We have staged some changes but need to complete a final audit to make sure that nothing breaks. We are planning to move off the platform over the next six months, but for now we need your help to incorporate new graphics from our designer and new text from our product marketing manager.
Feel free to check out our current company website, www.getmajorly.com
On Grafana, we have a dashboards, need to create a landing page in which the dashboards are embedded. User should be able to view the dashboards in a navigation panel with customised logos and customised design.
We are a marketing analytics platform. We are adding a new product module and have three high-fidelity screens built in Visily. We are running a paid trial to find the right front-end designer, and we want a senior designer to apply a strong, consistent, accessible UI/UX layer and a reusable token system.
This is a paid trial to assess fit. A small number of designers will be asked to complete the same brief separately so we can compare real work on our own product. Strong performance may lead to further work, but nothing is guaranteed.
The screens are data and chart heavy and your task is to bring a strong visual system, hierarchy, interaction design and accessibility to these screens.
The Task:
• Apply layout, spacing, colour theming, type hierarchy and table / chart styling across the three screens.
• Build a reusable component system (cards, tables, charts) with all states: default, hover, focus, active, selected, disabled, loading, empty, error.
• Define one accessible, colour-blind-safe chart colour system from our brand palette.
• Deliver a design token set for the master navigation covering its colours, states and interactivity.
• Deliver screen exports (PNG/PDF), a Visily export via the Figma plugin, the .fig source, design tokens and PDF redlines. We use Visily, not Figma: no Figma account share.
Hard requirements
• WCAG 2.2 AA on every screen and state. Text and non-text contrast, visible focus states, no information carried by colour alone, and colour-blind-safe charts. Designs that miss AA will not pass review.
• Master-navigation design token. Deliver the navigation’s colours, states and interactivity as a documented token set. Keep its structure, order and function as shown: colour, states and interactivity only.
• Do not change the underlying data or information architecture. Colour and visual design may improve clarity; the figures and the IA must not change.
• Australian business hours: working hours to align with standard Australian Business hours +/-3 hours. Available for calls during this time.
Timeline:
Once formally engaged, delivery of work within 5 working days.
Milestones
1 Foundations, tokens and master-nav token
Released: 40%
Released when: Type scale, colour-by-element, chart and colour-blind-safe colour systems approved and AA documented; master-navigation token (colours, states, interactivity) delivered.
2 Screens, states and handoff
Released: 60%
Released when: All delivered screens in every state, colour-blind-safe mode included; redlines; token JSON (or Figma Variables); Visily export and .fig; full AA and colour-blind pass.
We'd love to talk if you have:
• A portfolio of data-dense product or dashboard UI, ideally with charts and tables.
• Proven WCAG AA delivery and a way to verify it, including colour-blind accessibility.
• Strong Figma systems skills: variables / tokens and clean handoff (PDF redlines; a Figma-to-Visily export is a plus).
• A restrained, precise aesthetic (think a well-designed Bloomberg terminal, not a generic BI tool).
How to apply
1. Share 2 to 3 portfolio pieces showing data-heavy UI.
2. Give one example of delivering WCAG AA including colour-blind accessibility, and how you checked it.
3. Confirm you can deliver in 5 business days and join calls in Australian business hours (AEST / AEDT).
4. Respond to this question: Describe a specific time your navigation tokens leaked or broke, for example a hover a theme swap could not override, or a selected state that hard-coded a hex. Name the token, what went wrong, and the naming or layering change you made so it could not recur.
Serenize is building a web-based guided experience that helps working professionals remain calm, think clearly, and respond effectively under pressure.
The MVP focuses on the first programme, Calm Under Pressure, delivering a premium user experience that makes users feel understood, engaged, and motivated to continue their journey.
The platform will include both a user-facing web application and an Admin Panel. Detailed UI/UX designs and requirement documents have been provided to guide development.
Google Drive (Project Files):
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lmH47t-RBCqNuY3pqNW41E0s1rERWeAk?usp=sharing
We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer who can transform the provided designs and requirements into a polished, production-ready application.
Expected Deliverables
- User-facing web application
- Admin Panel
- Authentication and user management
- Configurable programme structure
- Content Management System (CMS)
- Progress tracking
- Required third-party integrations
- Responsive, production-ready application
- Source code and deployment
Please Note
The videos, audio recordings, and programme content are not part of the current development scope. They will be created separately and managed through the Admin Panel. The focus is on building the platform and the functionality required to support and deliver that content.
Long-Term Opportunity
This is the first project in a larger product roadmap. We're looking to build a long-term relationship with the right developer, with opportunities to continue working on future programmes, premium features, and platform enhancements.
