About us
Reserve Tax AI is an AI platform that helps commercial real estate owners find over-assessed properties and lower their property taxes. Our product, Reserve Intelligence, turns a messy portfolio of parcels into a ranked list of appeal opportunities with projected tax savings.
The project
We need one polished 90 second animated product demo / explainer with clean interface animation — the kind of SaaS demo that makes software feel effortless. It will live on our website, YouTube, and paid campaigns.
The story to tell (4 beats)
1. A commercial real estate owner uploads their property portfolio
2. Our AI instantly scans it and flags over-assessed parcels
3. It surfaces projected annual tax savings, property by property
4. One click files the appeal
Style & brand
- Dark background, white type, lime-green accent (#C1F509)
- Clean, technical, high-contrast — modern fintech/SaaS feel, not cartoonish
- Motion graphics plus real UI/interface animation, not generic stock
What we'll provide
Access to demo app, logo and brand assets, and a script / voiceover direction. You can see the product at app.reservetax.ai and our current early demo at youtube.com/watch?v=AoLJgfV_bNc.
Deliverables
- Final video in 1080p (4K a plus), MP4
- Editable source/project files (After Effects) on completion
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions
Timeline
ASAP ?
To apply
Please share 2–3 SaaS or product demo videos you've made — interface animation especially — plus a rough fixed price and timeline for this scope.

The project: We're building an onboarding/tutorial guide system for CurtainConnect, a web app, and want a mascot character named Cue — a friendly, gender-neutral spotlight character (round lens "face," soft-touch metal body, tripod base) who highlights parts of the UI and walks users through features, similar to a spotlight-and-beam guided tour.
I've attached our style reference/mockup, which includes the outline of color palette, expression range, turnaround views, and material notes.
Scope:
Finalize character art as clean, layered vector (based on our reference art), organized for rigging.
Rig in Rive with a named state machine exposing controllable inputs:
An expression state (idle, happy, thinking, pointing, encouraging, celebrating)
A beam/head rotation angle (ideally continuous rather than fixed positions, so we can aim the spotlight at arbitrary points on screen)
Character stays fixed in position on screen — only the head/beam rotates and expressions change (no full-body movement or walk cycle needed).
Deliverables:
Final .riv file
Editable Rive source project file (not just the compiled runtime export)
Brief documentation of the state machine's inputs/outputs for our developers, who'll integrate via Rive's React web runtime
What we'd love from you:
A rough quote and estimated timeline for the above scope
2–3 examples from your portfolio of rigged Rive characters with exposed state machine controls (rather than simple loop animations), if you have them handy
Happy to answer any questions about the reference art or scope. Looking forward to hearing from you!

• Editing voiceover + animated stick-figure/2D character scenes into a cohesive, fast-paced video

• Delivering final videos in YouTube-ready format (1080p/4K, correct aspect ratio, etc.)

• Comfortable working from a script + raw voiceover file
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Job Title: Professional Male Voice Actor Needed — 2 Min Corporate Explainer Video
Project Overview: I need a professional voice actor to record a around 2 minute voiceover for a corporate animated explainer video. The video targets C-suite executives (CFOs, Finance Directors) at large companies, so the tone must feel polished, credible, and authoritative.
Voice Direction:
Tone: Authoritative, confident, and direct — think senior financial consultant, NOT salesperson
Pace: Slightly faster than a standard explainer — this is a busy executive audience
Accent: Neutral American English
Feel: Boardroom-ready — sharp and results-focused, not warm or conversational
What I Need From You:
✅ A clean studio-quality recording of the provided script (approx. 2 minutes)
✅ Delivered as a WAV or high-quality MP3 file
✅ No background noise, no reverb, no music — clean voice only
✅ Turnaround within 2 days of hiring
To Apply: Please include a short demo reel or sample that demonstrates your corporate/business explainer style. Applicants without a relevant sample will not be considered.
