Full-Service B2B Advertising Agency Needed for Promotional Products Company
About Us
We are an established promotional products and branded merchandise company serving businesses across Canada and the United States.
We help companies source and produce custom apparel, employee gifts, client gifts, event merchandise, uniforms, promotional products, company stores, trade show materials, and complete branded merchandise programs.
We are looking for an experienced advertising and marketing agency to help us increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, book sales appointments, and build a scalable customer-acquisition system.
This is not a project for someone who only knows how to launch basic ad campaigns. We are looking for a strategic agency that can take ownership of the entire marketing process—from strategy and creative development to campaign management, lead generation, tracking, and ongoing optimization.
Primary Objectives
The agency will help us:
* Generate qualified B2B leads
* Book appointments with potential clients
* Increase awareness of Tri-Versa-Global
* Promote specific products, services, and seasonal campaigns
* Build a predictable and scalable customer-acquisition system
* Improve our online presence and marketing materials
* Develop stronger positioning, messaging, and advertising creative
* Retarget website visitors and previous prospects
* Convert leads into real sales opportunities
Target Audience
Our customers are businesses and organizations that purchase branded merchandise, including:
* Marketing departments
* Human resources and people teams
* Event and conference teams
* Procurement departments
* Office managers
* Sales teams
* Operations teams
* Business owners and executives
Potential target industries include:
* Manufacturing
* Construction
* Automotive and motorsports
* Technology
* Financial services
* Professional services
* Restaurant and hospitality groups
* Franchises
* Healthcare
* Education
* Real estate
* Associations and nonprofit organizations
We are primarily interested in companies with recurring or high-value promotional product needs, rather than individuals looking to purchase a few inexpensive items.
Scope of Work
The selected agency should be able to manage most or all of the following:
- Marketing Strategy
* Audit our existing website, brand, marketing materials, and online presence
* Develop a complete B2B marketing and advertising strategy
* Identify the best customer segments, industries, geographic markets, and offers
* Develop campaign concepts for both ongoing and seasonal advertising
* Recommend the most effective marketing channels
* Help refine our value proposition and brand positioning
- Paid Advertising
Create, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across relevant platforms, which may include:
* Google Search Ads
* Google Display and remarketing
* LinkedIn Ads
* Meta Ads
* YouTube Ads
* Microsoft Ads
* Other recommended B2B advertising platforms
We expect the agency to recommend the right channel mix based on our budget, target audience, and sales cycle.
Creative Development
* Develop campaign concepts and advertising angles
* Write ad copy, headlines, offers, and calls to action
* Design static ads, carousels, landing-page graphics, and other campaign assets
* Produce or coordinate short-form video advertisements where appropriate
* Create product-focused, industry-focused, and use-case-focused campaigns
* Develop creative that feels professional, modern, premium, and appropriate for a B2B audience
Lead Generation
* Build campaigns designed to generate qualified business inquiries
* Create lead magnets, offers, product guides, sample-kit offers, or consultation campaigns
* Develop outbound and inbound lead-generation strategies
* Build lead qualification processes
* Help filter out low-quality, consumer, or very small-quantity inquiries
* Create systems for booking qualified appointments with our sales team
Landing Pages and Conversion Optimization
* Recommend or create campaign-specific landing pages
* Improve messaging, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths
* Ensure landing pages are optimized for mobile and desktop
* Conduct ongoing conversion-rate testing
* Improve the transition from advertisement to inquiry or booked meeting
Email and Lead Nurturing
* Create automated follow-up sequences
* Develop email campaigns for new leads, past clients, and inactive prospects
* Build nurturing campaigns for leads who are not ready to purchase immediately
* Help organize leads based on industry, interest, company size, and buying intent
* Support CRM integration and lead tracking
#Appointment Setting
The ideal agency can also assist with:
* Lead follow-up
* Appointment qualification
* Calendar booking
* Outreach sequences
* Sales-development support
* Identifying and targeting high-value accounts
Please explain whether appointment setting would be handled by your internal team, a partner, or an automated system.
Analytics and Reporting
* Set up accurate conversion tracking
* Track form submissions, calls, booked meetings, opportunities, and sales
* Connect advertising data with our CRM where possible
* Provide clear reporting on campaign performance
* Report on cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per appointment, and return on ad spend
* Hold regular strategy and performance meetings
* Continuously test and optimize campaigns
We are not interested in reports that focus only on impressions, clicks, or website traffic. We care primarily about qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
Potential Campaign Categories
Campaigns may focus on services and use cases such as:
* Has proven experience marketing B2B services
* Understands longer and more complex B2B sales cycles
* Has experience generating qualified leads rather than just traffic
* Can manage strategy, advertising, creative, landing pages, and lead nurturing
* Understands Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting
* Can demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns
* Is comfortable working with high-value and recurring business accounts
* Provides proactive recommendations instead of waiting for instructions
* Communicates clearly and responds promptly
* Is willing to learn our business, products, customers, margins, and sales process
* Can test different industries, markets, offers, and campaign angles
* Is transparent about pricing, ad spend, results, and performance
Experience with promotional products, branded merchandise, corporate gifting, print, apparel, events, manufacturing, distributors, or other B2B service companies would be a major advantage.
