What We're Looking For
We need a social media content manager who understands the teacher, classroom decor, and DIY craft audience — someone who can create and schedule content that actually resonates with that community, not generic posts that blend into the feed.
This is not a post-and-ghost role. We want someone who thinks about what a 3rd grade teacher is looking for on a Tuesday afternoon, writes captions that feel like they came from someone who's been in a classroom, and knows how to optimize content for Pinterest search the same way they'd optimize for Google.
You're a strong fit if you:

We will provide blog post content to pin from — your job is the pin copy, scheduling cadence, and board organization. Content will naturally feature both foam board and gator board projects across relevant boards.
Instagram (12–16 posts per month)
Mix of Reels (repurposed from available video content or created in Canva), static product and project posts, and carousel posts. You write captions, select or create visuals in Canva, add hashtags, and schedule. Engage with comments within 24 hours of posting.
Facebook (8–12 posts per month)
Longer-form project posts, product features, and repurposed blog content. Share relevant posts into teacher and craft Facebook groups where appropriate.
Monthly content calendar
At the start of each month, provide a simple content calendar showing what posts are planned, when, and on which platform. This keeps us aligned and gives us visibility into what's going out.

Retainer & Growth Path

If any warning, strike, demonetization event, copyright claim, account restriction, certification issue, suspension, or other platform-related problem occurs as a direct result of the contractor's actions, negligence, misconduct, unauthorized activities, or failure to comply with YouTube policies, the contractor shall:

* Immediately notify Watchdog Group Corporation.
* Take all necessary corrective actions.
* Work diligently to resolve the issue.
* Provide regular progress reports.
* Achieve resolution within thirty (30) days whenever reasonably possible.

If the issue is determined to have been caused by the contractor's actions and is not corrected within thirty (30) days, the contractor shall refund one hundred percent (100%) of all compensation paid under the agreement, in addition to any other remedies available under the contract or applicable law.

Failure to cooperate in resolving such matters may result in immediate termination of the agreement.
