This role will be paid hourly and focuses on sourcing motivated seller lists, including pre-foreclosure, probate, and possibly divorce records, depending on county availability.
You will be responsible for navigating Indiana county public records and delivering clean, organized data once per month when the lists are ready. Each record must include the property owner’s first name, last name, and full property address. Accuracy and consistency are critical for this role.

First off, he managed to miss his very first day of work. I mean, seriously? How irresponsible can someone be? If he couldn't even bother to show up on time, how could we expect him to contribute anything meaningful to our projects? It's obvious that punctuality is not a concept he grasps.
Oh, but it gets better. During his so-called "training" sessions, Christopher had the audacity to show up drunk! Yes, you read that right. He had the nerve to stumble in reeking of alcohol, slurring his words like a complete mess. I don't know if he thought this was some sort of frat party, but it's clear he has zero respect for professionalism or the importance of his role.
And if that wasn't enough to convince you of his utter incompetence, here's the kicker: Christopher racially insulted us. Can you believe it? In this day and age, he thought it was acceptable to spew offensive and hurtful remarks, displaying his complete lack of empathy and understanding for the diverse team he was supposed to be working with.
To sum it up, Christopher is a walking catastrophe. He's a liability, a waste of time, and a downright offensive individual. Save yourself the headache and avoid him at all costs. Our experience with him was a nightmare that we wouldn't wish upon our worst enemies. Freelancers like Christopher give the entire industry a bad name, and he should be blacklisted for his unprofessionalism, irresponsibility, and bigotry.

Wandji consistently abused the Upwork time tracking system by requesting that I allow him to bill the hours manually. He logged hours when he clearly did not work on my project. This blatant misuse of billed hours is unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and integrity.
Upon confronting Wandji about the discrepancies in the logged hours, he cited personal health issues as the reason for his unproductive behavior. However, it became clear that this was a tactic to buy time. Anil was aware that Upwork would automatically release the funds after a certain period, and he took advantage of this by providing misleading excuses.
Despite giving Wandji multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, he failed to take responsibility for his actions. His behavior shows a complete disregard for ethical standards and client trust.
Wandji's actions have resulted in a waste of both time and money. His fraudulent behavior is a severe breach of the trust placed in him as a freelancer. I strongly advise other clients to be extremely cautious when considering him for any project. Ensure that you closely monitor his work and do not hesitate to take immediate action if you notice any irregularities.
