About the project
Plutrex (https://plutrex.com) is an AI-powered investing assistant. Users chat with AI about stocks and the market, get daily market briefs, track their portfolio (positions, orders, watchlist), build strategies in "Strategy Studio", and use a guided onboarding tutorial. The problem The product works, but the UI/UX is outdated and unclear. When a new user lands in the app, they don't understand what to do or where to start. Features were added over time without a unified design, so the chat, market brief, portfolio panel, watchlist and navigation feel disconnected rather than one coherent product. What we need A full UI/UX redesign of the web app that makes it clear, modern and easy to use: - Review of the current product and its main UX problems - Clear information architecture and navigation (what lives where, and why) - A strong first-time experience: onboarding and an obvious first action for new users - Redesign of the key screens: home/chat, AI responses and market brief, portfolio & orders, watchlist, stock search, Strategy Studio, settings, and the tutorial flow - A consistent visual language and a simple design system (colors, typography, components, states), with light and dark mode - Responsive layouts (desktop + mobile web) Deliverables - Organized Figma files with all redesigned screens - Design system / component library in Figma - Clickable Figma prototype of the main user flows Who we're looking for - Strong portfolio of SaaS, dashboard or fintech/trading products - Experience simplifying complex, data-heavy interfaces - Good communication and regular progress updates Budget Open, depending on the scope you propose. In your proposal, please share relevant portfolio examples, your approach, a rough timeline and your price.

We need an experienced UI/UX designer with a strong background in SaaS to review our existing multi-tenant dashboard and identify UX flow issues. The goal is to improve the overall user experience and strengthen our conversion strategy. You will assess the current interface, recommend practical improvements, and help us create a more intuitive and effective user journey. Experience working on SaaS products and conversion-focused design is important for this role. It’s simply a human-centred role. You might be good at AI and know how to use it effectively, but human validation and human interaction still matter.

Subject: Request for Quote – University Examination Check-In Kiosk Web/App Development
Hi [Developer Name], I am exploring the development of a University Examination Check-In Kiosk system and would like to obtain an initial quotation for the software design and development. I have attached a concept image showing the proposed workflow. The objective is to create a simple, secure and student-friendly kiosk application that universities can use at examination venues. The system could initially be developed as a web-based application suitable for touchscreen kiosks, with the possibility of expanding to a mobile/admin application later. The proposed student workflow is: Exam Check-In – student selects the examination check-in option. Identity Verification – Student ID, driver licence, passport or another approved ID. Ideally, the kiosk could scan a barcode/QR code or allow manual Student ID entry. Exam Information – retrieve and display the student's exam, date, time, room and allocated seat. Authorised Materials – display what the student may take into that particular examination, such as an approved calculator, pens/pencils, textbook or permitted notes. Restricted Items – clearly advise that mobile phones, smartwatches, unauthorised electronic devices, notes and other prohibited items are not permitted. Student Confirmation – student acknowledges the examination rules and permitted/restricted materials. Check-In Completion – record attendance and display room/seat information, with an option to print a confirmation. From the university/admin side, I would like the system to support student and exam data import/integration, attendance records, kiosk management, exam configuration, authorised/restricted material settings, reporting and an administrator dashboard. Security, privacy, accessibility and reliable operation during high-volume examination periods will be important. For the first prototype/MVP, I am happy to keep the scope simple rather than building every feature immediately. We could use sample student/exam data and demonstrate the complete check-in workflow before considering integration with an actual university student management system. Could you please provide an indicative quote covering UI/UX design, web/kiosk application development, admin dashboard, database/backend, QR/barcode scanning, testing and deployment? Please also advise the estimated development time, recommended technology, ongoing hosting/support costs, and which features you would suggest including in Phase 1 versus later phases. The attached image is a concept/reference design rather than a final technical specification. I would be happy to discuss the workflow with you before you prepare the final quotation. Kind regards, Vann JEY Project Concept – University Examination Check-In Kiosk

