ROLE OVERVIEW
The Web Developer is the primary owner of all Nirvana Life Group websites and landing pages. Our websites are core revenue-driving assets—responsible for generating memberships, bookings, accommodation enquiries, event registrations, sales, and leads—and must be managed accordingly.
This is not a ticket-based development role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of our entire digital ecosystem, proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems before they arise, and continuously improving the performance of our websites.
This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, speed, attention to detail, and a high level of initiative. You are expected to work independently, communicate proactively, collaborate closely with the Marketing team, and take full ownership of everything website-related.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Management
Own and manage all Nirvana Life Group websites and landing pages.
Maintain all websites to the highest standard, ensuring content, pricing, schedules, links, forms, and promotional information are accurate and up to date at all times.
Publish, update, and remove website content in line with marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and business priorities.
Conduct regular website audits to proactively identify and resolve outdated content, broken links, missing assets, technical issues, or inconsistencies before they are reported.
Maintain organised staging and live environments, ensuring all updates are properly tested before deployment and do not disrupt the live website.
Maintain website documentation, including structures, integrations, technical processes, and ongoing development history.
Development & Optimisation
Build new landing pages, website sections, and features efficiently, delivering work within agreed timelines.
Ensure all websites are mobile responsive, fast-loading, secure, accessible, and optimised for performance across all devices.
Test all pages, forms, buttons, automations, integrations, and user journeys thoroughly before publication.
Maintain website security through regular updates, backups, plugin maintenance, and proactive monitoring.
Troubleshoot technical issues independently and coordinate with hosting providers or third-party vendors when required.
Continuously optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, website performance, and overall user experience.
SEO, Analytics & Conversion
Implement SEO best practices across all websites, including metadata, heading hierarchy, internal linking, image optimisation, structured content, accessibility, and technical SEO.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and other reporting tools.
Track and report on website KPIs, including traffic, search rankings, conversion rates, page speed, and user behaviour.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve search visibility, conversion rates, landing page performance, and user experience through UX enhancements, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and A/B testing where appropriate.
Integrations & Systems
Manage and maintain integrations between websites and third-party platforms, including CRM systems, booking platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and other business systems.
Monitor website enquiries, forms, notifications, automations, and key conversion points to ensure all systems are functioning correctly at all times.
Strategy & Collaboration
Translate briefs into polished, complete executions independently, sourcing assets, references, and solutions without requiring constant direction.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure website updates support campaign launches, promotions, and business objectives.
Collaborate with Digital Manager and SEO specialist to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
Proactively recommend website improvements, new landing pages, digital tools, integrations, automations, and features that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Maintain an organised tracker of website projects, priorities, and completed work.
Communicate project progress regularly, highlighting risks, blockers, or delays early while proposing practical solutions.
Brand Standards & Quality
Ensure every live page reflects Nirvana's premium brand standards, maintaining consistency across typography, layouts, imagery, colours, messaging, hierarchy, and calls-to-action.
Take full ownership of the quality of every website update, delivering work with minimal revisions and ensuring pages are free from avoidable errors, broken layouts, formatting inconsistencies, missing assets, or non-functioning elements.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience, with proven experience managing multiple websites simultaneously. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality live websites is required.
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development, with extensive experience using WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and page builders.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, UX/UI principles, conversion-focused website design, website speed optimisation, Core Web Vitals, caching, image optimisation, accessibility, and overall website performance.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics platforms, along with experience integrating CRM systems, booking platforms, payment gateways, marketing automation platforms, forms, third-party APIs, and other business systems.
Familiarity with hosting environments, DNS management, SSL certificates, staging environments, website deployment processes, and version control systems such as Git.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while consistently delivering high-quality, error-free work.
Good proficiency in English.
Preferred experience with Elementor or other advanced WordPress page builders, PHP, API integrations, schema markup, structured data, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and experience working within hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, or real estate brands.
Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment with multiple concurrent campaigns is highly regarded.
We're building the interoperability layer of [Company]'s electronic medical record — the set of APIs and interfaces that let patient data move safely between our EMR and the rest of the healthcare ecosystem: hospital systems, labs, imaging centers, HIEs, payers, pharmacies, and third-party apps.
As a Staff Engineer, you'll own the technical direction of that layer. You'll design and build our HL7 v2 and FHIR APIs, set the standards other teams integrate against, and act as the person the organization turns to when a question starts with "how do we get this data from…" This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role: you'll write code, but your leverage will come as much from architecture, technical strategy, and raising the bar for everyone building against these interfaces.
Interoperability is unusually consequential work. A dropped ADT message or a mis-mapped LOINC code is not a cosmetic bug — it can mean a clinician making a decision without a result they should have seen. We're looking for someone who takes that seriously and builds accordingly.
What you'll do
Design and build our FHIR API surface — a standards-conformant R4 (and forward-looking R5) RESTful API covering the resources our partners and customers depend on: Patient, Encounter, Observation, Condition, MedicationRequest, DocumentReference, DiagnosticReport, and beyond.
Own our HL7 v2 interface layer — ADT, ORM/OML, ORU, SIU, MDM, and DFT message flows over MLLP, including acknowledgment semantics, sequencing, retry, and replay.
Define the mapping between our internal clinical data model and the wire formats we exchange, and defend that mapping as both sides evolve.
Lead terminology and code-system strategy — LOINC, SNOMED CT, RxNorm, ICD-10-CM, CPT — including how we normalize, validate, and version-manage codes across sources.
Build for the failure cases first. Design the observability, reconciliation, dead-letter handling, and replay tooling that makes a 3 a.m. interface outage a contained incident rather than a data-integrity investigation.
Implement SMART on FHIR authorization and the OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows that let third-party apps and patient-facing tools access data with appropriate scopes and consent.
Drive regulatory conformance work — ONC Health IT Certification criteria, 21st Century Cures Act information-blocking requirements, CMS interoperability rules, and US Core IG conformance — in partnership with our compliance and regulatory teams.
Partner with external integration teams at hospital systems, reference labs, and EMR vendors (Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth, Veradigm) to scope, negotiate, and ship real-world interfaces.
Set engineering standards for how the rest of the organization consumes and extends the interoperability layer: API design review, documentation, sandbox environments, and conformance testing.
Mentor engineers across the team and grow the depth of HL7 expertise in the org so it doesn't live in one person's head.
What we're looking for
Required
8+ years building production software, with 4+ years working directly on healthcare data exchange.
Deep, practical HL7 v2 experience — you can read a raw pipe-delimited message and tell us what's wrong with it, and you've dealt with the reality that no two senders implement the spec the same way.
Substantial FHIR experience: resource modeling, profiling, search parameter design, and conformance testing against an implementation guide.
Strong backend engineering skills in [Java / Kotlin / Go / Python / C#] and experience designing APIs that other teams and companies depend on.
Experience with distributed systems concerns that HL7 traffic surfaces immediately: idempotency, ordering, exactly-once-ish delivery, backpressure, and eventual consistency across systems you don't control.
Working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling — encryption, audit logging, minimum necessary access, and BAA obligations.
Demonstrated staff-level impact: technical direction that spanned multiple teams, and a track record of making other engineers more effective.
Strongly preferred
Hands-on work with an interface engine — Mirth/NextGen Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Iguana, or an in-house equivalent.
C-CDA generation and consumption, and the document-exchange workflows around it.
Experience with HAPI FHIR, Firely SDK, or a comparable server framework.
FHIR Bulk Data Access ($export) for population-level and payer use cases.
Familiarity with IHE profiles (PIX/PDQ, XDS.b, XCA) and network participation via TEFCA/QHIN, Carequality, or CommonWell.
Experience shepherding a product through ONC certification.
