Below are the qualifications expected of a web designer:

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
A strong eye for visual design and composition
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

We’re looking for a Framer-savvy designer/developer to build a 2 new landing pages using our existing site template without breaking or disrupting our current site structure.

Our site is built on Framer: www.joinground.com

These 2 new landing page will follow the same brand and layout structure, but be used to target a specific vertical (e.g., beauty brands) and similar to www.joinground.com/about

Project Scope:
✅ Create a new page in Framer using our existing site template (light edits and block reuse encouraged)

✅ Ensure layout, responsiveness, and interactions match site standards

✅ The new page should not break any existing styles, stack structure, blog CMS, or overall performance

✅ Link the page into our Framer CMS if needed (for case studies or community blocks)

✅ Bonus: Optimize page for SEO (meta tags, page name) and performance (load time, mobile-first)

Requirements:
- Expert with Framer (and familiar with maintaining large Framer sites without breakage)

Familiarity with basic SEO setup (meta title/description) is a plus
