I’m building a streamlined buy-and-sell marketplace like https://www.olx.in/, Quikr and Facebook Marketplace. The project has two visible touch-points—a fully responsive website (must look equally good on desktop, tablet and mobile) and a native Android app—plus a lightweight admin console behind the scenes.
Core user flow
• New users register with their phone number and confirm via OTP.
• Sellers create listings with title, description, price, quantity, location and up to several photos, then update or remove them any time.
• Buyers browse all listings or narrow results with category, location and price-range filters, open listing details, call the seller directly and save favourites for later.
• No payment gateway is needed; all negotiation happens outside the platform.
Profiles & data
Every account has a basic public profile so trust can build over time. All images should be compressed on upload to keep the experience fast on slower devices.
Admin panel
I’ll need a simple dashboard to view key stats, manage users and listings, and flag or delete spam. Basic analytics (active users, number of new listings, most viewed categories, etc.) will help me keep track of growth.
Design direction
The interface should stay clean, minimal and instantly familiar to anyone who has used the reference sites above. Think bold thumbnails, clear typography, intuitive filters and as few steps as possible from search to contact.
Deliverables
• Responsive web application, production-ready
• Native Android app published to Google Play (or prepared APK)
• Admin panel with authentication, user/listing controls and analytics widgets
• Source code, build instructions and a brief hand-over session
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Smooth OTP registration via phone number
2. Creating, editing and deleting listings with multiple images
3. Accurate search and filter results on both web and mobile
4. Direct call action from listing detail page
5. Admin’s ability to remove a reported listing and see the change live within seconds
If you have prior experience with marketplace platforms and can keep the UI fast and uncluttered, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle this build and the tech stack you suggest.

Please Include in Your Proposal

Your approach to improving UI/UX and SEO.
Estimated timeline.
Fixed price or hourly rate.
Any recommendations you would make before starting.
Location: Remote, open globally but must be able to overlap at least 3–4 hours with CET working hours.
Type: Full-time, engaged as an independent contractor.
Compensation: $1600 - 2,500 USD/month depending on expertise
Seniority: Mid / Senior
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Team: Works cross-functionally with Marketing and Product
We're a fully remote team spread across time zones, and everyone at Dots.eco works as an independent contractor, that's simply our structure, not a reflection of how central or long-term this role is. We move fast and trust people to manage their own work; this role is a poor fit for someone who needs close supervision or a lot of structure to stay productive.
Portfolio required: applications without one will not be reviewed. We need to see your process (flows, wireframes, decisions), not just final visuals.
About Dots.eco
Dots.eco is a micro-financing and impact platform that turns everyday digital actions — playing a game, leaving a review, hitting a loyalty milestone — into verified real-world impact: planting trees, cleaning ocean plastic, restoring coral, saving sea turtles. Partners across various industries integrate Dots.eco to boost engagement, retention, and brand reputation, while users get personal, trackable, shareable impact certificates. We're B Corp certified.
The Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Specialist with strong WordPress skills to shape how Dots.eco looks and feels across both our marketing presence and product experience. You'll sit between Marketing and Product, translating strategy, positioning, and functional requirements into interfaces that are clean, credible, and easy to use
This is a hands-on role: you'll be designing and building, not just directing.
A note on what this role is not: this isn't a visual/graphic design role. We need someone equally strong on the UX side (user flows, information architecture, usability, and how decisions affect behavior and conversion), as on the UI side. If your background is primarily in static visual design (branding, print, social graphics) without experience in flows, wireframing, or interaction design, this isn't the right fit.
