We’re launching FLOE, a premium home water filtration brand — a countertop reverse osmosis water filter plus replacement-filter subscriptions, sold direct-to-consumer in the UK and also listed on Amazon.
We’ve already done the groundwork: we have a detailed content/design brief and a working HTML/CSS mockup of the intended site (iceberg/glacier theme, navy and ice-blue palette, full section-by-section layout) that we’ll share with you at kickoff. This is a build/implementation job, not a from-scratch design job — you’re taking a defined brief and mockup and turning it into a real, working Shopify store, then extending it with a few extra pieces we didn’t have time to spec originally.
A finished logo and finalised brand colour palette (from a parallel branding project) will be supplied to you before or shortly after kickoff.
Scope of work
From the original brief (see attached):
• Shopify theme (customised from a quality base theme, e.g. Dawn) implementing the supplied mockup: announcement bar, sticky nav, hero, trust bar, 3-product grid, filtration technology section, stats band, reviews, subscription CTA, footer.
• 3 products + replacement-filter SKUs set up in Shopify (placeholder copy/images okay — we’ll supply final assets).
• “Also on Amazon” links per product, configurable in theme settings (not hard-coded) — we’ll supply the Amazon listing URLs.
• Fully responsive, mobile-first, fast (Lighthouse mobile score 85+).
• Basic SEO setup (meta titles/descriptions, OG tags) and Google Analytics/GTM installed.
• Contact form and newsletter/email capture (Shopify native or Klaviyo-ready).
• GDPR-compliant cookie consent banner.
New, in addition to the original brief:
• Product video — embed and lightly edit supplied video (unboxing/demo) into the hero and/or product page. We’ll provide raw footage; need it embedded cleanly and performantly (no page-speed hit).
• Dedicated product page with a proper buy box, feature/benefit section, and a full FAQ section (filter life & replacement cost, tank size, warranty, what it removes, setup, etc. — we’ll supply the Q&A copy).
• Working Shopify checkout with a one-off vs. subscribe (replacement filters) option at the point of purchase.
Out of scope
Blog, multi-language, building or managing the Amazon seller listing itself (we only need outbound links to it).
Ownership & access
We retain full admin ownership of the Shopify store. You’ll be added as a collaborator for the duration of the build.
Deliverables
• Live, working Shopify store matching the brief/mockup plus the additions above.
• 2 rounds of revisions included.
• 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support after go-live.
Skills required
Shopify theme development (Liquid), Shopify product/variant & subscription app setup, responsive/mobile-first CSS, basic on-page SEO, GA4/GTM installation, video embedding for web performance, GDPR cookie consent implementation. Experience with Amazon-linking (not full Amazon storefronts) is a plus.
To apply
Please share 2–3 live Shopify stores you’ve built, and confirm you’re comfortable building from a supplied brief and mockup rather than starting from a blank page. We’ll share the full brief and mockup file with shortlisted candidates.
ABOUT ME
I'm a South African coffee entrepreneur launching Storm Coffee—a premium single-origin Colombian coffee brand. I source ethically from Colombian farms and position my products as luxury, craft-focused coffee for discerning customers. I will expand into other single source beans later.
THE DESIGN CHALLENGE
I want to create distinctive, high-end packaging that sets me apart in a competitive market. The core concept: jaguar rosette patterns (the hollow-ring spots native to Colombian jaguars) as the primary design element, paired with sophisticated typography and premium finishes.
