We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Creative Designer who understands performance marketing, not just design.
Your job is to create scroll-stopping, high-converting ad creatives (images first, videos later if you are fit with AI tools like Higgsfield for faceless ads) for Facebook & Instagram.

What we need:
Static ad creatives (clean, modern, high CTR)
Carousel concepts (problem → solution → CTA)
Variations for A/B testing

Creative direction (IMPORTANT):
This is NOT generic design work. We need creatives that:
Grab attention in the first 2 seconds
Trigger emotions (fear of losing customers, bad reputation, unfair reviews)
Clearly communicate the solution (fast, automated review removal process)
Feel modern, premium, and tech-driven

Examples of angles you will work with:

Your responsibilities:
Create ad concepts from scratch
Design creatives
Deliver multiple variations per concept
Think in performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)

Requirements:
Proven experience with Meta Ads creatives (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of performance marketing
Ability to create hooks, not just visuals
Experience with motion design (After Effects, etc.)
Ability to work fast and iterate

Nice to have:
Experience with SaaS or digital services
Understanding of online reputation / reviews
Basic copywriting skills for ads