What You'll Do
Design UI/UX across marketing and product surfaces, partnering with both teams as priorities shift week to week
Map user flows and information architecture before jumping to visual design
Build, customize, and maintain WordPress-based pages, templates, and components
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and run lightweight usability checks before shipping
Translate brand positioning, campaign needs, and product requirements into visual design decisions, asking clarifying questions when a brief is incomplete rather than guessing
Design components that communicate consistently across surfaces
Build and maintain a shared design system (components, tokens, patterns) so Marketing and Product aren't reinventing UI independently
Optimize designs for performance, accessibility and mobile responsiveness
Partner with marketing ops and any developers/agencies on implementation, QA, and SEO-relevant on-page decisions
Manage your own priorities across two stakeholder groups and flag conflicts or trade-offs early
What We're Looking For
Experience
5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with real work spanning both marketing sites and product/app interfaces (not just one or the other)
A portfolio with at least 2–3 detailed case studies showing your process, problem, user flow, decisions, trade-offs, outcome. Final-screens-only portfolios will not be considered.
Experience designing user flows and wireframes before high-fidelity visuals, not skipping straight to polish
Experience working directly with WordPress in production: theme customization, page builders (Elementor, Bricks, or similar), custom CSS; basic PHP/ACF is a plus
Experience designing systems (component libraries, style guides) that other people actually use, not just personal file organization
Skills
Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, usability heuristics, and how design decisions affect behavior, not just visual craft
Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, spacing, color systems
Comfortable prototyping in Figma (or equivalent) to a fidelity that developers can build from without guessing
Working knowledge of responsive/accessible design constraints and how they affect layout decisions
Basic understanding of SEO and page-speed factors that intersect with design (image weight, semantic structure, Core Web Vitals awareness)
Comfortable reading (not necessarily writing) HTML/CSS well enough to have informed conversations with developers
Experience designing for both web and mobile
Experience with data visualization or dashboard-style UI (reporting views, live maps, metrics widgets)
Familiarity with A/B testing tools or conversion-rate optimization principles
Working style
Can operate with ambiguous or incomplete briefs and push back constructively rather than defaulting to whatever's easiest
Communicates trade-offs clearly to non-designers (e.g., why a pattern won't scale, why a request will hurt conversion)
Comfortable context-switching between marketing deadlines and product sprint cycles
Genuinely self-managed: sets own priorities, tracks own deadlines, and doesn't need reminders or check-ins to stay on track
Proactive by default: flags blockers, risks, or delays before being asked, rather than waiting for someone to notice
Communicates asynchronously and in writing as a first instinct, since most collaboration here happens across time zones and tools, not in a room
Has real experience working in a fully remote team and understands what that requires: over-communicating context, documenting decisions, being reachable within reasonable hours, and not letting distance become an excuse for slow response
Available for at least 3–4 hours of real-time overlap with CET during weekdays, for meetings and live collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams
To Apply
Send your portfolio link (required) along with [CV / cover note / availability]. Applications without a portfolio showing process (not just final visuals) will not be reviewed.

Project Overview
I’m looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to transform an existing product vision into a polished, modern user experience.
The product is MaFamily, a family discovery platform that helps people explore, understand, and preserve their family history. Unlike traditional genealogy software, MaFamily focuses on creating a sense of wonder and discovery before asking users to contribute information.
The UX vision, user journeys, navigation philosophy, and screen behavior have already been documented in detail (approximately 30 pages).
Your role is not to define the product—it is to bring the vision to life through exceptional UX and UI design.
⸻
Scope of Work
The successful candidate will:
* Review the existing UX Vision document.
* Create low-fidelity wireframes for all MVP screens.
* Refine user flows where appropriate while respecting the product vision.
* Design a complete UI in Figma.
* Build a reusable design system (colors, typography, buttons, cards, icons, spacing, components).
* Create responsive designs for both mobile and desktop.
* Produce a clickable Figma prototype demonstrating the primary user journeys.
* Iterate through review cycles based on feedback.
⸻
MVP Screens
The MVP includes approximately:
* Family Access Code
* Family Found Confirmation
* Family Overview
* Family Tree
* Person Profile
* World Map
* Me (Guest)
* Account Creation
* Claim/Create Profile
* Quick Branch Builder
* Review Queue
* Role Management
Future screens are not included.
