I need a clean, modern website that lets visitors browse and explore the properties my real-estate firm represents. The entire focus is on presenting listings attractively and intuitively so potential buyers can immediately see what makes each home or office unique.
Core goals
• An elegant property-showcase front end—fast loading, mobile-friendly, and SEO-ready.
• Backend controls that allow my team to add, edit, and archive listings without touching code: address, price, images, description, and any relevant tags.
• A clear navigation structure so users can jump to location or property type with minimal clicks.
I’m comfortable with a custom Laravel build if you can demonstrate quicker performance or easier upkeep. Whichever stack you choose, make sure it supports high-resolution image galleries and is ready for future upgrades such as search filters or map integration.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional website on our hosting with SSL configured.
2. Admin guide (PDF or short Loom video) stepping through adding a new listing.
3. Source files and any design assets (Figma, XD, or PSD).
4. Two rounds of post-launch tweaks for bug fixes or small UI adjustments.
Please share a brief outline of your proposed tech stack, timeline, and at least two live examples of real-estate or portfolio sites you have built.

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media channels. The ideal candidate isn't just a traditional social media manager—you know how to leverage modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs, etc.) to streamline content production without sacrificing brand quality or human tone, and you possess solid short-form video editing skills for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, engagement targets, and audience growth.
AI-Assisted Content Creation:
Prompt and refine text content (captions, copy, threads, hooks) using modern AI LLMs.
Generate high-quality visual graphics, images, or assets using AI generation tools.
Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with crisp cuts, dynamic captions/subtitles, sound effects, trending audio, and visual hooks.
Account Management & Publishing: Schedule, publish, and optimize posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).
Community & Growth: Engage with the target audience, reply to key comments/DMs, and implement organic growth tactics.
Analytics & Optimization: Track weekly/monthly metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize strategy based on data.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts with a strong portfolio of past work.
AI Proficiency: Mastery of prompt engineering and workflow integration using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
Video Editing Software: Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Descript.
Design Literacy: Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to polish AI-generated assets into brand-compliant graphics.
Copywriting: Excellent command of English with the ability to write catchy hooks and brand-aligned captions.
Trends Awareness: High familiarity with current short-form video trends, audio cues, and platform algorithm changes.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience running targeted paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads).
Experience with video avatar/voiceover tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO for YouTube and social search engines.
Application Instructions
When applying, please include:
Portfolio / Case Studies: Links to social media accounts you have managed or short-form videos you have edited.
AI Workflow: A brief 2–3 sentence explanation of how you currently use AI tools in your content creation process.
Preferred Tools: List your go-to video editor and favorite AI content tools.
We run high-volume paid media campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, and we test constantly. This is a dedicated role focused entirely on Checkout Champ. You will build product pages, advertorials, and funnel pages that our media buyers send traffic to, then rebuild and iterate as test results come in. If you like shipping pages fast, working inside one platform deeply, and seeing your work validated by real conversion data, this is a strong fit.
This is not a general web dev role. You will work exclusively in Checkout Champ, so hands-on experience with the platform is the single most important qualification.
What you'll do
Build product pages, advertorials, presell pages, and VSL pages inside Checkout Champ
Set up and structure split tests (A/B and multivariate) so we can test offers, layouts, headlines, and creative
Clone and modify winning pages quickly to spin up new variants and new offers
Configure upsell and downsell flows, order forms, and checkout steps
Make sure every page is mobile-first, loads fast, and renders cleanly across devices and browsers
Implement tracking correctly (pixels, conversion events, UTM handling) so test data stays clean
Maintain a reusable library of templates, blocks, and components to speed up future builds
Turn designs, briefs, and reference pages into live pages accurately and quickly
Keep pages compliant with platform and ad network standards, since we work in regulated verticals where clean structure and function framing matters
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience building in Checkout Champ (please tell us how long and what you have built)
Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, especially for landing and checkout pages
Solid understanding of responsive, mobile-first design and page speed
Comfort with direct-response funnels: presell, product page, order form, upsell, thank you
Experience with conversion tracking and pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Attention to detail plus speed, since this role is about shipping and iterating at volume
Clear written communication and the ability to work from briefs without heavy hand-holding
Nice to have
Experience in supplement, health, or other regulated DTC verticals
Solid CRO instincts and a sense of what tends to convert
Familiarity with reading and acting on A/B test data
Basic design skills (Figma, image editing) for quick page mockups
I’m refreshing my 50-screen Flutter online matka app and want the entire interface to feel brand-new without forcing users to relearn the flow. The primary objective is a visual makeover: colours, typography, icons, and motion that lean into a bold retro theme while preserving most of the existing layout—only light structural tweaks where they truly enhance usability.
