I’m launching an online store to sell physical products and need a complete e-commerce website built from the ground up. The look and feel should be clean, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused, with intuitive navigation so customers can move from product discovery to checkout without friction.
Core functionality I expect: • Shopping cart that updates in real time • Secure payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable option we can discuss) • Product pages that allow customers to leave verified reviews I’m flexible on the platform—whether you prefer Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or another robust solution—as long as it scales smoothly and lets me manage inventory and orders without technical headaches. After launch, I should be able to handle routine tasks like adding new products, adjusting prices, and viewing sales analytics without decoding code. Please outline your recommended tech stack, design approach, and a realistic timeline in your proposal. If you have a portfolio of live stores, share a couple of links so I can gauge user experience and performance. Once we agree on the framework, I’ll supply branding assets, product images, and copy. You hand off a polished, secure site ready to accept orders—and a brief walkthrough so I understand the admin dashboard. Skills: PHP, Website Design, Magento, eCommerce, HTML, Shopify, WooCommerce, Web Development

About NIOSA
NIOSA is an emerging fashion and lifestyle brand and the fashion house within the larger NIOLAND creative world. Our philosophy is centered around self-expression, intentional living, and self-possession, expressed through the brand statement: Uniform for the Sovereign. We are preparing for our initial launch and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shopify E-Commerce Assistant / Store Manager who can help manage the operational side of our Shopify store while working closely with the founder and creative team. This is ideal for someone who understands fashion, streetwear, luxury/premium ecommerce, Shopify, and strong visual presentation. The Role I am the founder and creative director and currently handle much of the brand direction, product development, campaigns, and creative work myself. I am looking for someone who can take ownership of much of the day-to-day Shopify and ecommerce administration, allowing me to focus more heavily on growing and creatively directing NIOSA. This person does not need to define the creative direction of the brand. Instead, you should be able to take an established visual direction and execute it accurately. Responsibilities You will help with: * Shopify store administration and ongoing maintenance * Creating and updating product listings * Uploading product images and organizing media * Product descriptions, tags, collections, variants, pricing, sizing and inventory settings * Organizing products into NIOSA’s existing categories and product families * Maintaining navigation, menus, collection pages and site organization * Managing Shopify apps and helping identify unnecessary or conflicting apps * Troubleshooting basic Shopify issues * Coordinating print-on-demand product setup and synchronization * Checking product availability and fulfillment settings * Reviewing product pages for errors before launch * Creating discount codes and promotional offers * Setting up launch products and scheduled releases * Updating homepage banners, campaign imagery and featured collections * Basic theme customization when necessary * Ensuring desktop and mobile presentation remain clean * Checking links, buttons, checkout flow and overall customer experience * Managing basic SEO fields, metadata and image alt text * Helping maintain email/SMS integrations where applicable * Assisting with customer reviews and review apps * Creating basic Shopify reports and helping track store performance * Supporting launch-day updates and ecommerce operations Light Creative / Content Support Creative ability is a major plus. Ideally, you are comfortable with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar platforms and can help with: * resizing campaign imagery * preparing website banners * formatting product imagery * simple social graphics * email graphics * basic image cleanup * organizing campaign assets * uploading editorial/lookbook content * maintaining visual consistency throughout the site You do not need to be the primary designer or creative director. You do need good taste and strong attention to visual detail. What I’m Looking For You should have strong experience with Shopify and understand how an ecommerce business operates beyond simply uploading products. Experience with fashion, streetwear, luxury, apparel or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred. You should be: * highly organized * responsive * proactive * detail-oriented * comfortable learning an established brand system * capable of working independently * visually aware * comfortable asking questions when necessary * able to catch mistakes before customers do * interested in building a long-term working relationship I especially value someone who can eventually say: “I’ve got the Shopify side handled.” rather than waiting for instructions for every small task. Platforms / Skills That Are Helpful Strong knowledge of several of the following is preferred: Shopify, Shopify Themes, Shopify Apps, Shopify Markets, Shopify Analytics, product/collection management, print-on-demand workflows, Klaviyo or Shopify Email, Meta integrations, Google Merchant Center, basic SEO, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, email marketing, reviews, customer experience and ecommerce merchandising. Experience with Tapstitch is a plus, but not required. Initial Projects The first phase will focus on preparing NIOSA for launch. This may include: 1. Reviewing the existing Shopify store. 2. Identifying problems or improvements before launch. 3. Cleaning up products and collections. 4. Reviewing product variants, pricing and inventory. 5. Checking print-on-demand integrations. 6. Reviewing mobile and desktop presentation. 7. Organizing navigation. 8. Checking Shopify apps and integrations. 9. Preparing campaign/product assets for the site. 10. Testing the complete customer journey from homepage → product → cart → checkout. 11. Creating a launch checklist. 12. Helping maintain the store after launch. Working Relationship I am looking for someone who can potentially grow with NIOSA. Initially, this will likely be a part-time/freelance position, with responsibilities expanding as sales and the brand grow. The right person could eventually become a long-term member of the ecommerce team.