⸻
Deliverables
* Complete Figma project
* UX wireframes
* High-fidelity UI
* Design system
* Interactive prototype
* Responsive mobile and desktop layouts
* Assets ready for developer handoff
⸻
Requirements
Looking for someone with:
* Strong UX thinking
* Excellent visual design skills
* Experience designing mobile-first products
* Experience designing data-rich applications
* Strong Figma expertise
* Ability to simplify complex information
* Excellent English communication
Bonus if you’ve worked on:
* Family applications
* Social platforms
* Maps
* Knowledge visualization
* Genealogy or history products
⸻
To Apply
Please include:
* 1-3 relevant Figma projects
* Your estimated timeline
* Your fixed-price quote
* A brief explanation of how you approach simplifying complex user experiences
⸻
Budget
I’d like a fixed-price proposal based on the scope above.

I’m the founder of GRAIL, a premium sports card and collectibles marketplace built with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Supabase, and Stripe.
The desktop experience is strong, but the mobile experience still feels like a desktop website displayed on a phone.
I am NOT looking for someone to rebuild my website or create a separate React Native app.
Instead, I want an experienced UX/UI designer and frontend developer who can transform the existing mobile web experience so it feels like a premium native iPhone app while preserving the existing architecture and backend.
I want someone who understands mobile-first product design, not just responsive CSS.
The goal is to redesign how the mobile version works while keeping all existing functionality.
Examples include:
* Mobile navigation
* Better mobile hierarchy
* Native-feeling layouts
* Touch-friendly interactions
* Better spacing
* Bottom navigation
* Bottom sheets instead of desktop dropdowns where appropriate
* Cleaner listing pages
* Better checkout flow
* Improved search experience
* Better mobile messaging
* Better profile pages
* Better seller dashboard experience
* Better forms and listing flow
The experience should feel closer to an iPhone app than a desktop website.
Important Requirements
* Do NOT redesign the brand.
* Do NOT redesign the backend.
* Do NOT rebuild the application.
* Do NOT duplicate business logic.
* Preserve existing architecture.
* Work directly within the existing Next.js/Tailwind project whenever possible.
This is intended to be the beginning of a longer relationship.
I would rather redesign the 5–10 most important mobile experiences exceptionally well than attempt to redesign the entire site at once.
Please Include
When you apply, please tell me:
1. Have you redesigned an existing web application to feel like a native mobile app?
2. Do you work directly in React/Next.js/Tailwind, or do you only provide Figma designs?
3. Share examples of mobile UX work you’ve completed.
4. How would you approach improving a premium marketplace like GRAIL without rebuilding it?

I'm looking for an experienced web designer to build a modern, fast-loading website for a small business. The project includes 5-7 pages (Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact), built on WordPress, Lovable, or another CMS of your recommendation. I also need light branding work, including logo refinement, a simple color/font system, and UX/UI input on layout, not just visuals. I’m looking for a thoughtful Figma designer to create a modern landing page for a SaaS product. I already have the general product direction and content, but I need someone who can turn it into a clear, visually strong page that feels credible and makes the product easy to understand.
This is not a development project. The final deliverable will be a complete desktop and mobile landing-page design in Figma.
The page will include approximately 5-8 sections, including a hero section, product benefits, feature highlights, product visuals, use cases, social proof, pricing or CTA content, and a final conversion section. I’m open to your recommendations if you believe the page structure can be improved.
Here are a few websites that reflect the overall level of clarity and design quality I like:
https://linear.app/
I like the controlled spacing, confident typography, dark product visuals, and clear progression between sections.
https://vercel.com/
I like how the design stays minimal while still communicating a technical product effectively.
https://www.raycast.com/
I like the balance between strong product presentation, clean layouts, and subtle visual details.
These are references for quality and direction only. I’m not asking for a copy of any of them.
You will receive the logo, brand colors, written content, product information, and any available screenshots. I need the designer to organize this material into a cohesive landing-page experience rather than simply placing the content into sections.
