Help us discover which nonfiction books readers will pay for—and build repeatable growth around the winners.
We are looking for a hands-on nonfiction book marketing operator to develop and run a focused sales pilot for a 27-edition catalog spanning AI, business, Taylor Swift and creator culture, longevity, money and space. You will have actual covers, two manuscripts and an existing sales plan to work from. START WITH A SMALL PAID MILESTONE Propose a tightly scoped first engagement: assess readiness and unit economics, rank the catalog, and recommend three pilot titles with a practical testing plan. Specify your fee, delivery date and acceptance criteria. Further execution milestones will be agreed only after this first phase. The listed $100,000 is the overall project budget, not an automatic commitment or a target to spend. Advertising, distribution, software and third-party costs require separate approval. WHAT YOU WILL OWN • Diagnose reader demand, positioning, cover-to-content fit, metadata, pricing, formats and edition overlap. Establish what is ready to promote and what needs human editorial or production QA. • Select a small pilot group and develop clear reader promises, useful sample-chapter offers and measurable purchase journeys. • Execute and improve eligible Amazon listings and campaigns, direct-store/email funnels, and targeted creator, newsletter or podcast partnerships. Test corporate or bulk-sales opportunities where there is a specific buyer and credible economics. • Report weekly on paid units, royalties or net sales, acquisition costs, conversion and contribution after campaign costs. Show what you stopped, changed or expanded and why. Separate book-sales results from impressions, downloads and temporary ranking badges. THE FIRST PILOT After readiness checks, develop one controlled 14-day purchase test. State the audience, offer, first channel, spending hypothesis and stop/scale rules. Use $9.99 as the starting direct-ebook price assumption and account for payment fees, refunds and manual fulfillment. Keep Amazon royalty economics separate. Check publishing and advertising eligibility before proposing execution. Treat projections in the supplied sales plan as assumptions to validate. WHO WILL DO WELL HERE You have personally grown book sales and can explain both the commercial decisions and the work you executed. Strong Amazon/KDP experience plus direct marketing, partnerships or institutional sales is especially relevant. We welcome individuals and agencies; clearly identify the lead operator, weekly capacity and delegated work. Honest limits and evidence matter more than ambitious forecasts. HOW TO APPLY A concise initial proposal using existing work is sufficient: 1. Share two relevant book campaigns: starting position, dates, units, advertising/placement costs, royalties or net revenue, and your exact role. Redacted evidence is welcome. Label estimates and distinguish a one-day ranking from sustained sales. 2. Choose three provisional titles from the catalog. For one, identify a specific observation from its cover or an attached manuscript and outline an audience, excerpt-led offer and first purchase test. 3. Propose your smallest useful paid milestone with fee, timing, acceptance criteria and availability. Include your most important unanswered question. No unpaid campaign execution or production of new creative assets is requested. Any deeper audit or implementation will be paid through an agreed Upwork contract. REVIEW THE ATTACHED MATERIALS • Selected-Book-Covers-First-Eight.pdf contains the actual first eight covers in collection order, selected from the 27-edition catalog. Eight is the preview selection, not the total catalog size. • The Life of a Showgirl-CEO manuscript. • How to Avoid the AI Backlash Leading to the AI Bubble manuscript. • Sales Plan for the first 8 of 22 books: an earlier planning document to critique and adapt to the current 27 editions. The manuscripts disclose extensive AI generation; human editorial QA and accurate reader expectations are part of launch readiness. Do not assume all editions are already published or eligible for every distribution channel. The repeated Co-Evolution title and other overlapping topics below reflect alternative editions that need assessment. If you applied to the previous version of this opening, your existing proposal remains under consideration; you do not need to submit it again. THE 27-EDITION CATALOG AI, BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION & DISCOVERY 1. How AI Agents Are Rewiring Work, Companies, and Competition — An Advanced Guide to Smart Software That’s Changing How We Work and Win 2. We currently use Wix Forms, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft Office, and email. At this time, we have not built out the automation system, so I am looking for someone who can not only implement the workflows but also recommend the best platform and structure for what we need.
Some of the automations I am looking for include: * Automatically sending emails based on form submissions or specific triggers. * Transferring information from Wix Forms and Google Forms into Google Sheets and/or Excel. * Automatically generating documents or PDFs from form submissions. * Saving generated PDFs into specific folders within our Microsoft 365 environment, such as OneDrive or SharePoint. * Automatically creating or organizing client folders when needed. * Generating enrollment letters, completion documents, certificates, attendance records, and other administrative documents using submitted client information. * Updating attendance sheets and other tracking spreadsheets automatically. * Extracting specific client information, such as name, date of birth, driver's license information, program dates, and other required fields, for annual reporting. * Creating workflows for several programs, including DWI Education, DWI Intervention, Drug Offender Education, SOP, VIP, and Substance Abuse Evaluations. Some of these workflows may also involve confidential client information, so experience with secure systems, HIPAA-sensitive workflows, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace would be helpful. Before receiving a quote, I would like to understand what information you would need from me in order to accurately estimate the project. I can provide samples of our current forms, spreadsheets, enrollment letters, certificates, attendance sheets, reports, folder structure, and the step-by-step workflow we want for each program. I am also open to your recommendation regarding whether Power Automate, Make, Zapier, Google Apps Script, Wix Automations, APIs, or another solution would be the best fit. Please let me know: 1. What information or files you would need from me to prepare an accurate quote. 2. Which automation platform you would recommend for this type of project. 3. Whether you have experience with Wix, Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft 365, OneDrive/SharePoint, PDF generation, and automated email workflows. 4. Whether you charge hourly or by project. 5. Your estimated timeline and approximate cost range once you review the workflows. My goal is to reduce repetitive administrative work and create a reliable system that can be expanded as the business grows. Thank you, Jorge Vasquez Owner/Director Atlas Counseling and Education

About us
We're a low-voltage and structured cabling contractor based in Memphis, TN. We design and install network cabling, access control, CCTV, and security systems for school districts, universities, general contractors, and commercial clients. Our projects range from a handful of drops in a single building to full campus infrastructure. Over the past year we've built a set of internal AI tools that handle estimating, proposal generation, purchase orders, RFQs, and project handoff packages. They work. They were also built by people whose actual job is running construction projects, not writing software. We want someone who can take what we have, harden it, and help build the next layer. What you'd be working on LLM tooling is the core of it. We use Claude heavily and want someone who understands prompt design, structured outputs, and how to build a tool that produces the same quality result on the hundredth run as it did on the first. Much of our work involves turning messy inputs into clean documents: spec drawings, vendor quotes, bid packages, and spreadsheets that were built by someone in 2014 and never touched since. Beyond that: Automations connecting the systems we already run on: Microsoft 365, Box, Dropbox, QuickBooks, and our CRM Field apps our technicians can use on a phone or tablet for service tickets, install checklists, photo documentation, and closeout paperwork Document generation pipelines producing branded Word, Excel, and PDF deliverables that match our existing templates exactly GitHub structure and discipline, so this stops living in one person's head and starts living in a repo with real documentation Data extraction work: parsing PDFs, drawings, and scanned submittals into usable structured data What we're looking for Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, specifically Anthropic or OpenAI. Not just using ChatGPT, but building on top of it Python and JavaScript. Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier Someone who ships. We'd rather have a rough working tool this week than a polished plan next month GitHub fluency: branches, pull requests, and documentation another developer could pick up cold Clear written English and steady communication. We don't need daily standups, but we do need to know where things stand Helpful but not required: any background in construction, field services, trades, manufacturing, or logistics. Anything where the end user is wearing work gloves and has about fifteen seconds of patience for a bad interface. How we work Practical over elegant. If a tool saves a project manager an hour a week, it's worth building. If it's beautiful and nobody opens it, it isn't. You'll work directly with ownership, so decisions happen in a conversation instead of a committee. We start every engagement with a small paid test project. It's a real problem from our actual workload, scoped to roughly [X] hours, and you get paid for it regardless of whether we continue. That way we both find out how this goes without either of us committing to something blind. If it works, there's steady ongoing work. Several of our internal tools need a permanent owner. Rate and availability: [$XX to $XX]/hour, roughly [X] hours per week to start, with room to grow. Some overlap with US Central time is required for calls, but we don't care where you sit. When you apply: skip the generic cover letter. We'll read past it. Instead, tell us about one automation or AI tool you built end to end. What problem did it solve, who used it, and what did it save in time or money? If you have a repo or a demo we can look at, link it. Client's questions:

I’m building an online Pashto AI Academy and I need a knowledgeable creator who can deliver a complete series of high-quality video lectures in Pashto. The goal is to give learners clear, structured guidance on artificial intelligence—from core ideas to real-world uses—while keeping the language, examples, and pace friendly for beginners through to intermediate students.
Here’s what I’m after: you’ll plan the lesson sequence, draft concise scripts, record yourself (or provide voiced-over slides), and edit the footage into polished, chapter-based videos ready to upload to the platform. Expect to add screen captures, short demos, or slides where helpful so viewers can follow along visually as well as verbally. I’ll supply branding assets; you bring the subject-matter expertise, smooth delivery, and basic post-production skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or any comparable tool). Deliverables • Lesson outline and finalised scripts for approval • A cohesive set of HD videos (roughly 10–15 minutes each) covering the agreed modules • Simple graphics, captions, and any on-screen code or data used in demonstrations • Source project files plus exported MP4s optimised for web streaming I’ll review each module as it’s completed so we can adjust depth or pacing before moving on. If you already have sample work—especially tech tutorials or Pashto voiceovers—please share a link so I can gauge teaching style and production quality. Build a professional, responsive bilingual platform connecting clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC with verified experts through paid one-to-one video consultations. Support Arabic and English, full RTL functionality, mobile responsiveness, and a modern, premium, trustworthy interface.
The platform will serve three roles: client, expert, and admin, each with separate permissions and dashboards. Clients can register using email or mobile, search and filter experts by category, price, language, rating, experience, and availability, view profiles, save favourites, choose time slots, book and pay online, join calls, manage bookings, receive notifications, and submit ratings and reviews after completed consultations. Experts can register, build professional profiles, upload qualifications and identity documents, select categories and languages, set consultation duration and pricing, manage availability, handle bookings, connect video meeting links, review ratings, track earnings and commission, request withdrawals, and receive booking and payment notifications. Profiles remain private until manually approved by an admin; sensitive documents are never publicly displayed. Expert categories include business, entrepreneurship, careers, recruitment, technology, artificial intelligence, real estate, finance, investment, marketing, e-commerce, education, university admissions, legal consulting, and personal development. Regulated categories must display suitable disclaimers. Public profiles should show verification, professional details, experience, biography, languages, qualifications, price, duration, rating, reviews, completed consultations, availability, and a booking button. The booking process covers expert and duration selection, date and time, consultation topic, booking review, test payment, confirmation, notifications, and automatic creation of a secure video room or meeting link. Prevent double bookings, store times consistently, and display them in each user’s selected timezone. Integrate a third-party video provider such as Daily, Agora, Zoom, or Google Meet rather than building video technology. Prepare payments for Saudi gateways such as Moyasar, HyperPay, or Tap. Support payments, configurable platform commission, expert earnings, refunds, transaction records, withdrawals, and financial reports. The admin dashboard must manage users, expert approvals, categories, bookings, payments, refunds, withdrawals, reviews, complaints, website content, policies, FAQs, analytics, and audit logs. The homepage should feature expert search, popular categories, featured experts, platform benefits, testimonials, trust and security, FAQs, and strong calls to action. Cancellation rules must be admin-editable, support full or partial refunds, and guarantee refunds when experts cancel scheduled appointments. Use Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, PostgreSQL, secure authentication, role-based access, row-level security, protected routes, validated inputs, secure uploads, and an API-ready backend reusable by future iOS and Android applications. Build relational tables for profiles, categories, qualifications, availability, bookings, payments, commissions, earnings, withdrawals, reviews, notifications, favourites, documents, complaints, refunds, and settings. Develop in three phases. Phase 1 covers database architecture, authentication, navigation, homepage, expert registration and profiles, search, and client and expert dashboards. Phase 2 adds availability, bookings, test payments, notifications, and reviews. Phase 3 adds video integration, administration, refunds, earnings, withdrawals, and security testing. EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT - Direct Person - No Agents
Flexible, adaptable, intelligent, diplomatic and ruthlessly efficient describes the person required. This opportunity is only for serious players. You must be capable of being shown how to do something once and then doing it correctly, consistently and repeatedly without needing to be reminded, chased or shown again. You must be available to start immediately. British working hours must be covered, although working times will vary and may fall anywhere between 6.00 am and 9.00 pm. Weekend work will be required when workloads, urgent cases or major deadlines demand it. You will become the right-hand person to the Executive Director of Landlord Licensing & Defence. Things must be made to happen quickly, accurately and efficiently so that backlogs do not develop and deadlines are never missed. Fast and reliable broadband is essential, together with a backup internet connection for use if the main service fails because of a provider problem, natural disaster or any other disruption. This role is for someone who works hard, goes the extra mile, remains dependable and understands that clients and urgent work cannot simply be abandoned when pressure increases. The systems are relatively simple and straightforward, and anyone who listens carefully, follows instructions and learns quickly should be capable of providing the required support. Much of the work involves copying and pasting accurately, interpreting information, filling gaps, completing forms, preparing documents, maintaining systems and relentlessly following people up until the required result is achieved. The Executive Director does not have time to continue carrying out administration because previous assistants were inefficient, failed to learn and could not act properly upon short or incomplete instructions. There is nothing unnecessarily complicated about the administrative work, but it must be completed correctly, quickly and in exactly the required way. Excellent spoken and written English is compulsory. Perfect grammar, spelling, comprehension and attention to detail must be demonstrated in everything written and said throughout the application process. Being “nearly