I am an independent researcher mapping a complex, multidisciplinary deep-time framework spanning archaeogenetics, zooarchaeology, paleobotany, and historical linguistics. I have collected a significant amount of data, but I don't know how to sort and map it. AI has been less than useful.

AI/ML Engineer – LiDAR Asset Extraction & Multi-Epoch Change Detection

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with demonstrated prior experience working with LiDAR point-cloud datasets to develop AI capabilities for extracting and detecting changes in transportation infrastructure assets. The engineer will work with multi-epoch LAS/LAZ point clouds collected over the same transportation corridors at different points in time. Candidates must have hands-on experience with LiDAR processing and AI/ML frameworks, preferably including Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, PDAL, Open3D, PointNet/PointNet++, KPConv, sparse 3D CNNs, or related point-cloud technologies.

The engineer will implement four core capabilities:
(1) DEM/DSM differencing to detect elevation and surface changes between LiDAR epochs; (2) voxel-based 3D change detection to identify added, removed, and modified features; (3) object-based change detection to extract and compare transportation assets such as roads, bridges, guardrails, signs, poles, barriers, and other roadside infrastructure; and (4) AI/deep-learning point-cloud segmentation to automatically classify transportation assets from LiDAR. The solution must address practical issues including coordinate normalization, registration, varying point densities, noise, occlusion, classification uncertainty, and differences between acquisition years.

The solution will be developed and deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and should support scalable processing of large LiDAR datasets. The engineer will design cloud-based pipelines for ingesting LAS/LAZ data from Cloud Storage, preprocessing and tiling point clouds, generating DEM/DSM and voxel representations, training and executing AI models using appropriate GCP compute/GPU resources, and storing extracted assets and change-detection results for consumption by downstream SaaS applications and APIs. The implementation should be modular, reproducible, containerized, and capable of scaling from small proof-of-concept datasets to transportation-corridor and DOT-scale datasets.

**Expected outcome:** a working GCP-based AI pipeline that accepts **two or more LiDAR datasets of the same geographic location acquired in different years** and produces both transportation asset inventories and measurable changes between epochs. Outputs should identify assets as **New, Removed, Modified, or Unchanged**, provide location/geometry and confidence scores, generate DEM/DSM difference and 3D change layers, and expose results in formats suitable for GIS visualization and downstream transportation asset-management systems. Kenyan AgTech eProd Solutions builds and delivers practical agricultural supply chain management software platforms for financial services, agricultural value chains, traceability, and operational data management. Our systems are used in real business environments where reliability, data integrity, security, and maintainability matter.

We are a small, growing development team with several junior developers. We are looking for a senior hands-on developer who can operate at technical-lead level, take ownership of complex work, and help raise the capability of the wider team.

This is not a narrowly defined feature-development role. The successful developer will contribute across architecture, backend and frontend development, integrations, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and mentoring.

The projects you will work on
Our current delivery work includes two technically demanding solution areas.

The first is a financial-services platform that connects web, mobile, and USSD channels with customer and farmer data, loan-limit and scoring services, reporting dashboards, SMS notifications, and third-party systems. Scope

1. Establish the current record

Pull the company's current filed record via SEC eFAST / iView: latest GIS, any prior §25 reports, current corporate standing
Confirm exactly who the SEC currently shows as directors and officers, and on which filing
Obtain a certified true copy or SEC Certificate of Corporate Filing/Information evidencing the current position, dated before the change

2. Determine and confirm the filing route — this is the core deliverable

Confirm in writing, from the SEC itself and not from general practice:

The exact form the RCC §25 report of cessation takes at the receiving office you file at — letter, sworn statement, affidavit, or secretary's certificate
Whether the SEC will accept the §25 report filed by the resigning director personally, rather than by the Corporate Secretary. §25 says "the secretary, or the director, trustee or officer" may report. We need to know how the receiving office actually treats that in practice, because the Corporate Secretary's cooperation cannot be assumed
Whether the filing goes through eFAST or over the counter, and at which office
The complete supporting-document list: copy of the resignation letter, proof of service on the company, valid ID of the resigning director, any notarisation requirement
Whether a document executed in Singapore requires notarisation and apostille, and if so, exactly which document and in what form. This is on the critical path — confirm it before anything is signed
Whether the SEC also requires or expects an amended GIS, and whether that can be filed by anyone other than the Corporate Secretary
What the SEC requires the corporation to file regarding the resulting vacancy, and what happens if it files nothing

3. Prepare the filing pack

Draft every document in the form the SEC office confirmed it will accept
Provide a clean signing and notarisation checklist for a signatory located in Singapore, in order, with what must be wet-signed and what may be scanned
Provide the proof-of-service wording and method for serving the resignation on the company and the Corporate Secretary

4. File and prove it

File the §25 report within the seven-day statutory window from the effective date
Obtain the SEC-stamped or eFAST-acknowledged received copy
After processing, pull fresh SEC records showing the director removed, and supply a certified true copy or SEC certification as documentary proof
If the SEC rejects or queries the filing, report the reason the same day and re-file

5. Related record changes, same engagement

File the SEC MC 28 s.2020 contact details update to remove the resigning director's personal email address and mobile number as the company's official contact of record
Identify — do not file — what is required to remove his name from BIR records (Form 1905 responsible-officer change) and from the LGU business permit records, with the required signatory and documents for each
