Merchant Services Closer - Sell Software to US Trade Contractors

If you have sold merchant services, you already know how to do this job.
You have called a guy who owns three trucks and told him about a monthly fee. He has told you he is happy with what he has, that he does not have time, that the last company burned him. You have handled all of it standing up, on a phone, without a demo or a deck. That is this role. The product is different, the conversation is identical. We are not looking for SaaS experience. We are looking for people who have survived that call. THE LEADS ARE ALREADY BUILT 937,000 trade businesses across the US and Canada, classified by trade, 99% with a phone number. You press a button, the system hands you the next one and locks it to you so nobody else calls it. You never build a list, never browse one, never fight anyone over a lead. WHAT YOU'RE SELLING FieldQuo - software for field-service contractors. Quoting, invoicing, scheduling, payments, payroll. Everything the contractor's own customer sees is white-labelled: their logo, their colours, their name in the From line. The pitch is simple. Quote on site instead of at the kitchen table at 9pm, and get paid without chasing. Pricing: Solo $99/mo (1 seat), Crew $169 (3 seats), Shop $269 (6 seats), Scale $369 (10 seats). Every plan includes every feature - nothing is locked behind a tier, no add-on to take payment. Plans differ only by team size. First month free, month to month, cancel any time. Card at checkout, first charge when the free month ends. One thing that makes this easier than what you are used to: you are not asking him to switch processors or sign a three-year agreement. You are asking him to try something free for a month and cancel whenever he likes. WHO YOU'RE CALLING Trade contractors: painters, roofers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, flooring, drywall, concrete. Mostly owner-operators up to about 20 people, often running the business out of a van. Suspicious of software, short on patience, and frequently on a roof or under a sink when you call. You either know this person or you don't. LANGUAGE AND LOCATION Conversational English is the requirement - understandable and confident on a call with a contractor who talks fast and does not repeat himself. You can be anywhere. Latin America and Eastern Europe both work well, and if you are in Latin America you are already inside US business hours. Spanish is useful because a real share of US trade businesses are Hispanic-owned, but it is not required. THE ROLE Outbound phone closer. You close on the call - this is not appointment setting. You do not prospect. US business hours. PAY: $125 PER CUSTOMER, COMMISSION ONLY, IN THREE STAGES - $20 when the company signs up and finishes connecting Stripe - $40 when they reach their next billing cycle, free or paid - $65 if they are still subscribed at 60 days No cap, no draw. Weekly payout run. There is no base. There is also no ceiling, which is the trade. Stage 2 pays on the billing cycle, not on a payment clearing. Some customers extend their free period by referring other contractors. That is our problem, not yours, and it will not stall your pay. Because the first month is free, your first few weeks are mostly stage-one payments, with stages two and three landing behind them. By month three all three stages arrive at once from three different cohorts. Back-loaded rather than thin, and you should know that before you commit dials to it. WHAT WE PROVIDE Browser-based dialer - no phone system, no hardware, works on a laptop with internet. Call notes, dispositions and callbacks in one screen. State-by-state calling-hour rules are enforced by the software, so you physically cannot dial outside a legal window. A dashboard showing every customer you signed, which of the three stages each one is at, what is owed to you and when it lands. WHO FITS, ROUGHLY IN ORDER - Merchant services, payment processing, POS, or ISO sales. The closest match there is. - Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack or Yelp ad sales. Same person on the other end of the phone. - Equipment finance, commercial insurance, fuel cards, uniforms, or materials sold to trades. - Low-ACV transactional SaaS, $100-500/mo, one-to-three call cycles. WHO DOESN'T - Enterprise SaaS AEs. Long cycles, buying committees, decks and demos - wrong motion for a $99/mo deal. - SDRs and appointment setters. We need someone who closes on the call. - Anyone whose main strength is generating leads. We have 937,000 of them. That skill is worth nothing here. TO APPLY, ANSWER THE THREE QUESTIONS BELOW. Territory is assigned at hire - happy to walk through it on a call. How this is set up here: fixed-price contract with a milestone released per closed customer at the three stages above. Everything stays on Upwork. Client's questions:

# 🏛️ CORPORATE LOGO PRODUCTION SYSTEM SPECIFICATION
PARENT ENTITY: THE JOBITY GROUP SUB-TEXT OPERATIONAL LINE: MULTI-TRADE LOGISTICS PROCUREMENT BUDGET FRAMEWORK: CAPPED AT $150 USD FIXED FLAT (ESCROW MANAGED) COMPLIANCE MANDATE: 100% ORIGINAL DESIGN REQUIRED FOR REVENUE TRADEMARK PROTECTION (ZERO AI OR STOCK ART) --- ## 📅 SECTION 1: MANDATED 3-PHASE MILESTONE DELIVERY PIPELINE This project is strictly managed across three independent escrow draws. Freelancers must deliver specific layout variations at each stage before progress funding is approved: ### 🔳 PHASE 1: VISUAL CONCEPTS & GEOMETRY VERIFICATION (30% Escrow Draw) • Deliverables Required: Three (3) to four (4) distinct, raw black-and-white visual concept options showcasing structural layouts. • Aesthetic Constraint: Design must focus purely on geometry, line weights, and spacing balance. Zero colors, gradients, or textures are to be applied during this phase. ### 🎨 PHASE 2: COLOR-REFINE & COLOR-WAY ISOLATION (40% Escrow Draw) • Deliverables Required: Take the single winning geometric concept selected from Phase 1 and expand it into three (3) distinct color-way variations. • Palette Criteria: Must utilize premium, desaturated pastel color profiles (such as Sage Green, Slate Blue, Warm Sand, and Ivory White). Brilliant neon, highly saturated primary tones, or loud consumer color palettes are strictly rejected. ### 📂 PHASE 3: MASTER FILES EXTRACTION & EXPLODED SUITE (30% Escrow Draw) • Deliverables Required: Take the final approved color layout and extract it into an organized, fully exploded master asset folder package containing separate files for every corporate use case (Detailed in Section 3). --- ## 🛡️ SECTION 2: THE 4-STROKE PRISMATIC SHIELD GEOMETRY The brand mark must sit cleanly in its own isolated 30% horizontal cell to the left of our un-crammed, stacked typography block. It must function as an immediate "visual dictionary" commanding B2B industry trust: 1. The Outer Structure: A clean, minimalist corporate architectural shield profile representing legal compliance, facility protection, and organizational permanence. 2. The Interior Geometry: The shield frame must enclose four (4) sharp, overlapping diagonal geometric shards that mimic abstract paint strokes. 3. The Trade Mapping: Each of the 4 shards directly represents one of our four core multi-trade operational pillars (PAINT, PATCH, FIX, CLEAN), with the overlapping brush-stroke motif subtly highlighting our high-volume coating and surface-prep revenue engine. ### ✒️ TYPOGRAPHIC HIERARCHY RULES: • Line 1 (Corporate Primary): THE JOBITY GROUP (Set in a heavy, bold, premium sans-serif weight to maximize local market name recognition). • Line 2 (Operational Tagline): MULTI-TRADE LOGISTICS (Set 40% smaller than Line 1, formatted in a clean, wide-tracked hairline weight to resolve name context weakness instantly). --- ## 📂 SECTION 3: SYSTEM FORMAT DELIVERABLES & TECHNICAL CONTROLS The final folder package delivered at Phase 3 must isolate assets into explicitly labeled sub-directories using these exact parameters: ### 📁 FOLDER 1: THE FULL MASTER LOGUPS • Contents: Complete unified logo marks containing the emblem, primary name text, and tagline text together. Designed for website headers, pitch decks, and corporate document footprints. • Mandated File Formats: Raw Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS), Scalable Vector Graphic (.SVG), and Portable Network Graphic (.PNG). ### 📁 FOLDER 2: THE STANDALONE EMBLEMS (THE ICON-ONLY CORES) • Contents: The 4-Stroke Prismatic Shield icon isolated completely by itself, featuring zero wrapped text strings or lettering around its perimeter. Designed for your micro 16px browser favicon and small uniform stamps. • Mandated File Formats: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, and transparent background .PNG. ### 📁 FOLDER 3: THE MONOCHROME REVERSE CORES • Contents: High-contrast solid white and solid dark charcoal monochrome variations of the logo. Designed for clean overlay application on top of complex backgrounds (such as veined white marble counters or black slate tile textures). • Mandated File Formats: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, and transparent background .PNG. ### 📁 FOLDER 4: THE METALLIC VEHICLE DECALS • Contents: A flat, single-color monotone metallic antique gold rendition of the shield emblem and text block. • Technical Parameter: Must feature clean, simplified vector paths with zero overlapping anchors, stray nodes, or hidden vector artifacts. Built with thin "knockout" negative space gaps between the 4 trade shards so the physical body paint of the trucks can show through the vinyl cutout cleanly at highway speeds. • Mandated File Formats: Raw .AI and heavy print-ready .EPS. ### 📁 FOLDER 5: COMPLETE BRAND INFRASTRUCTURE SHEET • Contents: A detailed single-page design documentation sheet outlining the brand infrastructure. • Technical Parameter: Must explicitly state the exact corporate Hex codes embedded in RGB profiles for website programming, alongside matching CMYK color matrices for physical industrial print and embroidery optimization. • Mandated File Format: Master print-ready .PDF. --- ## ⚠️ SECTION 4: UNCOMPROMISED QUALITY INSURANCE CLAUSES By submitting an offer on this contract, the freelancer explicitly agrees to these automated design controls: • Typography Outlining: All fonts utilized must be permanently converted into geometric vector outlines/curves before handoff. No live text boxes are permitted in final source files to prevent font-link breaking. • Layer Separation: Final source files must be delivered fully un-flattened, un-merged, and neatly organized into labeled, editable design layers. • Revision Assurance: Bidders provide a minimum baseline of 3 full rounds of progressive structural adjustments. --- [END OF LOGO SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT]

