I have a working prototype of Golf Coach Now, the first deterministic IP platform designed to teach any skill through clear, repeatable learning paths. I’m offering a 5 % equity stake to a hands-on CTO who can tighten the codebase, raise quality standards, and guide the product to a public launch.
Your strongest suit must be Software Engineering. Day-to-day you’ll dive into code review and quality assurance: auditing what’s built, refactoring where needed, introducing automated testing, and leaving no pull request unchecked. The architectural groundwork is largely in place, so the immediate priority is hardening the prototype for scale, stability, and maintainability while we prepare for user acquisition and future funding. Key deliverables • Initial audit of the entire repository with a written action plan • Implementation of a continuous integration / continuous deployment pipeline that includes automated tests and static analysis • Monthly quality reports outlining bugs found, fixes applied, and technical debt reduced • Production-ready release candidate that meets the agreed test coverage and performance benchmarks If you’re excited to own the technical heartbeat of an evidence-based coaching platform and can commit time in exchange for meaningful equity, let’s talk. Golf Coach Now is bringing to market the world’s first deterministic IP in skill development. This is not an enterprise architecture. This is a simple, elegant, deterministic expert system that teaches skill with mathematical precision. Golf is the first implementation. The substrate will expand into education systems, sports, and global horizontal markets. We expect to be a $30M company in 5 years and a $500M company in 10 years. We are presently in discussions with equity two partners for a $1.2M raise. This is a Mayflower‑level opportunity for a CTO seeking identity, ownership, and long‑term leadership in a new category of learning technology. Job Posting on Freelancer THE ROLE See Job Posting On Freelance This is a CTO equity position with 5% milestone‑vested equity. The founder has spent the last 90 days building Version 1. The product is 90% complete. Your job is to finish Version 1, prove it works, and then build Version 2. This is not a scalable enterprise platform. This is a deterministic learning substrate — the world’s first — and you will be the technical owner of its implementation. --- VERSION 1 — WHAT YOU WILL COMPLETE You will finish, test, and prove Version 1. Remaining tasks include (but are not limited to): - Finish the camera module - Fix two known bugs - Enable Skill Selector (exists, needs wiring) - Enable Talk Mode (exists, needs wiring) - User testing - Analyzer code updates - Masking corrections - UI finishing and integration - Upload workflow verification - iOS TestFlight build - Android Play Store approval Most of these are micro‑refinements. The product is already built — it needs finishing, wiring, and proofing. --- VERSION 1 RELEASE PLAN After completion, we will: - Release in the United States, - In English, - For 30 days, - To prove the deterministic substrate works. Your job is to deliver a stable, tested, production‑ready Version 1. --- VERSION 2 — WHAT YOU WILL BUILD Version 2 expands the deterministic IP into the full golf ecosystem: - Swing (V1) - Putting - Short game - Full skill library - Additional deterministic correction modules Version 2 completes the golf vertical and prepares the substrate for expansion into other sports and learning markets. --- THE FUTURE — AURA LEARNING SYSTEMS Upon equity funding: - Your salary becomes six figures - You become full‑time CTO of Aura Learning Systems - You will have strategic influence on the future direction of the company - You will help build the 11th rung of learning — a new global model for skill acquisition The founder will focus exclusively on: - Vision - Strategy - Marketing - Partnerships - Equity funding You will focus exclusively on: - Technology - Architecture - Delivery - Stability - Scale --- THE JOB — IN ONE SENTENCE You deliver Version 1 and Version 2. You finish the product. You own the technical future of Golf Coach Now and Aura Learning Systems. Founder note. I’m retired from IBM. Sales. I took this project on because it's cool. The world’s first deterministic ip in skill learning That's it. It's a come line bet and a ride on the mayflower. I am speaking with two funding partners for 1.2 million I prefer someone in the US, someone hungry, that takes over project deliverables completely.. I need to market the product. Version 2 is all templates and workflows and videos. One week's work. I built the core product in 10 days. I need to get to market, and get revenue to show investors. Do you understand? This is NOT an ERP system, this is a learning Substrate! We will sell horizontally. Golf is the proof. And, unlocks the category for equity. Please respond with why you should be CTO. what you will do for my project. This is grunt finishing work on V! The product is on github, python anywhere, go daddy, android console, apple store connect, etc etc. --- Skills: PHP, Python, Testing / QA, Software Architecture, Software Testing, Agile Development, Software Development, Continuous Integration, Software Engineering, Architecture

I need a CTO. Thats it.
