About the role

We're looking for a senior casual-game artist with a strong UX eye to review the entire game and close the gap between "working prototype" and "store-ready." This is not a from-scratch build — your job is to find what's holding the visuals back and fix it.

What you'll do

Visual audit. Play through the entire game and document every weak spot: inconsistent asset quality, poor composition, unclear player feedback, confusing UX, visual-hierarchy problems, and anything that simply lacks polish.

Environment & restoration polish. Review all environments and restoration scenes and improve composition, color harmony, lighting, readability, asset consistency, and emotional impact. Where areas feel awkward, empty, cluttered, or unrealistic, redesign them.

Asset quality. Bring furniture, decorations, UI icons, collectible/discover items, pantry and atlas items, rewards, and progression screens up to a production-ready, visually cohesive standard.

Animation review. Assess existing animations and restoration actions and improve timing, anticipation, impact, feedback, and emotional payoff. Recommend and implement fixes where needed.

We're a web design and development studio building high-quality marketing and product websites for clients across SaaS, healthcare, aviation, ecommerce, and beyond. We design in Figma and build primarily in Webflow (with some Shopify work), and we're growing — which is why we need a designer who can both create exceptional work and own the path from design to launch.

This isn't a "make it pretty and disappear" role. We're looking for a Lead Web Designer who treats every project like it's theirs end to end.

What you'll do:


Design beautiful, modern, conversion-focused websites in Figma — high-fidelity, fully responsive, on-brand
Build and maintain clean, scalable design systems and component libraries
Prepare developer-ready handoff files: organized layers, annotations, specs, interaction notes, responsive breakpoints
Lead the handoff to our development team and stay involved through build, QA, and launch — making sure what ships matches the design intent
Direct next steps on each project: set the design direction, give clear feedback to developers, and keep things moving
Help shape and uphold our quality bar as the studio scales


You're a strong fit if you have:


A standout web design portfolio in Figma (websites specifically — not just mobile apps or dribbble shots)
Real fluency with responsive web design, layout systems, and modern visual design
A clear, repeatable developer handoff process and experience working alongside developers
Leadership and communication skills — you can direct a build, give actionable feedback, and own outcomes without being micromanaged
Strong written and spoken English
Reliability and ownership: you hit deadlines and communicate proactively


Bonus points for:


Hands-on Webflow experience (you understand how design translates to the build)
Agency or studio background managing multiple projects at once
Experience designing conversion-focused marketing sites / landing pages
Familiarity with Shopify / Replo or other ecommerce design
Experience mentoring or directing other designers

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to create a multi-role SaaS web app using Figma. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and user flows. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The project involves collaboration with our team to ensure the design aligns with our vision and user needs.

• How do you handle design consistency across 8+ user roles?

We are seeking an independent UX or behavioural researcher to set up, launch, and analyse a lean, remote user study using Prolific and biometric tracking. Responsibilities include designing the study, recruiting participants, and interpreting results. The study aims to explore user behaviour and physiological responses to a specific task. Ideal candidates will have experience in user research and analysis.
