• In-house mechanic servicing workflow: scheduled and unscheduled service jobs raised against assets. Mechanic logs labour hours at a configurable rate. Parts requested from within the job generate Purchase Orders linked to both the asset and the service job. Labour and parts costs flow automatically into the asset’s ROI ledger.
• Service form templates / checklists: configurable digital service forms (Minor Service, Major Service, Pre-Hire Inspection, Post-Hire Inspection, Breakdown Report, Annual Compliance Check). 4. Integrations
• ComAp WebSupervisor: live telemetry integration covering (a) running hours sync from each generator into Odoo, driving service interval alerts, and (b) actual fuel consumption per hire period feeding directly onto rental invoices. Read-only from ComAp, scheduled polling, manual fallback when telemetry is unavailable.
• Fleet Operations Dashboard: central live dashboard combining Odoo rental data with ComAp telemetry. Map view of all units with status-coloured pins, per-unit panels showing GPS location, running hours, fuel level, load, voltage, alarms, and contract details. • (Optional, Phase 5) Customer Live Tracking Portal: Uber Eats-style signed/expiring tracking link sent to customers at booking. Shows delivery in transit (subject to vehicle telematics), then live generator location, fuel level, running hours, and load while on hire. Link expires automatically at off-hire. Quote this as a separately priced optional item.
5. Fuel management
• Fuel sources (15,000 L yard tank + fuel trailer) treated as inventory locations.
• Bulk fuel purchases recorded as goods receipts with cost-per-litre captured.
• Internal transfers between locations (yard tank → trailer).
• Fuel issued to a generator recorded against the source location and the rental contract for on-charging.
• Reconciliation reporting against ComAp telemetry to surface variances between dispensed and consumed.
• Alerts on low fuel levels at each location.
6. Procurement & job costing
• Mandatory PO discipline: every external engagement (freight, electrical, mechanical, parts, sub-hire, site services) must be raised as a PO before work commences. No floating POs — every PO links to a rental contract, service job, or cost centre.
• On-charge automation: PO lines flagged as on-chargeable auto-generate corresponding sales lines on the customer invoice with configurable markup.
• Internal cost flow: PO costs against assets (e.g. servicing parts) flow automatically into the asset’s cumulative cost ledger for ROI.
• Job/contract close-out gate: rental contracts and service jobs cannot be marked Closed while any linked PO is open. Hard block, not a warning. Final customer invoice gated the same way. • Approval workflow: tiered approvals based on dollar thresholds.

What we’re looking for in a proposal

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform consultant or small team to scope and build a fixed-price prototype for an internal estate-planning interview assistant.
After reading, please note: Please answer the screening questions directly. Generic proposals will be declined.

The prototype will guide an associate attorney through a structured estate-planning design interview, capture answers and notes in organized form, and generate two outputs:

1. a paralegal drafting handoff summary
2. a senior attorney review summary

This is a focused prototype, not a generic chatbot and not full document automation. The first phase is intentionally limited to one defined interview scenario/family structure. Final legal scenario and clause selection will remain with the senior attorney after review.

We already have substantial source material prepared, including interview content, guidance notes, and related planning materials. We are looking for someone who can:

* review our materials
* recommend a practical Copilot Studio build approach
* design and build the prototype
* structure the solution so it can be expanded later without starting over
* set the project up in a manageable way for future deployment and updates

Preferred experience:

* Microsoft Copilot Studio
* Microsoft Power Platform
* Microsoft Power Automate
* structured workflow/interview builds
* internal AI assistants or guided workflow tools
* solution-based deployment / basic ALM

We expect this to be a fixed-price project with milestones, likely:

1. discovery / architecture / implementation plan
2. prototype build
3. testing / revisions / handoff

Budget: fixed price, expected range $6,000–$12,000.

We are looking for someone who can help scope this correctly and build it well, not just configure a generic chatbot.

I’m ready to take fuller advantage of Go High Level but need an expert hand configuring its automations. Especially the AI integrations.

My account is already active; the next step is to customize workflows so leads are nurtured automatically and appointments get booked without manual effort.

Here is what I want in place:
• A lead-nurturing sequence that triggers the moment a new contact enters a specific pipeline stage, sends a timed mix of emails/SMS, and stops the moment the prospect books or replies.
• An appointment-scheduling workflow that handles confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling links, all synced with my calendar inside GHL.

Both sequences should live in the GHL Automations builder, use tags for segmentation, and be documented so I can adjust copy later. I will consider the job complete once each automation has been tested end-to-end with a dummy lead and I receive a concise walkthrough video or loom explaining the setup.