The final Figma file should include:
Desktop and mobile designs, reusable components, Auto Layout, consistent styles, clearly named layers, and an organized structure that another designer or developer can understand easily.
Please apply with 2-3 relevant SaaS landing pages you have personally designed. Briefly explain what you handled on those projects and confirm whether you can complete this within 5-7 days.
I'm a small business already offering live online and on demand exercise/movement classes. I am looking to build a Uscreen platform so these can be offered all in one place under a subscription model. With the option to also add 'off the shelf' purchases of short online courses.
It will begin as a content library with live Zoom classes. Some of the content is ready to go, some if being filmed next week and the branding / thumbnails etc is being worked on during August. Ideal would be to have something ready to launch during the month of September.
It would need to be integrated or linked to from my Squarespace website which is https://www.kathpent.com/

Overview:
I am looking for an experienced web designer and SEO specialist to rebuild my existing Weebly website on Wix. I've attached an image for the new look that I want (my current website is www.ajconsultingcompany.com). My primary goal for this migration is zero loss of search engine rankings, backlinks, or organic traffic.
The project requires creating a site layout (attached) and design on Wix while executing a flawless technical SEO migration (mapping URL structures, metadata, content structure, and 301 redirects).
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Migration Audit: Crawl and inventory all existing Weebly URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, H1/H2 tags, and site structure.
Wix Rebuild: Recreate all key pages, layouts, and blog posts on Wix. Ensure the site is fully responsive, fast-loading, and visually appealing.
301 Redirect Mapping: Map every single old Weebly URL (including .html extensions or blog post paths) to the exact corresponding new URL in Wix’s URL Redirect Manager to eliminate 404 errors.
On-Page SEO Copying: Replicate all meta titles, descriptions, heading hierarchies, and image alt texts inside Wix.
Domain & DNS Connection: Safely transition the domain to Wix without disrupting existing MX/email records.
Post-Launch Verification: Submit the new Wix XML sitemap to Google Search Console / Bing Webmaster Tools and audit for broken links or indexing issues.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience migrating sites to Wix from other CMS platforms (Weebly, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.).
Deep understanding of technical SEO, 301 redirects, canonical tags, and Google Search Console. Write "read" as your first coverletter word so I can eliminate spam candidates here.
Portfolio of past migration projects (with metrics or references showing traffic was maintained).
Strong attention to detail to ensure no content, links, or metadata are dropped during transfer.
To Apply, Please Answer the Following:
Briefly outline your exact step-by-step process for handling 301 redirects when moving from Weebly’s URL structure to Wix.
What tools do you use to perform pre- and post-migration SEO audits?
Can you share 1–2 examples of previous CMS platform migrations you’ve completed?

New Website Development – Travel Industry Experience Required
Fixed Price | Remote | Website completed in 1-3 months.
We're looking for an experienced web developer/company to build a completely new website for our business using Next.js and Sanity
Please include an overall Quote for this job.
This is NOT a redesign of our existing website.
Our current website (https://overlandirelandtours.com) is simply a reference to help you understand our business.
We want you to help us create a new website from the ground up, with a fresh approach to technology, user experience, content structure and performance. We already have our booking engine, so this project focuses on building the website and integrating with our existing booking platform rather than developing a booking system from scratch.
About Us
Overland Tours is an award-winning tour operator specialising in small group, private and self-drive tours.
Our website is our primary sales and marketing platform, so we're looking for someone who can help us build something exceptional.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with proven experience building high-quality travel or tourism websites.
We're open to WordPress, but we're also interested in hearing about alternative platforms if you believe they would better support our long-term goals. With AI now, website development is changing fast. We want our new website to be AEO and SEO strong.
We want someone who will recommend the best solution—not simply build what we ask for.
Our Goals
The new website should:
Have a premium, modern design.
Deliver an outstanding user experience on desktop and mobile.
Be built with strong technical SEO foundations.
