We need a professional designer to create a modern, premium presentation for Smart Pot, a smart indoor planter with passive watering, lighting, humidification, and Wi-Fi control.
Deliverables: 10–15 slides in a fully editable PowerPoint (.PPTX) plus PDF. The PPTX must remain editable, not flattened images.
We will provide product photos, content, and visual references. The designer should improve the storytelling, structure, and visual presentation.
Arabic/RTL experience is preferred.
Optional: ability to adapt the design into a responsive landing page for our Salla store.
Budget: up to $100 fixed price.
Start your proposal with “SMARTPOT” and include your price, revision rounds, 2–3 relevant portfolio examples, and whether you can create the web version.
see stereophile.com - we need a facelift...fresh font, fresh layout, more appealing visually... I can provide details when we connect... timeline is immediate. The magazine is 68 years old and needs to appeal to its older readers but needs a refresh for sure..
my name is Puria Parvini. I am an oral surgeon and implantologist from Germany.
I am building a long-term postgraduate masterclass in oral surgery and implant dentistry and I am looking for one presentation designer who could become part of a small permanent team.
Our first topic will be:
“Incisions, Flap Design and Suturing in Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry – From A to Z.”
The scientific content will be prepared separately. I would need you to transform that content into very clear, sophisticated visual storytelling.
The goal is not simply to make slides look beautiful.
A dentist should be able to understand visually:
WHY a certain incision is selected,
HOW the flap should be designed,
WHAT anatomical or biological factors change the decision,
WHAT can go wrong,
and HOW to prevent or manage the problem.
The course will start with fundamental concepts and gradually progress to advanced oral surgery and implant situations.
Visually I prefer a very clean international congress style: white background, Arial, mainly black/grey, selective red for important decisions and warnings, excellent diagrams, decision trees and surgical sequences, with very little unnecessary decoration.
Before committing to a large project, I would like to test approximately 10 slides.
Could you please send me:
* your fixed price for a 10-slide pilot,
* 2–3 examples of your best medical/scientific or educational presentations,
* and your approximate price per slide if this becomes a long-term project with several hundred slides?
Please do not start any work yet. I first want to make sure that our visual philosophy fits.

Graphic designer needed to create brand identity for international women's health charity conference

We’re a volunteer-run women's health charity, with a major event being held in Melbourne, Australia in 2027 - the Lipedema World Congress III which will be co-located with Lipoedema Australia Conference VII. Logos for both organisations already exist; we now need a cohesive, on-brand set of graphics and templates for marketing, documents, social media, and web use.
We’ve just announced the event and want to move quickly. We’re aiming to have the final brand kit and core templates completed by the end of September 2026 ready for registrations to launch.
We’re looking for a brand/graphic designer who can:
Take existing logos and brand notes and develop 2–3 initial concept directions for a broader visual identity/graphics system.
Once we select/refine a direction, produce a full set of graphics and templates for:
Digital & web: website graphics (hero/header images, section dividers, icon set or graphic elements), email header/footers, presentation template (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Social media: a set of reusable templates (e.g., 15-20) for Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn (square, portrait, and landscape) for announcements, speakers, countdowns, quotes, stats, and calls-to-action.
Provide all final files in editable formats (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Canva or Figma) plus export-ready PNG/JPG/PDF as appropriate.
Offer guidance on best practices for consistent use across channels (simple usage notes or a mini style guide).
How we’d like to work
Phase 1 – Concepts: 2–3 distinct concept directions (moodboard + sample graphics across key formats).
Phase 2 – Refinement: We select one direction (or a hybrid) and refine based on feedback.
Phase 3 – Production: Build out the full set of graphics and templates across all required formats.
We value designers who are responsive, collaborative, and proactive, and who can both follow our brief and suggest improvements based on their expertise.
Ideal experience
Proven experience creating brand identity kits / graphic systems (not just logos).
Strong portfolio of social media template sets and document/layout design.
Experience working with not-for-profits, health organisations, or conferences/events.
Familiarity with women’s health topics is a plus (or clear sensitivity to the space).
Comfortable working with existing brand assets and extending them into a broader system.
Final brand kit + core templates: by 30 September 2026.
Ongoing support for additional assets may be available after this initial scope.
Budget
Please propose your fixed-price quote for the full scope above, or an hourly rate with an estimated total. We’re open to discussion based on experience and portfolio. We are a registered charity, and would appreciate any NFP discounts that you may be able to offer.
To apply, please include
A short note on why you’re a good fit for a nonprofit women’s health conference.
Links to 2–3 relevant portfolio pieces (brand kits, template sets, or event graphics).