Local Hire Marketplace – Influencer Marketing Brief
Local Hire Marketplace is an Australian peer-to-peer platform that connects people who own tools and equipment with locals who need to hire them. Think of it as “Airbnb for tools and equipment.” What we want you to promote Show your audience how Local Hire Marketplace can help Australians: Earn extra income by listing equipment they already own. Save money by hiring equipment from someone nearby instead of buying it. Find everything from power tools and gardening equipment to trailers, camping gear and party equipment. Support local people while reducing unnecessary purchases. Stage One: Attract Equipment Owners Our first priority is encouraging equipment owners to list their items before we begin heavily promoting the platform to hirers. Your content should explain that people may have hundreds or even thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment sitting unused in their garage or shed. Local Hire Marketplace gives them an opportunity to turn that equipment into extra income. Key message: “Have tools or equipment sitting unused? List them on Local Hire Marketplace and start earning extra money from people in your local area.” Suggested content ideas: Walk through your garage or shed and identify equipment that could be earning money. Demonstrate how simple it is to create a listing. Explain that owners control their prices, availability and booking requirements. Highlight secure payments, user profiles and reviews. Encourage owners to list early so their equipment is available when hirer advertising begins. Stage Two: Attract Hirers Once local listings have started growing, your content should shift towards people who need equipment. Key message: “Why buy expensive equipment you may only use once? Hire it from someone near you and save money.” Suggested content ideas: Show a common project, such as trimming a hedge, cleaning a driveway or completing a DIY renovation. Compare the cost of buying an item with hiring it locally. Demonstrate how users can search, book and collect equipment nearby. Highlight the convenience of accessing equipment without the cost and storage of ownership. Content Style We want the content to feel genuine, helpful and Australian—not like a traditional corporate advertisement. Please: Speak naturally and explain the platform in your own style. Use relatable examples involving DIY projects, gardening, moving, camping, parties or home maintenance. Focus on the cost-of-living benefits. Include the Local Hire Marketplace name and logo clearly. Direct viewers to the website to list or hire equipment. Mention that the initial launch is focused on South East Queensland, with more areas to follow. Suggested 30-Second Script “Have you got tools or equipment sitting unused in your garage or shed? Local Hire Marketplace lets you list your equipment for people nearby to hire, helping you earn extra money from items you already own. And if you need equipment for a project, you can hire locally instead of spending hundreds buying something you might only use once. It’s secure, convenient and supports people in your local community. Visit Local Hire Marketplace and get started today.” Call to Action Equipment owners: “List your equipment now and be ready for local bookings.” Hirers: “Search Local Hire Marketplace before you buy—someone nearby may already have what you need.”

The project will be divided into several stages:
- Mobile app design - Website design - Logo and Google Play assets Description: This is a mobile game where users can visually see how futures trading works and place "long" or "short" bets. They use virtual coins to place these bets. Mobile App Design. The mobile app consists of two screens: Home and Settings. On the Home screen, an unauthorized user has the option to log in or navigate to the Settings screen. Once logged in, the user can purchase coins; clicking on the coins or the "plus" button triggers a slide-up menu offering preset coin quantities and prices. An option for custom coin quantity input is also required. Logged-in users can also select leverage; clicking on the leverage indicator opens a slide-up menu where they can adjust the value using a slider or enter it manually via an input field that displays the selected value. Logged-in users can place a long or short bet, selecting a percentage of their current coin balance or entering a specific amount manually. After entering the amount, they can press the "Place Bet" button. A successful request triggers a green notification at the top, while an unsuccessful one triggers a red notification. If a logged-in user has an active bet, it is displayed in place of the betting input, showing its status (profit or loss). The bet closes automatically upon liquidation, or the user can close it manually. Users can change the coin displayed on the chart by tapping the coin name; this opens a slide-up menu featuring a search function and daily price changes. Users can type a coin name into the input field to search for it. A search preloader design and a main page preloader are also needed. The user can navigate to the settings page, which contains various sections. Website design It will consist of 4 pages: - Home - About Us - Contact - Privacy Policy The home page will feature text and a photo of the app itself, along with a brief description. The "About Us" page will simply contain text describing the project. The "Contact" page will be a contact form. The "Privacy Policy" page will display the policy document. Logo and images for Google Play Need to create an app logo Feature graphic (1024 x 500 px) Smartphone screenshots (16:9 aspect ratio), approximately 5 images showing gameplay

