# Job Description: AI Video Editor (D2C E-Commerce)
## About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative AI Video Editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You'll create high-converting video ads for D2C e-commerce brands by combining compelling storytelling, strong hooks, AI-generated visuals, and fast-paced editing.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to turn raw footage into engaging creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and ROAS.
## Responsibilities
* Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
* Develop scroll-stopping hook concepts within the first 3 seconds.
* Create engaging ad creatives with strong pacing, pattern interrupts, and retention-focused editing.
* Generate AI-powered B-roll, product visuals, and lifestyle scenes using AI tools.
* Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.
* Transform UGC, product footage, and creator content into conversion-focused ads.
* Brainstorm and test multiple creative angles and ad concepts.
* Repurpose winning creatives into multiple variations for A/B testing.
* Stay up to date with D2C advertising trends, viral editing styles, and AI tools.
## Requirements
* Proven experience editing D2C or e-commerce video ads.
* Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology.
* Ability to create high-retention, scroll-stopping content.
* Experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, or similar.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and visual composition.
* Ability to work independently and deliver creatives quickly.
## Bonus Skills
* Experience with UGC ad editing.
* Motion graphics and animation.
* Copywriting for video hooks.
* Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads best practices.
* Experience analyzing ad performance and iterating based on data.
## What Success Looks Like
* Produce video ads with high viewer retention and strong engagement.
* Create compelling hooks that capture attention immediately.
* Deliver multiple creative variations each week.
* Contribute fresh ideas that improve CTR, watch time, and conversion rates.
* Leverage AI to accelerate production while maintaining premium quality.
## Ideal Candidate
You think like a marketer—not just an editor. You understand why ads convert, know how to capture attention instantly, and use AI as a creative advantage. You're constantly studying winning D2C creatives and enjoy testing new concepts that help brands scale.
We're looking for people to try out a new short-video app (Swipix) for the very first time, post a short video, and record their honest, first-time reactions. No experience with usability testing needed — just an Android phone, a few honest thoughts said out loud, and about 30 minutes of your time.
What you'll do (~20–25 min for this part)
Start a screen recording with sound (your voice) on your Android phone — before you open the app for the first time.
Download the app from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.doppy
Open the app and just browse for a minute or two, the way you'd normally look at short-video content (sign up along the way if the app asks you to).
See if you can find out, on your own, whether this app lets you earn something by posting your own videos — not just by watching.
Post a short video — anything filmed on your phone works, no need to prepare anything in advance. Right before you tap "post," say out loud what you think you'll get for it. Once it's posted, go through out loud everything you actually received.
Before you post anything else, think out loud: if you posted a second video right now, what do you think would happen? Would you get the same reward again?
Stop the screen recording.
Then come back and fill in a short form (~5–7 min) — no need to keep recording for that part.
The most important part: think out loud the entire time — try not to go quiet for more than 10–15 seconds at a stretch. Share your reactions, expectations, and any confusion as they happen, even if something's awkward or doesn't work right away.
There are no right or wrong answers. If something is confusing, that's useful data for us — not your mistake. Please don't Google anything or ask for hints — just answer based on your first impression.
Who we're looking for
Have an Android phone (the app isn't available on iOS)
Regularly use short-video apps like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Comfortable posting a short video of yourself/your surroundings as part of the task (a casual clip is fine — no production needed)
Comfortable narrating your thoughts out loud while recording your screen
Fluent English speaker (the think-aloud commentary and form should be in English)
Have never used Swipix before, and are willing to sign up with a fresh account
Deliverables
One screen recording with audio, uploaded to Google Drive, shared as "Anyone with the link — Viewer"
One completed Google Form (~5–7 min, includes pasting the Drive link)
Payment & timeline
Payment: $15 per completed submission (video + form)
Turnaround: please complete within 2 days of being hired
Client's questions:
Do you have an Android phone?
Which short-video apps do you use regularly (TikTok / Reels / Shorts / other)?
Are you comfortable posting a short video of yourself or your surroundings, and narrating your thoughts out loud the whole time while recording your screen?

