You’ll receive an Excel file with links to videos that need to be downloaded.
The Excel will also include the text you need to adjust in a pre-designed Canva template.
After updating the text, you’ll export the Canva design (usually a banner) and insert it at the correct time in the video.
The final video is then exported and properly named.
We often need 60–200 slightly different versions of the same base video – so this is a routine task with clear steps.
