# AI Project Manager / AI Delivery Manager
AP22 is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. We build custom AI employees and automation systems for businesses. As we grow, I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the delivery process and make sure every AI agent we build is genuinely ready to go live, not simply technically functional. ## What you’ll be responsible for You will sit between the client, myself and our developers. Your role will include: * Translating client requirements and business processes into clear development requirements * Managing communication between AP22, clients and developers * Keeping projects structured, documented and moving forward * Coordinating development, testing and revisions * Creating and following detailed testing plans * Testing AI agents across normal scenarios, edge cases and failure scenarios * Checking whether the AI follows the agreed protocols, tone of voice and business logic * Identifying bugs, inconsistencies and gaps before the client sees them * Challenging developers when something doesn't meet the required standard * Making sure fixes actually solve the underlying problem rather than creating another one * Preparing agents for client testing and managing feedback through to final delivery * Making sure nothing gets missed before an agent goes live ## Who we're looking for This role requires someone who genuinely cares about quality. You are: * Highly detail-oriented and naturally thorough * Patient and calm when working through complicated problems * An excellent communicator who can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people * Comfortable asking questions and pushing back when something doesn't make sense * Not afraid to tell a developer, "This isn't ready yet" * Structured and organised without needing constant supervision * Naturally analytical and good at finding things that others overlook * Experienced enough to understand development workflows and technical conversations * Comfortable working with AI, automation and software projects * Professional, reliable and proactive You don't need to be the person writing the code, but you need enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers, understand workflows, APIs, integrations and automation logic, and recognise when something isn't working properly. ## The AP22 standard We are building AI employees, not basic chatbots. That means our standard is high. An agent needs to behave reliably across real-world scenarios, follow the client's protocols, know when it doesn't know something, escalate appropriately and provide a consistent experience. We would rather delay a launch slightly than put something in front of a client that isn't ready. You will have a real voice in that process. ## Working relationship This is a freelance position with the potential to become an ongoing role as AP22 grows. You will work closely with me and our development team across multiple client projects. Initially, I expect the workload to be part-time and project-based, with the potential to increase as we take on more clients. If you are someone who gets satisfaction from taking something from "technically built" to "actually excellent," I'd love to hear from you. Please include your experience managing software, AI or automation projects, your availability and your hourly rate.

We're a profitable, owner-operated U.S. ecommerce company selling to schools and school districts. 20 years in business, stable, and scaling. Small team, fast decisions, no bureaucracy.
We are an unusually tech-forward company for our size. We run AI across the business: an autonomous AI coworker connected to our CRM, ads, email and storefronts handles reporting and analysis, and we're building an AI-SDR that nurtures our pipeline daily in our founder's voice. The plumbing is already in place — CRM live, 100 outbound inboxes ready to go, enrichment and sending stack in hand, ads running. We don't need someone to set it up. We need someone to run it, test relentlessly, and make the numbers move. Why this is a good seat: demand is already there and the machine works — we close over 40% of the opportunities we quote, and our operations and fulfillment are excellent, so leads you generate turn into revenue instead of getting dropped. You get full agency: your ideas, your tests, your calls. Prove the role and there's real upside — in scope, in comp, and in what you get to own. What you'll own 1. Outbound at scale 100 inboxes are ready. You own what goes through them: segmentation, offers, sequences, personalization at scale via enrichment, and the test cadence that finds what actually gets replies from math department heads and district purchasing staff. You own reply rate, meetings booked and pipeline created — and you keep the system healthy without being asked. 2. Google Ads Paid search drives the majority of our inbound. An agency contact covers it short-term; you take full ownership from month two. Structure, pacing, bids, negatives, ad and landing page testing, and closed-loop reporting from spend → quote → order. Substantial monthly budget — we'll share the number on the call. You own cost-per-quote and return, not clicks. 3. AI-SDR + CRM lifecycle From week one you help ship our AI-SDR and then supervise it — playbooks, voice rules, stage cadence, guardrails, weekly review of what it sent and what it produced. Alongside it: lifecycle stages, pipelines, workflows, sequences, lost-deal re-win, won-deal nurture, and a one-time migration of 20 years of past customers into the CRM so we can re-engage them properly. 4. Cross-channel testing and reporting — the actual job This is where the value is. One person seeing outbound, paid, marketplace and CRM together: forming a hypothesis, shipping the test, reading the result, killing what fails and scaling what works, and reporting it clearly every week without being chased. You direct AI to do the heavy lifting and you're accountable for the outcome. Tech stack Google Ads · HubSpot · Instantly · ScaledMail · Clay · Claude · Shopify The first 90 days, then the long game Window Focus Month 1 Outbound live at volume across our inbox pool, first campaigns and segments tested. AI-SDR shipped and nurturing the pipeline under your supervision. Legacy customer migration done and the first re-engagement campaign out. Month 2 Full ownership of Google Ads — restructure where needed, own pacing and bidding, ads and landing page tests running, closed-loop reporting from spend → quote → order. Month 3 Everything integrated and running on AI — outbound, ads, CRM and reporting on rails, sequences automated, weekly numbers produced without manual work. Ongoing Test, implement, report. New segments, new offers, new creative, new channels. Compounding improvement is the job — the first 90 days just get the machine in your hands. You're a fit if you Are exceptionally proactive — you spot the gap and ship the fix before anyone asks. This is the single biggest predictor of success here. Are detail obsessed — clean data, correct segments, no broken merge fields, no sloppy numbers in a report Are creative and analytical — you can write the campaign and read the data that says whether it worked. Design ability is a real plus. Have run outbound at real volume (dozens of inboxes, meaningful daily send) and can talk about what you changed to lift reply rate — not just what tools you used Have personally managed Google Ads accounts at $30k+/month in spend and can defend your structure and bidding decisions Know a modern CRM deeply — properties, pipelines, workflows, sequences, lifecycle logic, segmentation, reporting Are genuinely AI-forward: you build with AI daily, write your own prompts and systems, and reach for automation before spreadsheets Write clean, natural English — our buyers are educators and purchasing staff, and hype copy fails with them Are based in the U.S. or Latin America and can work U.S. Pacific business hours Nice to have Design skills — landing pages, email templates, ad creative Education, public sector or B2B procurement experience Ecommerce or marketplace background The role Full-time, $5,000–$8,000/month USD, based on experience Significant upside once the role is proven — scope, comp and ownership all grow with results Fully remote, long-term — we're hiring someone to grow with the company Starts with a paid 2-week trial project You'll work directly with the owner, with full agency over your channels To apply — answer these four questions. Applications without answers won't be reviewed. An outbound program you ran: how many inboxes, daily volume, reply rate — and the one change that lifted results the most. The largest Google Ads budget you've personally managed — monthly spend, the metric you optimized for, and one change that materially moved it. How do you use AI in your daily work? Be specific about what you've built or automated, not which tools you've opened. Show us something you made that you're proud of — a campaign, a landing page, an email, a dashboard — and the result it produced. Start your application with the word CALCULATOR so we know you read this.

