The Sales, Marketing and Administration Manager is responsible for driving growth of the institute and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The key priority is to manage enquiries generated through marketing activities, and convert them into members.

• Manage, produce and distribute marketing material via MailChimp (member and non-member newsletters).

• Manage prospects and maintain database of all prospects and their status.

• Manage and expand social media reach of the ICCP via LinkedIn.

• Contact members who do not renew their membership to find out why. Provide feedback to the team.

• Source new content for the ICCP blogs.

• Drive online traffic to the ICCP website.

• Liaise with our graphic / web designer who will support with design or technical requirements related to marketing activities.

• Perform administration tasks as required. Such tasks are predominantly connected to marketing activities that drive awareness and growth of the institute (see below for specific details).


KEY SKILLS:

• The sales part of the role requires someone who is good at connecting with people and building a rapport with potential members.

• The marketing part of the role is best suited to someone who has creative ideas and the skills to execute with minimal supervision, e.g. social media, e-marketing, etc.

• The administration part of the role is best suited to someone who is highly organised and methodical in their approach to work.

REMUNERATION

We are a non-profit institute and the current team all work on a commission only basis. We recognise the key role the marketing manager plays in growing the institute and therefore offer a small retainer plus commission for this role.

As well as possessing the right qualifications and experience, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who possesses the discipline and motivation to work without needing supervision and who will tell us what we need to do and run with it.

We are a small and effective team who all work well together. It is also an added bonus that we all happen to get on personally as well! Someone who fits into this mix would be a welcome addition.

The role is ideal for someone looking for remote, part-time work and flexible hours. The right candidate must be able to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week, ideally 4 hours per day to help continuity of work.

1. Optimize my Amazon page by re-working my marketing blurb or book description copy and then transforming it, to create hooks that will help engage people looking at your page to compel them to purchase the book.

2 Do exhaustive keyword (key phrases) research and look at the best sellers in my book’s categories to create a base for advertising on Amazon and to help influence the book title/blurb. Then also use this research to tweak/optimize the 7 core keywords I use with your product setup. Our goal is to use words with the highest level of monthly searches and the lowest competition. They will only be words that are relevant to your book. In addition, this list has no limit on how many keywords or competitor products we want to use when it comes to advertising. ( You will provide me with this list after you have completed the research for my files and you will review this with me.)

3 You will research your book’s categories on Amazon to give my book the maximum amount of exposure with audiences that are exactly on target with your book and strategic categories where you can attain best-selling status with your sales. Once you have the list pulled, you will discuss it with me and then we can input these into Amazon so we can have up to 3 categories per format.

4 You will work with me to embellish the page with A+ content graphics that you have designed.

5 You will set up my Amazon Advertising campaigns in the US/UK with all keywords and best-sellers competitive titles from my book’s categories. This will enable my book to be seen in searches when these keywords are searched or when the competitive titles are searched.


PS. I do not want ot buy your guide on how to do this, i dont want you to create me a strategy document with a million words and loads of links, I want guiding through it by you. Also make sure your proposal cost is for the job, not weekly or monthly, I do not have 10,000$ for reviews.
