The role
You’ll be the Polish voice and community lead of BringBag: creating native Polish content that converts, managing our social channels, and building a steady pipeline of creators/UGC — plus coordinating monthly short-form shoots with on-camera talent.

• Build and run a creator/UGC program: source micro-creators, manage outreach, negotiate deliverables, brief creators, track deadlines, and coordinate content delivery for performance-ready UGC.

Please avoid this customer at all cost. Speaking from my experience I received the invite to apply for the job from Khaled Alamri (a.k.a Khal - [email protected]). I've send my offer at my standard hourly rate. He accepted my proposal and send the job offer.
Although he changed the scope of work posted on the job posting (he included firmware upgrade for ArubaOS 6.5 to 8.x which I was okay with) he didn't respond to any of my messages for days. He refused to use ArubaOS Upgrade best practices and planning a well though scheduled window with the customer. When we agreed on a date to perform the required changes he failed to confirm the planned activity and after a couple of days he finally confirmed the activity. Finally, I though we were all set and ready to get started. However here is where the interesting part starts.
On the day of the activity he said that if we run into a issue and you start troubleshooting after 15 minutes of work we want you to stop the tracker and finish completing the fix. Basically he wanted for me to dedicate my time in his project without getting paid for it. But he also said hey I'm okay to give you a 40min troubleshooting window if you reduce your hourly rate for ~50%. Which I kindly rejected and asked from him to look for other freelancers and if he could please close the contract as this wasn't clearly something we did agree and talk about before. I also kindly advise him to use a fixed type contract and list the full scope of work so that he doesn't have to worry about hours in troubleshooting.
He said that you have to close the contract because I don't want to leave a bad impression. Because he knew he was wrong and wasn't being respectful of others time. Also he then went on and started disrespecting and judging my expertise and time without having to work together not one minute.
There is not a Total score of 0.00 because that is what I would've ranked this customer. Again please ignore the invites/job offers from this customer at any cost. Trust me that it is on your best interest to do so.

We’re looking for a sharp, performance-driven Media Buyer to join our team and help scale lead generation campaigns in the home improvement space (roofing, windows, ADU, HVAC, etc.).
This is a direct response role. If you live and breathe CPL, CPA, hooks, and scroll-stopping creatives, this is for you.

We are seeking a results-driven Media Ads Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role is responsible for managing ad spend, driving qualified traffic, improving conversion performance, and scaling profitable campaigns through data-driven decisions and continuous testing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
Develop audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, and campaign structures aligned with marketing goals
Monitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
Optimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and scale winning campaigns
Collaborate with creative, CRO, and marketing teams to align messaging and funnel strategy
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and reporting tools
Stay updated on platform policy changes, trends, and best practices in paid media
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Paid Media Specialist, or Digital Advertising Manager
Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Experience managing monthly ad budgets and scaling profitable campaigns
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy is a plus