What We Do Not Want
Please do not apply if you:
* Only provide social media posting
* Focus primarily on followers, likes, or engagement
* Use the same advertising strategy for every client
* Cannot provide examples of B2B lead-generation results
* Outsource all work without transparency
* Require us to provide every strategy, concept, and piece of copy
* Measure success only through clicks and impressions
* Cannot assist with tracking leads through the sales process
Initial Deliverables
The first phase of the engagement will likely include:
1. Review of our business, website, current marketing, and sales process
2. Competitive and target-market research
3. Recommended marketing and advertising strategy
4. Campaign plan and budget allocation
5. Tracking and analytics setup
6. Development of initial campaign offers and creative
7. Landing-page recommendations or creation
8. Launch of the initial advertising campaigns
9. Lead-nurturing and follow-up process
10. Weekly optimization and performance reporting
Engagement Structure
We are open to:
* A monthly agency retainer
* A fixed-price initial strategy and launch project followed by a monthly retainer
* A combination of management fees and performance incentives
Advertising spend will be separate from agency fees.
Please provide your recommended engagement structure and explain what is included in your pricing.
We are looking for a long-term agency partner if the initial engagement produces strong results.
How to Apply
Please include the following in your proposal:
1. A brief introduction to your agency and the team that would work on our account
2. Examples of B2B advertising or lead-generation campaigns you have managed
3. Specific results, including cost per lead, appointments generated, and revenue where available
4. The platforms and services you recommend for our company
5. How you would approach marketing a promotional products company
6. How you qualify leads and prevent low-quality inquiries
7. Whether you provide creative production, landing pages, email automation, and appointment setting
8. Your proposed monthly fee or project structure
9. Your recommended starting advertising budget
10. Your communication and reporting process
11. The expected timeline for strategy development and campaign launch
Please begin your proposal with the phrase **“B2B MERCH GROWTH”** so we know you have read the full posting.
Generic or automated proposals will not be considered.
Client's questions:
Which parts of the campaign would your agency handle directly, including strategy, ad creative, landing pages, email follow-up, CRM integration, and appointment setting?
Based on our business, which advertising platforms, target audiences, and campaign offers would you test first, and why?
Describe a B2B lead-generation campaign you managed. What was the ad spend, cost per qualified lead, number of appointments generated, and final business results?
We're seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to help recover traffic and boost online sales after migrating from BigCommerce to Shopify. Our rankings and organic traffic have dropped significantly, so we need someone who can take a comprehensive view of our website and marketing, not just manage Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in Shopify SEO, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and conversion rate optimization. We value someone who can identify site issues, prioritize improvements, and attract targeted customers without increasing ad spend. Our products are in a competitive health and wellness niche, so we need advice on high ROI products and search opportunities. We're looking for a long-term partner who communicates well and is proactive with ideas. Our ongoing budget is around £200-£300 per month after initial audit/setup work.

We are looking for an experienced Fractional Marketing Lead to build and manage a campaign-driven demand generation engine for a growing digital marketing organization.
This is not a role focused solely on content creation, social media activity, or marketing coordination. We need someone who can connect marketing efforts directly to qualified pipeline, new clients, measurable revenue, and return on investment.
Role Details
Commitment: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Monthly Budget: $1,500
Initial Engagement: 90–120 days, with the opportunity for an ongoing partnership
Primary Focus: Demand generation and pipeline creation
Secondary Focus: Brand positioning and supporting marketing infrastructure
The Objective
Your primary responsibility will be to build a repeatable demand generation system that creates predictable, trackable pipeline aligned with our ideal customer profile.
The goal is for the investment in this role to pay for itself within a defined 90–120-day window through measurable pipeline and attributable new revenue.
The selected candidate should be comfortable being evaluated based on business outcomes, including:
Qualified opportunities generated
Pipeline value created
Lead-to-revenue conversion
New monthly recurring revenue influenced by marketing
Campaign performance
Marketing return on investment
Progress toward the agreed payback target
90–120 Day Payback Expectation
Our planned monthly investment is approximately $1,500, representing a total investment of approximately $4,500–$6,000 over the initial 90–120-day engagement.
Our initial target is to generate approximately $7,000–$10,000 in new monthly recurring revenue during this period, creating a clear path for the engagement to pay for itself.
Current planning assumptions include:
Average client value of approximately $2,000 in monthly recurring revenue
Estimated close rate of approximately 25%
Target of 15–20 qualified sales opportunities
Target of approximately four new clients
Payback target of 90–120 days
These assumptions are starting points and may be refined with the selected candidate based on market data, channel economics, campaign performance, and sales-cycle length.
We understand that closed revenue depends on both marketing and sales performance. However, the selected candidate will be expected to take ownership of generating qualified opportunities, improving campaign economics, and building a measurable path from marketing investment to revenue.