We're a UK education business (GCSE and A-level tuition). We have a complete, written build specification ready - pipeline, custom fields, ~40 tags, three email automations, lead scoring, native Typeform + Calendly integrations, deliverability setup, a ConvertKit-to-ActiveCampaign migration, and one Make.com scenario (offline conversions to Meta).
We are NOT looking for someone to design it from scratch or tell us what a CRM should do. We know exactly what we want. We need a proven ActiveCampaign specialist to build it accurately from our spec and prove it works. The full spec is shared with shortlisted candidates.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- A Deals pipeline (Lead, Call Booked, Attended/Deciding, Invoice Sent, plus a No-Show bucket; Won/Lost as status)
- Contact + Deal custom fields (parent = contact, each child's enquiry = a deal)
- ~40 tags loaded via CSV, most firing automatically
- A lead score with inactivity decay
- Three automations: an 8-email lead nurture, a 21-day post-call decision sequence, a short no-show recovery (we supply the copy)
- Native Typeform intake with answer-based tagging, and native Calendly booking that auto-moves the deal to Booked
- Deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC + domain warm-up) and GDPR consent capture
- One Make.com scenario: offline conversion back to Meta (CAPI) on a closed sale
- Migration of a recent, engaged segment from ConvertKit
PROOF OF TESTING (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
The job is not complete until you deliver a Test Evidence Pack: a completed test log (every case pass/fail), a screen recording walking through the full journey as a test lead, dated screenshots of the record/pipeline/emails/Make logs, and a live test contact left in the account for us to inspect. We want to SEE that every piece was tested, with integrity. We check the evidence before final payment. Copy-pasted or AI-generated proposals will be rejected - we can tell.
HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER
This is a collaboration and I stay close to it - not a hand-off where you disappear and bring back a black box that I then have to reverse-engineer. The right person will:
- Keep me in the loop daily with a quick update on what's done, what's next, and anything you need from me.
- Flag things early when they don't work as expected, so we talk it through and pivot if needed.
- Ask questions instead of guessing, and push back if you'd do something better.
- Test with integrity and show your working.
If you prefer to go quiet for a week and hand over a black box, we're not the right fit.
TO APPLY - answer briefly, in your own words:
1. In ActiveCampaign, how do you make a Deal move to a specific pipeline stage automatically when a Calendly meeting is booked?
2. How would you build a lead score that decays after a period of no engagement?
3. A parent enquires about two children - how do you model this so each child's data doesn't overwrite the other?
4. How do you send an offline conversion (a sale closed on a call, not on the website) back to Meta?
5. Walk us through warming a brand-new sending domain and setting SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
6. Tell us one thing in a spec like this you'd push back on or do differently.
Start your reply with the word BOARD so we know you read this in full. Also share 1-2 ActiveCampaign builds you've done (pipelines/automations, not just email blasts), and your estimate + timeline once you've seen the full spec.
We're looking for an experienced Shopify front-end developer to help complete and launch an existing website for Good Black Art.
This is an execution role, not a design role. The website is already built, the homepage is complete, most content is finalized, and the design direction has been established. We're looking for someone who can step into an existing codebase, execute efficiently, solve problems, and help us cross the finish line.
Project Overview
1. Existing Shopify website
2. Homepage complete
3. Six remaining pages to complete
4. Two pages are largely complete in Figma
5. Copy, imagery, and content are ready
6. Existing files and assets will be provided
Responsibilities
1. Build and refine the remaining pages
2. Implement existing Figma designs
3. Ensure responsive performance across desktop and mobile
QA, testing, and bug fixes before launch
4. Identify opportunities to improve usability and performance
Communicate proactively and keep the project moving forward
What We're Looking For
1. 3+ years of Shopify development experience
2. Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
3. Experience working within an existing Shopify theme
4. Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
5. Detail-oriented with excellent execution skills
6. Comfortable taking ownership and making thoughtful recommendations
7. Able to work independently with minimal oversight
We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete tasks, but can help lead the execution of the final phase of the project by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and keeping momentum through launch.
Timeline
Paid trial (1hr) : Friday, July 31
Project start: Monday, August 3
Project duration: Approximately 3 weeks
Potential for Ongoing Work
If it's a great fit, we'd love to continue working together beyond this project. We're looking for a long-term development partner to help manage, maintain, and improve our Shopify website as the business grows.
To Apply
Please include:
1. Links to 3 Shopify websites you've personally developed
2. A brief description of your role on each project
3. Your availability over the next three weeks
4. Your hourly rate
Start your proposal with "Finish Strong" so we know you've read the full posting.

AirAdvisor is a flight compensation platform helping passengers claim what they're owed after delays, cancellations, and denied boarding. We're looking for a US-based native English writer to own ongoing content work across the entire AirAdvisor US website — re-optimising existing pages that have lost visibility in American search, and writing new content targeting the US market.
This is a milestone-based engagement. Work is assigned per page or article, with scope and brief confirmed before each task begins.
USE OF AI IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
AI may be used for research and keyword exploration only. All writing and editing must be manual, human work. AI-assisted drafts, paraphrased AI output, and auto-generated rewrites will result in immediate contract termination.
TASK TYPE A — Content Re-Optimisation
Re-optimise existing AirAdvisor pages and blog posts that are underperforming or losing traffic in US search. This covers the full website — blog articles, landing pages, airline and airport pages, and other content types. This is not a full rewrite by default — preserve what ranks, fix what doesn't.
Re-optimisation scope typically includes:
Keyword research for current US search demand
Updating or expanding content to better match US search intent
US market adjustments — terminology, regulatory context (DOT rules, not only EU261), spelling, phrasing, and examples relevant to American travellers
Structural edits where needed (headings, flow, internal linking anchors)
Adding missing content angles that competing pages cover
Tracked changes delivery in Google Doc or DOCX
TASK TYPE B — New Content Creation
Manually written, SEO-optimised content for the AirAdvisor US website. This includes blog articles, informational and landing pages, and other content types as needed. Research must go beyond what a basic brief or AI prompt surfaces — bring real expertise, independent judgment, and verifiable sources where relevant.
Requirements:
Follow the provided keyword brief strictly — integrate KWs naturally, do not force or drop them
Satisfy user search intent — explain usefulness to the reader early (strong hook)
US English throughout — idiomatic, smooth, written for an American audience
Clean Google Doc or DOCX draft on delivery
Applies to both task types:
Self-review your work before submission. Do not outsource QA to AI — it frequently removes critical keywords, weakens legal phrasing, and misses US-market nuance. You are responsible for your own quality check.
RATES:
Exact rates will be negotiated with shortlisted candidates
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Native US English speaker, US-based preferred
Experience writing SEO content across multiple page types — blog, landing pages, informational content — ideally in travel, consumer rights, legal-adjacent, or fintech verticals
Familiar with US air passenger rights (DOT rules, airline refund policies) — or able to research them accurately and write about them with authority
Comfortable working from keyword briefs and structured outlines
Candidates giving examples with live links to published content will be prioratised

