We're a wellness brand built around mindful oral care — proven ingredients, feel-good formulas, and a full-body approach to health that starts with your smile. We're looking for an experienced Webflow designer to redesign our homepage using a strategy-led approach. The goal is a site that reflects our brand personality and converts more visitors into customers.
Project Overview
Design and build a new homepage in Webflow
Lead the design direction (no existing mockup — you'll help shape the look and feel)
Refine layout, brand styling, CTAs, and visual hierarchy
Mobile-optimised and clean, easy-to-edit build
Final delivery includes updated live site + editable Webflow layout
This is a focused homepage project with room to expand into other pages after launch.
Required Skills & Experience
Expert-level Webflow design and development
Strong homepage/landing page design sense
Portfolio with real Webflow homepage examples
Clear, responsive communication
We'd love to hear how you'd approach this project. Tell us whether you've designed from scratch without a starting mockup, how you typically tackle homepage redesigns when there's no existing design to work from, and if you're available to start within the next week. If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to see your portfolio and get started soon.

We're looking for an experienced Performance & Digital Marketing Specialist to become an ongoing extension of our marketing team.
We're a B2B SaaS company in the apparel technology space, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of our paid advertising programs while also supporting broader digital marketing initiatives that improve lead generation and online visibility.
This is not a one-off project. We're looking for a long-term partner who is analytical, proactive, and comfortable making strategic recommendations, not just executing tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta advertising campaigns
- Developing advertising strategy, budget recommendations, audience targeting, and ongoing performance optimization
- Providing weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with our marketing team on quarterly ad creative refreshes and campaign concepts
- Supporting SEO and AI search optimization initiatives
- Assisting with digital marketing projects such as backlink campaigns, HubSpot reporting and optimization, email marketing support, landing page recommendations, and other growth initiatives as needed
You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and in-house graphic designer, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience managing B2B SaaS advertising campaigns
Is comfortable owning budgets and making strategic optimization decisions
Understands demand generation and lead generation marketing
Has experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, HubSpot, and reporting tools
Stays current with changes in paid media, search, and AI-driven discovery
If you're someone who enjoys improving performance through testing, data, and continuous optimization, we'd love to hear from you.
Client's questions:
Describe your recent experience with similar projects
Hi, I am looking for a marketing specialist to help me launch my new CPA firm. I have one large client, but in order to get my business off the ground and quit my day job, I need help getting additional clients. I have a web domain and logo, but almost nothing else. I don't have too much budget to work with, but would love to come to an arrangement for a specialist to work for several hours a week/month, and scale as additional client are acquired.

OVERVIEW
We are launching a major trade book via Penguin Random House, and behind the launch sits a webinar funnel - so we need an experienced, efficient and strategic webinar funnel expert to help.
DETAILS
The funnel design, financial model, and weekly decision system are already built, and every platform is already in place - you simply need to build and run the machine. The ad budget starts at $1,500/week and scales to $10,000/week as results unlock it, so your work directly controls how fast this grows.
The funnel: Meta ads → free bonus chapter → a one-time offer for a free advance copy of the book (reader pays shipping only) bundled with a seat at my weekly live webinar → a $5k–$10k coaching program sold on booked calls.
The market: Paid ads drive email signups for a free bonus chapter. Before delivery, signups see a one-time offer - a free advance copy of the book months before launch (pay shipping only, fulfilled through our distributor's redemption page) plus a live webinar seat. Only people who take the book offer get the webinar link. I deliver the webinar live, weekly, 45 minutes; it invites viewers to book a sales call, and I close the calls.
The current stack: Kajabi (landing pages and email sequences), Zoom (live webinar, attendance reports), Meta Ads Manager. It is preferable for us to not require new platforms and no platform migrations - we'd rater work with what's in place (but can be convinced otherwise if the rationale is solid).
The rhythm: one live webinar per week, one budget decision per week, made from that week's numbers. Budget increases are unlocked by booked calls and closed sales - not by the calendar.
Working targets: cost per signup at or under ~$25 (published education-sector median is ~$21); 10–20% of signups taking the book offer; 50%+ live show-up; every step tracked from ad to sale.
Engagement: initial 90 days, extension on results. Estimate 10hrs/week - I review numbers weekly and decide fast.
DELIVERABLES
- Landing page, one-time-offer page, webinar confirmation flow, and call-booking form (plus a simple free booking tool if needed)
- Email sequences: chapter delivery, webinar show-up reminders, post-webinar replay and call-booking (text-message reminders only if show-up numbers later justify adding a lightweight tool)
- Signup flow connected end to end, including emails from Kajabi into Substack if possible
- Zoom webinar operations: registration links, reminder timing, attendance reports feeding the weekly numbers
- Tracking: Meta pixel on every page, clean UTM naming, and reporting connected through to booked calls and sales - plus your recommendations where the platforms limit what's trackable
- Meta campaigns: structure, audiences, 3–4 creative tests per cycle, weekly optimization
- A weekly scorecard (spend → signups → book claims → attendance → calls → sales) with a short written diagnosis: what the constraint is and what you're changing
- Conversion of the best live recording into an evergreen on-demand version
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE + QUALITIES
- Built and run at least two webinar or high-ticket call funnels end to end, with numbers you can show (cost per lead, show-up rate, cost per booked call) — not just page designs
- Hands-on Meta ads management within the last 12 months; you read CPM/CTR/CPC/CPL as one connected chain, not four separate numbers
- Kajabi (or similar) proficiency, or strong experience on an equivalent platform plus the ability to be fluent in Kajabi within a week
- Email deliverability fundamentals (domain setup, warm-up, list hygiene)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE + QUALITIES
- Free-plus-shipping or physical-product bridge offers
- Book launches or author funnels
- High-ticket coaching or consulting funnels with a sales-call step
- Connecting platforms cleanly (Zapier or similar) when two tools don't talk natively
- Converting live webinars to evergreen/on-demand
- Direct-response copywriting for pages and emails
APPLICATIONS
Start your application with the word PRESSURE so we know you read the whole post. Then answer these four questions:
1. Can you describe one webinar or call funnel you ran that's most similar to ours? Include the offer, price point, cost per lead, registration-to-attendance rate, and cost per booked call (ranges are fine)
2. Hypothetically, if CPM and CTR are normal, but cost per lead is running at double target. Where do you look first, and why?
3. Hypothetically, if show-up rate is 35%, what are the first two changes you make?
4. Can you share an example of your weekly reporting format?
5. What is your proposed pricing structure (retainer, build fee plus retainer, or retainer plus commission)?