right” will not be good enough. Communication must always be written in the required house style, which means that there is no “I” or “we”, the client and subject matter remain central, opinions are not invented and every statement is based upon facts, evidence, the law and the reality of the work being undertaken. All clients are under immense pressure because enforcement action is being taken against them. Anxiety and distress must be handled quickly, calmly and diplomatically without promises being made that cannot be fulfilled and without deadlines being committed to unless delivery can be guaranteed. Incomplete instructions must be understood in the context of previous work so that documents and tasks can be prepared for checking without everything having to be explained from the beginning. Corrections must be understood, implemented immediately and applied to all future work without the same mistakes being repeated. This is not a comfortable role for someone who needs constant supervision, avoids responsibility, disappears when things become difficult or produces excuses instead of results. The Executive Director works fast, expects things to be done properly, does not suffer fools gladly and wants the bloody job done. If that sounds unreasonable, do not apply. If that sounds like the challenge you have been waiting for, apply now. Where you live does not matter, and applications are welcomed from anywhere in the world provided that the required working hours, availability, internet reliability and standard of English can be delivered without exception. ACTION: Send a short, entertaining story by DM explaining why an invitation to apply should be sent to you. Do not send a generic CV introduction, corporate waffle or something obviously produced by artificial intelligence. Show intelligence, personality, humour, perfect English and the ability to follow these instructions. Landlord Licensing & Defence Client's questions:

Skydom Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced 3D artist / Blender specialist to clean, optimize and realistically texture an initial batch of approximately five (5) architectural models generated using Meshy AI.
These assets will ultimately be used in an X-Plane 12 flight-simulation scenery project. The AI-generated models already capture the general architecture and form of the real-world buildings. The objective is not to remodel them from scratch, but to transform them into clean, efficient, realistically textured and production-ready Blender assets suitable for real-time flight simulation. We will provide the original models, real-world photographic references and a table specifying the target triangle count for each building. 1. Geometry Cleanup & Retopology Each AI-generated mesh must be reviewed and properly cleaned. This includes correcting AI reconstruction artifacts, removing unnecessary or hidden/internal geometry, eliminating isolated or duplicate vertices/faces, correcting flipped faces and resolving malformed geometry. Optimization must not consist solely of automated decimation or polygon reduction. Meshy models may contain unnecessarily triangulated planar surfaces, subtle waviness, distortions, random diagonal edges and inefficient topology. These issues should be properly corrected or retopologized where appropriate. Architectural surfaces that should be flat—particularly walls, roofs and slabs—should be genuinely planar, with clean straight edges. Topology and edge flow should be clean and logical, using quads where appropriate and avoiding unnecessary triangles, n-gons and long/stretched polygons. This follows Skydom’s existing modeling standards for efficient geometry and clean shading. 2. Polygon / Triangle Optimization Each building will have an individual target triangle count specified in a project table. These targets should be considered acceptance criteria, rather than general recommendations. Optimization must preserve the building’s: * Overall silhouette and proportions * Recognizable architectural character * Important façade and roof forms * Features that remain visually important from the air or reasonable ground-level viewing distances Geometry that contributes little visually should be simplified or removed. Fine surface details such as roof tiles, masonry, façade patterns and similar features should preferably be represented through textures/materials rather than excessive geometry. The objective is to use fewer, smarter polygons rather than simply producing a lower-resolution version of the original AI mesh. 3. Scale, Geometry & Model Integrity All final models should: * Maintain correct proportions and approximate real-world scale * Be correctly oriented and consistently positioned * Have transforms properly applied/reset * Contain no isolated/coincident vertices or duplicate/coincident faces * Contain no significant flipped faces or visible mesh gaps * Produce clean shading without unwanted reflections or topology-related artifacts * Use clean and consistent naming for objects, materials and textures These requirements are consistent with Skydom’s existing modeling and QA standards. 3D Modeling Checklist. 4. UV Mapping & Realistic Day Texturing Each model must receive clean and efficiently packed UV mapping. Materials, colors, façade patterns, roof finishes, masonry and other architectural characteristics should reasonably match the real-world building, based on photographic/reference imagery supplied by Skydom. The objective is realistic representation, not exaggerated or stylized/game-like materials. Textures should be efficiently produced for real-time simulation. PNG/DDS should be used as appropriate, with 1024/2048 textures as the normal Skydom reference range, adjusted where justified by the size and visual importance of the asset. 5. Night Textures Each building should include simple, realistic night illumination where appropriate. Night lighting should be: * Subtle and generally dim * Natural rather than bright or game-like * Irregularly distributed across windows * Varied between illuminated, partially illuminated and completely dark areas * Free from repetitive or obviously generated lighting patterns Not every window should be illuminated. Exterior architectural lighting should only be represented where appropriate or supported by the supplied real-world references. The objective is for the buildings to blend naturally into a realistic night-time urban environment, rather than appearing artificially illuminated for visual effect. Night illumination should be texture-driven wherever practical and should not introduce unnecessary geometry or excessive lighting elements. 6. Required Deliverables For each building, the Freelancer will provide: 1. Clean and optimized final geometry meeting the agreed triangle target. 2. Corrected planar architectural surfaces and removal of significant AI-generated artifacts. 3. Clean topology and edge flow. 4. Clean and efficiently packed UV mapping. 5. Realistic daytime textures/materials matching supplied references. 6. Simple, realistic and irregular night textures. 7. Clearly organized texture files with no missing dependencies. 8. Clean object, material and texture naming. 9. Editable Blender (.blend) source file. 10. FBX/OBJ interchange version where appropriate. 11. A wireframe preview/screenshot allowing Skydom to review topology and optimization before final acceptance. The Skydom modeling guide already establishes .blend, OBJ/FBX, properly mapped textures, consistent naming and wireframe review as part of its deliverable standards. 7. X-Plane Handover The Freelancer is not required to export or integrate the buildings into X-Plane 12. The final deliverable should instead be a production-ready Blender asset requiring no further geometry cleanup, optimization, UV work or texturing. Our existing X-Plane developer will receive these completed assets and handle: X-Plane-specific preparation → X-Plane Blender exporter → simulator integration → final in-simulator QA. This division of responsibilities is important. The Freelancer’s responsibility ends with a clean, optimized and completely textured master asset, rather than an unfinished model requiring additional artistic work from our X-Plane developer. Potential Ongoing Work This project represents an initial batch of approximately five buildings. Successful completion may lead to a considerably larger number of architectural assets for this and future Skydom destinations. Applicants should provide examples demonstrating experience with AI-generated mesh cleanup, architectural retopology, real-time optimization, UV mapping and realistic architectural texturing. Experience with Blender and game/simulation-ready asset production is highly desirable. Previous X-Plane experience is not required. Skills: 3D Rendering, 3ds Max, 3D Modelling, 3D Animation, 3D Design, AI (Artificial Intelligence) HW/SW, Blender, 3D Architecture, 3D Visualization, 3D Graphic Design

We are creating a series of short, emotionally resonant vertical videos for *Choose Your Work*, an upcoming personal-development book. The scripts explore work, identity, regret, courage, purpose and living authentically.
