SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER / ART DIRECTOR — CANNABIS BRAND
Website, Packaging & Brand Systems
Indiva is a licensed Florida medical cannabis operator seeking a senior, hands-on brand designer to become a close creative partner as we define and build a more cohesive visual identity around the brand.
We currently have an established logo, a primary brand color, exploratory packaging concepts, product imagery, and active website layouts being developed in Figma. However, much of the broader visual identity—including typography, supporting color, image treatment, graphic language, and system rules—has not yet been formally developed.
Our immediate priorities are creating polished visual assets for our new website, developing and refining product packaging, and establishing a reusable design foundation that can extend across digital, retail, product, campaign, and marketing materials.
This is not a one-off logo or social media project. It is an opportunity to help shape the visual world of an emerging consumer brand while also producing the practical assets we currently need.
IMMEDIATE AREAS OF FOCUS
-Website hero graphics, promotional banners, category artwork, backgrounds, textures, and responsive desktop and mobile assets that can be handed directly to our developers
-Packaging concepts and refinements, dielines, label systems, product mockups, and organized production-ready files for packaging vendors and printers
-Foundational visual direction, including typography, supporting color, image treatments, composition principles, textures, patterns, and other reusable graphic elements
-Illustration direction, templates, campaign systems, and adaptable visual assets
-Product-launch graphics, retail materials, merchandise, social assets, and other brand content as needs develop
WHAT WE NEED
Our current materials should be viewed as starting points rather than a finished brand system. We are not looking to replace the Indiva name or logo. We are looking for someone who can help translate an emerging creative direction into a distinctive, ownable visual foundation and then apply it consistently across real business needs.
Our website layouts are currently being developed with an external development team. The general page structures are taking shape, but many of the graphics and visual assets are still placeholders. One of the designer’s first responsibilities will be creating polished, developer-ready artwork that gives the website a stronger and more cohesive brand presence.
We are not looking for a generic rebrand, a production-only designer, or someone who needs every design decision prescribed in advance.
We need someone who can absorb the existing brand, understand what we are trying to build, contribute original ideas, and translate references, conversations, emotional reactions, and sometimes subjective feedback into clear and intentional visual solutions.
The right person should be able to think conceptually while remaining highly hands-on. You should be comfortable helping develop the creative direction, refining the details, applying the emerging system to real projects, and personally executing polished work through final delivery
A strong candidate should have:
-A portfolio showing complete brand systems across multiple touchpoints, not only isolated logos or social media posts
-Experience helping create or evolve a visual identity from incomplete, fragmented, or early-stage materials
-Excellent typography, composition, color, image treatment, and visual storytelling skills
-Experience creating website graphics, digital campaigns, and responsive visual assets
-Experience with packaging, dielines, print production, and vendor-ready file preparation
-Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, with working proficiency in Figma
-The ability to deliver clean, organized, editable source files and clearly labeled final exports
-Exceptional spoken and written English for live creative collaboration and nuanced feedback
-The ability to explain creative decisions, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend stronger solutions when appropriate
-Availability for regular working-hour overlap with Eastern Time
Experience with consumer packaged goods, lifestyle, beverage, hospitality, streetwear, music, retail, or cannabis brands is especially relevant.
OUR CREATIVE DIRECTION
Indiva should feel like a brand with a genuine point of view: modern, art-led, confident, and unmistakably human.
It should feel premium without becoming sterile, expressive without becoming chaotic, and approachable without looking generic. We want work that is bold enough to create intrigue, refined enough to earn trust, and distinctive enough that it could only belong to Indiva.
We have a strong sense of what feels right or wrong, but the visual identity has not yet been fully brought into focus. Helping translate that taste into a coherent, ownable design language is an important part of this role.
Strong typography, thoughtful image-making, tactile detail, unexpected composition, and a clear sense of authorship matter more to us than following any single trend or predetermined style. Illustration, collage, photography, texture, pattern, and digital experimentation may all have a place when they support a strong concept rather than simply decorate the work.
We do not want Indiva to look like a conventional dispensary, a sterile wellness brand, or a collection of disconnected trendy graphics. We want to avoid generic cannabis leaves, smoke effects, neon clichés, arbitrary psychedelic imagery, templated social content, and work that feels visibly AI-generated or creatively anonymous.
The goal is to build a flexible visual world with depth, personality, and consistency—one that can evolve across products, packaging, campaigns, retail, digital experiences, and future markets without losing its identity.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
The engagement will begin with a paid test followed by our immediate website, packaging, and foundational brand needs.
The initial work will involve both creative development and practical execution. We need someone who can help establish the visual principles of the brand while also applying those principles to assets that our developers, packaging vendors, printers, and internal team can use.
If the fit is strong, the goal is to develop an ongoing relationship with one primary designer who understands the brand deeply, builds on previous decisions, maintains consistency, and can support a wider range of creative needs as Indiva grows.
You will work directly with the person leading the brand’s internal creative direction. We value open collaboration, thoughtful questions, clear communication, and designers who bring a genuine perspective rather than simply agreeing with every request.
This posting is for an individual freelancer. We are not looking for an agency, account manager, or subcontracted design team. The person we interview should be the person personally completing the work.
Selected finalists may be offered the same small paid test project. Based on the quality of the work, communication, creative fit, and response to feedback, one designer will be selected for the ongoing relationship.
HOW TO APPLY
Please submit no more than three highly relevant case studies. For each project, explain what you personally created, how the visual system extended across multiple touchpoints, and what your role was.