# Client Success & Sales Operations Coordinator
**Remote | U.S. Pacific Time Hours | Music, Merchandise & E-commerce** Unified Artist Services is looking for a highly organized, proactive **Client Success & Sales Operations Coordinator** to make sure every sales inquiry, quote, client request and follow-up is handled quickly and professionally. We work with artists, managers, labels and brands across merchandise, apparel production, vinyl/CD manufacturing, e-commerce, fulfillment and touring. This is **not a traditional virtual assistant position**. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of incoming opportunities and client communication so that nothing gets forgotten or falls through the cracks. ## Your Main Responsibility Your job is simple: **Make sure every legitimate sales inquiry and client request has an owner, a next action and a follow-up date.** If a potential customer emails us asking for 2,000 shirts, vinyl pricing, fulfillment, a webstore or another service, you make sure that opportunity keeps moving until we either win the business or receive a clear no. You will work closely with our CEO and our internal production, creative, finance and e-commerce teams. ## What You Will Do * Monitor incoming sales inquiries and client requests. * Respond quickly and professionally to new customers. * Qualify leads and gather missing information such as quantity, deadline, artwork, product requirements and shipping destination. * Enter and maintain opportunities in **Close CRM**. * Make sure every opportunity has a clear next step and follow-up date. * Follow up on quotes that have been sent. * Chase unanswered opportunities professionally. * Coordinate internally with our team to get customers the answers they need. * Make sure client questions do not sit unanswered. * Escalate important opportunities to the CEO when needed. * Help prepare information for quotes and proposals. * Track opportunities from first inquiry through sale. * Keep CRM records clean and accurate. * Help organize communication coming through Gmail, Slack/Google Chat and our internal platform. * Identify situations where a customer request needs to become an internal task. * Provide a simple daily summary of new inquiries, follow-ups, opportunities and anything requiring CEO attention. ## How You Will Work With Our Team You will not be expected to know every technical answer. Instead, you will know **who owns the answer and make sure the customer receives it.** For example: * Artwork / creative questions → coordinate with our creative team. * Production timing / garment questions → coordinate with operations. * Invoices / payments → coordinate with finance. * Shopify / webstore / POD → coordinate with our e-commerce team. * Shipping → coordinate with logistics. * Large or strategic opportunities → involve the CEO. **You own the follow-through. The specialist owns the technical answer.** ## Tools We Use Experience with these is helpful: * Gmail / Google Workspace * Close CRM * Slack / Google Chat * Shopify * Project management or task-management software * ChatGPT / AI tools You do not need experience with every tool, but you should be comfortable learning new software quickly. ## The Person We Are Looking For You should be: * Extremely organized. * Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do. * Excellent at follow-up. * Comfortable communicating with customers. * Confident asking internal team members for information. * Detail-oriented. * Commercially minded. * Able to recognize when an inquiry could become meaningful revenue. * Comfortable working independently. * Calm when multiple projects are moving at the same time. * Excellent in written and spoken English. You should be the type of person who naturally thinks: **“Who owns this? What happens next? When am I following up?”** ## Important We do **not** want someone who needs the CEO to remind them to follow up. If a quote was sent three days ago, you should already know it needs attention. If a client is waiting for an answer from another team member, you should be following up internally without being asked. If an important opportunity comes in, you should recognize it and make sure it gets immediate attention. ## Working Hours You must be able to work substantial overlap with **Los Angeles / Pacific Time business hours**. This is important because our clients and production team are primarily working during U.S. business hours. We also use video calls regularly, so you should be comfortable working with your camera on when required. ## Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable Experience in any of the following is a plus: * Client Success * Account Management * Sales Operations * CRM management * Customer service * E-commerce * Merchandise / apparel * Music industry * Printing / manufacturing * Shopify * Fulfillment / logistics Industry experience is helpful, but **strong follow-through and communication are more important.** ## Initial Responsibilities During your first weeks, you will learn: 1. Unified's services. 2. How we price and quote common projects. 3. Who on our team handles each type of request. 4. How we use Close CRM. 5. How we manage customer communication. 6. How and when to escalate something to the CEO. 7. How we track every opportunity until completion. Our internal software and AI systems are also being developed to make this role increasingly efficient. ## To Apply Please answer these questions: 1. Tell us about a role where you were responsible for making sure leads or customers were followed up with. 2. Which CRMs have you used? 3. How would you handle a customer who received a quote four days ago but has not responded? 4. If a customer is waiting on information from an internal employee who has not responded to you, what would you do? 5. Are you available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours? 6. What hourly rate are you looking for? 7. Please send a short video introduction explaining why you would be good at this role. We are looking for someone who can eventually become a very important part of our client and sales operation.