Proof of concept Storyboard video trailer with Music

I need refined editing for transitions of established artwork sequences designed as a movie trailer. Narration and music as well as still images of character artwork in various scenes are already created. I need it to flow together in a compelling way as part of a presentation to producers or agents in the film industry. Can you give me an estimate for this kind of project?
I have a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation (academic/professional format) that needs layout and visual polish . It currently has good content but some inconsistency in spacing, fonts, and headings across slides, and one slide (Slide 7) that feels visually crowded.
What I need:
Consistent font sizes, spacing, and heading styles across all 10 slides
Layout rebalancing on Slide 7 to reduce crowding, without removing any content
General visual polish — checking alignment, ensuring nothing overlaps or looks cut off, and giving it a clean, professional finish throughout
Important: please don't edit or remove any text content, references, or citation numbers
I need a PowerPoint expert available to start immediately, that is today Saturday September 12, 2026 or ASAP. FLUENT English required. Must be willing and able to work with Founder and associate on Zoom.
We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to become an ongoing creative partner for two growing healthcare brands — **iSLEEP** and **uNITE Sleep Institute**.
We don't need someone who simply makes things "look nice." We're looking for someone who can take information that may be clinical, technical, or complicated and turn it into something simple, beautiful, approachable, and easy to understand.
Our philosophy is pretty straightforward: healthcare doesn't have to look or feel like healthcare.
Our brands should feel modern, human, thoughtful, and a little unexpected.
What You'll Be Designing
Projects may include:
* Brochures and tri-folds
* 4x6 and 5x7 rack cards
* Patient education materials
* Infographics
* Branded PDF documents
* Referral and physician marketing materials
* Flyers and posters
* Sleep study and CPAP instruction cards
* Sales and business development collateral
* Internal guides and training materials
* Event and promotional materials
* Social and digital graphics
* Occasional presentation or document design
Some projects will start with finished copy. Others may start with a rough Word document, email, sketch, or an idea that needs to be turned into something great.
The Designer We're Looking For
You have a strong eye for clean, modern design and visual storytelling.
You understand hierarchy, typography, spacing, branding, and how to make information easy to digest.
You're comfortable taking a lot of information and asking:
"How can I make this simpler?"
Experience designing for healthcare, medical practices, wellness, hospitality, consumer brands, or other customer-focused organizations is a plus — but we care more about the quality of your work than the industries you've worked in.
You should be comfortable designing materials that will ultimately be professionally printed, so an understanding of bleeds, margins, CMYK, print resolution, and production-ready files is important.
What Matters to Us
We're looking for someone who is:
* Creative without overdesigning
* Excellent with typography and layout
* Strong at information and infographic design
* Detail-oriented
* Responsive and easy to communicate with
* Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
* Able to maintain brand consistency across many different pieces
* Reliable with deadlines
* Able to work independently once they understand our brands
* Interested in an ongoing partnership rather than just completing one project
We move quickly, and we value people who make working together easy.
Software
We are flexible on your preferred design software, although experience with tools such as **Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, and/or Canva** is helpful.
For final projects, we will generally need both:
1. A print/digital-ready final file
2. The editable/source file so our team can make minor updates when necessary
About Us
**iSLEEP** is a sleep healthcare company providing sleep therapy, respiratory equipment, and related services.
**uNITE Sleep Institute** is our clinical sleep medicine organization focused on making sleep care faster, simpler, and more human.
We're building healthcare brands that don't feel institutional. Everything from the way we answer the phone to the materials patients take home should feel intentional.
That's where you come in.
This Is an Ongoing Opportunity
We aren't hiring for a single brochure.
We regularly have new design projects and would like to find one designer who can learn our brands, understand our style, and become a long-term creative resource for our team.
There will likely be a mix of quick-turn projects and larger design assignments throughout the month.
How to Apply
Please send us:
* A link to your portfolio
* 3–5 examples of your best **brochure, infographic, rack card, PDF, editorial, or information-design work**
* Your typical turnaround time
* Your hourly rate
* The design software you typically use
* Your general availability for ongoing projects
Please start your proposal with the word "SLEEP" so we know you read the entire posting.
We're especially interested in seeing work that demonstrates your ability to take a complicated idea and make it feel remarkably simple.
If we find the right person, we'd love for this to become a long-term partnership.
I need a PowerPoint expert available to start immediately, that is today by 4 pm Eastern, Saturday September 12, 2026 or ASAP. Excellent English required. Will work with Founder and associate on Zoom.
We need help refining a tech proposal by improving its visual presentation. The work includes reviewing the current proposal, identifying areas where infographics and tables can clarify complex information, and creating polished visual elements that make the content easier to understand. The ideal freelancer can translate technical details into clear, professional visuals and ensure the final proposal looks clean, organized, and easy to follow.
Tech Proposal needed with Infographics and Tables - short deadline

