I need a logo. My business is Geckos & Greens @geckos_and_greens I mostly vend at reptile expos. I sell terrarium plants, carnivorous plants, Phelsuma grandis geckos and Oophaga pumilio poison dart frogs I have a logo idea but I need it to be redrawn/tweaked. The logo will be used on business cards, shirts, a tablecloth for vending and a vertical banner. I am not sure if I would want a full color logo on a shirt. I kind of like the look of white screen printing on a colored shirt so I would like a black & white version as well, if possible. I like the partial flower pot but would like it centered with the plant/leaves coming out of it. I was very unhappy that by the time, I received… READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW. THERE ARE MAJOR PROS AND CONS WITH THIS GROUP. I was very unhappy that by the time, I received my final movie file, it was over THREE WEEKS LATE. They were also late on a precursor project related to this film when I asked them to complete a trailer last year. They literally sent it the day of the event that I needed it for, and it had errors. However, I am giving Rohit and Anmol 5 stars because their animation skills are elite. They are very young, ambitious guys who want to make their marks in the animation industry, and they take on as many jobs as they can to build a nice portfolio. As far as the artwork, character rigging, and fluidity of movement with the characters, they truly present the type of animation that you might see on any mainstream streaming network, on television, or in a movie theater. They also have very nice attitudes and seem to be good kids. (I call them kids because I'm twice their age, and they're not yet 21 as of the time of my writing this review, 2024.) Part of their good attitude is that I was raising money for the project thousands of dollars at a time, and they worked as I raised money instead of waiting until all of the money was raised to start. They worked up to the amount of money I raised so that progress could continue happening on the project. That being said, I need to offer additional insight. Their youth and inexperience with juggling multiple projects did show through on my project which was an 18-minute short film. I told them ahead of time that my project covered an important historical event, and that I had a hard deadline for an important film festival and for some subsequent film festivals, and they missed every deadline. We even had interim deadlines, and they missed those. I asked several times how they were going to meet the main deadlines if they could not make the interim deadlines, and they (like young people do) kept telling me "I got it ma'am. We're going to have it all done at the end," and they didn't. This is because they were doing too many projects at once and kept putting off various steps of my project thinking they could rush and do it at the end, but they failed miserably. As I said, they were over 3 weeks late in submitting the final product to me. They produced video storyboards first, and there were a number of errors Again, their youth and inexperience with more complex projects (longer than a few minutes) showed here because they had extremely poor time management. They absolutely did not have all the details "at the end." They did not always pay attention to the details I wrote in the script. Occasionally, it was a language barrier, but mostly it was simply that they just were not reading what I wrote. I did Zoom calls, wrote memos that were detailed, bullet-pointed, numbered, etc. I even acted out some of the scenes on video to send to them. I had to really work hard to get them to FINALLY send the correct scenes when they really could have done it correctly within the first three tries. I do think these guys will get better at leading their team moving forward, and I do think their team of young men and women have the talent to go far in the industry, but they really need to mature in their workflow process. So all that being said, beware if you hire them, that if your project is longer than two minutes, you might want to make sure that they really have to capacity to complete it on time. Hopefully, this helps you as you make your decision.
