## SEO Specialist – On-Page, Technical & Local SEO for IT Company
We are looking for an experienced **SEO Specialist** to improve the organic visibility, search rankings, local presence, and lead generation of our website: **https://amritainfovision.com/** We are a Noida-based technology company providing **web development, mobile app development, Shopify, software development, AI solutions, IT consulting, and digital marketing services** to businesses in India and international markets. Our goal is not simply to increase traffic. We want to improve **qualified organic traffic, keyword rankings, local visibility, and enquiries/leads**. ### Website Review – Required Before Applying **Please review our website carefully before submitting your proposal.** We want you to independently analyze the website and tell us: * What SEO issues you currently see * What pages or sections need improvement * Which technical SEO issues should be fixed * Which service pages need better optimization * Whether our current website structure is SEO-friendly * Whether our content strategy needs improvement * What keyword opportunities you see * What local SEO improvements you recommend * What competitors are doing better * What quick wins you would prioritize * What you would change or improve in the next 30–90 days **You do not need to implement anything before being hired. We want your initial assessment and recommendations in your proposal.** Please mention **at least 2–3 specific observations about our website**. Generic statements such as "you need backlinks and better content" will not be considered a meaningful website review. --- ## What You Will Work On ### 1. Technical SEO * Complete technical SEO audit * Identify indexing, crawling, canonical, sitemap and robots.txt issues * Review Core Web Vitals and page performance * Fix broken links, redirect issues and URL structure problems * Identify duplicate/thin/low-value pages * Improve internal linking and site architecture * Review schema/structured data * Identify JavaScript/rendering issues affecting SEO * Review Google Search Console and Google Analytics data ### 2. On-Page SEO * Keyword research based on commercial intent * Optimize page titles, meta descriptions and headings * Improve existing service pages * Identify missing service/location landing pages * Improve internal linking * Optimize image ALT text * Improve topical authority around our core services * Recommend content updates instead of blindly creating new articles ### 3. Local SEO Our company is based in **Noida, Uttar Pradesh**, and local visibility is an important priority. You will work on: * Google Business Profile optimization * Local keyword research * Noida / Delhi NCR keyword opportunities * Local landing pages where genuinely useful * NAP consistency * Relevant local citations * Google Maps/local pack visibility * Local schema * Review strategy recommendations * Local competitor analysis We want to target relevant searches around **web development, mobile app development, software development, Shopify, AI, digital marketing and IT services**, particularly in Noida/Delhi NCR, while also growing our national and international organic visibility. ### 4. Competitor Research Analyze competitors ranking for our important commercial keywords and identify: * Keywords they rank for that we don't * Content gaps * Backlink opportunities * Service/location pages we should consider * SERP intent * Local SEO strategies * Opportunities where we can realistically compete ### 5. Content Strategy We already have an established website and content. We don't want hundreds of AI-generated articles simply for the sake of publishing. Instead, identify: * Existing content that should be improved * Outdated or weak content * Pages that should be consolidated * New pages that can target commercial keywords * Supporting informational content * Topics that can strengthen topical authority ### 6. Link Building If link building is recommended, we expect **quality over quantity**. No: * Spam backlinks * PBNs * Automated link building * Bulk directory submissions * Low-quality guest posts * Risky paid links We prefer relevant, legitimate and sustainable authority-building opportunities. ## Initial Deliverables Before ongoing SEO work starts, we expect an initial audit/strategy covering: 1. Website SEO review 2. Technical SEO issues 3. On-page SEO issues 4. Local SEO issues 5. Keyword opportunities 6. Competitor analysis 7. Content gaps 8. Backlink profile 9. Quick wins 10. 30/60/90-day SEO roadmap 11. **Specific improvements you believe our website needs** 12. **Prioritized action plan — what should be fixed first, second and third** ## Reporting We want transparent monthly reporting showing: * Keyword movement * Organic clicks * Impressions * CTR * Average position * Organic traffic * Google Business Profile/local performance * New and improved ranking keywords * Leads/enquiries where measurable * Work completed * Issues identified * Next month's priorities ## Important We are **not looking for someone who simply sends a monthly SEO report**. We want someone who can actually analyze the website, identify problems, prioritize opportunities, implement or clearly guide fixes, and continuously improve the SEO strategy. Please do not guarantee "No. 1 ranking" or unrealistic results. We are interested in **sustainable SEO growth and qualified leads**. ## Ideal Candidate * 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience * Strong technical SEO knowledge * Strong on-page SEO skills * Proven Local SEO experience * Experience with service-based/IT companies is a plus * Good understanding of WordPress SEO * Experience with Google Search Console and GA4 * Able to independently identify SEO opportunities * Strong analytical and reporting skills * Understands search intent and commercial keywords ## To Apply Please include: 1. 2–3 websites you have personally worked on 2. What you specifically improved on those websites 3. Before/after SEO results, if available 4. Your Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience 5. SEO tools you normally use 6. Your review of https://amritainfovision.com/ 7. **At least 2–3 specific improvements you believe our website needs** 8. **What you would prioritize during the first 30 days** 9. Your monthly/hourly rate Generic SEO proposals will not be considered. We will give preference to candidates who demonstrate that they have actually reviewed our website and understand our business and target market.

