Doctors use our software to take better care of patients.

We created a RPA program in Edge and Chrome as a plugin, as well as a QT/C++ program to help doctors use their EMR. Our plugin and program works perfectly in 9/10 scenarios, except in one with a legacy software vendor.

One of our EMR vendors has legacy software which is launched in a desktop application, which embeds a locked down version of Edge launched in Incognito mode, with plugins disabled. We believe their program launcher is written in C#/.NET

We are looking for a low-level windows expert to help ensure our backwards compatibility with this legacy app inside our QT C++ program, or possibly as an external module we can embed/invoke.

Once the new wrapper connects into the target launcher, we would like to turn off our OCR for data extraction, and take data out of the Edge tab inside the launcher, and ideally enumerate the DOM to our program running locally. We are also ok running a localhost node/go server to act as an XHR proxy to extract json payloads to and from the browser.

1 - Use various strategies to extract certain data that is rendered or loaded inside Edge from inside the launcher. Find the most appropriate opened browser tab, and extract the entire DOM, pass it back to host RPA program.