I'm looking for one freelancer who can own the day-to-day marketing of this project — plan and run the paid campaigns, write the copy, and produce and publish native content for each social network. This is a hands-on doer role, not a strategy-deck role. I need someone who takes the project off my desk, not someone I have to manage.
What you'll own
1. Campaign management
Build, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (Search + YouTube), and TikTok where relevant. Audience building and segmentation (developers, contractors, architects, real estate agents, suppliers, municipal and government), lead-gen forms, retargeting, A/B testing, budget pacing, clean UTM tagging, and a weekly performance report. Leads land in our CRM — you own attribution being readable.
2. Copywriting
Landing page copy, multiple ad variants per campaign, email and newsletter, WhatsApp broadcast messages, speaker and panel announcements, registration-push sequences, and sponsor-facing materials.
3. Social — per network, natively
A real content calendar, not one post cross-posted five times:
LinkedIn — B2B authority content, speaker spotlights, panel teasers
Facebook — community, event page, industry groups
Instagram — Reels, carousels, stories, behind-the-scenes
TikTok / YouTube Shorts — short vertical cuts from event footage and speaker clips
YouTube — session recordings, trailers, recap films
Includes light editing of supplied video and photo assets into per-platform cuts.
4. Project coordination
Maintain a shared content calendar, hit the countdown milestones toward December, flag what you need from us (assets, approvals, speaker details) early, and send one written weekly update.
Requirements
3+ years running paid social campaigns with real budget responsibility. Show me accounts and results, not certificates.
Native or fully fluent Hebrew writing. The primary audience is Israeli B2B — the copy has to read like an Israeli wrote it, not like a translation. Strong English as well, for the site's English version and the international audience.
Proven B2B or event/conference marketing experience. Real estate, construction or professional-conference background is a strong plus.
Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and a scheduling tool (Meta Business Suite / Buffer / Later).
Can produce publish-ready creative — you're not a full designer, but you can cut a Reel, resize and caption a graphic in Canva / CapCut / Figma, and have it look sharp.
Understand RTL and Hebrew typography — Hebrew that breaks, reverses or gets clipped inside a graphic is an automatic reject.
Overlap with Israel business hours and fast on WhatsApp/Slack.
Nice to have
Video editing (Premiere / CapCut), marketing automation, sponsor and exhibitor communications, basic SEO, experience working inside a client CRM, familiarity with the Israeli real estate market.
What you get from us
A full brand book and logo pack, an existing asset library (event photography, video, 114 sponsor logos, 23 professional speaker headshots), a live bilingual conference site we build and maintain (eilat.building.org.il), a CRM that captures the leads, and fast approvals. You bring the plan and the execution.
Engagement
We start with a paid test task — one campaign brief plus three sample posts for three different networks, in Hebrew ([X hours / $X fixed]). If it's a fit, we move to an ongoing retainer of roughly [15–25] hours/week through December 2026, with real potential to continue into the organization's other projects (additional conferences, a professional college, industry events).
To apply, answer these
Link to 2–3 campaigns you personally ran — audience, budget, and outcome (leads / CPL / registrations — not impressions).
Write 2 short Hebrew ad variants (max 30 words each) for this conference, targeting a real estate developer.
Which network would you prioritize for this audience, and why?
Your weekly availability and your monthly rate.
The tools you actually work in day to day.
Please don't send a generic proposal. Applications without the Hebrew writing sample won't be reviewed.
I’m looking for a WordPress designer to rebuild and modernise my company website, Meridianis Consultants.

The proposed structure is:

Contact
I will provide the final wording, images, logos, sitemap, visual references and page-by-page content. I need someone to handle the design, page layouts, responsive setup, navigation, contact form, staging build and final migration.
I would prefer the site to be built using Elementor or another modern WordPress system that I can easily edit myself afterward. I do not want the existing rigid custom theme to be reused or simply patched.
Could you please let me know:
whether this is a project you would be interested in;
which WordPress theme or builder you would recommend;
your approximate fixed price;
your estimated completion time;
whether staging, mobile optimisation and migration are included;
whether you provide basic editing instructions after completion.
Please also send me two or three examples of similar corporate WordPress websites that you personally designed.