Be optimised for AI search and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
Load quickly and achieve excellent Core Web Vitals.
Convert more visitors into enquiries and bookings.
Integrate with HubSpot and our booking platform.
Be easy for our marketing team to manage.
Be scalable as our business grows.
In Your Proposal, Please Include
If you have tourism experience - please use the word -TOURISTA at the top of your application.
Links to 3 travel or tourism websites you've built (do not apply if you do not have tourism experience).
Your specific role in each project.
The platform you would recommend for this project and a brief explanation of why.
Your estimated budget range and project timeline.
One improvement you would make to our current website after reviewing it.
We'd Love to Work With Someone Who
Has experience in the travel or tourism industry.
Thinks strategically and isn't afraid to challenge our ideas.
Understands modern SEO, AI search and website performance.
Communicates clearly and delivers high-quality work.
Please Don't Apply If
You're sending a generic copy-and-paste proposal.
You can't provide examples of live websites you've worked on.
You rely entirely on page builders without a clear technical reason.
You outsource all of your work without being transparent.
You don't have experience delivering professional business websites.
Important
To confirm you've read this job description in full, please start your proposal with the word: SHAMROCK. Applications that don't include this word won't be considered. We want you to send us a quote for this new website, please read the information above to create your quote. Please put the quote at the top of your application.
We look forward to seeing your work and hearing how you would approach this project.
Client's questions:
Must have experience of Sanity, Next.js - please post links of websites you have done using this?

SYSTEME.IO EXPERT: DESIGN WEBSITE AND CREATE MARKETING FUNNELS
Systeme.io web designer and expert. I have my own private domain that has been trafered over to this platform and I’ve already setup a profile on this platform.
The designer would need to customize an existing Systeme.io webpage template into a polished, premium website for an executive coaching and leadership advisory brand. The site should feel elevated, credible, modern, and human, with a clear focus on high-achieving leaders, leadership identity alignment, and executive presence. The exsisting template will need to be updated with my brand direction, messaging, imagery, colors, and company information. I have already identified the template, and can provide the content...however I may need some stock photo's.
Expected site structure:
The site is expected to include a streamlined primary navigation with five main pages or sections:
Home
About
Approach
Services
Contact
The homepage itself is expected to include approximately six core sections, organized in a clear and executive-friendly flow.
MARKETING INFRASTRUCTURE: FUNNEL SYSTEM
Requested components:
An opt-in page connected to an email list, built around a lead magnet (for example, an executive presence guide or self-assessment).
A blog section for thought-leadership content and search visibility.
A newsletter structure for nurturing subscribers over time with insights on emotional intelligence, influence, and executive presence.
A video hub or embedded video area to reinforce credibility and expertise.
A simple automated welcome email sequence triggered by the opt-in.
SALES FUNNEL SYSTEM: LIGHT SOW FOR NOW
Requested scope:
"Work With Me" or "Book a Discovery Call" pages connected to a booking/calendar tool.
No multi-step nurture-to-sale sequence required at this time.
Structure should allow for a more developed sales funnel to be added later without disrupting the list funnel or homepage.
OTHER INFORMATION:
I'm looking for a designer/expert who is experienced with Systeme.io, communicates clearly and consistently throughout the project, and ideally has worked with service-based businesses (executive coaching or similar) so they can offer informed recommendations on how to best utilize the platform for my brand's needs.
It would be helpful to see your work in this area along with your quote to make an informed decision.
WordPress/Sensei LMS Navigation and Resume-Flow Customization
Applied
$250 - $750

- not enough data
-
I’m seeking an experienced WordPress and Sensei LMS developer to improve the navigation and user experience of an existing personal-development platform.
This initial project is focused primarily on fixing the navigation and returning-user experience for the existing pathways. I am not seeking a new platform, extensive feature development, or a full redesign.
The website is already built and includes multiple guided quest pathways. Each user selects one pathway, or “archetype,” and then progresses through a sequence of quests. The content, visual design, quest pages, and core website structure are already in place. This is not a request for a new website or a complete redesign.
