Brand Identity Designer for M&A Firm

We are a boutique M&A and financial advisory firm in Panama. Our brand has not
changed materially since 2009 and we are refreshing it ahead of a new website. The creative direction is already defined: modern serif, editorial, human and approachable rather than corporate-generic, and flexible enough to differentiate three service lines. We are not looking for open-ended exploration — we want someone to sharpen and execute a defined direction to a high standard. DELIVERABLES - Primary logo / wordmark, plus sub-brand lockups for three service lines - Color system and type system (font licensing purchased in our name) - Brand guidelines document - Design tokens as JSON or CSS variables, and a Figma file with named color and text styles - Illustration style spec (style, line weight, palette, subject matter, do/don't) plus 2 proof-of-concept illustrations - Six applied mockups, delivered flat — no staged photography: website homepage, deck cover + one dense content slide, business card, LinkedIn transaction announcement post, social avatar MILESTONES — $2,000 fixed price (indicative) 1. ~25% — Discovery + three distinct directions, each shown as logo concept with color/type applied to two touchpoints. One revision round, then we select a direction. 2. ~37.5% — Selected direction refined: full logo suite, sub-brand lockups, final color and type systems. Two revision rounds. 3. ~37.5% — Brand guide, tokens, Figma file, illustration spec + 2 illustrations, six mockups. Two revision rounds. If your proposal differs from our indicative budget, tell us what you would adjust — scope, number of directions, or price. A revision round is one consolidated set of written feedback, not incremental requests. Direction selection at Milestone 1 is final; changing direction after that is new scope. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate agreed in the contract. MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT The website and PowerPoint template are out of scope — we will build those ourselves from your guidelines. The tokens and specs must therefore be precise enough to build from directly: exact hex values with intended roles, a type scale with sizes, weights, line-heights and letter-spacing, a spacing scale, and specs for basic components (button, card, nav, footer, section header, pull-quote, table). Please confirm you can deliver this. Full IP assignment and all editable source files required. We will share our internal concept document, current assets and reference boards with shortlisted candidates. Proposals that do not address the screening questions will not be reviewed. Description — paste this
We're a UK education software company relaunching our marketing site. 22 pages are built and the copy is final. What's missing is the imagery — 24 empty slots across seven pages, plus eight diagrams that need rebuilding. We have the raw material: around 66 photographs and 15 product screenshots. What we don't have is someone who has read the site and decided what each slot should hold. This is a judgement job. We have a spec and we'll share it, but it was written before the material existed and it treats every slot as either "a photograph" or "a screenshot". Several are probably neither — a screenshot composed over a photo, a detail crop, an illustrated schematic. We want you to read the page, work out what the section is arguing, and decide what image makes that argument. If your answer differs from our spec, tell us and do the better thing. The constraints are tight and non-negotiable. The site is strictly monochrome — eight ink-and-paper tokens, with a lime and a pink appearing only inside photographs rather than in the interface. No gradients, no drop shadows, no glassmorphism, no serif faces. And nothing can be invented: no fabricated statistics, no made-up institution names in interface chrome, no plausible-looking chart data. We sell to university procurement teams who check. The eight diagrams are monochrome inline SVG. They work on desktop and fail on mobile — labels scale with the drawing and reach 2.9px at 375px, while three smaller ones inflate past the heading above them. Needs a decided responsive approach and five documented defects fixed. They stay schematic: two carry a caption saying they aren't data. Please don't turn any into a chart. On method and timing. We're budgeting three days and assuming you'll work with AI. The pages are plain HTML you can hand straight to a model along with the asset folder — reading the site, proposing slot contents, batch conversion, cropping and placement are all things it does well and you then correct. We're paying for judgement and taste, not execution hours. If your process is hand-cropping 24 images and hand-drawing 8 diagrams, you'll lose money on this. You'll get: the working pages, the source images and screenshots, the design tokens, the slot spec, and a fuller brief once we've shortlisted. Not in scope: copywriting, page layout changes, photography. Client's questions:

JAWHI is an emerging fine jewelry brand inspired by Ancient Egyptian history and symbolism, translated into a contemporary, refined and sculptural design language.
