We have an existing Python script that uses Selenium and Chrome webdriver to export snapshot data periodically from a tool that we use which doesn't offer API access. Project Overview

We are building a custom software system for a Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) manufacturing company. The goal is to create a production planning and operations management platform that connects marketing, planning, production, logistics, and management teams.

The system will manage customer orders, container planning, production scheduling, production tracking, inventory, and dispatch operations.

This is not a simple website. It is a manufacturing ERP-style system.

A working prototype already exists and we want to continue expanding and improving it.

The project involves the development of a secure centralized project portfolio management platform designed to support project registration, portfolio oversight, and operational monitoring across multiple departments and initiatives.

The initial phase will focus on building the core system and modules required for structured project management, governance oversight, and executive reporting.

The system must provide workflow capability that supports approval processes, status tracking, and controlled updates to project records. Users should be able to update project progress, track milestones, and flag issues or risks through structured forms.

A document management component will also be required. The platform should allow users to upload, organize, and maintain project-related documents with appropriate permissions and version control.

The system should include role-based user access so that different user groups can view, edit, approve, or administer information according to their permissions.

The developer should propose a recommended technology stack and infrastructure for building a secure, scalable web application.

We are looking for an experienced Bubble developer to help us finalize an AI-powered SaaS application that generates legal and business documents (NDAs, BAAs, employment agreements, etc.) using OpenAI API.

The application is already 80–90% complete. We need someone who can quickly get oriented within the existing Bubble project, help finish the remaining functionality, and improve the AI document-generation workflow.

This is not a ground-up build - it is a finalization and refinement project.

What the App Does
Users enter a prompt describing the type of document they need.
The system generates a draft using AI and approved template documents.
Users then interact with a ChatGPT-style interface to refine the document in real time.

Scope of Work

1. Project Orientation

* Review existing Bubble workflows, database, and API integrations
* Understand current OpenAI implementation and document-generation logic

2. Bubble App Completion

* Finalize payment logic:

* subscription tier for ongoing access
* Ensure proper gating of features based on payment tier
* Help complete user document storage and retrieval

3. Website Integration

* Connect Wix marketing site to the Bubble app
* Pass prompt input from homepage into the Bubble workflow
* Ensure seamless transition from website → app (subdomain)

4. OpenAI / Prompt Refinement

* Improve document generation consistency
* Refine system prompts and structure
* Improve dynamic editing in chat workflow
* Reduce hallucinations and improve contract accuracy

5. Chat Experience Improvements

* Make document edits more dynamic and context-aware
* Improve how changes are applied to the document
* Ensure the AI maintains document structure and formatting

6. Admin Tools

* Help build a simple admin interface so non-technical founders can manage:
