OBS Streaming Package – Animated Intro & Outro + 4-6 Short Animations + Logo Redraws + Ready-to-Use Scene Template
Job Description:
I’m looking for an experienced motion graphics designer/animator to create a complete, professional streaming graphics package for OBS Studio.
Deliverables required:
Custom animated intro and outro (with smooth animations and music integration — I can supply music or you can suggest royalty-free options)
4 to 6 short 5–10 second animations designed for live streaming use (transitions, alerts, lower thirds, scene changes, etc.). These must be delivered with alpha channel transparency and optimised for OBS
Redraw and render my existing logos in high quality — transparent PNGs (multiple sizes) + vector files (AI/SVG) where appropriate. Include a clean animated logo version if it fits the overall package
A complete, ready-to-import OBS scene template / scene collection with all assets properly set up and organised for everyday streaming (e.g. Starting Soon, BRB, Live, Ending, Just Chatting, Gameplay, etc.)
Requirements:
Strong experience creating graphics specifically for OBS / Twitch / YouTube streaming
Ability to deliver files in OBS-friendly formats (WebM with alpha or MOV with alpha channel recommended)
Clean, modern animation style with smooth motion
All assets must be properly optimised (reasonable file sizes, correct resolution — preferably 1080p or 1440p at 60fps)
Please include links to previous streaming package work or similar motion graphics projects in your proposal
I will provide logo source files, brand colours, and any specific references once we begin.
Looking forward to seeing your portfolio and ideas!

We are developing SmartView, an AI/GIS platform for public-space and municipal asset observations.
We already have a SaaS interface, a GIS specialist and existing SmartView data. For this first phase, we are not looking for a large autonomous decision-support system. We want a practical AI chatbot that can answer questions about the data already available in SmartView.
The goal is simple:
When a user asks a question about a location, detection, asset or dataset, the chatbot should retrieve the relevant available context, answer clearly, cite the source data and state what information is missing.
This is not a generic customer-service chatbot, but it is also not a complex autonomous decision-making system.
Scope of phase 1
You will build a working chatbot prototype that can:
- connect to SmartView sample data through APIs, database queries or structured files;
- retrieve context for a selected location, asset, detection or observation;
- answer questions using only available data;
- cite the source records or documents used in the answer;
- distinguish between known facts, assumptions and missing information;
- avoid unsupported conclusions;
- return a simple structured response with answer, sources, confidence and missing information;
- expose the chatbot through an API so it can later be integrated into our existing SaaS/GIS platform.
Important boundaries
The chatbot should not:
- invent standards, measurements, causes or conclusions;
- create automatic work orders;
- make final operational decisions;
- recommend measures unless the available source data clearly supports them;
- interpret raw LiDAR, thermal or camera data directly unless structured outputs are already available;
- replace human review;
- overcomplicate the first version with unnecessary architecture, frameworks or multi-agent systems.
How we want to work
We are looking for someone who can move fast, think clearly and deliver working software without turning a focused first phase into a large consulting project.
We are not looking for hour-chasers or people who try to create as many billable hours as possible. We value speed, ownership, clear communication and practical delivery.
The first phase should be small, focused and testable. If the collaboration works well, we are looking for a long-term AI engineering partner who can continue improving the SmartView chatbot and later help expand it into more advanced features.
We prefer someone who:
- works quickly and independently;
- gives realistic estimates;
- avoids unnecessary complexity;
- communicates clearly when something is blocked;
- focuses on working output rather than long theoretical documents;
- can explain technical choices in simple terms;
- and wants to build a long-term relationship rather than maximise short-term hours.
Preferred stack
A practical stack may include:
- Python;
- FastAPI;
- PostgreSQL/PostGIS;
- pgvector or another vector search option;
- OpenAI or Azure OpenAI;
- simple RAG or lightweight agent workflow;
- Docker;
- structured JSON outputs.
We are open to a practical technical proposal. We prefer a simple, reliable and maintainable first version over an over-engineered architecture.
First deliverables
The first phase should deliver:
1. A short architecture plan.
2. A working chatbot prototype using sample SmartView data.
3. Retrieval from structured data and documents.
4. Source references for answers.
5. Missing-information handling.
6. A simple structured JSON response format.
7. Basic test questions and expected answers.
8. Setup and handover documentation.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a hands-on AI engineer who has experience with:
- RAG or data-grounded chatbots;
- Python and FastAPI;
- database or API integrations;
- structured outputs;
- source references;
- basic guardrails against unsupported answers;
- clean documentation and handover.
Experience with GIS, PostGIS, asset data, sensor data or municipal software is useful, but not required as the main skill. We already have GIS expertise available.
Please apply with
Please include:
- one relevant chatbot, RAG or AI data assistant you personally built;
- your exact role in that project;
- the stack you used;
- how you handled source references and missing information;
- how you would approach this first SmartView chatbot prototype;
- how you would keep the first phase simple and avoid unnecessary complexity;
- your availability for a small paid test using sample data.
Please do not send a generic AI-generated application. We are looking for someone practical who can build a working, evidence-based chatbot quickly and responsibly, without overcomplicating the first phase.
I’m building a small mobile game called “Sea Explorer” and need a set of clean, minimalistic vector fish drawn in Adobe Illustrator. The notion board ( https://app.notion.com/p/Sea-Explorer-838568d0537f82eaa8c68145185c2881 ) shows every species already chosen; feel free to click through each card to see inspiration graphic and personality references.
AI is forbidden. If I wanted to make it with AI, I know how to make it myself, I wouldn't be asking for a hire :)
Scope
• choose one or more of different fish species
• Each fish delivered as an .ai file, layered and ready for easy colour tweaks as vectors
• Tropical, vibrant palette that still reads well over a dark-blue ocean background
• Simple three-frame swim cycle per fish (so three Illustrator artboards per species)
This is a test to find the graphic designer for my projects and to then hire them for the full project so give it your best. ALL AI ENTRIES ARE DISCARDED, I HAVE AN AI DETECTION TOOL.