Please also confirm:
-Your current weekly availability
-Your normal working hours and Eastern Time overlap
-The software you use
-Your comfort participating in live creative calls in English
-That you will personally perform the work
-Whether and how you use generative AI, stock assets, templates, or outside collaborators in your process
Generic proposals, large collections of unrelated portfolio links, and agency submissions will not be prioritized.
Client's questions:
Confirm your weekly availability, Eastern Time overlap, spoken-English comfort for live creative calls, software used, and whether you personally perform all work.
Share one project where you created a cohesive visual system across at least three different touchpoints, such as packaging, website, campaign graphics, retail, social, or print. What did you personally create, and what decisions kept the work cohesive?
Project Overview
I run Built With Dad (builtwithdad.net), a Shopify store selling faith-based digital products that help fathers build stronger relationships with their kids. The site converts reasonably well, but I feel the current copy and imagery read as generic/AI-generated rather than authentic and I want someone to help fix that specifically.
This is a focused content and conversion project, not a full site redesign or rebuild. The site structure, theme, and layout stay as-is. I am open to other ideas if the price allows.
Scope of Work
Copywriting refresh
Rewrite homepage sections (hero, mission statement, FAQ) in a warmer, more personal, first-person voice - should sound like a real dad who built this brand, not templated marketing copy
Rewrite product descriptions for our 4 products with clearer benefit-driven language
Draft an "About the Founder" section/story
Imagery
Review current site images and flag which ones seem AI-generated or generic stock
Source or recommend replacement images (real photography, authentic stock, or direction for photos I can take myself) that feel genuine rather than polished/synthetic
Recommend updated product mockup images if current ones look templated
Calls-to-action
Review and rewrite CTA button copy and placement across homepage and product pages
Suggest 2-3 CTA variants I can A/B test
This is a one-time project (though I'm open to future work if it goes well)
Ideal Candidate
Strong DTC/e-commerce copywriting portfolio, ideally in lifestyle, faith-based, parenting, or personal development niches
Eye for authentic vs. "stocky/AI" visual direction (you don't need to be a photographer, but you should be able to clearly identify what looks fake and suggest real alternatives)
Comfortable working within an existing Shopify theme
Deliverables
Rewritten homepage copy (directly implementable in Shopify)
Rewritten product descriptions (4 products)
Founder story section
Image audit + specific replacement recommendations or sourced images
2-3 CTA variants per key button location
Timeline & Budget
Timeline: Sooner the better
Budget: Fixed price preferred please quote based on scope above
Please share relevant portfolio examples, ideally e-commerce or faith/lifestyle brands
To Apply
Please include:
A link to your best copywriting or brand-refresh sample (bonus if faith/parenting/lifestyle niche)
One quick note on what specifically feels "AI-generated" or generic when you look at our current homepage (builtwithdad.net) this helps me see if we're aligned on the problem
Your fixed-price quote for the scope above
Hours: Part-Time / Ongoing Retainer (10–20 hours/week to start)
Platform: Shopify + Omnisend

Configure customer accounts, abandoned-cart recovery, discounts, gift cards, and multiple payment options.
Prepare the store for subscriptions, memberships, loyalty, bundles, a skincare quiz, and a future subscription box.
Ensure the internal Bonagent team can manage products, content, promotions, and launches without ongoing developer assistance.
Google Merchant Center and Shopping
We currently have Google Merchant Center policy and feed problems, including a misrepresentation suspension. Direct experience diagnosing and resolving these issues is required.
Responsibilities include:
Audit Merchant Center, the website, product data, policies, and feed configuration.

Hey,
I run a jewelry studio based in Italy, creating custom and limited jewelry pieces inspired by iconic movies, characters, and stories.
Instagram: @jewelrymaxing
I’m looking for an experienced AI visual creator who can help us transform our 3D jewelry models into realistic, high-end campaign visuals.
I have been working with AI for around 3 years myself, so I understand the space and the tools. The reason I’m looking for someone is not because I don’t know how to do it, but because I don’t have the time to execute everything at the level I’m looking for.
You will receive the 3D models of our jewelry pieces, and your role will be to create around 15-20 realistic shots per product.
The goal is not just simple product renders. We want a complete visual identity across our website and marketing materials.
We are looking for:
Jewelry placed naturally on hands and worn by people
Luxury lifestyle shots
Close-up details showing craftsmanship
Cinematic campaign-style images
Consistent lighting, style, and aesthetic across all products
Realistic visuals that feel like professional photography
The biggest requirement is that the final images should not look AI-generated. They need proper post-editing, attention to details, realistic skin, reflections, materials, and finishing touches.
Experience with tools like Nano Banana Pro image generation tools is important. More importantly, you should understand how to refine and edit AI outputs until they look like real luxury photography.
We are not looking for someone who simply creates images. We are looking for someone who understands how to sell a feeling:
To make sure you actually researched our brand and this is not just an AI-generated proposal, please start your application by answering:
- What was the most recent collection we created?
- What is your favorite movie and why?
Please include examples of your previous AI visualization work, especially any luxury, jewelry, fashion, or product-related projects.
The average budget is around $50 per product, and we currently have around 20 products that need visual creation. If we work well together, there will be ongoing projects.
Looking forward to connecting with the right person.

We are seeking a creative strategist or social visual designer to develop a cohesive, elevated social content system for a growing skincare and wellness brand.