You’ll start with plenty of material. I’ll share high-resolution assets, logo variations, and the rough Figma concepts I’ve already sketched so you can jump straight into production rather than discovery. I’m open to your creative direction as long as each screen still maps cleanly to the current navigation and underlying Flutter logic.
Because the build is already stable, I need output that plugs straight back into Flutter:
• Updated Figma file covering all ~50 screens
• Export-ready asset set (SVG/PNG where appropriate)
• Widget-level design guidance or sample code for any new components you introduce
Pixel-perfect responsiveness on common device sizes is the acceptance benchmark; if I can drop the visuals into the codebase and see the exact look in the simulator, the job’s done.

We are looking for a true Swiss Army knife designer—someone who can take a strong creative direction or an early-stage idea and turn it into a polished, engaging final product across social media, web and app experiences.
The ideal candidate combines excellent graphic-design fundamentals with strong digital-product instincts and a working knowledge of today’s AI-powered creative tools. What We’re Looking For
A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital content and UX/UI work
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience using generative AI and AI-assisted creative tools as part of a professional workflow
Strong typography, composition, color and visual-storytelling skills
An understanding of responsive web and mobile app design
The ability to work from established creative direction while contributing thoughtful ideas
Someone who is highly resourceful, organized and comfortable working independently
A designer who can move quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
The ability to take an idea from concept through final execution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A Major Plus

Experience creating content for sports, fitness, wellness, fashion or youth-focused brands
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, animation or content creation
Familiarity with social-media trends and platform-specific creative best practices
Experience working within an established brand system
An understanding of accessible and inclusive design
About You
You are curious, proactive and passionate about design. You follow emerging creative technology, understand what makes content culturally relevant and are excited by the possibilities of AI without losing sight of the importance of original ideas and strong design fundamentals.
You do not need every detail mapped out before getting started. You can take a concept, find the right visual solution and bring it to life.
Most importantly, you are excited to use design to help elevate the voices and experiences of girls and women in sports.
Engagement
This is a freelance position with the potential for ongoing project work. Please submit your portfolio, availability, hourly or project rate, and a brief introduction explaining why you would be a strong fit for VOICEINSPORT.

I’m building a small SaaS product and need a UI designer who can turn the existing requirements into a clean, practical dashboard experience in Figma.
The project includes five core desktop screens:
Login, dashboard overview, analytics, account or user management, and settings.
Some screens may contain tables, charts, filters, navigation, cards, forms, dropdowns, empty states, or status indicators. The exact content will be shared with the selected designer.
The visual direction should feel simple, mature, and easy to use. I want the interface to prioritize information clearly without filling every space or adding unnecessary visual effects.
Please share dashboard or web-app interfaces you have personally designed. I’m especially interested in seeing real product work rather than landing pages or generic dashboard concepts. Include a brief note explaining your role and your expected turnaround time.

We're developing a new logo for Intrigue, a real estate and property management company. We have a clear creative direction in mind and are looking for a designer with strong Adobe Illustrator skills to execute it precisely.
Logo Design Direction
- Wordmark style: "intrigue" written in all lowercase letters, functioning as an integrated, connected logotype rather than a set of separate letterforms.
- Growth & connection concept: The "g" tail extends upward through the "i," creating a small gap to form the dot of the "i," then continues upward across the "t" like a vine, finishing above the second "i" (with a similar small gap acting as its dot). The two i's, the t, and the g should all read as visually connected through this single continuous line.
- Vine-inspired curve: The connecting line should feel organic and curved like an actual growing vine instead of a straight or single-arc line (avoid anything that reads as too corporate/geometric, e.g. bank-logo style). We’re open to exploring curves that change direction multiple times, subtle loops, or an inverse curve as the line exits the "i" for better visual balance.
- Reference point: The Kroger logo is a useful reference for the general concept of a letterform tail integrating with adjacent letters, but we want a more abstract, minimal execution, with no literal icons (e.g., no house shapes or similar objects) incorporated into the letters.
- Tilted "e": The "e" should be rotated approximately 45° counterclockwise
- Letter spacing: Even, balanced spacing between all letters — no uneven gaps.
