This is not a one-off task. We want someone we can work with long-term, across multiple smaller projects and product launches.

The role combines two things depending on the project: writing original SEO-driven copy from scratch, and proofreading/refining existing content, including content that has been AI-generated or machine-translated, so that it reads as if it was originally written by a native Polish copywriter. We work with premium brands, so a strong sense of premium, polished messaging is essential.

What You Will Be Doing
Depending on the project, you will either:

Copywriting:
Write original Polish product content (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ / rich content) that integrates SEO keywords naturally and reflects each brand's tone of voice.

Proofreading & refining:
Review content that is already drafted — whether written by AI, translated from English, or written by another writer — and improve it for:
Grammar, spelling, and fluency
Native-level phrasing and readability
Natural, non-forced keyword integration
Premium, consistent tone of voice
Conversion and eCommerce performance
You may also occasionally be asked to translate content from English into Polish.

Requirements
Native or fully fluent Polish, with strong English
Proven experience in copywriting and/or proofreading
Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness — ideally including premium brands
Strong understanding of SEO and natural keyword integration
Experience with eCommerce product content
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured briefs
Comfortable reviewing and improving AI-generated content