Our goal is to create short videos with the quality, pacing and emotional impact needed to reach a very large audience and attract positive social reactions. For each video, I will provide: - The completed script. - A sequence of approved 9:16 still images. - A visual order or shot list. - Usually, a recorded voiceover. Your role is to turn those materials into a polished final video using AI image-to-video tools, professional editing, captions, music and sound design. This must be more than a slideshow. The stills should come alive through natural character movement, environmental movement, depth, camera motion and carefully chosen transitions. At the same time, I do not want excessive motion or distracting AI effects. The movement should serve the words and emotion of the script. ## What you will do - Review the script, stills and intended emotional arc. - Plan the timing of each visual against the narration. - Use AI image-to-video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora or an equivalent professional workflow to create natural movement from the supplied images. - Add restrained camera movement, parallax, depth and transitions where these improve the story. - Regenerate, mask, composite or edit clips when AI motion introduces distortion or inconsistency. - Synchronise every scene precisely with the voiceover. - Clean and mix supplied voice recordings so they sound clear, warm and professional. - Add suitable music, ambience and sound effects without overpowering the narration. - Add accurate, well-timed captions designed for vertical social platforms. - Ensure important text and visual elements remain within platform-safe areas. - Deliver a final video that feels coherent, cinematic and emotionally engaging from beginning to end. ## Voiceover options I am happy to record and provide the narration myself. However, it is a bonus if you can also provide an excellent, natural-sounding voiceover through a human narrator or a commercially licensed AI voice. Any proposed voice must be legally usable for commercial publication. Do not use unauthorised celebrity voice clones, copyrighted recordings or voices without clear usage rights. If you offer voiceover creation, please provide examples and explain any additional cost. ## What excellent work looks like - The opening creates immediate curiosity without relying on cheap shock tactics. - The pacing feels intentional, with enough movement to retain attention but enough restraint to let important lines land. - Motion appears natural and does not deform faces, hands, bodies or objects. - Characters and environments remain visually consistent between shots. - Transitions feel motivated by the story rather than added for decoration. - Captions are accurate, attractive and easy to read on a phone. - Music and sound enhance the emotion without making the video feel manipulative. - The finished piece does not look like a collection of disconnected AI clips. - The final video feels moving, thoughtful and highly shareable. ## Initial paid test The first milestone will be a paid test. I will provide a short section of a script, approved stills and either a voiceover or timing guide. You will create a finished segment of approximately 10 to 15 seconds. The test will be assessed on: - Quality and naturalness of motion. - Pacing and visual timing. - Emotional interpretation of the script. - Consistency with the supplied imagery. - Sound design and caption quality. - Ability to remove or avoid obvious AI artefacts. Please do not produce unpaid sample work before applying. Relevant portfolio examples are sufficient. If the test is successful, the next milestone will be the complete video, followed by ongoing work across additional scripts. ## Deliverables for each complete video - A polished vertical video, generally 20 to 45 seconds long. - 1080 × 1920 MP4 suitable for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. - A captioned version. - A clean version without captions. - An SRT caption file where requested. - Properly mixed narration, music and sound effects. - A list of any music, voices or external assets used, including confirmation of commercial usage rights. - Editable project files or a sufficiently complete project package to permit future revisions. - Relevant prompts, generation settings and final source clips. - Agreed revisions to reach the approved result. ## Required experience - A strong portfolio of AI-generated video, image-to-video work, cinematic short-form content or high-quality social videos. - Excellent editing, pacing and visual storytelling skills. - Experience with professional AI video tools and the judgement to select the right tool for each shot. - Demonstrated ability to correct warped movement, flickering, facial inconsistency and other common AI video problems. - Strong captioning, music selection, audio mixing and sound-design skills. - Understanding of attention, retention and emotional pacing in short-form vertical video. - Good written English, reliable communication and careful attention to detail. ## How to apply Begin your proposal with the word **MOTION** so I know you read the full brief. Please include: 1. Links to your three most relevant finished videos. 2. The AI video and editing tools you currently use. 3. A brief description of your workflow for converting approved stills into a coherent final video. 4. How you prevent or correct unnatural motion, warped faces and visual inconsistency. 5. Your approach to captions, music and sound design. 6. Whether you can also provide a commercially licensed human or AI voiceover, with relevant examples. 7. Your fixed-price quote for the initial 10 to 15-second paid test. 8. Your typical price and turnaround time for a polished 30-second video. 9. Your availability for ongoing work. The strongest candidate will understand that AI tools are only part of the process. Taste, pacing, emotional intelligence and meticulous editing are what will make these videos exceptional.

The Sanchez Dooner Foundation is hiring an experienced trainer and coordinator to run the programming of an AI Innovation Studio at a university located in Philadelphia.