I am bringing a new product to market. Its the world's first deterministic IP in Skill development. If your not excited by that please delete. Google it. I have a patent. And a moat. I prefer an english speaking american who doesn't care about the time for V1 delivery. Someone who says, I GOT This! Someone who knows Golf1. This is a come line bet. And, a road to CTO magazine. Please don't wast my time. I will delete you. My credit cards are maxed out. I am maxed out. If your a software shop looking for biz, this isn't it. I need SWEAT EQUITY just like flipping a house. Only this is worth MILLIONs. The code is on github. Platform is python anywhere. You will need a user name for access. Go daddy for landing page and web site. I have Apple Developer, Android Console, you will get all credentials. the product is build. I have an old version running on my cell phone right now. the core engine, correction logic, and workflow WORK. Work, NOW. I can show investors. However, I need a finished V1 to deliever and Bill at 14.99 per month. People are spending 7 to 8Million in Swing analyzers that don't work. I replace them. see linkedin profile for Golf Coach Now I built this platform with my own money, and energy. I learned Python. I'm a sales guy. Presently , have two funding partners with $1.2 million. But, they need to see the product. They need to see people using the product. Do you get it??????? When i get, you get 150,000. and you become CTO. However, YOU need to do something.Understood? Your not getting anything for free!!!!! You will complete V1 and more. see below. I prefer someone in the United States who is eager like me. Weekends, and nights until we get product delivered. My hope is 2 weeks or less with V 1. THE ROLE This is a CTO equity position with 5% milestone‑vested equity. The founder has spent the last 90 days building Version 1. The product is 95% complete. Your job is to finish Version 1, prove it works, and then build Version 2. This is not a scalable enterprise platform, like an ERP system. Don't need RAID and fault tolerant redundancy. If you ask these questions it shows ignorance and you will be deleted. This is a deterministic learning substrate — the world’s first — and you will be the technical owner of its implementation. VERSION 1 — WHAT YOU WILL COMPLETE You will finish, test, and prove Version 1. Remaining tasks include (but are not limited to): - Finish the camera module - Fix two known bugs - Enable Skill Selector (exists, needs wiring) - Enable Talk Mode (exists, insert vocabulary into code. thats all) - User testing TBD. Lots of user testing. - Analyzer code updates - Masking corrections - UI finishing and integration - Upload workflow verification - iOS TestFlight build - Android Play Store approval Most of these are micro‑refinements. NOTE. There is no coding here. Golf Coach Now is A TEMPLATE ENGINE. Do you understand? A template is a cut and paste job, linking to workflows, video creation and lickages, correction file, thats it. I can build V2 in ONE WEEk. Don't bullshit me. I will provide Scope. After delivery of V1 and V2 you get 5% equity. ****************************************************************************** Golf Coach Now™ The World’s First Deployment of Real‑Time Correction Enters Golf FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Golf Coach Now™, the world's first real‑time deterministic correction platform for human skill development, is officially ready to launch this September. Within days, golfers around the world — in eight languages — will have access to a learning system that delivers instant correction, not suggestions, not probabilities, not guesses. This marks the first deployment of a new global learning category: real‑time correction, powered by the NOW Engine™ and created by Aura Learning Systems. Golf Coach Now™ is the world’s first platform that captures a golfer’s swing, analyzes it through deterministic logic, and delivers the single correction that matters right now. No noise. No overwhelm. No data dumps. Just clarity, confidence, and measurable improvement. This launch is the beginning of a much larger vision. Aura Learning Systems is building what will become a super‑state platform for virtual learning and real‑time correction, applicable to every skill domain — golf, pickleball, nursing, physical therapy, surgical training, education, and more. The methodology behind this system was created by founder John McGraw, whose work in deterministic learning is reshaping how humans acquire skill. Golf Coach Now™ is not an app. It is the first aperture of a global learning engine that will change the way people learn around the world. I’m looking for a reliable partner who can split their attention between two streams of work: clean, error-free data entry and full-stack web development, with frontend tasks taking top priority.
Here’s what I need right now. First, the visual side of the site must be designed from the ground up. I don’t have mood boards or wire-frames to hand you, so I’ll count on your creative eye to suggest colour palettes, typography and layout ideas that feel modern and professional. Once we agree on a direction, you’ll turn that concept into pixel-perfect pages that load quickly on every device. HTML5, CSS3 and a solid grasp of responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind will help you get there, but I’m open to your preferred stack if it achieves the same result. While the frontend is being shaped, I’ll also funnel periodic batches of data your way—everything from product lists to contact details. Each record has to be entered accurately, double-checked, and delivered back in the agreed format (typically Excel or CSV) before we move on to the next milestone. Backend work will follow once the interface is stable, so experience with a mainstream language (Node, PHP, Python, Ruby—your call) and database design is important, even if it isn’t the immediate focus. Timing matters: deadlines we set together must be met. If you can keep communication clear, code tidy, and spreadsheets spotless, we’ll have a straightforward, long-term collaboration. Skills: JavaScript, Website Design, Data Entry, CSS, HTML5, Node.js, Full Stack Development, Frontend Development

Hi everyone,We run a custom-coded travel metasearch platform called otelliyo.com and we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to fix critical API integration issues and website bugs immediately. This is a one-time project, but we are looking for a reliable developer for long-term maintenance.Current Issues to Fix:Stay22 API Re-connection: We recently updated our primary email address on the Stay22 partner dashboard. Since then, the API connection has broken, and we cannot fetch or display hotel/pricing data. You will need to re-configure the API keys/Partner ID within our custom backend.Broken Affiliate Booking Redirects: Users are redirected to the booking pages, but because of the API mismatch/disconnection, the reservations are not being processed or tracked in the system.Contact Form Failure: The contact form on our website is broken. About the role