We are ideally looking for someone based in Eastern Europe or a similar time zone. If the first project goes well, there is a strong possibility of ongoing Shopify development work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of paid media, marketing technology, and lifecycle email — not just plan strategy, but execute it. You'll run Meta as a primary acquisition channel, build and maintain the technical backbone that makes attribution and testing possible, and manage a high-volume email program that carries meaningful revenue on its own.
We need someone equally comfortable in Ads Manager, in Klaviyo, and in the tracking/integration layer that connects them — someone who treats every campaign and every flow as a hypothesis to be tested, not a set-and-forget asset. What You'll Own Meta Ads & Paid Advertising Management Full ownership of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day management across prospecting, retargeting, and retention audiences Build and scale campaign structures (CBO/ABO, audience segmentation, creative rotation) that maintain efficiency as spend grows Manage creative briefing and iteration cycles in partnership with designers/copywriters, translating performance data into clear creative direction Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and contribution margin by channel and campaign; report on performance with clear, non-fluff insight rather than vanity metrics Explore and pilot adjacent paid channels (Google, TikTok, Pinterest) where they extend Meta's performance rather than compete with it Sales/Marketing Engineering Own the tracking and attribution stack: pixel implementation, server-side/CAPI events, UTM architecture, and conversion API integrations across ad platforms Build and maintain integrations between ad platforms, Klaviyo, Shopify (or equivalent), and analytics tools so data flows cleanly without manual reconciliation Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, deliverability issues, and data integrity problems before they distort decision-making Evaluate and implement martech tools (CDPs, testing platforms, landing page builders) that remove friction from the funnel A/B Testing & Experimentation Design and run a continuous testing program across ad creative, landing pages, offers, and email — with clear hypotheses, statistical rigor, and documented learnings Prioritize tests by expected impact and build a repeatable framework the rest of the team can use Turn test results into standard practice quickly; kill underperforming variants without sentimentality

Over the next 15 days I intend to put a fully-functioning Shopify dropshipping store online and drive it to a stable net profit target of about $500 per month. Every stage—from product discovery through to customer acquisition—has to be covered, because I’m starting from absolute scratch and am open to any product category that can prove itself profitable.
Here is how I picture the engagement: • Product sourcing: research, supplier outreach, sample checks, and final supplier selection. • Store setup & design: build the Shopify storefront, optimise theme, load products with high-converting copy, connect payment and shipping apps. • Marketing & promotion: craft the launch strategy (Facebook/Instagram ads, email flows, influencer or UGC if it makes sense), set up tracking pixels, and run the first campaigns. Acceptance criteria 1. Store is live on my Shopify account with at least 15 tested products. 2. Supplier agreements in place and order flow tested end-to-end. 3. Ad creatives, audiences, and email sequences ready and scheduled. 4. First round of campaigns launched and reporting dashboard set up so I can monitor progress toward the $500/month net profit goal. Clear, documented SOPs or screen-share videos for every recurring task will be required so I can run the operation confidently after hand-off. Let me know your outline and timeline for hitting these deliverables within the 15-day window, plus any proven tactics you plan to use to reach profitability quickly. We run a premium furniture e-commerce brand on Shopify (custom-coded theme). We're preparing for Q4/Black Friday and want to elevate the site's visual design to feel more premium while significantly improving conversion rate (CRO).