Full-Service B2B Advertising Agency Needed for Promotional Products Company
About Us
We are an established promotional products and branded merchandise company serving businesses across Canada and the United States.
We help companies source and produce custom apparel, employee gifts, client gifts, event merchandise, uniforms, promotional products, company stores, trade show materials, and complete branded merchandise programs.
We are looking for an experienced advertising and marketing agency to help us increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, book sales appointments, and build a scalable customer-acquisition system.
This is not a project for someone who only knows how to launch basic ad campaigns. We are looking for a strategic agency that can take ownership of the entire marketing process—from strategy and creative development to campaign management, lead generation, tracking, and ongoing optimization.
Primary Objectives
The agency will help us:
* Generate qualified B2B leads
* Book appointments with potential clients
* Increase awareness of Tri-Versa-Global
* Promote specific products, services, and seasonal campaigns
* Build a predictable and scalable customer-acquisition system
* Improve our online presence and marketing materials
* Develop stronger positioning, messaging, and advertising creative
* Retarget website visitors and previous prospects
* Convert leads into real sales opportunities
Target Audience
Our customers are businesses and organizations that purchase branded merchandise, including:
* Marketing departments
* Human resources and people teams
* Event and conference teams
* Procurement departments
* Office managers
* Sales teams
* Operations teams
* Business owners and executives
Potential target industries include:
* Manufacturing
* Construction
* Automotive and motorsports
* Technology
* Financial services
* Professional services
* Restaurant and hospitality groups
* Franchises
* Healthcare
* Education
* Real estate
* Associations and nonprofit organizations
We are primarily interested in companies with recurring or high-value promotional product needs, rather than individuals looking to purchase a few inexpensive items.
Scope of Work
The selected agency should be able to manage most or all of the following:
- Marketing Strategy
* Audit our existing website, brand, marketing materials, and online presence
* Develop a complete B2B marketing and advertising strategy
* Identify the best customer segments, industries, geographic markets, and offers
* Develop campaign concepts for both ongoing and seasonal advertising
* Recommend the most effective marketing channels
* Help refine our value proposition and brand positioning
- Paid Advertising
Create, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across relevant platforms, which may include:
* Google Search Ads
* Google Display and remarketing
* LinkedIn Ads
* Meta Ads
* YouTube Ads
* Microsoft Ads
* Other recommended B2B advertising platforms
We expect the agency to recommend the right channel mix based on our budget, target audience, and sales cycle.
Creative Development
* Develop campaign concepts and advertising angles
* Write ad copy, headlines, offers, and calls to action
* Design static ads, carousels, landing-page graphics, and other campaign assets
* Produce or coordinate short-form video advertisements where appropriate
* Create product-focused, industry-focused, and use-case-focused campaigns
* Develop creative that feels professional, modern, premium, and appropriate for a B2B audience
Lead Generation
* Build campaigns designed to generate qualified business inquiries
* Create lead magnets, offers, product guides, sample-kit offers, or consultation campaigns
* Develop outbound and inbound lead-generation strategies
* Build lead qualification processes
* Help filter out low-quality, consumer, or very small-quantity inquiries
* Create systems for booking qualified appointments with our sales team
Landing Pages and Conversion Optimization
* Recommend or create campaign-specific landing pages
* Improve messaging, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths
* Ensure landing pages are optimized for mobile and desktop
* Conduct ongoing conversion-rate testing
* Improve the transition from advertisement to inquiry or booked meeting
Email and Lead Nurturing
* Create automated follow-up sequences
* Develop email campaigns for new leads, past clients, and inactive prospects
* Build nurturing campaigns for leads who are not ready to purchase immediately
* Help organize leads based on industry, interest, company size, and buying intent
* Support CRM integration and lead tracking
#Appointment Setting
The ideal agency can also assist with:
* Lead follow-up
* Appointment qualification
* Calendar booking
* Outreach sequences
* Sales-development support
* Identifying and targeting high-value accounts
Please explain whether appointment setting would be handled by your internal team, a partner, or an automated system.
Analytics and Reporting
* Set up accurate conversion tracking
* Track form submissions, calls, booked meetings, opportunities, and sales
* Connect advertising data with our CRM where possible
* Provide clear reporting on campaign performance
* Report on cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, cost per appointment, and return on ad spend
* Hold regular strategy and performance meetings
* Continuously test and optimize campaigns
We are not interested in reports that focus only on impressions, clicks, or website traffic. We care primarily about qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
Potential Campaign Categories
Campaigns may focus on services and use cases such as:
* Has proven experience marketing B2B services
* Understands longer and more complex B2B sales cycles
* Has experience generating qualified leads rather than just traffic
* Can manage strategy, advertising, creative, landing pages, and lead nurturing
* Understands Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting
* Can demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns
* Is comfortable working with high-value and recurring business accounts
* Provides proactive recommendations instead of waiting for instructions
* Communicates clearly and responds promptly
* Is willing to learn our business, products, customers, margins, and sales process
* Can test different industries, markets, offers, and campaign angles
* Is transparent about pricing, ad spend, results, and performance
Experience with promotional products, branded merchandise, corporate gifting, print, apparel, events, manufacturing, distributors, or other B2B service companies would be a major advantage.
What We Do Not Want
Please do not apply if you:
* Only provide social media posting
* Focus primarily on followers, likes, or engagement
* Use the same advertising strategy for every client
* Cannot provide examples of B2B lead-generation results
* Outsource all work without transparency
* Require us to provide every strategy, concept, and piece of copy
* Measure success only through clicks and impressions
* Cannot assist with tracking leads through the sales process
Initial Deliverables
The first phase of the engagement will likely include:
1. Review of our business, website, current marketing, and sales process
2. Competitive and target-market research
3. Recommended marketing and advertising strategy
4. Campaign plan and budget allocation
5. Tracking and analytics setup
6. Development of initial campaign offers and creative
7. Landing-page recommendations or creation
8. Launch of the initial advertising campaigns
9. Lead-nurturing and follow-up process
10. Weekly optimization and performance reporting
Engagement Structure
We are open to:
* A monthly agency retainer
* A fixed-price initial strategy and launch project followed by a monthly retainer
* A combination of management fees and performance incentives
Advertising spend will be separate from agency fees.
Please provide your recommended engagement structure and explain what is included in your pricing.
We are looking for a long-term agency partner if the initial engagement produces strong results.
How to Apply
Please include the following in your proposal:
1. A brief introduction to your agency and the team that would work on our account
2. Examples of B2B advertising or lead-generation campaigns you have managed
3. Specific results, including cost per lead, appointments generated, and revenue where available
4. The platforms and services you recommend for our company
5. How you would approach marketing a promotional products company
6. How you qualify leads and prevent low-quality inquiries
7. Whether you provide creative production, landing pages, email automation, and appointment setting
8. Your proposed monthly fee or project structure
9. Your recommended starting advertising budget
10. Your communication and reporting process
11. The expected timeline for strategy development and campaign launch
Please begin your proposal with the phrase **“B2B MERCH GROWTH”** so we know you have read the full posting.
Generic or automated proposals will not be considered.
Client's questions:
Which parts of the campaign would your agency handle directly, including strategy, ad creative, landing pages, email follow-up, CRM integration, and appointment setting?
Based on our business, which advertising platforms, target audiences, and campaign offers would you test first, and why?
Describe a B2B lead-generation campaign you managed. What was the ad spend, cost per qualified lead, number of appointments generated, and final business results?