- Overall feel: Minimalist, abstract, and organic, symbolizing growth and connection while remaining clean and legible.
Scope of Work
1. Logo design
- Primary custom wordmark logo
- Explore 2-3 initial concepts before we settle on a direction
- Refine chosen concept through revisions to final approved version
2. Full brand asset package, including but not limited to:
- Primary logo (full color, black, white/reversed versions)
- Secondary/alternate logo lockups (horizontal, stacked, icon-only)
- Favicon / app icon version
- Color palette and font recommendations (brand style guide)
- File formats: AI/EPS or Figma source files, PNG (transparent background), SVG, PDF
3. Social media rebrand assets: sized and formatted for updating our existing accounts to the new branding
- YouTube (channel icon + banner)
- Facebook (profile photo + cover photo)
- Instagram (profile photo + highlight covers, if applicable)
- TikTok (profile photo)
- LinkedIn (company page logo + banner)
Deliverables
- Complete, organized file package (source files + exports) covering all items above
- A simple one-page style guide (colors, fonts, logo usage/spacing rules)

OVERVIEW
Fitness Superstore and French Fitness operate high-value ecommerce catalogs involving commercial fitness equipment, new and remanufactured products, complex variants and product sets, freight rules, add-ons, product feeds, and multiple sales and advertising channels.
We are adding a senior technical contributor to work alongside our existing commerce-data and product-feed specialist and our senior Shopify developer.
This is a coverage and capacity hire, not a replacement. The goal is to have another person who can independently perform the same type of technical product-data, feed, scripting, audit, and release-QA work so projects do not depend on one person being available.
You must be able to inspect the underlying data yourself, write or review the required scripts, identify unsafe assumptions, prepare a controlled implementation packet, and validate results after a change.
This is not a general digital-marketing role. It is a technical ecommerce data and integration role.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Reconcile Shopify product IDs, variant IDs, handles, SKUs, metafield and metaobject references, feed IDs, Merchant Center offer IDs, item-group IDs, MPNs, GTINs, and Google Ads item IDs.
- Build and maintain source-of-truth crosswalks across Shopify Plus, Google Merchant Center, product-feed tools, Google Ads, BigCommerce where applicable, and internal CSV or Google Sheets records.
- Diagnose duplicate, orphaned, stale, excluded, or incorrectly grouped Merchant Center offers.
- Audit product-feed formulas, custom labels, brand values, condition, price, availability, canonical mappings, product-family mappings, and rollout-status fields.
- Build safe Python or Node.js tools for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, previews, diffs, and controlled bulk changes.
- Work with Shopify Admin APIs, GraphQL or REST APIs, CSV, JSON, XML, spreadsheets, and large exports.
- Support Shopify Combined Listings, parent-child product structures, large variant families, standalone child products, product sets, and feed-eligibility decisions.
- Audit shipping and freight rules, weight boundaries, SKU filters, zones, scenario-method relationships, and checkout behavior.
- Produce implementation-ready packets containing the source data, proposed values, exceptions, stop conditions, dry-run output, test cases, backup, rollback method, and post-change validation.
- Validate important changes from product page through cart, checkout, order record, feed output, Merchant Center, and Google Ads where applicable.
- Distinguish issues that may be safely corrected from issues that must be held for product, SEO, advertising, shipping, or leadership review.
- Work directly with our existing feed specialist, senior developer, product-listing owner, and Google Ads manager.
- Take clear ownership of assigned workstreams rather than waiting for another team member to drive every next step.
- Provide evidence-based updates and handoffs that another technical teammate can independently verify.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Senior hands-on Shopify product-data or ecommerce integration experience.
- Direct experience with Shopify Plus or large Shopify catalogs.
- Strong Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping product-feed experience.
- Direct experience reconciling product, variant, SKU, offer, item-group, MPN, and GTIN identifiers.
- Strong Python experience or equivalent hands-on Node.js automation experience.
- Experience using APIs, large CSV exports, JSON, XML, and Google Sheets for product-data investigation and bulk work.
- Experience creating dry runs, before-and-after diffs, backups, post-write verification, and rollback plans.
- Experience identifying duplicate offers, orphaned IDs, stale legacy IDs, conflicting source systems, and parent-child mapping problems.
- Ability to explain exactly which source controls each field instead of simply changing the most convenient system.
- Strong written communication and the ability to document risks, holds, decisions, and completed validation.
