I run a small coaching business. About 3 months ago my developer set up an automation in n8n that sends a welcome email automatically whenever someone fills out my intake form on my website. It worked perfectly for two months, I didn't touch anything, and then last week it just stopped. Here's what I know: the workflow is definitely triggering because I can see it running in n8n's execution history and everything shows green checkmarks including the Gmail node at the end. But the emails never actually arrive. I've checked spam, checked the recipient address, sent test submissions, nothing comes through. My developer is no longer available. I have full access to the n8n instance, the workflow, and the Gmail account connected to it. I can share screenshots of the execution logs.
