Project Overview: I am a founder building a B2B SaaS product for the hospitality industry called "StaffSync." I need a No-Code expert to build a fully functional MVP from scratch using Glide, Airtable, and Make.com.

The goal of the app is to help Hotel Managers train staff who speak different languages. The Manager records a video instruction, and the AI automatically turns it into a translated text checklist for the staff.

The Manager opens the app (Glide).

They click a button to "Create New SOP."

Requirement: This must trigger the automation immediately.

The "Magic" (Backend Automation):

Trigger: When a new record is created in Airtable with an attachment.

Action A (Transcribe): Send the audio/video file to OpenAI Whisper to get a text transcript.

Action B (Process): Send the transcript to GPT-4 with a specific system prompt (I will provide the prompt, but it basically says: "Summarize this into a numbered checklist and translate it into Italian and Spanish").

Action C (Update): Update the original Airtable record with the English Summary, Italian Translation, and Spanish Translation.

The Staff Experience (Output):

The Staff member opens the app (no login required, or simple PIN).

They see a clean list of tasks (Cards view).

When they click a task, they see the Video at the top, followed by the Checklist in their language (e.g., if their phone is set to Italian, or simply show both languages side-by-side).

The Tech Stack (I have accounts for all):

Database: Airtable (You will set up the table structure correctly from scratch).

About the Feature
