Creative UI/UX Designer for Luxury Personal Brand Website
I am looking for a highly creative UI/UX designer with a strong eye for luxury, editorial design to create the visual design for my premium personal brand website.
This is not a typical corporate or business website. It is for a premium attraction strategy, image consulting and coaching brand for successful men, so the website must feel sophisticated, elegant, emotionally engaging and visually memorable.
The website is designed to guide visitors through a carefully curated experience that builds trust, curiosity and connection. Every section should feel intentional and support the overall client journey, rather than simply presenting information.
This project is about creating an experience, not simply designing a website.
Over the past several months, I have developed an extensive brand strategy, complete website copy, client journey, curated imagery, mood boards, design inspiration, colour palette, and supporting documentation. I am looking for a designer who can translate this vision into an exceptional user experience rather than simply arranging content within a template.
The successful designer should have experience designing premium brands and be confident creating clean, spacious, editorial-style layouts with excellent typography, visual hierarchy, storytelling and attention to detail.
Initially, I would like to begin with the homepage concept (hero section and first few sections) to ensure we are creatively aligned before proceeding with the remainder of the website.
Please apply only if your portfolio demonstrates experience with luxury, editorial, boutique or high-end brands. If your work primarily consists of SaaS, technology, crypto or generic corporate websites, this project is unlikely to be the right fit.
When applying, please include:
A link to your most relevant portfolio.
Which project in your portfolio best reflects the style you believe I am looking for, and why.
In a few sentences, tell me how you interpret this brand and the feeling you would want visitors to experience within the first 10 seconds of arriving on the website.
I am looking for someone who values creativity, attention to detail, thoughtful collaboration, and who genuinely enjoys bringing premium brands to life. If we are a great creative fit, there will be an opportunity to continue with the remainder of the website.
I value thoughtful communication throughout the project and would much rather work collaboratively to create something exceptional than rush to complete another generic website.
**Attached are a sample brand mood board and one of the hero images that will be used throughout the website. These are intended to communicate the visual direction and overall aesthetic I'm looking to achieve.

Overview
We're looking for a talented UI/UX designer to completely redesign our Laboratory
Information Management System (LIMS). Our current interface is functional but dated,
and we want to transform it into a sleek, modern, and intuitive product.
Design direction: Think of the look and feel of https://genetiq.ai/ — clean, high-tech,
science-forward — combined with Apple's design philosophy: minimalist, elegant,
generous whitespace, refined typography, and effortless usability.
What You'll Be Doing
• Audit our existing LIMS interface and user flows
• Redesign the full UI: dashboards, sample tracking, workflows, reports, admin panels,
and settings
• Create a modern design system (colors, typography, components, icons, spacing) we
can reuse as the product grows
• Simplify complex lab workflows into clean, intuitive screens — reduce clicks, reduce
clutter
• Design for both desktop-first use and responsive layouts
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Provide dev-ready handoff (organized Figma files, components, specs, and assets)
Design Style We Want
• Sleek, premium, "Apple-like" minimalism
• Dark/light mode friendly, with a modern tech/biotech aesthetic (see genetiq.ai for
reference)
• Smooth micro-interactions and subtle animations (documented for developers)
• Data-dense screens (tables, charts, sample lists) that still feel clean and scannable
• Accessible and readable — labs use this daily for hours at a time
Deliverables
1. UX audit + proposed information architecture
2. Wireframes for key screens
3. High-fidelity Figma designs for all core modules
4. Reusable design system / component library
5. Clickable prototype
6. Developer handoff documentation
Ideal Candidate
• Strong portfolio of SaaS, dashboard, or B2B product redesigns (please include links)
• Experience designing data-heavy applications (tables, filters, charts, multi-step
workflows)
• Mastery of Figma and design systems
• Bonus: experience with LIMS, healthcare, biotech, or scientific software
• Strong communication and ability to iterate based on feedback
To Apply, Please Include
1. Portfolio links (especially dashboard/SaaS redesign work)
2. A short note on how you'd approach modernizing a complex LIMS
3. Your estimated timeline and process for a project like this
4. 1–2 examples of designs you've done in a similar clean/minimal style
Project Details
• Scope: Full product UI/UX redesign (design only — development handled separately,
though we're open to designers who can also implement front-end)
• Timeline: [e.g., 4–8 weeks — adjust as needed]
• Budget: [Insert fixed price or hourly range]
• Collaboration: Regular check-ins via [Slack/Zoom/Upwork messages]
We're excited to work with someone who can make lab software feel as polished as a
consumer Apple product. If that sounds like you, we'd love to see your work!
