I want every new order that hits my Shopify store to drop straight into a Google Sheet the moment it happens. The only columns I need are the total amount, the current order status, and the purchase date. Daily or weekly exports are too slow—this has to run in real time.

My preference is to do this through Shopify Flow because it keeps everything inside the platform, but I’m open to a lightweight webhook or app-based workaround if it meets the same speed and reliability. I’ll give you API access to a test store and the destination sheet so you can build, map the three fields, and prove the sync works with live orders.

Main scope:
• Build a custom module for Odoo 16 Enterprise.
• Import and normalize bank statements from multiple banks.
• Create configurable mapping rules for different bank formats.
• Identify transaction date, amount, reference, description, bank account, company and store when available.
• Match bank deposits against POS sales by date, store, session and payment method.
• Match outgoing payments against supplier payments or clearing accounts.
• Detect full matches, partial matches, duplicates, discrepancies and unmatched transactions.