I’m an in-house creative strategist running paid media for 3 brands (Meta, Google, TikTok — combined $1–5M/month spend). I know what makes ads win; I don’t know how to build the system that helps me find, produce, and scale winning creative faster.
I want to build an “AI brain” — a working system, not a demo — that uses Claude and GPT together to help me do my actual job: analyze performance data, generate and refine ad concepts/copy, spot patterns in what’s winning vs. losing, and eventually help automate parts of testing and reporting.
I’m looking for someone who will build the system for me and actively teach me how to use it to guarantee winning ads
What you’ll
• Design the LLM orchestration architecture (how Claude and GPT are used, when, and for what — not just “call the API”)
• Build integrations with Meta Marketing API,, TikTok Ads API
• Build the feedback loop that turns performance data into better future creative output
• Set up a vector database / RAG system so the tool “remembers” brand voice and past winners
• teach me how to use it for the 3 brands I work sith
Required experience
• Production experience building systems on top of Claude and/or GPT APIs (not just chatbot wrappers — actual orchestration, tool use, RAG)
• Experience integrating with ad platform APIs (Meta Marketing API, or TikTok Ads API) — at least one required, more is a strong plus
• Comfortable with Python, API integration, and basic data pipeline work
• Can explain technical decisions in plain English to a non-engineer — this matters as much as the code
• Portfolio or references showing something you built that’s actually in production, not just a prototype
Nice to have
• Experience in adtech, martech, or growth/performance marketing tooling specifically
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar) and RAG pipelines
Red flags for me (please don’t apply if)
• You’d propose “just fine-tune a model” as the first move — this needs sound architecture more than fine-tuning
• You can’t point to anything shipped and running with real users/data
Compensation
Open to discussing compensation based on your experience and how we structure the engagement (hourly, milestone-based, or a mix).
Senior AI Voice Engineer – Vapi, OpenAI, Twilio, GoHighLevel – Immediate Start. I'm looking for a senior AI voice engineer to improve and optimize an existing AI digital employee platform. This is not a chatbot. The stack is Vapi, OpenAI, Twilio, and GoHighLevel. Priority is natural, human-like voice and flow, interruption handling, prompt engineering, API integrations, testing, and documentation. You must start immediately. I expect meaningful progress in 3 to 5 days. Project milestones: Milestone1 , System Review and Plan, 500. Milestone 2, Voice and Flow Optimization,1000. Milestone 3, Testing and Delivery, 1000. Please share links or recordings of voice projects you've built, your role, and your start date. Begin your proposal with the words "Voice First."

I am exploring the launch of a premium menstrual care brand in India, starting with white-label menstrual cups manufactured and sold in India.
Before making a larger investment, I want to understand the legal, regulatory and compliance landscape. This is a Phase 1 advisory assignment. I am not asking you to complete registrations, obtain licences, draft contracts or implement compliance measures yet.
The goal is to understand what would be required, what paperwork, risks, costs and timelines are involved, and which specialists I may need.
## Scope of the review
Please identify and explain:
* **Legal and regulatory framework**
How the business and product are legally categorised in India, and which laws, regulations, standards and authorities apply.
* **Responsibilities by party**
Which obligations and responsibilities apply to the brand owner, seller, manufacturer and any other relevant parties.
* **Market-entry requirements**
What is required to legally and responsibly place and sell a white-label menstrual cup in India, including licences, registrations, documents, certifications, testing and quality controls.
* **Product liability and risk management**
How product responsibility and liability are divided, and which risks should be addressed through contracts, insurance, quality procedures, recalls or other measures.
* **Product and customer-facing requirements**
Requirements for packaging, labelling, instructions, warnings, claims, marketing, customer communication and product information.
* **Sales-channel and business requirements**
Relevant e-commerce, consumer-protection and data-privacy obligations, including any differences by state, sales channel, company structure or pilot size.
* **Practical implications**
The main legal, financial and operational risks, expected paperwork, costs, timelines, dependencies and required professional support.
Please do not limit the review to these topics. I would also like you to identify any relevant risks, obligations or dependencies I may have overlooked.
For all findings, please distinguish between:
* Mandatory before the first sale
* Strongly recommended
* Relevant at a later stage or when scaling
* Requiring further specialist advice
## Expected deliverable
A clear and practical overview in English. Excel, Google Sheets, Word or Google Docs are all acceptable. Including sources for each key finding
The overview should include:
* The applicable legal and regulatory requirements
* A clear distinction between the responsibilities of the brand owner, seller, manufacturer and other relevant parties
* A checklist of what is mandatory before the first sale, strongly recommended, relevant when scaling or requires further specialist advice
* The main legal, financial and operational risks
* The expected paperwork, actions, costs, timelines and professional support required
* Any uncertainties, open questions or issues that need further investigation
The findings should help me understand what I would be committing to before deciding whether to invest further. I am looking for practical guidance, not lengthy legal explanations.
## Ideal freelancer
You have experience with Indian consumer-product regulation, white-label manufacturing, product liability or regulatory feasibility research.
I am looking for someone who is:
* Careful and source-based
* Able to separate legal requirements from recommendations
* Practical about paperwork, costs, timelines and risks
* Clear about uncertainties and where specialist advice is needed
* Able to present findings in a simple, structured and decision-focused way
* Comfortable challenging my assumptions, pointing out gaps and suggesting a better approach where relevant
Experience with personal care, healthcare, menstrual products, medical devices or e-commerce is a plus.
## Proposal questions
Please briefly answer:
* What relevant experience do you have?
* Which parts can you advise on directly, and where might another specialist be needed?
* Which sources would you use?
* Do you have any critical suggestions or additions to the proposed scope?
* When could you deliver the findings?
* What fixed price would you propose, and approximately how many hours is this based on?