Senior UI/UX & Product Designer for Redesign of Two Existing Web Platforms

|
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX & Product Designer to redesign and significantly improve two existing, fully functional web platforms: RateBridge and SmartEarn.
This is not a project to build new platforms from scratch, and we are not looking for simple cosmetic improvements. Both products are already developed and working. We are looking for someone who can review them critically, identify UX/UI weaknesses and propose a much stronger, more professional and modern direction. We want a designer who can think beyond our instructions and proactively tell us: what should be improved or reorganized what is confusing or unnecessary how navigation and user flows can be improved how dashboards/panels can become clearer and easier to use how trust, visual hierarchy and conversion can be improved where imagery, typography, cards, forms, buttons and other UI elements should change Important: RateBridge and SmartEarn are different products for different audiences. They should have distinct visual identities, not simply the same design with different branding. RateBridge: professional, trustworthy, premium B2B direction. SmartEarn: its own modern and engaging identity appropriate for its user audience. The scope may include: Landing pages User dashboards/panels Navigation and information architecture User flows Forms and onboarding Cards, tables and UI components Typography and visual hierarchy Imagery/icons Desktop and mobile UX Overall product/design consistency We already have development resources, so the primary requirement is strong UI/UX and product design thinking. We prefer to work on a fixed-price basis divided into clear milestones, rather than hourly. We can start with a smaller milestone to establish the design direction before proceeding with the complete redesign. When applying, please include examples of SaaS platforms, dashboards or web applications you have personally designed. We are particularly interested in seeing projects where you improved an existing product rather than simply designed a landing page. Please also briefly explain how you would approach reviewing and redesigning an existing product like this. If there is a good fit, this can become a larger project covering both platforms.

This project will consolidate six existing websites into one cohesive corporate website, creating a more unified brand and user experience.
Site content will be reorganized into a clear, intuitive information architecture designed to make content easy to find and navigate. Particular attention will be given to navigation structure, usability, and interaction patterns across both desktop and mobile experiences. As part of the initial creative exploration, two to three (2–3) visual design directions will be created. Each direction will include one (1) homepage concept with navigation and one (1) representative interior page, presented in both desktop and mobile views. Color accessibility and color-blindness testing will also be conducted to help ensure readability, usability, and visual clarity across the proposed designs. Once a creative direction has been selected and approved by the client, a complete set of high-fidelity screens and reusable UI components will be developed in Figma. These designs will be organized into an interactive prototype for internal review, client presentation, and development reference. This scope of UI/UX work is based on approximately forty (40) unique page templates and ten to fifteen (10–15) reusable page modules. This is not set in stone, but meant to be an approximate gauge for size understanding. A page template is a reusable page structure designed around a specific type of content or functionality, such as a product detail page, category page, or resource page. A module is a reusable content or interface component that can be used across multiple pages throughout the website, such as a content grid, image carousel, call-to-action section, or newsletter sign-up form. Once prepped and handed over to the design team, the designer will be involved in reviewing and approving the developed site. Expert knowledge of Figma, timeliness, excellent communication skills, and exceptional design are a must.

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to redesign an existing Digital Wallet Verifier web page that we use during product demonstrations and presentations to enterprise customers.
The page is part of a digital identity / eIDAS 2.0 ecosystem and demonstrates how an organization can act as a Verifier, requesting and receiving identity information or digital credentials from a user's wallet. Scope of Work We expect the designer to review the existing page and propose a redesigned user experience, including areas such as: • Main Verifier dashboard / landing screen • Credential or attribute selection • Verification request screen • QR Code presentation area • Waiting / processing states • Successful verification result • Display of received user attributes / credentials • Error or unsuccessful verification states • Overall navigation and information hierarchy We are open to recommendations on how the flow can be presented more effectively. Design Direction The interface should feel: • Modern • Minimal • Premium • Enterprise-ready • Trustworthy • Technology-oriented The design should work particularly well when displayed on a large screen during a client presentation.

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative UX/UI Designer to design a new service section for our international corporate services website.
This initial project consists of two key pages: 1. Trust Services Page — USD 500 A main landing page introducing and presenting our Trust Services offering. The page should be designed to clearly explain the service, establish credibility and trust, and guide prospective clients toward taking action. We are looking for a designer who can create an effective customer journey and present a complex professional service in a clear, modern, and conversion-focused way. Budget: USD 500 2. Country Page Template — USD 500 A comprehensive country/jurisdiction-specific Trust Services page that will serve as the master template for every jurisdiction in which we offer the service. Once the template is completed, our team will reuse the same design, components, and overall structure across multiple countries, adapting the content for each jurisdiction. The template therefore needs to be flexible enough to accommodate different regulatory frameworks, service details, requirements, timelines, FAQs, pricing information, and other country-specific information while maintaining a consistent user experience. Budget: USD 500 Total Initial Project Budget: USD 1,000 We are specifically looking for someone with a strong understanding of UX/UI, conversion optimization, information architecture, and modern web design. We do not simply want someone who can make a page look attractive. We want a designer who can think strategically about the customer journey, organize complex information effectively, establish trust and credibility, and guide visitors toward taking action. The ideal candidate will have experience designing websites or landing pages for financial services, fintech, legal services, SaaS, professional services, corporate services, or other high-trust/high-value industries. The designs should be created in Figma and include both desktop and mobile-responsive versions. The final design should use reusable components and be structured clearly for implementation by our development team. We will provide our existing website, branding, content, and information regarding the service. However, we expect the designer to contribute their own UX thinking, recommendations, and ideas, rather than simply reproducing the structure we provide. This is initially a two-page paid project with a total budget of USD 1,000, but we operate a large international website with numerous services and country pages. If we are impressed with the quality of the work, there is significant potential for ongoing UX/UI projects and a long-term working relationship.