We operate approximately 175 short-term rental properties using Hostaway and Breezeway.
We want to create an integration where adding a Hostaway manual charge called "ECI Manual Charge" triggers an automation. Hostaway should send a reservation-updated webhook to middleware. The middleware should retrieve the reservation, detect the manual charge, identify the corresponding Breezeway property/reservation, and update the existing Breezeway housekeeping task to high priority with an instruction that the property must be ready for the early check-in. We also want "LCO Manual Charge" to trigger a late-checkout workflow. The system needs to handle changes/removals of the charge without creating duplicate Breezeway tasks. Please explain exactly how you would architect this, including: Hostaway webhook Hostaway API call How you would detect the manual charge How you would map the Hostaway reservation to Breezeway How you would identify/update the existing Breezeway cleaning task How you would prevent duplicate tasks How you would handle the ECI charge being removed Where you would host the middleware How you would handle API credentials and security Your estimated hours/cost for an initial one-property test and then the full implementation.

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help improve our current CRM and automate our lead follow-up process.
We already have a GHL account and leads coming into the system, but we need someone to properly organize everything and make sure leads are being followed up with consistently. The project will include: * Review and clean up our existing pipeline * Set up automated SMS and email follow-ups * Create workflows for new leads, booked appointments, no-shows, and unresponsive leads * Set up appointment reminders and confirmations * Add internal notifications when new leads come in * Make sure leads are moving through the correct pipeline stages * Test all workflows and fix any issues We don't need someone to rebuild everything from scratch. We need someone who can look at what we currently have, keep what's working, and improve what isn't. Please apply if you have solid experience with GoHighLevel CRM, workflows, pipelines, calendars, and SMS/email automation. It would be helpful if you can also share examples of similar GHL projects you've worked on.

I’m building an automotive dealership SaaS platform called CloseOps AI. The application is already functional and largely developed using AI/Codex, but I need an experienced senior full-stack developer to review the existing codebase and help with complex technical work. The main focus is API and third-party system integrations, automated/live data syncing, authentication and session management, backend architecture, databases, browser automation where APIs are unavailable, and overall reliability and security. The platform needs to integrate with automotive systems such as CRM, inventory, pricing, and recon platforms. I’m not looking for someone to rebuild the application. I need someone who can work with the existing code, identify technical weaknesses, solve difficult integration and backend problems, and collaborate within an AI-assisted development workflow.