The client has an established brand identity, but its current social presence does not yet have a recognizable or ownable visual system. We need someone who can translate an existing brand foundation and strategic direction into two compelling visual territories, then develop the selected direction into a practical, reusable Canva system.
This is an evolution of an existing identity, not a rebrand.
The desired direction should make professional skincare feel expert-led, aspirational, approachable and naturally integrated into a consistent beauty-and-wellness lifestyle.
Project Scope
This is a fixed-price project with two milestones.
Milestone 1: Visual Direction — $125
Due Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Please develop:
- Two genuinely distinct visual territories
- A name and concise strategic rationale for each territory
- A mood board for each territory
- Recommended palette usage
- Typography hierarchy and usage recommendations
- Photography composition, lighting, color and environment guidance
- Graphic-treatment cues
- Guidance for Reel covers, carousels, reviews, before-and-afters and editorial or creator features
- One directional 3×3 feed visualization for each territory
- A concise assessment of supplied B-roll: mark as usable, limited or avoid
- Identify visual and asset gaps which we will address through future content production
- Presentation-Ready Deliverables
The two territories should express the same underlying strategy while providing a meaningful creative choice. They should not simply be two color variations of the same idea.
Milestone 1 will support an upcoming client strategy presentation. The visual territories, mood boards, recommendations and 3×3 feed concepts should therefore be delivered in a polished, client-ready format that can be easily incorporated into a broader presentation. Google Slides or PowerPoint is preferred.
Milestone 2: Selected Visual System — $125
Begins after the client selects a territory and provides consolidated feedback
Please develop:
- One refined 9–12 tile feed visualization
- Approximately five to six simple, editable Canva master templates, with the final number confirmed at kickoff
- Suggested template families: System or service carousel; Proof or testimonial; Reel cover; Membership or entry-point content; Expert, editorial or publication quote; Creator collaboration or repost
- Basic usage notes covering: Palette and typography hierarchy; Photography treatment; Spacing and overlays; Reel-cover rules; Quote and publication-feature treatments; Creator collaboration and repost treatments; Suggested feed balance
Editable Canva is preferred.
Assets and Direction Provided. The selected freelancer will receive:
- A detailed creative-system brief
- Strategic audience, messaging and content direction
- The client’s existing brand system and brand card
- Logo, color and typography guidance
- Existing B-roll from a previous commercial shoot
- Consolidated feedback from one project lead
The current photography and video library is limited. The system must be able to begin with limited assets or placeholders and improve as stronger custom photography and video become available.
A separate content shoot is being considered. We would value practical guidance on the photography, compositions and footage needed to make the selected system successful.
All client information and materials shared after selection must be treated as confidential.
Creative Considerations
The finished system should
- Work across owned social, creator collaborations, editorial features and paid amplification
- Be maintainable by a non-designer in Canva
- Use real photography, video and creator content as its long-term foundation
Please avoid:
- Generic social-media template packs
- Traditional or stuffy spa aesthetics
- Overly sterile clinical design
- Generic trend-driven sameness
- Synthetic AI patients, procedures or treatment results (this is fine in the mock-ups/visual territories, but will not work for final templates)
- AI may be used for ideation and layout exploration, but the final system should be designed around authentic client and creator assets.
Ideal Freelancer
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in:
- Creative direction or art direction
- Social visual systems
- Mood boards and visual territories
- Beauty, skincare, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle brands
- Instagram feed design
- Editable Canva templates
- Working within existing brand guidelines
- Designing systems that accommodate limited initial assets
- Presentation or pitch-deck design
We are especially interested in designers who can connect strategic thinking with polished visual execution.
Client's questions:
Please confirm that you can deliver Milestone 1 by August 5, 2026
Please provide at least one presentation or pitch-deck example, or a portfolio if applicable
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
I need someone to help me edit my photos for a modeling profile. I have a couple that I like, but the backgrounds are unprofessional and cluttered. I am looking for a freelancer who can enhance the images by removing these backgrounds and ensuring the overall quality is professional and appealing. 2) You edit the photos to match our specific brand style. (The deliverable ranges from 500 - 1,000 edited photos).
3) You return the catalog/XMP files within 4 weeks.
We are strict about consistency. If you cannot match this specific look, please do not apply.
Compensation: Paid Per Image OR Flat Fee per Gallery type. Please state your best rate per image in your proposal.
How to Apply:
1) Link your portfolio showing Before/After examples of wedding/family edits.
2) Edit these 5 images based on the reference style above for us to review: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1shq05IDPlyV0QDvRkuTfzBGUgLKULFER?usp=sharing
I’m looking for a graphic designer to create a high-resolution, premium photo collage that visually represents our family of companies using only our original photography (no stock images). The final design should blend our photos into a seamless, modern, dynamic composition with curved transitions, layered imagery, and a polished corporate look suitable for website hero banners and large-format print. Looking for a quick turnaround.
I'm looking for an experienced print graphic designer to create a polished, print-ready 9" x 16" tri-fold brochure for a functional medicine practice in Adobe Illustrator.
This brochure will be used in physician offices, salons, fitness studios, local businesses, and community events to introduce our TrueWellness™ program.
I already have:
A brochure mockup that demonstrates the overall vision and panel flow (to be used as creative direction, not copied exactly)
Final brochure copy
Brand colors
Logo files
QR code
Stock photography
VistaPrint print specifications and template
I'm looking for someone who can take these assets and elevate the design into something that feels modern, premium, and medically credible.