What You Will Own
Assess our current positioning, marketing efforts, channels, and available assets
Develop a focused demand generation strategy aligned with our ICP
Create a 90–120-day plan tied to pipeline, revenue, and payback goals
Plan and launch two to three ICP-focused campaigns within the first 90 days
Identify the strongest acquisition channels for reaching qualified prospects
Develop campaign messaging, offers, funnels, and conversion paths
Coordinate or oversee required content, landing pages, email sequences, and campaign assets
Implement lead tracking, attribution, and lead-to-revenue reporting
Work closely with sales and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion
Monitor cost per lead, cost per qualified opportunity, pipeline value, conversion rates, and expected revenue
Provide clear reporting on progress toward the 90–120-day payback target
Establish a repeatable demand generation playbook rather than relying on one-time efforts
First 90-Day Success Criteria
By the end of the initial 90 days, we expect the selected candidate to have:
Launched two to three focused demand generation campaigns
Implemented clear lead-to-revenue tracking
Generated a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Built sufficient qualified pipeline to support the agreed revenue target
Identified the most effective channels, messages, and offers
Established a repeatable campaign and reporting process
Demonstrated measurable progress toward the 90–120-day payback goal
Created a clear plan for scaling the channels producing the strongest ROI
Ideal Background
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:
B2B demand generation
Digital marketing agencies, white-label services, SaaS, or professional services
Lead generation for recurring-revenue businesses
Developing and executing ICP-driven campaigns
Marketing attribution and revenue reporting
Campaign budgeting and payback-period analysis
Paid acquisition, outbound, partnerships, email marketing, webinars, or other pipeline-generating channels
Working with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Managing fractional or part-time marketing leadership engagements
What We Are Not Looking For
This role may not be a fit if your experience is primarily limited to:
Posting on social media without clear pipeline accountability
Brand awareness campaigns without measurable conversion goals
Managing activity metrics without connecting them to revenue
Producing content without an acquisition or distribution strategy
Reporting impressions, clicks, or engagement without measuring business impact
Recommending long-term marketing initiatives without early validation or measurable milestones
To Apply
Please include the following in your proposal:
A brief example of a B2B demand generation initiative you led.
The marketing investment, pipeline value, revenue, and payback period achieved.
The channels you would initially evaluate for this engagement and why.
How you measure marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
How you would approach achieving payback within 90–120 days.
What you would aim to accomplish during the first 30, 60, and 90 days.
Your weekly availability and proposed monthly engagement structure.
Please begin your proposal with the phrase “Revenue-Focused Marketing” so we know you have reviewed the full description.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can move quickly, test thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and build a demand engine that produces measurable business value.

Job title
Social Media Manager & Copywriter — Campaign Management for a Real Estate Conference (Hebrew + English)
Description
We're a digital agency in Israel handling the marketing for the Israeli Building Center (מרכז הבנייה הישראלי) — a 50+ year old industry body serving Israel's construction and real estate sector — and its flagship annual event, the Eilat Real Estate City Conference (December 15–17, 2026, Dan Eilat Hotel: 3 days, 5 halls, 30 panels, 250+ leading real estate companies, 23+ key speakers).
I'm looking for one freelancer who can own the day-to-day marketing of this project — plan and run the paid campaigns, write the copy, and produce and publish native content for each social network. This is a hands-on doer role, not a strategy-deck role. I need someone who takes the project off my desk, not someone I have to manage.
What you'll own
1. Campaign management
Build, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (Search + YouTube), and TikTok where relevant. Audience building and segmentation (developers, contractors, architects, real estate agents, suppliers, municipal and government), lead-gen forms, retargeting, A/B testing, budget pacing, clean UTM tagging, and a weekly performance report. Leads land in our CRM — you own attribution being readable.
2. Copywriting
Landing page copy, multiple ad variants per campaign, email and newsletter, WhatsApp broadcast messages, speaker and panel announcements, registration-push sequences, and sponsor-facing materials.
3. Social — per network, natively
A real content calendar, not one post cross-posted five times:
LinkedIn — B2B authority content, speaker spotlights, panel teasers
Facebook — community, event page, industry groups
Instagram — Reels, carousels, stories, behind-the-scenes
TikTok / YouTube Shorts — short vertical cuts from event footage and speaker clips
YouTube — session recordings, trailers, recap films
Includes light editing of supplied video and photo assets into per-platform cuts.
4. Project coordination
Maintain a shared content calendar, hit the countdown milestones toward December, flag what you need from us (assets, approvals, speaker details) early, and send one written weekly update.
Requirements
3+ years running paid social campaigns with real budget responsibility. Show me accounts and results, not certificates.
Native or fully fluent Hebrew writing. The primary audience is Israeli B2B — the copy has to read like an Israeli wrote it, not like a translation. Strong English as well, for the site's English version and the international audience.
Proven B2B or event/conference marketing experience. Real estate, construction or professional-conference background is a strong plus.
Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and a scheduling tool (Meta Business Suite / Buffer / Later).
Can produce publish-ready creative — you're not a full designer, but you can cut a Reel, resize and caption a graphic in Canva / CapCut / Figma, and have it look sharp.
Understand RTL and Hebrew typography — Hebrew that breaks, reverses or gets clipped inside a graphic is an automatic reject.
Overlap with Israel business hours and fast on WhatsApp/Slack.