Clinical or clinical-informatics background, or the kind of sustained proximity to clinicians that produces good judgment about workflow.

We're a small product team looking for one reliable developer on an ongoing monthly retainer. We maintain two products: an Expo (React Native) mobile app and a React / Next.js web app. You'd own feature work across both.
How we actually work, so there are no surprises:
- Tasks are written up in Notion with context and acceptance criteria.
- You pick up the task, set up your own local environment, and build it — using Claude Code, Cursor, or whatever AI tooling you prefer. We're not precious about how the code gets written.
- You test it properly. Not "it compiled." You run the flows, check edge cases, and confirm it works on device / in the browser before anyone else sees it.
- You open a PR with a clear description of what changed and what you verified.
- Our senior developers review and merge to production.
- Weekly team sync (~30 min) to align on priorities.
This is roughly 5-10 hours a week — light and steady, not a firehose. What matters far more than hours is that when you say something is done, it's done.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Real React fundamentals from before AI wrote code for you. You can read a component tree, debug a state issue, and explain why a re-render is happening without asking a model. AI accelerates people who already know what they're doing; it hides the gaps in people who don't.
- Solid React Native / Expo experience — builds, native modules, EAS, device testing.
- Comfortable in a codebase you didn't write. You read before you change.
- Fluent with AI coding tools and honest about their failure modes. You review output instead of pasting and hoping.
- Clean Git and PR hygiene — scoped changes, descriptions a reviewer can follow.
- Strong written English, responsive. If you're blocked, we hear about it that day — not at the weekly sync.
NICE TO HAVE
TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, App Store / Play Store releases, Jest / React Native Testing Library / Playwright.
THE ENGAGEMENT
$1,000/month, paid via monthly milestones, ongoing. Starts with a small paid trial task. If it works, there's substantially more here — larger scope, more ownership, and this could become full time.
TO APPLY
Skip the generic proposal, we don't read those. Instead:
1. Start your reply with the word PIXEL so we know you read this.
2. Describe one feature you shipped in React Native/Expo, and specifically how you tested it before shipping.
3. Which AI coding tools you use daily, and one time the model gave you something confidently wrong that you caught.
4. Your availability and time zone.

# Senior Product Builder Needed to Create an AI-Powered Personal Operating System
I’m looking for a senior product-minded engineer or small team to help design and build a private AI-powered personal operating system.
This is not a basic note-taking app, chatbot, or collection of automations.
The goal is to create one central system that understands everything happening across my work and personal life, keeps the context organized, helps me think, and makes sure important things do not get dropped.
Think of it as a combination of:
- Evernote or Notion for long-term memory
- ChatGPT as a strategic thought partner
- Town.com as a deeply personalized assistant
- Granola as meeting memory
- A CRM for relationships and sales opportunities
- A chief of staff for priorities, commitments, and follow-through
- A task manager that understands where the tasks came from
- A searchable archive of emails, meetings, documents, ideas, and decisions
The system should gradually become an all-knowing “Rob OS” that understands my business, relationships, projects, communication style, decisions, priorities, and patterns.
## What I Want the System to Do
Information should flow into the system automatically from sources including:
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Granola meeting notes and transcripts
- Our CRM
- Sales decks
- Proposals and contracts
- PDFs, spreadsheets, and other documents
- Slack
- ChatGPT conversations
- Voice notes
- Screenshots
- Web links
- Notes created directly in the system
The system should automatically understand and organize that information.
It should identify:
- People
- Companies
- Projects
- Sales opportunities
- Tasks
- Commitments
- Decisions
- Deadlines
- Risks
- Open questions
- Ideas
- Follow-ups
- Important changes
I should not have to manually tag, file, and organize everything.
## How I Want to Use It
I want to be able to ask questions such as:
- What should I focus on today?
- What am I missing?
- What have I promised people this week?
- What is waiting on me?
- What am I waiting on from someone else?
- Which sales opportunities are going cold?