We're looking for a UI designer to design the interface of a small internal web application (an admin-panel-style scheduling tool) in Figma. The development is already handled on our side (Next.js + shadcn/ui); we just need clean, well-structured designs ready to build from.
This is a focused, well-scoped project, not an open-ended exploration: we already have a close working reference to adapt from, so you're refining a proven structure onto a clean visual identity, not designing from a blank page.
What you'll design
- Around 9 core screens (dashboard, an interactive calendar, list/table views, detail pages, settings).
- A handful of modals (forms and a clear alert/warning state).
- A lightweight design system: color-coding, typography, buttons, tables, badges, tooltips, aligned with shadcn/ui.
- Most screens reuse the same few patterns (tables, forms, cards), so the effort concentrates on 2-3 core screens plus the system.
You're a great fit if you
- Have a strong portfolio of SaaS / dashboard / admin / internal-tool UI (please show examples).
- Design clean, data-dense interfaces that stay easy to read.
- Are fluent in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout) and can hand off build-ready files.
- Bonus: experience designing with or for shadcn/ui (or a similar component library / design token system).
Details
- Desktop only, light theme.
- Deliverable: a Figma file with the screens, modals, a small component library, and the color/typography system.
- We'll share the full brief and reference screenshots with shortlisted candidates.
To apply, please include
- 2-3 examples of SaaS/dashboard/admin UI you've designed (Figma links welcome).
- Your experience with shadcn/ui or similar component libraries.
- Your fixed price and timeline for the scope above (roughly 9 screens + modals + a small design system).
Looking forward to your proposal.

My company's app needs a refresh. I'd like an outside user perspective to reveal the blind spots and missing gaps in user flow. Any suggestions for feature modernization would be a plus.
We're titletag, a Spanish marketing studio with a fully defined brand identity (palette, typography, graphic motif). We're looking for a freelance UI designer for a one-page B2B conversion landing in Spanish: 7 sections, a single CTA (book a 15-min call), a 3-field form and an embedded calendar.
What we provide: a closed brief, approved section structure, final copy in Spanish, and complete brand guidelines. We need skilled execution on that base — not a rebrand, not copywriting.
What we need from you:
Full design in Figma, desktop + mobile, with auto layout, styles and components ready for dev handoff.
Form states and embedded calendar states (Calendly/cal.com style).
First checkpoint at ~5 days: hero + 1 section to validate direction.
2 revision rounds included.
Profile: proven experience with conversion-focused B2B/SaaS landing pages, strong typographic hierarchy for copy-heavy pages, fluent Spanish (required — the copy is in Spanish and hierarchy decisions depend on understanding it).
Terms: fixed project price (state it in your proposal). Timeline: ~2 weeks from kickoff. Design only — development is handled separately.
In your proposal include: (1) 2-3 B2B landing pages from your portfolio with links, (2) 2-3 lines on how you'd approach a hero with a single CTA, (3) your fixed price and start availability. Start your proposal with the word "PRECISION" so we know you've read the brief.

We are a highly specialized environmental and flood zone consulting firm. Our slogan is "Your one-stop flood zone shop." We are preparing to scale our Google Ads budget, but before we drive traffic, we need a senior expert to review our entire website's messaging and structure.
Our client base is completely split:
B2C (Individual Homeowners): Their primary fear is getting their physical structure removed from a high-risk flood zone to save money and gain peace of mind.
B2B (Developers): Their primary concern ranges from large-scale flood zone removal to navigating complex local government red tape and environmental regulations.
Our site is built on WordPress using Elementor Pro. We do not believe a massive, ground-up rewrite is needed. Instead, we want an expert to review what we have and execute targeted structural and copy optimizations specifically designed to convert visitors into paying clients.
What We Need You To Do:
Comprehensive Site Audit: Review the entire website's current copy and layout to identify friction points and areas for improvement.
Audience Segmentation (CRO): Restructure our page layout and navigation to cleanly separate B2C and B2B traffic while ensuring both types of clients are efficiently guided to their specific solutions.
Targeted Copywriting: Rewrite and optimize our core service pages to maximize lead generation, using "Pain Point" messaging that speaks directly to the specific fears of homeowners and developers.
E-E-A-T Implementation: Remove generic marketing fluff and replace it with verifiable E-E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) claims that prove our competence.
Mandatory Screening Question (Please answer at the very top of your proposal):
Because we serve both individual homeowners (B2C) and large commercial developers (B2B), their pain points are vastly different. How do you approach the layout and copywriting of a Homepage to ensure both audiences immediately find what they need without being confused by the other's messaging?