REFERENCE MOCKUP
I've attached a reference mockup showing the Medium Roast design direction. This demonstrates:
- The luxury aesthetic I'm targeting
- Jaguar rosette pattern placement and style
- Color palette (dark background + gold/bronze accents)
- Typography hierarchy and spacing
- Overall premium feel
I want your design to match this quality and vision—or improve upon it.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
✓ Packaging Design for TWO ROAST LEVELS:
- Medium Roast variant (matching the reference mockup aesthetic)
- Dark Roast variant (same brand identity, visually differentiated)
✓ Color palette featuring:
- Dark background (deep forest green, charcoal, or near-black)
- Jaguar rosette pattern as main visual
- Gold or bronze accents for Medium Roast
- Deeper copper/burnished tones for Dark Roast
- Distinct visual differentiation between roasts
✓ Professional, minimalist aesthetic that feels luxury & authentic
✓ Pattern repeats that work across multiple package sizes
✓ High-resolution mockups (front & back)
WHAT MAKES THIS SPECIAL
This isn't generic coffee branding. I'm connecting South African customers to Colombian origin and wildlife. Jaguar imagery creates authentic regional storytelling—celebrating both the craftsmanship of Colombian growers and the global reach of my South African business. Your design will help me build premium brand recognition and market positioning.
DELIVERABLES
- High-resolution mockups of package designs for BOTH roasts (front & back)
- Pattern asset files (scalable vector format)
- Design source files (AI/PSD)
- Color variations that distinguish medium from dark roast
- Brief brand style guide or design notes
IDEAL DESIGNER
- Experience with luxury/premium product packaging
- Strong portfolio in food/beverage branding (especially coffee)
- Can match or exceed the reference mockup quality
- Able to create cohesive designs across product variants
- Excellent at pattern & geometric design
- Communicative and open to feedback
TIMELINE
Completed designs within 1 month
BUDGET
[Your budget range]
IMPORTANT: Before bidding, review the attached Medium Roast mockup. Your design should match this quality and aesthetic. Then tell me:
- How you'd visually differentiate the Dark Roast variant
- Your experience with similar luxury packaging projects
- Your timeline and process
Let's create something bold that brings Colombian coffee to South African customers.

Hi, I’m running an Etsy shop for large framed canvases from 24x18 to 60x40 inches sizes.
What I need:
1. You must see this listing and make very similar mockup images in the same style but MUST NOT feel like we are copying, this is a reference of the style, quality and interior and consistency between the images. The composition must include must include similar interior style, same distance, angles and objects.
2. I need the same frames - white, black, natural, dark brown with the same depth and solid look like in the listing.
3. Must be exact same floating frame canvases and sizes
4. If you can’t deliver the same quality and style shown in the listing please do not apply
6-7 psd really good quality mockups with smart object for the designs that I will be placing on the canvas area. I need only 1 size - 60x40 like shown in the listing.
There must be different variations of angles for the frames (not only centered) but like shown in the listing - centered + angled view.
I want to create strong feeling of uniqueness and brand consistency in this shop and not feel like it’s another POD random shop.
Looking forward for your proposals and portfolio work of similar tasks!

We're looking for a conversion-focused landing page designer to redesign our existing landing page for a hair care brand targeting women with textured hair (3A-4C) in the US market.
The existing page (view mobile only): https://amylacosmetics.com/pages/gempage-axe-chebe-dry
What we need:
A full mobile-first Figma mockup of a redesigned landing page optimized for conversion. The page sells a $70 hair moisturizing set (The Chebe Set) and needs to follow CRO best practices — correct section order, persuasive copy, clear CTAs, and trust elements above the fold.

Examples of CVR improvements from past projects
Mobile-first design approach
Deliverable: Figma mockup ready for development (we handle implementation ourselves)
I'm looking for a creative designer to bring a fashion-editorial vision board concept to life for a seasonal fall campaign. Think mood board meets fashion lookbook — a stylish, collaged mix of food photography, color, and texture that feels curated rather than just "arranged."
Each board represents a different fall flavor (e.g., pumpkin, caramel), and I'd love a designer who can bring their own eye to the composition rather than following a rigid template — strong instincts for color, layout, and visual storytelling matter more to me than technical precision alone.