Expert Microsoft Power Automate Developer Needed for GoDaddy/WordPress Logistics Integration

I am launching an asset-light waste coordination platform using a GoDaddy-hosted WordPress website and a Microsoft 365 Business ecosystem.I need an expert cloud automation engineer to build a real-time, automated backend logistics engine using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, OneDrive for Business, and the GoDaddy Payments API.The system must run 100% in the background via automated webhooks, cloud triggers, and financial APIs. My goal is to be entirely hands-off from administrative tasks, data entry, compliance paperwork, and routine customer/carrier communications so I can focus entirely on marketing and SEO.
Core Project Requirements & DeliverablesFlow 1: Webhook Customer Intake to Regional Carrier DispatchTrigger: Customer submits a clear-out request form on my WordPress website (enforcing mandatory image/video file uploads and distinct [Address] and [Postcode] text fields).Action 1 (Instant Email Auto-Responder): Parse the incoming client email address and fire an automated HTML confirmation email instantly: "We have received your clear-out request and photos. Our dispatch engine is currently checking live availability and negotiating a live price with our vetted local carrier network in your area. Your secure payment link will arrive via text and email within 5 minutes."Action 2 (Spreadsheet Logging): Catch the data payload via an HTTP Webhook and create a new tracking row in a Microsoft List spreadsheet called WasteTab Bookings (Status set to "NEW ENQUIRY").Action 3 (Photo Management): Stream the uploaded images/videos into a structured OneDrive for Business folder (/WasteTab/Job_Photos/[Job_ID]) and generate a public, view-only sharing link inside the Microsoft List.Action 4 (Smart Regional Filter & Dispatch): Read the isolated Postcode area, cross-reference my active carrier database, filter out incompatible haulers, and push a formatted alert text (containing the details and the OneDrive photo link) to a corresponding regional Microsoft Teams channel or WhatsApp gateway link (e.g., Twilio).Flow 2: Carrier Bidding & Smart SelectionTrigger: A carrier clicks the alert link and submits a short Microsoft Form containing: Company Name, Bid Price (£), and Earliest Arrival Time.Action: Power Automate must catch this submission, locate the matching Job ID row in WasteTab Bookings, drop the carrier's name and bid value live onto my screen, and lock onto the first acceptable quote to close the auction.Flow 3: One-Click Markup & GoDaddy Payment Link GenerationTrigger: I review incoming carrier bids on my Microsoft List and change a dropdown column status to "Send Quote".Action 1 (Fee Calculation): The flow must automatically calculate a 25–30% markup on top of the carrier's bid, and then apply a dynamic financial "gross-up" calculation to add GoDaddy's online payment processing fee (2.3% + 30p) entirely on top of the subtotal. My profit margin must remain completely untouched by transaction costs.Action 2 (GoDaddy Link & Delivery): Call the GoDaddy Payments API to dynamically generate an Authorization-Hold Pay Link for that exact calculated total, and instantly text and email that link straight to the customer's device. Change spreadsheet row tracking status to "QUOTE SENT".Flow 4: Post-Payment Dispatch & On-Site Completion LoopTrigger 4A (Payment Held): The customer inputs card details/Apple Pay. GoDaddy confirms the Authorization Hold.Action: Keep the customer's exact street address hidden from carriers until this step. Change the list row status to "BOOKED" and instantly text a Job Ticket straight to the winning carrier's phone containing the full address, contact number, access instructions, and the time slot.Trigger 4B (Site Completion): The carrier completes the clear-out, opens their WasteTab tracking link, and uploads Before & After photos.Action 1: Capture the completion images, attach them to the spreadsheet row, and trigger the GoDaddy Payment Capture step to finalize the funds into the bank account.Action 2 (Auto-Bookkeeping Ledger): Automatically track financial data in columns on the spreadsheet: Gross Revenue (what the client paid), Carrier Payout (what we owe the driver), and Net Profit (Revenue minus Payout) to maintain a live digital bookkeeping ledger.Action 3 (Dynamic WTN): Compile the transaction variables (Postcode, Carrier License, Waste Type) into a compliant digital UK Waste Transfer Note (WTN) PDF template [gov_uk_digital_waste_tracking]. Email a final closeout message to the property manager showing the Before & After photos with the legal WTN PDF attached as a permanent download [gov_uk_digital_waste_tracking]. Set row status to "COMPLETED".Emergency Operational Safety Valves (Required Exceptions)On-Site Excess Waste Surcharge (The Profit Protector): Create a 'Materially Different / More Waste' trigger inside the carrier's job ticket interface. Activating this must require the carrier to upload a photo of the extra waste before loading. The system must instantly pause the current workflow, calculate a standardized excess surcharge fee, call