The foundation already exists: brand name, logo/signet, first collection, target customer, pricing, positioning direction and initial visual identity. We are preparing for launch and are looking for an experienced Brand Strategist / Art Director to sharpen our positioning and develop the existing foundation into a distinctive premium brand system. This is not a branding-from-scratch or logo-design project. We are looking for support with: * Brand audit & positioning refinement * Target audience and differentiation * Brand essence, personality & values * Brand story & messaging * Tone of voice * Visual identity refinement * Typography, colors & graphic system * Art direction for photography, video & campaigns * Digital and social visual direction * Final practical brand guidelines A key challenge is translating our connection to Ancient Egypt into a contemporary and sophisticated luxury narrative, never literal, folkloric or souvenir-like. Our logo and signet should remain. We want to build the wider identity around them. We will also be producing much of our future photography/video content in Egypt, so strong art direction and clear creative guidelines are particularly important. Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a senior-level creative with strong strategic thinking and exceptional visual taste. Experience in jewelry, luxury, fashion, fragrance, beauty or premium lifestyle is highly preferred. We are not interested in generic “luxury” branding or template-based identities. Please include: * 2–4 relevant portfolio projects only * Your specific role in these projects * How you would approach refining an existing brand * Your proposed process and timeline * Your estimated fixed project fee Budget: The stated budget of $7,500 is indicative and reflects the scope we currently have in mind. We are open to discussing the final scope and fee depending on experience, portfolio and proposed approach. Quality and relevance of portfolio matter more to us than the number of Upwork reviews.

Shopify E-Commerce Conversion Strategist for Established Jewelry Brand
I’m looking for an experienced Shopify e-commerce conversion strategist to audit and improve an established jewelry e-commerce site. The goal is to increase conversion and sales — not redesign the site. The brand has a strong visual identity, existing customers, and a substantial library of original lifestyle, model, detail, and product photography. I need someone who can identify what is helping conversion, where customers are encountering friction, and which changes are most likely to improve sales. I’m looking for help with: CRO + UX: Audit the customer journey from homepage through product pages and checkout, with particular attention to mobile. Product pages + visual merchandising: Evaluate layout, image selection and sequencing, product information, CTAs, navigation, and purchasing confidence. Photography strategy: Advise whether I’m using the right images in the right places and identify any additional photography that could materially improve conversion. Shopify backend: Review apps, integrations, site speed, analytics/tracking, collections, navigation, and identify technical issues or best-practice opportunities that could improve conversion. Brand presentation: Recommend improvements while preserving an elevated, editorial aesthetic. I do not want the site turned into a generic e-commerce template. I’m looking for someone with strong Shopify CRO experience plus a good visual eye, ideally with jewelry, fashion, accessories, beauty, luxury, or another visually driven e-commerce brand. Please send 2–3 relevant Shopify examples and briefly tell me: What you changed Why you changed it What happened as a result Measurable CRO results are especially helpful. I’d like to begin with an audit and personalized, prioritized action plan, then implement the highest-impact improvements. There may be ongoing work if it’s a strong fit. My brand is established, and I’m looking for someone who respects that foundation while helping me improve conversion. In your proposal, please tell me the first three things you would evaluate on my site before making any recommendations. There may be opportunities for ongoing work with the right person.

About the Proposition: We're launching a new AI powered learning capability focused on workforce development within financial services. We're inspired by brands such as: - Notion - Stripe - Synthesia - Founderz - BetterUp Clean. Modern. Intelligent. Memorable. What We Need: Create a scalable visual identity system that can be used across: - Website homepage and product pages - Website hero visuals and banners - LinkedIn organic and paid social assets - Email signature banners - Webinar and event assets - Sales and marketing collateral - Future product launches We're looking for a suite of creative assets and templates that work together as one cohesive visual system. It should create consistency across every launch asset Is memorable and scalable as our product portfolio grows Ideal Experience We're particularly interested in designers with experience in: B2B SaaS AI products Enterprise technology Fintech Brand systems and visual identities Product launches Please share examples of visual identity systems you've created, not just standalone assets. To apply please include: - Portfolio with examples of relevant work. - Examples of visual systems or brand frameworks you've developed. A short response to the following question: If you were launching a new AI powered learning proposition for financial services, what visual concept would you explore first and why? The project supports an upcoming launch, so we're seeking a designer who can quickly develop concepts and deliver a complete visual toolkit within the coming weeks. # Senior Meta/Facebook + Chrome Extension Developer Needed for SaaS Feasibility Study