We need a clear, concise technical report that explains a complex topic in an easy-to-understand way. The report should include well-designed infographics and tables to support the content and make the information more engaging. The final deliverable should be polished, professional, and suitable for sharing with stakeholders. Please apply if you can turn technical details into a clean, visual report that is both informative and easy to follow.
We are RepeatFlow, a Danish studio building websites and automation
for B2B clients. We are producing a website for a client in the
executive transport sector and need a set of vehicle seat map
illustrations for it.
You work with us, not the end client. We handle all client
communication and approvals, so you get one point of contact and
consolidated feedback.
WHAT WE NEED
Top-down seat map illustrations for five vehicles:
Each vehicle needs multiple seating configurations that the visitor
can switch between using buttons or tabs. For example, on the i7:
- Two passengers: one regular rear seat plus one extra-spacious seat,
with the front passenger seat folded forward
- Three passengers: two in the back, one in the front
- Four passengers: three in the back, one in the front
When the visitor switches configuration, the seats change state.
Active seats appear dark and highlighted, unused or folded seats fade
to a pale ghosted grey, and the labels update accordingly. The two
vans have more rows and therefore more configurations than the three
sedans.
STYLE
Minimal, premium, editorial. Soft off-white background, a thin clean
line drawing of the car seen from above with the roof removed so you
look straight down into the open cabin, dark quilted leather seats,
and small rounded pill labels connected to each seat by a hairline
leader. Plenty of whitespace. No gradients, no drop shadows on the
seats, no 3D, no stock-photo look.
Reference images are attached.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK ONLY
The illustrations must be drawn from scratch by you. Please do not
trace or reuse manufacturer technical drawings from brochures, press
kits or blueprint sites, and do not copy existing graphics from other
companies in this sector. Basing proportions on each car's published
exterior dimensions is fine, but the artwork must be your own and
delivered with full commercial rights transferred to us, including
the right to sublicense to our client.
DELIVERABLES
- Clean, layered SVG for each vehicle and each configuration, roughly
15 to 20 files depending on final configuration count
- Source files in Figma, Illustrator or equivalent
- Either a working HTML/CSS/JS component that swaps between
configurations, or clearly named SVG layers we can toggle
ourselves. Tell us in your proposal which you prefer to deliver.
- Responsive and readable down to mobile width
- 4:3 aspect ratio to match our page layout
TECH CONTEXT
The site is static HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. No React, no
build step. Keep the component simple and dependency-free.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong vector illustration portfolio, ideally automotive, technical
or infographic work
- Able to produce a consistent set across five vehicles so they read
as one family
- Front-end skills are a plus but not required. We can wire up the
interaction ourselves if the SVGs are well structured.
If this goes well we have a steady pipeline of client work and would
look to keep working with you.
TIMELINE
The first vehicle, the BMW i7, is a separate milestone so we can
approve the style before you continue with the remaining four.
WHEN YOU APPLY
1. Two or three examples of vector illustration work, ideally
vehicles or technical drawings
2. Whether you would deliver the interaction yourself or hand over
layered SVGs
3. Your estimated timeline for the first vehicle, and for all five
4. Confirmation that all artwork will be original and that commercial
rights transfer to us
Please start your reply with the word CABIN so we know you read the
brief.

Infographic for Personal Trainer/Health Coaching Services on Landing Page
Applied
$15 - $35

1
I need a minimal, mostly black with some light pink & blue, and mobile friendly infographic version of the following for a landing page that communicates my services clearly to sell health coaching:
1) Personalized assessments — Movement, nutrition, and recovery evaluations built for your body, mind, and the demands of what you want and love to do. My job is to give you the education, tools, and resources to continually ask better questions for your body, warm up right, do the work, play hard, and recover well to get you out there and do the thing. This includes cycle-informed coaching for women, so you can lean into your high-performance windows, meet your unique recovery needs, and have a plan for your body.
2) Custom training plans — Programs built around your real life and where your body’s at now, not just where you want it to be. Building muscle and losing weight are just the beginning. I can help you adapt around chronic conditions. Whether you’re vegan, keto, or have metabolic challenges, we can build a macro plan that works for you. We will hone in on proper lifting mechanics and form. We will also train connective tissue to increase and strengthen active range of motion. We will dive deep into mental coaching and tie it all together so you can do the thing again and again.
3) Adjustable pay scale – You pay for what services you’d like, on a timeline that works for you, at a price that works for both of us. I offer discounts for seasonal workers and people with chronic conditions. I have no business objectives besides helping you achieve deep health. I only coach 3 people at a time – you will have my full attention with any services you choose.
Amazon Listing Images — CGI/3D Quality — Paid Test Project with Long-Term Potential
Applied
$200