AB Digital is a digital product and technology company expanding its focus around AI, custom software, automation, ecommerce and growth.
We've historically grown primarily through referrals and existing relationships. We're now looking for an experienced, hands-on business development professional to work directly with the founder and help build a more deliberate, repeatable new-business engine. This is not a traditional SDR position and we're not looking for someone who only manages inbound leads. We're looking for someone who can help us: Identify attractive markets and target accounts Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels Create qualified conversations with founders and business leaders Run thoughtful outbound and relationship-based business development Qualify opportunities and help lead discovery Maintain strong pipeline and follow-up discipline Progress opportunities toward closed business Our work increasingly centers around: AI implementation and transformation Custom software and digital products Automation and internal systems Ecommerce and growth technology Select high-value digital transformation projects We want to move increasingly toward $25K–$100K+ engagements and longer-term managed relationships. Who we're looking for We're most interested in someone who has personally generated and closed B2B business, particularly professional services, technology consulting, software development, AI/automation, ecommerce, digital agencies or related services. You should be comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to arrive. You don't need to know every technical detail of AI or software development, but you should be able to understand business problems, communicate with executives and sell sophisticated solutions. Structure This will begin as a 90-day paid fractional engagement, initially around 8–12 hours per week. Budget is approximately $2,000–$3,000/month, depending on experience and structure, plus meaningful performance compensation for business originated and/or closed. For the right person, this can grow into a much larger long-term role as the company grows, potentially including leadership of business development and growth. Client's questions:

Detailed project specifications and Principal Project Requirements will be provided to shortlisted candidates progressing to the second-stage interview. The Role The Developer will take technical responsibility for the design and implementation of the application in accordance with an established functional requirements specification. The engagement will include Bubble application architecture, database design, workflow development, responsive interface development, API integration, Microsoft 365/SharePoint integration, document-processing workflows, security and permissions, testing, deployment and technical handover. The Developer will work directly with the Project Director and participate in a weekly online progress meeting to demonstrate development progress, identify technical issues and confirm upcoming priorities. Strong proficiency is required in: Advanced Bubble.io application architecture and development Bubble database design, data relationships and scalable data structures Backend workflows, scheduled workflows and complex workflow logic Bubble privacy rules, authentication, role-based permissions and secure multi-user applications Multi-tenant SaaS architecture and secure customer/account data separation Responsive application design across desktop, tablet and mobile Bubble API Connector and integration with REST APIs JSON, API requests/responses, authentication headers, tokens and error handling OAuth 2.0 and secure external-service authentication Microsoft Graph API Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online integration Programmatic file upload, retrieval, update, download, rename, deletion and sharing Secure management of API credentials, application secrets and authentication tokens File metadata management and synchronisation between Bubble and external repositories Robust transaction handling, failure management and data integrity Search, filtering, document registers and structured record-management functionality Production deployment, performance optimisation and application security Document Automation & File Processing The application includes document-generation and document-management functionality. Candidates should have demonstrable experience with, or a strong technical understanding of: Automated generation and processing of Microsoft Word and Excel files Programmatic placeholder or field replacement within document templates Preservation of document formatting, tables, formulas, page layouts and other document features during automated processing File creation and manipulation through APIs, backend services or approved server-side processing Microsoft Office file formats and document-processing workflows Maintaining reliable associations between application database records and externally stored files Experience working with Microsoft Project (.mpp) files or other complex Microsoft document formats will be highly regarded. The successful candidate must be capable of identifying where functionality should be implemented directly within Bubble and where an external API, custom code, server-side function or other approved technical service is more appropriate. Microsoft Integration Strong Microsoft integration experience is particularly desirable. Applicants with previous experience configuring and working with the following will be strongly preferred: Microsoft Graph API | SharePoint Online | Microsoft Entra ID / Azure authentication | OAuth 2.0 | Microsoft 365 file services | Microsoft document editing and sharing workflows The Developer should understand permission scopes, application authentication, secure token management and the principles of least-privilege access. Development Standards The successful Developer will be expected to: Develop the application using a clean, logical and maintainable architecture that can be expanded without unnecessary redevelopment. Use appropriately structured Bubble data types, workflows, reusable elements and backend processes rather than unnecessarily complex or duplicated logic. Implement suitable security controls and maintain strict separation between individual customer accounts, users and project information. Design integrations with appropriate error handling, retry behaviour and transaction controls so failed external operations do not leave incomplete or misleading records. Identify technical limitations or risks early and recommend suitable solutions before implementing material departures from the approved requirements. Avoid introducing unnecessary plugins, third-party services or ongoing software dependencies. Progressively test functionality throughout development, including integration, permissions, data separation, responsive behaviour and end-to-end workflows. Provide clear technical documentation and complete handover of application administration, workflows, integrations, configurations, custom code and other project-specific development assets at completion. Candidate Requirements We are looking for a developer who is technically strong, commercially experienced and capable of taking ownership of a complex application build. Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous production Bubble applications involving significant backend logic and API integrations rather than predominantly front-end or template-based Bubble projects. The successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, communicate technical matters clearly to a non-software-development project team, raise potential technical constraints proactively and be comfortable working in accordance with a detailed written requirements specification and milestone-based acceptance process. Bubble Developer Certification is highly regarded but will not replace demonstrated experience delivering technically comparable applications. Application Requirements To be considered, please provide: 1. A brief summary of your Bubble.io development experience. 2. Examples of two or three production Bubble applications you have personally developed. 3. A description of the most technically complex Bubble application you have delivered and your personal responsibilities on that project. 4. Details of any Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 integration experience. 5. Details of any automated Word, Excel or other document-generation experience. 6. An explanation of your experience developing multi-tenant SaaS applications and implementing customer data separation. 7. Your location and usual working hours/time zone. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a first-stage technical interview. Candidates selected to progress further will be provided with detailed project requirements and invited to participate in a more detailed technical and commercial review. Please do not apply if your Bubble experience is predominantly limited to basic websites, landing pages, simple marketplaces or template customisation. We are specifically seeking an experienced application developer capable of delivering complex integrations and production SaaS architecture.

