In accordance with the design specifications Client provided in Figma, we've made substantial progress on your project, with approximately 80% completion. At this stage, implementing dynamic changes is challenging. To ensure we fully understand Client needs and explore potential solutions, We tried to arrange a call or meeting with the client as this would allow for a more comprehensive discussion of the project's status and your expectations. But the Client refused to attend a call with us.
I suggested client that we are not able to make dynamic changes at this stage as we have already covered more than 70% of the project. We have already invested about two months in the project including one month in finalizing the Figma and after freezing the Figma and scope of work we started working on the Project and now we have completed around 90% of the backend tasks and 70% of the frontend tasks. you can check by this link

The core idea is clear, but I’m still defining the individual features, so I’m looking for someone who can help shape the technical scope with me, suggest the most efficient architecture, and then implement it end-to-end.
At this stage I’d like to:
• Discuss the use-case in detail and map out a concise feature list
• Decide whether a cross-platform stack (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.) or two native code-bases will serve the project better
• Create low-fidelity wireframes that translate the user flow into a clean, intuitive interface
• Move into iterative development, delivering a working build after each agreed milestone, complete with source code and repository access
• Finish with store-ready apps and a hand-off package that includes all assets, documentation, and basic instructions for future maintenance