We are looking for an experienced full-stack and AI application developer to build a secure, intuitive, and production-ready scheduling and patient management platform for our health clinic.
The application will bring appointment scheduling, patient intake, clinical document management, and day-to-day patient communication into a single system. The goal is to reduce administrative workload, improve the patient experience, and give our clinical team fast, organized access to the information they need.
The core of the product must be reliable scheduling and patient management. AI features should support clinic staff and doctors, not replace professional medical judgment.
Key Features and Responsibilities:
Patient Experience
- Secure patient registration, login, and profile management
- Ability to view available doctors, services, dates, and time slots
- Simple appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation
- Access to upcoming and previous appointments
- Automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up emails
- Digital anamnesis and pre-appointment intake forms
- Secure upload of medical documents, reports, prescriptions, and clinical photos
- A customer service interface for common appointment and administrative questions
Clinic and Staff Management
- Centralized scheduling dashboard for doctors, staff, services, and treatment rooms
- Configurable appointment durations, working hours, breaks, and buffer times
- Prevention of double bookings and scheduling conflicts
- Appointment status tracking, including confirmed, completed, cancelled, and no-show visits
- Searchable patient profiles containing intake information, appointment history, uploaded documents, and clinical photos
- Separate role-based access for administrators, reception staff, doctors, and other authorized users
- Internal notes, filters, activity history, and audit logs
- Email support tools that allow staff to review, edit, and send appointment-related messages efficiently
AI and Document Automation
The platform should include practical AI capabilities that improve existing clinic workflows:
- Use Document AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract relevant information from uploaded PDFs, scanned reports, forms, and medical document images.
- Convert extracted information into structured, editable fields that staff can review and approve before it is saved.
- Use Generative AI to prepare concise draft summaries of patient intake forms and uploaded documents for clinician review. The system must not provide autonomous diagnoses or treatment decisions.
- Provide AI-assisted customer service and email support for common administrative questions, appointment requests, reminders, and follow-ups, with clear escalation to clinic staff when necessary.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) so the assistant can answer questions using approved clinic policies, service information, FAQs, and other authorized documents.
- Store and retrieve approved knowledge through a suitable vector database, with source references and strict access controls.
- Prevent information from one patient or user from being exposed to another. All AI-generated content must remain reviewable and traceable.
Security and Privacy
Because the application will handle sensitive health information, security and privacy must be considered throughout the architecture. The solution should include:
- Secure authentication and role-based authorization
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Secure storage for documents and clinical photographs
- Patient consent and configurable data-retention controls
- Audit logging for access to sensitive information
- Backup and recovery procedures
- Protection against unauthorized access and cross-patient data leakage
- An architecture that can support applicable healthcare and data privacy requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR, or relevant local regulations
Expected Deliverables
- Review and documentation of the clinic’s workflows and technical requirements
- User flows, wireframes, and a clear system architecture
- Responsive, user-friendly patient and staff interfaces
- Backend, database, file storage, and required third-party integrations
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management functionality
- Document AI, OCR, Generative AI, RAG, and vector database components
- Email notification and support workflows
- Secure deployment to an agreed cloud environment
- Functional, security, and usability testing
- Clean, maintainable, and documented source code
- Technical documentation and post-launch handover
- Support during testing, deployment, and initial production use
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with proven experience in full-stack or AI app development, preferably involving healthcare, appointment scheduling, workflow automation, or secure document management.
You should be comfortable working with:
- Modern frontend and backend technologies
- Scheduling and calendar-based applications
- Secure database and file-storage architecture
- Generative AI and large language model integrations
- Document AI and OCR pipelines
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
- Vector databases and semantic search
- Email services and automated notifications
- Role-based access control and audit logging
- Privacy-conscious development involving sensitive user information
- Clean UI/UX design for both patients and clinic staff
When Applying
Please include:
1. Examples of similar scheduling, healthcare, AI, or document-management applications you have developed
2. A brief explanation of your role in those projects
3. Your recommended technology stack and system architecture
4. Your experience with OCR, Document AI, RAG, and vector databases
5. How you would approach security and patient-data isolation
6. Your estimated timeline for an initial production-ready version
7. Your availability for ongoing development and post-launch support
This is expected to be a multi-stage project lasting approximately three to six months. We value clear communication, thoughtful technical decisions, reliable delivery, and developers who can translate complex healthcare workflows into a simple and dependable product.