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI designer with mobile gaming, sweepstakes casino, social casino, fintech, or similar product experience to jump in immediately and help us complete the final phase of our mobile PWA project.
The project is approximately 45% complete. The overall branding, design direction, and many of the user flows have already been established. We need someone who can take ownership of the remaining PWA screens, maintain consistency throughout the experience, and polish the UI where needed.
This is not a project from scratch. You’ll be building on an existing design system and working alongside our front-end developer to ensure the remaining designs are completed quickly and are ready for implementation.
Timeline
* Immediate start
* Completion required by tomorrow
* Please only apply if you’re available to dedicate the time necessary to meet this deadline.
Budget
* $600 Fixed Price
What You’ll Be Working On
The remaining work primarily consists of mobile PWA screens, including areas such as:
* Game Lobby
* Wallet
* Redemptions
* VIP & Rewards
* Affiliate Program
* Profile
* Settings
* Inbox
* Other supporting mobile flows
Our goal is to create a polished, premium mobile experience while maintaining consistency across the entire product.
Requirements
* Strong UX/UI design experience
* Expert in Figma
* Experience designing mobile applications
* Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Experience with gaming, casino, sweepstakes, fintech, loyalty/rewards, or other interactive mobile products is highly preferred.
Document Vault is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) web application built with Blazor Server (.NET). It's functional and feature-rich — document storage with full-text search, AI-powered contract extraction, email ingestion, key-date and renewal tracking — but it was built engineer-first and now needs a designer's eye.
The centerpiece is the home dashboard: a nine-stage contract lifecycle overview featuring an SVG "lifecycle ring" diagram, KPI stat cards, a key-date horizon bar chart, and nine detail cards showing ownership, automation, and live metrics per stage. It works; it doesn't yet look like a product. That's where you come in.
Scope of work
Redesign the home dashboard page (primary deliverable)
Visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color system for the lifecycle ring, KPI cards, horizon chart, and stage cards
Make the "stage coverage" states (live / partial / planned) instantly readable
Responsive behavior: desktop-first, but must degrade gracefully to tablet
Define a lightweight design system the rest of the app can adopt
Color palette (including semantic colors for alerts/deadlines), type scale, spacing tokens, card/table/button/badge styles — delivered as CSS custom properties we can drop into our existing site.css
Apply the system to 2–3 additional pages (Search results, Key Dates, Account detail) so we have a pattern to follow for the rest
Deliverables
Figma file (or equivalent) with the dashboard design, components, and tokens
Production-ready HTML/CSS for the dashboard (we will integrate into Razor — you do not need to know Blazor, but clean, class-based CSS is essential; we use plain CSS with custom properties, no Tailwind/Bootstrap)
The SVG lifecycle ring styled (we generate its geometry in code and can adjust colors, strokes, fonts, and layout parameters to match your design)
Brief style-guide notes so our developers apply the system consistently
What we provide
Running app access (test instance) and screenshots of every page
The current CSS file and the dashboard markup
Fast feedback — typically same-day
Required skills
Strong portfolio of data-heavy SaaS dashboards (not marketing sites) — please include 2–3 relevant examples in your proposal
Expert CSS (flexbox/grid, custom properties, responsive layout)
Data-visualization sensibility: making counts, statuses, and deadlines scannable
Clear communication in English
Nice to have
Experience styling SVG data graphics
Familiarity with B2B/legal/fintech products
Accessibility awareness (contrast, focus states)
Not required
Blazor/.NET knowledge (our team handles integration)
Logo/branding work (existing brand color will be provided)
To apply, please include
2–3 dashboard projects you designed (links or images) and what you were responsible for
One paragraph: how would you make a nine-stage lifecycle diagram readable at a glance without overwhelming the page?
