, as seen in handleCSVUpload).

When a user clicks on an aggregated trade entry in the table, the existing modal (TradeChartModal) currently attempts to visualize the trade using only the single entry price and P&L. This is inaccurate for multi-fill trades.

We need an expert React/FinTech developer to modify the system to visually reconstruct and plot all original executions (buys and sells) that constitute that single aggregated round-trip trade onto the Lightweight Chart.

Scope of Work (Key Deliverables)

Data Modeling Update:

Modify the existing CSV processing function (handleCSVUpload) to capture and store the raw, individual execution fills (ticker, timestamp, side, quantity, price) in a new, separate Firestore collection (e.g., executions) alongside the main aggregated trades collection.

Ensure the aggregated trade document retains a reference (like a csvFingerprint or new tradeSessionId) that links it back to its corresponding raw fills in the executions collection.

Chart Modal Data Retrieval:

Update the TradeChartModal component's data fetching logic to:

Retrieve the aggregated trade information.

Use the trade's unique identifier to query the Firestore executions collection for all raw fills belonging to that specific round trip.

Advanced Chart Visualization (Lightweight Charts):

Debugging Prerequisite: The TradeChartModal currently shows a "Charts Not Available" error. The developer must debug and fix the chart initialization/loading issue before implementing the multi-execution plotting.

Implement logic to iterate through the retrieved raw executions and place individual markers on the Lightweight Chart's candlestick series for every fill.

Buy Executions: Plot custom markers (e.g., blue or green up arrows) labeled with quantity and price.

Sell/Cover Executions: Plot custom markers (e.g., red or orange down arrows) labeled with quantity and price.

Ensure markers are correctly positioned based on the execution time and price point.

(Optional, but preferred) Remove or modify the current "estimated exit line" to focus solely on the true execution markers.

Technical Requirements

Proven experience with React functional components, hooks, and performance optimization.

Strong expertise with Firebase/Firestore data manipulation and querying (e.g., query, where).

Direct experience implementing charts using TradingView's Lightweight Charts library, including debugging initialization issues.