I am looking for an experienced Laravel developer to audit, take over, and complete an existing profile-based directory and discovery platform.
The application has been partially developed using Laravel, PHP, Blade, MySQL or MariaDB, JavaScript, Composer, Node.js, and GitHub. The first phase will involve installing and reviewing the existing codebase, identifying completed and incomplete functionality, evaluating code quality and security, and producing a written development plan.
The MVP includes account registration, provider profiles, administrative approval, verification workflows, location and category search, image galleries, touring information, content moderation, city landing pages, email notifications, and responsive mobile-first design.
All development must take place in a client-owned GitHub repository and client-controlled hosting environment. Code must be committed and pushed regularly. No project assets may exist solely on the developer’s systems.
Strong Laravel, database, authentication, authorization, file-upload, search, deployment, Git, and testing experience is required. Experience taking over partially completed Laravel projects is particularly important.
Please begin your application with Happenstance Laravel Audit and include relevant work examples, your audit process, availability, and your fee for the initial technical assessment.
We're looking for people to try out a new short-video app (Swipix) for the very first time and record their honest, first-time reactions. No experience with usability testing needed — just an Android phone, a few honest thoughts said out loud, and about 20–25 minutes of your time.
What you'll do (~15–20 min for this part)
Start a screen recording with sound (your voice) on your Android phone — before you open the app for the first time.
Open this link and download the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.doppy
Open it and look at the first screens for a moment — don't sign up yet.
Scroll the feed the way you normally would with short videos — like posts, check out comments (write one if you feel like it), look at other users' profiles.
Try posting your own video — figure out how to do it on your own (any short clip filmed on your phone works fine).
Try to find out how to buy the verification checkmark, look at the options, and see what you think of the offer (no need to actually buy it).
Stop the screen recording.
Then come back and fill in a short form (~5–10 min) — no need to keep recording for that part.
The most important part: think out loud the entire time you're going through the steps. Share your reactions, thoughts, and any confusion as they happen — don't just browse in silence. We need to hear what you're thinking in the moment, even if something's awkward or doesn't work right away.
Comfortable narrating your thoughts out loud while recording your screen
Fluent English speaker (the think-aloud commentary and form should be in English)
Have never used Swipix before
Deliverables
One screen recording with audio, uploaded to Google Drive (link and instructions provided after hire), shared as "Anyone with the link — Viewer"
One completed Google Form (~5–10 min, filled out after you stop recording)
Payment & timeline
Payment: $15 per completed submission (video + form)
Turnaround: please complete within 4 days of being hired
Client's questions:
Do you have an Android phone?
Which short-video apps do you use regularly (TikTok / Reels / Shorts / other)?

• Configure Google Tag Manager for the landing page.
• Implement a Google Ads conversion event that fires when the intake form is submitted.
• Verify the event using Google Tag Assistant.
• Provide a screenshot confirming successful tag firing.
Deliverables
• Fully functioning deployment.
• Successful end-to-end testing.
• Brief deployment notes documenting what was configured.
• Confirmation that all project credentials have been removed from your development environment upon completion.
Required Experience
Please describe your experience with:
• Cloudflare Workers

• Google Tag Manager
• Google Ads conversion tracking
• Experience with legal or healthcare intake systems is a plus.
Project Details

• We are looking for someone who can execute accurately from detailed written specifications with minimal supervision.
• Clear English communication is required.
If this project goes well, we anticipate additional work involving Filevine integrations, workflow automation, dashboards, and AI-assisted legal technology. Selected candidate will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to receiving project files and credentials
Client's questions:
Have you deployed Cloudflare Workers in a production environment?
Have you integrated applications using authenticated REST APIs?
Have you configured Google Tag Manager conversion tracking?
Briefly describe how you would securely store API credentials for a Cloudflare Worker.
Have you worked with legal or healthcare client data or intake systems?