- Ability to work through a named personal account and least-privilege access. We do not use shared passwords.
- The person who completes the paid test must be the person who performs the contract work. Undisclosed subcontracting is not acceptable.
STRONG BONUS EXPERIENCE
- Matrixify.
- MultiFeeds, Feedonomics, Symprosis, or another advanced Shopify feed platform.
- BigCommerce catalog or API work.
- Shopify Combined Listings.
- Shopify metafields and metaobjects.
- Google Ads item-ID and cart-data mapping.
- Intuitive Shipping or another complex Shopify shipping-rules platform.
- Playwright or controlled browser automation.
- FTP or SFTP feed delivery.
- Product-review feed mapping.
- Canonical URL and structured-data QA as it relates to product feeds.
- Git and GitHub.
- High-ticket, heavy-equipment, fitness-equipment, industrial, furniture, appliance, or other freight-based ecommerce catalogs.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- This is not a Google Ads or PPC campaign-management position.
- This is not a general SEO content role.
- This is not a Shopify theme-design or Figma role.
- This is not routine product uploading or data entry.
- This is not a virtual-assistant position.
- This is not a role for someone who only knows how to clear basic Merchant Center warnings through the user interface.
- This is not an agency account-manager position where junior staff perform the technical work.
- This is not permission to make unreviewed production changes.
FIRST PROJECT / PAID TEST
Qualified finalists will complete a fixed-price, read-only paid test.
The test will use anonymized or controlled exports representing Shopify product data, product-feed output, Merchant Center status, advertising IDs, and selected shipping or product-family rules.
The test requires:
- A source-of-truth identifier crosswalk.
- A data-quality and duplicate-risk report.
- A small repeatable Python or Node.js validation script.
- A before-and-after or current-versus-proposed diff.
- A concise rollout, hold, validation, and rollback recommendation.
No live store, Merchant Center, advertising, or shipping-setting changes are permitted during the test.
Paid-test budget: $350 fixed.
Time target: no more than five hours.
Deadline: two business days after receiving the test packet.
PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS
Start your proposal with the exact words:
SOURCE OF TRUTH
Then include:
- Two directly relevant examples involving Shopify product data, Merchant Center feeds, APIs, or bulk ecommerce-data changes.
- The approximate number of products and variants involved in each example.
- Your exact personal role rather than the role of your agency or team.
- Redacted screenshots, sample crosswalks, validation outputs, scripts, diffs, or rollback documentation where available.
- Your current hourly rate.
- Your available hours per week.
- Your normal working hours and Pacific Time overlap.
- Confirmation that you personally write or review the code used for bulk changes.
- Disclosure of any agency, partner, or subcontractor involvement.
- Your answers to all five screening questions below.
Generic Shopify portfolios, PPC case studies, or proposals that do not address product-data engineering will not be advanced.
EXPECTED WORKLOAD
- Initial 60-day trial.
- Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week initially.
- Ability to expand to 25 or more hours per week when the project queue supports it.
- Long-term work is available for a successful contractor.
- A fixed daily coverage window is required, with at least three hours overlapping 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Urgent assigned requests must be acknowledged within two business hours during the agreed coverage window.
- Normal assigned requests must be acknowledged the same business day.
- Active blockers must be raised promptly rather than remaining silent until a deadline passes.
- A weekly queue and handoff review will be held with the existing technical team.
BUDGET / RATE GUIDANCE
- Posted hourly range: $35 to $65 per hour.
- Expected offer for a strong qualified international contractor: approximately $40 to $55 per hour.
- Higher rates may be considered only for unusually strong directly comparable experience and an excellent paid-test result.
- Experience level: Expert.
- Engagement type: Hourly after the fixed-price paid test.
- Workload: Less than 30 hours per week initially.
- Duration: More than six months for the successful contractor.
- Location: Worldwide, with required Pacific Time overlap.
Client's questions:
Describe the most complex Shopify-to-Google Merchant Center feed project you completed. Include product volume, systems reconciled, tools used, and how you verified the results were accurate.
Which of these have you used hands-on: Shopify, GraphQL/REST APIs, Matrixify, Feedonomics, Merchant Center, Google Ads, Python, Node.js, CSV, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTP? Briefly describe what you personally built or fixed.
A catalog has duplicate SKUs, orphaned offers, missing GTINs, and conflicting IDs. Describe your cleanup sequence, source of truth, and what you would verify before making live changes.