What we need: - A redesign pass on key templates: homepage, product page (PDP), and cart/checkout flow - A more premium, high-end visual direction (think elevated DTC furniture brands clean typography, refined spacing, subtle premium details) rather than a generic "sale-heavy" look - Concrete CRO improvements: trust signals, clearer value proposition, optimized add-to-cart flow, mobile-first attention to detail - Recommendations on structure/copy where relevant, not just visual polish Deliverables: - Updated Shopify sections/templates (Liquid), implemented on a duplicated draft theme (never touching the live site directly) - Before/after reasoning for key changes we want to understand the "why" behind CRO decisions, not just receive a new look - Mobile and desktop both fully polished Ideal skills: - Strong Shopify Liquid / Online Store 2.0 development experience - Proven CRO/UX background please share real before/after results or metrics from past work, not just visual portfolio pieces - Experience with premium/DTC furniture, home goods, or similar lifestyle brands is a strong plus How we like to work: - Clear, incremental milestones rather than one big final reveal we review and give feedback at each step - Good async communication (Upwork messages), with occasional calls if needed - We're hands-on and involved in decisions looking for a collaborative partner, not a black-box agency Store name and URL will be shared privately with shortlisted candidates before or during the interview. Timeline: We'd like meaningful progress before the Q4/Black Friday period, so availability in the coming weeks matters. If this initial project goes well, there's strong potential for this to turn into an ongoing/recurring collaboration (regular design updates, seasonal campaigns, continuous CRO improvements). As new products are added to the store over time, all pages and product templates must remain fully consistent in style same layout structure, typography, and visual treatment (including product photography background) across the entire catalog.

We are launching **Restaurant Equipment Depot**, an ecommerce store selling commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, bars, caterers and food trucks.
This is **not** a simple online catalog. The core of the business is a **B2B quote workflow**: many of our products are high-ticket, freight-shipped, and priced per project. Customers must be able to build an equipment list, request a quote, receive a revised quote from our sales team, approve it, and convert it into an order. The site must launch **fully bilingual in English and Canadian French** — this is a hard requirement, not a phase-two nice-to-have. We have a complete site architecture and page-by-page specification ready (navigation, homepage, category pages, product pages, quote flow, account portal, footer). You will build to that spec — we're looking for execution and technical judgment, not a blank-page design exercise. ### Platform We plan to build on **Shopify**, using Shopify's native B2B features (company accounts, catalogs, volume pricing, quantity rules, payment terms) plus a proper quote workflow. If you have strong reasons to recommend WooCommerce or a different approach, tell us in your proposal and explain why. ### Scope of work 1. **Store setup & custom theme** — clean, professional, commercial-equipment look. Not an obvious out-of-the-box template. Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile). 2. **Navigation & site structure** — Shop Equipment (11 categories), Brands, Deals, Restaurant Projects, Resources, About, Contact, plus persistent **Request a Quote** and **Call Us** buttons. 3. **Homepage** — announcement bar, prominent search, hero, category tiles, featured brands grid, featured products, "Opening a Restaurant?" section, "Why Us" icon row, pre-footer quote CTA, full footer. 4. **Product pages** — image gallery (multiple angles + spec plate), specs/dimensions/electrical/certifications displayed prominently, tabbed content (Overview, Specifications, Dimensions, Features, Downloads, Warranty, Shipping, Reviews), spec-sheet PDF downloads. 5. **Three purchase paths** per product: **Add to Cart** (standard items), **Add to Quote** (complex/high-value equipment), **Request Project Pricing** (large projects). Plus "Call for Pricing" support. 6. **Category pages** — faceted filtering by brand, type, door configuration, width, price, availability, features. Quick View, Add to Cart and Add to Quote on every product card. 7. **Advanced search** — must handle model numbers, SKUs, part numbers, brands and natural queries ("48 inch 2 door refrigerator") with refinement filters, **in both languages**. Recommend and implement a dedicated search app — better than default Shopify search. 