the GoDaddy API for a supplementary payment link, and text it directly to the customer. Implement a strict 10-minute automated countdown timer to clear the payment or decline the extra work.Carrier Breakdown Re-Auction: If a driver hits an emergency "Breakdown" button in their portal: instantly fire an automated apology text to the client, clone the job data to launch a priority re-auction to find a replacement driver within a day, and fire a high-priority SMS or push notification alert straight to my personal mobile phone.Customer Service & Dispute Loop: If a customer submits a complaint on our website /support form: instantly log the details into a separate spreadsheet tab named WasteTab Disputes, lock the carrier's payout status column to "On Hold", fire an automated message to the customer confirming an active investigation, and text the assigned carrier a demand to upload their on-site photographic evidence via a secure link within 24 hours.Late Cancellation Penalty: If a client requests a cancellation inside their user portal with less than 24 hours notice, calculate a fixed late-fee penalty and automatically capture it directly from the active GoDaddy card authorisation hold.

Project: Homepage Design + WordPress Build for Technology Advisory Firm
I’m looking for a strong WordPress designer/developer to redesign and build the homepage for Stratus Lifestyle Technologies, a boutique technology advisory firm serving homeowners and small businesses. This is Phase 1 only. If the homepage goes well, there is likely follow-on work to design and build the remaining six pages of the website. About Stratus Stratus is not primarily a smart home installer, AV company, MSP, or low-voltage contractor. We are positioning the company as a trusted technology advisory that helps homeowners and small businesses make confident technology decisions through: Advisory and consulting Technology assessments Networks and connectivity Business technology Security and data protection Professional implementation Our philosophy is simple: advice and planning come first; implementation follows when appropriate. The website should feel professional, modern, calm, approachable, and polished without feeling corporate or overly technical. What already exists A significant amount of strategy work has already been completed. I will provide: A detailed Website Blueprint A completed Brand & Service Framework Existing logo and brand assets Current website for reference Existing copy direction and page structure I am not hiring someone to rediscover the brand or create a generic IT website. I need someone who can take the strategy that already exists and translate it into a strong, polished homepage. Scope for this project Design and build the homepage in WordPress. The page should include: Responsive desktop and mobile design Navigation/header Hero section Clear explanation of what Stratus does Residential and Business pathways Technology Advisory / service overview Process / how we work Resource or educational content section Trust-building elements Final CTA Footer The homepage should use real copy, not lorem ipsum. Visual direction The website should feel: Professional Premium, but not flashy Calm Modern Organized Approachable Human Consulting-led Please avoid: Generic MSP templates “Cybersecurity” stock imagery Technicians staring at servers Excessive gradients Overly corporate layouts Generic stock-photo businessmen shaking hands Smart-home imagery that makes the company look like an AV installer Image selection matters a lot for this project. I want imagery that supports: Modern homes and workspaces Technology being used naturally Consultation and planning Organization and simplicity Reliable, well-integrated environments I am specifically looking for someone with enough design judgment that I do not have to personally select every image or fix the visual direction afterward. Platform The current site is WordPress and hosted through Hostinger. I’m open to your recommended WordPress builder/theme approach as long as: The site is maintainable I retain full ownership and admin access Another developer can reasonably take over later There are no unnecessary proprietary dependencies Please tell me what builder/theme system you recommend and why. Deliverables For this first phase, I expect: Complete homepage design WordPress implementation Desktop and mobile responsiveness Image sourcing/selection Basic performance optimization Clean, professional layout 1–2 revision rounds Final page ready to launch Important This is not a “copy my instructions pixel by pixel” project. I have already done the strategic work, but I expect the freelancer to bring professional design judgment. I do not want to finish the project by replacing half the images, fixing spacing, correcting mobile layouts, or redesigning sections myself. The goal is to reach a point where I can say: “This is good enough to launch as-is.” Follow-on work If the homepage is successful, I expect to continue with the remaining website pages: Technology Advisory Residential Technology Business Technology Resources About Contact When applying Please include: 2–4 