Nice to have
Video editing (Premiere / CapCut), marketing automation, sponsor and exhibitor communications, basic SEO, experience working inside a client CRM, familiarity with the Israeli real estate market.
What you get from us
A full brand book and logo pack, an existing asset library (event photography, video, 114 sponsor logos, 23 professional speaker headshots), a live bilingual conference site we build and maintain (eilat.building.org.il), a CRM that captures the leads, and fast approvals. You bring the plan and the execution.
Engagement
We start with a paid test task — one campaign brief plus three sample posts for three different networks, in Hebrew ([X hours / $X fixed]). If it's a fit, we move to an ongoing retainer of roughly [15–25] hours/week through December 2026, with real potential to continue into the organization's other projects (additional conferences, a professional college, industry events).
To apply, answer these
Link to 2–3 campaigns you personally ran — audience, budget, and outcome (leads / CPL / registrations — not impressions).
Write 2 short Hebrew ad variants (max 30 words each) for this conference, targeting a real estate developer.
Which network would you prioritize for this audience, and why?
Your weekly availability and your monthly rate.
The tools you actually work in day to day.
Please don't send a generic proposal. Applications without the Hebrew writing sample won't be reviewed.

Seeking a Klaviyo expert to enhance email marketing for fashion brands on Shopify. Responsibilities include optimizing email flows, creating engaging campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The role requires collaboration with designers to ensure brand consistency and involves A/B testing to improve results. Experience with Shopify and fashion brands is essential.
An established ecommerce brand is preparing to expand beyond Amazon and grow direct sales through its own website. We’re looking for a senior Facebook and Instagram Ads strategist who can assess the business and develop a practical roadmap for launching and scaling Meta Ads profitably.
The project will involve reviewing the products, margins, website, offers, customer journey, and tracking setup before recommending the right campaign structure, creative angles, audiences, retargeting approach, testing plan, budgets, and funnel improvements. This will begin as a strategic engagement, with the potential to develop into an ongoing account management and optimization partnership for the right person.

Work closely with management and the sales team to maximize opportunities and improve conversion rates.
Help identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling to existing customers.
Meet established activity, follow-up, appointment-setting, and sales goals.
Marketing & Social Media
Manage and monitor the company's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
Create and coordinate engaging photos, videos, project highlights, before-and-after content, educational posts, and promotional materials.
Assist with planning and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar.
Monitor engagement, comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactions and respond professionally.
Monitor Google Business Profile and other online marketing channels.
Coordinate with our external marketing agency to provide project information, photos, videos, promotions, and content.
Assist with email and other marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and re-engage existing customers.
Use AI tools to assist with content creation, scheduling, research, and marketing analysis.
Monitor marketing performance and help identify opportunities to improve lead generation and engagement.

We run a B2B outbound lead generation agency and are looking for an experienced SEO specialist (or agency) to help us attract organic traffic from Google.
Current situation:
Right now, 100% of our website visitors come through referrals. We have ~23 active users and 36 page views per week - all from direct/referral traffic, zero from organic search.
Our goal:

Full SEO audit of the current website
Keyword research relevant to B2B lead generation / outbound services
On-page optimization (meta tags, headings, page structure, content)
Technical SEO fixes
Content strategy to support organic growth
Monthly progress tracking and reporting
What we have:
Google Analytics (GA4) is already set up. Current stats: 23 active users, 36 views in the last 7 days - solid baseline to track progress from day one.
Who we're looking for:
We're open to both individual specialists and agencies. What matters most is experience with B2B service websites and a proven track record of growing organic traffic.
Budget:
$500–$1,500 to start (open to discuss ongoing monthly retainer for the full 6-month engagement)

Hi there!
We're seeking for an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to help manage and grow our TikTok Shop.
Your responsibilities will include managing the shop, optimizing product listings, handling affiliate campaigns, working with creators, monitoring performance, and helping increase sales.
Requirements:
Experience managing TikTok Shops
Knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center
Experience with affiliate marketing and creator outreach
Good communication and attention to detail
Available to start immediately
When applying, please share:
Your experience with TikTok Shop
Results you've achieved for previous clients
Any examples of shops you've managed
We're looking for someone reliable who can help us grow our TikTok Shop and become a long term partner.
We sell supplements to dogs. Well, to their people. The dogs just get the good part.
We're Fifth & Fido. We make dog supplements that actually work, and about 65% of our revenue comes through Amazon. We're at a ~$5M run rate, profitable, and small on purpose — lean, AI-first, no committees.
Here's our problem: Amazon is our biggest channel and nobody owns it. It's been managed, It hasn't been grown. Meanwhile we have 3 new products in the pipeline waiting for someone who knows how to actually launch a SKU instead of just hitting "publish."
That's the job. Grow Amazon in 90 days. Then take that playbook to every other marketplace we sell on.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY OWN
The Amazon P&L view — revenue, ad spend, TACoS, profitability. You report the number and you own the number.
PPC, end to end — Sponsored Products, Brands, Display. Build it, cut it, scale it. Efficiency first.
Catalog & listings — titles, bullets, A+, images, backend keywords, variations. Suppressed listing at 9am? Fixed by noon.
