About Us

We're building an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform for the UAE property market, helping investors make data-driven buying decisions. Tech stack: Next.js (Web), Expo/React Native (Mobile), Supabase (Backend/DB), Prisma (ORM), Bitbucket (Version Control).
The dev team consists of three remote developers. The founder/product owner defines vision, roadmap and sprint goals in regular planning sessions (roughly every 2 weeks). Between those sessions, the team needs someone who runs the operation independently — without daily input from the founder.

Your Role

You're the product owner's proxy in day-to-day operations. Every 2 weeks you sit down with the founder (60–90 minutes), get the priorities, sprint goals and decisions. After that, you are the team's point of contact. Not the founder.
You run the sprints, clear blockers, verify that features actually work, and only loop in the founder when something deviates from the plan or requires a product decision above your scope.
The goal: The founder spends 2 hours every 2 weeks on dev coordination. Everything else runs through you.

What You'll Do

Sprint Leadership (autonomous):

- Set up sprints based on the planning session output
- Daily coordination with 3 developers: prioritization, assignment, follow-ups
- Identify and resolve blockers yourself — only escalate when you need a product decision
- Track sprint velocity: who's delivering, who's behind, why
- Prevent scope creep: if a developer starts building something outside the sprint, you stop it

Quality Assurance:
- Verify staging deployments before reporting anything as "done"
- Qualify bug reports: reproduce, check console, screenshot/video, assign to the right developer
- Tickets only move to Done after you've personally verified the feature works

Reporting to the Founder:
- Once per week: 5-line update via message — what's done, what's open, where it's stuck
- Immediately: only if something jeopardizes the sprint or requires a product decision
- Before each planning session: prepared overview with recommendations for the next sprint

- Bug vs. feature prioritization: bugs always come first
- Technical implementation details: if the outcome matches the spec, the developer decides how
- Copy changes under 10 words
- Deadline shifts up to 2 days
- Ticket ordering within a sprint

Your Profile
Required:

- Hands-on experience as a software developer (2+ years) — you must be able to read code, not write it
- You know what Git, PRs, branches, merges and deployments are
- You can open a Bitbucket repo and tell whether a ticket was actually implemented
- You understand REST APIs and can read a Swagger/OpenAPI spec
- 2+ years leading sprints: Scrum Master, Tech Lead, or Technical PM
- You don't need daily input from above — you can run autonomously for 2 weeks
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proactive: when something goes wrong, you don't wait for someone to ask

Strong Plus:

- Experience with our stack: Next.js, React Native, Expo, Supabase, Prisma
- German (reading/writing)
- Startup experience

Terms

- 3 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- $20–30/hour, billed hourly with daily timesheet 100% remote

What You’ll Do

Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission role. You earn when deals close. The structure is designed to reward performance and build toward a long-term partnership:

Starter- First 3 closed deals- 15% of deal value
Proven- Deals 4–10- 20% of deal value
Partner- Deal 11+ - 20% + quarterly bonus on repeat clients


Example: You close a $5,000 sponsored content deal with an insurance brand. At Tier 1, you earn $750. At Tier 2, that same deal earns you $1,000.

Kathie retains the right to approve or decline any deal before it’s signed. Commission is paid within 7 days of Kathie receiving payment from the brand.

Who You Are
Experienced in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or PR: You’ve either worked at an agency, managed talent, or done brand outreach for creators before. You know how sponsorship deals work.
Strong communicator: You can write a compelling outreach email, hop on a call with a brand’s marketing team, and negotiate terms professionally.
Self-motivated: This is commission-only. You don’t need to be managed. You see the opportunity and you go get it.
Organized: You maintain a pipeline, follow up consistently, and don’t let warm leads go cold.
U.S. market knowledge: You understand the U.S. automotive and consumer landscape. Bonus if you have existing brand contacts in auto, insurance, or finance.

We are a German-speaking Health & Wellness brand operating in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We move fast, ship often, and care deeply about the quality of every page that goes live. Our team is collaborative, open, and invested in the growth of everyone we work with.
We’re looking for a talented freelance designer who can take our copy and turn it into high-converting, visually compelling landing pages — and we want to build a long-term working relationship with the right person.

The Role
You’ll receive ready-to-go copy from us (always in German) and your job is to bring it to life visually. That means:
Designing landing pages in Figma based on the copy we provide
Implementing the designs on Shopify using a page builder (GemPages, PageDeck, or similar)
Creating realistic, high-quality images using AI tools (especially Higgsfield) that match the copy perfectly
For complex designs: creating the full design in Figma and handing off to our developer for implementation
For simpler pages (e.g. advertorials): handling both design and implementation yourself directly in Shopify