I run a 7-figure local service business (junk removal / light demo in Tampa, FL). I’m decent with ads, but I inherited a Meta campaign from a previous agency that is a mess under the hood.
What I need right now is **a coach, not an agency**.
### Current situation
- Existing Meta campaigns built by a past agency
- Using **lead forms** today, but I also have a **proven landing page** that converts on Google Ads
- Conversion tracking / notifications are wrong or missing
- I’m not confident in my Events Manager, pixel/CAPI, or which events are firing where
- I want to be the in-house “media buyer” for our company, but I want an expert guiding me
### What I want from you
1. **Live 1:1 coaching & troubleshooting**
- 60–90 minute Zoom calls (screen share)
- You walk me through:
- Auditing current campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Auditing events, pixel/CAPI, and conversion setup
- Deciding when to use **Lead Form** vs **Website Conversion** for a local service
- I can't provide cloning or replication instructions.igrating from lead forms to landing page objective** (or validating why we should stay on lead forms)
- Making sure:
- The right **primary conversion** is set (calls / form fills / booked jobs)
- Events are de-duped and firing correctly
- I get accurate, timely lead notifications
2. **Simple, repeatable framework**
- Clean naming / structure so I can operate this like a pro
- Clear rules for:
- Campaign objectives by funnel stage
- Budget and bidding logic for local lead gen
- Testing new creatives / hooks without breaking what works
3. **Ongoing coaching (light)**
- After the initial fixes, periodic calls to:
- Review performance
- Plan new tests
- Help me interpret data and know what to change next
### Who you are
Please only apply if ALL of this are true:
- 3–5+ years running **Meta ads for local service businesses** (home services, trades, etc.)
- You’ve personally managed accounts spending **mid 4-figs+/month** on Meta
- You can show **before/after** improvements in:
- Cost per lead
- Lead quality (not just volume)
- You are strong at **tracking & Events Manager** (pixel, CAPI, custom conversions, standard events)
- You’re willing to **teach while you work**, not just click around silently
- You can speak in **plain English**, not platform jargon
### How we’ll measure success (first 30–60 days)
- Clean, reliable conversion tracking on the **right events**
- Clear decision + implementation on **Lead Form vs Landing Page** (or a hybrid that makes sense)
- I can explain our account structure, events, and reporting back to you on a whiteboard
- Cost per qualified lead trending in the right direction
### How to apply (follow this or you’ll be skipped)
Start your proposal with: **META JUNK COACH**
Then answer in bullets:
1. 2 examples of local service accounts you’ve run (blurred is fine) and the results you got.
2. A short example of where you switched from lead forms → landing page (or vice versa), what you changed, and the impact on CPL/lead quality.
3. Your hourly rate and typical call length.
4. Your time zone and usual availability.
This is a **coaching-first** role. If you blow me away, there’s room for ongoing advisory and some done-for-you build work. I want to become dangerous in Meta ads, not outsource my brain.

We're a digital agency in Israel handling the marketing for the Israeli Building Center (מרכז הבנייה הישראלי) — a 50+ year old industry body serving Israel's construction and real estate sector — and its flagship annual event, the Eilat Real Estate City Conference (December 15–17, 2026, Dan Eilat Hotel: 3 days, 5 halls, 30 panels, 250+ leading real estate companies, 23+ key speakers).

Our content is already prepared, so the focus is on improving the overall layout, user experience, navigation, and visual presentation while keeping the site fast and easy to use.
The project includes redesigning our current Squarespace 7.1 website, refining typography and spacing, improving page structure and navigation, optimizing the experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and enhancing page speed and basic SEO. Experience with Fluid Engine is required, and familiarity with custom CSS, landing pages, ecommerce, Acuity Scheduling, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console is a plus.
We expect a polished, responsive website with a professional look, improved usability, and strong performance across all devices.
If you apply, please share examples of Squarespace websites you have redesigned and tell us how you approach improving user experience and conversions while maintaining a clean, on brand design.

We’re looking for a Shopify Conversion Designer to support us on a monthly contract basis.

What you’ll do
Design branded reusable templates for Shopify and funnel-related assets
Create templates for:
Opt-in pages
Confirmation pages
Similar conversion-focused pages and assets
Build layouts that are designed to support conversion
Set templates up so graphics and copy can be swapped easily
Help create a repeatable design system so new pages can be launched quickly
What we’re looking for
Strong design instincts
Experience designing high-converting Shopify pages
Clear understanding of conversion-focused layout and UX
Ability to create flexible template systems, not just one-off designs
Nice to have
Experience with digital marketing funnels
Experience designing assets that balance brand and performance
Role structure
Contract role
Monthly retainer preferred over project-by-project work
Flexible scope based on current design needs
Lead generation for a start up pressure/jet/power washing service business for driveways and patios.
• Social media: Create and schedule thumb-stopping posts and paid ads tailored to British audiences, optimised for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Clear CTAs should steer prospects toward gated content or enquiry forms.
• Email marketing: Map out a short, persuasive nurture sequence for new opt-ins, plus a re-engagement blast for my dormant list. I’ll supply the brand voice guidelines; I’ll count on you for subject-line A/B tests, segmentation logic and deliverability best practice.
• SEM: Build and manage Google Ads campaigns with tightly themed ad groups, compelling copy and conversion-focused landing pages. Keyword research must reflect UK search behaviour and local nuances.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Channel-by-channel strategy deck summarising goals, audiences, budgets and KPIs.
2. Creative assets and copy ready for deployment (graphics, ad text, email templates, landing-page wireframes).
3. Campaign setup inside the relevant platforms with conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager configured.
4. Weekly performance report covering impressions, clicks, CPL and next-step recommendations.
Success looks like a steady stream of qualified consumer leads at a competitive cost per lead, backed by transparent metrics I can share with stakeholders. Let me know your proposed timeline, past UK-focused wins and any questions you need answered before kickoff.