THUMBNAIL DESIGNER (666 MEDIA)
ABOUT US
We're 666 Media, a video production company running a portfolio of YouTube channels. We produce 600+ videos every month and launch new channels every week. On YouTube, the thumbnail decides whether a video lives or dies. That's why this seat matters as much as any other in our company.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a thumbnail designer for our creepy / mystery niche channels. Our thumbnails are high-end: heavy Photoshop work combined with AI tools, at the quality level of the biggest channels in the space.
But here's the part that matters more than design skill: strategy.
Our philosophy is simple. A great thumbnail is not invented from scratch. A great thumbnail comes from studying the patterns that are already working in the niche right now, and mixing multiple winning patterns together into one image. Pattern research first, design second. If you only design what you personally like, this role is not for you. If you obsess over what's getting clicks this month and build on top of it, keep reading.
Your responsibilities:
• Study top-performing thumbnails in the niche on an ongoing basis
• Identify the patterns behind them (composition, faces, lighting, text, color, emotion)
• Combine multiple proven patterns into original, high-CTR thumbnails
• Deliver clean, high-resolution files with fast turnaround
• Take feedback and iterate quickly
PAY
$25 per thumbnail. Consistent volume, long-term work. We launch channels weekly, so great designers get more and more work with us.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
This role is only for designers with proven experience.
• You have designed thumbnails for channels in similar niches (creepy, mystery, horror, paranormal, caught-on-camera)
• You have a proven track record of delivering results: CTR improvements, viral videos, channel growth you contributed to
• You can show the actual thumbnails and the channels they ran on
If you don't have experience in similar niches or can't show real results, please do not apply. We can't work together. We respect your time; please respect ours.
Pilot Wave Ventures is a business advisory and financial management consulting firm serving high-revenue digital media companies and content creators. Our clients are S-Corporations in the $5–10M revenue range operating across multiple states.
Our team includes former Wall Street bankers and Big 3 accounting professionals. You’ll work directly with US-based CPAs, tax attorneys, and financial advisors — not in a silo doing data entry.
-----
## The Role
We need a scrappy, self-driven Staff Accountant who treats this like it’s their own business. You’ll own day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations across multiple client entities in QuickBooks Online, support tax prep and CPA coordination, and help us build the systems and processes that let this firm scale.
When you hit an accounting problem you haven’t seen before, we expect you to research it, use every tool available — including AI — and come back with a vetted recommendation, not just a question. If you’re the type of person who wants to eventually open or partner with your own CPA firm, this role is designed to give you the experience and relationships to get there.
-----
## What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing QuickBooks Online across multiple S-Corp client files — bank feeds, categorization, reconciliation, month-end close
- Tracking owner draws, contributions, and shareholder distributions accurately
- Reconciling ADP Run payroll entries to the general ledger — ensuring W-2s tie to the P&L and bank transactions map to the correct liability accounts
- Correctly categorizing mixed personal and business expenses, especially for owner-operators where the lines blur constantly
- Preparing clean books for CPA handoff with documented book-to-tax differences
- Supporting S-Corp return review (1120-S, K-1s) and multi-state compliance across AZ, WI, TN, PR
- Building SOPs, templates, and automated workflows to eliminate repetitive manual work
- Designing and setting up accounting systems from scratch for new client onboarding
-----
## Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred**
- Big 4 experiences preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online in a multi-company environment
- Experience correctly accounting for mixed personal and business expenses in owner-operated businesses
- Demonstrated experience setting up accounting systems and charts of accounts from scratch
- Proven ability to use AI tools to research and solve accounting problems — with a habit of always verifying output for accuracy and legitimacy
- Familiarity with S-Corporation accounting: equity, distributions, officer compensation, and tax return flow
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with ambitions to eventually open your own or partner with a CPA accounting firm in the US
- Desire to optimize client onboarding processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Consistent, reliable work habits — we need someone who shows up week after week
**Preferred:**
- Experience with ADP Run or similar payroll platform GL integrations
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Experience supporting or working within a CPA firm
- Multi-state tax compliance exposure
-----
## What’s In It For You
**Learn from experienced professionals.** You’ll work alongside US-based CPAs, former Big 3 accountants, and ex-Wall Street financial professionals. Our CPA partners offer limited, targeted training on tax prep and compliance topics.
**Real-world complexity.** Multi-state S-Corps, reasonable comp analysis, QBID optimization, Solo 401(k) strategies, shareholder basis tracking — this is the kind of exposure that accelerates your career.
**Busy season bonuses** for high performers after each tax season.
**A real path to partnership.** This starts as a short-term engagement — we want to see consistency, hard work, and good judgment before we commit long-term. But for the right person who earns it, this extends into an ongoing role with a real path to becoming a business partner in the firm.
-----
## Logistics
- **Type:** Part-time, starting as a short-term project with extension to a long-term engagement based on consistent performance and quality of work
- **Location:** Remote
- **Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus busy season bonuses

SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER / ART DIRECTOR — CANNABIS BRAND
Website, Packaging & Brand Systems
Indiva is a licensed Florida medical cannabis operator seeking a senior, hands-on brand designer to become a close creative partner as we define and build a more cohesive visual identity around the brand.
We currently have an established logo, a primary brand color, exploratory packaging concepts, product imagery, and active website layouts being developed in Figma. However, much of the broader visual identity—including typography, supporting color, image treatment, graphic language, and system rules—has not yet been formally developed.
Our immediate priorities are creating polished visual assets for our new website, developing and refining product packaging, and establishing a reusable design foundation that can extend across digital, retail, product, campaign, and marketing materials.
This is not a one-off logo or social media project. It is an opportunity to help shape the visual world of an emerging consumer brand while also producing the practical assets we currently need.
IMMEDIATE AREAS OF FOCUS
-Website hero graphics, promotional banners, category artwork, backgrounds, textures, and responsive desktop and mobile assets that can be handed directly to our developers
-Packaging concepts and refinements, dielines, label systems, product mockups, and organized production-ready files for packaging vendors and printers
-Foundational visual direction, including typography, supporting color, image treatments, composition principles, textures, patterns, and other reusable graphic elements
-Illustration direction, templates, campaign systems, and adaptable visual assets
-Product-launch graphics, retail materials, merchandise, social assets, and other brand content as needs develop
WHAT WE NEED
Our current materials should be viewed as starting points rather than a finished brand system. We are not looking to replace the Indiva name or logo. We are looking for someone who can help translate an emerging creative direction into a distinctive, ownable visual foundation and then apply it consistently across real business needs.
Our website layouts are currently being developed with an external development team. The general page structures are taking shape, but many of the graphics and visual assets are still placeholders. One of the designer’s first responsibilities will be creating polished, developer-ready artwork that gives the website a stronger and more cohesive brand presence.
We are not looking for a generic rebrand, a production-only designer, or someone who needs every design decision prescribed in advance.
We need someone who can absorb the existing brand, understand what we are trying to build, contribute original ideas, and translate references, conversations, emotional reactions, and sometimes subjective feedback into clear and intentional visual solutions.
The right person should be able to think conceptually while remaining highly hands-on. You should be comfortable helping develop the creative direction, refining the details, applying the emerging system to real projects, and personally executing polished work through final delivery
A strong candidate should have:
-A portfolio showing complete brand systems across multiple touchpoints, not only isolated logos or social media posts
-Experience helping create or evolve a visual identity from incomplete, fragmented, or early-stage materials
-Excellent typography, composition, color, image treatment, and visual storytelling skills
-Experience creating website graphics, digital campaigns, and responsive visual assets
-Experience with packaging, dielines, print production, and vendor-ready file preparation
-Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, with working proficiency in Figma
-The ability to deliver clean, organized, editable source files and clearly labeled final exports
-Exceptional spoken and written English for live creative collaboration and nuanced feedback
-The ability to explain creative decisions, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend stronger solutions when appropriate
-Availability for regular working-hour overlap with Eastern Time
Experience with consumer packaged goods, lifestyle, beverage, hospitality, streetwear, music, retail, or cannabis brands is especially relevant.
OUR CREATIVE DIRECTION
Indiva should feel like a brand with a genuine point of view: modern, art-led, confident, and unmistakably human.
It should feel premium without becoming sterile, expressive without becoming chaotic, and approachable without looking generic. We want work that is bold enough to create intrigue, refined enough to earn trust, and distinctive enough that it could only belong to Indiva.
We have a strong sense of what feels right or wrong, but the visual identity has not yet been fully brought into focus. Helping translate that taste into a coherent, ownable design language is an important part of this role.
Strong typography, thoughtful image-making, tactile detail, unexpected composition, and a clear sense of authorship matter more to us than following any single trend or predetermined style. Illustration, collage, photography, texture, pattern, and digital experimentation may all have a place when they support a strong concept rather than simply decorate the work.
We do not want Indiva to look like a conventional dispensary, a sterile wellness brand, or a collection of disconnected trendy graphics. We want to avoid generic cannabis leaves, smoke effects, neon clichés, arbitrary psychedelic imagery, templated social content, and work that feels visibly AI-generated or creatively anonymous.
The goal is to build a flexible visual world with depth, personality, and consistency—one that can evolve across products, packaging, campaigns, retail, digital experiences, and future markets without losing its identity.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
The engagement will begin with a paid test followed by our immediate website, packaging, and foundational brand needs.
The initial work will involve both creative development and practical execution. We need someone who can help establish the visual principles of the brand while also applying those principles to assets that our developers, packaging vendors, printers, and internal team can use.
If the fit is strong, the goal is to develop an ongoing relationship with one primary designer who understands the brand deeply, builds on previous decisions, maintains consistency, and can support a wider range of creative needs as Indiva grows.
You will work directly with the person leading the brand’s internal creative direction. We value open collaboration, thoughtful questions, clear communication, and designers who bring a genuine perspective rather than simply agreeing with every request.
This posting is for an individual freelancer. We are not looking for an agency, account manager, or subcontracted design team. The person we interview should be the person personally completing the work.
Selected finalists may be offered the same small paid test project. Based on the quality of the work, communication, creative fit, and response to feedback, one designer will be selected for the ongoing relationship.
HOW TO APPLY
Please submit no more than three highly relevant case studies. For each project, explain what you personally created, how the visual system extended across multiple touchpoints, and what your role was.
Please also confirm:
-Your current weekly availability
-Your normal working hours and Eastern Time overlap
-The software you use
-Your comfort participating in live creative calls in English
-That you will personally perform the work
-Whether and how you use generative AI, stock assets, templates, or outside collaborators in your process
Generic proposals, large collections of unrelated portfolio links, and agency submissions will not be prioritized.
Client's questions:
Confirm your weekly availability, Eastern Time overlap, spoken-English comfort for live creative calls, software used, and whether you personally perform all work.
Share one project where you created a cohesive visual system across at least three different touchpoints, such as packaging, website, campaign graphics, retail, social, or print. What did you personally create, and what decisions kept the work cohesive?