Scope:
* Design 6 vision board collages, each built around roughly 4 recipe photos plus supporting lifestyle/ingredient imagery, one per flavor
* A cohesive style across all 6 boards, but each with its own color mood reflecting its flavor
* A small flavor tag/label worked into each design
* I'll provide the photography — you bring the composition and creative direction
* One round of revisions per board included
Deliverables:
* Final flattened image files (JPG/PNG, high resolution) — one per flavor
* Raw/editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop)
To apply, please include:
* Portfolio samples showing moodboards, editorial layouts, or collage-style work — I care more about your eye than your tool proficiency
* Your estimated flat rate for all 6 boards
* Turnaround time

We are a personalized product e-commerce brand (customcooper.com) looking for a graphic designer to create Photoshop PSD mockup templates for our product listings on Etsy and Shopify.
What You’ll Do:
• Create PSD mockup templates for beach towels, blankets, and pajamas
• Each template must include a Smart Object layer so we can easily swap in our designs
• Templates should look like real lifestyle photography (not illustration)
• Deliver multiple background versions per product:
• Beach / outdoor setting
• Studio / flat lay
• Lifestyle (person holding or using product)
We have staged some changes but need to complete a final audit to make sure that nothing breaks. We are planning to move off the platform over the next six months, but for now we need your help to incorporate new graphics from our designer and new text from our product marketing manager.
Feel free to check out our current company website, www.getmajorly.com
I need a Designer who will create Mac, iPhone, and iPad mockups from a web project I did. So I provide a website link and want premium designed mockups of MacBooks where you see the website then so I can showcase them on my website.
Either I can provide the mockup templates or you have some.
We're launching the fourth batch, an on-demand 3D-printing service for growing product businesses.
We need a designer to create our visual identity and then design the complete website in Figma — polished, screen-by-screen, developer-ready — which we'll hand to a separate developer to build.
You will not be designing from a blank page. We have a full specification pack: the brand story, a conversion-ordered homepage architecture (13 sections, each with its purpose defined), a screen-by-screen customer experience walkthrough with draft UI copy, and clickable rough mockups of the key flows. Your job is to turn a well-defined plan into a beautiful, coherent design system — not to invent the strategy.
Stage 1 — Brand identity
- Logo suite (primary, stacked, standalone mark; mono + reversed for dark backgrounds; works as a favicon)
- Colour system built on our established direction: black canvas, vivid neon-green accent (#4EFB20), white type — you refine and complete the palette
- Typography system (web-licensable) and a short brand guidelines sheet
Stage 2 — Full website design in Figma
Every screen, desktop and mobile:
- Homepage — 13 sections per our conversion architecture (hero with dual CTAs + trust strip, proof numbers, problem, comparison, how-it-works, gallery, security, pricing, founder, sample kit, FAQ, roadmap, footer)
- Quote form — a 6-step upload-to-submit flow with a Simple/Advanced toggle (our clickable rough mockup shows exactly how it works)
- Customer portal screens — order list with status pills, order detail with a 5-stage progress chain, per-order message thread, files panel (note: the portal will be built in Softr, so these screens set the visual direction within a card/list layout rather than fully freeform)
- Supporting pages — pricing, security/trust page, sample kit page, about
- Transactional emails — quote, receipt, shipped (simple, on-brand templates)
Developer-ready handoff means:
- A tidy Figma file: components, auto-layout, colour/type styles as variables, consistent spacing
- Real copy in the designs (we supply draft copy — no lorem ipsum)
- Notes on hover/interaction states where relevant
- Exported asset pack (logo files, icons, favicon)
The look: high-tech, premium, dark. Reference for feel only (do not copy): futurefulfilment.com. Confident whitespace, rounded pill badges, soft dark cards, one neon accent used sparingly.
Must-haves:
- Portfolio with brand identity work (logos and systems, not just theming) and complete website UI projects
- Strong dark-theme design in your portfolio
- Fluent, organised Figma (we will look at file hygiene in the trial)
- Works to a brief; communicates clearly in writing
Nice-to-haves):
- You've designed for handoff to no-code platforms (Wix Studio, Webflow, Softr)
- SaaS, logistics, or manufacturing brands in your portfolio
How we'll work:
1. Paid trial first: two logo directions + one homepage hero concept
2. Fixed-price milestones (trial → identity → website design), paid on delivery — not hourly
3. All work and IP assigned to The Fourth Group; source files included
To apply:
Send (1) portfolio links, (2) one line on the dark-themed project you're proudest of and why, and (3) start your reply with the word "BATCH".