examples of websites you personally designed and built, especially professional-services, consulting, technology, or similar businesses. Which WordPress builder/theme system you recommend for this project and why. A short explanation of how you approach image selection for a professional-services website. Confirmation that you are comfortable working from an existing brand framework and website blueprint rather than starting from scratch. Your estimated timeline for completing the homepage. Please do not send a generic proposal. I am specifically looking for someone who can understand the positioning of the business and translate it into a polished visual experience. The attached Website Blueprint covers the full planned website. For this contract, focus only on the homepage requirements. The Brand & Service Framework is included so you understand the company’s positioning and long-term direction. Client's questions:

I hired an Upworker to fix my one website that wasn't loading (botsquad.co.nz) and now my other 2 websites (fallon.co.nz and mondaywiki.com) are also down. All 3 websites now give the error message "error connecting to database". Upworker has had access to my hosting and all 3 are hosted in the same place. Upworker says it's a hosting/server issue, my host says otherwise. As problem occurred immediately after Upworker had access to my hosting I am pretty sure it is their error. Can you help me get my sites live again? All 3 are hosted on Vultr.com (which doesn't offer a lot of support).

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to design and build a professional website for a moving brokerage company focused on nationwide interstate moves. We currently only have the domain and need a modern, trustworthy, lead-generation-focused website that helps drive phone calls and inbound quote requests for primarily residential long-distance moves.
This is a website-only project. We will provide a brand identity guide to support the web design (logo, colors, typography, and usage examples). Your role is to translate that brand system into a clean, effective website, not to create the brand from scratch. Our priority is lead generation and SEO. The site should support strong mobile usability, clear click-to-call actions, contact/quote forms, fast loading, and a structure that supports organic search visibility. We are open to platform recommendations, but leaning toward WordPress or another user-friendly platform that will be easy to manage after launch. We want a full website that stays lean: clear, professional, and conversion-focused rather than overly complex. We plan to provide most of the written content, and the writing style should land somewhere in the middle — not too sparse, but not overly wordy. Experience integrating website lead-generation forms with CRM or lead-management platforms via secure APIs, including real-time lead delivery, form-field mapping, source tracking, consent capture, duplicate prevention, and error handling. Scope of work: - Recommend the best platform for this project (WordPress or another user-friendly CMS). - Design and build a lean but complete service-business website. - Create key pages such as Home, About, Services, How It Works, FAQ, Contact, plus lead capture sections. - Emphasize click-to-call throughout the site, especially on mobile. - Set up quote/contact forms and lead notifications. - Support integration with Granot Moving Software via API - Implement the provided brand identity guide into the website design. - Apply on-page SEO and complete SEO setup/configuration for small business website. - Optimize for mobile responsiveness, page speed, and clear calls to action. - Ongoing support: Possible updates in the future, but this is not a major part of the initial scope. Preferred experience: - Service business or home-services websites. - Lead-generation websites with strong mobile conversion strategy. - SEO-focused website builds. - Experience working from an existing logo/brand guide. - Experience with CRM/form integrations/APIs. - Building sites clients can easily update after launch. Technical skills required: - WordPress or another user-friendly CMS (Webflow or similar also acceptable). - Figma or equivalent for web layout/wireframing. - Responsive web design and mobile-first UX. - Contact/quote form integration and email notifications. - CRM integration experience. - On-page SEO and basic technical SEO. - Page speed/performance optimization. - Google Analytics and/or simple conversion tracking setup. When applying, please include: - 3–5 examples of relevant service-business or lead-gen websites you’ve built. - Which platform you recommend for this project and why. - How you approach SEO and lead generation for small business websites. - How you would structure the site to encourage calls, especially on mobile. - Any experience with CRM API integrations. - Estimated timeline and total cost for the project. - Confirmation that you are comfortable working from a provided brand identity guide and with client-provided copy. - Please begin your proposal with the words "Leading the Move" so we know you read the full post.