OVERVIEW
We're a design studio delivering an interactive annual impact report for a mission-driven nonprofit. The report is built as a website in Canva and published in 70+ tailored versions, one per partner organization, all driven by data from a Google Sheets workbook. We're looking for a spreadsheet and data-visualization specialist to rebuild the data layer so it's clean, scalable, and reliably feeds the report's charts with minimal manual work. THE CORE PROBLEM YOU'LL SOLVE Currently every partner lives on a separate tab in one large workbook, and the data is arranged so a fixed cell range always holds a given chart's data on each tab (for example, the same rows always feed a "program satisfaction" bar chart). Because those ranges must line up across all tabs, rows can never be deleted, only hidden, so even a partner with a single program carries 400+ rows of hidden data. On top of that, the Google Sheets to Canva chart sync that used to auto-fill the charts stopped working, forcing manual data entry across dozens of reports. Your job is to fix both: restructure the data so each partner's figures are pulled by name or key rather than fragile fixed row position (so rows can be deleted and sheets stay lean), and re-establish a dependable, few-clicks pipeline from the sheet to the report's charts. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Diagnose why the Google Sheets to Canva sync fails and identify the reliable path. Variables to test include file size, sheet structure, and Google Drive storage location (personal vs shared drive). • Restructure the workbook using lookups (XLOOKUP / FILTER / QUERY / named ranges) so data is keyed by partner rather than by cell position. • Decide and implement the best architecture: one restructured workbook vs. a separate lightweight file per partner. • Build a clean "chart feed" structure that Canva, or an embedded chart tool, can bind to reliably. • Recommend native Canva charts vs. embedded charts (Datawrapper or Flourish) per chart type (bar, pie, and gauge/percentage dials), prioritizing reliability and clean labeling. • Make chart and data updates near-automatic across 70+ report versions. • Document the final system and write a short handoff guide so a non-technical team can maintain it. REQUIRED SKILLS • Advanced Google Sheets: complex formulas, lookups, data modeling, named ranges • Data visualization experience (bar, pie, gauge charts) with an eye for clarity and accessibility • Hands-on Canva experience, especially its chart/data features and Google Sheets connection • Ability to design spreadsheet structures for scale and easy repeat updates • Clear written communication and documentation NICE TO HAVE • Datawrapper and/or Flourish experience (live-syncing embedded charts) • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility for data visualization • Experience building templated or duplicated deliverables at scale TO APPLY, PLEASE ANSWER 1. Describe a project where you connected Google Sheets data to a live chart or dashboard that updated with little to no manual work. What tools did you use? 2. How would you structure a spreadsheet so a specific record's data can be pulled by a name or key rather than a fixed cell position? 3. Rate your Canva experience from 1 to 10 and briefly describe what you've built in it, including any work with its charts or data connections.