Applications without a portfolio will be skipped.
Share your rate and rough timeline for both stages. The full specification pack goes to shortlisted applicants.
Looking for an expert website designer to develop a 6 page website for my marketing agency. I am the face of my marketing agency, so the website has to feel personal, yet professional.
Content and copy/text will be provided, but you'll need to come up with the stunning design. I want an elevated design that captures attention and some animation elements through out the website (e.g. around the CTA, buttons, sections, etc.)
Website already exists, but it needs to be fully redesigned.
Total website pages: 6
Platform: Wordpress
Website needs to include lead generation, connected to Brevo (our CRM that collects emails)
Also must have a Calendly connection so people can book appointments.
Hosting is already set up. You will get access to all accounts needed in order to build the website.
Thank you for applying to this job.
Client's questions:
Please provide links to marketing agency websites you've built
Explain how you would go about creating the website for me.
Do you use Claude to build websites?
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
We run a children's soft play equipment rental business serving the NY/NJ metro area, and we're looking for a reliable graphic designer for an ongoing weekly engagement.
What you'll do each week:
- Design approximately 5 banners in Canva based on the requests we send you
- Prepare a client-facing docket (mockup/proof sheet) for each banner, showing the client how the finished banner will look, so they can review and approve the design
- Apply revision requests from clients and finalize the approved artwork
Occasional arch signs (roughly one every two weeks):
- In addition to the weekly banners, design an arch-shaped banner/header sign built precisely to the die-cut specifications and templates we provide — exact dimensions, cut lines, and safe zones must be followed
- This isn't every week, but the ability to work accurately to a die-cut spec is a firm requirement for this role
Weekly schedule (must be able to commit to this):
- Design requests are sent every Monday
- All banners and dockets must be finalized by Wednesday of the same week
- This repeats weekly — it's a stable, ongoing engagement, not a one-off project
Pay:
- Fixed $30 per week for the standard workload of about 5 dockets (covers up to 6; arch signs, when they come up, are included in this weekly scope)
- In busier weeks, the 7th docket and every docket after it is paid extra, per docket (rate to be agreed before you start)
- Paid weekly via Upwork milestones
You're a great fit if you:
- Are proficient in Canva (this is our working tool — non-negotiable)
- Have experience preparing artwork to die-cut / print specifications — you understand cut lines, bleed, and working within a supplied template (needed for the arch signs)
- Can create clean, client-ready mockups/proof dockets
- Are dependable with deadlines — the Monday-to-Wednesday turnaround is firm
- Communicate clearly and respond promptly during the Monday–Wednesday window (US Eastern Time)
To apply, please answer the screening questions and include 2–3 samples of banner or signage work (Canva links preferred).
We're looking for a long-term partner — if the first few weeks go well, this becomes a steady weekly gig with more work as we grow.
Client's questions:
Share 2–3 examples of banners or signage you've designed in Canva (links or attachments).
Have you prepared artwork to die-cut or print-cut specifications before? Briefly describe a project where you did.
Can you reliably commit to receiving requests on Monday and delivering finalized banners and dockets by Wednesday, every week? What timezone do you work in?
Describe how you would present a banner mockup/proof to a client for approval (tools, format, what you'd include).
"Recreate this logo as clean production-ready vector artwork. Do not redesign it. Preserve the proportions, typography, spacing, and composition while producing smooth Bézier curves and professional Illustrator files suitable for apparel production."
The project: We're building an onboarding/tutorial guide system for CurtainConnect, a web app, and want a mascot character named Cue — a friendly, gender-neutral spotlight character (round lens "face," soft-touch metal body, tripod base) who highlights parts of the UI and walks users through features, similar to a spotlight-and-beam guided tour.