Video begins with: Running a multi-location supermarket chain means thousands of transactions every single day
Budget: $10–$20 (fixed price) Project Length: Less than 1 week
It's about historical stories / how they died, painted in stick-figure style.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in video editing (samples/portfolio)
Creativity, attention to detail, and consistency
Ability to work long-term with our team
1 Video per week
Applicants are welcome to send samples of previous work along with their proposal.
Please apply only if you already have relevant editing experience. Looking forward to working with you!

READ FIRST: This is NOT a video editing role. :)
This role is for a specialist in generative AI video — prompting, model selection, and generation pipelines.
WHO WE ARE
A multi-brand health organization (functional medicine, hair wellness, and women's health) producing high-volume video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid social.
HOW THIS WORKS
We handle strategy, scripting, and target audience direction on our end. You receive a complete creative brief and script, and you produce the finished, platform-ready video. Your job is pure generation and production craft.
WHAT YOU'LL PRODUCE
You should be comfortable working across multiple styles, including AI UGC and avatar-style talking-head content, cinematic text-to-video and image-to-video footage, animated explainer and character-driven content, whiteboard and hand-drawn explainer style, motion graphics with animated charts and kinetic text, AI-generated b-roll libraries matched to our brand aesthetics, and voiceover integration with accurate lip sync where needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Hands-on generation experience with at least 4 of the following: Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Luma, Hailuo/MiniMax, HeyGen, Arcads, Hedra, Higgsfield.
Demonstrated ability to maintain character and brand consistency across a series of videos.
Strong prompt engineering: camera language, motion control, and reference-image workflows.
A working pipeline you can describe: how you go from brief to assets to generation to final export.
Understanding of platform specs (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and social-first pacing.
ENGAGEMENT
We'll start with a paid test project of 2 to 3 videos in different styles, then move to an ongoing monthly arrangement with the right person.
TO APPLY
Send a reel of your best stuff and we'll go from there. :)
# Video Editor (Money + Motivation Documentary Style)
## About the Channel
I am building a YouTube channel focused on the intersection of wealth, success, discipline, business, entrepreneurship, and motivation.
The goal is to create highly engaging 10–15 minute videos that combine motivational storytelling with money, business, psychology, and self-improvement topics.
This is NOT a basic talking-head channel. I am looking for someone who can help create videos that feel premium, cinematic, and addictive to watch.
Examples of styles I like include:
- Type this in on YouTube — howreallyvideos
- MagnatesMedia
- LEMMiNO
## What You'll Be Doing
I will provide:
- Script
- Voiceover
- Direction/examples
You will be responsible for:
- Full video editing
- Motion graphics
- Text animations
- B-roll selection
- Stock footage integration
- Visual storytelling
- Sound design
- Background music
- Pacing and retention optimization
The final product should keep viewers engaged from start to finish and feel like a professional documentary rather than a simple slideshow.
## Style Requirements
I'm specifically looking for editors who can create:
- Animation
- Money and business visualizations
- Dynamic text animations
- Documentary-style storytelling
- Smooth transitions
- Premium motion graphics
- Emotional and motivational sequences
- Strong hooks in the first 30 seconds
- High viewer retention editing
The videos should feel modern, clean, and visually impressive.
**A note on "animation":** By this I mean motion graphics, data visualizations, and animated text/charts/icons layered over b-roll and stock footage — things like numbers counting up, custom maps and diagrams building piece by piece, animated stat overlays, and icon-based motion graphics (a rising arrow, a vault opening, etc.). This is NOT full character-based cartoon animation (like an animated explainer channels where a drawn character walks and talks through a story). If your portfolio is mostly cartoon/character animation, this is not the right fit — I'm looking for the documentary-meets-motion-graphics style shown in the example channels above.
## Video Length
- 10–15 minutes per video
- Long-form YouTube content
- Potentially 2-4 videos per month
## Ideal Candidate
You are a strong fit if you:
- Have experience editing finance, business, documentary, or motivational content
- Understand YouTube retention and pacing
- Can independently source visuals and build engaging scenes
- Have motion graphics experience
- Can communicate clearly and meet deadlines
- Are interested in a long-term partnership
So for the animation style and character, here's exactly what I'm looking for:
The overall animation style should be clean flat 2D — smooth transitions, polished motion graphics, and the kind of quality that makes abstract concepts feel visual and easy to follow. That's the production level I want.
