Your Role
As our Video Editor, your job is to turn raw footage and creative concepts into high-converting Meta ad creatives. We are looking for someone who also has an eye for detail, so if you are interested, start your proposal with the word cheese. This is not content editing for views — everything is built for retention, conversion, and performance.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for:
Editing short-form direct response ads (15–45s) for Facebook/Instagram
Creating multiple hook variations (first 1–3 seconds are critical)
Adding clean subtitles, motion text, and benefit callouts
Using B-roll and stock footage to enhance storytelling (brain fog, low energy, confidence, etc.)
Improving pacing, engagement, and scroll-stopping impact
Ensuring product visuals are clear, premium, and on-brand
Exporting ads in correct formats (1080x1920, 1080x1080, 1920x1080)
Working within our SOPs while proactively suggesting creative improvements

The system included: automated conversation flows in ManyChat, complex backend automation through n8n, real-time database operations via Supabase, and a complete lead management CRM system built from scratch in ClickUp - a sophisticated multi-platform solution requiring extensive development and testing.
Mid-project, the client requested major scope expansions, specifically wanting the AI agent to handle complex follow-up sequences that weren't part of the original agreement. When I explained the additional complexity and development time required for these features, the client became dismissive and used inappropriate language when technical complexities were explained.
When I addressed this unprofessional communication style and set appropriate boundaries, the client became defensive and the working relationship deteriorated further.
Despite the scope concerns, I ultimately developed and implemented the requested follow-up system functionality that was outside the original agreement. However, this additional work was neither acknowledged nor appreciated by the client, who continued to focus on perceived shortcomings rather than recognizing the extra value delivered.
Scope creep was a persistent issue throughout the project. The client consistently requested additional features without understanding the technical implications or adjusting project parameters accordingly. Additionally, near the end of the project, the client attempted to expand scope to Facebook integration, claiming the job title 'Meta DM Agent' justified this change, despite the job description clearly specifying 'Instagram DM appointment-setting agent' and Instagram-specific features throughout.
Despite these communication challenges, I maintained professionalism and delivered all originally agreed-upon technical requirements plus additional functionality, with comprehensive documentation and video tutorials.
Future freelancers should establish very detailed scope documentation upfront and maintain firm communication standards. Be prepared for pushback when setting professional boundaries with this client.
The technical work was completed successfully, but the working relationship was challenging due to scope management issues and unprofessional communication patterns.

Taking over communication with our Chinese manufacturing partner, and potentially a Portuguese factory currently under consideration

Creativity and innovation are fundamental values for me, and I found myself in a situation where originality and autonomy were not appreciated or encouraged. These practices and dynamics, in my opinion, are not aligned with professionalism standards.
In particular, The greatest difficulty I faced was the lack of detailed explanation about the assigned tasks and the expected results. The lack of clarity and guidance was very confusing.
I was given a series of links to shared folders without a clear guide on how to approach the tasks.
The only reference I had to do the work was "copy the work of your colleagues". This led me to feel very disoriented and unsupported in my work, which hindered my performance and the achievement of optimal results.
It is worth mentioning that before hiring me, they made me do an unpaid test. My test was reviewed and approved before they decided to hire me.
Similarly, communication with the human resources team was very poor. On several occasions, I raised doubts and queries that, unfortunately, were not attended or answered promptly. This lack of communication affected my level of comfort and confidence in the company.
Finally, the detailed supervision of my activities, including tracking my movements on the computer, screenshots, and counting clicks, made me feel very uncomfortable and under constant pressure. I understand the importance of measuring productivity, but I believe there is a balance between supervision and trust in the team.
Although I appreciate the opportunity to have been part of the company, I believe there are aspects that require attention and improvement.
My experience was not positive due to the lack of clarity and excessive supervision. I hope my comments are taken into account to improve the work environment and the company's culture.

Now we're bringing this capability in-house to accelerate execution and arm our sales team with better inbound and outbound data, enrichment, and automation so they can focus on customer conversations, not admin work.
The Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own and evolve the technical systems that power our outbound and inbound engine. You'll build automations, manage data pipelines, and create workflows that make our Sales, SDR/AEs/AMs/CSMs and RevOps teams more effective at scale.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves technology, stays current with GTM tooling (Clay blogs, Hypergrowth Partners, Growth unhinged, Cannonball GTM etc), and gets energised by turning manual processes into scalable systems.
What You'll Build
Outbound Infrastructure
- Design and maintain automated outbound workflows using Clay, Smartlead, GetSales, and HubSpot
- Build multi-source contact enrichment waterfalls (Clay, Lusha Pocus) that maximize data coverage and accuracy
- Create lead routing, scoring, and prioritisation logic so SDRs/AEs focus on high-intent accounts
- Implement AI-powered personalisation and research automation to improve reply rates
- Data and account mapping, connections, associations, inherit connections and account enrichment for Sales and Account management (new business and expansion), CRM hygiene cleanse
**Data & Integration Layer**
- Ensure clean data flows between HubSpot, Clay, Pocus, enrichment tools, and downstream systems
- Build and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and custom scripts where needed
- Design data validation rules, deduplication logic, and quality checks to maintain CRM hygiene
- Create dashboards and reporting that surface GTM performance insights
Sales Enablement & Optimization
- Automate repetitive workflows (list building, prospect research, sequencing, follow-ups)
- Integrate AI tools to accelerate account research, ICP scoring, and outreach personalization
- Continuously test and optimise outbound motions (messaging, timing, channels)
- Reduce manual effort so reps spend more time on calls and meaningful conversations
What We're Looking For
Technical Toolkit
- Strong hands-on experience with **Clay** (waterfall enrichment, formulas, API integrations, webhooks)
- Deep **HubSpot** proficiency (workflows, custom properties, APIs, integrations, reporting)
- Working knowledge of outbound sequencing tools (Smartlead, Instantly, or similar)
- Knowledge of Intercom, Chilipiper, Amplitude, Pocus
- Comfortable with enrichment platforms (Lusha, ZoomInfo, Cognism, etc.)
- Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or no-code tools like Make/Zapier)