I've attached our style reference/mockup, which includes the outline of color palette, expression range, turnaround views, and material notes.
Scope:
Finalize character art as clean, layered vector (based on our reference art), organized for rigging.
Rig in Rive with a named state machine exposing controllable inputs:
An expression state (idle, happy, thinking, pointing, encouraging, celebrating)
A beam/head rotation angle (ideally continuous rather than fixed positions, so we can aim the spotlight at arbitrary points on screen)
Character stays fixed in position on screen — only the head/beam rotates and expressions change (no full-body movement or walk cycle needed).
Deliverables:
Final .riv file
Editable Rive source project file (not just the compiled runtime export)
Brief documentation of the state machine's inputs/outputs for our developers, who'll integrate via Rive's React web runtime
What we'd love from you:
A rough quote and estimated timeline for the above scope
2–3 examples from your portfolio of rigged Rive characters with exposed state machine controls (rather than simple loop animations), if you have them handy
Happy to answer any questions about the reference art or scope. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I’m looking for a UI/UX designer to create a polished, clickable Figma prototype for an aerospace-focused application called Truth Teller.
The app is designed to help aerospace workers quickly search technical specifications, view relevant requirements, and navigate information connected to aerospace jobs and drawings.
I already have the concept, visual direction, feature requirements, screen ideas, and supporting documents prepared. The interface should have a modern, futuristic aerospace/HUD feel while remaining clean, professional, and easy to use.
CARBEX LAB is a growing pickleball accessories brand focused on paddle protection, care, and customization.
I’m looking for a designer to create a more distinctive visual identity, including:
* Custom logo and supporting marks
* Typography and font system
* Brand color palette
* Iconography style and initial icon set
* Practical usage guidelines
* Organized, editable source files
This should not be a generic logo package or template-based brand book. The goal is to create a focused visual system that can be used across Shopify, Amazon, packaging, advertising, social media, and future products.
The toolkit will primarily be used by the people working on CARBEX, so it needs to be practical and easy to follow. Core written standards, specifications, and asset descriptions should also be provided in an editable format for internal marketing systems and AI-assisted workflows.
Budget:** $300–$375 for this initial phase.
Please confirm that you can work within this range before applying.
There is a strong opportunity for ongoing work after this project, including packaging, website graphics, advertising assets, product-launch materials, and the development of a similar identity for another brand within the next two months.
Before applying, please take a few minutes to look up CARBEX LAB online. Applications that reference the current brand and include a rough idea, sketch, moodboard, or mockup of a possible direction will receive priority for interviews.
I’m not expecting completed identity work for free. I’m simply looking for enough thought and visual direction to understand how you approach the brand given you know nothing about it than this post, and the ones you'll find online.
Please include relevant examples of logo, typography, iconography, packaging, or brand-system work, along with your availability and expected turnaround.
Nostalgia Bait is looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team.
Our brand brings the iconic cartoons, anime, movies, and pop culture of the early 2000s into modern streetwear—creating graphics that feel nostalgic while remaining premium, wearable, and original.
I'm looking to take a step back from designing every graphic myself and instead focus my time on growing the business through marketing, operations, and manufacturing. Because of that, I'm looking for someone who can truly take ownership of the creative side of the brand.
This isn't a role where I'll be giving step-by-step direction every few minutes. I need someone who can understand the vision, make strong creative decisions independently, and keep the design process moving with confidence. Think of it as running the ship without the captain needing to steer every wave—I want someone I can trust to own the creative process while keeping the brand's identity consistent.
We're looking for a graphic designer not someone who simply places a logo or some text on a t-shirt and calls it a design. Every graphic we release is created with intent. We care about composition, typography, storytelling, texture, and the overall impact of a piece. We want someone who understands that great apparel graphics are built, not just assembled.