We are an established, high-volume mobile tyre fitting company operating across London, the M25 and surrounding areas. We have been operating for many years and have built a substantial business, with a large mobile operation and significant daily job volumes.
We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, hands-on Senior Technical Digital Marketing & Growth Expert to work with us on a long-term basis and help take responsibility for improving our overall digital performance. This is NOT a standard Google Ads management role. ABOUT OUR SITUATION Our business operates in a highly competitive, immediate-response market. A large proportion of our customers find us through Google when they are stranded roadside, have a puncture or urgently require a mobile tyre fitter. Google Search and Google Ads are therefore extremely important to our business. Over recent years, our market has changed significantly. Competition on Google has increased, more companies are advertising, CPCs have risen considerably and maintaining strong visibility has become increasingly expensive. We are facing the classic problem where increasing bids can maintain or improve visibility but can make customer acquisition too expensive, while reducing bids can significantly reduce calls and jobs. We already have an experienced member of our team who has worked with our business for approximately 10 years and understands our market and Google Ads account extremely well. We have also previously worked with external digital specialists. Therefore, we are NOT looking for somebody to simply take over an account, make basic optimisations and send us monthly reports. We are looking for someone genuinely senior who can look at the entire digital operation with fresh eyes, challenge existing thinking where necessary, identify opportunities that may have been missed and work alongside our existing team to develop and implement a stronger strategy. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We ideally want someone with 10+ years of serious digital/performance marketing experience. Your strongest area should be Google Ads / paid search and performance marketing, but we specifically want a multi-skilled individual with strong technical knowledge across the wider digital operation. You should have strong experience in several of the following: • Advanced Google Ads / PPC • Google Search and high-intent lead generation • Competitive PPC strategy and bidding • Auction Insights, impression share and competitor analysis • Search terms, match types, negatives and campaign structure • Geographic, device and time-of-day optimisation • Conversion and call tracking • GA4 • Google Tag Manager • Google Search Console • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) • Landing page strategy and optimisation • SEO • Technical SEO • Local SEO / Google Business Profile • Website design and development • WordPress • Website speed / Core Web Vitals • HTML / CSS / JavaScript • PHP or other programming knowledge is an advantage • APIs, integrations and automation • Data analysis and attribution • Competitor intelligence tools such as Semrush / Ahrefs • AI and modern digital marketing/automation tools You do not need to be a world-class software engineer. However, we strongly prefer somebody technically capable who understands websites and development properly, can personally make or implement many changes and can communicate effectively with developers when more specialist programming work is required. GOOGLE ADS EXPERIENCE IS CRITICAL Google is currently our most important digital customer-acquisition channel, so exceptional Google Ads knowledge is essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally managed substantial Google Search budgets in highly competitive, high-intent LEAD GENERATION businesses. Experience in emergency or immediate-response industries such as automotive, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, locksmiths, emergency plumbing, home services, legal leads or similar competitive local-service markets would be particularly valuable. We are less interested in candidates whose experience is predominantly e-commerce, social media or low-budget PPC accounts. We need someone who understands the complete commercial relationship between: Search → Impression → Click → Cost → Call/Lead → Conversion → Completed Job → Revenue → Profitability Our objective is NOT simply to achieve cheaper clicks or impressive marketing statistics. Our objective is to generate MORE PROFITABLE COMPLETED JOBS. THE WEBSITE, SEO & CONVERSION SIDE IS ALSO IMPORTANT We do not want to remain unnecessarily dependent on simply increasing Google Ads bids. The successful person should be capable of looking at our entire digital customer-acquisition journey. That includes: • Paid Google traffic • Organic Google traffic • Local/Maps visibility • Website structure • Landing pages • Mobile user experience • Conversion rates • Calls to action • Page speed • Technical SEO • Tracking and attribution • Competitor performance • Customer behaviour Someone requiring emergency roadside assistance behaves differently from a normal online shopper. Our website and advertising need to turn high-intent searches into telephone calls and completed jobs as efficiently as possible. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO FIRST We do NOT want somebody to start making major changes on day one. Initially, we want the successful candidate to understand the business and conduct a detailed audit of our current and historical digital operation. This should include reviewing: • Google Ads • Historical Google Ads performance and changes • GA4 • Google Tag Manager • Conversion and telephone call tracking • Search Console • SEO and organic visibility • Local SEO • Website and landing pages • Conversion rates • Competitor landscape • Customer acquisition costs • Digital acquisition performance We want you to establish: What has changed? What are we currently doing well? What could be improved? Where are we wasting money? Where are we losing visibility? Are we measuring the correct conversions? Which campaigns, keywords, locations, devices and times actually produce profitable jobs? Can our existing traffic convert at a substantially higher rate? How can SEO and other channels reduce our dependence on increasingly expensive paid traffic? What opportunities are we currently missing? You will then explain your findings and recommended strategy to us before significant changes are implemented. THE TYPE OF PERSON WE WANT We are looking for somebody who: • Thinks independently • Is analytical and commercially minded • Is technically capable • Can investigate complex problems • Is comfortable challenging existing strategies • Can explain complicated issues clearly • Is hands-on and actually implements work • Understands that revenue and profitability matter more than vanity metrics • Can work collaboratively with our existing team • Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to investigate next We particularly value people who can find problems and opportunities that other experienced people have overlooked. WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR We are NOT looking for: • A junior digital marketer • A basic Google Ads manager • Someone who has simply completed PPC certifications • An agency salesperson/account manager • Someone who outsources all technical work • Someone who only produces reports • Someone who blindly follows Google's automated recommendations • Someone whose solution to every PPC problem is simply “increase the budget” • Someone claiming to be an expert in everything without evidence of genuine results We are looking for ONE highly experienced, multi-skilled, hands-on individual. If you are genuinely exceptional in Google Ads/performance marketing and also have strong SEO, analytics, CRO and website/development knowledge, we want to hear from you. This can become a significant long-term role with our business for the right person. APPLICATION QUESTIONS Please answer the following questions yourself and in detail. Generic applications will not be shortlisted. 1. A long-established local emergency-service business historically generates a large proportion of its customers through Google Search. CPCs and competition have increased substantially. Increasing bids improves visibility but makes acquisition increasingly expensive; reducing bids causes calls and jobs to fall. The Google Ads account has already been managed by an experienced person for many years. Before changing anything, what would you investigate and why? 2. Give us the strongest example of a highly competitive Google Search lead-generation account that YOU personally managed. What industry was it in? Approximately what was the monthly advertising spend? What problems did you inherit? What did you personally change? What measurable commercial results did you achieve? 3. How would you determine which Google Ads campaigns, search terms and keywords are generating actual quality telephone calls, completed customers/jobs and PROFIT — rather than relying solely on the conversions Google Ads reports? 4. If CPCs across an industry have genuinely increased and competitors continue bidding aggressively, how would you grow the business without simply continuing to raise bids and budgets? 5. How strong are you personally in website development? What can you actually build, change or troubleshoot yourself? Please specify the technologies/platforms you personally work with. 6. Describe your SEO, technical SEO and Local SEO experience and give examples of measurable results where possible. 7. Rate your PERSONAL ability from 1–10 in each of the following: Google Ads / PPC GA4 / GTM / Tracking CRO SEO Local SEO WordPress Web Development HTML / CSS JavaScript PHP / Programming APIs / Automation Data Analysis 8. Approximately how many years have you personally worked in digital/performance marketing, and what percentage of your current work is hands-on rather than delegated to other people? 9. If shortlisted, are you willing to begin with a PAID audit/assessment of our existing operation before we decide on a longer-term appointment? Please do not send a generic proposal. We are deliberately looking for a very experienced individual and will be reviewing applications carefully. Location is not important to us. We are happy to work with the right person anywhere in the world. Experience, ability, communication, commercial understanding and proven results are what matter. Client's questions:

Zoo Computer Repairs is a computer repair business based in Queensland. Our website, zoorepairs.com.au, runs on WordPress with an old theme and a pile of plugins, and we want to get off it. We're after an experienced Astro and Tailwind CSS developer to rebuild the site as a fast, static website that ranks well in search.
