You’ll own strategy and execution across Meta and Google Ads.
Your job is to make the ads make sense and help turn paid traffic into booked intro sessions.
I’ll handle coaching, sales, and running the business. You handle making paid ads work.

What you’ll be doing
Plan, build, and launch Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Clean up and restructure historical campaigns so accounts are logical and manageable

We are hiring a part-time, long-term UGC creator to be the on-camera presence of LovedByStyle.
You will work closely with our Content Strategist, who will:
• Define the content ideas
• Provide scripts, concepts, and direction
Your role is to bring those ideas to life on camera.
What You’ll Create
• Short-form videos (20–60 seconds) for TikTok,
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
Content types include:

- Final voice-over recording for the intro
- Epic intro music (needs to be cut, adapted, and dramaturgically shaped)
What I need you to produce:
- One professional audio intro

- One video intro

Initially, I looked at the negative reviews from the client’s previous projects, and I had a feeling that he might be a …Initially, I looked at the negative reviews from the client’s previous projects, and I had a feeling that he might be a scammer given the number of bad reviews. However, I chose to give him the benefit of the doubt, hoping that he would be a good client and that the problem was with the freelancers who had worked with him. But after working with him, he claimed to be the CEO of a company. Upon researching the company, I found out it didn’t exist. He then asked me to hire employees for this "non-existent" company and to pay these employees out of my own pocket! Imagine hiring sales staff for a completely unknown and dubious company in such an unprofessional manner.
As time passed, I realized the situation was even worse. After speaking with his previous freelancers, I discovered that he is a scammer. He’s not a CEO, but rather a broker gathering customer data from other companies to use for fraudulent purposes, without paying employees what they are owed. He asked me to prepare a "sales management structure," which I did, and he requested multiple revisions, which I also completed. He then asked for a "job description," which I prepared and revised upon his request. He also asked me to prepare a training plan for the employees, their tasks, a performance review plan, and a salary schedule, which I created and sent, along with a termination plan. I even conducted interviews with two candidates who accepted the job at this unknown company, still waiting for him to provide details. But as usual, everything remained suspicious under this fraudulent scheme.
In the end, he terminated my contract and refused to pay the agreed-upon milestone amount.
If you want to get scammed under the guise of working for a fake company that steals customer data, leading you to the worst job experience of your life, then go ahead and accept the job immediately—work for free! I absolutely do not recommend this client, and I strongly urge Upwork to intervene to protect the community from such fraudsters.
A blend of theft, lack of transparency, ambiguity, and lies surrounds this client and his work environment. He understands nothing—neither job titles nor the structure of any company. He’s a broker for a broker for another broker tied to some company. This is far from the ethics of a reputable client or respectable companies.
Please, if you come across any of his projects, make sure to read all the reviews, not just mine. Then reach out to his previous freelancers and verify the truth of what I’m saying.
