We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build a multi-tenant SaaS platform for disc golf courses.
Each course and hole will have a permanent QR code printed on its signage. When scanned, the QR code will open a fast, mobile-friendly page containing content managed by the course operator. Parks, churches, schools and other organizations will log into a customer portal and update what players see without replacing their physical signs. We have already created a detailed clickable mockup demonstrating the intended customer and player experience, which will be provided to qualified applicants. Core platform requirements: * Secure customer authentication and account invitations * Multi-tenant permissions so customers can access only their organizations and courses * Organization → course → hole database structure * Permanent QR URLs for every course and hole * Customer portal for creating, editing, previewing and publishing content * Structured experience templates for park history, Bible passages, nature facts, trivia, challenges, scavenger hunts and custom content * Image uploading and storage * Mobile-friendly public course and hole pages * UDisc and external website links * Sponsor, announcement, event and maintenance-reporting tools * Basic scan and engagement analytics * Fundraising campaigns that initially link to the organization’s approved external payment page * Disc Store administrator portal for managing customers, courses, permissions and QR codes * Reliable deployment, backups and technical documentation This is a custom web application, not primarily a Shopify theme project. Shopify may eventually be used to sell subscriptions, but the permanent course platform should operate independently on a Disc Store-controlled domain. We are open to an appropriate modern technology stack, such as React/Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL/Supabase, but applicants may recommend alternatives. The application must be secure, maintainable and capable of supporting many organizations and courses. We expect to divide development into milestones, beginning with a sellable MVP. The first phase should prioritize authentication, customer permissions, course and hole management, permanent QR pages, structured content editing, image uploads, mobile public pages and basic analytics. Advanced games, fundraising and reporting may follow in later phases. When applying, please provide: 1. Links to two or three live SaaS platforms or customer portals you have built. 2. A description of your specific role on each project. 3. Your recommended technology stack and hosting approach. 4. Experience with multi-tenant databases and role-based permissions. 5. Your estimated hours, cost and timeline for the MVP. 6. Your normal working hours and overlap with US Central Time. 7. Whether you will personally perform the work or use a team. 8. Confirmation that all source code, hosting accounts, databases and intellectual property will be owned by our company. Please begin your proposal with the words “CONNECTED COURSE” so we know you reviewed the complete description. We may ask finalists to complete a small paid pilot before awarding the full project.

Project Title: Executive LinkedIn Banner Design (High-Converting / Editorial Style)
Project Overview: I need a clean, sophisticated, high-authority LinkedIn banner designed for my personal brand as a Sleep Physician, Author, and Executive Keynote Speaker. The banner must look editorial, minimalist, and credible—similar to a top-tier publication or executive advisory brand. Dimensions & Technical Requirements: * Dimensions: 1584 × 396 pixels (standard LinkedIn banner aspect ratio 4:1) * Mobile-Safe Area Consideration: The bottom-left 35% of the banner must remain clean negative space. On mobile, LinkedIn places a circular profile photo over this corner. No text, logos, or critical imagery can sit in this lower-left zone. * Deliverables: High-resolution PNG, JPG, and the editable layered source file (PSD, AI, or Canva link). Design & Layout Instructions: * Background & Color Palette: * Background: Warm cream or crisp off-white (minimalist, clean). * Primary Text Color: Deep Navy (high contrast, authoritative). * Accent Colors: Subtle gold or slate grey dividers/accents. * Typography Hierarchy: * Primary Font (Headline): Playfair / Playfair Display (Bold, elegant serif). * Secondary Font (Subhead & Authority): Montserrat (Clean sans-serif). * Copy & Placement (Center / Center-Left): * Main Headline: Sound sleep is your unused executive edge. (Two lines, prominent, bold) * Sub-Headline: Enhancing boardroom performance through sleep science. (Directly below headline, medium weight) * Authority Line: YATIN J. PATEL, MD, MBA · Sleep Physician & Keynote Speaker (Small caps, clean letterspacing, clear contrast) * Imagery & Subject Placement (Right Side): * Cut out the provided photo of me (standing in a cream jacket with arms crossed, Image 3) from its background. * Place my cutout on the far right side of the canvas (waist-up crop). * Ensure my figure is balanced with the text block and has breathing room from the top and right edges. * (Optional/Secondary): Add a small, clean 3D mockup of my book CPAP Is Sexy next to me or at waist level, without crowding the composition. Attached Assets: * High-res portrait photo (Image 3 - standing, cream suit) * Book cover graphic / 3D mockup asset

