No. Upwork enforces hard location restrictions on US-only and UK-only job posts. These jobs are only visible and open for proposals to freelancers who have verified their location in that country.
For agencies, this restriction applies to every identity involved in proposal submission — both the freelancer profile used in the proposal and the connected Business Manager account used for submission must be verified as located in the respective country.
Since the connected Business Manager access used by Vollna is not located in the US or UK, we are unable to submit proposals to these restricted jobs.
You'll receive email notifications when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly proposal limit.
Once you've used all proposals included in your plan, automated bidding will pause until your next billing period.
Want to keep going? Enable "Continue over limit" in your Auto-Bidding dashboard. When enabled, proposals will continue beyond your monthly limit at a per-proposal rate shown in your dashboard. Extra proposals are invoiced at the end of your billing period.