UI/Figma Specialist Needed to Visually Harmonize Existing Mobile PWA Screens
Job description: We are looking for an experienced UI/Figma specialist to visually harmonize a set of existing mobile PWA screens for a digital concierge product called QR VIA. The screens are already designed in terms of content, functionality, information architecture and user flow. This assignment is not a redesign project. The goal is to make all screens look as if they were created by one professional designer using one consistent design system. The current screens are functional mockups and already contain the correct structure, content and logic. What still needs improvement is the visual consistency between the screens. The specialist will be asked to standardize elements such as: exact screen dimensions and layout proportions; spacing, margins and padding; typography and font hierarchy; card sizes and corner radii; shadows and borders; button and CTA styling; photo sizes and image treatment; header positioning; QR VIA logo positioning and sizing; language selector and menu button; bottom navigation; microphone / QR VIA help panel; icon sizes and alignment; consistent use of colors; visual alignment of dynamic information blocks. A very important requirement is that you do not change the existing UX, functionality, text hierarchy or screen structure unless specifically requested. We do not want the screens to be creatively redesigned. We want them to be professionally normalized and visually consistent. We will provide one detailed reference screen that contains most of the recurring UI components. This reference should be used as the primary visual benchmark for the remaining screens. We will also provide several different screen types, for example: dashboard / overview screen; photo-tile overview; device instruction screen; first-line troubleshooting screen; dynamic support / escalation screen; transport / route screen. The objective is to create a coherent reusable design system that can later be applied to the full screen library. For the first step, we would preferably start with a small paid test assignment of approximately 3 screens. The test screens will include: one detailed reference screen; one overview screen with multiple photo cards; one facility/dashboard screen. If the result is good, the assignment can be extended to the full set of QR VIA screens. Deliverables: professionally harmonized Figma screens; reusable components where appropriate; consistent spacing and typography system; clearly defined color styles; consistent buttons, cards, navigation and UI states; editable Figma source files; no changes to the approved screen logic without prior approval. Important: The intellectual property and final design files must be transferred to us upon payment. Confidentiality is important. We may ask the selected freelancer to sign an NDA before receiving the complete screen library. When applying, please send: examples of mobile UI or PWA interfaces you have standardized or refined; examples showing strong design-system consistency; your estimated time for a 3-screen paid test; your fixed price or hourly rate; confirmation that you are comfortable working from existing screens rather than redesigning them. We are especially interested in someone who is precise, disciplined and detail-oriented, rather than someone who wants to reinvent the interface. A successful result should make the screens look visually identical in design language, while preserving the existing content and functionality.

