Savanna Tanks requires an experienced Respond.io specialist to configure and implement a WhatsApp AI enquiry and lead qualification system.

The system must answer approved questions, conduct pre-sales discussions, collect customer and tank information, receive files, identify missing information, generate enquiry summaries, assign enquiries, allow human takeover and support follow-up and reporting.

This is a Respond.io configuration project, not a new platform development.

2. OBJECTIVES AND PLATFORM

- Proven experience with API connections in Make.com (not just native integrations)
- Experience with Claude API or OpenAI API in Make.com workflows
- Experience with HeyGen API preferred
- Experience with Loom API preferred
- Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Slack, Gmail, Notion integrations all required
- Must document every scenario clearly with screenshots so I can maintain it
- Must test all scenarios with dummy data before marking complete
- Must provide a handover call to walk me through what was built

7. Full documentation: screenshots of every scenario, what each module does, how to update variables
8. 30-minute handover Zoom call walkthrough

**BUDGET**

$300 to $600 USD fixed price for the complete build depending on experience and scope.
Open to milestone payments: 50% on start, 50% on completion and handover.