I'm looking for an experienced Adobe Illustrator designer/illustrator to recreate an approved concept into a production-ready, large-format backdrop for my husband's 75th birthday celebration.
This is NOT a logo or branding project. The creative direction, layout, and content are already finalized. I have a complete concept image and a detailed creative brief. I need someone to professionally rebuild it into an editable Illustrator file suitable for large-format printing.
Project Details:

Deliverables: AI, print-ready PDF, packaged fonts, linked assets, editable layers
Must be built for large-format production (trade show quality)

Hollywood movie premiere meets comic book. Think red carpet, searchlights, Walk of Fame, movie marquee, and fun Hollywood props.
The backdrop includes:
Hollywood skyline
Walk of Fame star
Movie marquee
Comic-style hero/villain panels
Custom newspaper graphics
Vintage travel suitcase
Director's clapboard
Parking sign
Other Hollywood-themed props
Requirements:
Expert in Adobe Illustrator
Experience designing large-format event graphics, trade show displays, or stage backdrops
Strong typography skills (no AI-generated text)

I'm building a quiz funnel for my coaching business and I want to model a specific competitor's funnel (Liven / Noom-style: paid-social ad → quiz → personalized-plan paywall → subscription). I don't want it built for me — I want to build it myself with AI tools, and I want you to coach me through it over a series of working sessions.
What I need help with:
A teardown of a reference funnel I'll share: the full step flow, the psychological progression, the tracking/attribution setup, and the paywall mechanics.
Coaching me to rebuild an adapted version for my offer using AI (Claude / Cursor / no-code quiz tools — open to your recommendation) plus Meta Pixel/CAPI and a web-payment checkout.
Live screen-share working sessions where I drive and you guide.
You're a fit if you:
Have personally built quiz/survey funnels — please link 2–3 you've worked on.
Can explain why funnels are structured the way they are, not just the tools.
Actively use AI to build and can teach that workflow.
Like teaching. I learn fast and ask a lot of questions.
To apply: In your first line, tell me one thing you'd change about a Liven-style funnel and why. (I'll ignore generic proposals.) Include links to funnels you've built and your session rate.
Client's questions:
Instead of a written proposal, send me a 3-minute Loom. Tell me how you'd coach me to rebuild an adapted version using AI — what tools, what order, what I'd be doing in our first session. & Show me one funnel you've actually built (screen-share it).

I need a skilled illustrator/vector artist to convert a raster (bitmap) image into a clean, scalable vector file using Adobe Illustrator.
The image is a stylized digital illustration in a dark, moody scene.
I'll share the reference image directly with the designer(s) I select.
Final deliverable: fully vectorized version (.AI and .EPS files), with clean paths, proper layering, and colors matching the original as closely as possible.
Please maintain the linework/shading style of the original as much as possible in vector form.

I run a Shopify store and want a repeatable, low-maintenance AI image workflow so my designer (non-technical, based in Indonesia) can generate consistent realistic product mockups of new items before they are made, without starting from scratch or writing a new prompt every time.
I have two use cases:
- Product renders. Turn a flat vector illustration of a product into a realistic 3D-looking render for our store listing. I have reference photos from a real photoshoot of the physical products, plus example images showing the style/look I want the final renders to match. I want a repeatable setup where these three inputs (vector, product photo, style reference) reliably produce a consistent, on-brand result.
- Instagram promo graphics. Feed in a new product's image(s) and get back on-brand promotional posts (story format, square post, etc.) in a consistent style, without having to design each one manually.
What I can work with:
- An always-on home PC: HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Mini, Intel i5-6500T, 8GB RAM, 240GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, no dedicated GPU.
I'm open to using that machine, a cloud tool, or a hybrid — whatever you think gives the best balance of cost, reliability, and ease of use for a non-technical end user. Please recommend the setup and tools you'd use and why (e.g. ComfyUI, an API-based service, a hosted app, etc.), and flag if my home PC isn't suitable for parts of it.
Before hiring, I'd like a small test:
- Using a product image from my website (I'll provide the URL/photo) and a vector illustration I'll supply, please show me:
- A 3D-style realistic render generated from those inputs.
- An Instagram promo image generated from that render, based on a style reference I'll provide.

Requirements:
- My designer/team needs to be able to run this himself with minimal steps — no coding, no prompt-writing from scratch.
- I want to know the ongoing running cost (subscriptions, API usage, etc.) clearly, separate from your one-time setup fee.
- Simple, plain-English documentation (and ideally a short screen recording) showing my designer exactly how to use it.
- I want to own/control whatever is built, so I'm not locked into you for every future change.
To apply, please include:
- What setup you'd recommend and why (tools/platforms).
- Rough ongoing monthly cost estimate for typical use (around a hundred images/month).
- Examples of similar work you've done.
- Your fixed price or hourly estimate and timeline.
- Confirmation you can do the test above, and whether it's included free or has a small cost.

This role includes developing and executing growth campaigns, creating and managing content, identifying new acquisition channels, analyzing performance, and continuously improving results. Experience growing a SaaS or AI product is strongly preferred. Please include measurable results from previous campaigns in your proposal.
Client's questions:
Share one marketing campaign you personally executed that produced measurable business results. Include the goal, what you did, and the outcome.
If hired today, what would you do during your first 30 days to increase Jobbli's users? Be specific about your strategy and priorities.
Please provide one client reference (name, company, email or LinkedIn) we may contact to verify your work. If under NDA, explain and provide another verifiable example.

Don't tell me you're hungry. Show me what you closed last quarter and what you sold.
To apply, answer these in writing — no exceptions:
How much have you personally closed in the last 12 months? A number, not a story.
What did you sell and at what price point?
Proof — screenshots, commission statements, or a reference we can call. No proof, no interview.
Hours per day and timezone.
What else are you currently selling right now?
Training is provided. Selling isn't — you either know how to close on one call or this isn't for you.
10-minute call with the founder this week if you clear the bar.

I need the sample wine label I’ll share with you rebuilt as a fully-vector, print-ready Adobe Illustrator file. The look must stay modern—matching the sample’s typefaces, artwork, and overall layout—so our pre-press can swap it straight in without any tweaks.
Please reproduce every key element:
• Typography / fonts (keep the same or similar hierarchy and character)
• Graphics / illustrations (clean, scalable vectors)
• Layout / composition (spacing, proportions, bleed)
• Die-Line Outline for cutting to shape
Final artwork has to arrive in CMYK, 300 DPI, with trim, bleed, and crop marks already set. Outline or package fonts and include any linked assets so nothing breaks when we open the file.
If you spot production issues in the reference, flag them before you start; otherwise, an accurate, press-ready .ai file is the single deliverable.

