Research Interviews Freelance Jobs

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to assist us with screening and scheduling 1-to-1 market research interviews. The task involves reaching out to a list of customers and lost customer opportunities and coordinating interview sessions with them. The freelancer will be responsible for managing the entire process from initial contact to final appointment confirmation.

Skills required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using email and scheduling tools

We are looking to have 8-12 30–45-minute interviews scheduled, but this number could increase as the interviews progress.

This is a small-sized project that can be completed within 1 to 2 months. We are seeking an intermediate level professional who has prior experience in scheduling market research interviews and is comfortable interacting with market research volunteers.

If you are a professional working within the environment field (Carbon emissions, GHG,etc.) in the US, we would like to interview you to understand the practical challenges and craft a solution aimed to simplify data gathering for asset management, energy bills reductions and carbon emission commitments.

Here is what this interview involves:
- A 20 to 30-minute one-on-one market research interview with our team to gain your insights and comments on our product.

- Our goal from this interview is market research interviews with experienced professionals who operate within this sector.

- There is no pre-work or surveys that need to be completed. The entire job is solely a video call interview.