8. **Quote system (the most important part)** — persistent quote cart with counter, quote request form (customer info, project info, business type, delivery location), **file upload** for equipment lists (PDF, XLS, DOC, images), admin-side quote management (edit quantities, add/remove items, apply discounts, add freight/installation/notes), send quote to customer, online quote view, **Accept Quote → Checkout → Order** conversion, automated status emails. 9. **Customer account portal** — dashboard, orders, quotes, reorder, invoices, addresses, company info, saved equipment, settings. 10. **Landing pages** — Restaurant Projects page (6-step process), equipment package pages (pizza, burger, bakery, coffee shop, food truck, catering, bar). 11. **Resource/blog section** — buying guides and SEO content structure with proper schema markup, with hreflang handled correctly for the bilingual site. 12. **Bilingual English / Canadian French build (required)** — language switcher, translated navigation, product titles and metafields, filter labels, quote forms, checkout and all transactional/quote emails. Correct hreflang tags, localized URLs, and language-aware SEO. **We will supply the French translations** — you are responsible for the architecture that serves them properly, not for translating. 13. **Integrations** — GA4 and conversion tracking, transactional + marketing email, abandoned cart, quote follow-ups, freight/LTL shipping logic for oversized items, and a clean path to future accounting/ERP and CRM integration. 14. **Product import** — bulk CSV import structure for catalog data, with metafields for all technical specifications in both languages. ### What we'll provide - Full written site architecture and page specifications - Brand name, logo direction and product/brand list - Product data, images and spec sheets - All content copy in English **and** French ### Deliverables - Fully functional bilingual Shopify store on our domain, staging site during development - Documented theme code and any custom app/extension code - Admin training session or screen-recorded walkthrough for our sales team on managing quotes and publishing content in both languages - 30 days of post-launch bug fixes ### Requirements - Proven Shopify experience — **please link 2–3 live stores you built**, ideally B2B, wholesale, industrial or high-SKU catalogs - Experience with Shopify B2B / company accounts and quote or RFQ workflows - **Demonstrated multilingual Shopify experience** (Shopify Markets or a translation app) — please link a live bilingual store - Liquid, Shopify theme development, metafields, Shopify APIs; custom app development a plus - Strong communication in English - Available for regular check-ins during our business hours (North America, Central Time) ### To apply, please include 1. Which platform you recommend (Shopify or other) and **why, in 3–4 sentences** 2. How you would build the quote workflow — native, app, or custom — and which apps you'd use 3. How you would handle the English/French build, including translated metafields and filters 4. Links to relevant work, including at least one bilingual or multilingual store 5. Your estimated timeline and a milestone-based price 6. Start the first line of your proposal with the word **KITCHEN** so we know you read this post We're looking for a long-term partner. After launch there will be ongoing work: catalog expansion, ERP integration, advanced pricing and new landing pages.

I run an online store and have already carried out the basics of keyword research, content tweaks, and lightweight site analysis on my own, but I am still very much a beginner. I now want a seasoned SEO specialist who can take the on-page optimisation of this e-commerce site to a professional level.
The immediate focus is on-page SEO. I need someone who can review what I’ve done so far, flag weaknesses, and implement the high-impact changes that boost rankings and conversions. Expect to look closely at meta data, product and category URLs, internal linking logic, and overall crawlability—whatever will move the needle fastest for an e-commerce environment. Key deliverables I will use to sign off the project: • A concise audit report outlining current issues and quick wins • Implementation (or clear step-by-step instructions) of the agreed on-page fixes • Verification that changes are indexed correctly and performance improves in Search Console/Analytics Experience with Shopify or similar platforms, structured data, and CRO best practices will be a plus. Please outline relevant projects you’ve completed and how you measured success. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit and will be available for prompt feedback during the whole engagement. Skills: Internet Marketing, SEO, Link Building, Marketing, Shopify, Content Strategy, Keyword Research, Website Optimization

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build a multi-tenant SaaS platform for disc golf courses.