B2B Website Copywriter & Content Strategist
Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced B2B website copywriter and content strategist to review, restructure, and refine the existing copy for a pre-launch, human-led contact centre and front-office support business serving small service-based companies.
The business provides live call answering, appointment support, email and live chat handling, customer updates, and related front-office assistance through trained reception agents.
I already have detailed draft copy, service information, pricing, and page content. I am not looking to start over or replace the existing positioning with generic marketing language.
The goal is to make the copy clearer, more concise, better organized, and ready for a UX/UI designer to use when creating the website layouts in Figma.
Pages
The project covers six pages:
* Home
* Services
* Industries
* Pricing
* FAQs
* Contact Us
Scope of Work
The selected copywriter should:
* Review the existing copy across all six pages
* Improve the content hierarchy and page flow
* Recommend the strongest section order for each page
* Remove unnecessary repetition between pages and sections
* Shorten copy that is too detailed for a website
* Combine, divide, reorder, or move content where appropriate
* Strengthen headings, supporting copy, and calls to action
* Make the content easy to scan on desktop and mobile
* Ensure each page has a clear and distinct purpose
* Maintain consistent terminology and tone
* Identify where visuals, icons, or graphics could support or replace longer explanations
Core service details, pricing, inclusions, limitations, and business meaning must not be changed without discussion.
Important Context
This is a human-led contact centre and front-office support service. It is not a software platform, automated answering product, AI customer-service tool, telemarketing company, or traditional high-volume call centre.
The website should clearly explain the role of trained reception agents without relying on conventional call-centre clichés.
The business is pre-launch, so the copy must not include unsupported claims, fabricated results, testimonials, performance statistics, or wording that suggests an established track record.
The writing should avoid:
* Generic SaaS language
* Traditional call-centre clichés
* Corporate filler
* Exaggerated sales claims
* Repetitive wording
* Language that makes the service sound automated or impersonal
The tone should be clear, natural, confident, and service-focused.
This is a website-copy and content-strategy project, not a blog-writing or general SEO assignment.
Deliverables
Please provide:
* Revised copy for all six pages
* Recommended section order for each page
* Clear headings and supporting copy
* Calls to action where appropriate
* Brief content or visual guidance for the UX/UI designer
* A clean final version of the copy
* A version with substantive recommendations or changes clearly identified
* An organized, designer-ready document
* Revision rounds after my feedback
Minor wording adjustments may still be required once the UX/UI designer begins placing the copy into the layouts.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate should have experience with:
* B2B website copywriting
* Service-business websites
* Website content strategy
* Information architecture
* UX writing or content design
* Refining and restructuring detailed existing copy
* Working with UX/UI or website designers
Experience with contact centres, answering services, virtual reception, customer support, or field-service businesses is helpful but not required.
Experience limited to blogs, social media posts, or SEO articles is not sufficient for this project.
How to Apply
Please include:
* Two or three relevant website-copywriting examples
* A brief explanation of your role in each project
* Examples showing how you improved page structure or content hierarchy
* Your approach to refining existing copy without changing the intended service meaning
* Your fixed-price estimate
* Your estimated turnaround
* The number of revision rounds included
* Confirmation that you can provide a designer-ready content document
Generic or automated proposals without relevant website-copy examples will not be considered.
Project Overview
I run Built With Dad (builtwithdad.net), a Shopify store selling faith-based digital products that help fathers build stronger relationships with their kids. The site converts reasonably well, but I feel the current copy and imagery read as generic/AI-generated rather than authentic and I want someone to help fix that specifically.
This is a focused content and conversion project, not a full site redesign or rebuild. The site structure, theme, and layout stay as-is. I am open to other ideas if the price allows.
Scope of Work
Copywriting refresh
Rewrite homepage sections (hero, mission statement, FAQ) in a warmer, more personal, first-person voice - should sound like a real dad who built this brand, not templated marketing copy
Rewrite product descriptions for our 4 products with clearer benefit-driven language
Draft an "About the Founder" section/story
Imagery
Review current site images and flag which ones seem AI-generated or generic stock
Source or recommend replacement images (real photography, authentic stock, or direction for photos I can take myself) that feel genuine rather than polished/synthetic
Recommend updated product mockup images if current ones look templated
Calls-to-action
Review and rewrite CTA button copy and placement across homepage and product pages
Suggest 2-3 CTA variants I can A/B test
This is a one-time project (though I'm open to future work if it goes well)
Ideal Candidate
Strong DTC/e-commerce copywriting portfolio, ideally in lifestyle, faith-based, parenting, or personal development niches
Eye for authentic vs. "stocky/AI" visual direction (you don't need to be a photographer, but you should be able to clearly identify what looks fake and suggest real alternatives)
Comfortable working within an existing Shopify theme
Deliverables
Rewritten homepage copy (directly implementable in Shopify)
Rewritten product descriptions (4 products)
Founder story section
Image audit + specific replacement recommendations or sourced images
2-3 CTA variants per key button location
Timeline & Budget
Timeline: Sooner the better
Budget: Fixed price preferred please quote based on scope above
Please share relevant portfolio examples, ideally e-commerce or faith/lifestyle brands
To Apply
Please include:
A link to your best copywriting or brand-refresh sample (bonus if faith/parenting/lifestyle niche)
One quick note on what specifically feels "AI-generated" or generic when you look at our current homepage (builtwithdad.net) this helps me see if we're aligned on the problem
Your fixed-price quote for the scope above
We are seeking an AI Consultant and App Developer to enhance our mobile app with AI features. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI consulting and app development, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications. Responsibilities include integrating AI solutions into our app, improving user experience, and providing strategic AI consulting. The role requires collaboration with our team to identify AI opportunities and implement them effectively.
The attachment is just an AI rendering. The building is 72x36x24. The basketball court section would be open floor to ceiling. Above the 3 car garage would be 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. I would like the 2nd floor living space to extend over the baseball batting cage area. The structure will be slab on grade and we would need frost walls for our climate. I would like the 3 car garage doors to be 8x8 and the garage door for the basketball court to be framed for the door, but we will not be putting a door in at this time.

