About the project

We are a full-stack NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) platform serving athletes, agents, parents, brands, fans, and schools. We help manage deals, compliance, and financial services across athletes from 8th grade through pro and alumni. We also provide a serviced and personalized shop for each athlete, where fans are able to browse and purchase their items. mynil.ai/shop

Specifically, we are looking for a content creator to produce short-form vertical video (Reels/TikToks) using an AI-assisted workflow as well as post them to our socials. We are currently looking at getting athletes to join the waitlist. Starting with a small paid batch - if we click, this becomes a steady weekly engagement (8-10 hrs/week).

**Scope - first batch**

- 5 Reels, 9:16 vertical, 30–45 seconds each
- Concepts and scripts provided by me
- Hourly at $20/hr, target ~1.5 hrs per Reel using the AI stack below
- Drafts within 5 days of receiving concepts, finals within 7

AI Content & Image Generation:
- Generate and refine blog content using AI tools
- Write and adjust prompts to improve content quality and accuracy
- Ensure content reads naturally and is not robotic
- Generate AI images and prompts as needed
- Perform quality checks on all AI-generated content and images

WordPress Publishing & Formatting:
- Add content into WordPress using the Gutenberg editor
- Format posts with proper headings, spacing, lists, and structure
- Fix block issues, spacing inconsistencies, and layout problems
- Assign correct categories and tags
- Upload and format images, ensuring proper rendering and sizing
- Add alt text to images

SEO & Optimization:
- Complete SEO plugin fields (focus keyword, meta title, meta description, slug, OG)
- Optimize content for readability and keyword placement
- Add internal links to relevant pages/posts
- Add external links to credible sources where appropriate
- Work within tools like Rank Math and Surfer SEO (or similar) when required

Scheduling & Finalization:
- Prepare posts for scheduling on a rolling calendar
- Ensure posts are fully complete before scheduling
- Maintain consistency in formatting, SEO, and structure across all posts