|
We are looking for an exceptional direct-response marketer who knows how to turn paid advertising into profitable online sales.
This is not a social media position. This is not a branding position. This is not simply a “funnel builder” position. And we are not looking for someone who knows how to run ads but has little understanding of what happens after the click. We are looking for someone who understands the entire customer-acquisition process: Advertisement → Click → Landing Page → Offer → Funnel → Follow-Up → Conversion → Collected Revenue Your job is simple to describe: Build us a customer-acquisition system that profitably converts advertising dollars into buyers. If you know how to do that, there is considerable financial opportunity here. About Us We are an established book writing, publishing, and professional services company that has been in business for almost 30 years. We have a reputable brand, established expertise, existing clients, real products, fulfillment capabilities, and a substantial market of physicians, professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants, experts, and business owners. You will not be starting with an unknown startup, an unproven company, or an entrepreneur trying to figure out what business to be in. The foundation already exists. What we need is the marketing engine. What You’ll Be Marketing Our initial focus will be an established educational program designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, experts, and others who want to turn their knowledge and expertise into an impactful book. There are two primary offers: $2,500 Self-Guided Program This is a prerecorded educational program with essentially unlimited sales capacity. There is no practical limit to how many qualified customers we can serve. $10,000 Group Mentoring Program This provides a higher level of access, guidance, and mentoring directly with the founder of the company. Each group can accommodate approximately 25 to 50 participants. We have the capacity to operate as many as four groups concurrently during each eight-week program cycle. That means there is substantial revenue potential when the acquisition system works. We Fund the Advertising This is important. You are not being asked to personally finance traffic. Our company will provide the advertising budget. Your responsibility is to help determine how that money should be deployed and build the structure that converts those advertising dollars into profitable sales. If the economics work, our objective is not to artificially restrict advertising. We want to scale what works. If we can predictably invest $1 into a marketing system and receive an acceptable return, we want someone capable of helping us intelligently put more money through that system. How Compensation Works We deliberately do not want to structure this as a traditional high-hourly-rate consulting engagement. There will be a modest hourly base for your time and implementation work. However, the real financial opportunity will come through substantial performance compensation based upon the sales your marketing systems generate. We want someone who is confident enough in their ability that this is appealing. The better the campaigns perform, the more you can earn. Our $2,500 Self-Guided program offers significant recurring sales potential because there is essentially no fulfillment ceiling. Our $10,000 Group Mentoring program offers substantial additional earning potential, including performance bonuses based upon enrollment volume. We want your upside aligned with ours. When the marketing produces profitable sales, we both win. For an exceptional direct-response marketer who can create and scale a profitable acquisition system, the performance compensation can become significantly more valuable than the hourly portion of this engagement. What You Need to Understand You should have meaningful experience with most of the following: Direct-response marketing Paid advertising Customer acquisition Offer strategy Landing pages Sales funnels Conversion optimization Advertising copy and creative strategy Email follow-up Retargeting Checkout and purchase conversion Tracking and attribution Cost per acquisition Return on advertising spend Testing and optimization Funnel economics You do not necessarily need to personally execute every technical task. You do need to understand the complete system well enough to diagnose where conversions are being lost and know what needs to change. For example, we want someone capable of determining: “The advertising is working. The landing page is the problem.” Or: “We’re getting enough leads. The offer isn’t converting.” Or: “The offer converts, but customer acquisition cost is too high. Here’s what we need to test.” Or: “Stop increasing traffic. We need to fix this part of the funnel first.” That level of thinking is important to us. You Must Be a Marketer, Not Just a Technician We are not looking for someone whose primary expertise is clicking buttons inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or another software platform. Technology is useful. But software does not create marketing strategy. We want someone who understands: Markets. People. Offers. Messaging. Response. Conversion. Economics. Then you can use whatever technology makes the system work best. AI Experience Is Welcome We are very interested in using AI intelligently throughout the marketing operation. If you know how to use AI for: Customer research Advertising research Copy development Creative testing Funnel analysis Email marketing Personalization Reporting Automation Conversion optimization Marketing workflows …that is a significant advantage. But AI knowledge without strong marketing knowledge is not enough. Marketing comes first. What Success Looks Like We are not hiring someone simply to keep busy creating campaigns. We want measurable results. The questions we care about are things like: How much did we spend? How many qualified prospects did we generate? What did it cost to acquire a customer? How many buyers did the funnel produce? How much collected revenue resulted? Where are prospects dropping out? What should we test next? Can the system be profitably scaled? Ultimately, we want to create a predictable equation: Advertising Investment → Customer Acquisition → Profitable Revenue Why This Could Be an Unusually Good Opportunity Consider what is already in place: We have been operating for almost 30 years. We have an established and reputable company. We have real expertise. We have existing audiences and clients. We have products priced from $2,500 to $10,000. We have essentially unlimited capacity for our Self-Guided program. We have significant capacity for our premium Group Mentoring program. We are prepared to invest our own money into advertising. And we are willing to substantially reward the person who helps us turn that advertising into profitable sales. You do not need to create the company. You do not need to create the fulfillment infrastructure. You do not need to finance the advertising. Your challenge is to build and optimize the acquisition machine. And when that machine works: We want to scale it. This Position Will Begin Part-Time We expect to start relatively small while we determine how well we work together and begin building and testing the acquisition system. The initial hourly commitment will therefore be limited. This is intentional. We are much more interested in paying substantially for results than paying someone a large amount simply for hours worked. For the right person, however, this could develop into a significant long-term relationship. Our larger vision includes expanding our marketing capabilities and potentially providing sophisticated marketing services to many of the physicians, professionals, entrepreneurs, authors, and business owners we already serve. Someone who proves they can create profitable growth could eventually play a much larger role. Please Do Not Apply If… Please do not apply if your primary experience is: Social media posting Branding without direct-response experience Graphic design Website development Funnel software implementation without marketing strategy AI automation without direct-response marketing knowledge Running advertisements without understanding the rest of the conversion process We respect all of those disciplines. They simply are not what we are hiring for. Please Answer These Questions When Applying 1. Tell us about the best paid acquisition funnel you have personally helped create. What was being sold? What was the selling price? What advertising channel did you use? What was the approximate advertising spend? What were the results? Please provide actual numbers wherever possible. 2. Tell us about a funnel that was not working when you became involved. What did you diagnose as the problem? What did you change? What happened afterward? 3. Have you successfully marketed products, services, consulting, coaching, education, or professional expertise priced at $2,000 or more? Please describe what you marketed and how customers were acquired. 4. Imagine you had a proven $2,500 educational product, an established company behind it, and an advertising budget available. What would you want to know before spending the first dollar on advertising? We are very interested in your answer to this question. 5. What numbers would you monitor most closely during the first 30 days of a new funnel? Explain why. 6. Which parts of the acquisition system are you personally strongest at? Please also tell us where you would want help from another specialist. We value self-awareness more than someone pretending to be an expert at everything. 7. How do you feel about a compensation structure consisting of a modest hourly base plus substantial performance compensation tied to attributable net collected sales and performance milestones? Explain why this structure does or does not appeal to you. One Final Request Please begin your proposal with: I BUILD SALES SYSTEMS If those words are not at the beginning of your proposal, we will assume the description was not read carefully. Please do not send us a generic agency presentation or a list of every marketing service you provide. Show us that you understand direct-response economics and conversion. We are looking for the person who sees an established company, a $2,500 scalable offer, a $10,000 premium offer, company-funded advertising, and substantial performance upside and thinks: “Give me the opportunity to prove I can make this work.”