Collaboration is still a huge part of our creative process. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, refining concepts, and discussing ideas, but you should also be capable of bringing original concepts to the table rather than waiting for detailed instructions on every project.
What we're looking for:
* A strong portfolio of original graphic design work.
* Experience creating graphics specifically for apparel.
* Excellent understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to create bold, detailed, wearable graphics rather than simple logo or text-based designs.
* Passion for early 2000s cartoons, anime, movies, gaming, and pop culture.
* Ability to think creatively and work independently.
* Reliable communication and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Someone interested in becoming a long-term creative partner, not just completing one-off tasks.
To apply:
Please include examples of your best apparel graphics with your proposal. If you have work that fits a vintage, nostalgic, or streetwear aesthetic, we'd especially like to see it.
Please don't send generic logo placements, text-only shirt designs, or unrelated graphic work. We're specifically looking for designers who create thoughtful, high-quality graphics with a clear creative vision.
I've attached several of our recent designs so you can get a feel for our style and the level of quality we're looking for. If you'd like additional inspiration for the type of work we're after, take a look at brands like Hypland They do an excellent job of creating apparel that features strong, intentional graphics while still feeling clean, fashionable, and easy to wear casually. We're not looking to copy their work, but that balance between great artwork and wearable streetwear is exactly what we value.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership of the creative process and believes your work fits this style, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a UI designer to design the interface of a small internal web application (an admin-panel-style scheduling tool) in Figma. The development is already handled on our side (Next.js + shadcn/ui); we just need clean, well-structured designs ready to build from.
This is a focused, well-scoped project, not an open-ended exploration: we already have a close working reference to adapt from, so you're refining a proven structure onto a clean visual identity, not designing from a blank page.
What you'll design
- Around 9 core screens (dashboard, an interactive calendar, list/table views, detail pages, settings).
- A handful of modals (forms and a clear alert/warning state).
- A lightweight design system: color-coding, typography, buttons, tables, badges, tooltips, aligned with shadcn/ui.
- Most screens reuse the same few patterns (tables, forms, cards), so the effort concentrates on 2-3 core screens plus the system.
You're a great fit if you
- Have a strong portfolio of SaaS / dashboard / admin / internal-tool UI (please show examples).
- Design clean, data-dense interfaces that stay easy to read.
- Are fluent in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout) and can hand off build-ready files.
- Bonus: experience designing with or for shadcn/ui (or a similar component library / design token system).
Details
- Desktop only, light theme.
- Deliverable: a Figma file with the screens, modals, a small component library, and the color/typography system.
- We'll share the full brief and reference screenshots with shortlisted candidates.
To apply, please include
- 2-3 examples of SaaS/dashboard/admin UI you've designed (Figma links welcome).
- Your experience with shadcn/ui or similar component libraries.
- Your fixed price and timeline for the scope above (roughly 9 screens + modals + a small design system).
Looking forward to your proposal.

I've built about 85–90% of my one-page real estate website in Wix using a template. The basic structure, content, and images are already in place, but I need someone with a good eye for design to give it a more custom, professional look.
I'm looking for a Wix designer who can refine the layout, improve the overall appearance, and make sure the page feels polished rather than template-based.
What I Need
- Improve the spacing and alignment throughout the page
- Refine typography and section layouts
- Make the design look more custom and professional
- Improve the hero section if needed
- Ensure the page is fully responsive on mobile devices
- Test the contact form and buttons to make sure everything works properly
Requirements
- Experience designing websites in Wix
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of modern real estate website design
- Ability to complete the project quickly
This is a small project for someone who is comfortable working with existing Wix templates. If the final result is great, I'll have more website updates in the future.
My brand is an outdoor apparel brand inspired by hunting, fishing, western culture, and life outdoors. We are looking for a skilled graphic designer or illustrator to help refine, edit, and occasionally redraw artwork and product mockups.
We currently have several AI-generated designs that need professional improvements. Some may only require small corrections, while others may need to be partially or completely redrawn while keeping the original concept and style.