We're DRYBOSS, the #1 moisture-control brand in our category on Amazon Spain & Italy (14+ ASINs, 5 EU marketplaces). We're hiring ONE designer long-term for all our listing visuals.
We start with a closed paid test project: replicate this quality standard for 1 of our products:
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0GT4Q1SZM
https://www.amazon.es/dp/B0F1DV5ZV6
That means: CGI-quality product rendering, consistent design system, premium feel.
IMPORTANT - BRAND IDENTITY: those links define the QUALITY bar, not the look. DRYBOSS has a strong, distinctive identity - direct, modern, anti-generic. Our motto: "This is not generic. This is DRYBOSS." Every image must pass our test: cover the logo, and it should still be recognizable as DRYBOSS. Beautiful generic images that could belong to any brand will NOT pass.
See our identity at www.dryboss.com and our DRYPOP listing, the one that best represents it today: https://www.amazon.es/dp/B0FMQGHY73 - note: even that one is still below the quality bar above. That's exactly why we're hiring. The identity stays, the execution level goes up. We provide full brand assets (logo, colors, tone, references).
DELIVERABLE (test): 1 main image + 1 lifestyle + 1 infographic for our DRYBOX (box-format room dehumidifier). We provide product photos, logo, brand colors and copy. Fixed $200, 7 days, source files included.
IF THE TEST MATCHES THE BAR: ongoing monthly work across our full catalog (14+ products, 5 marketplaces) - main images, secondary images, A+ Content.
IN YOUR PROPOSAL, include:
1) 2-3 links to LIVE Amazon listings you designed (not portfolio mockups)
2) Confirmation that you work solo - no agencies, no subcontracting
3) Your CGI/3D workflow (Blender, KeyShot, AI compositing - tell us what you use)
Proposals without live Amazon listing links will be declined.
The complete catalog copy, detailed design instructions and full image library will be provided to the selected designer.
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer with strong Adobe InDesign and multi-page catalog/publication design experience to design a professional residential waste equipment solutions catalog.
We have already developed the catalog copy, product information, images, brand guidelines, logos, mockups and detailed design direction. The designer's role is to turn these supplied materials into a polished, cohesive, professional catalog suitable for both digital use and commercial printing.
Project Scope
The catalog is approximately 30–40 pages, formatted at 8.5" × 11".
The catalog includes:
Cover
About the company
Complete waste-management system / ecosystem overview
Custom waste-management process infographic
Table of Contents
iSMART Technology™
Garbage, recycling & organics chutes
Recycling & sorting systems
Compactors
Bins & containers
Bin pullers
Bike racks & lockers
Service & lifecycle support
Maintenance & repair
Equipment upgrades & retrofits
Power washing & sanitation
Odour & fly control
Back cover
The catalog is intended to position the company as a complete waste-management systems and lifecycle partner, rather than simply an equipment supplier. The design should therefore feel professional, engineered, modern and cohesive across all sections.
Design Requirements
The designer will be expected to:
Establish a strong, consistent visual system for the catalog
Use Adobe InDesign as the primary layout software
Use supplied brand colours, fonts, logos and visual assets
Create clean, easy-to-read product and service layouts
Balance copy and imagery so pages do not become text-heavy
Create/refine the supplied waste-management process infographic
Develop consistent product image treatments, captions and callouts
Create a professional Table of Contents and page numbering system
Ensure consistent typography, spacing, grids, headers and visual hierarchy
Prepare the catalog for professional commercial printing
Ensure all supplied visual instructions are followed carefully
Maintain the actual appearance of products and equipment in supplied imagery
Not fabricate product features, components, controls or other equipment details
Important
The catalog copy is already written. This is primarily a design, layout and production project, not a copywriting project.
All copy, product information, images, logos, mockups and brand materials will be supplied.
The supplied catalog copy should be treated as the source of truth for product names, headings, descriptions, specifications and required sections.
Design Approval Process
We would like to begin by having the designer create the cover and initial pages to establish the visual direction.
We will review and approve the initial design before the designer proceeds with the remainder of the catalog. Once approved, the established design system should be carried consistently throughout the remaining pages.
Deliverables
Final deliverables should include:
Complete designed catalog
Press-ready PDF with appropriate bleeds and crop marks
Web-optimized PDF
Packaged Adobe InDesign working files
Linked design assets used in the final document
Final standalone infographic image where applicable
Budget: $1,750 USD
The $1,750 USD fixed project budget covers the complete catalog design and production, including the following milestones:
Milestone 1 – Design Direction & Initial Pages: $350
Cover
Initial interior pages
Establish overall visual direction, typography, grid, imagery and layout system
One round of consolidated feedback/approval
Milestone 2 – Full Catalog Design & Layout: $1,050
Complete remaining catalog pages
Product and service sections
Infographics
Product imagery and captions
Table of Contents
Consistent application of the approved design system
Milestone 3 – Final Revisions & Production: $350
Final consolidated revisions
Final layout and copy check
Page numbering
Print-ready PDF
Web PDF
Packaged InDesign working files and assets
Ideal Designer
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong Adobe InDesign experience
Has designed catalogs, brochures, product guides, annual reports or other multi-page publications
Understands professional print production
Has strong typography and layout skills
Can create clean, sophisticated layouts without making the design overly busy
Is comfortable working from an existing brand and detailed creative direction
Pays close attention to detail and consistency
Can work independently while following supplied specifications carefully
Please include examples of multi-page catalogs, product guides, brochures or similar publication work in your proposal.
The selected candidate will hop on a brief call with the Marketing lead for the hiring company to align on scope and timing before work begins.