I am looking for one careful independent qualitative coder for an academic research study concerning designers’ experiences while refining garment images with an AI-supported design tool.
You will receive a fillable PDF containing:
-A fixed codebook
-81 short interview or think-aloud extracts
-One coding decision required for each extract
Your task is to read each extract and select the one code that best represents its main meaning. This is structured qualitative content coding. It is not transcription, open-ended thematic analysis, proofreading, or image evaluation.
The form includes an Unsure option and an optional note field for extracts that are genuinely difficult to classify.
The task should take approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on reading speed and care.
Requirements
===========
-Experience with qualitative coding, content analysis, academic research, or text annotation
-Strong written English comprehension
-Ability to follow a fixed codebook carefully
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to complete and save a fillable PDF
-Available to complete the task today
Important conditions
-Work independently
-Do not use ChatGPT or any other AI tool
-Do not consult another person
-Do not search for information outside the supplied PDF
-Do not discuss the extracts or coding decisions with anyone
-Deliverable
Return the completed PDF with:
-Exactly one code selected for every extract
-Any genuine uncertainty marked using the Unsure box
-Optional short notes where clarification may be needed
-All responses saved and visible after reopening the PDF
Please describe your previous experience with qualitative coding or content analysis in your proposal.
I’m looking for a technical illustrator to create a library of clean, accurate vector road layout illustrations for my own personal use.
The illustrations should be supplied as fully editable Adobe Illustrator (.AI) and SVG files.
The drawings should accurately represent the road layouts, including:
* Kerb lines
* Splitter islands
* Lane markings
* Give Way markings
* Hatched areas
* Direction arrows
* Road names (where appropriate)
Please remove all vehicles, trees, buildings, shadows and any other unnecessary details, leaving clean, easy-to-read black and white vector illustrations.
Phase 1 – Roundabouts
1. Willow Tree (Hayes)
2. Ossie Garvin
3. White Hart
4. Polish War Memorial
5. Target Roundabout
6. Greenford Roundabout
7. Northwood Hills Circus
8. Oldfield Circus
9. Marsh Road Roundabout
10. Barra Hall Roundabout
Phase 1 – Road Layouts & Junctions
1. Dual carriageway between White Hart and Willow Tree Roundabouts
2. Dual carriageway between Willow Tree and Ossie Garvin Roundabouts
3. Uxbridge Road
4. Yeading Lane
5. Kingshill Avenue
6. Coldharbour Lane
7. Morgan’s Lane (one-way system joining Uxbridge Road)
8. Whitton Avenue East / Greenford Road Junction
9. Sudbury Hill / Roxeth Hill / Horsenden Hill Junction
Phase 1 – Manoeuvre Layouts
1. Forward Bay Parking
2. Reverse Bay Parking
3. Parallel Parking
4. Pull Up on the Right and Reverse
5. Emergency Stop
This represents the first phase of what I hope will become a much larger vector illustration library. My intention is to continue adding further roundabouts, road layouts, junctions and manoeuvre diagrams over time.
To ensure consistency across the library, I’d also be interested in having a master Adobe Illustrator template created. This could include agreed line weights, road widths, arrow styles, fonts, layer structure and any other design standards so that all future illustrations have the same professional appearance.
Rather than producing everything at once, I’d be happy to begin with a small number of illustrations so we can agree on the drawing style and template before progressing with the remainder of the collection. If all goes well, I’d be keen to establish an ongoing working relationship as the library expands.
Could you please let me know:
* Whether this is something you can help with.
* An estimated quotation for the complete Phase 1 project.
* What you would recommend as a suitable first batch of illustrations.
* An estimated timescale for completion.
* Whether the completed artwork can be supplied with full rights for me to use, edit and reproduce the illustrations in the future.
* Whether creating a master Illustrator template is something you would also be happy to provide.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
We are seeking an experienced business card designer to create a fully custom, professional design from scratch.
Designer Requirements:
- Individual freelancers only. No agencies.
- Must be available to begin within 48 hours.
- Strong written and verbal English is required, including comfort participating in Zoom meetings.
- Formal design education or professional training is required. Briefly explain your relevant background.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, colour theory, composition, and professional print design.
- Professional print-production knowledge, including CMYK and Pantone colours, bleed, trim and safety margins, resolution, font handling, and press-ready file preparation.
- Must work in professional design software such as Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. This is not a Canva project.
Original Design Requirement:
All designs must be created entirely from scratch. We will not consider Canva designs, downloaded templates, premade layouts, Envato Elements assets, or automated business card design tools.
We have more than 10 years of business card design experience and can readily identify commonly used templates. Originality is essential.
Portfolio Requirements:
Provide direct links to at least five original business card designs you personally created. Full-colour, double-sided examples are preferred, with variety in style and industry.
You may include other design work, but your proposal should focus primarily on relevant business card examples. Do not simply direct us to a general portfolio.
Deliverables and Project Details:
- Editable source files
- Properly prepared, print-ready files
- Fixed project budgets agreed upon before work begins
- Opportunity for significant ongoing work for the right designer
Please address each section clearly in your proposal. Generic, copied, or AI-generated submissions will not be considered. Do not request a call or additional project details at this stage.
Begin your proposal with the word “Camp” to confirm you have read the full posting.
Client's questions:
Be sure you've followed exact instructions. Do NOT respond with AI-generated reply, or generic proposal message. Do NOT say 'let's discuss or chat', and skip over actually answering our proposal properly and with intent.
Before applying, ensure you meet all criteria to save both of our sides on wasted time. Thank you!

