The first file attached is a single line diagram (I have modified it slightly for this job ad to minimise what's shown but the actual mark up will be very similar) that we need modified in order for it to be visually appealing in the presentation. I have marked up on a .png what detail can be removed, the idea with this image is to re-draw the .dwg file it so it fits nicely on a single presentation slide

The second file is an isometric drawing that we need rendered to be more appealing for the presentation. I have attached the isometric drawing, as well as an example of something similar we have seen that we would like it rendered too.

Job Description:

I’m looking for an experienced draftsperson who can take hand-sketched piping layouts and convert them into clear, professional P&ID and piping drawings, including boiler room layouts, suitable for site construction.

I will provide:

Building plans (PDF / DWG)

Hand sketches showing piping routes, boiler room arrangement, equipment, and connections

Design intent and clarifications as required

You will be responsible for:

Creating boiler room layout drawings, showing equipment positioning, clearances, and piping routes

Converting hand-sketched piping layouts into accurate P&ID and piping drawings

Producing clean, readable drawings suitable for use by installers on site

Applying correct symbols, line types, annotations, and basic dimensions

Making revisions based on feedback

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with P&ID, piping, and mechanical layout drawings

Ability to produce boiler room / plant room layouts
