Hi, we’re Manta Sleep, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our email, ads, and social media production.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who’s fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple formats while staying on-brand.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating marketing emails and ads using Figma
Slicing and preparing email designs in Figma for development
Adapting existing email designs into paid ads and social media assets
Designing static social media assets
Using AI tools to generate and refine branded images
Doing minor retouching in Photoshop
Localizing email designs for different regions (US, EU, UK, AU), including currency and copy updates
Creating minor animations (simple motion only)
What we’re looking for:
Strong proficiency in Figma
Strong proficiency of Photoshop
Strong proficiency in AI image-generation tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Sora etc...)
High attention to detail
Fast turnaround time and ability to handle production-heavy workloads

We are looking to create some short, photorealistic videos which would contain Halloween characters (e.g. zombies, giant spiders). Each video would be roughly 20-30 seconds long.
We need to avoid copyright infringement and be able to copyright the material created. We would need all rights to any content created. We would also need a signed NDA prior to starting any work.
AI tool used would have to be trained on content that doesn’t infringe on copyrights. I know Adobe Firefly does. Many others are dealing with litigation over copyrights.
In order for us to copyright the material, the content cannot be solely created by AI. It will need editing and manipulation by a human to meet the requirements for copyrights.

We are looking for ultra-high quality imagery that is just about indistinguishable from real photos. We are looking to get as close to a $500k photoshoot with professional models and a top photographer - but with AI. A few good example brands with the calibre we want to emulate:

5. Fashn.ai for virtual try on to put our garments on at the end accurately including perfect logo and detail display.
We are looking for a true expert that can deliver this package and know's exactly to get the high quality, photo-realistic standards we know are possible.
But we know this is a bulk package that can be done in batches to be efficient for the high volume of images needed.

Meetings often repeated the same feedback, and team was frequently asked why items were not completed or submitted, even in cases where we had already delivered them and received no response.
Despite promptly providing all required visuals and puzzles, many submissions were met with silence, sometimes for weeks. After these long gaps, the client would return asking why nothing had been uploaded or where the test version was, even though the material had already been delivered. It often felt as though previous discussions and agreements were forgotten from one meeting to the next, leading to repeated explanations and unnecessary delays.
I always aim to maintain clear communication and deliver work efficiently, and I fulfilled my responsibilities quickly. However, the experience could have been significantly smoother with more consistent communication and acknowledgment of delivered work.