Design Style
The brochure should feel similar to:
Concierge medical practices
Boutique healthcare brands
Apple-style clean layouts
Functional medicine / wellness brands
Think:
Lots of white space
Clean typography
Strong visual hierarchy
Premium, trustworthy, approachable
Easy to scan—not text heavy
I would like you to improve upon the provided mockup by simplifying the layout where appropriate and making the overall design feel more refined and professional.
Deliverables
Please provide:
Adobe Illustrator (.AI) source file
Print-ready PDF (CMYK)
Fonts outlined or included
Linked/embedded images
Bleed included per VistaPrint specifications
The brochure should be fully print-ready for VistaPrint.
What I'll Provide
VistaPrint design template/specifications
Existing brochure mockup for creative direction
Final copy
Precision Health logo (vector)
Brand colors
QR code
Stock photography
Any additional icons or assets if needed
What I'm Looking For
Please don't simply recreate my mockup.
I'd like you to use it as a starting point while making thoughtful design improvements, including:
Reducing the amount of visible text where possible
Improving spacing and alignment
Creating a stronger visual hierarchy
Making the brochure feel cleaner and easier to scan
Using imagery and icons effectively without clutter
Ensuring the brochure has a polished, premium healthcare aesthetic
I welcome your creative recommendations if they improve the overall design while staying true to our brand.
Ideal Experience
Print design
Healthcare, medical, or wellness marketing materials
Adobe Illustrator expert
Strong typography and layout skills
Experience designing brochures for professional printing

## Complete Brand Identity and Logo Redesign for Established Toronto Painting Company
### Project Overview
Finest Painters is an established residential and commercial painting company serving Toronto, the GTA, and Durham Region.
We have been operating for more than 10 years, completed thousands of painting projects, and developed a strong reputation for professional service and quality workmanship. However, our current logo and visual identity no longer reflect the quality, size, personality, or future direction of the company.
We are looking for an experienced brand identity designer to completely modernize our visual identity and help us create a more distinctive, memorable, and professional painting brand.
For general quality and positioning inspiration, we like:
https://highfivepainting.ca
We like how this company has created a friendly, recognizable, and consistent brand across its logo, website, vehicles, messaging, and customer experience.
This is only a quality reference. We do not want to copy its logo, colours, name, illustrations, wording, hand symbol, layout, or brand concept. Our final identity must be completely original and appropriate for Finest Painters.
### Primary Objective
We want Finest Painters to become one of the most recognizable and trusted painting brands in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
The new identity should feel:
* Professional
* Modern
* Premium but approachable
* Friendly and memorable
* Trustworthy
* Suitable for homeowners and commercial clients
* Easy to recognize from a distance
* Strong on vehicles, uniforms, lawn signs, websites, and social media
We do not want a generic painting logo using only a paintbrush, paint roller, roofline, paint splash, or house icon unless it is incorporated in a genuinely original way.
### Scope of Work
#### 1. Brand Discovery and Direction
* Review our current company identity, website, competitors, customer base, and positioning
* Help define our brand personality and visual direction
* Identify ways to make the brand more memorable and differentiated
* Recommend whether the name “Finest Painters” should remain exactly as it is or receive a small presentation adjustment
* Develop a clear creative direction before beginning the logo concepts
We are not necessarily looking to change the legal company name. Any alternative name recommendations should be presented separately and should not delay the visual identity work.
#### 2. Logo Design
Please provide:
* Three original initial logo concepts
* Primary logo
* Secondary or horizontal logo
* Stacked logo
* Standalone brand icon
* Simplified logo for small applications
* One-colour and black-and-white versions
* Light-background and dark-background versions
* Reasonable revision rounds for the selected concept
The logo must work effectively on:
* Company vehicles
* Painter uniforms
* Lawn signs
* Business cards
* Estimates and invoices
* Social-media profiles
* Website headers
* Digital advertisements
* Printed marketing materials
#### 3. Complete Visual Identity
The final brand system should include:
* Primary and secondary colour palette
* Typography recommendations
* Supporting graphic elements
* Brand pattern, shapes, or textures where appropriate
* Icon or illustration style
* Photography direction
* Correct logo spacing and sizing
* Examples of incorrect logo use
#### 4. Brand Applications and Mockups
Please create realistic design concepts showing the new branding on:
* Painting van
* Painter shirt or uniform
* Lawn sign
* Business card
* Social-media profile
* Quote or estimate cover page
* Website homepage header
These mockups are for visual direction and presentation. Production-ready vehicle-wrap or printing files can be quoted separately if required.
#### 5. Optional Website Design Concept
Website development is not required.
However, preference may be given to designers who can create an optional homepage design concept in Figma showing how the new visual identity could be applied to our future website.
The homepage concept should include:
* Header and navigation
* Hero section
* Primary call to action
* Reviews and trust indicators
* Main painting services
* Company differentiators
* Warranty section
* Project-gallery preview
* Quote-request section
Please price this as a separate optional item.
#### 6. Brand Guidelines
Provide a professional brand-guidelines document covering:
* Logo variations
* Logo usage
* Safe spacing
* Minimum sizes
* Colour specifications
* Typography
* Supporting graphics
* Photography direction
* Examples of brand applications
* Incorrect usage examples
#### 7. Final Files and Ownership
Final files must include:
* Adobe Illustrator source files
* EPS
* SVG
* PDF
* PNG with transparent background
* JPG
* Print-ready CMYK files
* Digital RGB files
* Font names and licensing information
* Complete brand-guidelines PDF
Finest Painters must receive full ownership of the approved final designs and editable source files after final payment.