Client's questions:
What experience do you have preparing artwork for DTF printing, screen printing, embroidery, or laser engraving?
What is your typical turnaround time for a design that needs moderate cleanup or partial redrawing?
Do you have examples of outdoor, wildlife, western, or apparel designs you have created?

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to update the interface of Branchcast, a SaaS platform used by churches and ministries to publish and organize sermons, teaching content, posts, and related resources.
Our primary concern is improving the usability and visual hierarchy of the Branchcast admin console. We would also like recommendations and updated designs for the platform’s public-facing pages.
Proposals making heavy use of generative AI will not be considered.
Primary Project: Admin Console
The current admin interface is functional, but the layout feels underutilized and does not provide administrators with a clear, efficient workflow. We would like the designer to evaluate and improve:
• Overall navigation and information architecture
• Use of available screen space
• Dashboard layout and useful at-a-glance information
• Organization-level versus account-level navigation
• Visual hierarchy and consistency
• Responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Forms, tables, lists, filters, and common administrative workflows
• Empty states, notifications, breadcrumbs, and contextual actions
• Accessibility and general ease of use
The admin console is part of a Ruby on Rails application, so the final design should be realistic to implement using standard HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS-compatible components, and commonly available JavaScript interactions. We are not looking for an interface that depends on highly customized or animation-heavy frontend development.
Secondary Project: Public Pages
We are also interested in modernizing the public-facing pages where users browse sermons, posts, organizations, bookmarks, and other content.
For these pages, we would like to improve:
• Content presentation and readability
• Navigation and content discovery
• Sermon and post cards
• Typography and spacing
• Mobile responsiveness
• Branding consistency
• Calls to action
• The distinction between public content, authenticated features, and account navigation
Deliverables
We expect the project to include:
1. A UX review of the current admin console and public pages
2. Recommendations for improving navigation, workflows, and page structure
3. Updated high-fidelity designs for the primary admin screens
4. Updated designs or design recommendations for key public-facing screens
5. Responsive desktop and mobile layouts
6. A reusable component and style system
7. Developer-ready files in Figma, including component states, spacing, typography, and implementation notes
We would prefer to begin with the admin dashboard and navigation structure before expanding into individual screens.
Ideal Experience
The ideal designer will have experience with:
• SaaS administration interfaces
• Dashboard and application UX
• Information architecture
• Responsive web applications
• Design systems and reusable components
• Figma
• Working within the constraints of an existing application
• Collaborating directly with software developers
Experience designing products for churches, nonprofits, media publishing, podcasting, or content-management platforms would be helpful but is not required.
When Applying
Please include:
• Examples of SaaS dashboards or admin consoles you have designed
• Examples of responsive application design
• A brief explanation of how you approach improving an existing product rather than redesigning it without regard for current functionality
• Your estimated process, timeline, and availability
• Whether you provide developer handoff documentation and reusable Figma components
We will provide access to additional screenshots, existing workflows, and application requirements to the selected designer. The goal is not simply to make Branchcast look different; it is to make the product easier to understand, faster to use, and more consistent while retaining the existing Branchcast brand.

New Website Development – Travel Industry Experience Required
Fixed Price | Remote | Website completed in 1-3 months.
We're looking for an experienced web developer/company to build a completely new website for our business using Next.js and Sanity
Please include an overall Quote for this job.
This is NOT a redesign of our existing website.
Our current website (https://overlandirelandtours.com) is simply a reference to help you understand our business.
We want you to help us create a new website from the ground up, with a fresh approach to technology, user experience, content structure and performance. We already have our booking engine, so this project focuses on building the website and integrating with our existing booking platform rather than developing a booking system from scratch.
About Us
Overland Tours is an award-winning tour operator specialising in small group, private and self-drive tours.
Our website is our primary sales and marketing platform, so we're looking for someone who can help us build something exceptional.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with proven experience building high-quality travel or tourism websites.