We don't want a database, an admin panel, or a stack of plugins to keep patched. We want plain HTML pages that load quickly, are easy to update, and give attackers very little to work with. Ideally having a WYSUWUG editor on top and hooked up to payload or strapi (I have both hosted on railway) Tech stack Astro Tailwind CSS What we want from the rebuild The site has to be fast. We're aiming for strong Core Web Vitals scores on mobile as well as desktop. It should look modern and professional and work properly on phones, since most of our customers find us on their phone while their computer is broken. The code should be clean enough that another developer could pick it up later without a week of detective work. Scope of work Recreate all the main pages from the current site in Astro. You can keep the existing design or improve on it. Build reusable components so that service pages and suburb pages share one layout. The site needs to work well on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Due to the amount of pages - there are tools that you can export word press to static sites to that may help as alot of pages are just the name of the suburb + computer repairs. Front end. Style everything with Tailwind. Phone numbers should be click-to-call, and the contact and booking details should be easy to find on every page. Performance. Optimise all images, serve them as WebP or AVIF, and lazy load anything below the fold. Keep CSS and JS small. SEO requirements Moving off WordPress can't cost us rankings. The new site needs: Clean URLs and a sensible heading structure (one H1 per page) A meta title and description on every page Open Graph tags and canonical URLs An XML sitemap and robots.txt LocalBusiness schema, plus other schema types where they fit (services, FAQs, reviews) Alt text on every image Crawlable HTML that doesn't depend on JavaScript to render content Migration Keep existing URLs wherever you can. Where a URL has to change, set up a 301 redirect. Before launch, we'll want a list of every old URL and where it now points. Bring across the content and images worth keeping. Leave the WordPress theme files, plugins, PHP, and database behind. Hosting We have liquid web currently which was mainly used for wordpress but I also have Railway and Github, if there are any alternatives that would be great. Security No website is unhackable, but a static site removes most of the ways WordPress sites get compromised. The finished site should have no backend we don't need, no database, no public login page, and as few third-party dependencies as possible. Skills we're looking for You'll need proven experience with Astro and Tailwind CSS, along with solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You should understand technical SEO and Core Web Vitals, and have moved at least one site from WordPress to a modern framework. Local business or service-area sites are a plus. When you apply, please include Links to Astro sites you built yourself Your GitHub or portfolio One or two sites you've improved for speed or SEO, with before and after numbers if you have them Your location and time zone (we're on AEST, Brisbane time) The hours you usually work Whether you can do Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams calls How long you expect the project to take Ongoing work We have over 400 websites with computer repairs in Australia so this will be the starting point as well. Ideally looking for someone that can assist with the Strapi and Payload as well so that we can change text via a spreadsheet so that each page can have unique content. Ideally we'd like the following questions answered in your review 1️⃣ Astro Experience Please share 2–3 live websites that you have personally developed using Astro. Briefly explain your role in each project. 2️⃣ WordPress Migration Have you previously migrated a WordPress website to Astro or another static site architecture? Please describe your approach. 3️⃣ Performance & SEO What steps would you take to ensure that a migrated Astro website maintains or improves its existing SEO performance and Core Web Vitals? 4️⃣ Hosting Experience Do you have experience deploying and managing static websites? 5️⃣ Project Estimate After reviewing zoorepairs.com.au , please provide your estimated timeline, fixed-price quotation, or hourly rate for rebuilding the website using Astro and Tailwind CSS.

I'm looking for a Canva designer to develop a cohesive four-piece marketing system for a two-person title team serving Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast and Eastside Costa Mesa. I have two design concepts that establish the direction we're looking for—elevated, clean, editorial and understated—and need someone to refine those and carry the same visual identity across two additional pieces.