Please revise the marketing creative using our existing logo and brand colours (as per the current brand guide) — no new palette or logo variations needed.
Two changes for this round across 9 images: Copy — Simplify all on-asset text. Short, plain sentences. No jargon, no wordplay that needs a second read. Assume the reader is scanning quickly (social feed, shopfront, ad). Imagery — Replace current body imagery with more realistic, relatable models reflecting an everyday Australian customer — natural body types and skin tones, not overly airbrushed or "influencer" styled. Should feel approachable, not aspirational-only. Please make Invidiual images, in the same order as the attached - do not change instructions or the order, as they must match a touch screen already installed. A poster version for the wall - A pamphlet version for printing in the foyer - Please share a first draft/mockup before finalising so we can review copy and imagery together. This website design is for a commercial construction management firm in the US. I am hiring a designer, not a developer. I need the look and the design system. We may or may not have the same person build it afterward, but the scope of this project is purely design, and it needs to be realistic to build in Webflow. This is not a discovery project. You will receive:
A finished information architecture: 9 page titles, with every section on every page specified, plus CMS collections. A set of reference sites from our sector that we have already been through in detail, with our own notes on exactly what we like in each and why Our current outdated website and a list of inspiration sites so you are not designing from nothing. What I need from you: - Start wide. Four to six genuinely different homepage concepts, enough to talk about. I want to choose a direction from real options, not refine the first thing that gets made. Different typography, different structure, etc. - Once we pick a direction, desktop and mobile designs for 9 pages, in Figma. - A real design system: type scale, colour, spacing, components, states. - Handoff documentation good enough that a Webflow developer can execute it Who I am looking for Someone with a point of view, not someone sending just AI slop. I have opinions but I'm not a designer. I would rather be guided during during design than regret what we build. Show me work where restraint was the right answer, not just work with a lot going on. Sector experience is not required. Good design judgment is.

A passion for Hawaiian culture and a deep respect for traditional Native bone carving are at the heart of this project. This first limited series of makau (Hawaiian hooks) is being created as both artifact and adornment, with additional series to follow. The website should reflect this by speaking to discerning collectors who cherish rare, meaningful pieces meant to be both displayed and worn.
Project Title Refined WordPress + Elementor build for luxury artisan brand website (from supplied prototype) Project Overview Noho 'ana is seeking a developer with strong visual restraint and good design judgment to build a polished WordPress website using Elementor, based on an existing prototype, current assets, and supplied content. This is not a mass‑market sales site or a complex web app. The site is intended primarily as a credibility, verification, and presentation platform for the Noho 'ana brand, the Arc of Life collection, and the artisan story behind the work. It should feel elegant, calm, image‑aware, and culturally respectful rather than loud, salesy, or overdesigned. The ideal developer understands how to execute a refined design without adding unnecessary effects, clutter, or generic template styling. Platform Requirement This project must be built in WordPress with Elementor, as those services are already in place and paid for. Please do not propose a rebuild in another platform unless there is a very compelling reason. Project Goal Turn an existing prototype/mockup into a working website that: establishes legitimacy and trust for Noho 'ana presents Arc of Life in a collector‑appropriate and visually polished way communicates the artisan/story component with clarity and care works well on desktop and mobile includes basic technical SEO foundations without requiring a full SEO/marketing engagement includes presentation of the five accompanying documentation cards (each card has printed content on both front and back, and the final site should allow visitors to view both sides of all five cards; this requirement is not fully reflected in the earlier HTML prototype and should be included in the final WordPress/Elementor build) What Will Be Provided The selected developer will receive: existing HTML prototype/reference current copy and brand text (locked/approved language) logo reference files product imagery and placeholder imagery direction on page structure and visual tone access to the existing WordPress / Elementor environment Some assets may be refined or replaced after hiring, so the site should be built in a way that allows straightforward content and image updates. Access and Workflow The website already exists within WordPress / Elementor. Developer access will be provided through a separate WordPress admin account, not through a personal master login. A staging or otherwise careful workflow is preferred before changes are pushed live. Scope of Work Requested scope includes: build the site in WordPress using Elementor translate the supplied prototype/design direction into a live site create a responsive layout for desktop and mobile implement clean typography, spacing, and elegant image presentation build core pages/sections such as homepage, brand/about content, collection/story content, and contact or inquiry section work with supplied assets and placeholders where final assets are not yet fully locked set up basic contact/inquiry functionality implement basic technical SEO setup, including editable page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, alt‑text support, and sitemap/indexing readiness build a documentation/presentation section for the five accompanying cards, allowing visitors to view all ten printed sides (five cards, front and back) in a clean, collector‑appropriate format leave the finished site organized enough for later updating Design Expectations This project requires taste. The right person should be able to build something that feels: refined rather than flashy premium rather than generic restrained rather than overloaded visually respectful of artisan work and storytelling Please do not apply if your default style leans heavily on generic templates, excessive motion, oversized effects, or busy commercial design language. Best Fit This project is best suited to a developer who has experience with one or more of the following: luxury product websites artisan or maker brands gallery, jewelry, or collectible presentation editorially styled brand sites thoughtful WordPress / Elementor builds that do not look templated A good eye matters here as much as technical competence. Deliverables Please include in your work: completed responsive WordPress + Elementor website build implementation of supplied design direction organized page structure and reusable editing setup basic technical on‑page SEO foundation contact/inquiry mechanism clear handoff for future updates and content/image changes visible, usable presentation of the five documentation cards (front and back) Budget Target budget: $800 to $1,000 for a realistic Phase 1 build. Please explain clearly what can be completed within that range. If you believe certain refinements should be deferred to a later Phase 2, please identify that specifically rather than overpromising. To Include in Proposal Please respond with: 2 to 4 examples of relevant WordPress / Elementor work (ideally product, gallery, jewelry, or artisan/collector sites) a brief note on why your style is a fit for this project what you would include within the stated budget your estimated timeline whether you prefer working on staging or directly in WordPress with checkpoints any questions you would want clarified before starting Prototype Reference (sample HTML structure) A current HTML prototype of the site structure and content will be provided as a reference after initial screening. It is there to show layout, copy, and general direction; it is for context, not for direct copy‑paste. The final WordPress/Elementor build should respect the structure and language of the prototype while also incorporating requirements not fully represented there, including the full two‑sided presentation of the five documentation cards. noho‑ana‑web‑prototype‑1.html