- What risks are developing across the company?
- What did we decide about this project?
- Why did we make that decision?
- What has changed since my last conversation with this person?
- What objections has this prospect raised?
- What patterns are showing up across my sales calls?
- Where am I becoming the bottleneck?
- What am I avoiding?
- Prepare me for my next meeting.
- Debrief the meeting I just had.
- Draft the follow-up in my voice.
- Challenge my thinking on this decision.
- Turn this idea into a plan with owners and next steps.
The answers must be based on my actual emails, meetings, notes, documents, CRM activity, and prior decisions.
Every answer should link back to the original source so I can open the email, meeting, deck, note, or document it came from.
## The User Experience
This needs to work well on both desktop and mobile.
Capturing information should be nearly effortless.
I should be able to:
- Forward an email
- Record a voice note
- Share a screenshot
- Upload a deck
- Save a link
- Drop in a document
- Type a quick thought
The system should save it immediately and organize it in the background.
I also need a real interface where I can browse and search the underlying information. I do not want everything trapped inside a chatbot.
The system should include clear views for:
- Today
- Inbox
- Projects
- People
- Companies
- Sales opportunities
- Tasks
- Decisions
- Meetings
- Resources
- Archive
- Search
- Ask Rob OS
Search needs to be fast and should return the actual notes, emails, meetings, and documents, not only an AI-generated answer.
## The Intelligence Layer
The system should do more than summarize information.
It should continuously maintain an understanding of what is happening.
For example, it should recognize when:
- A project is slipping
- A prospect’s attitude has changed
- A commitment is overdue
- A relationship has gone quiet
- A deadline has moved
- An opportunity is losing momentum
- A new risk has appeared
- Someone has changed their position
- I am contradicting an earlier decision
- The same problem keeps happening
- I am repeatedly becoming the bottleneck
It should be able to act as several different types of partner depending on what I need:
- Strategic sounding board
- Chief of staff
- Sales coach
- Leadership coach
- Writer and editor
- Research assistant
- Decision partner
- Red team that challenges my preferred answer
- Historian that remembers what happened and why
I do not want an assistant that simply agrees with me. I want a system that can identify weak thinking, inconsistencies, and blind spots.
## Proactive Support
The system should eventually provide:
### Daily Brief
A concise view of:
- What matters today
- Upcoming meetings
- Important emails
- Commitments due
- Tasks that need attention
- Opportunities that need movement
- Projects at risk
- Relationships that need follow-up
- Important changes since yesterday
- What I can safely ignore
### Meeting Preparation
Before a meeting, it should show:
- Who I am meeting
- Our relationship history
- Previous conversations
- Open commitments
- Relevant emails and documents
- Current project or sales context
- Questions I should ask
- Risks I should be aware of
- The outcome I should try to achieve
### Meeting Debrief
After a meeting, it should identify:
- What happened
- What changed
- Decisions
- Tasks
- Commitments
- Risks
- Opportunities
- Follow-up needed
- Recommended CRM updates
- A draft follow-up email
### Weekly Review
It should summarize:
- Wins
- Misses
- Decisions made
- Decisions still needed
- Projects on track
- Projects at risk
- Missed commitments
- Pipeline movement
- Relationship changes
- Repeated issues
- Recommended priorities for the following week
## Important Product Principles
The system must be:
- Fast
- Simple to use
- Highly searchable
- Easy to capture information into
- Reliable across desktop and mobile
- Grounded in original sources
- Private and secure
- Able to separate personal and business information
- Auditable
- Reversible when AI makes changes
It should not become another giant pile of notes.
Every piece of information should have a clear home and should connect to the relevant people, projects, companies, meetings, decisions, and tasks.
The AI should organize the system, but it should flag uncertainty rather than confidently filing something incorrectly.
## What I Need From You
I am not looking for someone who will immediately start coding from a loose idea.
I need someone who can help turn this vision into a well-designed product and then build it.