We're on the hunt for a creative, switched-on Social Media Superstar to join our growing digital media brand.
Our audience is women. Our category is parenting. We're sassy, fun and don't take ourselves too seriously, and we want our content to feel exactly like that.
Here's the thing: we're done with copy paste. Done with content that feels safe, predictable and interchangeable with every other parenting page out there. We want someone who can take a static idea and turn it into something people stop scrolling for, someone who thinks in video first, not as an afterthought.
You're hungry and driven. You love testing and trying new things. You want to innovate, not follow a template. You love creating honest, unexpected conversations, the kind that make people comment "omg yes" instead of just scrolling past. You have genuine instincts for timing, trends and what actually makes people stop.
If you live and breathe social media, reels, stories and trends, and you know how to turn a flat idea into scroll-stopping content, keep reading. This isn't a small page you'll be experimenting on either, our Facebook community alone is over 1 million women, so what you create here actually reaches people.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Managing and growing our Facebook page of over 1 million women, alongside our Instagram
- Creating dynamic Reels & Stories from static and video content, with a strong bias toward original, native-feeling video
- Building content around trends, fun topics and real brand moments, in ways that feel spontaneous, not formulaic
- Growing Facebook Performance Bonus revenue through native video, Reels and high-engagement post formats (not just posting for the sake of it)
- Responding to comments quickly to keep posts active in the algorithm's eyes
- Preparing editorial graphics, designing article collages to deadlines
- Curating and scheduling twice-weekly newsletters in Flodesk
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table consistently, without needing to be asked
YOU MUST:
- Be genuinely skilled at short-form video creation and editing, not just competent
- Be highly proficient in Canva
- Understand the algorithms - what you should and shouldn't do and understand and guide us on best practice.
- Understand what actually drives Facebook Bonus revenue (views, comments, shares, saves) and create content specifically engineered for it, not just "engagement" in the abstract
- Understand Instagram and Facebook trends, hooks and what drives real engagement
- Have a strong eye for design, pacing and brand consistency
- Work efficiently and meet deadlines
-Bring your own creative point of view, not just execute a brief
- Be comfortable managing a page with serious scale and reach, and understand the responsibility that comes with that
BONUS POINTS IF YOU:
- Have experience with media brands or female-focused audiences
- Understand content strategy, not just posting
- Can read performance data and use it to sharpen content
- Experience with Facebook's Performance Bonus or similar monetised content programs
- Want to grow into broader social, video and creative opportunities
This role has real room to expand for the right person. We want someone who grows with us, not someone who just ticks boxes.
If you're creative, proactive and a little obsessed with great content, we want to hear from you.
SEND THROUGH:
- A short intro about you
- A response to each point above
- MUST INCLUDE examples of reels or short-form videos you've created (you won't be considered without these)
- Links to social accounts you've managed, ideally including any with significant reach
- Examples of Canva design work you've created for clients
- Your availability and hourly rate
Let's create something amazing. 🚀
Client's questions:
Please share 2-3 short-form videos or reels you've created that you're genuinely proud of. Tell us in one sentence why each one worked.
2. Trend instinct
What's a trend, sound or format you jumped on recently that most brands hadn't caught onto yet? What made you spot it before everyone else did?
3. Here's a topic: "school holiday routines." Everyone covers this the same boring way. Pitch us one unexpected angle or format you'd use instead.
4. Have you managed a page or account with 100k+ followers? What changed in how you approached content once the audience got that big?
5. What's your hourly rate and how many hours a week can you realistically commit?

The trial job is to make a single video with the following guidelines:
- 15-30 seconds.
- Start with a hook to homeowners
- Show TLOM feature of logging a note.
- Finish with CTA, or at least clearly show the app logo. CTA = Call to Action.
- Twist at the end is a big plus.
Portrait orientation 2:3 aspect ratio for phones, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. AI images and voices okay. No AI faces.
Here is a short playlist:
https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-31qXwtADcOSI_KNFeAUtQ3c3Ra9eVVG&si=_J991ha4MYh5BHyj
The feature I want shown in this video is the one in video TLOM 20 (notice they are all numbered in their titles for identification).
You do not need to do the hand in the video using the app, that's just something I did. Regular screen recording is okay.
That's it. 15-30 second video per those guidelines. *** Please do ask questions. *** I am allowing a long period of time for the trial to make sure we have time for you to ask questions and I have a day to respond so you feel free to ask questions.
--- BELOW HERE IS THE ORIGINAL JOB POSTING. I AM LEAVING IT FOR REFERENCE BUT NOT NECESSARY FOR THIS TRIAL ---
Seeking creators for UGC for TLOM Mobile real estate app. I have already made ~30 videos myself, but I need somebody to use the app and make videos consistently.
The job is:
1. Learn the app.
2. Make one overview video, then one short UGC screen-capture video per week, guidelines below.
3. Give feedback on the app as you use it. Request whatever you need from the app to make the videos better by making the app better. So, partially beta testing.
UGC Screen-Capture Video Format Guidelines:
- 30 seconds max, the shorter the better.
- Start with a hook, preferably to a specific user type: homeowner, landlord, real estate agent, etc.
- Show TLOM product, preferably a specific feature that solves a specific problem.
- Finish with CTA, or at least clearly show the app logo. CTA = Call to Action.
- Twist at the end is a big plus, big part of going viral.
Portrait orientation 2:3 aspect ratio for phones, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. AI images and voices okay. No AI faces.
Here is the app website:
https://mytlom.com/
Here are the videos already made by me:
https://www.youtube.com/@TLOMMobile/shorts
For example. I need much better, more engaging videos than those.
I am willing to guide and help with the app. The app is good. I have been using it for more than a year already. However, it can be better and I need it to relate to real estate owners of all kinds.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to test our website for user experience and functionality. The ideal candidate will provide constructive feedback on usability and identify any bugs or issues. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively. If you have experience in testing websites and can provide actionable insights, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to build our own branded Hotel Booking API for our B2B travel agents.
We already have access to a hotel supplier API. Our B2B agents must connect only to our API—not directly to the supplier. The supplier’s identity, API URL, credentials, original prices and booking references must remain confidential.

