We are looking for a reliable, professional social media manager to handle our LinkedIn and Instagram presence on an ongoing basis.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and schedule 8–10 posts/month across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Create 1–2 simple short-form videos per month (Reels, LinkedIn video) — basic editing and captioning
• Design graphics and carousel posts using our brand kit (colors, logo assets provided)
• Adapt content for each platform (professional/thought leadership on LinkedIn; visually engaging on Instagram)
• Write in both English and Spanish
• Submit a weekly content calendar for attorney approval before posting
• Monitor basic engagement and flag comments or DMs requiring attorney response

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing social media for a professional services, legal, or B2B brand
• Basic video editing skills — simple Reels, text overlays, subtitles
• Strong writing skills in English and Spanish — formal but warm in tone
• Familiarity with attorney advertising ethics (no guarantees, no misleading claims)
• Canva proficiency for graphics (brand kit will be shared)

BrighterBuddy is a mobile app designed to help children with autism build confidence in communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.

I created BrighterBuddy for my daughter Rowan after seeing firsthand the need for tools that support learning across home, school, and therapy environments.

Project overview
We're a clean-living / skincare e-commerce brand (Free Living Co — a non-toxic marketplace plus our own "Live Free" skincare line). Our store currently runs on a headless front end (Plasmic + Next.js) connected to Shopify, and we're moving back to native Shopify. We want a fast, low-maintenance, conversion-focused storefront built on the Prestige theme (Shopify Online Store 2.0), customized to our brand.
Our products, orders, customers, and domain already live in Shopify, so this is a front-end migration, not a full re-platform — we're replacing the headless presentation layer with a customized Prestige theme.

Scope of work
Further customize the Prestige theme to match our brand (logo, colors, typography, layout).
Migrate the storefront off the current headless (Plasmic/Next.js) setup to the native Shopify theme, with no disruption to the existing Shopify backend.
Build two key pages: the homepage (non-toxic marketplace + founder story) and a custom "Live Free Skincare" landing page (we'll provide wireframes and copy).
Set up product and collection templates; configure a reviews app and bundle/discount pricing.
Migrate our blog/Journal and create a complete 301 redirect map from all existing URLs to protect organic search traffic.
Re-connect tracking and integrations: GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Klaviyo (email/SMS), and the Google/Shopify product feed for Merchant Center.
Implement specific conversion features we'll provide (single hero CTA, founder-story sections, reviews hidden until seeded, corrected bundle pricing with strikethrough savings, sticky mobile add-to-cart, incentivized email capture).
QA on mobile and desktop, hit a strong PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals baseline, and coordinate a clean go-live cutover.

Working model
Hybrid: you handle the technical build, theme customization, and migration; we handle content entry, product copy, and image uploads. We'll provide wireframes, a conversion brief, and brand assets up front.

Proven experience customizing Prestige (please link 2+ live Prestige builds).
Experience migrating from a headless/custom front end to native Shopify.
Strong Shopify Liquid, Online Store 2.0, performance optimization, and SEO redirect skills.