I am looking for a senior software engineer/technical architect with experience in Meta/Facebook platforms, Chrome extensions, AI integrations, and SaaS development. This is **not a request to immediately build a full application**. The first step is a paid technical feasibility assessment to determine whether this concept can be built reliably and sustainably. ## Project Overview I am developing a SaaS platform called **Social Interactor**. The initial goal is to help businesses identify potential customers inside Facebook Groups where they are already members. Example: A photographer belongs to several local Facebook Groups. Someone posts: "Looking for recommendations for a photographer for senior pictures in Franklin." Social Interactor would identify that post as a potential lead, analyze it using AI, and immediately notify the photographer. The system would then create a suggested response based on the photographer's business, services, location, and communication style. The user remains in control and can: • Accept the suggested response • Edit the response • Ignore the opportunity • Open the original Facebook post and respond manually The initial MVP does **not** require automatic posting or messaging. The first goal is simply: **Detect the opportunity → Notify the user → Provide AI assistance.** ## Initial Proof of Concept The first test case should be: • One Facebook user • One Facebook Group • One business category Example: A photographer monitors a local Facebook Group. A relevant post appears. The system detects the post. AI determines it is a photography opportunity. The user receives a notification. The AI generates a suggested response. The user can open the post and respond. ## Technical Questions I Need Answered I need someone experienced with Meta/Facebook and browser-based technology to determine: 1. Is this concept technically possible with current Facebook/Meta restrictions? 2. What architecture would you recommend? 3. Can this be accomplished through official APIs, browser extensions, desktop applications, or another compliant approach? 4. How can the system detect relevant posts from Facebook Groups that are visible to a logged-in user? 5. How close to real-time can notifications realistically be? 6. Can AI analyze posts for buying intent instead of only matching keywords? 7. Can AI generate personalized suggested responses? 8. How should authentication, security, and user data be handled? 9. How would this scale from one user to thousands of users? 10. What are the biggest technical risks? ## Ideal Candidate You should have experience with: • Meta/Facebook developer tools • Facebook Graph API • Chrome extensions • Browser-based applications • SaaS architecture • AI integrations • OAuth authentication • Scalable backend systems Experience with Facebook limitations, permissions, and platform compliance is extremely important. I am looking for someone who will honestly evaluate feasibility and risks. I do not want someone who simply says "yes, it can be built" without understanding the technical challenges. ## Deliverables The first engagement should include: • Technical feasibility assessment • Recommended architecture • Technology stack recommendation • Platform limitations and risks • Proof-of-concept recommendation • Estimated timeline • Estimated cost for proof of concept • Estimated cost for MVP development if feasible If the proof of concept is successful, there is potential for a larger ongoing development project. Please include examples of Meta/Facebook integrations, Chrome extensions, AI applications, or similar SaaS products you have personally worked on.

Web Designer & Developer for Established Contemporary Artist — High-End Portfolio Website

Hello dear freelancers,
My name is Dinara, (instagram: @dinara_dindarova) I’m a contemporary visual artist based in Europe with approximately 30 years of artistic practice, and I’m looking for a web designer/developer to create a sophisticated, high-end professional artist website. The website should represent my complete artistic career, rather than being focused only on my current collection. I have a substantial body of work developed over the past three decades, as well as previous exhibitions, projects and different periods of my artistic practice. At the same time, I am currently preparing the international presentation of my new collection, "Return to the Source", which will have an important and prominent place on the website. Purpose of the Website: I see the website as my professional digital archive, portfolio and presentation to the international art market. When a collector, gallery, curator, art advisor, art manager or potential buyer searches for me, I want them to immediately understand: • who I am as an artist • the evolution and depth of my 30-year career • my artistic language and philosophy • my previous works and important periods • my exhibition history and professional background • what I am creating today • which works/collections are currently available or relevant • how to contact me regarding exhibitions, representation or acquisition of artworks The website therefore needs to combine the feeling of a high-end contemporary art portfolio with a professional artist archive/CV. PROPOSED WEBSITE STRUCTURE I imagine something approximately like: HOME A strong, sophisticated visual introduction to my work and artistic identity. ABOUT THE ARTIST Biography, artistic background, philosophy and approximately 30 years of artistic practice. WORK / COLLECTIONS A structured presentation of my work across different periods and collections, including selected past works. RETURN TO THE SOURCE A dedicated and prominent section for my current collection, including its concept, story and individual artworks. INDIVIDUAL ARTWORK PAGES High-resolution images, detail/zoom functionality, title, year, medium, dimensions and other relevant information. ARCHIVE / PAST WORKS A carefully curated selection of previous works that demonstrates the development of my artistic language over the years without making the website feel