For the actual character, I want it to be completely unique to my channel. The main character is built directly from my flame logo — take the exact flame silhouette from the Inner Fuel logo and give it a simple body. Thin arms and legs with rounded tips, no hand or feet detail. Two small oval eyes and a minimal curved line for a mouth. No nose. No realistic human features at all.
The flame body uses the same orange-to-yellow gradient from my logo — not a flat solid color. Here's the key detail: when the character is in a positive, disciplined, or winning moment, the flame burns taller and brighter. When the character is in a low, struggling, or bad-habit moment, the flame shrinks and dims to a dull grey-orange. So the character's emotional state is shown through the flame itself, not just the face.
VERY IMPORTANT- need the characters mouth to move with the voiceover so its like he's speaking
The color palette throughout the whole video stays consistent with my logo — black or near-black backgrounds, orange and yellow as the primary accent colors, white for text and neutral elements.
Personality-wise, think calm and wise, not hyper or cartoonish. More like a quiet mentor figure guiding the viewer through the story.
## To Apply
Please send:
1. Your best 2-3 examples (must be similar style)
2. A brief explanation of your editing process
Start your proposal with "Momentum" at the beginning of your application so I know you read everything
Applications without relevant portfolio examples will not be considered. I'm looking for a long-term editor who wants to grow with the channel and help build something significant.

TITLE
Minimalist line illustrator for a 60-second explainer video
We're producing a short animated explainer for psychology
platform and need an illustrator to draw the frames. The concept,
script and full shot list are already done — we're not looking for precise execution of an existing storyboard.
Style: flat vector, thin even line, very large empty space, tiny
faceless figures, three colours only. Calm Scandinavian editorial
illustration — not corporate infographic.
In your proposal, send 2–3 relevant examples from your portfolio in
a minimal line style with lots of negative space. Please don't send
your whole portfolio.
Full brief and shot list will be shared with the selected candidate.
Doing a theater production that will have 4 screens surrounding the audience. First project will be the intro to the show. Reletively short, production will have many animated parts.
Animation will projected on to a screen that will introduce each scene. The effect will almost holographic. Need a really magical "feel" and crisp look.
After seeing samples of many peoples work-I need someone with drawing animations skills as well as motion graphics-willing to pay more for the right match.
Rituo is a subscription wellness app (iOS, live on the App Store) that helps people build habits and daily rituals through active participation rather than passive content. It combines a habit tracker, journaling, personalised rituals, reminders, and mindfulness/breathing exercises into one system.
We need a short, animated explainer video that will be embedded on the Rituo website (shop.rituo.co.uk and rituo.co.uk) but demos the real app, not the website. This is a pre-launch/launch asset, so tone, polish, and clarity all matter.
Important: the video must show actual screen footage of the Rituo app in use (setting up a ritual, tracking a habit, journaling, seeing progress/feedback insights), captured directly from a real device, then edited with motion, zooms, and text overlays. It is not a walkthrough of the marketing site or Shopify store; the website is only where the finished video will be hosted. We will provide app access (a test account or the live app) so the freelancer can film real screens rather than recreate the UI as illustration.
What we need
An animated explainer video with:
Real screen footage of the app, captured directly from a device, showing someone creating a ritual, tracking habits, journaling, and receiving progress feedback
Motion editing on top of that footage: cursor/finger cues, zooms, pacing, and transitions, so it feels polished rather than a raw recording
Professional voiceover narrating the journey
Light motion graphics/text overlays to reinforce key points
Background music (licensed, mood-appropriate: calm but energetic, not sleepy)
Length and format
Duration: 45 to 60 seconds for the main video
Primary format: MP4, H.264, 1920x1080 (horizontal), for website embedding
Social cutdowns (required, not optional): the freelancer should also deliver the main video chopped into shorter clips ready for social media, including:
A vertical cut (1080x1920) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
A square cut (1080x1080) for Instagram feed and LinkedIn
2 to 3 shorter teaser clips (15 to 20 seconds each) pulled from the main video, one per key feature (for example, one on the habit tracker, one on journaling, one on progress insights), each captioned for sound-off viewing
Captions/subtitles burned in or provided as a separate file for all social cuts, since most social viewing happens muted
Narrative arc (rough structure, open to the freelancer's input)
The problem (5 to 8 seconds): most wellness apps are passive, people consume content but don't build lasting habits.