The engagement should begin with:
1. Product definition and prioritization
2. User flows and interface design
3. A clear plan for how information enters and moves through the system
4. Definition of the major objects such as people, companies, projects, meetings, opportunities, tasks, decisions, and commitments
5. A realistic MVP
6. Integration planning
7. Privacy and permissions planning
8. A phased development roadmap
9. A working prototype
10. Production development after the core experience is validated
I expect the right person to challenge parts of this idea and recommend simpler or better approaches where appropriate.
## The First Version
The first version should likely focus on:
- Email
- Calendar
- Granola
- Documents and sales decks
- People
- Companies
- Projects
- Sales opportunities
- Tasks
- Decisions
- Commitments
- Search
- Meeting preparation
- Meeting debriefs
- Daily briefing
- A conversational interface grounded in the underlying information
I do not need every possible integration on day one.
I would rather build a smaller system that works extremely well than a massive system that feels unreliable.
## Who I Am Looking For
The ideal person has experience building products involving several of the following:
- AI-powered applications
- Personal knowledge systems
- Search
- Email and calendar integrations
- CRM integrations
- Meeting intelligence
- Workflow automation
- Data organization
- Productivity software
- Executive or enterprise tools
- Secure applications containing sensitive information
You should be comfortable thinking across product strategy, user experience, system design, and implementation.
I am especially interested in senior builders who can work directly with a founder, make strong product decisions, communicate clearly, and independently drive the project forward.
This is not a good fit for someone who only wants a detailed list of tickets to execute.
## How to Apply
Please include:
1. A short explanation of how you would approach this project.
2. Examples of relevant products or systems you have built.
3. Which parts you would build first and which parts you would delay.
4. The biggest product or technical risks you see.
5. Whether you would handle product design and engineering yourself or work with a team.
6. Your expected availability.
7. Your preferred engagement structure.
8. A rough estimate for the product-definition and prototype phase.
Please begin your response with the sentence:
“I understand that this is an operating system, not a notes app.”
This will help me identify applicants who have read the full description.
Upgrade Server Software Versions inside Docker container

I need the core server software inside my AzuraCast-based Docker image brought up to date right away. TypeScript, PHP and MySQL are the priority, but I also expect you to bump Vue, Nginx, Redis and any other packages required for a clean, secure build.
1. The upstream official Azura Cast code https://github.com/AzuraCast/AzuraCast/
2. My custom code - version of Azura Cast https://github.com/eternityready2/AzuraCast
You will compare # 2 (my code) to # 1 upstream to see what versions of Nginx etc they use. If they use latest or there is a newer version that is stable for nginx etc. You will apply these upgrades to software in # 2 (my git container).
Also you need to let me know if there is any security patches or good features from the commits of the upstream official azura cast git that my custom azura cast can benefit from. I will decide if you will add those!
This is urgent and quick deadline. You must start now. I think this project will not take more than 2 hours.
You will receive:
• read-only access to the official AzuraCast Git repository so you can mirror their current versions and spot recent security patches and nice features you think I can benefit from.
• write access to my custom azura cast code on GitHub
• SSH access to the VPS that hosts the container
Workflow is simple: pull the upstream tags, adjust the Dockerfile / docker-compose overrides, rebuild, then push a tested branch to my repo. No custom configuration (except a proxy url in nginx) is needed beyond what AzuraCast ships by default; the container must start and pass its own health checks. Once everything is running, commit the updated lockfiles and a concise changelog of what changed and why.
Acceptance criteria
• Container builds without errors on the VPS
• AzuraCast UI loads and can stream a test playlist
• php -v, tsc -v and mysql --version reflect the new versions
• No regressions in existing custom features (a quick smoke test is enough)
• All changes pushed to my GitHub fork via a single, squash-ready PR
This is a hands-on, real-time task; I will be online to provide credentials and review as you progress. Please be ready to start immediately and, per project rules, do not use AI tools while performing the work.