The freelancer must confirm that the final design is original and does not use unlicensed stock logos, copied concepts, or AI-generated elements that cannot be legally transferred to us.
### Company Strengths to Consider
The brand should reflect:
* More than 10 years of painting experience
* Thousands of completed projects
* Strong five-star customer reputation
* PCA-certified painters
* Fully insured operations
* 15-year interior workmanship warranty
* Residential and commercial painting services
* Professional preparation, property protection, cleanup, and inspection
* Premium paint products, including Benjamin Moore
* Service throughout Toronto, Durham Region, and the GTA
### Ideal Freelancer
We prefer someone with experience in:
* Home-service branding
* Contractor or trades branding
* Painting, construction, roofing, landscaping, HVAC, or renovation companies
* Vehicle-friendly logo design
* Brand strategy
* Complete visual identity systems
* North American consumer brands
### Application Requirements
Please include:
1. Three relevant complete branding projects
2. Examples of logos used on vehicles or uniforms
3. Your fixed price
4. Your estimated completion schedule
5. The number of logo concepts included
6. The number of revision rounds included
7. Whether the homepage Figma concept is available and its separate price
8. Confirmation that all final source files and ownership will be transferred
9. Confirmation that the logo will be original
10. A brief explanation of how you would make Finest Painters more distinctive
Please begin your application with:
“Finest Painters Brand”
Generic proposals that do not address our company or project will not be considered.
### Budget
We are looking for strong professional work at a reasonable freelancer rate.
Please provide:
* A fixed price for the complete brand-identity package
* A separate optional price for the Figma homepage concept
* Any additional costs that are not included

I'm looking for a talented Art Director to help create the creative direction for my upcoming fashion photoshoot.
Dorévanté is a premium menswear brand positioned between contemporary menswear and accessible luxury, focused on timeless design, refined tailoring, and distinctive color.
I already have a Brand Identity and Visual Identity document that I'll share with you. I need someone who can truly understand the brand and translate it into a premium, cohesive campaign.
As I'm a startup brand, it's important that the project stays within budget.

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled with AI image generation and product mockups to create professional product photos for our Etsy and Shopify stores.
We sell virtual race medals, wood signs, greeting cards, stickers, ornaments, and other gift items. We have hundreds of products, so this is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
What You'll Do
We'll provide a photo of one of our products (for example, a race medal), and you'll create 8–10 realistic lifestyle and product display images using AI.

Hero thumbnail with a clean background (for Etsy search)
Medal being held in someone's hand
Medal draped over a pair of running shoes
Medal displayed with the race bib

Medal hanging on a medal rack
Lifestyle image that matches the race theme (example: beach for Hawaii, mountains for Colorado)

Clean infographic highlighting product features
For other products (wood signs, greeting cards, ornaments, etc.), you'll create similar lifestyle and marketing images appropriate for each product.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience using AI image generation tools
Can create realistic product mockups
Has a good eye for composition, lighting, and product presentation
Can produce consistent, high-quality images
Works quickly and communicates well
Has experience with Etsy or Shopify product photography (preferred)
AI Tools
Experience with one or more of these (or similar) is preferred:
ChatGPT Images
TryMako AI
Midjourney
Adobe Firefly
Canva AI
Photoshop (a plus)
To Apply
Please include:
Examples of AI-generated product images you've created.
Which AI tools you use most often.
Approximately how long it takes you to create 8–10 product images from a single product photo.
Your rate per product (or hourly rate).
A brief description of your workflow.
This Could Be Long-Term Work
We have hundreds of products that need lifestyle images over the coming months. If you're fast, dependable, and produce high-quality work, we'd love to build a long-term relationship.

Petit Clair is an established premium children's clothing brand with over 10 years in business, eight retail stores, and a growing online presence.
Unlike many fashion brands, our identity isn't built around fast fashion or trends. Our brand is built around exceptional product development, craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful design details.
Every garment we create goes through an extensive design and development process. We obsess over fabric selection, construction, trims, embroidery, silhouettes, fit, finishing, and every small detail that makes a garment feel special.
Until now, we've focused almost all of our energy on creating incredible products. We now want our marketing and branding to communicate that same level of excellence.
We're looking for a highly creative Brand Designer / Art Director who can transform our collections into editorial-quality print advertisements and brand campaigns that tell the story behind our products.
This is not a production graphic design role.
We want someone who can develop creative concepts and visually communicate why a Petit Clair garment is different.
Examples include:
Showing original fashion sketches alongside the finished garment.
Highlighting craftsmanship through dramatic close-ups of embroidery, stitching, fabrics, trims, and construction details.
Creating magazine-quality layouts that communicate luxury and quality.
Building emotional brand stories around each collection.
Combining photography, sketches, textures, typography, and product details into compelling print advertisements.
Creating branding that elevates the perceived value of the product rather than simply displaying clothing.
We're looking for someone with experience creating branding for premium or luxury fashion brands who understands how to make customers appreciate craftsmanship, design, and attention to detail.
When applying, please include:
Your strongest examples of fashion branding or editorial work.
Print advertisements or campaigns you've designed.
A brief explanation of the creative thinking behind one campaign you're most proud of.
Examples where your design helped tell a brand story—not just display a product.