The idea (10 to 15 seconds): Rituo flips this, active participation through personalised rituals and habit tracking.
The app in action (20 to 25 seconds): real screen footage walking through the core loop, setting up a personalised ritual, tracking the habit, journaling and reflecting, and seeing progress/feedback insights update.
The outcome (5 to 10 seconds): better focus, sleep, and stress management through consistent daily rituals.
Call to action (5 seconds): download Rituo, start your ritual today, App Store badge/logo.
Brand tone
Calm, credible, modern, not childish or overly "meditation app" cliché (avoid generic zen imagery: floating lotus flowers, clouds, etc.)
Differentiate from Calm/Headspace/Simple Habit by emphasising participation and action, not passive listening
Colour palette and logo assets to be supplied by us
Deliverables
Final main video file in the format specified above
All social cutdowns specified above (vertical, square, and short teaser clips), captioned
Source project file (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or whichever editor the freelancer uses), so we can make minor future edits
Voiceover as a separate audio stem
Raw captured screen footage, in case we want to reuse it elsewhere
Assets we will provide
App access (test account or the live app) so the freelancer can capture real screen footage themselves
Logo, brand colours, and any existing brand guidelines
Draft script/voiceover copy (or we're open to the freelancer drafting this as part of the quote)

This is intended to be an ongoing, recurring collaboration for consistent uploads — not a one-off project. Looking forward to seeing your work!
I’m commissioning three short videos (1 minute to 1.5 minutes each) that walk potential customers through the key benefits and workflows of my software platform. Each piece should feel polished and professional in tone, while still being easy to follow for someone seeing the product for the first time.
To keep viewers engaged, I’d like a combination approach: animated explainer elements for concepts and statistics, live-action snippets to add a human touch, and crisp screencast sequences that demonstrate the actual interface. Let me know what you will need from me, example: any raw screen recordings you request; you handle the creative direction, storyboards, scripting, voice-over, animation, on-screen graphics, editing, and final mastering. This is a STARTUP company so we do NOT have a big budget. We would like it created with AI/but with human touch.
Sample video we like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EdTbuSDQ8I
Deliverables
• Three videos (≈90–120 seconds each) in 1080p MP4, plus the editable project files (After Effects/Premiere or equivalent)
• Caption files (.srt) and a separate audio-only track for each video
• A thumbnail and one-sentence hook for each piece
AM I missing anything?
Once you share a storyboard for approval, we can lock timing and move into production. Final acceptance hinges on brand consistency, visual clarity, and smooth pacing that keeps prospects watching through to the call-to-action.
DO NOT QUOTE ME A PRICE and then switch when we talk, I will block you for being unprofessional. Looking for good ethics/continued relationship. That is important to me.

Project Overview
We're a B2B technology company launching a new service offering and need a polished 60–90 second animated explainer video to feature on our website, YouTube, and social channels. This is the second video in a short series, so we're looking for a designer who can match an established visual style and deliver consistent, on-brand work. Strong candidates may be considered for the remaining videos in the series.
