I get it, life happens and problems will arise, but with so many communication channels today available, particularly in the dev world, there is zero reason to provide no notifications of ones intention or unavailability. When a front-end lead just 'ghosts' a project, it affects the whole team and costs a lot of unnecessary delays which adds to the expenses.
It pains me to say anything negative as Mohamed has worked on this project for a year and a half. I even provided increases to his compensation over time to accommodate his performance and to recognize his valued contributions, yet for the past few months, he would go through periods of just disappearing and not providing a status update of his availability.
I'd likely only hire Mohamed again if he could prove his ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate that he's serious about the project and not just 'disappear on a whim' for extended periods.

Our challenge was in mutual availability and schedules of which, I, as the client, contributed negatively to as well. I'd probably give myself a 3-star as Uzair tried to work around my crazy schedule.
For fast projects, fixes, new websites, API integrations...use Uzair. For long-term projects that require 40 hours of focus a week, at this time, Uzair may not be the right choice.
I will conclude with what I shared with Uzair. In times past when I had to terminate someone, I would often share "Right person, wrong job." In Uzair's case, and this is a first for me, Uzair was "Right person, wrong timing."

Report Design: Create professional, data-heavy templates for property intelligence reports (PDF/Web). You should be able to make complex data look clean and authoritative.
GoConstruct (WordPress): Will need to create a clone of another side and customize content (both copywriting and images/graphics), design refreshes, and maintenance on our site ongoing.
General Graphics: Misc edits for pitch decks, LinkedIn banners, and marketing collateral as needed.

Figma Expert: You understand auto-layout and how to hand off designs for development.
WordPress Fluent: You are comfortable jumping into a live site to make revisions without hand-holding.

Description:
I’m looking for a talented UI/UX (Graphic) Designer to design a small but complete mobile app flow. The scope is intentionally compact, but I’m expecting high-quality UX thinking and polished visuals.
Task Scope:
- Design a Login → Dashboard → Profile flow (3–4 screens)
- User-friendly layout with clear visual hierarchy
- Consistent color, typography, and spacing system
- Micro-UX details (states, empty states, error hints)

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help us design and refine a SaaS product and mobile application.
This role is focused on product thinking, not just visuals. You’ll work closely with founders and developers to shape user flows, improve usability, and deliver clean, scalable UI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma

Requirements