The primary problem is the current Sensei LMS navigation flow. Users may be required to move through unnecessary course or lesson-list pages, repeat steps they have already completed, or reselect their archetype when returning to the site. The goal is to create a simpler, more intuitive journey that feels like a guided experience rather than a conventional online course.
The desired user journey is:
1. A new user registers or signs in.
2. The user reviews a static list of archetypes with descriptions.
3. The user selects an archetype once.
4. The user begins the first quest in that pathway.
5. The system saves the user’s progress.
6. When the user returns, the site directs them immediately to their current quest.
7. The user continues through the remaining quests without repeatedly selecting the archetype or navigating through unnecessary Sensei course and lesson pages.
Key requirements include:
* Streamline the overall player journey and reduce unnecessary clicks.
* Allow users to select their archetype once from a static list with descriptions.
* Save the selected archetype to the user’s account or profile.
* Prevent returning users from being sent back through archetype selection.
* Create a clear “Resume Your Journey” or similar function.
* Direct returning users to the correct current quest.
* Preserve accurate Sensei progress tracking across sessions.
* Bypass or hide unnecessary course, module, and lesson-list pages where appropriate.
* Ensure that normal navigation does not reset or overwrite the user’s saved progress.
* Make minor adjustments to buttons, labels, links, page layouts, or templates as needed.
* Ensure the revised flow works well on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
* Preserve the existing visual design and content unless a change is necessary for navigation.
* Avoid unnecessary plugins or overly complicated solutions.
* Document any custom code, template changes, or plugin modifications.
The first priority is the returning-user experience. A user who has already selected an archetype and completed one or more quests should be able to sign in and resume the correct quest without searching through the website or repeating earlier steps.
I would also like the developer to review the current Sensei LMS configuration and advise whether the desired flow can be achieved through settings, redirects, template overrides, user metadata, custom code, or a combination of these methods.
Possible tasks may include:
* Reviewing the current WordPress and Sensei setup
* Mapping the existing user flow
* Identifying the cause of repeated or unnecessary navigation steps
* Configuring or customizing Sensei navigation
* Creating conditional redirects based on user progress
* Storing and retrieving each user’s selected archetype
* Creating a personalized resume button or dashboard link
* Adjusting course or lesson templates
* Hiding unnecessary Sensei elements
* Testing the full journey as both a new and returning user
* Testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile
* Providing a brief summary of all changes made
* Creating a backup and using a staging site or other safe testing process before making changes to the live website
The developer should have demonstrated experience with:
* WordPress
* Sensei LMS
* Customizing LMS navigation and templates
* WordPress user roles, user metadata, and login redirects
* PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript as needed
* Responsive design
* UX/UI for guided user journeys
* Troubleshooting plugin and theme conflicts
* Creating solutions that remain stable after updates
Experience with membership sites, learning platforms, gamified experiences, coaching platforms, or personalized user dashboards would be helpful.
The project will be considered complete when:
* A new user can select an archetype and begin the correct quest.
* The selected archetype and quest progress are retained.
* A returning user can sign in and resume the correct current quest directly.
* Unnecessary Sensei course and lesson-list pages are bypassed or hidden.
* The revised flow has been tested on desktop and mobile.
* Any customizations are documented and implemented in a way that minimizes problems during future WordPress, theme, or plugin updates.
Please include the following in your proposal:
* Examples of previous WordPress or Sensei LMS customization work
* A brief explanation of how you would approach this project
* Whether you have created personalized resume or progress-based navigation before
* Your fixed-price quote for the initial scope, including any assumptions or items that would require additional work
* Your availability for occasional future maintenance
* Any questions you would need answered before beginning
I prefer to begin with a focused review and improvement of the current user journey rather than a large redevelopment project. If the initial work is successful, there may be additional WordPress and Sensei support needed as the platform grows.
