Scope

This is a small existing business with a relatively low transaction volume. I am not looking for an expensive ERP/accounting-system implementation or a complete rebuild unless there is a good reason for one.

I expect that an experienced person should be able to review the existing workbook, identify its weaknesses and establish a reliable structure within a few hours of focused work.

There may be occasional follow-up work once the system is established.

I need help moving a set of project-level budget figures into a clean, well-structured Google Sheets file. I will share PDFs and scanned invoices that outline each project’s line items—labor, materials, travel, and overhead.