Leadership requests an urgent bulk feed change, but exports conflict and requirements are unclear. Explain what you would hold, validate, escalate, and prepare before making any live changes.
How would you validate a fitness-equipment catalog from product page through Merchant Center and Google Ads while ensuring prices, availability, SKUs, shipping, and product condition remain accurate?

• A homepage with a proper hero section, visual service pillars, a “why Arkran” section, a sectors strip, and a clear call to action. The current homepage is close to empty — this is the biggest single piece of work.
• The Services page restructured from a wall of text into scannable service cards with icons.
• The Project Experience page rebuilt as visual project cards — sector tag, location, executing firm, scope.
• The Leadership Team page rebuilt with consistent professional profile cards.
• A new Sectors page: mining and minerals, oil and gas, petrochemicals, critical minerals, energy transition.
• Contact page with a working form delivering reliably to info email address, an embedded map, office hours, and a stated response time.
• Fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Migration of all existing URLs with 301 redirects so we do not lose search rankings.
• Favicon, correct page titles, unique meta descriptions per page, and Open Graph images so links preview properly on LinkedIn.
• A short handover video or written guide showing us how to edit content ourselves.
WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE
• All written copy (final, proofread).
• Logo files and brand colours.
• Team photographs.
• A written list of every fix required, with priorities.
• Three reference websites showing the standard we are aiming for.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Demonstrable experience building sites for professional services firms — engineering, architecture, construction, legal, consulting. Please link two examples in your proposal.
• Strong design judgement. We do not want a template with our logo dropped in.
• You understand SEO migration and will not break our existing rankings.
• Clear written English and responsive communication. We will need a video call before hiring.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications that do not follow these three steps will not be reviewed.
• Start your proposal with the word ARKRAN so we know you read this posting.
• Link two live websites you have personally built for professional services firms.
• In two or three sentences, tell us the single biggest problem with arkran.com as it stands today.
PROCESS AND BUDGET
Fixed price, paid across four milestones through Upwork escrow. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute video call, followed by a small paid design task before we award the full project. Budget is stated in this posting and we are willing to pay properly for the right person.
BACKGROUND
The previous Upwork contract was closed by the platform before milestone payment was released. This continuation agreement reinstates the remaining two milestones under a new Upwork contract. All prior work completed under the original contract is acknowledged by both parties. This agreement covers only the remaining outstanding deliverables.

Limitation popup when free user hits cap. Push notifications, streak tracking, memory across entries, and EQ Points all functioning correctly. Terms of Service screen in app. Client has access to usage and subscription data. App live on App Store. Payment released after client confirms everything is working as expected.
Milestone 2 — Backup & Bug Fixes — $760
Database backups active. Full QA completed before submission. 30-day bug guarantee begins on public launch date. All bugs reported within 30 days fixed per original contract terms. Payment released 30 days after public launch.

Developer retains no rights to the Daily MIMI app, codebase, or brand upon completion
Client is entitled to full access to all source code, repositories, and credentials upon final payment
Credentials & Handover

I’ve designed a single-page website for my product in Figma and need someone to develop it on Shopify.
Scope of work
- Develop a Shopify website based on my Figma design.
- Implement the exact design for both desktop and mobile views.
- Ensure functionality and ADA compliancy for a single-product eCommerce site.
Website features
Payment, Shipping, Inventory, Form, Gallery
I own a small, cash-pay physical therapy practice in Hurst, Texas that specializes in helping adults reduce pain, improve mobility, decrease stiffness, and return to the activities they enjoy most with their family, friends, hobbies, recreation, and work.
Unlike high-volume clinics, I spend one-on-one time with every patient to identify the root cause of their movement problems and create individualized treatment plans. My practice emphasizes outstanding patient care, education, and long-term relationships rather than quick visits.
I currently have approximately 500 to 700 former patients in my GoHighLevel CRM. Many of these patients have not received regular email communication from my practice for several years, and I would like to reconnect with them in a thoughtful, educational, and professional way.
### Project Goal
I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant who can help me build an automated Patient Relationship System that nurtures long-term relationships with former patients, encourages referrals and repeat visits, and keeps my practice top of mind throughout the year.
This is much more than creating a few emails. I want to build a professional marketing system that can continue running with minimal ongoing maintenance.
### Scope of Work
The ideal candidate will help me:
* Review and organize my existing GoHighLevel CRM.
