We are hiring an experienced Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX product-design capability to work on LIVE-IN, a consumer mobile application currently under development.
This is not a coding-only frontend position. We specifically need someone who can independently handle both product interface design and frontend implementation. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in React Native + Expo and capable of taking existing product flows, requirements, references and visual direction and converting them into polished, developer-ready Figma designs, followed by implementation of those designs into the application. Scope will include: Design and polish the complete mobile-app UI/UX in Figma, including creating new screens where required—not merely reproducing screens supplied by us. Translate existing product flows, HTML/reference material, brand guidelines and functional requirements into a cohesive, premium user experience. Build the mobile frontend using React Native + Expo for both iOS and Android. Create reusable components and maintain a clean, scalable frontend architecture. Ensure responsive behaviour across different mobile screen sizes. Design and implement the LIVE-IN responsive web landing/marketing experience for desktop, tablet and mobile. Create interactive Figma prototypes, components, variants and a maintainable design system. Implement animations, transitions and micro-interactions where appropriate. Integrate frontend screens with existing backend APIs and coordinate with the backend/AWS team. Maintain pixel-level consistency between approved Figma designs and the production application. Test and correct UI/UX issues before handover. What we're looking for We want somebody who thinks like a product designer and builds like a frontend engineer—proactive, visually strong, detail-oriented and capable of suggesting improvements rather than simply waiting for pixel-by-pixel instructions. Please apply with 2–3 examples of React Native/Expo applications you personally developed and Figma/mobile UI work you personally designed. Clearly identify which portions of each project were designed and developed by you. Important: This is an existing product with established flows, functionality and brand direction. You will not be starting from a blank sheet, but you will be expected to independently refine, complete and implement the experience.