We are a European B2B marketplace and knowledge platform in the agri-food sector, with a small in-house engineering team (backend, frontend and data). We are building our next-generation platform on AWS while keeping the current marketplace running, and we need one hands-on DevOps engineer to own our infrastructure end to end. Part of this work is currently done by an external managed-services provider. You will take it over and become our single point of accountability for cloud, CI/CD, security hygiene and cost, reporting directly to the engineering manager. What you will look after The existing marketplace — one shared AWS account, a single EKS cluster (production, staging and UAT namespaces), Terraform, GitHub Actions with self-hosted runners. Maintenance mode: resolve Terraform drift, move CI from stored access keys to OIDC, enable state locking, audit access and enforce MFA, take over root and billing custody, cut cost, write the runbooks, and handle incidents during agreed hours. The new platform organisation — a fresh multi-account AWS Organization (management, security, shared services, dev, staging, production) for a Python/FastAPI platform with PostgreSQL (pgvector) and long-running agentic workers. You build it in Terraform from a near-blank slate against an agreed architecture: private VPCs, EKS with Pod Identity, RDS Multi-AZ, Secrets Manager with external-secrets, ALB/ACM, GitOps with Argo CD or Flux (staging automatic, production behind approval), Kustomize, zero-downtime rollout patterns for workers, Cloudflare Access and tunnels instead of a VPN, SSM instead of SSH, and an observability baseline a five-person team can live with. You also keep the CI for a Python monorepo green and keep the team's local Docker Compose stack honest against production. Must have AWS Organizations, SCPs, IAM Identity Center, CloudTrail/GuardDuty/Config, budgets — you have built at least one multi-account landing zone from scratch. Terraform on live systems: modules, remote state with locking, importing existing resources, drift remediation, safe refactoring. EKS in production: upgrades, Pod Identity/IRSA, ALB ingress, autoscaling, PDBs, external-secrets, Kustomize. GitOps (Argo CD or Flux) and GitHub Actions with OIDC, reusable workflows, path filters, image scanning. RDS PostgreSQL operations: Multi-AZ, backups/PITR, extensions, pooling, migration strategies. Private VPC design, egress control, Route 53, ACM, Cloudflare (DNS, Access, Tunnels), least-privilege IAM. Observability: Prometheus/Grafana or equivalent, OpenTelemetry, sensible alerting. Linux, Bash and Python for automation. Everything as code, everything through a pull request, decisions and runbooks written down. Clear written English; we work mostly asynchronously. You have taken over an estate from a previous engineer or vendor without breaking production. Nice to have LLM proxy/router operations (e.g. LiteLLM, OpenRouter); Supabase or similar managed auth behind your own API; Databricks on AWS; Temporal or another durable-workflow engine; PHP/Laravel or headless CMS hosting; FinOps experience; AWS Professional or CKA/CKS certifications. Arrangement 15–20 hours per week, ongoing hourly contract via Upwork. At least four hours of daily overlap with Central European Time; otherwise flexible, with occasional agreed maintenance windows. Fully remote; EU or adjacent time zones preferred. Paid, scoped first task (access review and risk register) as the trial. Start as soon as possible.

Strongly Preferred Experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, BigQuery, AWS, or GCP. Experience with fraud detection, forecasting, recommendation systems, churn modeling, or other business-critical ML applications. Experience building RAG or LLM systems that are evaluated, monitored, and integrated into production workflows. Experience with regulated, financial, healthcare, or otherwise sensitive data. Experience implementing data privacy, access controls, auditability, or security-aware architecture. Experience leading technical delivery or mentoring other engineers. What We Expect You to Deliver The exact deliverables will depend on the project, but may include: A clear technical design and architecture. Production-ready data pipelines and transformations. Tested and deployable ML/AI components. Integration with existing services or applications. Monitoring, logging, and failure-handling mechanisms. Documentation covering setup, operation, and key design decisions. A handoff that another experienced engineer can maintain. How We Evaluate Candidates Please include: Two or three relevant projects you personally built or owned. The problem, system architecture, and your specific contribution. The technologies used and why you chose them. A difficult technical trade-off you made. How the system was deployed, monitored, or maintained in production. Any measurable outcome you can substantiate. Your availability, hourly rate, and preferred engagement structure. We are especially interested in candidates who can show real production ownership—not just a list of tools or a collection of tutorials and notebooks. Engagement Details Remote collaboration. Flexible project-based engagement. Potential for longer-term work depending on performance and project needs. Candidates may be located internationally. Availability during overlapping US business hours is preferred, but not mandatory. To apply, send your profile, relevant project examples, availability, and rate. **Python Research – OSP Construction Field Locations – TX, OK & AR**
We are seeking an experienced Python/web research specialist to develop a verified business prospect database covering **Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas**. This is NOT a generic company or corporate-headquarters lead list. We need research identifying **physical field operations, construction yards, regional offices, warehouses and other operating locations** associated with companies performing OSP fiber, broadband, underground utility and related infrastructure construction. Research should identify relevant local/regional decisionmakers in construction, operations, project management, materials, purchasing and related functions. Quality and verification are more important than quantity. The completed Excel database will include company/location information, relevant contacts, available contact information, research sources, verification dates and brief explanations of why each prospect was selected. We will begin with a **small paid test/checkpoint** before proceeding with the full assignment. This project may lead to **long-term and recurring research work** for the right freelancer. Please begin your proposal with: **“I am experienced with Python Projects.”** Then briefly explain: 1. How you would locate physical field operations rather than simply corporate headquarters. 2. How you would verify that the companies perform relevant field construction work. 3. How you would identify and verify useful local or regional decisionmakers. 4. What research tools and sources you would use.