I run a private, invite-only community platform built from scratch — not on WordPress or any other CMS. The backend is PHP with a MySQL database; the frontend is a single-page-style site built in vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript (no framework). Files (PDFs, videos, media) are currently served directly from the app server — part of this role will be setting up and integrating a CDN for file delivery once that's in place.
I'm looking for a developer comfortable working directly with an existing custom codebase — reading and extending existing PHP endpoints, writing clean SQL migrations, and making frontend changes that match an already-established site style rather than starting from scratch.
**Recent examples of the kind of work involved:**
- Adding new database tables and PHP API endpoints for new features
- Debugging and fixing backend/frontend mismatches (wrong field names, broken data flow)
- Building small admin-panel tools for managing content and user submissions
- General bug fixes and UI polish across an existing site
**Looking for:**
- Strong PHP + MySQL fundamentals (PDO, prepared statements)
- Comfortable with plain JavaScript (no reliance on frameworks/libraries)
- Experience setting up and integrating a CDN for media/file delivery
- Able to work from an existing codebase and match its conventions, not rebuild it
- Clear communicator — I'm not a developer myself, so I need someone who can explain changes in plain terms
This is ongoing, as-needed work, not a one-time project.

You can see the bare bones of what we have up at PlayDHD.com
Client's questions:
What is your experience with creating websites for authors? This is not a deal-breaker
What is your experience connecting Squarespace sites to outside platforms, like Fourth Wall?
I have an iOS app called CarAtlas that's mostly built. I'm looking for an experienced React and Capacitor developer to finish the last pieces and prep for release. Primary tasks are completing Google sign-in, sign in with Apple and email auth, getting iOS push notifications working, resolving any deployment or Git issues, and testing the app end-to-end to document and fix bugs. The app is already functional in many areas. This is a finishing project, not a from-scratch build. Please include examples of similar work, your estimated timeline, and a fixed price quote after review.

We are seeking an experienced Google Tracking and Tag Manager (GTM) and Specialist to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize conversion tracking for our lead generation clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuring GTM, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads tracking to ensure accurate measurement of form submissions and lead quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Google Ads campaigns are fueled by precise conversion data, enabling effective automated bidding and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
•Conversion Tracking Setup: Design and implement end-to-end tracking solutions for lead generation websites, focusing primarily on form submissions (e.g., Contact Us, Request a Quote, Lead Capture forms).
•Google Tag Manager Management: Create, configure, and manage GTM containers, tags, triggers, and variables. Ensure clean and efficient tag architecture.
•Google Ads Integration: Set up primary and secondary conversion actions in Google Ads, ensuring seamless data flow from GTM/GA4 to the ad platform.
•Enhanced Conversions: Implement Google Ads Enhanced Conversions for leads to improve tracking accuracy and recover conversions lost to cookie restrictions.
•Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT): (If applicable) Set up and manage the import of offline conversions (e.g., qualified leads, closed deals) from CRMs (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel) back into Google Ads.
•Troubleshooting & Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits of existing tracking setups. Identify and resolve issues related to duplicate tracking, missing tags, cross-domain tracking, and data discrepancies.
•Data Quality Assurance: Implement testing protocols using Google Tag Assistant and browser developer tools to verify that tags fire correctly under various scenarios before deploying to production.
•Consent Mode Implementation: Ensure tracking setups comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) by implementing Google Consent Mode v2 and integrating with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Lead Gen Focus: Proven experience specifically setting up tracking for lead generation (form fills, button clicks, phone calls, calendar bookings).
Web Technologies: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM structure to create robust triggers based on element visibility, form IDs, or custom data attributes.

Platform Experience: Experience tracking forms across common CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and form builders (Gravity Forms, Typeform, Calendly, Unbounce).
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier) for offline conversion imports.
Knowledge of call tracking software integration (e.g., CallRail).
