Outreach Execution
• Send highly targeted, personalized cold emails on behalf of clients
(often paired with short personalized videos)
• Send from multiple owned email addresses
• Log all sends, replies, and outcomes accurately
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Monitor response rates, bounce rates, and deliverability
• Track reply quality and patterns
• Adjust targeting, contact selection, and execution when results lag

This project was a resume rewrite test: participants were asked to submit their resumes, wait for our team to complete a rewritten version, and then review it to provide feedback on our process.
In this case, it seems the instructions may not have been fully clear to him or he expected a faster turnaround; however, he was the only participant who encountered this issue, as reflected in our other reviews.
Arthur submitted his resume and, before our team could complete the rewrite, requested payment through Upwork and received it. This meant he was compensated for simply submitting his resume rather than completing the task asked of him.
Effectively, he was paid to do nothing, which is not fair to our team or aligned with the intent of the project. Since his resume holds no value to us and the purpose of this project was to gather feedback on our process, we ceased further collaboration once payment was erroneously issued.
We wish him the best in his future projects; however, we cannot leave a positive review on a project where we effectively made a donation rather than receiving the intended contribution.

The Opportunity
We're building a comprehensive equipment specification database covering construction, agriculture, material handling, heavy equipment, and more. We need an experienced data compiler to research, extract, and normalize equipment specifications from legitimate sources into structured JSON datasets.
What You'll Do
Initially we will provide you with a list of websites and sources then you will evaluate data sources for equipment specifications, assess legal compliance (Terms of Service), extract and compile data including manufacturers, models, and detailed specs (engine data, capacities, dimensions, etc.), and normalize data into validated JSON format with proper schema design.
Required Skills
Web scraping proficiency (Python: Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium/Playwright), data research and compilation experience, API integration skills, data cleaning and normalization expertise, JSON schema design, strong attention to detail, and clear communication.
Compensation & Timeline
Initially it will be hourly rate based on experience, weekly milestone payments, ongoing project-based work with potential for long-term engagement. In time, this may be project based.
