We’re hiring a Trust & Safety Removal Strategist with deep experience in platform policies (Trust & Safety / Content Policy / Legal Compliance) to lead our takedown strategy across Google, Reddit, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, social media & review platforms. If you’ve worked in Trust & Safety / Policy / Content Moderation (Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, etc.) or at an ORM / content removal firm before, we want to talk to you. Role Overview: As our Trust & Safety Removal Strategist, you will: Own and optimize our content removal strategy across multiple platforms. Translate platform policies, TOS, and legal frameworks into clear, repeatable playbooks. Work closely with our founder, legal counsel, and removal specialists to increase removal success rates in a fully legal, policy-compliant way. Act as the in-house “platform thinking” brain – understanding how Trust & Safety and Compliance teams evaluate requests, what they prioritize, and how to position our cases accordingly. This is not a shady or exploit-based role. We do not hack, fake, or pressure platforms. Everything we do respects platform policies, user rights, and the law. What You’ll Do: 1. Strategy & Playbooks Build and continually improve platform-specific removal playbooks (Google, Reddit, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, YouTube, social platforms, etc.). Define what qualifies as a strong case under each platform’s policy (defamation, harassment, privacy, impersonation, copyright, doxxing, etc.). Design SOPs for evidence collection, escalation routes, timing, and follow-up sequences. 2. Case Evaluation & Escalation Review client cases and classify the best removal angle: policy violation, legal violation, privacy, IP, etc. Draft or refine high-quality removal requests and appeals that speak the language of Trust & Safety teams. Work with our in-house lawyer to align legal letters with what platforms realistically respond to. Handle complex / high-stakes cases personally and guide our junior removals team on execution. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with our content removal specialist (technical / dev background) to match policy strategy with technical execution where needed. Work with operations to track results, win rates, and learning per platform and turn every case into a data point. Support our founder & sales team with realistic success rates, timelines, and constraints so we never oversell. 4. Continuous Improvement Stay on top of platform policy changes, regulatory shifts (GDPR, DSA, privacy laws), and enforcement trends. Suggest new angles & methods to safely improve success rates (e.g. dual-route filings, better evidence packages, better positioning). Train the team and help us scale from “founder-led know-how” to “company-level expertise.” Who You Are: You likely have experience in one or more of these: Trust & Safety / Content Policy / Content Moderation / Escalations at a major platform e.g. Google, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, review or UGC platforms. OR experience at an ORM / content removal company handling takedowns or policy-based removals. OR a background in digital law / online defamation / platform compliance / privacy with hands-on exposure to online platforms. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in any of the following: Trust & Safety, Content Policy, Content Moderation, Compliance, Digital Risk, or Legal related to online platforms. OR experience in an Online Reputation Management / content removal environment. Strong understanding of at least one major platform’s policy & enforcement processes (e.g. Meta, Google, Reddit, YouTube, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, etc.). Excellent written English – you’ll be writing requests that are clear, persuasive, and professional. Ability to work remote, ideally within European time zones (CET +/- 2h).