Your preferred process (Figma first? straight to
Proposals that don't include dashboard examples will not be considered.

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to revamp the user interface and user experience of our SAAS website. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in UI/UX design and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Experience with SAAS platforms is a plus.
We're looking for someone to help us with the complete UI redesign for our dashboard. Currently, it's made using Claude Code, but we want to standardize things and make it much cleaner.
We’d love your help making it look really polished and professional, and building out a strong, consistent UI system that we can use across the product.
Excited to hear your thoughts and see where you think you can help! Would also love to hear more about your pricing and how long you think this would take.
We need a UI developer to redesign an existing website and improve its overall look and user experience. The work includes updating the current design, refining the layout, and making the site more visually appealing and functional. You should be comfortable working with an existing website and translating design ideas into a polished final product. This is a part-time project with a small budget, so we’re looking for someone who can deliver quality results efficiently.
I'm developing a mobile app that scans grocery barcodes, provides a health score, and suggests recipes. I need a UI/UX designer to create a clickable Figma prototype for 6-8 mobile screens, including home, barcode scanning, health score, an "improve my shop" feature (the user will receive suggestions on how to improve their overall health score for the grocery shop i.e. add broccoli, swap full sugar drinks for sugar free options), virtual pantry, recipe recommendations, a use-first feature (ingredients expiring soon that need to be used), the app will also suggest extra ingredients for the user to purchase to unlock dozens more AI generated recipes. The design should be clean, modern, and trustworthy. Deliverables include high-fidelity UI, a clickable Figma prototype, and source files. Budget is around €1000, open to discussing scope.
Freelancers only. No agencies. Only applications with a Loom video will be reviewed.
READ THIS FIRST
This is not a visual design role. You will not choose colours, fonts, or brand direction. You will not make things look premium. If you want to art-direct, this is the wrong job and we will both waste our time.
We hand you the strategy. You turn it into a black-and-white wireframe. That's the job.
ABOUT US
We're a Shopify-focused eCommerce agency. Our process runs Strategy, then Wireframe, then Design, then Build, then QC. You own the wireframe stage: the structure, hierarchy and decision architecture that everything downstream is built on.
WHAT YOU'LL WIREFRAME
- Home pages
- Collection / category pages (grid, filtering, sort, empty states)
- PDPs (above-fold hierarchy, buy box, variant logic, trust, cross-sell)
- Sidecarts (free-shipping progress, upsell slot, subtotal, checkout CTA)
- Mega menus (full IA, featured slots, mobile drawer behaviour)
- Email wireframes (600px grayscale, built from campaign briefs)
Desktop and mobile for every surface.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Real eCommerce wireframing experience, not app UI and not SaaS dashboards
- You think in hierarchy and buyer decisions, not decoration
- Black and white only: emphasis comes from scale, weight, whitespace, position and density
- Clean Figma: auto-layout, components, named layers, dev-ready handoff
- You annotate. A wireframe a developer has to guess at is a failed wireframe
- Fast, independent, clear async communication
SCHEDULE AND WORKING STYLE
- Full-time, 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Core hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST
- Daily updates in ClickUp; async; Figma-first
COMPENSATION AND PATH
- Up to $1,250/month for the right person, based on quality, speed and reliability
- Contract-to-hire: starts with a short paid trial, then a probation period, then an ongoing full-time role
HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY)
Submit only the following:
- A Loom video link (see below)
- ONE Figma file link, your best black-and-white eCommerce wireframe work only
- Your monthly rate
No long text proposals, no portfolios, no extra links. Applications that don't follow this format may be ignored.