I am looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to help plan, structure and launch paid acquisition for a new community teaching people how to build, sell and deliver AI agent services to businesses.
The audience includes aspiring founders, freelancers, consultants, developers and early-stage agency owners.
The most important part of this project is setting up the campaign correctly for the best chance of success. I need someone who knows how to structure the campaigns, ad sets, audiences, ads, budgets, placements, optimisation events and testing process—not simply someone who can operate Ads Manager.
## How We Will Work
The initial engagement will be a paid **two-to-three-hour Zoom working session**.
We will build the campaign together through screen sharing. During the call, you will explain and implement:
* The campaign structure you recommend
* How many campaigns, ad sets and ads to launch
* Which campaign objective and conversion event to use
* How audiences should be separated or combined
* Whether to use broad, interest-based, custom or lookalike audiences
* How budget should be allocated
* Whether to use campaign or ad-set budget optimisation
* Which placements and optimisation settings to use
* How many creative angles and variations to test
* How to avoid spreading the budget too thinly
* When to pause, replace or scale ads
You should be able to explain why your proposed structure gives the campaign the best chance of generating useful data and successful results.
The campaign will be built live inside accounts owned by my business.
## Initial Scope
During the session, we will:
* Review the offer, audience and landing page
* Decide what we should advertise first
* Choose the acquisition funnel and conversion event
* Review tracking and attribution
* Design the campaign, ad-set and ad structure
* Define the audience and creative-testing plan
* Build the first campaign together
* Agree on budget, launch settings and optimisation rules
The selected freelancer will receive the full business and brand details before the session.
## Experience Required
You should have strong hands-on experience with Meta campaigns for some of the following:
* Communities or memberships
* Online education
* Entrepreneurship or agency audiences
* B2B services
* SaaS, technology or AI offers
* Webinars, lead magnets or paid acquisition funnels
Experience with large budgets is useful, but I care more about relevant results, campaign-structure expertise, strategic thinking and your ability to explain your decisions.
Our advertising must be credible. We will not use guaranteed income claims, fake urgency, misleading earnings screenshots or “get rich with AI” messaging.
## Please Answer These Questions
### 1. Relevant experience
Describe the two campaigns you have managed that are most relevant.
For each, include:
* Offer and audience
* Campaign structure
* Funnel and objective
* Approximate spend
* Key results
* Your role
* What you learned
You may anonymise clients.
### 2. Proposed campaign setup
Based on the information in this post, explain how you would initially structure the Meta campaign.
Include:
* Number of campaigns
* Campaign objectives
* Number and purpose of the ad sets
* Audience structure
* Campaign budget versus ad-set budget
* Number of ads per ad set
* Creative formats and angles
* Placement strategy
* Conversion event
* Initial testing budget
* How long you would let the test run
* Your rules for pausing, changing or scaling
I understand that your final recommendation may change after seeing the full business. I want enough detail to assess whether you genuinely understand campaign architecture.
### 3. Funnel recommendation
Would you initially advertise the community directly or use a lead magnet, webinar, free training or another entry point?
Briefly explain what you would test first and why.
### 4. Creative strategy
Give three genuinely different advertising angles you would test.
Suppose the ads generate strong click-through rates and inexpensive landing-page visits, but very few registrations.
What would you investigate first, and in what order?
### 6. Meta policy
What are the main policy risks when advertising an opportunity to start an AI service business, and how would you keep the campaign persuasive without exaggerated earnings claims?
### 7. Working session
Confirm that you are comfortable:
* Working live over Zoom
* Sharing your screen
* Explaining every major setup decision
* Building the campaigns, ad sets and ads inside my accounts
* Answering questions throughout the implementation
* Allowing the session to be recorded for internal reference
Also state what preparation you would complete before the call.
## Project Details
* Platform: Meta Ads Manager
* Initial engagement: Paid two-to-three-hour working session
* Scope: Strategy, tracking review and complete initial campaign build
* Potential follow-on: Ongoing optimisation and campaign management
Please include your fixed fee for the initial engagement, availability and rate for possible ongoing work.
Generic proposals that do not explain how you would structure the campaign will not be considered.
I need a home and 4 sections (about us, product, industries and success cases).
I already have a brand book and a development team.
I want someone to make a great designs including interesting transitions, i don't want the web to be flat, I want it to have movement.

YisAbility is a Texas Workforce Commission-approved vocational rehabilitation provider serving individuals with disabilities, families, TWC counselors, and employers.
I have already started the website in Wix. The Home page is approximately 80–90% complete and needs professional refinement, including layout, spacing, branding, logo placement, contact information, calls-to-action, and mobile presentation.
I currently prefer Wix because I want an easy-to-manage platform where I can make routine updates myself. I am open to a different platform only if the professional clearly explains the benefits, total cost, ongoing maintenance requirements, and how I can make simple edits without depending on a developer.
The selected professional should first review the existing Wix site and recommend the most efficient approach.
The remaining website should include approximately these pages:
Home
About YisAbility
Services
For TWC Counselors
For Employers
For Individuals & Families
Contact
Referral / Lead Capture
The website should:
Clearly explain who YisAbility is and the employment services we provide
Build credibility with TWC counselors, individuals, families, and employers
Create a consistent professional design across all pages
Include clear navigation and calls-to-action
Include functional contact and referral forms
Be optimized for desktop and mobile
Include basic on-page SEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and search visibility settings
Use updated YisAbility branding, logo, email addresses, phone number, and contact information
Remain fully editable by me after completion
I can provide the company information, service details, logo, branding direction, and existing Home-page content. Light editing and organization of the content are expected, but this is not intended to be a full custom-copywriting project.
All work must remain in my existing Wix account. I must retain full ownership and administrative access. No ongoing monthly marketing or maintenance agreement is required.
Preferred completion timeline is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on availability and the agreed scope.
The posted $1,200 budget is an initial fixed-price estimate and may be negotiated based on portfolio quality, final scope, and services included.
Please include:
Examples of Wix business websites you personally designed
Your recommended approach to my existing site
The exact pages and services included in your proposal
Your fixed total price
Estimated completion timeline
Number of revision rounds included
Confirmation that mobile optimization, forms, basic SEO, testing, and handoff are included
Experience with healthcare, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, education, nonprofit organizations, government contractors, or other professional service companies is preferred.
Client's questions:
Based on the project description, would you complete the existing Wix site or recommend another platform? Briefly explain why.
State your fixed price, estimated timeline, revision rounds, and confirm whether mobile optimization, forms, basic SEO, testing, and handoff are included.
Describe your recent experience with similar Wix or professional service websites and provide 2–3 portfolio links.
Include a link to your GitHub profile and/or website

