We're Data Driven Marketing, a marketing agency helping online course creators scale their revenue. We host "The Art of Selling Online Courses" podcast and use it as our primary client acquisition channel. We need to automate our guest outreach process.
Project Overview:
We currently have a Zapier AI Agent workflow that we want to rebuild in n8n (self-hosted). The workflow automates personalized podcast guest outreach emails.
The workflow should:
Trigger when a new row is added to a Google Sheet (or on a daily schedule to process new entries)
Read prospect data from the spreadsheet (name, email, business info, notes about their previous podcast appearances)
Use AI (OpenAI/Claude API) to:
Research the person online (their business, courses, achievements)
Cross-reference with notes we've collected
Generate a personalized outreach email following our template
Send the email via Gmail (or SMTP)
Update the spreadsheet with status ("Sent" + date, or "Failed" + reason)
Error handling — if something fails, log it and continue processing other rows
Technical Requirements:
n8n (self-hosted, we have the instance running)
Google Sheets API integration
Gmail API (or SMTP) for sending
OpenAI or Anthropic Claude API for AI research + email generation
Web scraping/search capability for prospect research (Serper, SerpAPI, or similar)
Proper error handling and logging

We are looking for better product images — real photographs only, no generated or AI-created images. For every product and from all relevant angles. Essentially, all existing images should be recreated as high-quality real photos.
Our budget is limited, so we are looking for a talented hobby photographer who owns a good camera and some lighting equipment. We are not looking for a large studio with many employees. It is not difficult to produce photos that are clearly better than our current ones.
To start, we will send one lamp including a return shipping label. For this lamp, we require 4 images:

If we are satisfied with these 4 images, we will order additional images at the same price.
For each image, we require:
the original RAW file
a clean, properly cut-out version (PNG or PSD)
If you only take the photos and do not do the cut-out, that is acceptable. Please clearly state this in your bid.
Once the first lamp has been successfully photographed and returned, we will send additional lamps and commission a corresponding number of images.
Please state your price per ONE image.
We will always order at least 4 images, but typically around 20 images per job.
Since the lamps need to be shipped to you and returned to us, this job is only open to contractors with an address in Germany.

Clean, professional integration is essential—no obvious collage seams—so solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable tools are a must.