About us
We're a low-voltage and structured cabling contractor based in Memphis, TN. We design and install network cabling, access control, CCTV, and security systems for school districts, universities, general contractors, and commercial clients. Our projects range from a handful of drops in a single building to full campus infrastructure. Over the past year we've built a set of internal AI tools that handle estimating, proposal generation, purchase orders, RFQs, and project handoff packages. They work. They were also built by people whose actual job is running construction projects, not writing software. We want someone who can take what we have, harden it, and help build the next layer. What you'd be working on LLM tooling is the core of it. We use Claude heavily and want someone who understands prompt design, structured outputs, and how to build a tool that produces the same quality result on the hundredth run as it did on the first. Much of our work involves turning messy inputs into clean documents: spec drawings, vendor quotes, bid packages, and spreadsheets that were built by someone in 2014 and never touched since. Beyond that: Automations connecting the systems we already run on: Microsoft 365, Box, Dropbox, QuickBooks, and our CRM Field apps our technicians can use on a phone or tablet for service tickets, install checklists, photo documentation, and closeout paperwork Document generation pipelines producing branded Word, Excel, and PDF deliverables that match our existing templates exactly GitHub structure and discipline, so this stops living in one person's head and starts living in a repo with real documentation Data extraction work: parsing PDFs, drawings, and scanned submittals into usable structured data What we're looking for Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, specifically Anthropic or OpenAI. Not just using ChatGPT, but building on top of it Python and JavaScript. Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier Someone who ships. We'd rather have a rough working tool this week than a polished plan next month GitHub fluency: branches, pull requests, and documentation another developer could pick up cold Clear written English and steady communication. We don't need daily standups, but we do need to know where things stand Helpful but not required: any background in construction, field services, trades, manufacturing, or logistics. Anything where the end user is wearing work gloves and has about fifteen seconds of patience for a bad interface. How we work Practical over elegant. If a tool saves a project manager an hour a week, it's worth building. If it's beautiful and nobody opens it, it isn't. You'll work directly with ownership, so decisions happen in a conversation instead of a committee. We start every engagement with a small paid test project. It's a real problem from our actual workload, scoped to roughly [X] hours, and you get paid for it regardless of whether we continue. That way we both find out how this goes without either of us committing to something blind. If it works, there's steady ongoing work. Several of our internal tools need a permanent owner. Rate and availability: [$XX to $XX]/hour, roughly [X] hours per week to start, with room to grow. Some overlap with US Central time is required for calls, but we don't care where you sit. When you apply: skip the generic cover letter. We'll read past it. Instead, tell us about one automation or AI tool you built end to end. What problem did it solve, who used it, and what did it save in time or money? If you have a repo or a demo we can look at, link it. Client's questions:

Title:
CWatM + MODFLOW 6 Hydrologist for Surface Water–Groundwater Modeling Job Description: I am looking for a hydrologist / groundwater modeler with experience in CWatM, MODFLOW 6, FloPy/Python, or coupled surface water–groundwater modeling. The study area is the North China Plain, with a simulation period of 2000–2024. Main work includes: - Surface-water modeling using CWatM - Groundwater modeling using MODFLOW - Surface water–groundwater coupling and grid alignment - Representation of the main aquifer groups of the North China Plain - Water withdrawal and water-use representation - Representation of major water-transfer systems, reservoirs, diversion points, pumping stations, and receiving areas/users - A Python-based water allocation / scheduling component for the main transfer network - Streamflow calibration and validation - Groundwater-level validation - GRACE storage comparison - Evapotranspiration validation - Appropriate parameter calibration and sensitivity analysis - Collection and organization of missing publicly available hydrogeological and model-input data when necessary Some streamflow, water-use, groundwater, and reference data are already available. For the water-transfer network, the main source–route–engineering node–receiving area/user relationships are important. Exact route coordinates do not need to be survey-level accurate at the initial stage. The groundwater model should represent the main aquifer groups based on available hydrogeological, borehole, and professional data. The modeling approach and required components are already defined. Please base your quotation on model implementation, adaptation, calibration, and validation, rather than assuming that a completely new hydrological modeling platform needs to be developed from scratch. The exact calibration / sensitivity-analysis method can be proposed based on your experience and the model conditions. Please apply only if you have relevant hands-on experience. When applying, please provide: 1. One or two previous projects most similar to this task. 2. Your experience with MODFLOW 6 and FloPy/Python. 3. Whether you have used CWatM or another coupled surface water–groundwater model. 4. Which parts of this task you can complete yourself. Detailed requirements will be provided to suitable candidates for review and quotation. Keywords / Skills: CWatM MODFLOW 6 FloPy Python Hydrology Hydrogeology Groundwater Modeling Surface Water–Groundwater Modeling Coupled Hydrological Modeling Water Resources Modeling Water Resources Engineering Model Calibration GRACE Evapotranspiration GIS

I need help with a project for a new customer that requires us to replace a fairly old RPA process that extracts machine alarms from a monitoring platform. We're still getting the full details together, but essentially the data is available from a website that we connect to via VPN. The alarms are presented in tables and are filterable. The script should run every minute, and multiple scripts are required per target system (there are four) as each version will have different filters to cope with the anticipated volume. I'm looking for someone with deep expertise in this area.