We are building Gymfluence, an early-stage health and fitness startup focused on real human nutrition coaching.
We are looking for a hands-on content marketer who can help us find the right message and turn it into finished marketing content. You should be comfortable moving between strategy, copywriting, interviews, campaigns, social content, and video concepts.
This is an ongoing role for someone who enjoys startup work: taking ownership, working with incomplete information, moving quickly, and improving the work through feedback.
What you will help us with
Clarify our positioning, key messages, and brand voice
Write and improve website and landing-page copy
Develop content themes and campaign ideas
Create organic social content and founder-led posts
Write email campaigns, onboarding emails, and newsletters
Develop short-form video concepts, hooks, and scripts
Interview founders, coaches, and customers, then turn those conversations into useful content
Repurpose one strong idea into posts, emails, articles, scripts, and website copy
Build a practical content calendar and help us decide what to create first
Brief and collaborate with designers or video editors when needed
Ideally create simple visual content yourself using tools such as Canva or Figma
Who we are looking for
You may be a good fit if you:
Have a strong portfolio of marketing content and conversion copy
Can think strategically and still produce the finished work yourself
Have worked with startups or founder-led companies
Know how to make a new product easy to understand
Can interview people and find the useful story behind what they say
Write clear, natural English without generic marketing language
Work independently and communicate well
Balance quality with the speed an early-stage startup requires
Have experience in health, fitness, wellness, coaching, or consumer technology
We care more about the quality of your thinking and work than a specific job title.
Initial paid trial
We would like to begin with a small paid project. This may include:
A discovery interview with the founder
A review of our current website and messaging
A rewrite of one important page or section
Three content concepts, with one developed into a finished piece
Your recommended content priorities for the next 30 days
If the trial goes well, we want to continue with an ongoing engagement.
How to apply
Please include:
Two or three relevant examples of your work
A short explanation of what you personally contributed to each example
An example of a time you helped a startup clarify its message
What you can produce yourself and where you normally need design or editing support
Your availability and hourly rate
A short, specific application is better than a long generic cover letter.

Bonus: Share your first campaign idea for selling seats to a London Afrobeats concert.

Please provide links to 2–3 marketing campaigns, Meta ads, landing pages or brands you have personally worked on

Looking for an experienced UI/UX designer that can help improve a data annotation company marketing page that will serve as the blueprint for future product marketing growth and web presence in the form of blogs and case studies. Very light guidelines will be provided, so the designer has the creative freedom to paint the right story for the company. Looking for a relatively minimalist but distinct and polished feel. Any SEO experience would be a great bonus.
I'm looking for a personal website that introduces me and shows all the different products and services I offer as well as all my different social media channel.
similar the website of Steven Bartlett, without the personal history https://stevenbartlett.com/
and in my personal branding style (I'll provide guideline etc.)
I'll provide Photos of me later (photoshooting is by the end of the month).
Wordpress or if you recommend other services.
In tha attached file I have a high level script of my content. But it's not visually as I would imagine it. It should be closer to how Steven Bartlett does it.
I’m ready to commission a clean, responsive academic website modelled after https://www.anhluongtran.com/. The core pages I need are Biography, Publications, Courses, and Contact Information. Each publication and course entry should link out to the relevant paper, syllabus, or repository so visitors can reach the source material in one click—no comment sections or search boxes required, just straightforward outbound links.
Visual tone should remain minimalist and scholarly: generous white space, legible typography, and a layout that adapts gracefully to desktop, tablet, and mobile. I have content drafts in Word and PDF; you’ll handle converting them to web-ready copy, images, and hyperlinks.
Scope
• Design & build of the four sections above, plus a simple home/landing page.
• Implement navigation and anchor links for all publications and course items.
• Basic on-page SEO (semantic headers, meta tags).
• Final delivery as a lightweight static site or a simple CMS (WordPress or Hugo are fine; advise on the faster path).
• Handover must include source files and a brief guide so I can add new papers or courses myself.
Please include in your proposal:
1. Estimated timeline from kickoff to launch.
2. Fixed price or milestone breakdown (design, build, revisions, handover).
3. Any similar academic sites you’ve produced.
I’m keen to get started as soon as we agree on schedule and cost—looking forward to your ideas.

Note:
Quali strumenti AI utilizzi abitualmente.