Most importantly, we'd like to see examples where you developed the creative concept yourself, not simply executed someone else's direction.
If your portfolio makes us stop and say "Wow—that tells a story," we'd love to hear from you.
We are seeking a San Francisco-based videographer and content creator to produce professional food content for a small Desi catering business featuring Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
The cook previously operated a San Francisco restaurant for many years and is now launching an online catering business. This is a one-time content-production project rather than an ongoing social-media-management position.
Fixed Budget
$150
The budget includes approximately three hours of filming, basic editing, and delivery of raw and edited content.
Content to Capture
Preparation of several Desi dishes
Frying, stirring, seasoning, plating, and serving
Close-up shots of finished dishes
Ingredients, spices, and food preparation
Catering trays and family-size portions
Food packaging
Behind-the-scenes cooking footage
Brief introductory clips featuring the cook
Photographs for the website and social-media pages
The content should feel warm, authentic, professional, and appetizing.
Requested Deliverables
20–30 edited food photographs
25–40 usable vertical video clips
Five edited short-form videos, approximately 15–45 seconds each
Vertical formatting for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
All original photographs and raw video footage
Commercial usage rights for the business website, advertising, and social media
Digital delivery through Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar service
Ideal Candidate
Applicants should be located in or near San Francisco and have experience creating content for food businesses, restaurants, chefs, bakeries, or other small brands. Please have your own camera or high-quality smartphone, lighting, and basic audio equipment.
Experience with Indian, Pakistani, South Asian, or halal food content is helpful but not required.
When Applying
Please provide:
Your location
Relevant portfolio examples
Examples of short-form videos you filmed and edited
A description of your equipment
Confirmation that all raw files are included
Confirmation that you accept the $150 fixed budget
Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced motion designer to create a simple animation system for an existing set of static Instagram campaign assets.
This is not a creative motion project from scratch. The campaign has already been designed and approved. The objective is to add subtle movement that enhances the existing layouts without becoming distracting. We're looking to establish one animation language that can be applied consistently across all 8 adverts (x3 size variants).
Once the first advert has been approved, that animation approach should simply be replicated across the remaining executions, with adjustments only where required for differing copy lengths or image compositions.
The final animations will be supplied to the client as MP4 video files for use across Instagram.
Deliverables:
We have 8 approved campaign adverts.
Each advert needs to be animated and exported in the following formats:
• 1:1 (1080 × 1080)
• 4:5 (1080 × 1350)
• 9:16 (1080 × 1920)
Total exports:
• 8 adverts
• 3 aspect ratios each
• 24 final MP4 files
Animation Style:
The animation should be subtle, simple and repeatable. We are not looking for flashy transitions or heavy motion graphics. The overall feel should be clean, confident and contemporary. Animations should use simple easing and feel polished rather than energetic.
A suggested sequence would be:
• Coloured background start screen
• Hero photograph fades/slides into position
• Bible Conversations wordmark and Speech bubble (location) animates in
• Bible Society logo appears
• Quote/text appears
• CTA appears
The exact timings are open to suggestion, but we'd expect a total duration of around 6–8 seconds.
Design Requirements:
The supplied layouts should remain unchanged. No redesign is required.
Source Files:
We will supply:
• Packaged InDesign file + PDF
• Photography
• Fonts
• Colour palette

Video and Image Editor for Paid Social Ads
DTC Ecommerce | Ongoing Part-Time Role
We are a small UK marketing agency working with female-founded ecommerce brands across beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion and jewellery. We manage their paid social advertising, primarily on Meta.
We are looking for one creative editor to take ownership of our ongoing content production. This is a part-time freelance role of approximately [X hours per week], with room to grow as we add more clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Video Editing for Paid Social
We will provide raw client footage, product clips and B-roll. You will:
* Edit short-form paid social ads in 9:16 and 4:5 formats
* Add strong text-overlay hooks and captions
* Work within each client’s brand guidelines
* Create several variations of the same concept so that we can test different hooks, structures and creative approaches
2. Image-Based Ad Creative
This is broader than traditional graphic design. You will create:
* Lifestyle photography ads with text overlays
* Product-led static ads designed to stop the scroll
* Simple GIF-style or animated image content
Most of this work will be for our fashion and jewellery clients.
3. Email Design
You will lay out and build marketing emails in Klaviyo using copy, assets and brand guidelines that we provide.
This is not an occasional extra. Email design will be a regular part of the role.
The Creative Input We Expect
We write the full ad copy, but we want your input on hook ideas.
When we brief you on a concept, we expect you to suggest text-overlay hooks that you believe could stop the scroll, not simply execute the options we send.
You should have a clear opinion on what makes a paid social ad effective, particularly during the first two seconds.
What We’re Looking For
* A reel or portfolio featuring short-form paid social ads that you personally created for DTC or ecommerce brands
* Strong instincts for hooks, pacing and attention-grabbing openings
* Confidence using CapCut and Canva, as we use both across the business and need files to be handed over cleanly
* Previous experience designing and building marketing emails in Klaviyo
* Strong image-editing and design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools
* The ability to follow brand guidelines exactly, including locked colour palettes, typography and layout rules
* Reliable turnaround times and clear communication
* Availability to complete a standard batch within approximately 48 hours
* Comfort working with a UK-based team and around UK working hours
Please note that we are specifically looking for paid social and ecommerce work. Wedding films, long-form YouTube videos and corporate videos are not relevant to this role.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion or jewellery brands
* An understanding of Meta advertising and creative testing
* Experience creating multiple iterations from a single ad concept
How to Apply
Please include all of the following:
1. Two or three short-form paid social ads that you created yourself.
For each example, briefly explain the original brief and what you personally contributed.
