Ad Creative Understanding
You're not making art. You're making assets designed to stop thumbs and convert. You need to understand what makes a good hook frame, what compositions perform in feed ads, and how to produce creative variations for A/B testing. You'll work alongside our Performance Creative Designer and media buying agency — they'll give you briefs and performance feedback, and you'll iterate based on what's working.

WHY THIS ISN'T A STANDARD AI ART GIG
Realism and brand tone consistency are the hardest parts. Most AI creators can generate beautiful single images. Very few can maintain realism, style & model across 3-10 scenes. If you can't do this reliably, nothing else matters.

Real product compositing separates professionals from prompters. Anyone can type "woman holding a product" into Midjourney. We need someone who can take our actual product photo and place it into an AI scene so seamlessly that you can't tell where the real photo ends and the AI begins. This requires Photoshop-level compositing skill on top of AI generation skill.

Volume and speed matter. This feeds an active ad pipeline. We need someone who can deliver batches of assets on a weekly cadence, not someone who delivers 3 images a month.

REQUIRED SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
— Custom AI model training for character consistency (LoRA, Dreambooth, IP-Adapter, or equivalent). You must be able to explain your method and show results.
— Product compositing — placing real product photography into AI-generated scenes with matched lighting, perspective, and proportions. Photoshop proficiency is assumed.
— Can produce at volume — weekly batches of photo and video assets, not artisanal one-offs.
— Portfolio showing the realisim and same style and AI model consistently across multiple different scenes. This is the #1 filter. If your portfolio doesn't show this, don't apply.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
— AI video generation using current tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, or equivalent). Must show examples.
— Experience creating ad creative for cannabis, CBD, supplements, or other restricted-category brands
— Understanding of Meta ad creative best practices (hook frames, aspect ratios, variation testing)

• Show me an example where you composited a real product photo into an AI-generated scene. Walk me through your process — how do you match lighting, perspective, and scale so the product doesn't look pasted in.
