About Our Website:
We have a large e-commerce website (vwimpex.com) that lists industrial products. Our website currently has around 270,000 pages and receives approximately 500 visitors daily. The website is custom coded (not WordPress or Shopify).

The Problem:
We are facing a serious Google indexing issue. Out of 270,000 pages on our website, only 97,000 are indexed on Google. The remaining 269,000 pages are not showing up in Google search results at all, which is directly hurting our business.
According to Google Search Console, here are the exact issues:

213,837 pages — Crawled but not indexed (Google visited these pages but did not add them to search results)
29,185 pages — Discovered but not indexed (Google found these pages but hasn't even visited them yet)
25,081 pages — Duplicate pages without canonical tags (same content appearing on multiple URLs confusing Google)
344 pages — Server errors (5xx) (our server is crashing when Google tries to visit these pages)
57 pages — 404 errors (pages that no longer exist)
16 pages — 403 errors (Google is being blocked from accessing these pages)


Root Causes We Have Identified:

Sitemap is incomplete — Our current sitemap only lists 50,492 pages out of 270,000+ pages. Google doesn't even know the rest exist. We need a complete auto-generating sitemap that updates itself every time a new product is added.
Product pages are PDF embeds — Our product pages currently open as PDF files through a redirect URL that looks like this:

Google does not index PDF-based pages well. Each product needs its own proper HTML page.
No canonical tags — We have 25,000+ duplicate pages because there are no canonical tags telling Google which is the main URL for each product.
Server errors — 344 pages are returning server errors (5xx) when Google tries to crawl them.


What We Need You To Do:

Fix and expand the sitemap — Create a backend script that pulls all product URLs from our database and generates XML sitemaps (max 50,000 URLs per file). Create a master sitemap index file at vwimpex.com/sitemap-main.xml. Make it auto-update every 24 hours so new products are always included. Also auto-ping Google whenever a new product is added.
Fix duplicate content issue — Add canonical tags to all product pages so Google knows which URL is the primary one for each product.
Fix server errors — Investigate and fix the 344 pages that are returning 5xx server errors when Google crawls them.
Fix broken pages — Redirect or fix the 57 pages returning 404 errors and resolve the 16 pages returning 403 forbidden errors.
Convert product pages from PDF to HTML — This is a bigger task but most important for long term indexing. Each product currently opens as a PDF embed. We need proper HTML product pages with product name, description, images and details written in text format with clean URLs like vwimpex.com/products/product-name.

I have a fully-designed 7-page static HTML/CSS website ready to go. I need an experienced WordPress + Elementor developer to rebuild it as a WordPress site on my existing GoDaddy Managed WordPress hosting, matching the design 1:1.

**The Site:**
- 7 pages: Home, About, Our Team, Case Study, Contact, Get Started, Refer a Client
- Design is complete — fonts (Fraunces + Inter via Google Fonts), color palette (forest green + olive sage), layouts, copy, and images all ready
- Site is for 4 Pillars Care, a Supported Living Services agency in San Diego

**What I'll Provide on Day 1:**
- ZIP file of the complete static HTML/CSS site (the design reference)
- All images, logo files, and headshot (already optimized)
- All copy/content (no writing needed)