You'll help plan, organize and lead the open orientation programs, train the student and staff guides who keep the room running, and coordinate the calendar for faculty, staff, and student cohorts, a monthly open studio, and a quarterly public forum. By June 2028 the University's own staff run everything; your documentation is how that happens. Scope and deliverables Session plans and facilitation for Foundations (rolling, year-round) and the Guide Track. A programming calendar across the Circles, Open Studio, and Forum — logistics, guests, room, and follow-up. A one-page format sheet and a run-of-show document for every program, written for handoff. Monthly attendance and feedback reporting, with a plain assessment of what worked and what didn't. Requirements Five or more years of training or facilitation for adults (faculty development, learning and development, or similar). Build a professional, responsive bilingual platform connecting clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC with verified experts through paid, private one-to-one video consultations. Support Arabic and English, full RTL functionality, mobile responsiveness, and a modern, premium, trustworthy interface.
The platform will serve three roles: client, expert, and admin, each with separate permissions and dashboards. Clients can register using email or mobile, search and filter experts by category, price, language, rating, experience, and availability, view profiles, save favourites, choose time slots, book and pay online, join calls, manage bookings, receive notifications, and submit ratings and reviews after completed consultations. Experts can register, build professional profiles, upload qualifications and identity documents, select categories and languages, set consultation duration and pricing, manage availability, handle bookings, connect video meeting links, review ratings, track earnings and commission, request withdrawals, and receive booking and payment notifications. Profiles remain private until manually approved by an admin; sensitive documents are never publicly displayed. Expert categories include business, entrepreneurship, careers, recruitment, technology, artificial intelligence, real estate, finance, investment, marketing, e-commerce, education, university admissions, legal consulting, and personal development. Regulated categories must display suitable disclaimers. Public profiles should show verification, professional details, experience, biography, languages, qualifications, price, duration, rating, reviews, completed consultations, availability, and a booking button. The booking process covers expert and duration selection, date and time, consultation topic, booking review, test payment, confirmation, notifications, and automatic creation of a secure video room or meeting link. Prevent double bookings, store times consistently, and display them in each user’s selected timezone. Integrate a third-party video provider such as Daily, Agora, Zoom, or Google Meet rather than building video technology. Prepare payments for Saudi gateways such as Moyasar, HyperPay, or Tap. Support payments, configurable platform commission, expert earnings, refunds, transaction records, withdrawals, and financial reports. The admin dashboard must manage users, expert approvals, categories, bookings, payments, refunds, withdrawals, reviews, complaints, website content, policies, FAQs, analytics, and audit logs. Include public pages for Home, Browse Experts, Categories, How It Works, Become an Expert, Pricing, About, FAQs, Contact, and all legal policies, alongside checkout, confirmation, consultation, and dashboard screens. The homepage should feature expert search, popular categories, featured experts, platform benefits, testimonials, trust and security, FAQs, and strong calls to action. Cancellation rules must be admin-editable, support full or partial refunds, and guarantee refunds when experts cancel scheduled appointments. Use Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, PostgreSQL, secure authentication, role-based access, row-level security, protected routes, validated inputs, secure uploads, and an API-ready backend reusable by future iOS and Android applications. Build relational tables for profiles, categories, qualifications, availability, bookings, payments, commissions, earnings, withdrawals, reviews, notifications, favourites, documents, complaints, refunds, and settings. Develop in three phases. Phase 1 covers database architecture, authentication, navigation, homepage, expert registration and profiles, search, and client and expert dashboards. Phase 2 adds availability, bookings, test payments, notifications, and reviews. Phase 3 adds video integration, administration, refunds, earnings, withdrawals, and security testing. Use sample expert data for early testing.

Job Title
Motion Graphics Designer and Explainer Videos Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer and Explainer Video Producer to create two professional videos for Bidaya, a structured Qur’anic educational curriculum. The purpose of the videos is to present Bidaya as one connected educational journey—from learning the first Arabic letter to reading Qur’anic verses, applying Tajweed, memorizing, reviewing, and developing long-term Qur’anic skills. This project requires strong motion design and visual storytelling skills. It is not a basic video-editing or slideshow project. Project Scope The project includes two videos: 1. Promotional Video • Duration: approximately 60–75 seconds. • Purpose: introduce the Bidaya Curriculum and its main components in an engaging and visually memorable way. • Style: dynamic, modern, professional, and promotional. 2. Curriculum Explainer Video • Duration: approximately 4:00–4:30 minutes. • Purpose: explain the complete learner journey through Bidaya Level 1, Bidaya Level 2, the Five Skills of Qur’an Memorization series, digital resources, and teacher-support materials. • Style: clear, educational, visually engaging, and professionally paced. Materials Provided by the Client We will provide: • Final scripts with approximate timecodes. • Book covers and product mockups. • Selected authentic interior pages. • Bidaya logo and available brand assets. • Curriculum information and product descriptions. • General visual references and direction. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: • Developing a consistent visual direction for both videos. • Creating moodboards or style frames. • Creating a detailed storyboard based on the supplied scripts. • Producing an animatic synchronized with the voice-over. • Designing custom motion graphics and visual transitions. • Animating book mockups, covers, interior pages, numbers, titles, icons, and curriculum stages. • Creating clear educational infographics and journey maps. • Visualizing progressions such as: LETTER → WORD → VERSE → READING → TAJWEED → MEMORIZATION → REVIEW • Showing how all Bidaya books and supporting resources work together as one connected curriculum. • Incorporating visual references to QR codes, mobile applications, websites, audio resources, teacher guides, assessments, and learning tools. • Editing and synchronizing the videos with voice-over, music, and sound effects. • Completing the final color correction, sound mixing, and mastering. Required Visual Style The videos should feel: • Professional and premium. • Clean and modern. • Warm and educational. • Suitable for parents, Qur’an teachers, schools, and educational organizations. • Engaging without appearing overly childish. • Visually consistent across both videos. • Custom-designed for Bidaya rather than based on a generic template. The visual treatment should use clear journey maps, meaningful transitions, and strong information design rather than displaying the books in a simple static lineup. Strict Product Asset Requirements All supplied book covers, pages, logos, and product images must be preserved accurately. The freelancer must not: • Redesign, recreate, simplify, or reinterpret any book cover. • Change any Arabic or English text. • Modify Qur’anic text, Arabic calligraphy, logos, colors, typography, or illustrations. • Generate replacement versions of the books or pages using artificial intelligence. • Use unapproved AI-generated images or footage. • Use unlicensed stock footage, music, fonts, or graphic assets. Only authentic client-supplied files may be used to represent Bidaya products. Required Experience and Skills The ideal candidate should have: • Proven experience in motion graphics and explainer video production. • A strong portfolio of educational, publishing, product, or corporate explainer videos. • Excellent visual storytelling and information-design skills. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • Experience in 2D and 2.5D animation. • Experience animating books, pages, printed products, interfaces, or educational materials. • Strong typography, composition, animation timing, and transition skills. • Ability to maintain clarity and viewer engagement throughout a four-minute explainer video. • Experience synchronizing animation with professional voice-over. • Good English communication and comprehension. • Strong attention to detail and respect for Qur’anic and Islamic educational content. Experience with Arabic typography, right-to-left layouts, Blender, or Cinema 4D would be an advantage but is not mandatory. Required Deliverables The final handover should include: • Approved visual direction and style frames. • Complete storyboard for both videos. • Animatic synchronized with the voice-over. • One promotional video of approximately 60–75 seconds. • One curriculum explainer video of approximately 4:00–4:30 minutes. • 4K versions in 16:9 format. • Full HD versions suitable for YouTube and website use. • MP4 H.264 exports. • High-quality master files. • Subtitle files if required. • Organized and fully editable After Effects and Premiere Pro project files. • All linked project assets. • Details of all fonts, music, stock footage, and third-party licenses used. The quotation should include at least two consolidated revision rounds for each video. Commercial usage rights for the completed work will belong to the client. The project may not be published in the freelancer’s portfolio or on social media without written approval. Voice-Over and Audio A professional English voice-over will be used. Please clearly state: • Whether voice-over recording is included in your quotation. • Whether you can recommend or manage professional voice-over talent. • Whether licensed music and sound effects are included. • Whether you can produce future Arabic or localized versions. If voice-over production is not included, you must be able to work professionally with a final voice-over supplied by the client. Project Workflow The project will be completed through the following approval stages: 1. Creative direction and style frames. 2. Storyboard approval. 3. Animatic and voice-over synchronization. 4. First complete promotional video. 5. First complete explainer video. 6. Revision rounds. 7. Final delivery and editable source-file handover. How to Apply Please begin your proposal with the word BIDAYA to confirm that you have read the complete project description. Please include: 1. Three links to your most relevant completed projects. 2. At least one complete explainer video, not only a short showreel. 3. A brief explanation of your exact role in each submitted project. 4. Your proposed creative approach for presenting Bidaya as one connected curriculum. 5. Your workflow from storyboard to final delivery. 6. Your estimated completion timeline. 7. Your total fixed-price quotation for both videos. 8. The number of revision rounds included. 9. Confirmation that editable source files will be delivered. 10. A clear list of what is included and excluded from your quotation, including voice-over, music, sound effects, stock assets, and licenses. Generic proposals or portfolios containing only basic video editing, social media reels, or template-based slideshows will not be considered.

TITLE: Claude Code tuning: context collapse + token burn
I run Claude Code on 3 private codebases, RN, react and backend every day, as my main way of building. It works, but it is expensive and unreliable in specific, measurable ways. I want someone to fix that. These numbers come from my own session transcripts: - 25,000-40,000 tokens of process documents are read before any actual work starts. One of those files is 117 KB. There are 27 of them in total. - 52 forced auto-compactions across 6 sessions. Individual sessions have run 7-14 days without ever ending. - 1,283 images were loaded into a single conversation as raw pixel data. - 42% of the time a file is opened, it had already been opened earlier in that same session. THE FIRST PROBLEM My process documentation is strangling my own agent. Rules, handoff notes and work ledgers have grown into a pile that gets read from the top every time a session starts, before anything useful happens. I need it restructured so the agent reads what applies to the task in front of it and nothing else. You will not see the contents. You will see sizes, structure and load order, and tell me how to reorganise it. AFTER THAT - Sessions that use intelligent compaction - Agents that finish a task instead of stopping halfway - Output written in plain English by default - Work that reflects the big picture instead of missing context and getting rejected I know the words hooks, subagents, MCP, skills, output styles and settings exist. I do not know which of them actually solve the above. I am not prescribing anything. If your answer is "do not do X, do Y", say why. I have already been told that installing a code index or a graph tool is the answer, and my own measurements say it would save me single digits. Convince me otherwise with numbers or propose something better. HOW WE WORK The codebase is private and stays private. No repo access, no NDA to sign, nothing shared. We work entirely over screenshare: you direct, I drive and type. That means you are teaching while you configure, which is what I want. At the end I understand and own my own setup. If that is a dealbreaker, no hard feelings, but please do not apply. RATE AND HOURS Hourly, ongoing. Roughly 2-3 hours for the initial setup, then 2-3 hours a week after that. Think expert on retainer, not a project. Budget $15-20/hr depending on experience. TO APPLY Answer these five. If you do not answer them specifically, I will archive without reading. 0 - MOST IMPORTANT propose around 10 skills, plugins and hooks (harnesses), etc that WORK FOR YOU in order to make the whole setup perform much better 1. How would you restructure a large pile of project rules and handoff documents so an agent loads only what the current task needs? Be concrete about the mechanism. 2. What would you change in the first two hours, in order? For each: what it changes, and what number I would watch to know it worked. 3. Long-running sessions and auto-compaction: should I be preventing compaction, or ending sessions? Why? 4. My agents stop mid-task. What actually causes that? Which causes are fixable by configuration, and which by how I write prompts? 5. What would you deliberately NOT install, and why? Skills: Artificial Intelligence, Claude Code

We are creating a series of short, emotionally resonant vertical videos for *Choose Your Work*, an upcoming personal-development book. The scripts explore work, identity, regret, courage, purpose and what it means to live authentically.