What We're Looking For
Clean, modern motion graphics / kinetic typography animation (2D)
Ability to work from a provided script and scene-by-scene storyboard
Consistency with an existing brand style guide (colors, fonts, logo lock-ups provided)
Experience animating icon-driven, concept-based B2B explainers (not character-heavy cartoon style)
Smooth pacing synced to a voiceover track
Scope of Work
Animate ~9 scenes based on our storyboard and brand assets
Incorporate on-screen text callouts, animated statistics/data points, and icon transitions
Integrate a provided or sourced voiceover and light background music
Deliver a branded intro/outro end card with a call-to-action button
Format optimized for web and YouTube (16:9, 1080p minimum; 4K preferred)
What We'll Provide
Full script and detailed storyboard
Brand style guide (color palette, typography, logo files)
Any required icons/logos and reference to the previous video in the series for style matching
Deliverables
1 final video (60–90 sec), plus source/project files
Up to 2 rounds of revisions included
Skills Required
A short portfolio or reel of similar B2B/tech explainer or motion-graphics work
Your estimated timeline and cost for a project of this scope
Confirmation you can match an existing video style from provided references
Demo Video Script — Service Scheduler AI (Google Calendar API Verification)
Total runtime target: 3–5 minutes. Record in 1080p, English UI language, narrate live or add on-screen captions.
Scene 1 — Intro (10–15 sec)
Screen: schedulerai.app homepage, logged out.
Narration:
"This is Service Scheduler AI, a scheduling assistant for independent service providers. It connects to a provider's Google Calendar to read their real availability and to write new appointments once a client books. I'll show the OAuth consent flow, then both the read and write integrations."
Scene 2 — Sign-in / OAuth initiation (15–20 sec)
Screen: Click "Login" or "Connect Google Calendar" button.
Narration:
"Here the provider clicks 'Connect Google Calendar' to begin the authorization flow."
Action: Click through to Google's OAuth screen.
Screen: Full Google consent screen, unobstructed.
Must be visible:
App name ("Service Scheduler AI") matching your Cloud Console branding exactly
The two Calendar scopes listed (read and write) exactly as declared in Console
Browser address bar showing accounts.google.com and your OAuth client ID
Language toggle (bottom left) set to English
Narration:
"This is the OAuth consent screen. You can see the app name, Service Scheduler AI, matches our registered branding. The requested scopes are listed here: read access to calendar events, and write access to create and update events. The address bar confirms this request is coming from our registered OAuth client ID."
Action: Pause 2–3 seconds on this screen before clicking "Allow."
Scene 4 — Grant completes, redirect back (10 sec)
Screen: Redirect back into schedulerai.app, showing "Connected" status.
Narration:
"After granting access, the provider is redirected back into the app, which now shows their Google Calendar as connected."
Scene 5 — READ FLOW: Pulling live availability (30–45 sec)
Screen: Provider's dashboard or a client-facing booking view. Show an actual Google Calendar event.
Narration:
"Now I'll demonstrate the read scope in use. Here is an event already on this provider's Google Calendar — [describe it, e.g., '2pm haircut appointment']. When a client messages to request a time, the app reads the provider's live calendar to determine open slots — you can see it correctly excludes the time already blocked by this event, and only proposes open windows."
Action: Show the client-facing chat/message where the assistant proposes only free time slots, cross-referencing the calendar event shown a moment ago.
Scene 6 — WRITE FLOW: Creating the booking (30–45 sec)
Screen: Continue the same client conversation to confirmation.
Narration:
"Once the client confirms a time, the app uses the write scope to create a new event directly on the provider's Google Calendar."
Action: Client confirms → switch to Google Calendar (or the app's calendar view pulling from Google) → show the new event now appears.
Narration (cont.):
"Here you can see the new appointment has been written to the provider's Google Calendar in real time, with the client's name and service details."
Scene 7 — WRITE FLOW variant: Reschedule/update (20–30 sec, if applicable)
Screen: Client requests to reschedule an existing booking.
Narration:
"The app also supports rescheduling. When a client requests a new time, the app updates the existing calendar event rather than creating a duplicate."
Action: Show the event's time changing on the calendar.
Scene 8 — Close (10 sec)
Narration:
"That covers the full OAuth grant process and both the read and write functionality enabled by the Calendar API scopes in Service Scheduler AI."
Recording checklist
Browser language set to English; consent screen language toggle = English
App name/logo on consent screen matches Console branding exactly
Both scopes visible on consent screen match what's declared in Console (no extra, no missing)
Address bar visible during consent (shows OAuth client ID)
Read flow and write flow each clearly demonstrated as separate, distinct moments
Use a test/demo Google account, not a real user's live calendar