We are also actively building out a future real estate investment arm (Ironwood).

Labor Sourcing & Vendor Onboarding: Post ads on local platforms (Craigslist, Facebook Groups, Indeed) to source 1099 trade partners in expansion markets (PA, TX, OKC, KC). Website Scraping Project
Overview Experienced web automation/data-extraction developer to build a reliable, and reusable tool that extracts data from a public practitioner register: https://bams.vba.vic.gov.au/bams/s/practitioner-search The public register operates on a Salesforce Experience Cloud site. Scope Required data fields: • Record type: individual or company • Practitioner name • Business or company name • Registration number • Registration category and class • Registration status • Registration commencement, Anniversary and expiry date • Conditions and limitations (if displayed) • Business Address • Contact Details • Source detail-page URL • Date and time extracted Technical requirements Playwright with Python is preferred. Another approach may be proposed if the developer explains why it is quicker to build and more reliable. The solution must include: • Configuration file for practitioner classes, statuses, search partitions, pacing & output paths • Deterministic and repeatable search coverage • Correct handling of pagination and result limits • Documented method for subdividing searches to reach the site’s maximum result count • Conservative sequential request pacing • Configurable delay between page interactions • Exponential backoff for temporary failures • Limited and configurable retries • Pause or termination if the site returns 403, 429, CAPTCHA, access-denied or similar • Checkpointing so an interrupted run can resume without restarting • Local caching where appropriate to avoid unnecessary repeated requests • Deduplication using registration number • Preservation of practitioners holding multiple registration classes • Structured error handling • Detailed run and validation logs • UTF-8 CSV output compatible with Microsoft Excel Search coverage and validation The solution must not rely on random names or searches. I need an end-to-end, AI-driven test harness wired into our web application. Your first task will be to evaluate the current landscape of intelligent testing platforms—whether that is a SaaS tool with an open API, a self-hosted agent that sits behind an MCP server, or an approach that layers generative AI on top of a browser automation framework such as Playwright or Selenium. Once you have identified the best fit, you will integrate it so the system can:
• Navigate our core user flows in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge • Flag visual and UX regressions, broken links, and layout shifts • Verify functional parity across the two browsers • Generate performance insights when pages are under load and surface bottlenecks in an easy-to-read report Deliverables I will accept: 1. A fully configured AI testing environment connected to our staging and production branches 2. A starter suite of autonomous test cases that exercise critical user journeys, with clear examples of the AI’s defect output 3. A short setup & maintenance guide that allows our developers to add new scenarios or extend coverage in the future 4. Sample reports (HTML or JSON) showing the tool catching at least one UI issue, one cross-browser discrepancy, and a performance warning If you can also pipe the results into our existing CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions) and set up Slack or email notifications, that is a bonus but not mandatory. I will provide API keys, staging credentials, and any product documentation you need. Looking forward to seeing how you can make our testing smarter, faster, and far more reliable. Skills: Test Automation, Web Development, Continuous Integration, Selenium, Automation, API Integration, CI/CD, Web Testing