Our goal is to create beautiful videos with the emotional clarity and shareability needed to reach a very large audience and generate positive social reactions. I will provide completed scripts, usually intended for videos of approximately 20 to 45 seconds. Your role is to interpret each script and create a coherent sequence of cinematic still images using AI image-generation tools. This is not simply a prompt-writing role. The most important skill is visual judgement. You need to decide what the viewer should see at each emotional beat, when to use a literal image, when to use a metaphor, and how to make the whole sequence feel like one film rather than a collection of unrelated AI images. ## What you will do - Read each script and identify its emotional arc, key visual beats and strongest moments. - Develop a clear visual concept before generating images. - Create a line-by-line or beat-by-beat shot list showing which image will accompany each part of the script. - Generate and refine the approved stills using tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Leonardo or an equivalent professional workflow. - Maintain consistency in characters, clothing, locations, lighting, composition and overall visual language. - Retouch or composite images when necessary to remove obvious AI errors and improve quality. - Design every frame vertically in 9:16 and leave appropriate space for captions where needed. - Create images that can later be animated by an AI video creator, including compositions that allow for camera movement, depth and natural motion. - Revise the work based on concise feedback. One image may cover several lines, and a single line may occasionally require more than one image. I am looking for someone who can make good creative decisions rather than follow a rigid formula. ## What excellent work looks like - The stills feel as though they belong to the same film. - The visual idea strengthens the script rather than merely illustrating every word literally. - Characters remain recognisable and consistent from frame to frame. - Images feel cinematic, emotionally precise and visually memorable. - The work does not have the generic or artificial appearance of low-quality AI content. - There are no distracting facial, anatomical, typographical or background artefacts. - Each image supports the pacing and emotional development of a short-form video. - The overall feeling is thoughtful and moving, not sensationalist or cheap clickbait. ## Initial paid test The first milestone will be a paid test using one supplied script. You will create: - A short visual treatment explaining the proposed style and concept. - A beat-by-beat shot list for the full script. - Four fully finished stills from selected moments in the script. Please do not produce unpaid sample work before applying. Relevant portfolio examples are sufficient. If the test is successful, the next milestone will be the complete visual package for that script, followed by ongoing scripts. ## Deliverables for a complete script - A concise visual treatment. - A clear mapping between the script and each image. - Approximately 10 to 18 final stills, depending on the script and pacing. - High-resolution 9:16 files suitable for a final 1080 × 1920 video. - Consistent character and style reference images where relevant. - The prompts, seeds, reference settings or workflow notes needed to reproduce the visual style. - Commercially usable final assets with no unauthorised copyrighted characters, brands or source material. - Agreed revisions to reach the approved result. ## Required experience - A strong portfolio of AI-generated imagery, storyboards, advertising concepts, film stills or visual narratives. - Excellent composition, art direction and visual storytelling skills. - Demonstrated ability to maintain character and style consistency. - Experience correcting AI artefacts through regeneration, inpainting, Photoshop or compositing. - Good written English and the ability to understand emotional nuance in a script. - A reliable, organised workflow and close attention to detail. Experience creating imagery for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels or YouTube Shorts is useful. Animation skills are a bonus but are not required for this role. ## How to apply Begin your proposal with the word **STILLS** so I know you read the full brief. Please include: 1. Links to your three most relevant examples. 2. The AI image tools and editing tools you use. 3. A brief explanation of how you maintain consistent characters and visual style across a sequence. 4. How you would turn a philosophical or emotional script into a visual story without illustrating every line too literally. 5. Your fixed-price quote for the initial paid test. 6. Your typical price and turnaround time for a complete 10 to 18-image package. 7. Your availability for ongoing work. The strongest candidate will combine technical AI skill with excellent taste, restraint and storytelling judgement.

Creative Operations & Post-Production Lead — AI Video Agency
Some of our work - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YFX4os8QY5t56ZKls-Va-vJ2W3JoTPfU I'm looking for an extremely sharp, proactive, and responsible Creative Operations / Post-Production Lead who can take ownership of our day-to-day production. We're a post-production agency focused heavily on AI video production, video editing, and creative content. This is NOT a traditional project manager role. I'm looking for someone who can eventually make me feel like: "I don't have to worry about production anymore." You will be responsible for managing editors, maintaining quality, communicating with clients, solving problems, and making sure every deliverable gets completed on time. If something goes wrong, I don't want you to tell me about the problem after the deadline. I want you to see the problem coming and solve it before it becomes a problem. What You'll Be Responsible For Client Delivery You'll manage production across multiple clients simultaneously. For example, you could have: * 10 videos * 5 different clients * Multiple editors * Different creative requirements * Different deadlines Your job is to make sure everything gets delivered on time and at the quality the client expects. You need to understand each client's: * Creative taste * Brand * References * Brief * Expectations * Deadlines * Definition of "good" The client should never feel like they're chasing us for their work. Quality Control You'll be one of the final quality checkpoints before work reaches the client. You need to be able to watch an edit and immediately understand: * What's wrong * What's missing * What's creatively weak * What's off-brand * What's poorly paced * What doesn't follow the brief * What doesn't match the intended style * What could make the video significantly better You should have strong creative judgment. I don't want you to simply check whether the video is "done." I want you to understand whether the video is actually good. If something isn't good enough, send it back. If an editor doesn't understand your feedback, get on a Google Meet and show them what needs to change. Managing Editors You'll work directly with our editors. Every editor is different. Some work extremely fast. Some need detailed direction. Some are technically excellent but creatively weak. Some are great at AI video but weak at traditional editing. You need to understand how people work and manage them accordingly. If an editor starts showing signs that they're going to miss a deadline or consistently deliver poor work, don't wait. Take action. That could mean: * Giving better direction * Getting on a call with them * Helping them understand the creative direction * Reassigning the project * Finding another editor * Replacing the editor if necessary Your job is to prevent production problems, not simply report them. Direct Client Communication You will communicate directly with clients whenever necessary. If something isn't clear: Ask the client. If there's a creative question: Ask the client. If something is missing: Ask the client. If there's a problem: Handle it. I don't want every small decision coming back to me. I want someone who can look at a situation and say: "I understand. I'll handle it." And then actually handle it. Creative Direction You don't necessarily need to personally edit every video. But you need to understand editing and creative production deeply enough to direct editors. You should understand: * Hooks * Pacing * Storytelling * B-roll * Motion graphics * AI-generated footage * Visual consistency * Sound design * Captions * Transitions * Retention * References * Brand aesthetics And most importantly, you should understand why a reference works, not simply tell an editor to copy it. DTC, AI & Advertising Experience A major part of our work is with DTC brands, particularly in areas such as: * Healthcare * Wellness * Skincare * Consumer products * E-commerce * Performance marketing * Paid advertising We're increasingly focused on AI-generated ads and AI-powered creative production. Because of this, you need to understand what makes an advertisement actually work — not just what makes a video look good. You should understand: * What DTC means * How DTC brands acquire customers * What makes a strong advertising hook * How the first 1–3 seconds affect performance * Why certain creatives