* Clean up duplicate contacts and improve database organization.
* Create appropriate tags and smart lists for patient segmentation.
* Configure email deliverability settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC if needed).
* Build automated workflows inside GoHighLevel.
* Create and test email campaigns before launch.
* Ensure all automations function correctly.
* Document the system so it is easy for me to manage in the future.
### Initial Automation Projects
The first phase of the project will include creating:
* The educational content and clinical expertise
* Patient success stories (HIPAA compliant)
* Practice branding and messaging
* Photos and videos
* Website information
* Practice logo and colors
* Overall marketing direction
### How We Will Work Together
I plan to use AI tools (primarily ChatGPT) to help generate educational content, email drafts, newsletters, subject lines, social media content, and marketing ideas.
Your role will be to organize, format, build, automate, test, and optimize these materials inside GoHighLevel.
I am looking for someone who enjoys taking ideas and turning them into clean, organized, automated marketing systems.
* Physical therapy
* Healthcare marketing
* Chiropractic or wellness practices
* Local service businesses
* Facebook Lead Ads
* AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
* Graphic design (Canva)
* Basic copy formatting
### Please Include With Your Proposal
When applying, please include:
1. A brief description of your GoHighLevel experience.
2. Examples of GoHighLevel automations or workflows you have built.
3. Any healthcare or local service business experience.
4. Approximately how many hours you estimate this initial project will require.
5. Your hourly rate or project-based pricing.
6. Your availability and expected turnaround time.
7. Screenshots or a short video demonstrating previous GoHighLevel workflow projects, if available.
### Long-Term Opportunity
My goal is to build a long-term working relationship with the right person.
If this project goes well, I anticipate ongoing work including:
I value honesty, organization, excellent communication, attention to detail, and someone who enjoys creating efficient systems that improve the client experience.
I look forward to finding someone who can become a trusted part of my business as we continue to grow.
I have a fully-designed WordPress site and a matching Figma file, and I’m ready to move everything over to Wix with pixel-perfect fidelity. Your task is to replicate the current layout, styles, and interactions so the new Wix version looks and feels exactly like the original—no creative tweaks needed, just a faithful rebuild.
Key elements that must carry over:
• Existing contact forms (same fields, behaviour, and destinations).
• My Calendly scheduling flow, embedded and functioning within Wix exactly as it does now.
You’ll receive:
• The live WordPress URL for reference.
• The exported WordPress assets.
• The layered Figma file for precise measurements, colours, and typography.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A Wix site in my account, fully structured, with all pages mirroring the WordPress ones.
2. Contact forms recreated using native Wix forms (or Velo if needed) and tested end-to-end.
3. Calendly embedded and verified on the designated pages.
4. A brief hand-off note explaining where key settings live inside Wix so I can manage content going forward.
Please outline your approach, any Wix Editor or Velo tricks you’ll lean on, and an estimated timeline. Once everything is live and signed off, the project is complete.

Nano.com is a group accountability app built to declare war on the loneliness epidemic. An organizer creates a group, sets a shared goal, and invites their people. Every day, members post photo or video proof that they showed up. Like Duolingo, but you set the group challenge.
We're live on the App Store across the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe, and we're building our first cohorts of groups with hands-on support. This is the first marketing hire at Nano.com: you'll own everything a person sees before they decide to join, post, or start a group of their own.
Not a channel manager. Not a strategy role that produces documents. You design it, write it, make it, ship it, and measure it — this week, not next quarter. You'll work directly with the founders.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The organizer's invite message. When an organizer invites their own community, that message gets read by thousands of people. Highest-leverage copy in the product, and nobody owns it today.
The invite-link first impression. Group content is visible via invite link before joining. That screen is where conversion actually happens — someone sees real people showing up, and decides.
The shareable asset system. Which moments get celebrated, how the asset looks, where the click lands. The asset has to make the member's own photo look better, not replace it with stock.
The App Store listing and the landing page. Copy, screenshots, positioning, iteration.
The outreach message bank the team uses for organizer recruitment — plus your own small batches of direct outreach, to keep your ear on what actually gets replies.
Community mapping beyond Facebook: Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skool, Circle, Reddit. Which niches respond to what.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
60% making things (copy, assets, screens, listings) · 20% distribution and measurement · 10% direct outreach batches · 10% with product and founders on what we build next.
NOT IN SCOPE: paid ads, SEO, brand identity work. Heavy video production is outsourced — you spec and direct it.