I’m looking for someone highly experienced with Claude Code and AI agent orchestration to take over an existing AI SEO/GEO system that I’ve already started building.
The foundation is already in place and the “brain” of the system lives in a GitHub repo. This is not a build-from-scratch project. I need someone who can step into the existing architecture, understand how it works, debug the current issues, and get the full loop running reliably. The system is designed around: Measure → Decide → Produce → Gate → Report It includes separate functions for measurement, strategy, content generation, and auditing, with human approval gates built in. What I need help with • Review and understand the existing GitHub repo • Work deeply inside Claude Code • Debug agent loops and workflow failures • Fix handoffs between agents • Improve context, memory/state, prompts, and tool usage • Make the workflow more reliable and repeatable • Add or improve logging, testing, and observability • Run end-to-end tests of the full system • Preserve the existing architecture unless there is a compelling technical reason to change it • Document changes clearly Ideal background You’ve actually built or debugged complex AI agent systems before. Strong experience with: • Claude Code • GitHub • Anthropic / Claude APIs • Multi-agent workflows • Agent memory / state / context • APIs, MCPs, and integrations • LLM evals and debugging • AI automation • SEO/GEO or marketing systems is a plus I’m not looking for someone whose experience is mainly basic ChatGPT prompting or simple Zapier automations. I want someone who can become the technical owner/orchestrator of this system and continue improving it over time. Please answer these when applying 1. Have you personally built or debugged a multi-agent system in Claude Code? What did it do? 2. Have you ever inherited an existing AI codebase and debugged it rather than rebuilding it? 3. How would you approach debugging an agent loop that works inconsistently or stops midway? 4. Please share examples, GitHub work, or a short Loom showing agentic systems you have built. Start your proposal with: “I’ve debugged agent loops.” Generic AI automation proposals will not be considered.

Are you the person who turns "wait, who is doing this?" into a system nobody has to ask about? Then keep reading.
ABOUT US We are an online course production and marketing company. Experts, coaches, and creators come to us with knowledge in their heads and leave with a finished course, a great client experience, and the marketing system to sell it. We have hired 200+ specialists on Upwork, we move fast, and we are growing. We are hiring an Operations Lead / Project Manager to own clarity across our projects: who owns what, what is blocked, and what happens next, visible to everyone, all the time. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Project coordination: keep course production, editing, design, marketing, and page-building moving across multiple concurrent client and internal projects - Client onboarding: make sure every project starts with the right assets, owners, timelines, and approvals visible from day one - Notion systems: build and maintain practical dashboards, project databases, SOPs, checklists, and templates that the team actually uses - Automation: cut repetitive manual work with Zapier, Make, or n8n where it genuinely saves time - Follow-through: track deadlines, blockers, dependencies, and next actions, and close the loop before something turns into a missed deadline - Partnerships outreach: research and contact potential partners, affiliates, and collaborators, manage the pipeline, and keep follow-ups alive - Reporting: short, honest status updates, with risks escalated early instead of after the fact YOU ARE PROBABLY A GREAT FIT IF - You have 3+ years in operations, project management, agency delivery, executive assistance, or online business management - You have coordinated contractors, creatives, and remote teams, not just tracked tasks - You know Notion hands-on: relational databases, dashboards, and templates, not just pretty pages - You are comfortable with Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Zapier / Make / n8n or similar tools - You write clearly in English and have professional, client-facing judgment - You document decisions, clarify ownership, and close loops without being asked - You can organize messy, incomplete information without losing momentum - You can keep a reliable daily overlap with US Central Time WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not a "build me a Notion template" gig, and it is not a passive task-list role. It is also not a replacement for our internal Operations & Process Coordinator, you will work alongside them. THE DETAILS - Long-term, ongoing role (6+ months, we are looking for someone to grow with us) - 30+ hours per week - 5 to 10 USD per hour to start, with a clear path up as you take on more ownership - Fully remote HOW TO APPLY Start your proposal with the word HANDOFF so we know you read this. Then tell us: 1. Your most relevant operations or project management experience: how many concurrent projects and contractors did you coordinate? 2. Links or screenshots of Notion systems, dashboards, SOPs, onboarding flows, or automations you have built 3. One time a handoff broke or a deadline slipped: what you did, and what changed afterwards 4. Your country, time zone, and the daily overlap you can reliably maintain with US Central Time We read every proposal that follows these four steps. Copy-paste pitches get skipped. Client's questions:

