We are in need of a SC licensed engineer to do MEP design/drawings for us for a small project in South Carolina.

We are building three small rental units, a duplex (~800 sq ft per unit, 1600 total) and a standalone unit (~1100 sq ft).

We were previously informed from the county that we are to be IRC but they made a mistake and have now informed us we need to be IBC (after we have completed ALL of our architectural design), thus creating the need for an MEP.

We have the architectural drawings 98% complete (they will be 100% complete soon) and just need a licensed engineer to do the necessary MEP for us:
Electrical
HVAC (note we plan to use mini-splits without ducting)
Plumbing
etc.

These are short term rentals that will be classified as a "hotel".
