Our Shopify store launched about 6 months ago, and monthly revenue has been growing rapidly. We're now preparing to scale toward $1,000,000/month in sales — and we need our brand identity and store experience to match that level of ambition. This project is directly tied to supporting that growth.

We're not just a fitness equipment store. We see ourselves as a fitness companion and guide — helping home trainees achieve their fitness goals, not just selling them metal. Every touchpoint — from the first impression on the homepage to the post-purchase experience — should communicate expertise, trust, and genuine support for the customer's fitness journey.
This matters for the design work: we're not optimizing for a catalog look. We're building a brand that people trust with their fitness goals.


What We're Looking For

Two things are non-negotiable for us:
1. No template work. We need a partner who can deeply understand our brand, our customers, and our growth goals — then design from that understanding. If your approach starts with "pick a theme and customize it," we're probably not a fit.
2. Conversion-first, not design for design's sake. We want design that genuinely improves the user's path to purchase. If an element doesn't serve the user or move the needle on conversion, it doesn't belong.

With that in mind, here are the specific areas we need help with:

How We Work
This is an iterative partnership, not a one-shot handoff. We expect regular syncs and progress visibility throughout the engagement.
We'd like post-delivery support for a period — to handle adjustments, new pages, and optimizations as we learn from real user data and A/B tests.

Required experience

You should have:

At least five years of professional mobile product design experience
A strong portfolio of shipped iOS and Android applications
Demonstrable experience with AI, voice, audio, conversational, productivity, or enterprise products
Advanced Figma and Auto Layout skills
Strong interaction and motion design capability
Experience building reusable design systems
Understanding of React Native and Expo implementation constraints
Strong understanding of Apple and Android design conventions
Excellent UX writing and information architecture skills
Experience designing loading, offline, permission, synchronization, interruption, and failure states

Beautiful Dribbble images without evidence of complete product flows will not be sufficient. We are looking for someone who understands real product behavior, edge cases, and developer handoff.

Independent senior designers and compact design teams are welcome. Large sales-led agencies that delegate the work to an unidentified junior designer should not apply.

Seeking a skilled UI/UX developer with expertise in Figma and Adobe software to create a comprehensive ecosystem for the Indian education system. We're running a custom TRMNL-protocol e-ink dashboard device (800×480px screen). I need clean, minimal screen designs for a personal dashboard. You won't touch any code; this is purely Figma design work. Final deliverable is exported PNG mockups at exact pixel dimensions, which a developer (me/my team) will translate into the actual rendering code.

Hard technical constraints — read carefully, these are non-negotiable:
- Canvas size: exactly 800×480px, landscape.
- Strictly 2 colors: pure black and pure white. No gray, no color, no gradients, no soft shadows, no anti-aliasing/blur. The display is e-ink and physically cannot show anything but solid black/white pixels — gradients are only achievable via dithering (stippled dot patterns), not real grayscale.
- Bold, high-contrast typography. Thin font weights don't render well — prefer semibold/bold for body text, bold/black for headings.
- Think "printed label" or "newspaper," not "phone app with shadows and blur."

What I need designed (5 screens):
1. Weather — current temperature, condition icon, feels-like/humidity/wind/UV
2. To-Do list — checklist items, no due-dates, just a flat list
3. Calendar — a week view showing today plus upcoming days, with events
4. Birthday reminders — upcoming birthdays with a countdown/days-until indicator
5. Anniversary reminders — same as birthdays, separate occasion type

Deliver as one Figma frame per screen, 800×480px, exported as PNG. Include a short note per screen on what data goes where (e.g. "big number = temperature, small text below = condition").

What's already done (reference only, not in scope): news feed, sports feed, daily quote, and scripture verse widgets are already designed and built. Happy to share screenshots on request so your new screens match the established visual language.