Individual freelancers only. No agencies, no sub-contracting.
Flexipy is a small Python and AI development agency. The founder is a senior engineer who still writes code and joins every technical call. We build production AI systems — agents, RAG, LLM integrations — and the Django/FastAPI backends underneath them. On Upwork: 100% Job Success, Top Rated, 18 contracts, all 5.0. You would be our first salesperson. There is no machine to step into — there are ICPs, a CRM, proposal templates and one proven channel, but the outbound playbook is early and you would help write it. If you want a funnel that feeds you qualified leads, you would be unhappy here. THE ROLE — FULL CYCLE You find the clients, you open them, you grow them. There is no lead-gen team; prospecting is the job, not something handed to you. • Build and qualify prospect lists on Upwork, LinkedIn and direct outreach • Qualify on expansion potential, not deal size — a small first project with a company that can grow beats a bigger one that can't • Write outreach and follow-ups that don't read like templates • Book first conversations and run the commercial side; the founder runs technical scoping • Run the expansion conversation after a client's first project ships. This is the part that matters most • Turn call recordings into scope documents, SOWs and an open-questions list — you write it up, the founder does the technical elicitation • Keep the CRM honest, help refresh ICPs and case studies MUST HAVE • You have sold custom development, outsourcing or consulting — SERVICES, NOT PRODUCTS. Selling a known product with a brand behind it is a different job and doesn't transfer. Point us at the evidence: which companies, which clients, your Upwork history • Hands-on outreach experience on Upwork and/or LinkedIn • Written English good enough for client-facing proposals (B2+/C1 minimum) • AI tools in your daily work — Claude, ChatGPT, agents — for research, drafting, proposals, CRM updates and follow-ups. This is a requirement, not a bonus • Comfortable being the only salesperson, reporting directly to the founder • Self-organised, detail-oriented, honest about what isn't working NICE TO HAVE • Experience at a software development agency • Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar • Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Hunter • Enough AI and LLM understanding to hold a first conversation credibly TERMS • Hourly, with the Upwork tracker on • 25 hours a week to start, capped. We would rather buy focused hours than seat time, and the cap goes up when the pipeline justifies it • Flexible hours, 4+ hours of overlap with EET • Long-term, contract-to-hire. If this works it becomes a full-time role — and commission starts at week 9 either way MONEY Hourly rate depending on experience. Straight hourly for the first 8 weeks — no quota, no target to clear, no part of your pay at risk while we're both still learning what this channel does. From week 9 you also earn 4% of every invoice a client you own actually pays us, on top of the hourly rate. Not a replacement for it. • Paid on money received, not signed value, so nothing waits on a milestone that moved • Sent monthly through Upwork as a bonus, grossed up so that 4% is what you keep after Upwork's fee • No cap, no threshold. It pays from that client's first payment • It keeps paying as long as that client keeps buying — not only on their first project • It survives the move to a direct contract if we convert you We won't quote you a monthly figure, because that depends entirely on what you build. What we will do is keep the mechanism transparent: a percentage of invoices you can check yourself, every month, against the same numbers we see. HOW WE HIRE 1. A 30-minute call — mutual fit 2. A two-week paid trial at the full rate, 25 hours a week. Real ICPs, real outreach, goals agreed in writing on day one: prospects researched, sequences built, outreach sent, CRM kept honest. If it isn't working for either of us we stop there, and you've been paid for every hour 3. Continue. Weeks 3–8 add replies and calls booked. Closed deals are not an early metric — our sales cycle is longer than that We're a small company building this function for the first time. Month one sets our baseline as much as it measures you, and we'd rather agree real numbers with you than invent them now. TO APPLY Answer the screening questions. Short and specific beats long and polished. A template proposal is an automatic no — we can tell. WHAT WE VALUE Honesty, including when something isn't working. Ownership. Attention to detail. Long-term cooperation. If a budget or timeline doesn't match reality we say so early, internally and with clients. We'd expect the same from you. Client's questions:

You're going to be Individual contributor for the machine learning and advanced analytics programme of a leading bank, starting with credit scoring and expanding into fraud, customer analytics and collections. Full-time, 6+ months, hybrid: remote work plus paid travel to the client site for few weeks.