Upwork Job Title
Meta/Facebook Ad + Elementor Landing Page Implementation — Design and Content Already Completed Job Description I am looking for an experienced Meta Ads + WordPress/Elementor freelancer to implement an already-designed lead-generation campaign for FERSHelp.net. This is not a strategy-development project. I already know the campaign, ad concept, landing-page design, copy, graphics, lead flow and desired result. I will provide: • A PDF showing the completed landing-page design and layout • Final landing-page copy • All graphics/resources to be used on the page • An example of the financial-institution/bank-style Meta ad design I want followed • The required ad copy/message and campaign concept • The exact lead flow and functionality required The freelancer's job is to follow these supplied materials and implement them accurately, not replace them with a different funnel, Meta Instant Form-only campaign, generic template, or newly invented strategy. REQUIRED FLOW The required user journey is: Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ad → Learn More → Dedicated FERSHelp Landing Page → Visitor enters contact information → Visitor sees/selects the three federal-retirement resources → Requested resource/action is delivered → Lead information is received and retained by me. The landing page is not a Meta Instant Form. The Meta ad must send the visitor to the dedicated landing page. The landing page will be built in WordPress using Elementor, but it must be created as a new blank standalone Elementor page. It is not to be linked into, incorporated into, or used to redesign the existing FERSHelp.net website navigation or existing pages. It can reside at an appropriate FERSHelp.net URL/sub-URL, but it functions solely as the campaign landing page. The supplied PDF already shows how the page should look and function. The freelancer is expected to reproduce that approved design in Elementor, including its existing sections, resource cards, graphics, buttons, lead-capture sequence and responsive behavior—not redesign it. My final replacement instructions specifically require preserving the page structure, card positions, lead-capture flow, buttons and responsive behavior. LANDING PAGE The finished page must include the supplied content and the three supplied resources: 1. The Informed Fed — A Survival Guide to Federal Employee Benefits 2. Personalized Federal Retirement Benefits Summary 3. 2026 TSP Roth Conversion Planning Guide The existing design already shows the contact-information capture followed by selection of the appropriate resource(s). The Benefits Summary has a different fulfillment path because it requires a short phone or Zoom conversation before the personalized report is prepared. META AD CREATIVE I will provide an example of the bank/financial-institution-style advertisement I want the creative to resemble in visual quality and simplicity. The freelancer must create the actual Meta ad creative following that supplied example and my approved content. I am not asking the freelancer to copy another company's trademark, logo or proprietary advertisement. The example is supplied to communicate the desired professional financial-institution style: clean layout, limited text, strong headline, clear Learn More CTA and professional appearance. That direction is already established in the campaign materials. I will approve the final ad before launch. ACCESS — IMPORTANT I retain ownership and administrative control of everything. WordPress: I will create a dedicated WordPress user for the freelancer with Editor-level access for this project. Do not request my WordPress password or Administrator account. If a specific Elementor function genuinely cannot be performed with the permissions provided, tell me exactly what permission is required and why before any access is changed. Meta: I will provide only the minimum business-level permissions necessary through Meta Business Manager/Business Portfolio for the applicable Page, ad account and dataset/Pixel. I will not provide my personal Facebook username, password, 2FA codes, recovery codes, financial permissions or unrestricted administrative access. All campaigns, ads, audiences, tracking, leads and resulting data must remain in accounts and assets that I own and control. This continues the security structure already specified in my campaign requirements. DELIVERABLES The job is complete only when the freelancer has: 1. Built the supplied landing-page design as a standalone blank Elementor page. 2. Used the supplied final copy and supplied graphics. 3. Created the Meta ad creative following the supplied bank/financial-institution-style example. 4. Configured the Meta campaign to send Learn More traffic to that landing page. 5. Implemented the required contact-information capture and resource-selection flow. 6. Connected lead delivery to my designated client-owned destination, such as my Google Sheet/email setup as specified. 7. Configured the appropriate Meta Pixel/dataset/conversion tracking. 8. Tested the complete flow on desktop and mobile. 9. Submitted an actual test lead and demonstrated that I received it. 10. Demonstrated that the appropriate tracking/conversion event was recorded. 11. Corrected any implementation or tracking problems found during testing. 12. Obtained my approval before the campaign is launched. 13. Launched the completed campaign in my Meta account. 14. Confirmed that the campaign continues to operate after the freelancer's access is removed. A draft, mockup, strategy document, Meta form by itself, or recommendation is not completion. IMPORTANT: The landing-page DESIGN, COPY, GRAPHICS AND REQUIRED FLOW are already completed and will be provided. The freelancer must BUILD the actual working landing page in Elementor from these materials. This is not a request for another strategy document, landing-page mockup, or redesign. The freelancer must build a new standalone blank Elementor landing page on FERSHelp.net that follows my supplied PDF design. The page will not be part of my normal website navigation. The complete required flow is: Meta Ad → Learn More → Elementor Landing Page → Visitor enters contact information → Lead information is captured and delivered to me → Visitor selects which resource(s) they want → I can identify exactly which resource(s) that individual requested → appropriate resource is emailed to that person → Benefits Summary selection can connect to my Calendly scheduling → all leads and selections remain available to me. The three choices shown in my completed landing-page design are: The Informed Fed Personalized Federal Retirement Benefits Summary 2026 TSP Roth Conversion Planning Guide The freelancer must make the buttons, forms and resource selections actually work. It is not sufficient to reproduce the appearance of the PDF. When a prospect submits the form, I must receive and retain the person's contact information and be able to determine which specific resource or resources that person selected. The appropriate email/resource delivery must then occur according to the supplied flow. For the Personalized Federal Retirement Benefits Summary, the page must provide the appropriate next step and integrate my Calendly scheduling link so the prospect can schedule the required phone/Zoom conversation. The freelancer must test the entire system using actual test submissions and demonstrate to me that: (a) I receive the lead; (b) I can see which resource(s) the lead requested; (c) the correct email/resource delivery occurs; (d) the Calendly path works; (e) Meta tracking records the appropriate event; and (f) the entire flow works on mobile and desktop. The job is not complete merely because the landing page looks correct. It is complete when the entire lead-generation and fulfillment flow works from the Meta ad through lead capture, resource identification/delivery and Calendly scheduling. The final deliverable is a working, tested Meta advertisement → standalone Elementor landing page → lead capture → resource selection/delivery → lead received by me → tracking verified system. BEFORE APPLYING Please apply only if you are comfortable implementing an existing specification rather than substituting your own funnel. In your proposal, confirm these three things: 1. You understand that the Meta ad goes to the supplied standalone Elementor landing page, not merely to a Meta Instant Form. 2. You understand that the landing-page content and design are already supplied and your job is to implement them accurately. 3. You can complete the work using limited WordPress and Meta business permissions without requiring my personal Facebook login, WordPress Administrator credentials, or financial/billing access.

I’m looking for a talented packaging designer and 3D rendering artist to help conceptualize the bottle design for a premium debloat probiotic capsule supplement.
I already have the initial label artwork and examples of the aesthetic and packaging styles I like. I need someone who can take that direction and develop a polished, distinctive bottle concept—not simply place the label onto a generic stock mockup. I’d like to explore: * A clear or lightly tinted bottle that shows the capsules * An opaque plastic bottle direction * Different label placements, bottle colors, cap styles, finishes, and proportions * A premium, modern design that will stand out online and photograph beautifully The aesthetic should feel elevated, feminine, sophisticated, and wellness-focused without looking overly pink, childish, clinical, or like a typical generic supplement brand. The product name and function should be immediately noticeable, while the overall packaging should be strong enough to establish a recognizable visual identity for future products. Initial deliverables: * Bottle concepts * Photorealistic front and angled renderings * Clear and opaque bottle options * High-resolution website-ready images * Transparent-background PNGs * Final editable/source files * Bottle and label specifications that can be shared with the manufacturer Please send relevant examples of supplement, wellness, beauty, or skincare packaging you have designed. Experience creating realistic packaging renderings is required.

What the style includes: - Simple, minimalistic stick-figure human character (round head, thin limbs, basic expressions) - Cartoon/emoji-style icon elements used throughout - Phone/UI mockup scenes: chat bubbles, control center, magnifying glass zoom effects - Green squiggly connector lines as motion-graphic accents - Clean black-and-white line art with a few colored accents Project details: - Video length: approx. 8-10 minutes - I will provide the script/story - I'm looking for a long-term collaborator if the first video goes well — potential for multiple videos What I need from you: - Examples of similar past work (stick-figure, whiteboard, or explainer animation) - Your price for a video of this length (or your rate per minute) - Typical turnaround time - Number of revision rounds included Looking forward to your proposals!

Build smart-object mockup PSDs from flat images, precision edge work required

I give you a flat JPEG of a mahjong mat on a surface - wood, marble, a
desk setup. You give me back a PSD where the printed area of the mat is an empty embedded smart object, so my team can double-click it, paste in a new design, save, and the mockup updates. Everything else - the table surface, shadows, the stitched or bound edge of the mat, any props - stays as a flattened background layer that survives every artwork swap. Two images to start. More on an ongoing basis if the quality is there, as I add mockups regularly.

Full-Stack Developer for an Amazon Listing Audit Tool (Node/Python + React)
ABOUT THE PROJECT We run an Amazon agency. We need an internal tool that turns a product page into a client-ready two-page PDF. An operator pastes one ASIN plus one or two competitor ASINs, the tool collects public data, scores the listing against a fixed rule set, clusters the reviews into themes, and generates the report. The concept is finished. We have a written brief (7 pages), a clickable HTML mockup of every screen, and a sample of the exact PDF output. You are not designing the product — you are building what is already specified. WHAT IT DOES - Input: 1 own ASIN + 1-2 competitor ASINs, one marketplace - Collect: title, bullets, description, images, A+ presence, video, variations, category rank, rating, review texts (via a third-party data provider, e.g. Apify) - Score: 11 structural checks, 7 weighted areas, 0-100 result - Compare: field by field against the competitor ASINs - Reviews: LLM assigns themes, application counts them, themes are mapped back to listing fields - Output: two-page PDF in two modes, plus a shareable link TECH - Frontend: React - Backend: Node or Python, your call - LLM: Anthropic API - Data collection: Apify or similar - Deployment: Vercel or similar - No Amazon account connection in this phase. Later phases will add the Amazon Selling Partner API, so the schema must carry the fields already. WHAT YOU GET FROM US - 7-page brief with data sources, scoring rules, edge cases and acceptance criteria - Clickable mockup of all screens - Sample PDF output - The 11 checks with thresholds, in writing - A golden set of 20 hand-scored ASINs and 100 hand-labelled reviews for validation - All interface copy in German and English MUST HAVE - Shipped at least one product that collects and processes web data at scale - Solid PDF generation experience (we care about typography, not just that it renders) - Comfortable building a rule engine as a separate, configurable layer rather than hard-coded conditions - Clear written English, weekly demos, no black-box work NICE TO HAVE - Amazon marketplace experience (SP-API, Brand Analytics, catalog data) - Experience with LLM output validation and guardrails HOW TO APPLY Please answer these three in your proposal. Generic applications will not be read. 1. Describe a project where you collected structured data from public web pages. What broke, and how did you handle it? 2. We require that every number in the generated PDF is validated against the source data before export, and that a mismatch blocks the export. How would you build that? 3. Roughly how long would this take you, and where do you see the main risk? BUDGET AND TIMELINE Fixed price, paid in milestones. Please propose your own number and breakdown based on the scope above. We will share the brief and mockup before you quote, so the estimate is informed rather than guessed.

AI Website Mockup Generation — 100,000+ Client Mockups at Scale
[We're a tech outsourcing company with $1.2 million paid out on Upwork with a 4.9+ rating since 2011] We are looking for an AI/web design expert or developer to partner with us on a high-volume project involving 100,000+ of our current clients offering them a re/design of their website. What We’re Building We have a large database of our clients that we want to contact via SMS/MMS. We're looking to send each business a personalized MMS image showing what their website could look like, based on information we already have about their company. If they like the website mockup image, we would then proceed forward with designing their new website as the ultimate goal. You would be paid an extra commission for every client that proceeds with a new website. For example, we may provide: Company/business name Industry Business description Brand colors Location Services offered Existing logo (when available) Other relevant business information You would use this information to automatically generate a professional-looking website mockup customized specifically for that business. The mockup would be sent as an image via MMS, with the goal of showing the business owner an attractive preview of a potential new website. Scale Is Extremely Important Our goal is approximately: One customized website mockup generation in under 30 seconds per business. (120 mockups an hour) The process should ideally look something like: Business information → AI generates website concept → Screenshot/render → MMS-ready image We are open to different technologies and approaches, including AI website builders, generative AI, templates, automated HTML/CSS generation, browser rendering, APIs, or a combination of these. Your Challenge Show us what you can do. As part of your application, please create one example AI-generated website mockup for a fictional or real business and demonstrate that you can produce the mockup in under 30 seconds. The mockup should look like something we could realistically send to a business owner and say: "Here's what your new website could look like." We care much more about speed + visual quality + scalability than about creating a fully functional website. What We're Looking For The ideal person has experience with: AI website generation Generative AI Automated website/mockup generation Website screenshot/rendering automation Large-scale data processing AI agents/workflows Creating visually impressive website layout image designs quickly Experience with 100,000+ record processing or other large-scale automation projects is a major plus. Potential Long-Term Opportunity This could become an ongoing partnership. If we can find a system that produces high-quality personalized website mockups at scale, there is significant potential for continued work and optimization as we process our client database. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond simply designing one website. We need someone who can help us build the machine that can generate 100,000+ personalized website previews. To Apply Please include: Your experience with AI-generated websites or automated mockups What technology/approach you would use How you would generate a mockup in under 30 seconds Your estimated cost per 1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 mockups A live example or portfolio of similar work Most importantly: create and submit ONE sample mockup for a business and tell us how long it took to generate Applications without a sample mockup may not be considered. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, think creatively, and build something that can operate at very large scale.

Illustrations for children’s book

I’m looking for an illustrator to help bring my first children’s picture book to life. The story is geared toward young children (approximately ages 2–6) and follows a group of sweet woodland animal characters, including Maisie the fox, Tilly the turtle, a bunny, an owl, and other friends.
The manuscript and overall concept are already developed, and I also have visual mockups of the book that can be used as references for the characters, scenes, page layouts, and overall direction. These are meant to communicate my vision rather than be copied exactly, and I’m excited to work with an illustrator who can bring their own artistic touch and personality to the finished book. For the illustration style, I’m looking for something soft, warm, whimsical, and storybook-like, with a timeless children’s-book feel. I love expressive characters, cozy woodland environments, gentle textures, and softer details rather than a highly polished or 3D-rendered appearance. I’m completely open to digital illustration as long as the finished artwork has that soft, organic, illustrated quality. I’m looking for someone who is collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working from an established vision while also contributing their own creative ideas. Character consistency throughout the book is especially important to me, as I would love for these characters to feel distinctive and recognizable. My goal is to self-publish the finished book, so I’m looking for completed, print-ready illustrations and would like to discuss commercial usage rights as part of the project agreement. This is a very special first project for me, and I’d love to find an illustrator I genuinely enjoy working with and could potentially collaborate with again on future children’s books. I’ve attached a few sample mockups to show the characters, overall visual direction, and types of scenes in the book. A complete book mockup is available to share with candidates I’m considering.

Upwork Job Post: Premium Website - Executive Coaching & AI Consulting Practice (6 Pages, CMS, GHL Integration)
OVERVIEW I am about to launch an executive coaching and AI consulting practice serving C-Suite leaders, founders and institutional clients. I need an experienced web developer to design and build a 6-page website that reflects a premium standard of quality - the kind of aesthetic you would expect from a top-tier professional services firm. This is not a template project. I am looking for a developer who can work from a detailed brand system and written brief, produce a Figma mockup for my approval before any development begins and deliver a site that elevates the position of this practice in the market. PLATFORM I am open to the platform that best meets the functional requirements below. WordPress and Elementor are excluded. Platforms I am open to include, but are not limited to: Webflow, Framer, or a custom-built solution with a proper CMS layer. Depending on the agreed build platform, the site must be built on an account registered in my name, with the builder working as a collaborator. All design files (Figma) are transferred to me at project completion. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS - NON-NEGOTIABLE Content independence: I must be able to update text, images, blog posts and testimonials myself after launch without returning to a developer for every change. This is a firm requirement. Please confirm how your proposed platform delivers this. GoHighLevel (GHL) webhook integration: All call-to-action buttons shall connect to my GoHighLevel booking system via webhook. No iframes. Please confirm you have done this type of integration before applying. Custom design: No templates, no theme defaults. The design will be built from a complete brand guide I provide, covering colors, typography, logo files, photography, layout rules and spacing specifications. You receive the full brief after we agree to work together. Creative suggestions that enhance the final output are genuinely welcome - I value a collaborative process. Figma-first process: You produce desktop and mobile mockups in Figma for my review and written approval before any development begins. I will not authorize development until the design is confirmed. Mobile responsive: Full mobile and tablet optimization. SCOPE Six pages: • Home • About • Work With Me • For Organizations • Proprietary Methodology (framework page) • Insights / Blog (skeleton with CMS-powered posts) All copy is provided by me. You build and style it creatively. PROCESS AND PROTECTIONS Milestone payments: Deposit on contract signing, payment on Figma design approval, final payment on site launch. No full upfront payments. Two rounds of design revisions included before development begins. 30-day post-launch bug fix period at no additional charge. Content update handover: A written guide identifying what I can edit myself in the platform editor vs. what requires a developer. A recorded walkthrough is welcome in addition but not instead. Design file transfer: All Figma files delivered to me at project completion. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR • A strong portfolio in professional services, consulting, executive coaching, or comparable premium sectors - no lifestyle brands, e-commerce, or student-facing products • Demonstrated experience building with a client-controlled CMS (not just static sites) • GoHighLevel or comparable webhook integration experience • A developer who can interpret a brand system and make confident design decisions, not someone who needs to be directed on every detail • Clear, professional communication and reliable response times. TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Three to five portfolio links - professional services, consulting, or executive-sector clients strongly preferred. Quality and relevance matter more than volume. 2. Confirmation of GHL or webhook integration experience in your proposed platform. 3. Your proposed timeline for a 6-page custom site with CMS. 4. Your fixed-price quote for the full scope described. 5. A brief note on how you approach the Figma-first process - describe your typical design-before-development workflow. Proposals without portfolio links will not be reviewed. BUDGET Negotiable. The final budget will reflect the quality and creativity of the portfolio submitted. ABOUT THIS PROJECT This practice is being positioned to serve senior leaders and consequently, the website must speak to C-suite and board-level clients. The aesthetic target is understated, authoritative, and elevated - not generic coaching-industry design. If your portfolio demonstrates that standard, I want to hear from you.

Bubble.io bug fix plus mini game build-GAU Hub kids app

Here's the message for Chad:
--- Hi Chad, I'm building a Bubble.io app called GAU Hub — a kids' companion mobile app for a book/animation franchise. It's built page-by-page from a design mockup, mostly complete. I have two pieces of work I'd like you to quote together. **1) Bug fix — character movement / detail page data handoff** I have a Bubble app where a specific element ("Porky Georgey") is supposed to move across 5 slot positions when two buttons are tapped, and where tapping a character tile is supposed to open a detail page with that character's data. Both have had persistent tap/workflow issues over an extended debugging period, including: - One button's workflow was completely empty (no click action wired at all) - Fruit catch-detection was comparing two incompatible value scales, so it could never register a catch - A "game_running" flag was gating button actions but wasn't reliably being set true, silently blocking movement - A z-index/overlap issue between two layered groups was intercepting taps before they reached the buttons underneath - Bubble support closed the related ticket claiming it's resolved, but testing still shows the movement doesn't work reliably I need someone to get into the editor, verify each of these issues end-to-end (not just theoretically), and confirm the character reliably moves and the detail page reliably populates on tap. **2) New mini game — fruit catching game** Porky Georgey stands under a tree; fruit (apples, pears, etc.) drops from the tree and the player catches it in a basket. Requirements: - 30 second timer per round, with a working countdown - Target age group: 7 to 10 years old - Layout: points counter on the left, timer in the middle, basket display on the bottom right - Caught fruit accumulates in the basket on the right; points accumulate on the left - No fail state / no penalty for misses — keep it positive and encouraging for young kids - Show final fruit count when time runs out Can you review the app and give me a combined fixed price and turnaround time for both pieces? Thanks, Chef Jack --- Want any changes before you send it?

I'm remodeling two bathrooms in a Honolulu condo and need a designer to make the selections so my contractor can build. Contractor, plumber, and electrician are already hired. I've been the bottleneck on design decisions, your job is to end that.
The major challenge on this project is Hawaii. Most vendors don't ship here, freight is expensive, and lead times are longer. Every item you present must ship to Honolulu 96815 with freight cost confirmed before I see it. If you've shipped to Hawaii or Alaska before, say so in your proposal. WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER (shared Google Sheet + a short PDF per room + mockup) Guest bath options: 2-3 options per category (floor tile, shower wall tile to coordinate with the blue tile already on hand, grout color, vanity, countertop, sink, faucet, toilet, shower glass, mirror or medicine cabinet, lighting, exhaust fan, hardware and accessories). I pick by number, you finalize. Guest bath final spec: every item with vendor link, price, lead time, and Hawaii shipping confirmed with freight cost. Master bath spec: same palette and fixture family as the guest bath, scaled for the larger room. Blinds: living room, style, vendor, color, and SKU for 6 windows (3 per room). I'll provide measurements and photos, you provide a measuring guide and sanity-check my numbers. FIXED INPUTS Tub-to-shower conversion in the guest bath Chrome fixtures Already on hand: blue shower wall tile, shower head and slide bar (contractor has these) Palette direction: warm white, light wood, chrome Quality level: slightly above average, not luxury Ship-to: Honolulu, HI 96815 REQUIREMENTS Every item must ship to Hawaii. Confirm before presenting it. Prefer Wayfair, Build.com, Ferguson, Home Depot, Lowe's. Lead time and Hawaii availability outrank aesthetics. Nothing over 6 weeks lead time. Async work in a shared sheet, one weekly 20-minute call max. HOW IT WORKS Fixed price, paid per milestone (1-4 above). Propose your price for the full scope in your cover letter. Start immediately, guest bath options due within 7 days of kickoff. I'll send photos of both rooms, rough dimensions, the tile and fixtures on hand, and a few inspiration images at kickoff. I may have small follow-on requests (cabinet fronts, etc.) for the right person. DEFINITION OF DONE Milestone 1: options sheet for the guest bath, 2-3 choices per category, each with a link, price, and Hawaii shipping confirmed. Milestone 2: final guest bath spec with every item linked, priced, lead time noted, freight to 96815 confirmed. Contractor can order from it without questions. Milestone 3: master bath spec in the same format, visibly consistent with the guest bath. Milestone 4: blinds spec for 6 windows with vendor, SKU, color, and a measuring guide. TO APPLY Send 2-3 bathroom projects you've spec'd, your proposed fixed price, and note any experience shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