perform better than others * How to structure an ad * Problem → solution * Pain points * Benefits * Social proof * CTAs * Retention * Creative testing * Different ad angles * UGC-style ads * AI-generated advertising creatives You don't need to do everything yourself. But you need to understand how it works well enough to direct people who are doing it. You should also be comfortable working with AI tools and understanding how AI can be used to create better, faster, and more scalable advertising content. Ultimately, I don't care if you achieve the result through your own method, our editors, AI, or a combination of everything. f the client is happy and the work performs, that's what matters. Our Philosophy: Under-Promise, Over-Deliver One of the biggest things I care about is the client experience. If a client expects one video and we can comfortably deliver two without compromising quality, that's the kind of initiative I want. If they expect four and we can deliver five while maintaining the standard, even better. But quality and reliability always come first. I don't want unnecessary quantity. I want clients to consistently feel: "They gave me more than I expected." That's how I want to build long-term client relationships. Ownership Is Everything This is probably the most important part of the role. I don't want someone who constantly asks: "What should I do?" I want someone who asks: "What needs to be done, and how do I make it happen?" If an editor is late → solve it. If an editor doesn't understand the brief → solve it. If the client is unclear → communicate with them. If the quality isn't good enough → fix it. If an editor isn't capable of handling the project → find another solution. If you see a problem coming tomorrow → deal with it today. Do not wait for me. Who I'm Looking For I'm looking for someone who is: * Extremely proactive * Very smart and sharp * Highly organized * Creative * Detail-oriented * Extremely responsible * Comfortable managing people * Comfortable communicating with clients * Comfortable giving difficult feedback * Good at problem-solving * Fast at making decisions * Hardworking * Calm under pressure * Obsessed with quality * Extremely reliable You should be someone I can trust with a client without constantly checking what is happening. Trial Period & Compensation Before committing to a long-term position, I want to make sure we're the right fit for each other. Stage 1 — 7–14 Day Evaluation / Orientation The initial stage will be a 7–14 day evaluation and orientation period. This stage is primarily designed for you to understand how we operate and for both of us to determine whether there is a strong fit before moving into a full-time paid trial. During this time, you'll get to understand our: * Clients * Editors * Workflow * Quality standards * Production systems * Communication style * Creative expectations * DTC clients * AI video workflow * Advertising requirements You'll also get familiar with the type of responsibilities you'll eventually be expected to handle. At the same time, I'll evaluate how you think and approach: * Client communication * Editor management * Quality control * Deadlines * Problem-solving * Creative decisions * Ownership * Working independently There is no expectation that you should commit to the long-term role at this stage. The purpose of these 7–14 days is for you to learn how we work, understand what I expect, and decide whether you're comfortable taking on the role. By the end of this period, you should have a clear understanding of how we operate and what I'm looking for. If you feel comfortable with the workflow and responsibilities, and I believe you have the knowledge, judgment, and ability required to take the role forward, we'll mutually decide whether to proceed. Stage 2 — One-Month Full-Time Paid Trial: $500 If both sides are comfortable after the initial evaluation period, we will move into a one-month full-time paid trial at $500/month. This is the actual working trial. At this stage, you'll be taking on the responsibilities of the role and working with our real production workflow. I'll be evaluating whether you can consistently: * Keep clients happy * Manage editors * Maintain quality * Meet deadlines * Solve problems independently * Communicate clearly * Handle multiple projects simultaneously * Understand DTC and AI advertising * Take responsibility without needing constant supervision The purpose of this month is simple: I want to know if you're genuinely the right person for this position long-term. If you prove that you can take ownership, deliver consistently, protect the quality of our work, and keep our clients happy, we'll move quickly to the next stage. Stage 3 — Full-Time: $1,200–$1,800/month If the paid trial goes well and I feel confident that you can genuinely take ownership of production, you'll move into the full-time role with a base compensation of $1,200–$1,800/month, depending on your experience, performance, and the level of responsibility you're able to handle. This is intended to be a long-term position. As you take on more responsibility, manage more clients and editors, improve our production systems, keep clients happy, and consistently deliver excellent work, your compensation can increase over time. I want this to be a long-term relationship where your growth within the company is directly reflected in your compensation. The goal is simple: start with a short evaluation, move into a paid full-time trial, and then move you into the $1,200–$1,800/month range once you're proven that you're the right person for the role. This Role Is NOT For You If... * You need to be told what to do every step of the way * You aren't comfortable making decisions * You don't know how to manage editors * You avoid difficult conversations * You wait until deadlines to report problems * You don't have strong creative judgment * You aren't comfortable communicating directly with clients * You're looking for a simple 9–5 task-based job * You care more about finishing tasks than producing excellent work This Role IS For You If... You genuinely enjoy taking ownership. You see a messy production pipeline and immediately want to organize it. You can manage people without constantly escalating things. You can watch an edit and immediately know what feels wrong. You understand what makes a DTC ad work. You understand hooks, creative angles, retention, and performance. You're comfortable with AI and understand how it can be used in advertising. You can communicate with a demanding client calmly and professionally. You can identify problems before they happen. And most importantly: You care about the final result as if the company were your own. If that's you, I'd love to hear from you. To Apply Please send me the following: 1. Loom Video — REQUIRED Record a 5–10 minute Loom video introducing yourself and answering these questions: *Why should I hire you? * What is your experience managing video editors or creative teams? * What is your experience working with DTC brands? * What is your experience with AI video production? * What is your experience with ads / performance marketing? * What companies or agencies have you worked with? * What exactly did you do at those companies? * What kind of clients, editors, and projects were you responsible for? * Which parts of this job description have you already done in the past? * After reading this entire job description, why do you believe you are a 100% fit for this role? * Is there anything in this job description that you have never done before or aren't comfortable handling? *I want to see how you think, communicate, and explain things. Don't spend 10 minutes giving me a generic introduction. I want substance. ### 2. Experience Please include: * Your previous roles * Companies/agencies you've worked with * Number of editors you've managed * Number of clients you've handled simultaneously * Types of content you've worked on * Your experience with DTC brands * Your experience with AI video * Your experience with paid ads ### 3. Examples Send examples of: * Projects you've managed * Ads you've worked on * DTC creatives * AI-generated videos * Any relevant work that demonstrates your creative judgment 4. Availability Tell me: * Your current availability * Your timezone * How many hours you can commit per day * When you can start 5. Final Question After reading this entire job description: What makes you believe you can take complete ownership of this role without me having to constantly manage you? Please don't send a generic AI-generated cover letter. I want to understand how you think.

Then include: 1. Examples — 2–3 real automations you built (Loom, screenshots, or sandbox walkthrough). Prefer HighLevel / GoHighLevel; Make, Zapier, or similar CRM automation experience counts if you can transfer it. 2. Your rate — hourly rate (and any package pricing if you use it). Do not leave this blank. We are not posting a fixed rate; tell us yours. 3. Availability — hours/week you can take on, timezone, and earliest start date for a paid hire / trial. 4. You should be able to explain the approach clearly, recommend the best tools and frameworks, and help ensure the model performs reliably. Experience with similar custom AI projects is important, and we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively and deliver a practical, scalable solution.
