HubSpot Specialist Needed for Campaign Implementation (Landing Pages, Emails, Ads)

Summary
We’re looking for a skilled HubSpot Specialist to support campaign implementation across landing pages, email marketing, and paid ads. This role is focused strictly on execution — you’ll be responsible for building, setting up, testing, and launching campaigns using assets provided by our internal team. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Build and customize HubSpot landing pages using templates and custom modules

Create, schedule, and manage marketing and automation emails

Set up and manage paid ad integrations (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn) within HubSpot

Configure forms, CTAs, lists, and audience segmentation

Implement workflows, automations, and nurture sequences

Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters, analytics, and reporting tools

Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute campaigns based on exact specifications

Perform thorough QA testing on all assets before launch


Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub

Strong skills in landing page creation, email setup, and ad integrations

Ability to work with HubSpot’s drag-and-drop editor and custom modules

Solid understanding of marketing automation and workflows

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Highly detail-oriented with strong QA discipline

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines consistently


Nice-to-Have:

HTML/CSS knowledge

Experience with HubSpot CRM customization

Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles


Project Scope:
This is an ongoing part-time or contract role with long-term potential. Workload will fluctuate based on the number of active campaigns.
