**Job Description: CNC Application Developer**

We are excited to announce an opening for a talented and skilled developer to join our dynamic team in the creation of a cutting-edge CNC application and interface. This project will leverage Python programming in conjunction with an Arduino controller, utilizing advanced G-code firmware to achieve optimal performance and precision in CNC operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a CNC Application Developer, you will be responsible for:

1. **Development of CNC Application**: Create a CNC application and interface using Python. The CNC machine is running an Arduino controller with G-Code firmware and will be running additional code to manage the I/O from both the base Arduino, and expanded I/O.

2. **User Interface Design**:
The Python code will interface with a Web server to display and receive data on a Webpage.
The user will input two dimensional drill locations on the Webpage into a SQL server coded in the Python application. The webpage will have pushbuttons and indicators with start, stop, calibration, and other items. The Python code will pull the drill locations out of the SQL server and convert to G-Code to send to the Arduino. The Python code will also perform axis homing functions for the 3 axis and any other motion.

3. **Collaboration with Engineers**: You will collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure that the software aligns with hardware specifications and operational requirements.

4. **Testing and Debugging**: Develop the Python code in a virtual environment. VS Code is the preferred IDE, but not required. Consult on how to port the finished code and operating systems onto commercial units.

5. **Documentation and Support**: Create a documentation for the application, including user manuals and technical specifications, to assist end-users and future developers.

Experienced B2B UI/UX Designer Needed for Web Application Design & Enhancements

I’m looking for a highly skilled UI/UX designer with proven experience in B2B and web application design to help improve and build upon existing designs for our software platform.

Requirements:
• Must have experience designing B2B applications or complex web-based platforms. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic websites, mobile apps, or non-B2B projects.
• Ability to understand sample flows and design references, but also bring your own critical thinking and creativity to enhance them.
• You should be able to think like a product owner, not just a visual designer. I am not looking for someone who simply replicates what is provided—I want someone who can suggest improvements and apply industry best practices.
• Must be highly reliable and deadline-driven. Timely delivery is non-negotiable.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward feedback and iteration are essential.

What You’ll Do:
• Work closely with me to build and refine UI/UX components based on existing flows.
• Provide thoughtful input and elevate the user experience beyond what’s given in the references.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and aesthetic quality across screens and interactions.

Overview:
We are building a web platform to connect NGOs with the public by enabling them to showcase their causes, share updates, and receive donations. The platform will support NGO registration, cause discovery, blogging, and donation processing. Our focus is on intuitive navigation, clear presentation of NGO information, and seamless donor engagement.

User Roles:
Public Users: Can browse NGOs, read blog posts, view causes, and donate.


NGO Members: Can register their organization, post blogs, manage causes, and view donor activity.


Admins (future): Internal team managing content and approvals (not in v1).
