I run a growing home services business with strong content creation, real ad spend, and a clear focus on customer acquisition cost — not vanity metrics.
I'm looking for one person, ideally full-time (or at minimum ~50% of your working week), to own Meta & Instagram ads as an embedded, in-house partner.
This is not an agency role. This is not a side account. This is a long-term seat.
If your background is primarily e-commerce or info products, this will not be a fit.

You should instinctively understand:

• How creative fatigue actually shows up in service ads
You don't just "run ads." You understand why they work.
Acquisition Mindset
You should be comfortable discussing:
• CAC ranges you've achieved for service businesses
• What you believe is realistic today — and why
• Testing cadence, creative volume, and scaling responsibly
You should also be comfortable saying "this won't work."

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Account Setup Team - Oversee and guide a team of three responsible for the daily creation and organization of social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Ensure all accounts strictly follow established checklists and processes to maintain a fully stocked and compliant inventory.
2. Oversee Daily Operations - Manage the team’s daily workflows, ensuring proper execution of account “warm-up” protocols using both software tools and manual engagement. Your goal is to keep all accounts safe, active, and authentic.
3. Manage Posting Schedules - Own the daily content distribution plan by assigning tasks for automated batch posting and manual uploads. Ensure all videos are published accurately and on schedule across platforms.
4. Quality Control & Troubleshooting - Monitor team work logs, identify and resolve failed or delayed posts, and double-check all live content to ensure it appears professional and meets quality standards (audio, visuals, formatting).
5. Tracking & Reporting - Compile daily performance reports, track account growth, and ensure the team has all required resources (credits, files, tools) to operate efficiently.