I am looking for a Canva video editor to create a new visual design and a set of bilingual product videos for an Etsy shop that sells digital productivity and business-management templates.
The initial project is for a client operations spreadsheet designed for virtual assistants, freelancers, consultants, online business managers, and small service agencies. Every video concept must be produced in both English and Spanish. The project includes five concepts and ten finished videos total. I will provide the approved copy in both languages, product information, listing images, and screenshots of the actual spreadsheet. The freelancer will create the visual design from scratch. This should not be a basic slideshow that simply cycles through listing images. The videos should visually demonstrate the product, explain how its different sections help the buyer, and show how the template can be used in a real client-management workflow. Deliverables 1) Product overview video Create one English version and one Spanish version. - Approximately 60–90 seconds each - New visual design created in Canva - Natural AI voiceover in the appropriate language - Accurate, synchronized captions burned into each video - Clear explanation of the spreadsheet sections and their practical uses - Product screenshots shown through zooms, highlighting, or other visual techniques - Smooth transitions and purposeful movement - Suitable for social media, the Etsy shop About section, and other promotional use 2) Etsy listing video 1 Create one English version and one Spanish version. - Maximum of 15 seconds each - Must communicate effectively without sound because Etsy removes listing-video audio - Focus on the product overview, dashboard, client tracking, project tracking, tasks, and meetings - Concise bullet points or animated on-screen text - Text should appear progressively rather than remain static - Large, legible text that works on desktop and mobile - Final files must comply with Etsy’s current listing-video requirements 3) Etsy listing video 2 Create one English version and one Spanish version. - Maximum of 15 seconds each - Must communicate effectively without sound - Focus on approvals, weekly reporting, onboarding, client closing, customization, the setup guide, and included files - Concise bullet points or animated on-screen text - Text should appear progressively - Large, legible text that works on desktop and mobile - Final files must comply with Etsy’s current listing-video requirements 4) Short-form social video 1 Create one English version and one Spanish version. - Vertical format for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar platforms - Approximately 15–30 seconds each - Natural AI voiceover in the appropriate language - Captions burned into the video - Strong opening hook - Clear product benefit and call to action 5) Short-form social video 2 Create one English version and one Spanish version. - Vertical format - Approximately 15–30 seconds each - Natural AI voiceover in the appropriate language - Captions burned into the video - Different hook or product angle from the first short - Clear call to action Total deliverables - Five English-language videos - Five Spanish-language videos - Ten final MP4 files - Editable Canva links for all designs - Organized Canva files that can be adapted for future products The English and Spanish versions should follow the same overall visual structure. However, text placement, timing, and voiceover pacing should be adjusted as needed so each language feels natural. The freelancer should not simply replace the text without checking readability, pronunciation, timing, and caption accuracy. Product features include - A summary dashboard for active clients, open projects, overdue tasks, and upcoming priorities - Client information and renewal tracking - Project progress, risk, ownership, and milestone tracking - Task management with deadlines, priorities, blockers, and responsible parties - Meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions - Approval and revision tracking - A reusable weekly client-report template - Client onboarding and closing checklists - Editable dropdown lists for statuses, priorities, relationship health, and approvals - An included setup guide - A sample CSV for importing tasks into Asana - Compatibility with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets I will provide - Approved English and Spanish copy for each video - English and Spanish product screenshots and listing images - Brand colors, logo, and visual direction - Consolidated feedback during the review process The freelancer will be responsible for - Creating the visual concept and Canva designs from scratch - Determining the best way to demonstrate the spreadsheet - Creating transitions, animations, and visual emphasis - Creating and synchronizing English and Spanish AI voiceovers - Adding and reviewing captions in both languages - Adjusting text placement and timing for each language - Formatting each video for its intended platform - Delivering final MP4 files and editable Canva links - Creating a reusable visual system for future products Requirements - Strong Canva video-editing and motion-design experience - Experience creating product demos for digital products, spreadsheets, software, templates, or online tools - Strong understanding of short-form video pacing - Ability to create readable animated text and captions - Fluency in both English and Spanish, or a reliable bilingual quality-review process - Ability to review Spanish pronunciation, accents, grammar, and caption accuracy - Attention to platform-specific requirements - Ability to follow supplied copy without introducing unsupported product claims - Willingness to make reasonable revisions based on consolidated feedback Please include the following in your proposal - Two or three relevant product demonstration videos or social shorts. - At least one example featuring animated text or captions. - Your experience creating bilingual English and Spanish content. - How you review Spanish voiceovers, pronunciation, and captions. - Your fixed-price quote for all ten videos. - The number of revision rounds included. - Your estimated turnaround time. - Confirmation that you will provide editable Canva designs and final MP4 files. - The word “BrightDesk” at the beginning of your proposal so I know you reviewed the full description. This is an initial project for one Etsy product. If the work is strong, there may be ongoing opportunities to create bilingual videos for additional digital products using the same visual system. I’m looking for an experienced product label and packaging designer to create a polished, professional label system for my brand, Alpha Tides PNW.
ABOUT THE BRAND Alpha Tides PNW is a Pacific Northwest–inspired laboratory research brand. We already have an established logo, brand colors, product catalog, and several existing label designs. I’m looking for a designer who can elevate the labels while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity. Our primary colors are: • Deep navy • Black • Metallic silver • Cyan/teal accents The overall style should feel premium, modern, clean, and professional, with subtle Pacific Northwest character. The labels should stand out without looking cluttered or excessively decorative. LABEL SIZE Every label must be designed at an exact finished size of: 40 mm wide × 20 mm tall The labels will be applied to small product vials and printed using an Epson ET-8550. Because the labels are small, typography, spacing, contrast, and readability are extremely important. The design must be evaluated at its actual printed size—not only as an enlarged computer mockup. INITIAL PROJECT SCOPE For the first project, I would like: • Three distinctly different initial design concepts • One finalized master label design • Three completed product variations using different names and strengths • Up to two revision rounds • A reusable template that can easily be adapted to additional products • A realistic vial mockup showing the finished design The approved designer may receive ongoing work adapting the master design across our larger product catalog and creating seasonal label collections. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS The label system should: • Incorporate the existing Alpha Tides PNW logo • Maintain a consistent layout across different products • Make the product name and strength easy to read • Remain clean and legible at 40 × 20 mm • Feel premium and professionally produced • Use strong typography and visual hierarchy • Work with product names of different lengths • Be suitable for high-quality inkjet printing • Include appropriate safe margins and bleed where required • Avoid overcrowding the limited label space Some product names are considerably longer than others, so the template must be flexible enough to accommodate both short and long names without losing consistency. I may also need seasonal variations in the future, particularly Pacific Northwest, fall, and Halloween-inspired collections. Seasonal artwork should still remain professional and readable. I prefer atmospheric or illustrated themes rather than excessively Gothic typography. REQUIRED FINAL FILES The final delivery must include: • Editable Adobe Illustrator source file • Print-ready CMYK PDF • High-resolution transparent PNG • Version with fonts outlined • Version with text remaining editable • Any linked graphics or design assets • A list of fonts used • Commercial-use licensing information for all fonts and graphics • Master 40 × 20 mm template • Three completed product variations • High-resolution vial mockup The source file should be clean, organized, and properly layered so product names and strengths can be updated later. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING All artwork must be original or properly licensed for commercial use. Please do not use unlicensed stock graphics, copyrighted artwork, or fonts that cannot be used commercially. Upon final payment, Alpha Tides PNW must receive full commercial usage rights and all editable source files. IDEAL DESIGNER The ideal designer should have experience with: • Small bottle or vial labels • Product and packaging design • Adobe Illustrator • Print production and prepress • CMYK color preparation • Typography at small physical sizes • Creating reusable product-label systems • Preparing artwork for commercial or professional printing Experience designing labels for laboratory, cosmetic, wellness, supplement, or technical product brands is helpful but not required. HOW TO APPLY Please include the following in your proposal: 1. Begin your proposal with the word “PNW” so I know you read the complete description. 2. Provide examples of label or packaging designs you personally created, especially small bottle or vial labels. 3. Confirm that you work in Adobe Illustrator and will provide the original editable AI file. 4. Explain how you ensure text remains readable on a 40 × 20 mm printed label. 5. State how many concepts and revision rounds are included in your price. 6. Provide your estimated turnaround time. 7. Confirm that all artwork, graphics, and fonts will be original or properly licensed for commercial use. Please do not submit unrelated logo, website, social media, or flyer examples. I specifically want to see strong product-label and packaging work. This initial assignment is intended to help identify a dependable designer for ongoing label, packaging, seasonal collection, Mylar bag, and branded product work.

