The task is to animate the attached image to serve as an animated placeholder video for various different music tracks.

The animation needed is as follows - glittering/twinkling city lights (and the same twinkle reflected in the water), a water motion effect on the water in the bay and the white vertical lines on the large skyscrapers on the right of the image to pulse/flow up and down the building, like a glowing LED.

Ideally I would like the soundwaves at the bottom to move to the beat/tempo of the song of my choosing, as I plan to use this animation for many different songs - but this would need to be discussed on a call probably. The same for the soundwaves underneath "D.B. SAMUEL" on the middle right hand side.

Production Process

The project will follow two main stages:

1. Storyboard and Visual Direction

Before starting the animation, the selected designer will create a detailed storyboard or visual storyboard for each video.

The storyboard should present:

Collage elements, imagery, textures, and typography
The overall rhythm and visual progression
Key transitions between scenes

Each storyboard must be reviewed and approved by our team before the animation phase begins.

2. Animation Production

Once the storyboard is validated, the designer will produce the complete animation while respecting the approved visual direction.

The animations should feel modern, fluid, engaging, and professionally executed.