We're open to WordPress, but we're also interested in hearing about alternative platforms if you believe they would better support our long-term goals. With AI now, website development is changing fast. We want our new website to be AEO and SEO strong.
We want someone who will recommend the best solution—not simply build what we ask for.
Our Goals
The new website should:
Have a premium, modern design.
Deliver an outstanding user experience on desktop and mobile.
Be built with strong technical SEO foundations.
Be optimised for AI search and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
Load quickly and achieve excellent Core Web Vitals.
Convert more visitors into enquiries and bookings.
Integrate with HubSpot and our booking platform.
Be easy for our marketing team to manage.
Be scalable as our business grows.
In Your Proposal, Please Include
If you have tourism experience - please use the word -TOURISTA at the top of your application.
Links to 3 travel or tourism websites you've built (do not apply if you do not have tourism experience).
Your specific role in each project.
The platform you would recommend for this project and a brief explanation of why.
Your estimated budget range and project timeline.
One improvement you would make to our current website after reviewing it.
We'd Love to Work With Someone Who
Has experience in the travel or tourism industry.
Thinks strategically and isn't afraid to challenge our ideas.
Understands modern SEO, AI search and website performance.
Communicates clearly and delivers high-quality work.
Please Don't Apply If
You're sending a generic copy-and-paste proposal.
You can't provide examples of live websites you've worked on.
You rely entirely on page builders without a clear technical reason.
You outsource all of your work without being transparent.
You don't have experience delivering professional business websites.
Important
To confirm you've read this job description in full, please start your proposal with the word: SHAMROCK. Applications that don't include this word won't be considered. We want you to send us a quote for this new website, please read the information above to create your quote. Please put the quote at the top of your application.
We look forward to seeing your work and hearing how you would approach this project.
Client's questions:
Must have experience of Sanity, Next.js - please post links of websites you have done using this?
We have hired a marketing company, and they have reviewed our website. We want to modify the website according to their recommendations. Attached is a mockup of an example we want to have the new website look like.
We are seeking a talented designer to create a premium coffee bag packaging design along with a 3D mockup. The design should be modern, elegant, and appealing to coffee lovers. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging design and 3D modeling to bring the concept to life. The project requires an intermediate level of proficiency and offers a part-time engagement over 1 to 3 months.

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI designer to redesign our existing website in Figma.
Our current website was built several years ago and no longer reflects the quality of our work. The layout feels outdated, the user experience could be improved, and we’d like a cleaner, more professional look that builds trust with potential customers.
This project is design only. We already have a developer who will build the website after the design is approved, so we’re looking for someone with strong experience creating developer-friendly Figma files.
Scope of Work:
Redesign the following pages:
- Home
- About Us
- Services
- Projects / Portfolio
- Contact
What We’d like to improve
- Modern, clean, and professional appearance
- Better visual hierarchy
- More engaging hero section
- Stronger call-to-action buttons (“Request a Free Estimate”)
- Consistent spacing and alignment
- Easy-to-read typography
- Improved iconography where appropriate
- Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
- Better organization of our services and project gallery
- Contact page that encourages visitors to reach out
Deliverables
- Editable Figma file
- Desktop designs for all 5 pages
- Mobile versions of all 5 pages
- Components and Auto Layout where appropriate
- Well-organized layers and naming for easy developer handoff
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
This is a branding project for a small environmental organization. We already have our logo and typography—we're looking for a designer to develop the rest of our visual identity.
We're specifically looking for someone who is Japanese or has a strong understanding of Japanese aesthetics and visual culture, with excellent illustration skills.
Deliverables:
- Complete visual identity system & brand guidelines
- Color palette and supporting graphic elements
- 10–15 custom illustrated icons inspired by traditional Japanese seal carvings/stamp art (handcrafted, textured, not stock icons – see attached reference)
- Homepage website mockup (design only)
- T-shirt graphic using the icon system
We're drawn to a modern interpretation of traditional Japanese aesthetics—such as washi paper textures, woodblock prints, ink, and seal carvings.