* Develop our branded REST/JSON API.
* Standardize and transform supplier responses.
* Create separate API credentials for each B2B agent.
* Support agent-specific markup and commission.
* Generate our own hotel, rate and booking reference IDs.
* Securely map our references to supplier references.
* Add API rate limits, request logs and IP whitelisting.
* Create complete Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
* Provide sandbox and production environments.
Required API Functions
* Destination and hotel search
* Hotel details, images and facilities
* Room availability and rates
* Cancellation policies
* Price and availability recheck
* Create booking
* Retrieve booking
* Cancel booking
* Generate booking voucher
* Booking status notifications/webhooks
* Proper timeout and error handling
* Proven experience with hotel, OTA, travel or booking APIs.
* Strong backend and third-party API integration experience.
* Understanding of hotel rate changes, pre-booking/recheck, cancellation policies and uncertain booking statuses.
* Ability to build secure, scalable and production-ready APIs.
* Good English communication and technical documentation skills.
Deliverables
* Complete working source code owned by our company.
* Supplier API integration.
* Branded B2B Hotel API.
* Agent authentication and pricing engine.
* Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
* Sandbox and production deployment.
* Database and deployment documentation.
* Testing of search, booking and cancellation scenarios.
* Post-deployment warranty for project-related bugs.
When Applying
Please answer the following:
1. Which hotel or travel APIs have you integrated?
2. Can you provide a relevant example or demonstration?
3. How will you prevent agents from accessing or identifying our supplier?
4. How will you manage price changes between search and booking?
5. How will you handle supplier timeouts and uncertain booking statuses?
6. What technology stack do you recommend?
7. What are your estimated timeline and fixed-price quotation?
8. What post-deployment support will you provide?
9. Are you willing to sign an NDA and transfer full source-code ownership?
Start your proposal with the words “HOTEL API” so we know you have read the complete description. Generic proposals will not be considered.

• Rebuild the PowerPoint as a responsive HTML presentation for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Add smooth, professional animations and transitions
• Optimize the deck for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser performance
• Generate secure, unique tracking links for every lead
• Track active viewing time, slide activity, repeat visits, CTA clicks, video engagement, and drop-off points
• Create a configurable lead-scoring and categorization system
• Categorize prospects as hot, warm, cold, or not engaged based on their activity
• Integrate tracking data with our Foundersuite workflow and relevant lead records
• Create and automatically update a Google Sheet with engagement data and lead status
• Send scheduled email reports and important lead-activity alerts
• Provide a clear dashboard or reporting view
• Follow applicable GDPR and CCPA privacy requirements
The tracking should measure genuine activity, not simply how long a browser tab remains open. The proposed solution should also address forwarded links, multiple viewers using the same link, consent, data security, and data retention.
We are not prescribing a specific technology. Applicants should recommend the most suitable approach for the presentation, tracking system, Foundersuite integration, automated Google Sheet updates, email reporting, and lead scoring.
What to Include in Your Application
Please share:
1. Two or three examples of interactive presentations or web experiences you personally built.
2. Your exact role in each project.
3. Screenshots or recordings of a tracking or analytics system you previously built. Confidential information may be hidden.
4. Examples of its dashboard, reports, events, and lead-scoring features.
5. Your experience with CRM integrations, automated email reports, and Google Sheets.
6. How you would create and manage unique links for individual leads.
7. How you would integrate the engagement data with Foundersuite.
8. How you would identify and categorize hot, warm, cold, and inactive leads.
9. How you would keep the system privacy-compliant.
10. Your proposed timeline and fixed price.
What We Are Looking For
• An individual freelancer who will personally complete the work
• Proven experience with interactive web presentations
• Strong experience with analytics, lead tracking, automation, and CRM integrations
• Ability to build useful dashboards and automated reporting systems
• Attention to design, performance, accessibility, privacy, and security
• No subcontracting without prior approval
We prefer a milestone-based fixed-price engagement covering planning, deck development, tracking and integrations, testing, deployment, and documentation.

We're a Chicago-based commercial photography studio looking for a skilled Google Ads specialist to build and manage a lead generation campaign from the ground up.
We're looking specifically for someone with hands-on experience running Google Search Ads for high-ticket B2B service businesses — not general ecommerce or low-cost lead gen.
Our typical project ranges from $4,500 to $8,000, with larger engagements going well beyond that.
Our core services include:
- Corporate headshots and team photography
- Product and brand photography
- Executive and leadership portraits
- Event and conference coverage
- Marketing and advertising content
Our immediate goal is to run an initial test with roughly $2,000/month in ad spend targeting the Chicago metro area, and evaluate whether Google Ads can become a reliable and scalable acquisition channel for us.
We're focused on qualified leads, discovery calls booked, cost to acquire a client, and closed revenue — not volume of clicks or cheap form fills.
We need support with:
- Campaign structure and strategy
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Negative keyword management
- Writing and testing search ads
- Conversion tracking setup
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager where needed
- Landing page feedback and recommendations
- Lead quality monitoring
- Ongoing optimization throughout the test period
- Ideally, closing the loop by tracking qualified leads and won clients back into Google Ads
When applying, please answer the following:
Have you run Google Ads for B2B service businesses with average transaction values of $2,000 or more?
Please share relevant examples.
What cost per lead and cost to acquire a client have you achieved for comparable businesses?
If you had around $2,000/month to advertise a commercial photography studio in Chicago, how would you approach the first campaign?
How would you filter out low-budget, consumer, or irrelevant enquiries from wasting spend?
How do you distinguish between a raw form submission, a qualified lead, and an actual paying customer?
What would a successful first 60 days look like for an account like ours?
We're looking for a Google Ads specialist focused on Search campaigns and B2B lead generation.
If the initial test delivers results, we'd like this to grow into an ongoing partnership as we scale spend and expand into new markets.