3 launches — keyword research, launch pricing, review velocity, Vine, ranking plan. Zero to page one.
Marketplace expansion — once Amazon is humming: Tiktok shop, meta, Chewy.
The flywheel — our TikTok content drives Amazon demand. You need to understand that connection, not just Seller Central.
WHAT YOU DON'T OWN: inventory planning, supply chain, suppliers, customer service. Other people handle that. You handle growth.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
3+ years running Amazon Seller Central for a 7–8 figure brand — owned it, not reported on it
PPC results you can show with real before/after numbers on TACoS or ROAS
You've taken a new SKU from zero to page-one ranking. More than once.
Fluent, professional English — written and spoken. You'll be on calls with the founder and writing customer-facing listing copy that ships without edits.
US est Work Hours — full overlap with US business hours. This one is a hard requirement.
You use AI tooling to move faster — keyword research, listing drafts, reporting. We're AI-first and we mean it.
Bonus: Chewy / TikTok Shop, supplements or CPG, Helium 10 or Jungle Scout fluency
HOW WE WORK
Fast. Decisions same day. You'll have real budget authority and nobody looking over your shoulder — which also means excuses don't land here. If you need 4 weeks of onboarding before you touch anything, we're not it.
Needed yesterday. We're reviewing applications as they come in and moving quickly to a paid trial project.
Client's questions:
AI is the rave these days, why do you think we should hire you over running this with Claude/AI tools? What extra do you bring to the table?
Walk me through your launch plan for a new $34 supplement SKU in a mature pet category where the top 5 sellers have 1,000+ reviews.
Amazon revenue drops 22% month over month. Sessions are flat, conversion rate is down. Give me your diagnostic approach
Amazon success requires off-Amazon traffic. How have you done that before?
What type of founder/team setup are you looking for?
I run two businesses: a custom home builder and a mortgage branch. I need one person who can do many marketing things well and sees opportunity. This person needs to be able to take an idea I share with him/her and turn it into a finished project without me managing every step. Responsibilities include building lookbooks for marketing to professionals, overseeing our GoHighLevel CRM to ensure marketing optimization, managing social media and small ad budgets (custom audiences mainly), using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and owning projects start to finish. Strong written and spoken English required. Hours: ~10–12/week the first month, then 5–8/week ongoing. Paid semi-monthly. Real growth potential for the right person.

We are building Gymfluence, an early-stage health and fitness startup focused on real human nutrition coaching.
We are looking for a hands-on content marketer who can help us find the right message and turn it into finished marketing content. You should be comfortable moving between strategy, copywriting, interviews, campaigns, social content, and video concepts.
This is an ongoing role for someone who enjoys startup work: taking ownership, working with incomplete information, moving quickly, and improving the work through feedback.
What you will help us with
Clarify our positioning, key messages, and brand voice
Write and improve website and landing-page copy
Develop content themes and campaign ideas
Create organic social content and founder-led posts
Write email campaigns, onboarding emails, and newsletters
Develop short-form video concepts, hooks, and scripts
Interview founders, coaches, and customers, then turn those conversations into useful content
Repurpose one strong idea into posts, emails, articles, scripts, and website copy
Build a practical content calendar and help us decide what to create first
Brief and collaborate with designers or video editors when needed
Ideally create simple visual content yourself using tools such as Canva or Figma
Who we are looking for
You may be a good fit if you:
Have a strong portfolio of marketing content and conversion copy
Can think strategically and still produce the finished work yourself
Have worked with startups or founder-led companies
Know how to make a new product easy to understand
Can interview people and find the useful story behind what they say
Write clear, natural English without generic marketing language
Work independently and communicate well
Balance quality with the speed an early-stage startup requires
Have experience in health, fitness, wellness, coaching, or consumer technology
We care more about the quality of your thinking and work than a specific job title.
Initial paid trial
We would like to begin with a small paid project. This may include:
A discovery interview with the founder
A review of our current website and messaging
A rewrite of one important page or section
Three content concepts, with one developed into a finished piece
Your recommended content priorities for the next 30 days
If the trial goes well, we want to continue with an ongoing engagement.
How to apply
Please include:
Two or three relevant examples of your work
A short explanation of what you personally contributed to each example
An example of a time you helped a startup clarify its message
What you can produce yourself and where you normally need design or editing support
Your availability and hourly rate
A short, specific application is better than a long generic cover letter.
We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist and Copywriter to enhance Velo, a UK startup offering transport to concerts and events. You'll develop marketing campaigns, write ad copy for Meta platforms, craft landing page content, and create social media captions. Experience in music, events, and lifestyle brands is essential. Familiarity with Afrobeats or African diaspora audiences is a plus. Please provide examples of past campaigns, ad copy, and results achieved. Include a link to your portfolio. Bonus: Share your first campaign idea for selling seats to a London Afrobeats concert.
Client's questions:
Please provide links to 2–3 marketing campaigns, Meta ads, landing pages or brands you have personally worked on
Tell us about your experience marketing consumer brands, events, music, entertainment or lifestyle businesses. What results did you achieve?