The 50,000-character limit is the maximum allowed by Upwork. You do not want to use all of it. Jobs between 1,000 and 2,000 words generally perform better because experienced freelancers can quickly understand the project.

Children’s Book Illustrator & Production Designer Needed to Prepare Book for BookBaby Printing
About the Project
Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to review my project.
I have written a children’s picture book titled Keep Your Roots for children ages 3-7.
The manuscript is complete, and I have a full set of existing illustrations. The book has already gone through BookBaby’s preflight review; however, the artwork was rejected because it does not meet commercial print specifications.
I am looking for an experienced children’s book illustrator and production designer who can professionally recreate the illustrations while maintaining the warmth and charm of the original artwork.
My goal is to create a polished, print-ready children’s book suitable for commercial publication.
I am looking for someone to recreate and professionally prepare the artwork for publication.
⸻
About the Book
Title:
Keep Your Roots
Audience:
Children ages 3-7
Theme:
Kindness, friendship, emotional growth, confidence, truth, resilience, and learning to stay true to yourself.
The story takes place at the beach and follows recurring child characters and a smiling palm tree that quietly symbolizes strength and growth.
⸻
Illustration Style
The artwork should feel:
* Warm
* Gentle
* Whimsical
* Hand-drawn
* Colored pencil
* Wax crayon texture
* Classic picture book
* Bright without being overly saturated
* Childlike, but professionally executed
I want children to feel like these illustrations were lovingly drawn by hand.
⸻
Characters
These characters must remain visually consistent throughout the entire book.
Recurring characters include:
* Four children
* Smiling palm tree
* Crab
* Ladybug
* Butterfly
* Worm

What I’m Looking For
Communication is very important to me. I value collaboration, transparency, and attention to detail.
I’m looking for someone who will treat this as a true children’s book, not simply a collection of illustrations.
I would love to build a professional working relationship with someone who enjoys creating meaningful books for children.
If this sounds like a project that excites you, I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you for taking the time to review my project, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

I am a Christian who is writing a historical fantasy romance novel, set in Bible times, as a means to teach theology, because it seems like a more fun way for people to learn. But I am not a fiction writer.
I am using Novelcrafter and (mainly) Claude. I have already developed an outline of the story, the chapters, the world, the plot, history, and many characters, and some of their arcs. My process is to write what I can, expand it using AI, and then edit the AI output, to make it accurate and improve it as much as I can. I have the first 4 chapters drafted.
I need someone who has talent at creative writing to edit/ ghostwrite and improve upon what I have by:
- Helping characters to be more distinguished and real
- Bring out more emotions or complex emotions that help readers to engage more
- Give more detail on the scenery and setting, sensory details
- Fix repetitive stock mannerisms outputted by AI with more individualized and varied mannerisms
- Find inconsistencies between visual details given in each chapter and make them consistent (brown vs. yellow eyes)
- Find inconsistencies in a character's point-of-view, what they know or do not know yet
- Add more action, and less exposition, inherent in flow of the story, where possible, without major changes - or at least more engaging dialog for the exposition
- Fix AI's overuse of -- dashes --
- generally improve the prose to be more varied, and reflect the skill of a more talented human writer
- change flat humor to something actually funny
- change dumb metaphors to something more intelligent and relatable
- present ideas for review on how scenes could be enhanced or even minorly redone better, while still maintaining chapter content goals and chapter-to-chapter story flow
- presented with the complete outline, contribute ideas on improvements to the story progression, if you have any ideas
This story is set before a worldwide flood, in a time when giants roamed the earth, and angels lived among men, and dinosaurs lived alongside mankind. When everything ate plants, and people lived to be 900 years old. If you can't be okay with that world enough for the writing's sake, for whatever reason, this is not the project for you. I would ideally like to find a Christian who wants to use their writing talents and skills to do something big.
My drafts are like a box of hamburger helper stroganoff.... what I need is someone to spruce up the recipe. I need someone who can sauté some real mushrooms, onions, and garlic to add into the noodles, someone who can then add in some real sour cream, and make something more delicious than just following the recipe on the box.
I will need you to sign an NDA of some sort, to protect the work in progress. I'd like to start by sending you the first chapter, and paying you to improve it, and see what you come up with.
I'm looking for a set rate, by word count, or by the hour, or per chapter, and depending on what you can add to the project, a permanent percentage of royalties of the published work is an option. This work will be self-published.
Client's questions:
Are you a native English speaker? I need someone who is fluent. Do you enjoy creative writing? I need someone who does. Are you willing to take on an ambitious project? I need someone who is.