overcrowded. EXHIBITIONS Past exhibitions and important professional milestones, ideally presented in an elegant chronological format. ARTIST CV A professional overview of exhibitions, education, projects and other relevant career information, potentially also available as a downloadable PDF. PRESS / PUBLICATIONS For press, articles, catalogues or other media references where appropriate. CONTACT / ARTWORK INQUIRIES A professional contact system for collectors, galleries, art advisors and potential buyers. DESIGN DIRECTION The website should feel elegant, contemporary, international and gallery-level. I do not want it to feel like a generic portfolio template or an online shop. The artwork should always remain the central focus, with sophisticated typography, generous space and a strong editorial/art-world feeling. It is also important to me that the website communicates the maturity and credibility of an established artistic career, while presenting the current chapter of my work in a fresh and contemporary way. The website should be: • fully responsive and excellent on desktop and mobile • fast despite displaying high-quality artwork photography • capable of showing artwork details/zoom where appropriate • SEO-friendly, particularly for my artist name, collections and artwork • connected to analytics • easy for me or my team to update with new artworks, exhibitions and collections • structured so that it can continue growing with my career • designed to encourage serious inquiries from collectors and art professionals I am open to Framer, Webflow, Wordpress, Squarespace, or another platform if you can explain why you believe it is the best choice for this project. Before we move forward, Could you please tell me: 1. Have you created websites for established artists, galleries, photographers, architects, designers or luxury/creative brands? Please send me your most relevant examples. 2. How would you approach presenting 30 years of work without making the website visually overwhelming? 3. What platform would you recommend and why? 4. Would you handle both the complete visual design and functional development? 5. Is technical/on-page SEO included? 6. How would you optimize high-resolution artwork images while maintaining excellent image quality and website speed? 7. Would you create an easy system for adding future artworks, exhibitions and collections? 8. What materials would you need from me before starting biography, CV, exhibition history, artwork archive, photography, artist statement, branding, press, etc.? 9. Approximately how long would you expect the project to take? 10. What would be your estimated total project price? I would be interested in discussing a fixed project price with clearly defined milestones, rather than an open-ended hourly arrangement. My goal is not simply to create a beautiful website. I want to build a serious long-term digital home for my artistic career, one that documents approximately three decades of work, establishes credibility with the international art world, presents my current work at the highest level, and helps turn interest from collectors and art professionals into genuine inquiries and opportunities. Thank you. I would be happy to discuss the project and hear how you would approach it.

Creative Performance Strategist
We are looking for an AI-Enabled Creative Performance Strategist to build and run the creative operating system behind our growth. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of performance creative, brand storytelling, design, video editing, content strategy, and AI-enabled experimentation. Paid creative will be the primary performance lens, but the insights and winning concepts will extend across social, email, e-commerce, creator content, founder storytelling, and important campaign moments. The right person combines strong creative taste with analytical fluency and a maker mentality. They can determine why one hook, story, visual, or format outperforms another; turn those insights into new creative hypotheses; and personally develop test-ready assets and variations. We have an extensive library of product photography, lifestyle imagery, video, founder content, campaign history, and performance data. A central part of this role is turning those existing resources into a faster, more effective creative engine. AI should be used as a production multiplier not as a substitute for brand judgment, human creativity, authentic storytelling, or real product truth. ### Creative Performance Strategy Analyze paid creative performance across Meta and other relevant channels. Identify winning and losing patterns in: * Hooks and opening moments * Messaging and copy * Visual style and composition * Formats and pacing * Products and offers * Talent and creators * Storytelling angles * Calls to action Translate those insights into specific creative hypotheses and a prioritized testing roadmap. Maintain a straightforward creative-learning system so that successful ideas, failed tests, performance trends, and audience insights become institutional knowledge rather than disappearing after each campaign. ### Creative Testing and Iteration Own the creative testing process while the media agency retains responsibility for media buying, audience management, budgets, bidding, and account optimization. Work with the Director of Growth Marketing and media agency to: * Establish testing priorities and success metrics * Determine which concepts and variations should be launched * Identify creative fatigue * Recommend when to pause, iterate, expand, or replace a concept * Separate creative issues from media, offer, merchandising, or site-conversion problems * Turn performance results into the next creative cycle The role is responsible for the creative insight, concept, execution, iteration, and learning loop—not for managing the advertising account. ### Hands-On Creative Development Personally create a meaningful portion of our rapid-test creative rather than only