Imagine you need to sell all 53 seats on a coach travelling to a London Afrobeats concert in 14 days. Briefly describe your first marketing campaign idea.
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop and TikTok marketing specialist to help us get started in the right direction.
We recently launched our TikTok Shop for our snack and breakfast brand. Our shop is already approved and working, and we have received our first sale. However, we need help understanding how to organize, post, and promote our content so we can increase sales through TikTok.
We currently have several UGC videos, customer testimonials, product videos, and other content, but we are not sure how to use everything effectively.
We need someone who can help us with:
Creating a simple TikTok content strategy
Explaining the relationship between our TikTok account, TikTok page, and TikTok Shop
Organizing our current videos and content
Recommending what types of videos we should post
Helping us determine how often and when to post
Showing us how to tag and feature products in our videos
Explaining how to use UGC and testimonial videos in TikTok ads
Setting up or reviewing our TikTok advertising account
Recommending a beginner-friendly advertising strategy
Helping us avoid wasting money on ads that are unlikely to convert
Identifying any improvements we should make to our TikTok Shop listings
Our primary goal is to increase sales through our TikTok Shop.
We are a small company and do not have a large advertising budget, so we are looking for someone who can create a practical, affordable plan and help us focus on the most important first steps. We are not looking for a large agency or an expensive long-term contract at this time.
Ideally, you have experience with:
TikTok Shop for U.S.-based product brands
Food, snack, or consumer packaged goods brands
TikTok Ads Manager
Spark Ads
UGC and creator content
Organic TikTok growth
Converting TikTok content into product sales
Please include the following in your proposal:
Examples of TikTok Shops or product brands you have helped
Your experience using UGC videos in TikTok ads
What you would recommend as our first three steps
Whether you provide training, account setup, ongoing management, or all three
Your proposed price for an initial setup and strategy project
We would like to start with a smaller project to review our account, organize our content, create a strategy, and help us launch our first effective TikTok campaigns. If it goes well, there may be an opportunity for ongoing work.
Subject: Freelance Video Editor Contract - Short Hook Ads for gaming Factory
Hi , How are you
I hope you are doing well.
I reviewed your portfolio and was really impressed by your editing style and output quality. We believe your skills align well with the advertising direction we are taking at [Company/Project Name].
We operate as a small product development studio, and our marketing strategy relies on producing and testing a continuous volume of short ad videos (Hook Videos)—around 13 to 15 seconds long—to validate market demand before scaling up production.
Given the scale of our setup and our need for consistent volume, we work on a fixed-rate model of a maximum of $10 per video.
Project Scope & Requirements:
Video Length: 13 to 15 seconds.
Core Focus: Creating a strong visual and conceptual Hook within the first 3 seconds.
Editing Style: Fast pacing, dynamic captions, sound effects (SFX), and formatting suitable for short-form ad platforms (TikTok / Meta).
Expected Volume: [e.g., 10 to 15 videos per month].
If these terms and rate align with your expectations and workflow, we would love to start with a initial trial video to see if we can build a long-term partnership together.
Looking forward to your response so we can share the details and the first concept.

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce growth expert to help take our established cannabis packaging company to the next level.
Our website is kurebags.com. Before applying, please review the website and understand what we sell. We manufacture and sell premium cannabis packaging bags to both retail customers and wholesale businesses across the United States.
Our Goals
We are looking for someone who is confident they can help us:
Grow our website to 50+ orders per day
Increase retail sales consistently month after month
Expand our wholesale business by reaching grow shops, smoke shops, dispensaries (where applicable), hydroponic stores, and head shops across all 50 states
Build scalable systems that generate long-term growth, not short-term spikes
We are not looking for someone who wants to "try." We are looking for someone with a proven track record who can show us how they've achieved similar results for other businesses.
Experience Required
Applicants should have experience with:
E-commerce growth and scaling
Performance marketing
SEO and conversion optimization
Email and SMS marketing
Customer acquisition
Wholesale lead generation and outreach
Cannabis, CBD, tobacco, or other restricted/"gray market" advertising and marketing strategies
Finding compliant ways to grow brands in industries with advertising restrictions
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is proactive, data-driven, and hungry to grow with us. This isn't just another freelance project—we're looking for a long-term partner who wants to become part of our team and help build one of the leading cannabis packaging brands in the country.
If you're the right person, there will be ongoing work and significant opportunities as we continue to grow.
To Apply
Please include:
Examples of e-commerce brands you've helped grow
Specific results (traffic, sales, ROAS, revenue growth, etc.)
Experience working with cannabis, CBD, tobacco, or other restricted industries (if applicable)
What you would do during your first 90 days with Kure Bags
Any case studies, websites, or references that demonstrate your success
Important: Generic proposals and AI-generated applications will be declined immediately.
To show you've actually read this job posting and reviewed our website, start your proposal with the words:
"I reviewed Kure Bags."
We are only interested in speaking with applicants who take the time to understand our business before applying.
If you're confident you can help us achieve rapid, measurable growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Global Packaging & Exports (GP&E) is a family-owned crating, rigging, warehousing, and export logistics company serving industrial and manufacturing clients. We're looking for a skilled graphic designer to create professional print marketing materials — a company brochure and a set of service flyers — that communicate our capabilities and reflect the strength and reliability of our brand.