Who We Are
Abstract Enterprise is an HR consulting and operations firm that partners with small and medium-sized business founders to build scalable, sustainable companies. The difference, we don't just place talent, we develop it. Our Integrator On-Demand model embeds operationally minded professionals directly into a founder's business. You are not dropped in without context. You arrive with a clear onboarding, a defined scope, and a full support team behind you from day one. The Role This is an operations seat. You will be the person who keeps the engine running, building and maintaining systems, tracking what matters, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you love structure, think in processes, and get satisfaction from turning chaos into clarity, this role was built for you. What You Will Do You will build and optimize GoHighLevel accounts end to end, for our business and for client projects. This is white-label work: you build, we hold the client relationship. We start with one paid test project and grow into ongoing work for the right person. Full-Stack Developer (Node.js / React / Python) — Contract, Starting With One Scoped Project
About us Founding.dev builds custom software that replaces expensive SaaS subscriptions. Instead of paying per seat for Salesforce, DocuSign, ServiceTitan and a dozen other tools, our clients get their own applications that they own outright, and we host and maintain them for a flat monthly fee. More at https://founding.dev The work We need an extra pair of hands on client projects. You'd be building and shipping features on real customer systems: internal tools, workflow automation, integrations, occasional AI-assisted features. This starts as one well-scoped short-term project so we can both see how the working relationship goes. If it goes well, there's steady ongoing work — we have a pipeline of client builds and need people we can hand things to without babysitting. Stack Node.js (backend services, APIs) React (frontend) Python (scripting, data work, automation, AI integrations) Postgres, REST/webhooks, third-party API integrations You don't need to be equally deep in all three, but you should be comfortable owning a feature end to end without waiting for someone to hand you a spec for each layer. What we're looking for 3+ years actually shipping production web apps, not tutorials or side projects Can read an existing codebase and make changes without breaking things Writes clear updates without being chased for them. Tells us early when something is going to slip Comfortable asking a direct question when requirements are ambiguous instead of guessing for three days Can work independently. We give context and scope, not line-by-line instructions How we work One short standup call every working day, plus solid overlap with PST business hours — that part is not flexible, so please don't apply if your schedule can't take it. Outside of standup we work async. We'll give you a clear scope, a deadline and a point of contact. We check in on progress, not on hours. Deliverables over timesheets. Nice to have Experience building client-facing or multi-tenant tools Familiarity with deploying and maintaining what you build (Docker, cloud hosting) Experience with LLM APIs in a production context To apply Please skip the generic proposal. Tell us: One project you built that's close to this kind of work, what your specific part was, and what stack A link to code we can look at (GitHub, or a live product you built) Your current availability — hours per week, your time zone and how much you can overlap with PST, and when you could start We reply to everyone who answers those three.

I am looking for a top-tier Microsoft 365 & Automation Expert to build a highly customized, time-aware workflow and

GoHighLevel Expert Needed — Build & Productize Curbi Foundation | $200 Fixed
I’m building Curbi, a white-label CRM/automation system for local service businesses, and need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to finish and productize our Foundation Tier. A lot already exists: GHL Agency Pro account, pipelines, custom fields, workflows, templates, client subaccounts, branding, and system architecture. Do not rebuild working assets unnecessarily. Audit, reuse, clean, complete, test, and standardize them. $200 fixed-price project split into 8 × $25 milestones: 1. Audit + Foundation cleanup 2. CRM, pipelines, fields, cards/views 3. Lead capture + Conversations + communication setup 4. Core reusable workflows/automations 5. Dashboard, navigation, permissions + client experience 6. Complete customer onboarding + provisioning system 7. Reusable Curbi Foundation snapshot + deployment process 8. Final QA + onboard me as a real customer from zero The final product must allow Curbi to onboard a new Foundation client quickly without rebuilding GHL from scratch. Final acceptance test: You will onboard me using the exact process future customers receive. I must be able to use the resulting account, submit a test lead, see CRM/pipeline behavior, test communications safely, and verify the system end-to-end. Any defects must be fixed before completion. Successful completion of this project can lead to significantly more ongoing work across Curbi. We are looking for a reliable, experienced GHL builder who can become a long-term implementation partner—someone who can help us build, improve, deploy, and maintain systems as the agency grows. If you’re strong, dependable, fast, and understand how to build scalable GHL systems—not just individual workflows—there is a real opportunity to work with us continuously on new client builds, internal systems, advanced automations, integrations, QA, and future Curbi products. Please send examples of real GHL systems you’ve built and briefly explain your experience with snapshots, workflows, SaaS/white-label accounts, and client onboarding. Client's questions:
