We are looking for a senior Performance Marketer to build and manage the paid-acquisition system for a Mauritius-based group operating across international real estate sales, property management and holiday rentals, interior design and renovation.
The priority is to generate qualified leads, appointments, bookings, signed mandates, contracts and attributable revenue through Meta Ads and Google Ads, with TikTok tested where commercially relevant. The role includes campaign strategy and optimisation, multi-market targeting, lead-generation funnels and landing pages, conversion tracking, CRM attribution, offline sales tracking, creative briefing and performance reporting. Our priority markets for real estate and property management are France, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, UAE/Dubai and selected international audiences. Our internal team provides the strategy, photography, video, graphic design, editing and commercial follow-up. We need someone who can personally own and optimise the paid-acquisition side of the business, with performance measured on lead quality and commercial results rather than views, followers or impressions. SKILLS: At least five years in paid acquisition or performance marketing. • Proven high-ticket lead-generation results. • Strong Meta Ads and Google Ads expertise. • Experience with international real estate, hospitality or destination marketing. • Landing-page and conversion-rate optimisation. • CRM integration and offline sales attribution. • Multi-market or multilingual campaign experience. • Professional English; French is an advantage. Which international markets have you targeted? 3. Have you targeted UAE- or Dubai-based expatriates or investors? 4. Share one or two case studies showing qualified leads, acquisition costs and commercial results. 5. How do you track online campaigns through to offline sales? 6. We're an Australian buyer's agency and first-home-buyer education platform looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to own our marketing automation and CRM systems on an ongoing basis — this isn't a one-off build, we want someone who'll keep improving it as we grow.
What you'll be doing: Building and maintaining workflows/automations in GoHighLevel (lead routing, nurture sequences, follow-up) Connecting Google Ads into GoHighLevel for clean lead tracking Building email marketing campaigns and sequences Building landing page funnels Setting up referral partner tracking (unique links, reporting dashboards, commission tracking) What we need from you: 2-3 examples of GoHighLevel systems you've built recently (please include in your proposal) Solid experience with email marketing and funnel builds inside GHL Comfortable explaining how your automations actually work — walk us through your logic, not just "it's done" Available for ongoing, regular hours (not a single project) Nice to have: experience with Circle.so, and/or real estate, finance, or education/community businesses. We could start with a fixed term or budget to work together and extend the contract into full time if things work well. We're a profitable, owner-operated U.S. ecommerce company selling to schools and school districts. 20 years in business, stable, and scaling. Small team, fast decisions, no bureaucracy.
We are an unusually tech-forward company for our size. We run AI across the business: an autonomous AI coworker connected to our CRM, ads, email and storefronts handles reporting and analysis, and we're building an AI-SDR that nurtures our pipeline daily in our founder's voice. The plumbing is already in place — CRM live, 100 outbound inboxes ready to go, enrichment and sending stack in hand, ads running. We don't need someone to set it up. We need someone to run it, test relentlessly, and make the numbers move. Why this is a good seat: demand is already there and the machine works — we close over 40% of the opportunities we quote, and our operations and fulfillment are excellent, so leads you generate turn into revenue instead of getting dropped. You get full agency: your ideas, your tests, your calls. Prove the role and there's real upside — in scope, in comp, and in what you get to own. What you'll own 1. Outbound at scale 100 inboxes are ready. You own what goes through them: segmentation, offers, sequences, personalization at scale via enrichment, and the test cadence that finds what actually gets replies from math department heads and district purchasing staff. You own reply rate, meetings booked and pipeline created — and you keep the system healthy without being asked. 2. Google Ads Paid search drives the majority of our inbound. An agency contact covers it short-term; you take full ownership from month two. Structure, pacing, bids, negatives, ad and landing page testing, and closed-loop reporting from spend → quote → order. Substantial monthly budget — we'll share the number on the call. You own cost-per-quote and return, not clicks. 3. AI-SDR + CRM lifecycle From week one you help ship our AI-SDR and then supervise it — playbooks, voice rules, stage cadence, guardrails, weekly review of what it sent and what it produced. Alongside it: lifecycle stages, pipelines, workflows, sequences, lost-deal re-win, won-deal nurture, and a one-time migration of 20 years of past customers into the CRM so we can re-engage them properly. 4. Cross-channel testing and reporting — the actual job This is where the value is. One person seeing outbound, paid, marketplace and CRM together: forming a hypothesis, shipping the test, reading the result, killing what fails and scaling what works, and reporting it clearly every week without being chased. You direct AI to do the heavy lifting and you're accountable for the outcome. Tech stack Google Ads · HubSpot · Instantly · ScaledMail · Clay · Claude · Shopify The first 90 days, then the long game Window Focus Month 1 Outbound live at volume across our inbox pool, first campaigns and segments tested. AI-SDR shipped and nurturing the pipeline under your supervision. Legacy customer migration done and the first re-engagement campaign out. Month 2 Full ownership of Google Ads — restructure where needed, own pacing and bidding, ads and landing page tests running, closed-loop reporting from spend → quote → order. Month 3 Everything integrated and running on AI — outbound, ads, CRM and reporting on rails, sequences automated, weekly numbers produced without manual work. Ongoing Test, implement, report. New segments, new offers, new creative, new channels. Compounding improvement is the job — the first 90 days just get the machine in your hands. You're a fit if you Are exceptionally proactive — you spot the gap and ship the fix before anyone asks. This is the single biggest predictor of success here. