The website must rank for three distinct areas of expertise, each targeting separate patient audiences:

Facial Plastics & Aesthetics: Rhinoplasty (nose surgery), Otoplasty (ear surgery), and facial injectables including Botox and dermal fillers. This is a consumer-driven, competitive market and requires premium visual presentation.

Head & Neck Surgery: Head and neck surgical oncology, thyroid surgery, and parathyroid surgery. This audience is medically anxious and requires authoritative, educational content that builds trust.

General ENT: Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), and allergy management. This is the highest-volume patient category and requires strong local SEO for Kuwait.


WHAT I NEED YOU TO DELIVER

The project has three clear phases. I expect a deliverable and my approval at the end of each phase before you proceed to the next. Payment will be released by milestone accordingly.

Phase 1 — Visual Design (Mockup)
Create a custom visual design for the website in Figma (or equivalent). I must approve the design before any development begins. The design must feel premium and medical-grade — not like a generic template. It must work beautifully in both English (left-to-right) and Arabic (right-to-left). Please show me both language versions in the mockup.

Phase 2 — Development & Content Integration
Build the approved design into a fully functioning website on Webflow (preferred) or WordPress. Integrate all content I will provide (text in English and Arabic, professional photographs, and educational articles). Implement full bilingual support with a clean language switcher. The Arabic version must be a proper RTL layout, not just translated text in an English layout.

Phase 3 — SEO, Launch & Handover
Implement all technical SEO requirements listed below. Connect the domain (drbuabbas.com), launch the live site, set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, and provide me with a simple written guide explaining how to update content myself going forward.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Platform: Webflow is strongly preferred for its clean code, SEO capabilities, and ease of client management. WordPress is acceptable only if you can demonstrate expertise in securing it and keeping it lightweight.

Platforms That Are Strictly Prohibited: Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, GoDaddy Website Builder, and any similar hosted website-builder platforms are not acceptable under any circumstances. This is not a matter of preference — it is a hard technical and legal requirement. I am based in Kuwait, and Wix has already been subjected to service disruption and access restrictions imposed by the Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA), Kuwait’s telecommunications regulator. Any platform that operates as a closed, proprietary hosting environment — where the website is locked to the platform’s own servers and cannot be independently migrated — carries the same risk of future blockage or service withdrawal in Kuwait and across the GCC region. The website must be built on an open, independently hosted platform so that it remains fully accessible to patients in Kuwait regardless of any future regulatory decisions, and so that the domain and all website files remain entirely under my ownership and control.

Bilingual & RTL: Full English and Arabic support with a language switcher. The Arabic layout must be a proper right-to-left mirror — fonts, alignment, navigation, and all elements must flip correctly.

Medical Schema Markup (Mandatory): This is non-negotiable and is the most important technical SEO requirement. You must implement:

• Physician schema (name, credentials, specialties, location)
• MedicalSpecialty schema for each of the three specialty areas
• MedicalProcedure schema for each individual procedure (Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, Thyroidectomy, Tonsillectomy, etc.)
• MedicalCondition schema for educational articles
• FAQPage schema for patient Q&A sections
• LocalBusiness schema with Kuwait location data

Local SEO for Kuwait & GCC: Proper meta titles and descriptions targeting Kuwait-specific keywords in both English and Arabic. Location-specific content. Guidance on setting up and linking Google Business Profile.

AI Search Optimisation (GEO): The site must be structured to appear in AI-generated answers on Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. This means clear, structured content with proper heading hierarchy, authoritative citations, and E-E-A-T signals (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).

Performance: The site must achieve a Google PageSpeed score of at least 85 on mobile. Fast loading is critical for both SEO and patient experience.

Social Media Integration: Embedded or linked feeds/profiles for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter). The website must serve as the central hub that all social media platforms point back to.

Patient Reviews & Testimonials Section (Mandatory): The website must include a dedicated, professionally designed patient testimonials and reviews section. This is not optional — it is a critical component of both SEO and AI search optimisation. Google’s E-E-A-T framework (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) explicitly rewards medical websites that demonstrate real patient outcomes and trust signals. AI search engines such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are trained to surface physicians who have verifiable social proof. The reviews section must be implemented as follows:

• A curated testimonials section on the homepage displaying 3–5 featured patient reviews with star ratings
• A dedicated full Reviews page where additional testimonials can be displayed
• Each testimonial must be marked up with ReviewSchema and AggregateRating schema so that Google can display star ratings directly in search results (this is a significant CTR booster)
• A simple, secure patient feedback submission form that allows new patients to submit reviews, which you can then moderate and approve before they appear publicly
• Integration links to external review platforms (Google Business Profile reviews and any relevant medical review platforms) so that off-site reviews also feed into the website’s authority
• The section must be fully bilingual, displaying reviews in both English and Arabic

Note to developer: Do not use a third-party review widget that injects external code and slows the site. Build this natively or use a lightweight, privacy-compliant solution.

Contact & Booking: A secure, professional contact form with email notification. The ability to link to an external booking or appointment system in the future without rebuilding the site.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console fully configured, verified, and tested before handover.

- Runtime color tinting: deliver the Keke body/rider as a tint-ready base (white/greyscale) on a separate layer from non-tinted detail, so we recolor per player in code (20+ colors).
- Color-matched FX: author shot/spark FX in white/greyscale so we can tint them to each player's color at runtime.
- Mobile budget: power-of-two atlases, WebP where possible, consistent light direction, separate drop shadows, defined pivots for depth sorting.

Terms

Developing an industrial data acquisition product that has a web-UI for controlling the instrument and visualizing data. For purposes of discussion, the product is similar to a network router and the web UI is similar in functionality to what you might expect to see on any modern router configuration page - similar to Ubiquiti Unifi user interface (https://ui.com/us/en/cloud-gateways)

Currently have a functioning interface developed and are looking for a designer to help with a few aspects of development moving forward:

1) Work with me to create a Figma representation of the current site. My goal is to make some updates to the structure of the current UX and it would be easier to iterate on and test changes in Figma vs implementing on our dev site. This would essentially be working with me to make changes to the UX/flow and implementing new pages/moving components around/etc.

2) There is a UI for a similar product that we feel provides a good user experience, and we want to modify our style/design to more closely align with this other product. The site utilizes Shadcn components, so looking to take the input from a designer and create updated Figma views using Shadcn components. The deliverable should also be a graphic design package including color pallette, fonts, and other components that could be utilized for our public facing site to create a cohesive user experience across our marketing materials and product. Designer must be able to take into account how the suggested color palette looks on physical print media, our public web site, and the actual product UI.

4) Once the Figma representation is completed - including changes to the UX, creating of new page views, and creating a cohesive style package that is applied to the entire design, we would require a developer that can port that Figma design into Storybook. We would then be able to test the UI there, make final changes, and hand those components off to our developer for integration into our product and public site.

So the key skills we are looking for include:
- Experience with Figma

- Familiarity with Shadcn components

Because I am the type of brain that I have, I really like to sketch out places and worlds that I write about (e.g. I love books with maps in the beginning). In addition, I appreciate a certain amount of realism in my projects.

So why am I writing to an architect... I am working on modelling out a fictional school and its buildings. For that, I would like to get a plausibility check, corrections, and some basic mockups of the place and some of the buildings.

I have a budget of €2,000 for now, so we can talk about what is possible within that range.

Attached, you will find my sketches, a mockup I tried to make with AI, and an example of the style I am going for, also made with AI. As expected, AI cannot really do these things properly. It also keeps telling me how realistic the floor plan is, which I highly doubt, since I am not an architect. I am a software developer in my "real" life.

What I would like to do, in order of importance, is listed below. You can tell me what the budget can handle.

1. Validate the apartment layouts and floor plans, correct obvious problems, and maybe create more realistic floor plans. They do not have to be extremely detailed. I do not need electrical, water, HVAC plans, detailed structural analysis, building code work, and so on. Similar to now, where I know where what is (e.g. the bed is at the window, the night stand on the right, the desk on the opposite wall, ...)
2. Design the ground floor of the apartment buildings, including the entrance, classrooms, hallways, and related areas.
3. Create a simple 3D mockup of one apartment building without vegetation or outside paths (black and white like attached). I would also like help finding an architectural style that works for the type of school I have in mind.
4. Redesign the campus so that it feels realistic. The locations of the buildings, especially in the northern part, are more or less fixed. The sports area, however, was thrown together on a whim. The paths are... yeah. The playgrounds are also just "somewhere" in front of the buildings without much thought behind them. A simple 2D plan in more or less the same style as my current one would be enough.
5. Create 3D mockups of the buildings with vegetation and outside paths based on the revised campus plan.
6. Design "Oakspire", the central building. The mess hall on floor 0 is already more or less done. The upper two floors, which contain the Aula, still need to be designed, as does the outside of the building. Oakspire is historical and should probably look different from the newer buildings. First 2D floor plans, then 3D black/white mockups.
7. Design the admin building, first floor plans then 3D black/white mockups.
8. Create a black-and-white mockup of the entire campus.

I could fill the entire remaining 48,000 characters talking about the school, but to give you more or less an idea, I will describe it in a few paragraphs. If you decide to take on the project, I think it would make sense to exchange ideas over video or audio chat.

The school was established in the 1850s. It used to be a typical traditional boarding school, more or less like the schools in Dead Poets Society or The Emperor's Club.

In the 1960s, there was a scandal and a fire. The school was rebuilt almost entirely from scratch, and only Oakspire survived, maybe parts of the admin building. Ownership changed at the same time, and the school became progressive, modern, slightly quirky, contrarian, and idealistic.

Traditional pillars such as Tradition, Excellence, and Honor were replaced with Empathy, Humility, Integrity, Reliability, and Reflection.

Students at the boarding school are between 6 and 19 years old, so it covers the entire pre-college curriculum except kindergarten.

The school is organized into groups of up to nine students. Each group has a group leader. This is usually the oldest members of the group, but the school chooses them.

Each group has its own apartment in one of the residential buildings, and the group is named after that apartment. For example, if you live in the third apartment on the third floor of Building 4, your group is 4C.

The apartments are lettered from the top down. There are three apartments per floor and three residential floors, so each building has groups A through I.

The school was rebuilt in a modern style rather than a traditional or colonial one. Things such as colored lines on the floor that guide students to certain places would fit (but not a must). I imagine less dark wood and marble, and more modern, practical, brighter materials: Wood, linoleum or vinyl flooring, maybe hardwood. Bricks, red or concrete for walls, or maybe some synthetic material. But not today's color salad or naked concrete brutalist architecture. I guess the Chief would say "It should feel like a home in a way", while still being a boarding school (sorry, this is probably horrible).

- Access to the pneumatic tube system
- Stairs leading up and down, wide enough for emergencies

Each floor contains three apartments.

Each apartment includes:
- A study/lunch table
- Separate play and reading areas along the hallway
- A TV and Nintendo area with a timer at the end of the hallway
- A fire escape at the end of the hallway
- One room for each student
- A small desk or counter for the group leader
- A computer for the group leader
- A letterbox where the supervisor can put pneumatic mail (a door on each side of the wall)

There are also three bathrooms per floor, one for each group.

Each bathroom includes:
- A personal sink and mirror for each student
- Toilets
- A changing area
- Showers

Fourth floor:
- An apartment with around four or five rooms for permanent staff
- Two small sleeping quarters for overnight staff, each with one bed
- Only the central core continues up to this floor
- The remaining roof space becomes a terrace
- The floor is for adults only, except in emergencies

Basement:
- Storage
- Rooms for clubs
- Rehearsal rooms for bands
- Other flexible activity rooms


Oakspire (central building)

Outside:
- Bicycle racks
- An attached kitchen on the ground floor

The kitchen was added because turning the ground floor into the mess hall was an afterthought during the rebuilding.

Ground floor:
- Mess hall

First and second floors:
- The Aula
- Used for gatherings, ceremonies, and events at the beginning and end of the school year
- Church-like in atmosphere, but secular
- Bench seating on the first floor
- A gallery on the second floor

Oakspire has one or two bell towers at one end. I have not decided on the number or exact location yet. Maybe one big spire? Would honor the name.


Administration building

The administration building sits between the apartment buildings and the pond.

It contains:
- Offices for administration staff
- The office of the Chief of Camp, which is the school's name for the principal
- A connection to the pneumatic tube network

It could also be a surviving historical building, or a partial reconstruction after the fire. I imagine it as roughly three stories, but I have not developed it in much detail yet.


Campus

The school offers:
- Tennis
- Baseball
- Soccer
- Lacrosse
- American football
- Track and field

Horse sports may also be included, but I have not decided yet. I have an appointment with a friend who knows more about that.

Rowing would probably fit as well, although the river is currently missing. That could be added.

There is a wood-chip jogging path around the pond. Along the way, there are some bodyweight fitness stations with bars, rings, logs, and similar equipment.

The pond has reeds at one end and a swimming pier on the southern side.

There is also a large oak tree west of Oakspire. It is not currently drawn on the plan.


Parking lot

The parking lot is more or less a typical American parking lot.

There is a gate for deliveries. The route from the gate to Oakspire and the administration building needs to be drivable so that deliveries can reach the kitchen.

One building from the book is missing from the current plan because it did not exist at that point in the timeline. It used to be a gas station but was later converted into a café. It sits directly next to the main gate, with one entrance facing into the campus and another facing the parking lot outside. There is also a staff entrance at the back.

In my head, it has the look of a typical American gas station from the 1940s or 1950s, with rounded corners, horizontal coloured striping, and a streamlined Art Deco / Googie-inspired design. It is one of the few buildings on campus with a distinctly American look, reflecting its origin before being converted into the café.


Paths

The paths are mostly gravel with a hard enough surface for bicycles.

Between the paths, there are lawns, trees, and small biological islands for insects and native plants.

That is more or less the geography.

I have not gone into much detail about the school itself and its quirks because I do not think that is important at this stage. If you feel that more background would help create the right atmosphere or architectural style, I would be happy to explain more.

About us

XAIO is an AI-powered platform that takes a software idea all the way to a tested, secure, production-ready app. We're building a YouTube library of short, friendly how-to videos that show new users exactly how to use the product.

What we need

We're looking for a skilled screencast/tutorial video creator to produce a series of short learning videos (1–2 minutes each) based on real screen recordings of our live web app — no stock footage, no AI-faked or mockup UI. Each video walks the viewer through one specific task, step by step.

Example topics (one video per task):

* Create a new project
* Describe what you want to build (text or voice prompt)
* Change the design / switch design styles
* Choose an AI model
* Preview your app (desktop / tablet / mobile)
* Publish your app and open the live site
* Connect a custom domain
* Connect GitHub
* Invite a teammate / collaborate
* Run the pre-publish security & quality checks

We'll provide a demo account and a written click-by-click script for each video, so you know exactly what to record and say.

Deliverable format (per video):

* Real screen recording of our app, 1080p (16:9), clean and smooth, with zoom/highlight on key clicks and the cursor
* Clear English voiceover narration (natural, friendly, easy to follow)
* English subtitles/captions — burned-in and delivered as a separate .srt file for YouTube
* Short branded intro (~3s) and outro with a call-to-action (we'll supply the logo/brand kit)
* Subtle background music (royalty-free)
* Final files: MP4 + the .srt + editable project file
* (Nice to have) a matching 9:16 vertical “Shorts” cut and a simple thumbnail per video

* Are comfortable recording inside a web app by following a written st
* Deliver consistent quality across a series and hit deadlines

Tools we expect: a professional screen recorder (e.g. Camtasia, ScreenFlow, OBS) and a video editor; good microphone for the voiceover.

Engagement: Ongoing. We'll start with a paid sample video (1 task) to align on style, then commission a first batch of ~10 videos, with more to follow as the product grows.