We handle heavy, high-value, and hard-to-move equipment, so the design should feel established, industrial, and trustworthy — clean lines, strong typography, and confident use of photography. This is a B2B audience (plant managers, operations leaders, procurement teams), not consumer retail, so the look should hold up in a professional, industrial setting.
What we need
A multi-page company brochure (likely tri-fold or a short multi-page booklet) presenting GP&E as a single-source partner across our four core services: Crating, Rigging, Warehousing, and Logistics.
A set of individual service flyers (one-page, front and back) — one for each core service — that can be handed out or emailed as standalone sheets.
We'd like to see an initial concept for the brochure and one flyer, then roll the approved direction out across the full set for a consistent look.
Deliverables
One company brochure (tri-fold or multi-page — open to your recommendation)
Service flyers (Crating, Rigging, Warehousing, Logistics), consistent with the brochure design
Print-ready files with proper bleed, trim, and margins (PDF/X), suitable for a commercial printer
Web-friendly PDF versions optimized for email and digital sharing
Editable source files (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator or similar) so we can update details over time
Standard sizes (e.g., 8.5" x 11" flyers, standard tri-fold brochure), CMYK, 300 DPI
What we'll provide
Company logo, brand colors, and fonts
Written copy for the brochure and flyers (headlines, service descriptions, value propositions)
Photography of our work, facilities, and team
Reference materials and examples of styles we like

We are looking for a highly experienced, native Japanese copywriter to develop and refine Japanese-language copy for grace & stella, an international skincare brand expanding its presence in Japan.
The ideal candidate will have substantial professional experience writing for the Japanese cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or personal-care industry. Direct Amazon Japan experience is preferred but not essential. Our primary requirement is proven expertise in creating persuasive, natural, and commercially effective Japanese beauty copy.
This is not a translation-only role. We are seeking a senior copywriter who can understand the purpose and emotional intent behind our English messaging, then rewrite it in a way that feels original, culturally relevant, and compelling to Japanese consumers.
The selected candidate should be able to advise us on how our brand, products, ingredients, benefits, and promotional messages should be communicated specifically for the Japanese beauty market.
About grace & stella:
grace & stella is a feel-good skincare brand offering products including:
Under-eye masks
Eye creams and eye treatments
Facial serums
Cleansers
Moisturizers
Pimple patches
Other skincare and self-care products
Our brand voice is modern, approachable, positive, and lightly playful. We aim to make skincare feel enjoyable and accessible while communicating product benefits clearly.
Our messaging should feel:
• Friendly and natural
• Modern and premium, without sounding overly formal
• Positive and confidence-building
• Lifestyle-focused rather than clinical
• Playful where appropriate, without becoming childish
• Persuasive without exaggerating product claims
• Consistent with Japanese beauty-market expectations
• Project Objective
The main objective is to establish a strong and consistent Japanese brand voice for grace & stella and improve the quality of our Japanese product and marketing copy.
The copy should not read like a direct translation from English. It should feel as though it was originally created by an experienced Japanese beauty copywriter for a Japanese skincare audience.
The selected copywriter will help us determine:
• Which English messages should be retained
• Which messages should be adapted for Japanese consumers
• Which phrases or concepts should be rewritten entirely
• How product benefits should be prioritized
• How ingredient stories should be communicated
• How playful brand language can be localized naturally
• How to balance brand personality, clarity, conversion, and compliance
The selected copywriter will be expected to:
• Review our existing Japanese copy and identify areas that sound translated, unnatural, unclear, repetitive, or commercially weak
• Rewrite English source copy into natural and persuasive Japanese
• Adapt messaging based on Japanese beauty-consumer expectations
• Maintain the personality and positioning of the grace & stella brand
• Recommend culturally appropriate alternatives when English concepts do not translate effectively
• Ensure ingredient terminology is accurate and understandable
• Write copy suitable for both brand-building and conversion
• Adjust copy based on channel requirements, including packaging, website, advertising, and marketplaces
• Flag wording that may create regulatory, compliance, or consumer-trust concerns
• Work collaboratively with our brand, design, marketplace, and compliance teams
• Explain major copywriting and localization decisions when required
• Revise copy based on internal review and feedback
• Help create consistent terminology across the full product range
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
• Native Japanese language proficiency
• Excellent Japanese copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Professional experience writing for cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, or wellness brands
• A strong understanding of Japanese beauty-consumer language and purchasing behavior
• Experience writing persuasive product and marketing copy
• Experience localizing international brands for the Japanese market
• A portfolio containing relevant Japanese-language beauty or cosmetics work
• Strong understanding of tone, nuance, emotional messaging, and cultural context
• The ability to write both concise headlines and detailed product descriptions
• The ability to understand English source copy and communicate with an international team
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
Amazon experience is considered an advantage, but deep cosmetics and beauty-copywriting experience is more important.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has worked at a senior level with:
• Established cosmetics brands
• Beauty agencies
• Japanese retailers
• International brands entering Japan
• Premium or mass-market skincare companies
• Reputable e-commerce businesses
The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, providing strategic recommendations, and challenging the original English copy when a different approach would work better in Japan.