I’m looking for an experienced product label and packaging designer to create a polished, professional label system for my brand, Alpha Tides PNW.
ABOUT THE BRAND Alpha Tides PNW is a Pacific Northwest–inspired laboratory research brand. We already have an established logo, brand colors, product catalog, and several existing label designs. I’m looking for a designer who can elevate the labels while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity. Our primary colors are: • Deep navy • Black • Metallic silver • Cyan/teal accents The overall style should feel premium, modern, clean, and professional, with subtle Pacific Northwest character. The labels should stand out without looking cluttered or excessively decorative. LABEL SIZE Every label must be designed at an exact finished size of: 40 mm wide × 20 mm tall The labels will be applied to small product vials and printed using an Epson ET-8550. Because the labels are small, typography, spacing, contrast, and readability are extremely important. The design must be evaluated at its actual printed size—not only as an enlarged computer mockup. INITIAL PROJECT SCOPE For the first project, I would like: • Three distinctly different initial design concepts • One finalized master label design • Three completed product variations using different names and strengths • Up to two revision rounds • A reusable template that can easily be adapted to additional products • A realistic vial mockup showing the finished design The approved designer may receive ongoing work adapting the master design across our larger product catalog and creating seasonal label collections. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS The label system should: • Incorporate the existing Alpha Tides PNW logo • Maintain a consistent layout across different products • Make the product name and strength easy to read • Remain clean and legible at 40 × 20 mm • Feel premium and professionally produced • Use strong typography and visual hierarchy • Work with product names of different lengths • Be suitable for high-quality inkjet printing • Include appropriate safe margins and bleed where required • Avoid overcrowding the limited label space Some product names are considerably longer than others, so the template must be flexible enough to accommodate both short and long names without losing consistency. I may also need seasonal variations in the future, particularly Pacific Northwest, fall, and Halloween-inspired collections. Seasonal artwork should still remain professional and readable. I prefer atmospheric or illustrated themes rather than excessively Gothic typography. REQUIRED FINAL FILES The final delivery must include: • Editable Adobe Illustrator source file • Print-ready CMYK PDF • High-resolution transparent PNG • Version with fonts outlined • Version with text remaining editable • Any linked graphics or design assets • A list of fonts used • Commercial-use licensing information for all fonts and graphics • Master 40 × 20 mm template • Three completed product variations • High-resolution vial mockup The source file should be clean, organized, and properly layered so product names and strengths can be updated later. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSING All artwork must be original or properly licensed for commercial use. Please do not use unlicensed stock graphics, copyrighted artwork, or fonts that cannot be used commercially. Upon final payment, Alpha Tides PNW must receive full commercial usage rights and all editable source files. IDEAL DESIGNER The ideal designer should have experience with: • Small bottle or vial labels • Product and packaging design • Adobe Illustrator • Print production and prepress • CMYK color preparation • Typography at small physical sizes • Creating reusable product-label systems • Preparing artwork for commercial or professional printing Experience designing labels for laboratory, cosmetic, wellness, supplement, or technical product brands is helpful but not required. HOW TO APPLY Please include the following in your proposal: 1. Begin your proposal with the word “PNW” so I know you read the complete description. 2. Provide examples of label or packaging designs you personally created, especially small bottle or vial labels. 3. Confirm that you work in Adobe Illustrator and will provide the original editable AI file. 4. Explain how you ensure text remains readable on a 40 × 20 mm printed label. 5. State how many concepts and revision rounds are included in your price. 6. Provide your estimated turnaround time. 7. Confirm that all artwork, graphics, and fonts will be original or properly licensed for commercial use. Please do not submit unrelated logo, website, social media, or flyer examples. I specifically want to see strong product-label and packaging work. This initial assignment is intended to help identify a dependable designer for ongoing label, packaging, seasonal collection, Mylar bag, and branded product work.

Summary
We're a branding and web development agency rebuilding the website for an established multi-location fast-casual restaurant brand. We're looking for a Figma designer to design a polished homepage and a reusable design system we can extend across the rest of the site. Think the energy of Wendy's, Chili's, and similar fast-food / fast-casual sites: strong food photography, punchy headlines, clear ordering calls-to-action, and a mobile-first layout that makes people hungry and gets them to order. The core deliverable is the homepage design plus a design system built from it. Once the homepage direction is approved by the client, we replicate that system across the remaining pages ourselves, so the system needs to be clean, well-organized, and componentized. Specifically: A high-fidelity homepage design (desktop and mobile) in Figma Components built properly with Figma auto-layout, variants, and named styles, so they're easy to reuse and extend Brand direction: Fast-casual / fast-food energy: appetizing, high-contrast, food-forward Bold headline typography and clear, prominent "Order" and "Catering" buttons Layout that supports strong food photography We'll provide the brand assets (logo, color palette, fonts, photography direction) at kickoff To apply Please include: Your portfolio, with any restaurant or food-and-beverage work highlighted A brief note on how you structure a design system for developer (or AI-assisted) handoff Your availability and rough quote

I have a streetwear zip-up hoodie mockup that I need recreated into clean files for my manufacturer.
I already have the design. I’m not looking for a new design or a completely different idea. I want the hoodie recreated as close as possible to the reference image. The hoodie has a cropped boxy fit, color-block panels, large front FBL graphic, circular back logo, hood logo, sleeve patch, stars, compass-style details, scratch/distress lines, sleeve graphics, contrast stitching, zipper/pocket details, and distressed/frayed hem. I need the design cleaned up and turned into files that my manufacturer can use. What I need: • Front and back hoodie mockup • Editable AI/SVG/PDF files • Separate files for the graphics • Placement sheet with sizes and measurements • Notes for print, embroidery, patch, stitching, distressing, and frayed hem • Editable colors in case we change the colorway later I may also need one symbol replaced with my real logo. This is the design direction we are trying to bring to life. If you can recreate this closely and prepare the files for production, please let me know.