If your experience is mainly:
Managing Meta Ads accounts.
Adjusting budgets.
Changing bids.
Watching ROAS dashboards.
Reporting CPM, CTR and CPC every week.
Please don't apply.
We're not looking for a media buyer.
We're looking for someone who understands why people buy and knows how to build a complete customer acquisition system.
This is full time position, so you will be working full time after the initial 45 days probation period.
About Us
We help businesses stop losing revenue from the leads they're already paying for.
Our ai voice agents responds instantly to inbound enquiries, qualifies leads, follows up automatically and books more appointments.
We don't market ourselves as "another AI company."
We help businesses recover lost revenue by converting more of the leads they already generate.
Your job is simple:
Build and optimise the entire acquisition engine that consistently generates qualified opportunities and paying clients.
Your Mission
You'll work directly with the founder to build a world-class customer acquisition system.
This isn't just about running Meta Ads.
This is about understanding human psychology, creating scroll-stopping marketing, improving conversion rates and continuously finding better ways to acquire customers profitably.
You'll be responsible for improving every stage of the customer journey:
Stop the scroll → Generate qualified click → Build trust → Convert the visitor → Generate qualified booked calls → Improve show rate → Acquire customers profitably.
This Role Is NOT For You If...
You only know how to run Meta Ads.
You simply adjust budgets and audiences.
You wait for instructions every day.
You rely heavily on ChatGPT to generate your ideas.
You copy competitors without understanding why their marketing works.
You think marketing is simply launching campaigns and waiting.
We're looking for someone who thinks.
Not someone who copies.
This Role IS For You If...
You genuinely enjoy figuring out:
Why people stop scrolling.
Why people click.
Why people trust a company.
Why they buy.
Why they don't buy.
You naturally analyse marketing.
You constantly reverse engineer competitors.
You see marketing as psychology, not platform optimisation.
What You'll Own:
Customer Research
Understand customer behaviour.
Identify buying patterns.
Turn insights into better marketing.
Competitor Research
Reverse engineer competitors every week.
Study winning funnels.
Study winning offers.
Study positioning.
Analyse winning creatives.
Bring fresh ideas every week.
Creative Strategy
Ways to improve lead quality
Create and improve:
Meta ad concepts
Scroll-stopping hooks
Video scripts
UGC concepts
Founder-style ads
Static creatives
VSLs
Creative angles
Offers
Messaging
You should understand why great creatives work, not just what they look like.
Conversion Optimisation (CRO)
Continuously improve:
Landing pages
Headlines
CTAs
Application forms
User journeys
Conversion rates
You should be comfortable analysing user behaviour and recommending improvements.
Paid Acquisition
Manage and optimise our paid acquisition system by:
Planning structured experiments.
Building testing roadmaps.
Managing Meta campaigns.
Allocating budgets intelligently.
Scaling winners.
Killing losing experiments quickly.
Using Meta's tools including deep understanding of Andromeda to improve performance.
The objective isn't simply to lower CPCs.
The objective is to generate more qualified customers profitably.
Weekly Growth Responsibilities
Every week we expect you to bring:
New creative ideas.
New hooks.
New marketing angles.
New landing page improvements.
New experiments.
New competitor insights.
New opportunities for growth.
If you're not bringing ideas every week, you're not doing your job.
Experience Required
We're looking for someone who has already worked directly with a founder and helped grow a business.
Ideally you've helped build or scale an acquisition system, not just managed advertising accounts.
You should be able to demonstrate experience in areas such as:
Direct response marketing.
Meta advertising.
Creative strategy.
Human psychology.
Copywriting.
Positioning.
Offer creation.
Landing page optimisation.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
Customer research.
Growth experimentation.
Scaling paid acquisition.
We're much more interested in your ability to think than how many certifications you have.
Success In This Role Looks Like
We don't measure success by:
Number of campaigns launched.
Number of reports produced.
CPM.
CPC.
CTR.
We measure success by:
Better creatives.
Better messaging.
Better positioning.
Higher landing page conversion rates.
More qualified booked calls.
Lower cost per qualified opportunity.
More paying clients.
Mandatory Application Process
Applications without a Loom video will be automatically rejected.
Step 1: Record max 5 Minute Loom
Answer the following:
1. Tell us about a founder you worked directly with.
What business was it?
What was your role?
How did you help grow the company?
2. Show proof.
Walk us through campaigns, landing pages, creatives or growth systems you've personally worked on.
Don't just tell us.
Show us.
3. Explain your thinking.
Pick one campaign you're proud of.
Tell us:
Why did it work?
What psychology was behind it?
Why did customers respond?
What would you improve today?
4. Why are you the right person for this role?
We're not looking for the best Meta Ads manager.
We're looking for someone who understands customer acquisition from beginning to end.
Tell us why that's you.
Final Stage
If shortlisted, you'll complete a practical assignment using our real business.
We'll provide:
Our offer.
Our landing page.
Our competitors.
Our current advertising.
Your task won't be to "optimise ads."
It will be to show us how you think.
We care far more about your reasoning than your final answer.
Final Note
We're building an internal growth team, not hiring a freelancer.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a key part of the company and work directly with the founder to build a scalable customer acquisition engine.
If your first instinct is to open Ads Manager and tweak bids, this role probably isn't for you.
If your first instinct is to ask:
"How to take a complete stranger and turn them into a qualified meeting" & youre constantly asking "Why aren't customers buying, and how do we fix that?"
We'd love to hear from you.