**About the engagement** Tenplus is an AI, cloud and data consultancy based in Sweden that builds governed data platforms and production-grade AI solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP. We are hiring for a leading bank. This is a hands-on lead role: you will build models yourself, lead the bank's data scientists and analysts, and work directly with the bank's risk, retail, digital and IT teams. **What you will do** - Own the ML and analytics roadmap: work with the bank's leadership to prioritise use cases, define success metrics and sequence delivery. - Lead the credit scoring workstream end to end: application and behavioural scorecards, PD/LGD/EAD models and models supporting IFRS 9 expected-credit-loss reporting — from data exploration and feature engineering to validation, deployment and monitoring. - Deliver the next wave of models: transaction fraud detection, AML alert prioritisation, customer segmentation, churn and next-best-offer, and collections prioritisation. - Take models to production: deploy as batch jobs or APIs with the bank's engineers, set up performance and drift monitoring, and establish retraining cycles. - Put model governance in place: documentation, explainability (reason codes, SHAP), fairness checks and validation flows that satisfy the bank's risk committee, internal audit and regulator. - Build the bank's capability: mentor the in-house team, run on-site workshops, set modelling and coding standards, and hand over so the bank can operate the models independently. - Communicate results to executives and translate model output into credit policy and business decisions. **What success looks like after six months** An ML roadmap agreed with the bank's leadership; the first credit scoring model in production with monitoring and governance sign-off; at least one further use case (fraud or customer analytics) in pilot; and a bank team able to maintain and extend the models. **On-site expectations** Hybrid: remote work combined with on-site blocks at the bank's head office of several weeks at a time, roughly, 4–6 weeks per quarter, with the first block at kickoff. Travel, and visa costs are covered. You need a valid passport, the ability to obtain business visas and a real willingness to spend extended periods on site. **Must-have** - 15+ years in data science or machine learning, including leading projects or teams. - Hands-on experience building and deploying models in banking or financial services, ideally retail or SME lending. - Credit risk modelling: scorecards (logistic regression, WoE binning), gradient-boosted models, PD/LGD/EAD; working knowledge of IFRS 9 and Basel model expectations. - Expert Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM) and strong SQL on large transactional datasets. - Production experience: batch and API deployment, MLOps tooling (e.g. MLflow, Airflow, Docker), model monitoring; cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and/or on-premise data platforms. - Explainability, validation and documentation for regulated environments. - Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to executives and non-technical stakeholders. - Available 35–40 hours per week for 6+ months and able to travel for on-site blocks. **Nice-to-have** - Familiarity with core banking data (e.g. Temenos T24, Finacle, Flexcube) and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery). - Consultancy or other client-facing delivery experience. My current project centers on the computational side of quantum chemistry, and I need an expert who can dive straight into the calculations and help me push the research forward. I already have a set of target molecules and an outline of the electronic properties I want to probe; what’s missing is the rigorous, reproducible workflow that will take those ideas to solid, publishable data.
You will be running ab-initio and DFT calculations (Gaussian, ORCA, or a comparable package), optimising geometries, and extracting key observables such as reaction energies, charge distributions, and spectroscopic signatures. Clear, well-commented input files, convergence checks, and concise result summaries are essential so I can slot them directly into my manuscript draft. Deliverables • Validated input decks for each molecule or reaction pathway • Output files and parsed results in CSV/Excel format • A short methods report (1–2 pages) explaining basis sets, functional choices, and convergence criteria • Brief discussion of any anomalies or interesting trends that appear in the data I will supply initial structures and a checklist of target properties as soon as we start. If you are comfortable handling excited-state calculations or have experience automating workflows with Python notebooks, please mention it—those skills will be a bonus. Turnaround on the first batch of molecules is two weeks, with the possibility of follow-up work if everything goes smoothly. I run a car-rental page and I’m wasting too much time manually answering “How much?” on public posts. I’d like a small bot that monitors specific Facebook posts in other groups or ad comment threads and instantly drops a friendly reply that blends a set template with a few dynamic details you pull from the comment itself.