Everything needs to be built natively and remain fully editable in Canva. I’m particularly focused on typography, information hierarchy and making market data extremely easy to read.

I have two WordPress websites built with Elementor that need cleanup and optimization. I'm looking for someone experienced with Elementor specifically, not just general WordPress work, who can diagnose issues and make the sites faster, more stable, and easier to maintain.
Scope of work: Audit both sites for: Broken layouts, elements, or links Slow page load speed (identify what's causing it, plugins, images, bloated code, etc.) Mobile responsiveness issues Outdated or conflicting plugins Broken forms or integrations Fix identified issues across both sites Optimize page speed (image compression, caching, minifying CSS/JS, removing unused plugins or widgets) Clean up Elementor-specific bloat (unused templates, redundant CSS, oversized widgets) Confirm basic SEO health isn't being hurt by technical issues (page speed, mobile usability, broken links) Provide a short summary of what was fixed and what you'd recommend next, if anything Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (not just page builders generally) Experience with page speed optimization tools (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, or similar) Comfortable working directly in a live site with backups in place before changes Clear communicator, I want to understand what was wrong and what was done, not just "it's fixed" Access: I'll provide WordPress admin access and hosting details once we agree on scope. Please confirm you'll take a full backup before making changes. Estimated scope: This is a scoped cleanup and optimization project, not ongoing maintenance, though I'm open to a maintenance retainer afterward if the work goes well. To apply: Please share an example of an Elementor site you've optimized, ideally with a before/after on load speed.

Digital Transformations AI is growing, and we're looking for another talented VA to join our team.
We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We're looking for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, learns quickly, has a great eye for design, and knows how to use AI to figure things out. One of our current team members started primarily in social media. Because she was creative, good with technology, a fast learner, and comfortable using AI, we've trained her to now help us build websites, create email templates, work inside GoHighLevel, publish blogs, and handle other digital marketing projects. We're looking for another person with that same kind of potential. What You'll Help With Your work may include: • Creating social media graphics and content. • Designing pages and website sections. • Building simple landing pages. • Using AI tools like ChatGPT to help complete projects. • Creating and formatting email templates. • Formatting and publishing blogs. • Working inside GoHighLevel. • Making edits to existing websites. • Following examples/reference designs and recreating them. • Helping our team with client marketing projects. • Learning new software and systems using AI. You do not have to know all of this already. We will train the right person. What We're Really Looking For You should be: • Creative with a strong visual/artistic eye. • Comfortable using AI. • A very fast learner. • Good with technology. • Resourceful: you try to figure things out instead of immediately saying you don't know how. • Detail-oriented. • Able to follow instructions and examples closely. • Comfortable learning new software. • Reliable and communicative. • Interested in developing new skills and growing with a company long-term. Big Plus If You Have Experience With • Website design. • Landing page design. • GoHighLevel / GHL. • WordPress. • Canva. • Social media management. • Email marketing. • Blogging/content publishing. • ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools. • Basic HTML/CSS. Website design experience is especially valuable, but it is not required if you have a strong design eye and are a great learner. Compensation & Growth Starting rate: $4 USD/hour This is intended to become a long-term position. We're an AI automation and digital marketing company, so you'll have the opportunity to learn skills beyond the role you initially come in for — including websites, CRM automation, AI, marketing systems, and other areas. We like developing people internally. If you're talented, reliable, and continue improving your skills, there is room for more responsibility, more hours, and higher compensation. How to Apply Please send us: 1. A short introduction about yourself.. 2. Links or screenshots of 3 examples of your best creative work. Social graphics, websites, landing pages, Canva designs, etc. are all acceptable.. 3. Tell us which AI tools you currently use and how you use AI in your work.. 4. Tell us about any website design or GoHighLevel experience you have. It's okay if you have none.. 5. Tell us about something you didn't know how to do but figured out using AI or online research.. 6. Start your application with the words PURPLE ELEPHANT so we know you read the entire post.. One important thing: Please don't send us a generic AI-generated application. We use AI every day and actually want you to use AI, but we also want to hear your personality, your experience, and how you think. We're looking for someone who could become an important part of our team, not someone simply looking for their next short-term project.