3
We are looking for a reliable and creative graphic designer to produce professional social media posts for IB Scale and our clients on an ongoing monthly basis.
We will provide the complete monthly content plan, including:
Full design briefs
Written copy and slide content
Brand guidelines
Logos, colours and fonts
Reference designs and inspiration
Any available client imagery or assets
Your role will be to turn these briefs into polished, engaging and visually consistent social media content.
This is primarily a design and execution role. You will not be expected to create the content strategy or write the posts from scratch.
Content you will design
The monthly workload may include:
Instagram carousel posts
Educational infographics
Single-image posts
Quote and text-led graphics
Business and trading-related content
Personal-brand posts
Promotional and call-to-action graphics
Case studies and results-based posts
Simple story graphics where required
Most designs will be created in a 4:5 Instagram format, although other sizes may occasionally be requested.
What we are looking for
We need someone who can create clean, modern and premium-looking designs without making them feel overly corporate, generic or obviously AI-generated.
The right designer should understand:
Strong visual hierarchy
Typography and spacing
How to make information easy to understand
Infographic and carousel design
Consistent brand application
Social media design that captures attention without looking cluttered
How to use reference designs as inspiration without directly copying them
How to maintain a recognisable style across an entire monthly content plan
Experience designing for business, finance, trading, marketing or personal brands would be helpful, but strong design ability is more important.
Monthly workflow
At the beginning of each content cycle, you will receive an organised monthly plan containing the content, design direction and required assets for each post.
You will be responsible for:
Reviewing the monthly content plan and briefs.
Designing each post according to the correct brand guidelines.
Keeping the designs consistent across the full month.
Submitting the first drafts within the agreed timeframe.
Completing reasonable revisions based on feedback.
Delivering the approved posts in the correct formats.
Keeping all editable design files organised.
Clear communication is important. If a brief is unclear or an asset is missing, we expect you to ask before designing rather than making major assumptions.
Required deliverables
For each approved design, we will require:
High-quality PNG or JPG exports
Editable Canva links or original source files
Correctly sized social media versions
Organised folders and clearly named files
Any alternative sizes requested in the brief
Canva is preferred because our internal team may need to make small edits. However, applicants using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator may still be considered if editable files can be provided.
Important requirements
Previous social media design experience
A strong portfolio of carousels, infographics and branded posts
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed briefs accurately
Reliable monthly availability
Consistent turnaround times
Good written English and communication
Willingness to make revisions when required
Ability to work across multiple client brand styles
No use of generic templates without properly adapting them
No reliance on low-quality AI-generated designs
All work must remain confidential and cannot be shared without permission
This is not currently a social media management, copywriting or video-editing position. The main responsibility is graphic design.
Please begin your application with the words “IB SCALE DESIGN” so we know you have read the full job description.
We are looking for a long-term designer who can become a reliable part of our monthly content production process - not someone completing a single one-off project.
Senior Presentation Designer Needed For New Corporate Presentation
Applied
$7,000

3
We are looking for an experienced presentation designer with exceptional PowerPoint skills to help create a new flagship corporate presentation for Orkla Foods.