producing briefs for other people. Deliverables may include: * Static advertisements * Motion graphics and simple animations * Paid-social creative * Ad copy, hooks, headlines, and calls to action * Short-form video edits and cutdowns * Creator and founder-content edits * Image, copy, and format variations * Email and e-commerce creative adaptations * Resizing and reformatting for different channels * Light retouching, compositing, and asset cleanup More specialized photography, video production, animation, or campaign work may be assigned to local production partners, creators, freelancers, or internal team members. The Creative Performance Strategist will help brief and direct that work while remaining capable of independently producing test-ready assets. ### AI-Enabled Asset Development Use our existing product photography, lifestyle imagery, videos, brand guidelines, and historical creative as the foundation for AI-assisted production. Applications may include: * Turning still imagery into motion * Developing seasonal or contextual variations from real product photography * Testing new backgrounds, compositions, crops, and visual treatments * Creating variations of winning advertisements * Repurposing long-form and raw video * Accelerating editing, retouching, resizing, and versioning * Creating reusable templates and design systems * Building documented prompts and workflows with the Art of Tea AI Lab When our product is shown, creative must begin with authentic product source material. AI-assisted work must not fabricate packaging, ingredients, product attributes, or wellness claims. Every final asset must be human-reviewed, brand-appropriate, and delivered with organized, editable source files. ### Video, Creator and Founder Content Development Use performance insights and brand priorities to determine what video and creator content should be captured. Responsibilities include: * Developing hooks, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists * Creating practical capture plans around the founder’s availability * Briefing creators on messaging, pacing, format, and visual treatment * Identifying gaps in the existing content library * Editing and repurposing footage supplied by the local team and creators * Creating multiple advertisements and cross-channel assets from each capture session * Tracking which creators, stories, hooks, and formats perform best Original product, lifestyle, and founder content will generally be captured by Art of Tea’s local team, creators, or production partners. This role owns the strategy, briefing, editing, variation, and performance-learning process—not the physical filming of all original content. ### Brand Storytelling and Creative Concepts Develop creative ideas that make Art of Tea worth following—not simply more polished. Turn product stories, tea education, rituals, hospitality partnerships, seasonal moments, founder experiences, customer insights, and relevant cultural conversations into compelling creative concepts. Bring well-researched ideas into the monthly creative review with a clear explanation of: * The intended audience * The core story or insight * The recommended channel * The assets required * How the concept should be tested * How a successful idea could become a repeatable series ### Cross-Channel Creative System Maintain a three- to six-month directional creative calendar supported by a detailed rolling four-week testing and production queue. Paid media should serve as the primary testing environment, but proven ideas should be adapted appropriately across: * Organic social * Email and lifecycle marketing * E-commerce and product pages * Creator content * Founder content * Seasonal campaigns * Partnerships and collaborations This role supports existing channel owners and strengthens the consistency of the larger Art of Tea story. It does not replace each channel owner or assume responsibility for every channel’s strategy and calendar. ### Creative Reporting and Accountability Provide a concise weekly report covering: * New concepts and assets launched * Testing velocity * Winning and losing hypotheses * Asset-level performance * CTR, conversion, CPA, CAC, and ROAS signals * Creative fatigue * Creator performance * Production cycle time * Cross-channel reuse of winning ideas * Time or cost saved through AI-enabled production * Recommended creative priorities for the following week The Creative Performance Strategist will not be solely responsible for revenue outcomes influenced by media buying, pricing, offers, merchandising, inventory, or website conversion. However, they must clearly explain the creative contribution, the available evidence, and the recommended action. ## What We’re Looking For * Four or more years of experience developing creative for consumer, e-commerce, lifestyle, hospitality, food and beverage, wellness, or premium brands * A portfolio showing both performance creative and brand storytelling * Examples explaining the candidate’s personal contribution, what was tested, what performed, and what was learned * Strong hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, CapCut, Premiere, or comparable creative-production tools * Practical experience with modern AI image, video, copy, and workflow tools * Ability to write compelling English-language hooks, headlines, scripts, and creative briefs for a U.S. consumer audience * Strong visual taste and sensitivity to premium brand positioning * Comfort independently reading Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Triple Whale, or comparable performance dashboards * Experience editing and repurposing creator, founder, or short-form video content * Strong remote communication, organization, documentation, and file-management habits * The ability to work quickly without allowing production speed or AI-generated volume to compromise brand quality * A maker mentality and willingness to personally create, edit, version, and finish the work Client's questions:
