It seems that a lot of the videos are loading upon opening the page, rather than on play? While google speed test says the desktop page score is good, it must be testing how long the loading screen takes rather than the actual site.

I am also open to swapping out the background video for a gif or a picture if you think it would help. So in order:

1. Multiple videos are loading simultaneously on page open, before anyone has pressed play — including the top video which appears to be downloading twice (two copies of the same 18MB file). These need to load on click/play only.

2. The live site is loading 101 resources vs your previous staging site was loading 27 — can you check what the difference is and why the live version has so many more files?

3. The preloader (the dark blue loading screen with the logo) is masking the real load time from Google's speed test — so the desktop score of 97 is misleading. The actual user wait is just as long on desktop as mobile.

4. Images could be compressed to save around 700KB — Google flagged this as an easy win.

5. There are render-blocking requests adding over 1.8 seconds of delay on mobile — Google flagged this too.

Arabic briefs must be handled by a native Arabic SEO specialist familiar with Saudi and GCC markets.
