Potențial pentru mai multă muncă: Dacă acest prim lot decurge bine și va fi nevoie să realizezi interviuri suplimentare dincolo de cele 7 inițiale, vom mări și renegocia prețul plății în consecință pentru sesiunile extra.

Our agency is growing fast! We already have a top-tier Lead UX/UI Designer who delivers outstanding quality and with whom we love working. However, due to a rapidly increasing pipeline of premium Swiss e-commerce projects, we need to expand our team and bring an additional pro on board.

For our upcoming projects (including a premium Swiss online shop), we are looking for a designer who is highly process-driven, structured, and organized.

Our strict workflow requirements:

Phase 1 (User Flows First): You will NOT start with visual styles or high-fidelity pixels. Your first task is to map out the functional e-commerce logic (variant switching, cart behaviors, edge cases) using clear functional diagrams/wireframes.

Phase 2 (Structured Figma Delivery): We strictly avoid massive, chaotic Figma canvases where team members have to zoom and scroll endlessly. You must organize your delivery beautifully using "Figma Pages" (one distinct functional flow per page, ordered step-by-step from top to bottom).