We're DRYBOSS, the #1 moisture-control brand in our category on Amazon Spain & Italy (14+ ASINs, 5 EU marketplaces). We're hiring ONE designer long-term for all our listing visuals.
We start with a closed paid test project: replicate this quality standard for 1 of our products: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0GT4Q1SZM https://www.amazon.es/dp/B0F1DV5ZV6 That means: CGI-quality product rendering, consistent design system, premium feel. IMPORTANT - BRAND IDENTITY: those links define the QUALITY bar, not the look. DRYBOSS has a strong, distinctive identity - direct, modern, anti-generic. Our motto: "This is not generic. This is DRYBOSS." Every image must pass our test: cover the logo, and it should still be recognizable as DRYBOSS. Beautiful generic images that could belong to any brand will NOT pass. See our identity at www.dryboss.com and our DRYPOP listing, the one that best represents it today: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B0FMQGHY73 - note: even that one is still below the quality bar above. That's exactly why we're hiring. The identity stays, the execution level goes up. We provide full brand assets (logo, colors, tone, references). DELIVERABLE (test): 1 main image + 1 lifestyle + 1 infographic for our DRYBOX (box-format room dehumidifier). We provide product photos, logo, brand colors and copy. Fixed $200, 7 days, source files included. IF THE TEST MATCHES THE BAR: ongoing monthly work across our full catalog (14+ products, 5 marketplaces) - main images, secondary images, A+ Content. IN YOUR PROPOSAL, include: 1) 2-3 links to LIVE Amazon listings you designed (not portfolio mockups) 2) Confirmation that you work solo - no agencies, no subcontracting 3) Your CGI/3D workflow (Blender, KeyShot, AI compositing - tell us what you use) Proposals without live Amazon listing links will be declined.