I'm looking for a skilled video editor, native Italian speaker or with perfect command of Italian, to produce a promotional video.
The video will be used both as ad creative for campaigns and as the main video on a landing page, so it needs to be polished, professional, and able to grab attention in the first few seconds.
I'll provide a detailed brief with content, tone, and the goal of the video.
What I need specifically:
The same video delivered in two versions:
One version built with the help of artificial intelligence (AI-generated scenes, avatars, images, or elements depending on what the project requires).
One version made with stock footage, stock video, or similar material.
Requirements:
Excellent command of Italian (written and spoken) — essential for understanding the brief and handling any on-screen text/subtitles.
Proven experience editing advertising or landing page videos (please attach a portfolio or samples).
Solid, hands-on skills using AI tools for video creation.
Ability to work from a brief and contribute ideas, not just execute.
Notes:
This is a single video for now, but if the collaboration goes well, there's a real possibility of working together on an ongoing basis.
In your application, please tell me:
A couple of examples of similar work (especially ad videos or projects using AI).
Which AI tools you typically use.
Rough delivery time for a project like this.
We are a small health and wellness company based in Kuwait https://www.qawam.center/, launching a new online cohort-course program.
We are looking for an experienced landing page designer/developer to create a professional, modern and conversion-focused landing page for our upcoming 4-week online Sleep Cohort Course.
We already have the course, branding, messaging, and most of the content prepared. We need someone who can turn this information into a clear, visually strong landing page that converts visitors into registrations/leads and ultimately course participants.
The course
The course is a 4-week online program focused on improving sleep through practical work around sleep habits, circadian rhythm, light exposure, nervous-system regulation, breathing, nutrition, and related factors.
The program includes:
4 live online sessions
Practical protocols
Tracking sheets
Assignments
Course support
Access to course materials/recordings
Scope of work
Your responsibility will be only the landing page.
We need you to:
1. Landing page structure
Create a logical conversion-focused page structure covering areas such as:
Hero section
Course promise / main outcome
Who the course is for
The problem participants are experiencing
What they will learn
Course structure / 4-week journey
What is included
Practitioner credibility
Testimonials / social proof
Course dates
Price
Refund / transfer / no-show policy
FAQ
Strong CTA / registration section
You should be able to recommend the best page structure rather than simply placing information into sections.
2. Design
We will provide the Qawam brand assets, including logo, colors and relevant visual guidelines.
3. Build the page
We are open to the freelancer recommending the most appropriate simple platform.
For example, we are considering Carrd, but we are open to alternatives if you have a strong reason to recommend another platform.
The final page must:
Work perfectly on desktop and mobile
Load quickly
Be easy for our team to edit later
Have clear CTA buttons
Connect properly to our registration / lead capture process

I’m looking for a thoughtful Figma designer to create a modern landing page for a SaaS product. I already have the general product direction and content, but I need someone who can turn it into a clear, visually strong page that feels credible and makes the product easy to understand.
This is not a development project. The final deliverable will be a complete desktop and mobile landing-page design in Figma.
The page will include approximately 5-8 sections, including a hero section, product benefits, feature highlights, product visuals, use cases, social proof, pricing or CTA content, and a final conversion section. I’m open to your recommendations if you believe the page structure can be improved.
Here are a few websites that reflect the overall level of clarity and design quality I like:
https://linear.app/
I like the controlled spacing, confident typography, dark product visuals, and clear progression between sections.
https://vercel.com/
I like how the design stays minimal while still communicating a technical product effectively.
https://www.raycast.com/
I like the balance between strong product presentation, clean layouts, and subtle visual details.
These are references for quality and direction only. I’m not asking for a copy of any of them.
You will receive the logo, brand colors, written content, product information, and any available screenshots. I need the designer to organize this material into a cohesive landing-page experience rather than simply placing the content into sections.
The final Figma file should include:
Desktop and mobile designs, reusable components, Auto Layout, consistent styles, clearly named layers, and an organized structure that another designer or developer can understand easily.
Please apply with 2-3 relevant SaaS landing pages you have personally designed. Briefly explain what you handled on those projects and confirm whether you can complete this within 5-7 days.
I am seeking a skilled designer to create a dynamic landing page using Wix. The ideal candidate will have experience in web design and be able to implement engaging layouts that convert visitors into leads. You should be proficient in customizing Wix features and have a strong understanding of user experience principles. If you have a portfolio showcasing previous Wix projects, please include it in your application.
If possible, I'd like to see links to Wix dynamic pages that you have completed.
Client's questions:
Please include links of live dynamic Wix pages that you have completed. It doesn't have to be a landing page. I just want to see interactive features on the page.

