We’re looking for a UI/UX designer to design a responsive healthcare web application for patients and clinic staff.

The initial scope covers appointment booking, a patient dashboard, and an AI assistant interface that helps users navigate the product and understand their next steps.

We need someone who can simplify multi-step workflows and turn product requirements into clear, accessible interfaces.

Scope of work
- Map user flows for patient onboarding, appointment booking, and follow-up actions.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile.
- Design an AI assistant conversation flow, including loading, error, and human-handoff states.
- Present appointments and patient activity through clear dashboard layouts and data visualization.
- Build a clickable prototype and a reusable component library.
- Prepare design specifications for developer handoff.
Relevant experience

Experience with healthcare applications, patient portals, or medical staff workflows is preferred. Please explain your role in handling privacy-sensitive information and working within requirements supplied by the product team.

Experience designing an AI product or conversational interface would also be valuable. This scope is focused on UX/UI design; AI engineering and implementation are handled separately.

Deliverables

User flows, wireframes, responsive Figma screens, an interactive prototype, reusable UI components, and handoff notes.