Canva + Claude Automation Specialist for Reusable Instagram Carousel System
I’m looking for someone who understands Canva template systems, automation, and Claude/AI workflows to help me build a repeatable Instagram carousel process for my brand. I already have an established visual identity, including brand colors, fonts, logo files, sample slides, and a clear carousel style. I am not looking for a designer to create one-off Instagram posts. I want a system I can reuse over and over with new copy. The goal is to create a small library of reusable Canva slide templates for different content needs, such as short-copy slides, medium-copy slides, longer educational slides, emphasis/punchline slides, cover slides, and CTA slides. I would like the overall design to stay consistent while accommodating different amounts of text. I also want help setting up the most efficient possible workflow between Claude and Canva, so that I can provide carousel copy and generate finished or nearly finished slides without manually redesigning every carousel. Ideal deliverables: * Reusable Canva carousel master/template system * Several predefined slide-layout types for different text lengths * Locked brand colors, typography, logo placement, handle placement, and recurring graphic elements * A workflow for getting new carousel copy into those templates efficiently * Claude + Canva integration/setup, if appropriate * Clear written instructions for using the system * Ideally, a short Loom/video showing the workflow once it is set up Please answer these questions when applying: 1. Have you personally built automated or semi-automated Canva template systems? 2. Have you personally used Claude with Canva or another AI-to-Canva workflow? 3. Can you show me an example of a template system where the design stays consistent while the text changes? 4. How would you handle slides with significantly different amounts of copy? 5. What Canva plan or other software would you recommend for this workflow? 6. Would I be able to use the finished system myself without needing a designer for every carousel? I’m especially interested in someone who understands that the objective is consistency + speed, not AI-generated artwork that looks different every time.

I’m now looking for someone who can take that foundation and turn it into a cohesive, distinctive, and highly professional brand system that truly amplifies the brand. I’m looking for an experienced activewear/technical designer to create a production-ready tech pack for a pair of women’s running shorts for my activewear brand.
The shorts are already conceptually designed, so I’m primarily looking for someone who can refine the construction and translate the design into a detailed, manufacturer-ready tech pack. The design includes: * High-waisted supportive waistband * Contrast/color-block detailing * Lightweight, flowy outer short * Built-in compression shorts * Functional construction suitable for running and training * Branding/logo placement and trim details I need someone with experience in activewear who can do more than simply document the design. I’m looking for a designer who can: * Recommend appropriate fabrics, GSM, trims, elastic, and construction methods * Determine production-feasible ways to achieve color-block or contrast details without unnecessary seams or bulk * Flag anything that may be difficult, expensive, or impractical for a manufacturer and suggest alternatives * Consider performance, movement, durability, comfort, and manufacturing when developing the construction * Provide clear construction callouts, measurements/specs, BOM, stitching/seam details, artwork/branding placement, and other information needed for sampling * Communicate and answer brief technical questions during the project The goal is to provide the finished tech pack directly to activewear manufacturers for quoting and sample development, so it needs to be detailed and production-ready. I would prefer a fixed-price project with the number of included revision rounds clearly established before beginning. Please include your estimated turnaround time and examples of activewear tech packs you have created, preferably pieces that have gone through sampling or production. Client's questions:

Outbound Sales Closer - Eastern Europe - US Trade Contractors

Very few people in Eastern Europe do outbound phone sales into North America. If you are one of them, read on.
Most of the region's remote work is development, design and support. Phone closing into the US is rare, and the people who do it well are usually doing it for someone who found them by accident. We are looking on purpose. LANGUAGE Conversational English is the requirement. Not perfect, not accent-free - understandable and confident on a phone call with a contractor who talks fast, interrupts, and does not repeat himself. Plenty of closers with accents outsell native speakers because they listen better. What does not work is needing the other person to slow down. THE HOURS - READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING The calls run on US business hours. From Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, the Baltics or Georgia that means an afternoon-to-late-evening shift, not a morning one. That is the single biggest reason this role does not work for some people, and I would rather you decide now than in week three. THE ROLE Outbound phone closer. You close on the call - this is not appointment setting. You do not prospect. WHO FITS - Anyone who has carried a US outbound campaign from Eastern Europe and hit a real quota - Merchant services or payment processing. Closest match by far - you already know how to talk to an owner who resents a monthly fee. - Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack or Yelp ad sales. Same person on the other end of the phone. - Equipment finance, commercial insurance, or materials sold to trades. - Anyone who cannot work an afternoon-to-evening shift.