WHO YOU ARE
4–6 years in marketing or growth, including a stretch as the first or only marketing person at a small consumer or community product. You did everything with your own hands.
You've made assets people actually shared — and you know the numbers.
Hands-on with Figma or Canva, and a video editor like CapCut. You ship without waiting on a designer or a media budget.
You can explain why something failed, not just show what worked. We'll ask.
The working language is English; bilingual Spanish/English is ideal.
The loneliness mission actually lands for you. It's real, it's measurable, and it's getting worse. If that's just a marketing angle to you, this is the wrong job.
Probably NOT a fit if: you talk beautifully about viral loops but have never personally made an asset; you need a designer, a copywriter and a media budget to produce anything; paid ads and SEO are your core craft; or you'd rather present a strategy than ship the work.
ENGAGEMENT
Remote, with meaningful overlap with US hours. Part-time contract to start (roughly 15–20 hrs/week), with a scope and compensation review at month three. Small, senior, ambitious team that moves fast and argues with data.
Process: a short conversation → a practical screen (we'll show you 30 real communities and ask which ones are alive) → a paid, scoped trial on real work (three assets for three different moments, plus a rewrite of the message an organizer sends their own community).
HOW TO APPLY
Lead your proposal with one asset that FAILED: link it and tell us why you think it failed. That's the part we care most about. Then include two or three assets people actually shared (with the numbers), one short paragraph on why the loneliness problem matters to you, and a link to work you're proud of.
Proposals that skip the failed asset won't be reviewed.
Client's questions:
Link one asset you made that people genuinely shared. What were the numbers?
Tell us about one asset that failed — and why you think it failed.
Have you been the first or only marketer at a consumer or community product? Tell us in two lines.
WeTheHobby is building a new customer portal for sports card collectors who participate in live breaks. We are looking for a contract product designer to help us design and polish a customer-facing dashboard where users can view the cards they hit, verify their results, and choose next actions like consigning, grading, or shipping.
This is a real product launching soon, not a concept project. We already have an early working version built by engineering, but we need a strong product/UI designer to make the experience feel more intuitive, polished, and customer-friendly.
----- What We’re Building -----
The dashboard allows customers to:
- Create or log into a WTH account
- Connect their Fanatics Live account
- View cards they hit in live breaks
- Review card images and details
- Choose actions for each card:
- Consign
- Grade
- Ship
- Future actions like pre-grade or buyback
- Understand what to do if cards are missing or details look incorrect
The product will eventually expand into a broader customer card management platform.
----- What We Need Help With -----
We need a designer to help improve the full customer experience, including:
- Hit dashboard / “My Hits” page
- Card list and card detail layouts
- Empty states
- Error states
- Onboarding flow
- Connected account flow
- CTA/action hierarchy
- Mobile-responsive layouts
- Visual polish and interaction states
- Future consignment request flow concepts
We are especially interested in someone who can think beyond pixels and help simplify the user journey.
----- Design Goals -----
The experience should feel:
- Simple and trustworthy
- Premium but not overly complicated
- Customer-friendly, not admin-like
- Clear for users who may not be highly technical
- Fast to ship and easy for engineering to implement
We want to avoid over-designing. This is an MVP that needs to look professional, communicate clearly, and scale into future workflows.
----- Ideal Candidate -----
You are a strong fit if you have experience with:
- B2C dashboards or customer portals
- Marketplace, ecommerce, fintech, collectibles, gaming, or sports products
- Designing clean SaaS/product interfaces
- Improving engineer-built MVPs
- Figma
- Responsive web design
- Practical design systems
- Working quickly with product and engineering teams
Bonus if you understand sports cards, collectibles, live commerce, or marketplace workflows, but that is not required.
----- Deliverables -----
Expected deliverables may include:
- Figma designs for the “My Hits” dashboard
- Improved onboarding/account connection screens
- Component recommendations
- Mobile and desktop views
- Empty/error/loading states
- CTA/action flow recommendations
- Optional clickable prototype
We can provide screenshots of the current product, brand direction, and product context.
----- Timeline -----
We are looking to move quickly. Ideally, we would like initial design recommendations within a few days, followed by polished designs over 1–2 weeks.
----- To Apply -----
Please include:
- Relevant portfolio examples
- Any customer dashboard or marketplace work
- Your availability over the next 1–2 weeks
- A brief note on how you would approach improving an engineer-built MVP without overcomplicating it