Please begin your proposal with the phrase:
“grace & stella Japan Copywriter”
Applications without relevant Japanese cosmetics or skincare copywriting examples may not be considered.
I'm looking for someone to become my long-term content and growth partner, and I came across your work. I thought I'd reach out to see if this is something you'd be interested in.
A bit about me. I'm an MSK physiotherapist working in both the NHS and private practice, and I'm building a personal brand centred around rehabilitation, running and gym injuries, movement, mindset, lifestyle and helping people become stronger inside and out.
My goal isn't simply to grow an Instagram page. I want to build one of the most respected physiotherapy personal brands in the UK that eventually leads to more private clients, online consultations, digital products, brand partnerships, and speaking opportunities.
Some of the areas I'd love support with include:
* Planning a clear weekly content strategy
* Identifying content opportunities and recurring series
* Improving hooks, storytelling, retention, and overall content quality
* Creating a premium, consistent aesthetic through thumbnails, cover images, fonts, colours, and feed layout
* Reviewing analytics to identify what's working, what isn't, and how we can continue improving
* Challenging my ideas and providing honest feedback to make every post as strong as possible
Quality is much more important to me than quantity. I'd rather publish fewer exceptional pieces of content than post every day for the sake of consistency.
Ultimately, I want people to recognise my content immediately, trust the way I think, and see me as an authority in my field.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, I'd love to hear more about how you work, what your process looks like, and whether you think we'd be a good fit.

We sell a game called Pepper Pong.
Website: https://pepperpong.com/
It's like ping pong that can be played on any surface, but with foam balls and foam paddles. The foam slows the ball down, so anyone can play. A kid can beat an adult. Your grandmother can beat you. We went on Shark Tank and got a deal.
**Here's where we need help**
People buy the set once. It doesn't wear out. There's nothing to refill. And most people buy it as a gift for someone else. So the usual retention playbook is useless here. No subscription. No reorder. No "running low, buy again."
But here's what we keep seeing.
Someone plays a game. The other three people at the table have never played before. They love it. They go and buy their own set. Then they play with new people, and it happens again. Playing is what sells the game.
**Retention here means three things**
1. People buy accessories and extra sets.
2. People buy it as a gift, over and over, because it works for everyone.
3. People keep playing. This is the big one, because playing is what creates the content, the referrals and the next customer.
We're building a mobile app that becomes a companion to the game, which will allow you to play with other people, run leagues, keep scoreboards, and build a record of your games. The bigger idea is to take something that happens in a kitchen or a garage and bring it online, then connect it to the rest of the business: our retail stores, our online store, our creators. One experience instead of four disconnected ones.
We want Pepper Pong to be a household name. A global game. In homes, offices, schools and bars everywhere.
**The numbers you'd own**
We want someone who thinks about these every day:
- Returning customer rate. Do people buy again?
- Returning player rate. Do people play again?
We want you to get people to play the game, share the game, and buy more of the game.
**Who we're looking for**
A strategist who executes. Both, not one.
You can build the plan, and then go build the thing. You know email properly: flows, automations, segmentation. You map funnels and find the exact place people drop out.
You'd rather own something than be handed a brief.
We're an extremely lean team and we stay that way on purpose. We've built AI systems for nearly everything we do, and they're actually running the business.
We'll teach you and give you the tools. In return we expect you to use them. If you're skeptical about AI, this will be a bad fit.
**Core 5**
**Autonomy** - You own your area outright. Nobody hands you a brief, counts your hours, or asks you to justify a call that's yours to make. You'll have the tools and the room to move without waiting on anyone. If you need permission to do your job, we hired wrong.
**Intensity** - We communicate constantly and we don't do formal meetings. We move fast and we break things. There are no politics here, because the team is too small and too transparent for them to survive. The motto: if you see it, you say it, and you own it. If you own it, you do it.
**Growth** - We'll back your growth in four ways: your mindset, your network, the case studies you walk away with, and the confidence that comes from growing a business yourself. The people you'd work with have scaled companies past hundreds of millions of dollars. This one is nearly an eight-figure business, and the goal is nine figures within three years. We want someone who wants to be on that ride.
**Environment** - We hire carefully and we won't bring in someone who makes the team worse, so you'll be surrounded by people who are the best at their jobs. You can work where you want, on your own schedule, with a team that trusts you to get on with it. You'll be working on a game people actually love, which is rarer than it sounds and makes every part of this job easier.
**Money** - We pay well and we're straight about it. If you make the business more money, you make more money. This role is $2,000 per month, part-time, ongoing. Not a one-off project.
**How to apply**
Don't write a cover letter. We won't read it.
Send us a Loom video, 5 minutes or less, answering one question:
**How would you get people to keep playing?**
Tell us the first thing you'd build or do, and why. Be specific. If you have a real view on why people come back to things, that's what we want to hear.
Everyone who sends a Loom gets a reply
Client's questions:
Paste the link to your Loom video. Applications without one aren't reviewed.