You are already inside US business hours. That is worth more here than it sounds.
Most people selling into the US from outside it are working a night shift. From Latin America you are not - you are in the same working day as the contractor you are calling, which means you dial when he actually answers instead of when your alarm allows. You either know this person or you don't. LANGUAGE Conversational English is the requirement. Not perfect, not accent-free - understandable and confident on a phone call with a contractor who talks fast and does not repeat himself. One thing worth spelling out, because closers are right to be suspicious of staged commissions: stage 2 pays on the billing cycle, not on a payment clearing. Some customers extend their free period by referring other contractors. That is our problem, not yours, and it will not stall your pay. Because the first month is free, your first few weeks are mostly stage-one payments, with stages two and three landing behind them. WHO FITS - Merchant services or payment processing. Closest match by far - you already know how to talk to an owner who resents a monthly fee. - Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack or Yelp ad sales. Same person on the other end of the phone. - Equipment finance, commercial insurance, or materials sold to trades. - Low-ACV transactional SaaS, $100-500/mo, one-to-three call cycles. - BPO or call-centre closers who have carried a US campaign and a real quota.

Vintage Vices is seeking a talented illustrator or graphic designer to create an original, print-ready vintage rally poster for a private Porsche road-rally event.
The poster will be given to participants as a collectible gift, so it needs to feel premium, highly considered, and worthy of framing. We are looking for true graphic design and illustration—not a generic template or AI-generated artwork. Event Details Vintage Vices Targa 2026 The Road to Luftgekühlt Miami · Savannah · Atlanta · Blue Ridge Mountains Final dates, the Vintage Vices logo, event patch, and supporting graphics will be provided to the selected designer. Creative Direction Three visual references are attached: The WhatsApp image shows the event information, route idea, and general mood. It is AI-generated and should be treated only as loose inspiration—not copied. The Tour de Cebu image is a reference for bold illustrated cars, energy, color, and rally-poster composition. The Rally Monte Carlo image is a reference for clean vintage motorsport graphics, typography, and an elevated, collector-style finish. The final artwork should combine the energy of a vintage travel/rally poster with a refined Porsche-enthusiast sensibility. Cars to Feature The poster should show three Porsche vehicles on a scenic road-trip route: Air-cooled Porsche 911 Targa — main foreground/hero car Porsche 964 Turbo — second car Longhood Porsche 911 — third car The visual journey should evoke travel from Miami through Savannah and Atlanta into the Blue Ridge Mountains. This does not need to be literal; the landscape and composition can communicate the route creatively. Scope and Deliverables 2–3 initial concept directions One selected concept refined into the final poster Up to two rounds of revisions Print-ready PDF, ideally 18 x 24 inches in portrait orientation High-resolution JPG and PNG versions for web/social use Editable source file, preferably Adobe Illustrator or layered Photoshop Full commercial usage rights transferred to Vintage Vices All artwork must be original and suitable for professional print production Deadline This is a fast-turnaround project: Start immediately Initial concepts due within 24 hours Final artwork due within 48 hours Please apply only if you can confidently meet this schedule.

