Responsibilities:
- Design and build daily email campaigns in Klaviyo.

We're looking for a highly skilled Social Media Ad Editor with a strong focus on static visual design to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, an understanding of social media advertising, and the ability to bring streetwear visuals to life.

You’ll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping static ads tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and Pinterest, using pre-shot model imagery, product cutouts, and branded assets. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and follow clear briefs to produce visually compelling creatives that convert.

Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality static social media ads that align with our brand and campaign goals

- Edit and retouch model images to fit ad formats, using consistent color grading and layout styles

- Translate creative direction and performance feedback into new iterations and ad variants

- Stay up to date with visual trends in streetwear, particularly Y2K, grunge, minimal, and hype culture aesthetics

- Ensure each design is optimized for platform specs and ad performance best practices

- Organize and manage layered design files for easy edits and collaboration

- Collaborate with performance marketers and creative leads to hit performance benchmarks

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in social media advertising design, preferably for fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands

- Strong proficiency in Photoshop and/or Figma (Adobe Illustrator is a plus)

- Solid experience editing model images for web or ads (skin retouching, lighting adjustments, color balancing)

- A portfolio that shows clean, ad-ready static creatives—especially for Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest

- Able to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines precisely, while adding your own touch when needed

- Deep understanding of streetwear visuals and the Y2K aesthetic

- Highly organized with great file management habits

- Quick turnaround and responsive communication

Nice to Have:
- Experience working with DTC brands or in fast-paced creative environments

- Basic motion design or animation skills (for light testing with video ads)

- Understanding of ad performance metrics and how to design for conversions