Each course and hole will have a permanent QR code printed on its signage. When scanned, the QR code will open a fast, mobile-friendly page containing content managed by the course operator. Parks, churches, schools and other organizations will log into a customer portal and update what players see without replacing their physical signs. We have already created a detailed clickable mockup demonstrating the intended customer and player experience, which will be provided to qualified applicants. Core platform requirements: * Secure customer authentication and account invitations * Multi-tenant permissions so customers can access only their organizations and courses * Organization → course → hole database structure * Permanent QR URLs for every course and hole * Customer portal for creating, editing, previewing and publishing content * Structured experience templates for park history, Bible passages, nature facts, trivia, challenges, scavenger hunts and custom content * Image uploading and storage * Mobile-friendly public course and hole pages * UDisc and external website links * Sponsor, announcement, event and maintenance-reporting tools * Basic scan and engagement analytics * Fundraising campaigns that initially link to the organization’s approved external payment page * Disc Store administrator portal for managing customers, courses, permissions and QR codes * Reliable deployment, backups and technical documentation This is a custom web application, not primarily a Shopify theme project. Shopify may eventually be used to sell subscriptions, but the permanent course platform should operate independently on a Disc Store-controlled domain. We are open to an appropriate modern technology stack, such as React/Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL/Supabase, but applicants may recommend alternatives. The application must be secure, maintainable and capable of supporting many organizations and courses. We expect to divide development into milestones, beginning with a sellable MVP. The first phase should prioritize authentication, customer permissions, course and hole management, permanent QR pages, structured content editing, image uploads, mobile public pages and basic analytics. Advanced games, fundraising and reporting may follow in later phases. When applying, please provide: 1. Links to two or three live SaaS platforms or customer portals you have built. 2. A description of your specific role on each project. 3. Your recommended technology stack and hosting approach. 4. Experience with multi-tenant databases and role-based permissions. 5. Your estimated hours, cost and timeline for the MVP. 6. Your normal working hours and overlap with US Central Time. 7. Whether you will personally perform the work or use a team. 8. Confirmation that all source code, hosting accounts, databases and intellectual property will be owned by our company. Please begin your proposal with the words “CONNECTED COURSE” so we know you reviewed the complete description. We may ask finalists to complete a small paid pilot before awarding the full project.

I’m kicking off a new venture and need a flexible, results-driven freelancer who can plug in exactly where your strongest skills create the most impact. The brief is purposefully open right now: the work might centre on a complete website build in WordPress, Shopify or Webflow, standout graphic assets for social and ads, persuasive long-form and micro-copy, or a smart blend of all three. We’ll decide together which mix will best lift brand visibility, deepen user engagement, or nudge the sales needle.
Quality work and rock-solid communication are non-negotiable. Show me how you normally tackle similar challenges, which metrics you track, and the tangible results you’ve produced for past clients. A concise portfolio link or two is plenty as long as it clearly demonstrates your signature strength. Let me know: • Your primary discipline (dev, design, content or hybrid) • When you can jump in • A logical set of milestones you’d recommend to keep us both aligned Initial deliverables I expect: • Discovery call leading to a short project roadmap • Written milestone plan with timelines and review points • The agreed creative, technical or copy assets in their final, production-ready form • A brief wrap-up report confirming everything is live and performing as intended I’ll review every proposal carefully and follow up with the best fit to lock down scope, schedule and payment. Looking forward to seeing how your expertise can elevate this launch. Skills: PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, WordPress, HTML, Shopify, Content Writing, Web Development

Loop Subscriptions expert: retention, rewards ladders, cancellation flows

We are a DTC wellness brand on Shopify (400+ orders/day, UK, AU, EU, SG, UAE, US). Loop Subscriptions is live and working, and the Loop-Klaviyo integration is already connected. We have a Klaviyo specialist in-house who builds and maintains our email flows. What we are missing is someone who deeply understands Loop: its features, Loop Flows, the portal, and how to get the most out of the data Loop sends to Klaviyo.
What we want from you: Audit our Loop setup: selling plans, discount structure, portal, cancellation flow, dunning, Loop Flows. Tell us what is weak and why. Design and build a subscriber rewards ladder in Loop Flows (e.g. gift on order 2, discount on order 4, free product on order 6). Bring examples of ladders that lowered churn for brands you worked with. Rebuild the cancellation flow: reasons, offers per reason, pause/skip/swap options. Dunning strategy for failed payments inside Loop. Review the existing Loop-Klaviyo integration: check which events and properties are actually coming through, flag what is missing or misconfigured (e.g. order number for the ladder, pause/reactivate events), and brief our Klaviyo specialist on which triggers to build around. You do not build the emails. Portal upsells and one-time to subscriber conversion inside Loop. Reporting: which Loop analytics we should watch weekly (churn per cohort, subscriber LTV, take rate, MRR). Requirements: Minimum 3 subscription programs you have optimized on Loop (not just installed). Share store URLs and before/after churn numbers. Hands-on with Loop Flows and Loop event data in Klaviyo. Consumable products on a 30-day cycle. Multi-currency via Shopify Markets. Engagement: paid audit first (fixed price). If strong, implementation on a project basis, with option for a monthly retainer. Start your proposal with the word "ladder". Include churn numbers you achieved. Proposals without concrete results will be ignored.