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
I need a clean, responsive website that centres on a loan calculator. The calculator must give visitors an immediate monthly payment estimate once they enter loan amount, term, and interest rate.
Beyond that core tool, the site should:
• Display a clearly-visible link that directs users to ARIVE.
• Offer a secure workflow that lets borrowers pull their own credit report in real time (any standard credit-report API is fine as long as it can be white-labelled).
The calculator, ARIVE link, and credit pull must all sit seamlessly on the same site, branded for a small-business mortgage-lending shop. Please build with performance and mobile usability in mind, and deliver both the deployed site and source files ready for easy content edits later.
Buttons Start your application, check your buying power (credit pull) calculator, message or talk with me now.
Simple, streamlined no houses please. Piano music. The photo I included in this may end up being edited a little, but I wanted something relaxing and elegant like this in the center of the first page with a column on each side, and I have the unedited verbiage for everything. I do not have everything in my photos where I can upload it here. I will include some snapshots. I can fill it in if you can get the layout started.
On the left side general mortgage information, on the right side of the picture, a little personal information on myself and my past experience and a small photo of myself at the bottom. Nexa lending has certain requirements I can include after we see if we are going to move forward with this. I know this is easier said in a phone call and this texting is not going to make much sense.

I’m building a web application from scratch inside Replit and I need it reliably deployed to AWS when it’s ready. The coding will all happen in Replit’s cloud IDE; what I’m looking for is a freelancer who can connect the dots so that every push (or manual trigger) ships the latest build to my AWS account.
Scope of work
• Set up or refine the Replit workspace so the app runs locally in that environment without errors.
• Create a clean, repeatable deployment workflow—GitHub Actions, Replit Deployments, or another proven CI/CD method—that packages the app and launches it on AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, or plain EC2, whichever you recommend for speed and cost).
• Configure AWS resources, environment variables, security groups, and SSL so the site is reachable at my domain.
• Hand over concise documentation and a short screen-share walk-through so I can redeploy or troubleshoot on my own.
Acceptance criteria
1. A single command or commit automatically builds and deploys the web application from Replit to AWS.
2. The live URL loads the same app version that runs in Replit.
3. All project files and scripts are committed back to the repo with clear comments.

Python Developer for Optimizing rave-people.csv Export File

- not enough data
-
Need a Python programmer to complete a project.
Most of the program is already built. It needs to be completed and optimized to reduce the amount of errors spit out so it can be a repeatable process weekly. Some data is bad data in the database that needs to be cleaned. Attached is the functional Python script that creates 3 files:
Rave ready rows
Dupes that were eliminated
Errors (e.g. signed up for a text message; no phone number)
This is an HOA where owner’s register to access private documents. During registration they have the option to opt-in to receive emergency alerts through a company called Rave. The website exports all users and the respective data needed for Rave (See opt-details-data-2026-06-24.csv). We need a program that can be run that will turn the data into the attached rave-people.csv file that will be uploaded to the Rave system to update owner details.
The Rave file needs to assign a unique ID to each user which can be the User ID from WordPress, the phone number needs to be in the format of all numbers, no dashes. It is mandatory that all Rave users have a First Name, Last Name, Unique ID, and Unique email address. Phone number is not mandatory but helpful to be able to receive text alerts.
There are a couple of hiccups
- There are duplicate records for quite a few homeowners due to owners having the capability of having multiple people in the household having a login. Then those people may have listed their significant other as a member under their account. The example below would not be too difficult since they are only two records, so the household member would not need to go to Rave, only the Primary member.
- Some owners own multiple properties but only need one login to Rave.
- There are household members under primary owners that do not have phone numbers or email addresses. Owners without email address would not need to be included in the rave-people file as we do not want to make up bogus email address for owners.
- Where there is only one user, we need to assign a unique ID to the household member that must always be the same ID with each run of the program to convert the file. For example, Teriann would need a unique ID assign that stays the same all the time.
- Some users are where there is erroneous data in the database that needs to be cleaned up.