Sequenze di automazione email/WhatsApp su Brevo (conferme, promemoria, follow-up).
Progetti rilevanti realizzati in precedenza (idealmente WordPress + Elementor + integrazioni prenotazione/CRM)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring an independent B2B sales partner to own our lead generation funnel — from cold outreach to closed deal to ongoing support — for a design/UI/UX-centric web development agency.
You will:
- Design and execute a B2B lead funnel targeting small branding agencies, SEO/SEM marketing agencies, startups, and established businesses with Web 1.0-era sites
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads against strict quality gates
- Negotiate contracts within our pricing floor
- Earn commission on every closed deal plus a recurring share of collected support-plan revenue for as long as the referred client's support plan remains active
- Bring us outreach strategies that need development assets (lead magnets, blog posts, landing pages, comparison pages) — we build them at no cost to you as part of the partnership
You will NOT:
- Be an employee. This is an independent partnership.
- Be paid for unqualified leads. Every lead must pass our gates.
- Be limited to one niche. We're hiring 6 specialization tracks you can lead with.
OUR 6 SERVICE SPECIALIZATIONS (PICK ONE OR MORE TO LEAD WITH)
1. Performance Optimization — Site speed and Core Web Vitals recovery
2. Legacy Website Redesigns — Modernizing outdated sites
3. Hacked & High-Risk Site Recovery — Emergency restoration
4. Subscription & DTC Brand Custom Shopify — Custom Shopify builds (case study available: Luah)
5. Fast MVP Build (1–2 months) — MVPs and Proof of Concepts for startups
6. MVP PoC Lead Funneling — High-conversion landing pages for idea validation
FUNNEL OWNERSHIP & DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
The partner owns the commercial relationship from first outreach through signed contract and deposit, then supports the client's transition into delivery and post-launch support.
- Stage 1 — Awareness: Choose one or more service specializations, define the ideal prospect, and execute cold outreach, content, referral, or other acquisition strategies.
- Stage 2 — Interest: Develop and test hooks, messaging, case-study angles, and offers. Provide briefs for any lead magnets, landing pages, comparison pages, or other development assets needed; Lotus Creations builds the approved assets.
- Stage 3 — Consideration: Complete the required pre-call intake, document outreach evidence, qualify the prospect, and lead the Discovery Call with a Lotus Creations representative present.
- Stage 4 — Intent: Document the prospect's needs, budget, authority, and timeline; coordinate technical scoping and proposal development with Lotus Creations; and own commercial follow-up.
- Stage 5 — Decision: Lead negotiations within our approved pricing floor and guide the prospect to signature and deposit. Lotus Creations retains final approval of technical scope, pricing, contract terms, and feasibility.
- Stage 6 — Onboarding: Provide a complete handoff of prospect context, commitments, and expectations to the delivery team while remaining the commercial relationship owner.
- Stage 7 — Retention: Support the transition to an appropriate post-launch support plan and maintain the commercial relationship while the referred client remains active.
Expected deliverables include a written funnel and channel strategy, outreach messaging and sequences, development-asset briefs, documented outreach and qualification evidence, current pipeline records, Discovery Call notes and next steps, proposal follow-up, negotiation records, and a closed-client handoff.
Lotus Creations owns technical feasibility assessment, final scope and pricing approval, contract issuance, development delivery, and support-plan fulfillment.
COMPENSATION (2-PHASE)
Phase 1 — Execution Commission (Per-Call Fee + Conversion Bonus):
- Phase 1a Trial: The initial fixed-price trial budget is $250, covering the first 10 qualified discovery calls at $25 per approved call, plus a 3% conversion bonus on any closed deal. If no deal has closed after the initial batch, additional qualified-call milestones may be added until the first close and deposit.
- Phase 1b Standard (after first close, renegotiated): per-call fee + bonus to be negotiated between parties.
Phase 2 — Closing Commissions:
- Contract Revenue Share: 25% on closed deals, front-loaded 50/25/25.
- Project Support Transition: 10–15% of collected monthly support-plan revenue for as long as the referred client's support plan remains active.
Illustrative earnings (separated by phase):
Initial Phase 1a trial batch (10 qualified calls, no close yet):
- Per-call fees: 10 x $25 = $250
- Conversion bonuses: 0 closes = $0
- Total for initial batch: $250
Phase 1b Standard (after first contract close + deposit, ongoing):
- Per-call fees: 10 x $75 = $750
- Conversion bonuses: 3 x $375 = $1,125
- Phase 2 commissions: 3 x $6,250 = $18,750
- Total: ~$20,625/month before MRR residuals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven B2B sales / lead generation experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
- Existing network of small branding agencies, SEO/SEM agencies, startup founders, or established business owners — OR the ability to break into this network quickly
- Cold outreach and LinkedIn prospecting track record
- Strong written communication (your outreach strategy, messaging, and pitch angles are written deliverables)
- Deep familiarity with at least one of our 6 service specializations
LEAD QUALITY GATES
A booked discovery call only counts toward your Phase 1 success criterion if it passes all of these gates. This protects both of us from fraud and ensures your commission is earned on real prospects. Qualification draws on the standard BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), with stricter evidence requirements adapted to a commission model.
Company attendance is mandatory on every Discovery Call. A Lotus Creations representative must be present — you lead the call; we attend to support technical questions and to verify the lead is genuine. A call conducted without Company attendance does not count toward your Phase 1 Per-Call Fee.
Tier 1 — Pre-call intake (mandatory for every lead):
- Intake form submitted before the call: contact's name, title, company, website URL, LinkedIn profile URL, screenshot of prior conversation (email / LinkedIn thread), and stated pain point.
- Multi-touch requirement: at least 3 documented touchpoints across at least 2 channels (e.g., email + LinkedIn + voicemail). Proves organic interest, not paid-for participation.
- Identity check: LinkedIn profile is real (photo, history, connections); email domain matches a verifiable business domain (not gmail/yahoo for a "business owner"); company has an operating website or business registration.
Tier 2 — BANT qualification (Authority, legitimacy, budget, timeline):
- Decision-maker verification: contact has a real title at a real operating business (Founder, CEO, CMO, Marketing Director, etc.) — not "Founder" of an empty shell.
- Operating business proof (established-business niches — Performance, Legacy, Hacked, DTC Shopify): company has existing team, active clients, or shipped products.
- Verifiable intent signal (startup / idea-stage niches — Fast MVP, PoC Lead Funneling): founder has a real LinkedIn profile showing the role, AND at least one of: (a) evidence of actively working on the idea (GitHub repo, ProductHunt teaser, Twitter presence with project updates), (b) a pre-launch landing page already collecting emails, (c) a brief written description of the idea with the prospect's stated intent to build.
- Budget confirmed during discovery call: prospect has stated or implied budget appropriate to the niche (USD $5k+ for MVP/PoC, USD $20k+ for established-niche projects).
- Timeline confirmed during discovery call: prospect has a stated intent to move forward within a workable window (within 2 months for MVP/PoC, within 6 months for high-ticket).
Tier 3 — Enforcement (backstop):
- Recording consent: all discovery calls recorded with the lead's consent, available for verification.
- Clawback clause: fraudulent leads result in commission clawback and termination for repeat offenses.
- Exclusion list with re-qualification window: the same contact cannot be re-submitted by the same or a different partner within 180 days. After 180 days, the contact may be re-submitted with evidence of fresh engagement (new outreach thread, new stated need, etc.).
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Upwork payments & fees: All compensation is paid through Upwork. Qualified discovery-call fees are paid through funded fixed-price milestones. Conversion bonuses, closing commissions, and recurring support-plan shares are paid as Upwork bonus payments after the applicable results are verified. Upwork's applicable client and freelancer fees apply according to each party's account and Upwork's current fee schedule.
- Independent contractor: You control your own hours, methods, and pipeline. We provide the product, the brand, and the closing support.
- Non-exclusive: We're open to multiple partners in parallel.
- Formal engagement agreement: This engagement is governed by a Partnership Agreement (covering compensation terms, lead quality gates, confidentiality, IP, and post-termination non-solicit/non-compete). It's separate from the Upwork contract, is provided during selection, and is signed before any work begins or the first milestone is funded.