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to design and build a professional website for a moving brokerage company focused on nationwide interstate moves. We currently only have the domain and need a modern, trustworthy, lead-generation-focused website that helps drive phone calls and inbound quote requests for primarily residential long-distance moves.
This is a website-only project. We will provide a brand identity guide to support the web design (logo, colors, typography, and usage examples). Your role is to translate that brand system into a clean, effective website, not to create the brand from scratch. Our priority is lead generation and SEO. The site should support strong mobile usability, clear click-to-call actions, contact/quote forms, fast loading, and a structure that supports organic search visibility. We are open to platform recommendations, but leaning toward WordPress or another user-friendly platform that will be easy to manage after launch. We want a full website that stays lean: clear, professional, and conversion-focused rather than overly complex. We plan to provide most of the written content, and the writing style should land somewhere in the middle — not too sparse, but not overly wordy. Experience integrating website lead-generation forms with CRM or lead-management platforms via secure APIs, including real-time lead delivery, form-field mapping, source tracking, consent capture, duplicate prevention, and error handling. Scope of work: - Recommend the best platform for this project (WordPress or another user-friendly CMS). - Design and build a lean but complete service-business website. - Create key pages such as Home, About, Services, How It Works, FAQ, Contact, plus lead capture sections. - Emphasize click-to-call throughout the site, especially on mobile. - Set up quote/contact forms and lead notifications. - Support integration with Granot Moving Software via API - Implement the provided brand identity guide into the website design. - Apply on-page SEO and complete SEO setup/configuration for small business website. - Optimize for mobile responsiveness, page speed, and clear calls to action. - Ongoing support: Possible updates in the future, but this is not a major part of the initial scope. Preferred experience: - Service business or home-services websites. - Lead-generation websites with strong mobile conversion strategy. - SEO-focused website builds. - Experience working from an existing logo/brand guide. - Experience with CRM/form integrations/APIs. - Building sites clients can easily update after launch. Technical skills required: - WordPress or another user-friendly CMS (Webflow or similar also acceptable). - Figma or equivalent for web layout/wireframing. - Responsive web design and mobile-first UX. - Contact/quote form integration and email notifications. - CRM integration experience. - On-page SEO and basic technical SEO. - Page speed/performance optimization. - Google Analytics and/or simple conversion tracking setup. We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer or an agency to design and build a professional website for a U.S.-based company operating in a regulated industry.
The website will have approximately 10–15 pages. Expected pages will include: * Home * About Us * Products * Technologies * Services * Quality * Contact * Privacy Policy * Terms of Service * Additional product/service or informational pages as needed Project Requirements The website should have a modern, professional design and work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. We also need: * Approximately 10–15 total pages * Professional UI/UX design * Responsive/mobile-friendly development * Easy-to-use content management system * Ability for our staff to update text, images, products, and other website content without needing a developer * WordPress or another user-friendly CMS can be considered * Contact forms * Basic SEO structure and metadata * Proper security configuration and development best practices * Payment gateway integration * Stripe is preferred, but we are open to other reputable payment solutions you recommend * SSL/HTTPS configuration * Analytics integration * Cookie/privacy configuration where applicable * Proper testing before launch Important: No Sloppy AI-Generated Work We are not looking for a website that is simply generated by AI, copied from a generic template, or assembled quickly without proper review. AI tools may be used as part of your normal workflow, but the final work must be professionally designed, developed, reviewed, tested, and customized for our company. We will not accept: * Generic AI-generated layouts with minimal customization * AI-generated content that has not been professionally reviewed * Placeholder or fabricated content * Poorly structured code * Unnecessary plugins or dependencies * Copy-and-paste templates presented as custom work * Broken responsive layouts * Inconsistent styling between pages * Poor accessibility practices * Security shortcuts * Code that the developer cannot explain or maintain You should be able to explain the architecture, technology choices, security controls, integrations, and code that you deliver. Quality is more important to us than simply completing the project quickly. Third-Party Audit / Review Because the company operates in a regulated industry, the completed website will be reviewed and audited by an independent third-party provider before going live. The developer must be willing to address reasonable technical, security, accessibility, privacy, or implementation findings identified during that review before final production launch. We are looking for someone who follows proper development practices and is comfortable having their work independently reviewed. Documentation / SOP Complete project documentation is required. At the end of the project, we need a clear SOP/documentation package explaining: * How the website is structured * How to log in and administer the website * How to update text/content * How to replace or upload pictures * How to add or modify pages * How to update products or services * How forms are managed * How the payment gateway is configured and managed * How plugins, themes, frameworks, or dependencies should be updated * Backup and recovery procedures * General website maintenance procedures The documentation should be written so that a normal business user can manage common website changes without advanced technical knowledge. Ownership and Handoff At project completion, our company must have full ownership and administrative access to: * Website source code * CMS * Domain * Hosting * Database * Stripe/payment gateway account * Analytics * Design/source files * Plugins and licenses purchased specifically for the project * Third-party integrations * Administrator accounts and credentials * Git/source-code repository, if applicable We do not want to be dependent on the original developer to make normal updates or maintain access to our own website. ### When Applying Please provide: 1. Examples of websites you have personally designed and developed. 2. Your recommended platform/technology for this project and why. 3. Whether you recommend WordPress, a custom CMS, or another platform. 4. Your experience integrating Stripe or other payment gateways. 5. Your experience working on websites for regulated industries, if applicable. 6. Your approach to website security and quality assurance. 7. Your estimated completion timeline for a 10–15 page website. 8. Your **fixed-price quote for the entire project**. 9. What is included and excluded from your fixed price. 10. How many design revisions are included. 11. Whether you will address findings from our third-party audit before launch. 12. Whether complete documentation/SOP and final source files are included. 13. Who will actually perform the design and development work. 14. Whether any part of the project will be outsourced. 15. What AI tools, if any, you use in your development or design process. We are specifically looking for a **fixed-price project**, not an open-ended hourly engagement. Please provide a realistic price and timeline based on the scope above. We value quality, maintainability, security, and professional craftsmanship over the fastest or cheapest proposal. Thank you.

You will shape how products and services work and feel, grounding complex problems in real human needs, clear structure and evidence.
