We are building an MVP (Phase 1) of a platform similar to StackInfluence, focused on connecting brands with micro-influencers.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a full SaaS build. We want to start with a smart, scalable MVP using Airtable + automations (Zapier or Make).

Goal:
Build a working system that allows us to manage influencer campaigns manually/semi-automated before scaling into a full SaaS platform later.

Scope (Phase 1 – MVP):

We are looking for someone who can think in systems, not just execute tasks.

Core functionality:

1. Airtable database setup:
- Influencers (profiles, status, social links)
- Brands / campaigns
- Products
- Applications
- Content submissions
- Status tracking

2. Workflow logic:
- Influencer applies (after purchase)
- Status changes (applied → approved → content posted → proof submitted → approved → payout)
- Clear tracking of each step

3. Automations (Zapier or Make):
- Email notifications
- Status updates
- Reminders for influencers
- Internal notifications

4. Content / proof handling:
- Influencer uploads proof (e.g. Instagram post)
- Basic verification logic (manual or semi-automated)

5. Simple interfaces:
- Airtable Interface or Softr (optional)
- Easy overview for us to manage campaigns

Summary
The Opportunity

We are a digital marketing agency that manages six integrated channels (PPC, SEO, email/text automation, social media, retargeting, and visitor identification). We need a Power BI developer to build a 7-page attribution dashboard that connects to live marketing APIs and answers one question for our clients: "Is my marketing working?"

This is not a "make me a pretty chart" project. You will build a production Power BI attribution dashboard that connects to live marketing APIs, displays real-time performance data across six channels, and is client-facing — meaning a business owner with zero marketing knowledge needs to understand it in 10 seconds. Every metric label must be in plain English. Every data point must be verified against the source system. Every page must follow our branding standards.

If this build is successful, the dashboard becomes a reusable template for every new client we onboard. The developer who delivers this well gets ongoing work.

What You Will Build

Dashboard Build & Data Connections

• Build a 7-page Power BI dashboard: Executive Summary, PPC Performance, SEO Performance, Email & Text Automation (placeholder), Social Media (placeholder), Retargeting & Visitor ID, and Integration Insights
• Connect Power BI to live data sources: Google Ads API, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Ads API, Google Business Profile exports, VID/identity resolution data, Bird.com CSV imports, and Loomly social exports
• Executive Summary page must answer "Is my marketing working?" in 10 seconds — total leads, blended cost per lead, total investment, lead-to-customer rate, estimated revenue, month-over-month trends
• PPC page: spend, clicks, CTR, conversions, cost per conversion, impression share, top campaigns, top keywords, search terms, LSA leads. Month-over-month comparison.
• SEO page: organic traffic, keyword rankings (top 20 with position + change), organic conversions, GBP metrics, domain authority trend, backlinks acquired
• Retargeting & VID page: visitors identified, emails captured, retargeting audience size, Meta campaign performance (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS)
• Integration Insights page: cross-channel attribution, lead journey mapping, channel-to-channel assist metrics
• Two placeholder pages (Email/Text and Social Media) built with "Coming Soon" messaging and sample data structures ready for immediate population when those specialists are hired

Branding & Design

• Apply agency branding on every page: logo placement, navy (#1B3A5C) primary color, blue (#2E75B6) accent color, Arial/Segoe UI fonts
• Functional date range selector on every page: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, custom
• All metric labels in client-friendly plain English — no marketing jargon. "Impressions" becomes "People Who Saw Your Ads." "Conversions" becomes "Leads Generated." We provide the full glossary.
• Dashboard must be readable on mobile. Our clients check it on their phones.

Security & Access

• Configure row-level security so Client A cannot see Client B's data
• Set up read-only viewer access for the client (they can see everything, edit nothing)
• Document the dashboard structure so our internal team can maintain and duplicate it

Reporting & Documentation

• Deliver documentation covering: data source connection details, refresh schedules, DAX formulas used, and step-by-step instructions for duplicating the template for a new client
• Brief knowledge transfer with our intern who will handle ongoing maintenance

Required Experience

• 2+ years building Power BI dashboards professionally — not personal projects, not school assignments. You have built dashboards for real clients with real business data. Your portfolio proves it.
• Marketing data source experience: you have connected Power BI to at least two of the following: Google Ads API, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Ads API. If your portfolio is all HR dashboards and inventory trackers, this is not the right fit.
• API connection proficiency: native Power BI connectors and custom API configurations. You understand OAuth, API keys, and data refresh schedules. If you only work with manual CSV imports, we are not a match.
• DAX proficiency: calculated columns, measures, and time intelligence functions. Our dashboard requires month-over-month comparisons, blended metrics across data sources, and cross-channel attribution calculations.
• Row-level security implementation: you have configured RLS in Power BI. This is a screening question — walk us through it.
• Client-facing dashboard design: you understand that a dashboard for a business owner looks different from a dashboard for an analyst. Clean layouts. Plain English labels. Visual hierarchy. If your dashboards look like a spreadsheet with charts pasted on top, we are not a match.
• Fixed-price project delivery: you can scope work, commit to a timeline, and deliver on milestones. Hourly-only freelancers who cannot commit to a fixed price will not be considered.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with Supermetrics, Funnel.io, or similar marketing data pipeline tools
• Home services industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home theater, landscaping)
• Experience building Power BI dashboard templates that can be duplicated and customized per client
• Understanding of cross-channel marketing attribution
• Experience with Power BI embedded or Power BI service for external client sharing
• Familiarity with Bird.com, Loomly, or VID/identity resolution platforms

Timeline & Structure

• Fixed-price project, not hourly. Milestone-based payment.
• 30-day delivery from contract to client-facing launch
• Days 1–7: wireframe finalized (you do not build until wireframe is approved). Environment setup and data connections begin in parallel.
• Days 8–18: all data sources connected and verified. Milestone 1 delivered.
• Days 14–25: all 7 dashboard pages built per wireframe. Milestone 2 delivered.
• Days 25–30: QA, client access configuration, documentation. Milestone 3 delivered.
• Ongoing engagement: successful completion leads to template builds for new clients, plus maintenance and enhancement work. We are scaling to 10+ clients in Year 1.

How We Hire

We read every word of every proposal. Generic proposals get an automatic pass. Our screening questions are designed to separate developers who have built real marketing dashboards from developers who list Power BI on their profile and hope for the best.

IMPORTANT: You must answer ALL 4 screening questions below AND include a portfolio link or samples in your proposal. Proposals missing either will not be reviewed.

• 1. Have you built a Power BI dashboard connected to Google Ads API? If yes, show us. Share a screenshot or portfolio link. If no, describe the closest marketing data source you have connected to Power BI and what the dashboard tracked.
• 2. How do you handle data sources that require manual CSV imports alongside API-connected sources in the same Power BI dashboard? Walk us through your approach to keeping data refresh schedules consistent.
• 3. What is your realistic turnaround time for a 7-page Power BI dashboard with 5+ data sources (mix of API and manual)? Do not give us the answer you think we want. Give us the honest one.
• 4. Walk us through how you would set up row-level security in Power BI so that Client A cannot see Client B's data when both dashboards live in the same workspace. If you have not done this before, say so.

About the Role
I'm looking for a talented and motivated video editor to join my growing YouTube channel on a consistent basis. I create long-form YouTube automation content and need someone who can take my raw ideas, clips, and direction — and turn them into highly engaging, polished videos that keep viewers watching until the end.

Editing long-form YouTube videos between 5–7 minutes in length