2. One or two marketing emails that you designed and built in Klaviyo.
3. Three hook lines for a skincare or fashion product of your choice.
These should be text overlays that you would test at the beginning of a video ad. Please provide one line per hook; no explanation is needed.
4. The tools you use for video editing and image design.
5. Your hourly rate and the number of hours you can commit each week.
Please do not send a generic proposal. We read every application carefully, but we will not consider applications that do not respond directly to the points above.
Paid Trial
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a small paid trial using a real advertising concept.
The trial will include:
* One video ad edit
* One image ad
* One email layout
The trial will be paid at your stated hourly rate.

SPANISH IS A MUST
Overview
We're seeking an experienced web designer/developer (or small studio) to design and build a professional website for an healthcare practice with multiple physicians and two locations. This is a content-rich, credibility-focused site — not a simple brochure.
We already have a detailed, page-by-page content structure and plan prepared for every page — including what each page contains, the site map, and how the reusable templates are organized. This is a well-defined execution project: there is no heavy research, information architecture, or content strategy work required on your end. You'll receive a clear brief and can focus on design and build quality. We need a skilled partner to execute it to a high standard.
Why platform choice matters to us (please read — it shapes your proposal)
The most important three requirements of this project, alongside quality, are:
1- HIPAA Compliance: Every technical implementation and toolstack choice has to be HIPAA compliant (Form submissions, web analytics/ad platform tracking) and all user and patient data must be handled with the highest web security standards.
2- Ongoing Management (Non-Technical Staff): After launch, we intend to manage and grow the site ourselves — adding new pages, publishing articles, adding and removing content, updating providers, swapping videos, and editing forms, managing SEO/AEO, editing website navigation, etc, with minimal technical knowledge required. We are not developers and do not want to depend on one for routine content changes. We also want clean, complete ownership with nothing locked in a proprietary system only the builder can access, and we prefer platforms where app marketplaces are widely for potential future requirements without the need to build every single feature from scratch.
For those reasons, we are initially considering Webflow for the build because it offers a genuinely usable visual editor and a CMS that lets non-technical staff manage content, while still allowing a fully custom, a marketplace with apps, AI building features, professional design and clean ownership handoff. We are drawn to it specifically for the ongoing self-management it enables, not just the initial build.
We are open to alternatives if you can make a strong case. If you propose something else (e.g., WordPress with a page builder, Framer, Squarespace / Wix, another CMS, or a headless setup), please explain directly how it compares on our actual priorities:
How easily can non-technical staff add pages and edit content day-to-day?
How does it ensure full HIPAA-compliant forms and web analytics integration (GA4, etc)?
What ongoing maintenance/updates/security does it require from us?
How clean is ownership and portability — do we fully own everything, with no lock-in?
WHAT WE ARE COMPLETELY AVOIDING: Static custom, hand-coded stacks (e.g., a front end designed via claude code connected via GitHub/Vercel) are not preferred, because routine content changes, simple feature additions, ongoing website management, and exploring design, element or section redesign changes would require a developer — exactly what we're trying to avoid.
Ongoing management: what we need now vs. what we're planning for
We want the platform and architecture you choose today to comfortably accommodate where we're taking this site later — without a rebuild. Please design and set things up with the "future state" below in mind, even where a feature isn't needed at launch. If any item would materially affect your platform recommendation or price, flag it.
What we need to self-manage from day one (must be easy for non-technical staff):
Editing existing page content (text, images)
Updating provider profiles (add, edit, remove providers)
Updating locations, hours, phone/fax, and insurance information
Swapping or adding embedded videos
Publishing and editing articles/blog posts
Basic per-page SEO fields (title, meta description)
What we're planning to add over the coming months (build the structure to support it now):
A growing library of articles and patient-education content — the blog/resources section will be used heavily, so the content architecture must scale to dozens or hundreds of entries without slowing down or becoming unmanageable
A growing set of condition and service pages added over time from templates
A growing patient-stories library (written and video)
Newsletter/email capture feeding an email marketing platform
Additional lead-capture and appointment-request forms, potentially per-service or per-campaign
Landing pages for future paid-advertising campaigns (Google/Meta) — the ability to spin these up ourselves would be valuable
Additional languages (e.g., Spanish) — please note whether your setup can accommodate multilingual content later
A possible third location (and beyond) — location structure should extend cleanly
Richer structured data / schema as the content grows, for search and AI discoverability
Please address in your proposal:
How your chosen platform and architecture accommodate the "planning to add" list above without a rebuild
Which of these, if any, would be better set up now (even if unused) versus safely added later
Any of these that your recommended platform handles poorly or that would require a different approach
Our goal is simple: make choices today that don't paint us into a corner tomorrow. We would rather invest in the right architecture now than rebuild in a year.
What we're building
A ~30-page website for a specialty medical practice with:
12 individual provider profiles (one template)
7+ service pages (one template)
Multiple condition/education pages (one template)
2 location pages (one template)
A dedicated referring-physician section (a priority for us)
Patient resources, patient stories, and a contact/appointment section
Repeating page types (providers, services, conditions, locations, stories, articles) must be reusable CMS templates we can add ourselves without a developer.
Scope clarification — what this website is not. This is a content-and-forms website, not a web application. Appointment and referral forms are secure capture-and-route forms (they collect a request and send it to our staff) — not a real-time scheduling or booking system. No patient portal is required to be built, and if in the future would be an external system that the site simply links out to it. We do not need user logins, custom databases, booking logic, e-commerce, or a custom backend. Repeating content is handled through standard CMS collections with simple category/tag filtering where useful (e.g., filtering providers by specialty or stories by cancer type).
Detailed deliverables
1. Design
Professional design (not a generic template) appropriate for healthcare — calm, trustworthy, accessible following brand design system.
A reusable design system: defined color/type/spacing tokens and a component library (cards, CTAs, headers, footers, bands)
Fully responsive, mobile-first
WCAG accessibility compliance (contrast, focus states, alt text, readable type) — important, as the patient base skews older
We provide brand direction (colors, fonts, logo); refining and applying it is in scope
2. Build — pages & templates
Homepage
About / practice pages
Team index + reusable Provider Profile template (12 entries)
Services overview + reusable Service Page template (7+ entries)
Conditions index + reusable Condition Page template
Dedicated Referring Physicians page (with referral form)
Patients & Families cluster (first visit, new patient appointment form, refer a patient form, second opinion form, insurance info page, billing info page, support, FAQ)
Patient Stories index + reusable template
Locations index + reusable Location Page template (2 entries)
Contact / Request an Appointment page
A Blog template (structure now; we add content later)
3. Functionality
CMS collections for all repeating content types, structured for easy non-technical editing
Contact and appointment-request forms — must be HIPAA-compliant (compliant form solution with a BAA where patient information is collected; specify your approach)
A separate secure referral form for physicians
Newsletter signup integration (email platform TBD)
Video embedding (YouTube/Vimeo)
Google Analytics + Google Search Console setup
On-page SEO: editable per-page title/meta fields, clean semantic heading structure, XML sitemap, alt-text support
Schema/structured-data markup for medical organization, physicians, and locations (state your approach)
Fast performance and secure hosting configuration (HTTPS)
4. Handoff, ownership & training
All accounts (platform, domain, hosting, analytics) set up in or transferred to the client's name — clean, complete ownership
Ownership is a firm requirement: at project end we must fully own and control all accounts, files, and the domain, with no ongoing dependency on you for access. Please confirm you can meet this.
Cross-browser and cross-device testing (current versions of major browsers; desktop, tablet, mobile) before launch
A training session for our staff on editing content and building new pages from the templates (potentially in case we are not familiar with the tech-stack used)
30 days of post-launch support for fixes
What we will provide
A complete, ready-to-build brief — so your team spends its time on design and development, not discovery:
Full site structure and sitemap
Detailed, page-by-page content guidance for every page (what each section contains and how it's organized)
Defined structure for all reusable templates (providers, services, conditions, locations, stories)
Brand direction (colors, fonts, logo)
All copy and images, or clearly specified placeholders
Provider and service details
You are not doing content strategy, information architecture, research, medical-content writing, or photography unless you propose it as an add-on. This is a defined execution project — the thinking is done; we need it built and designed well.
Content population: Please clarify whether your quote includes populating the initial content (entering the 12 providers, 7+ services, initial conditions, 2 locations, and starter pages from the materials we provide), or only building the templates for us to fill. State both if the prices differ.
What we need in your proposal
Relevant work — 2–3 examples of healthcare, multi-provider, or CMS-driven sites you've built (Webflow examples especially welcome).
Platform recommendation — Webflow, or a reasoned alternative addressing our self-management, maintenance, and ownership priorities above.
Your approach to the CMS/template architecture and the reusable design system
How you or your platform choice handles HIPAA-compliant forms, web analytics (GA4, Ad platform tags/pixels, and schema markup specifically.
Timeline — estimated weeks from kickoff to launch, with rough milestones. Note any points where the timeline depends on our input; our review and approval turnaround is prompt, and we expect the same from you.
Revisions — how many rounds of design revisions are included, and at which stages (e.g., design-direction/homepage approval, then per template)
Your fixed price for the scope above preferrably itemized (e.g., design / build / CMS setup / forms & integrations / content population / potential 1-hour training & handoff), plus your hourly rate for out-of-scope work or ongoing services
What you'd need from us, and any questions or concerns about the scope
Ongoing maintenance options (optional) — if you offer them: technical upkeep, platform updates, security, backups, uptime, small fixes. Please describe and price (e.g., monthly retainer or hourly).
Ongoing content-management options (optional) — separately from maintenance: if we wanted help creating new pages, adding/removing content, building out condition or service pages, adding providers, embedding videos, etc. on an ongoing basis, do you offer that, and how is it priced (per-task, hourly, or monthly)? (Note: we may handle much of this ourselves — this is to understand availability and rates.)
Thank you for your time and consideration.
We are looking forward to your proposal.
Best regards,
Client's questions:
Have you built healthcare or medical practice websites before? Briefly describe how you handled HIPAA-compliant forms and web analytics tracking on those projects.
Please share a short (~60s) Loom video introducing yourself and your initial thoughts on our brief.
Please share links to 1–2 live websites you built that feature multi-provider directories, service pages, or CMS collections similar to our project.
Does your estimated cost include populating our initial content (12 providers, 7 services, 2 locations) or strictly building the CMS templates for us to fill?
Please list any certifications related to this project