How the response should look • It always mentions the daily rate (pulled from a simple price table I can edit). • It always ends with my WhatsApp number and page link. • Extra lines, such as pick-up city or requested dates, should be inserted only when you can detect them in the comment text, so each answer feels personal rather than copy-pasted. Scope of actions • ONLY public comment replies—no DMs, no bulk inbox work. • Must respect Facebook API limits and the platform’s spam rules; throttle logic is required. Tech I’m comfortable with Python or Node.js are fine, as long as the project includes clear setup notes and a quick script I can run on a cheap VPS. If you prefer a no-code approach via tools like Zapier/Make plus a small webhook, pitch it—just keep ownership and costs clear. Deliverables 1. Ready-to-run bot (source code or automation scenario). 2. Config file or dashboard where I can modify price figures and the base template. 3. Short README and a five-minute walkthrough call so I can see it live on my page. Acceptance check I’ll post three dummy “Need a car” comments. The job is done when the bot answers all three within a minute, each showing the right rate and my contact line without being flagged by Facebook. If you’ve built Facebook reply automations before, let me know; links to live pages or short screen recordings will move you to the top. Skills: PHP, JavaScript, Python, Web Scraping, C# Programming, Software Architecture, Node.js, Facebook API, Automation, API Development

About us
We are a specialty surety agency. We place probate and guardianship bonds for law firms, personal representatives, and court-appointed guardians. We are rebuilding our client portal, and the billing documents our clients receive need to be rebuilt with it. What we need A set of branded billing document templates, built in Microsoft Word with merge tokens, that our platform fills in and renders to PDF. We need the template files and we need filled sample PDFs that prove the templates hold up under real data. These are transactional financial documents. They get emailed to attorneys and fiduciaries, printed, filed, and occasionally attached to court paperwork. Clarity beats decoration on every one of them. If a client cannot find the amount due and the due date in two seconds, the design has failed. Documents in scope • Premium Invoice: bond premium plus separately subtotaled non-premium fees • Payment Receipt: funds received, method, and how the payment applied across invoices • Statement of Account: open items with aging buckets for firms on account terms • Credit / Return Premium Memo: return premium and adjustments Important: all sample data is fictitious Every sample you produce must use clearly invented names, addresses, case numbers, and amounts, and must be visibly marked as a sample. Do not copy real figures from anywhere. These files are used for internal review, QA, and product demos only. They are never presented as real financial records. Posting: Deliverables For each of the four documents • One editable Word template (.docx) using real Word styles and merge tokens in the syntax we specify • Three filled sample renders as PDF: a minimum-data case, a typical case, and a stress case that spans at least two pages • The matching filled sample as .docx so we can inspect the structure For the set as a whole • A field map spreadsheet listing every token, what it means, its type, whether it is required, and what to show when it is empty • A one-page style sheet: fonts and weights used, hex colors, spacing scale, table rules • A short handoff note covering how the repeating line-item region works, what to watch for on page breaks, and any font licensing we need to know about • Source design files if you designed outside Word (Figma, InDesign, or Illustrator) Word build requirements • Layout must be built with Word styles, tables, and section breaks. No floating text boxes for layout, and no images of text anywhere. • Line items live in a repeating table row region. Header row repeats on every page. Rows never split across a page break. • Headers and footers must carry the logo, document number, and "Page X of Y" on every page. • Totals block must stay together and must not be orphaned onto a page by itself. • Long values must degrade gracefully. A 60-character estate name and a 12-line description cannot break the layout. • Empty optional fields must collapse cleanly, with no stranded labels and no blank gaps. Output requirements • US Letter, portrait, 0.5 inch minimum margins, printer safe with no reliance on bleed. • Exported PDF text must be selectable and searchable. Headings must be real headings so the file is accessible. • Body text no smaller than 9pt. Legal and disclaimer text no smaller than 7.5pt. • Text contrast must meet WCAG AA against its background. • Fonts must be either system-safe or licensed for embedding and server-side rendering. Tell us which, and give us the license terms. Nice to have, tell us if you have it • Experience with a server-side template engine such as docxtemplater, Carbone, Aspose.Words, python-docx, or docx-templates • Experience with billing or financial documents in insurance, legal, or accounting • Experience with headless LibreOffice or Word Automation Services for PDF conversion What we provide • Logo files in vector format, and our brand palette and type specification • A complete field dictionary for every document, with data types and example values • A sample data set for your test renders • Marked-up examples of the documents we send today, so you can see what we are replacing • One named reviewer with 48-hour turnaround on feedback Milestones Post the milestone table as-is. It signals that you have thought about the work, which raises the quality of the bids you get. Milestone Deliverable % of fee Calendar days M1. Discovery and concepts Kickoff call, questions answered, and two static invoice design concepts as PDF for us to choose from. 20% 5 M2. Invoice template built Chosen concept built as a working Word template with merge tokens, plus the three sample renders. 30% 5 M3. Remaining documents Receipt, statement, and credit memo built to match, each with three sample renders. 30% 7 M4. Final package and handoff Field map, style sheet, handoff note, source files, and one round of fixes from our final review. 20% 4 Budget: fixed price, milestone based. Our range for the full four-document set is $600 to $1,100 depending on experience. Propose your own number with your reasoning. Timeline: about three weeks from contract start. We turn feedback around in 48 hours and we expect the same from you. How to apply Please skip the generic cover letter. We read the answers, not the intro. Send us the following: • Two examples of document templates you have built, ideally with the Word source or a description of how the merge worked • Your answers to the questions below • Your fixed price and calendar days against our milestone list • Anything in this posting you think is underspecified or wrong Start your proposal with the word ARTEMIS so we know you read to the end. The plan is to identify one or two modern languages—Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or another we agree on—then move methodically from core syntax through problem-solving patterns and best practices (version control with Git, testing basics, clean code habits, simple project architecture). I’d like each concept anchored in hands-on exercises so the learning sticks. To keep us both aligned, here’s what I’ll count as success: • A personalised learning roadmap tailored to my current level and goals • Regular live or recorded sessions (screen-sharing or video) where you explain concepts and review my code • Practical assignments after each session, with detailed feedback and pointers for improvement • A small capstone project I can showcase that demonstrates everything we’ve covered • Resources or next steps I can keep using once our engagement ends If teaching, mentoring, and writing clean, understandable code are second nature to you, I’d love to collaborate and start building these skills right away. Skills: Java, JavaScript, Python, C++ Programming, Software Development, Git, Software Engineering

We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design and scale the data infrastructure behind our analytics and product decisions. You'll own our pipelines end-to-end ingestion, transformation, and serving and be the go-to for data reliability and performance.