I’m looking for an experienced Brand Strategist / Creative Director with strong naming expertise to help finalize the name and develop the visual identity for a new digital brand launching in Europe.
I already have a strong strategic and conceptual foundation for the brand, including the positioning, target audience, brand personality, core idea behind the naming direction, and initial visual references. (I’m not looking to start the branding process from zero.) What I need is someone with exceptional creative and conceptual thinking who can take this existing foundation further and translate it into a distinctive, memorable and internationally relevant brand name, followed by the logo and visual identity. Naming is the immediate priority. I’m looking for a name with a genuine idea behind it - not generic, descriptive or AI-generated suggestions. I’m particularly interested in clever naming concepts where the meaning, word construction or cultural association connects naturally back to the brand. Once the name is established, the next phase would be the visual identity and logo/wordmark, including typography, colour palette and overall creative direction. Scope: - Review and build on the existing brand/naming direction - Brand naming and development of strong naming concepts - Initial availability / obvious conflict screening for shortlisted names - Logo and wordmark - Visual identity and creative direction - Typography and colour palette - Basic brand guidelines I’m looking for someone with proven experience in both brand naming and visual identity, ideally across modern consumer, lifestyle, creative or digital brands. This is not simply a logo design project - strong conceptual thinking is essential. The detailed business concept, existing brand work, naming thinking and visual references will be shared privately with selected candidate whose experience and portfolio are a strong fit for the project. When applying, please share 2–3 relevant projects where you were personally involved in the naming process, not only the visual identity, and briefly explain the thinking behind the names. I need a graphic designer to professionally reconstruct an already-approved logo system for my software brand, Kiungo. The creative concept and visual direction are complete; this is not a logo ideation or redesign project.
The work involves rebuilding the approved Kiungo master logo and the three related product logos — Kiungo Engine, Kiungo Requests, and Kiungo Audit — as clean, scalable vector artwork suitable for web, print, merchandise, favicons, app icons, presentations, and other brand applications. Accuracy is very important. The supplied PDF contains the approved designs, colour palette, logo structure, wordmark requirements, especially the distinctive long-tail lowercase “g”, required horizontal and stacked lockups, monochrome and reversed versions, small-size icons, file formats, folder structure, and acceptance criteria. The first milestone should be the manual reconstruction of the four master horizontal logos as true vector artwork in SVG/AI format for review and approval. Once those are approved, the remaining logo variants and production assets can be created. Please review the attached PDF carefully before applying. I am looking for someone experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Affinity Designer, or similar vector design tools, with strong attention to logo geometry, typography, spacing, and production-ready brand asset delivery.

Packaging Design for Brand

I’m looking for a talented packaging designer to help develop the packaging for Roots, a premium product brand.
The project involves creating a cohesive packaging collection of approximately 8 different box variants. I already have the brand identity, logo, box dielines and a fairly clear creative direction, along with visual references that I can share with the selected designer. What I’m looking for is someone who can take that starting point and turn it into a distinctive, well-art-directed packaging system rather than simply placing graphics onto a dieline. The goal is for the boxes to feel like part of one carefully designed collection, while allowing each variant to have its own artwork, composition and character. The design will involve a strong emphasis on: - Illustration and visual storytelling - Interesting, intentional composition - Premium and distinctive presentation - A consistent visual language across the collection - Thoughtful use of colour, typography and negative space - Artwork that works well with the physical form of the box - A design that feels original rather than template-based or dependent on generic stock vectors I’m particularly interested in someone who has a strong eye for composition and illustration, and who can contribute creatively rather than only execute an existing layout. Ideally, we would first establish/refine one strong master packaging design and the overall visual language. Once that direction is approved, the same system can be developed across the remaining variants, with each box receiving its own appropriate artwork and composition. This means the 8 boxes should feel related, but not like the exact same design with a different name or colour. I’m open to your recommendations on how best to structure this process based on your experience. I will provide the final box dielines for the relevant packaging. The artwork will be professionally manufactured and may involve UV printing and gold foil finishing, so experience with physical packaging production is important. The final artwork should be properly prepared for manufacturing, including: - Accurate work on the supplied dielines - Editable vector/source files, preferably Adobe Illustrator - CMYK print artwork where applicable - Proper bleed and print setup - High-resolution linked/embedded artwork where required - Properly organised layers - Separate/appropriate artwork or spot colours for UV and foil finishes where required - Final print-ready files suitable for handing over to the packaging manufacturer The designer should be comfortable working with actual packaging dielines and production artwork, not just creating flat concepts or mockups. Deliverables - Approximately 8 packaging variants - Development/refinement of the overall packaging design language - One master packaging design - Adaptation and development of the visual system across the remaining variants - Final artwork on the supplied dielines - Editable Illustrator/source files - Print-ready production files - Properly organised artwork for special finishes such as UV and gold foil - Reasonable rounds of revisions as agreed at the beginning of the project I’d particularly like to work with someone who has experience in: - Premium packaging - Product/FMCG packaging - Illustrated packaging - Brand identity + packaging systems - Carton/box packaging - Print production and finishing Please share 2–3 relevant packaging projects from your portfolio, preferably showing the actual packaging rather than only digital mockups. I’m much more interested in the quality of your packaging work and your ability to develop a strong visual system than in the number of years you have been working. The creative direction for Roots is already partially established, so this is not a request to build the brand identity from scratch. I’m looking for someone who can understand the existing direction, bring their own design expertise to it, and elevate it into polished, professional packaging. Please provide: - A few relevant packaging projects from your portfolio - A brief description of how you would approach the 8-box collection - Your fixed quotation for the complete project - Estimated timeline - Number of revision rounds included - Confirmation that editable source files and final production-ready files will be provided - Any questions or recommendations you have after reviewing the brief I’m open to discussing the exact scope and workflow with the right designer.