Before you send it, open your Figma link in a private browser window and confirm it loads. A link only you can open is an automatic no.
YOUR LOOM (5-8 MINUTES)
Walk through your submitted wireframe file and answer three things:
1. PDP above the fold. What goes above, in what order, and what did you deliberately push below? Why?
2. Sidecart. What belongs in it besides the line items, and why?
3. With no colour available, how do you create emphasis and hierarchy?
HIRING PROCESS
Loom review, then a short paid trial, then an ongoing role. We move fast.
Experienced UI/UX designer needed to design an admin, website and iOS app with strategy and glam, category (social /services), must have *extensive* experience in designing and thinks deliberately. Upload your unique designs and explain them, as well as demonstrating how you are always up to date with the latest trends.
Looking for someone that invests and puts effort in their work, not just looking for a quick job
Will discuss more information about the job after seeing your work.
We are seeking a part-time UX/UI product designer to join our team. Your primary role will be to assist our team on various design tasks across a variety of projects.
We are looking for someone with a lot of UX experience, able to design screens quickly in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Leverage a human-centered design principles to deliver easy-to-use user interfaces and user experiences

Design Engineer — Cross-Platform Design System for AI-Assisted
Development
About the project
Vopple is a UK video-first marketplace for used vehicle dealers. The business is three connected products that share one identity:
Studio — native iOS/Android app. Used by dealership staff to film and publish video content for the vehicles on their forecourt.
Portal — desktop web application. Used by dealer principals and managers for analytics, team management, stock and configuration.
Data-dense, used daily, needs to feel like serious business software.
Marketplace — vopple.co.uk. Mobile-web-first consumer site where buyers browse dealer content and vehicles.
All three are built and functional. All three are visually flat, and they do not currently read as one product.
We need them to feel like a single system built by one team with a very high bar — the level of Whoop, Revolut, Linear or Shopify.
Enterprise-grade, in the sense that it looks and behaves like software a dealer principal would trust with their business.
What we need:
We build with Claude Code. We are not looking for someone to redesign screens in Figma.
We need the design system our AI coding agent builds from — written directly in the codebases, covering all three products — plus the enforcement that stops the agent drifting from it.
The hard part is not making one product look good. It is building a single foundation that expresses itself correctly across three very different surfaces: a phone app used one-handed on a forecourt, a dense desktop tool used at a desk all day, and a consumer site that has to load fast and convert. Shared identity, shared tokens, shared motion language — different density and interaction model per surface. The work is a loop: build the system, point the agent at it, review the output, harden the system where it went wrong, repeat — until the agent reliably produces work at your standard without you in the room.
Deliverables:
1. Shared foundation — colour, typography, spacing, radius, elevation and motion as a single source of truth, authored once and
consumed by both React Native and web
2. Per-surface expression — how the foundation applies differently to a native mobile app, a data-dense desktop application, and a
consumer web experience, without the three drifting apart
3. Primitive component libraries — for mobile and for web, with press states, motion, depth and interaction built into the components,
so there is no code path to a flat, lifeless UI
4. Motion and interaction system — durations, easing curves, transitions, haptics on mobile, hover and focus states on desktop,
loading and state-change behaviour across all three
5. Desktop patterns for Portal — data tables, dense information hierarchy, keyboard interaction, filtering, and the conventions that
make a web application feel like a professional tool rather than a website
6. Enforcement layer — lint rules and CI, in each repo, so drift from the system fails the build rather than being discouraged in a
document
7. Agent instruction files — written for a coding model to consume, not for a human to read
8. Reference screens — built end to end in each of the three products, including loading, empty and error states
How we will judge it as complete:
Claude Code builds screens you have never touched, in each of the three products, working only from your system — and they look like they belong, both within their own product and alongside the other two. That is the test. A design system document, a Figma file, or a component library that looks correct in isolation does not meet it.