Scope of Work: - Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data - Build dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas) for analytics use cases - Set up data quality monitoring and alerting - Optimize warehouse performance (partitioning, clustering) and manage compute costs - Build orchestration workflows (Airflow/Dagster) with retry logic and SLAs - Work with our team to translate business needs into data models Required Skills: - 5+ years data engineering experience at production scale - Expert SQL (window functions, query optimization, execution plans) - Strong Python for pipeline development - Hands-on with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift - Experience with Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect - Streaming experience (Kafka/Kinesis) a plus - Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) + Terraform - dbt experience a plus How to Apply: Skills Test (please complete to be considered): To keep this efficient for both sides, please include short written answers (a paragraph or two each) to these with your proposal: 1. Query fix: Describe how you'd diagnose and fix a slow SQL query on a large table what would you check first? 2. Pipeline design: How would you design a pipeline ingesting JSON events that handles duplicates and late-arriving data, with a daily SLA? Walk through your approach and trade-offs. 3. Failure story: Tell us about a time a pipeline silently broke or loaded bad data how did you catch it, and what did you build afterward to prevent a repeat? 4. Batch vs. streaming: When would you choose batch over streaming for a new pipeline, and what would you need to know first? Candidates who skip the written answers or give generic/copy-paste responses will not be considered. We're looking for people who can show their actual reasoning.

We turn real human work into training data for robotics. We capture first-person footage of skilled workers and transform it into structured, quality-checked datasets that help robots learn to operate in the physical world.
We're hiring an exceptional, hands-on Python engineer to own the architecture behind that growth: how large volumes of footage enter our platform, move between storage and compute, become usable training data and reach customers reliably. Your mission is to build a platform capable of handling multiple terabytes of incoming footage per day and growing toward petabyte-scale storage—with rigorous quality controls and sustainable processing costs. You'll work directly with the founders, take ownership of the existing platform and shape its architecture as we scale. You will: - Own the complete system architecture: connect capture devices and ingestion stations, cloud storage, processing workers, metadata services, quality checks and dataset delivery. - Design reliable ingestion at scale: resumable uploads, integrity verification, deduplication, bandwidth management and recovery from interrupted transfers across many recording sites. - Architect storage across Backblaze B2 and AWS: define landing storage, processing access, archival, retention and restoration workflows. Make deliberate decisions about durability, retrieval times, transfer costs and storage economics. - Build distributed Python and GPU processing: design queues, scheduling, parallel execution, checkpointing, retries and backpressure so the platform handles growing workloads and recovers cleanly from partial failures. - Own the video and ML pipeline: integrate and improve face blurring, privacy checks, hand-pose estimation, capture-quality assessment and dataset packaging. - Protect data integrity throughout processing: preserve frames, timestamps and recording boundaries; track source files, model versions and processing history; make outputs reproducible and auditable. - Measure and improve performance: identify bottlenecks across networking, storage, decoding, CPU and GPU workloads. Improve throughput and cost per processed footage-hour while meeting quality requirements. - Build operational reliability: establish monitoring, actionable alerts, automated quality gates, deployment practices and recovery procedures that let a small team operate a large platform. We're looking for someone with: - Exceptional Python engineering skills, including concurrency, multiprocessing, profiling, memory management and debugging complex production systems. - Proven architecture experience with substantial data volumes: systems they personally designed, shipped and operated, with concrete evidence of scale and reliability. - Strong knowledge of AWS, object storage and distributed systems, including storage lifecycle design, queues, access controls, failure recovery and cloud cost optimisation. - Experience designing workflows that remain correct through duplicate events, interrupted jobs, worker failures and retries. - Practical experience with video processing, GPU workloads or production ML infrastructure. - Strong database and metadata modelling skills, with an understanding of how to keep large media assets and their processing records consistent. - The judgment to make sound architectural decisions, implement them personally and take responsibility for how the system behaves in production. Experience with Backblaze B2, AWS S3 and archival storage, PyTorch, OpenCV, FFmpeg, Modal, robotics datasets or multi-camera recordings would be especially valuable. Our environment includes Python, GPU inference, cloud object storage, a Go ingestion layer and a TypeScript control plane. You'll own the decisions that connect these components into a reliable platform and guide its evolution. You'll join at a stage where your engineering decisions directly shape the company's capacity, data quality and economics. The role offers substantial technical ownership, close collaboration with the founders and room to grow into broader technical leadership as the team expands.
