About the Role

We’re hiring ad creative designers to produce Facebook ad creatives (static images and short-form videos).
Each designer will deliver 2 ads per week. Ads will initially focus on our signature hand masks and foot masks. We handle all ad uploading, testing, and media buying.
This role requires strong creative thinking; you’ll be responsible for developing hooks and creative concepts, not just execution.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $20 - $35 per image/video ad
Performance Bonus:
- Each ad goes through an initial 3-day test period (no bonus during testing).
- Starting Day 4, ads must meet the ROAS target for their product category.
- Initial ROAS target is 2.0 for hand masks and foot masks.
- Eligible ads earn a 2.5% of ad spend from Day 4 onward.
- Bonus applies only while ROAS remains at or above the target. If ROAS drops below target, the ad is stopped and bonus eligibility ends.
- Ads that do not meet the target earn no bonus. Bonuses are calculated and paid monthly.
Requirements
- Experience creating Facebook / Instagram ads.
- Strong direct-response thinking and hook development.
- Ability to consistently deliver 2 creatives per week.
