I am needing urgent assistance to finalise the UI design for approximately 6.5 key website templates for a client of my design practice, JCD - a local government funded early learning organisation based in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia (where my studio is also based), currently operating 8 kindergartens in that same region.

This organisation engaged us in late 2025 to complete a much-needed design and development refresh of their current Wordpress site, following a brand refresh we also conducted.

Function: A visual menu to prevent parents from getting lost in text links. This is core information for the family as a target audience.

Function: Dedicated page (/about-us/) to establish organisational legitimacy. It includes all of the team members. It should display photos + bios of the Board & Management team elegantly

Function: The new home for news / blog articles.

Function: A highly readable template for Blog Posts, Policy Documents, and the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Style & tone
The whole experience should feel colorful and vibrant—think lively palettes, playful gradients, and upbeat micro-interactions that energize rather than lecture. It must look welcoming to someone who may feel intimidated by traditional diet trackers.

Initial scope
For this MVP I only need the core screens that showcase the Calorie Burn Goal feature. Food logging and wider activity tracking can remain placeholders; the focus is on how a newly logged meal instantly creates a burn target and how the user then engages with that goal during the day. Every step of that journey should surface encouraging messages and small rewards (badges, confetti, celebratory stats, etc.) so motivation is both emotional and tangible.

Key deliverables
• Low-fidelity wireframes outlining the main flow from meal entry → burn goal creation → goal completion feedback
• High-fidelity Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD if you prefer) mock-ups of each screen, using the agreed color system and typography
• Clickable prototype that demonstrates animations or transitions important to the “friendly coach” feel

Acceptance criteria
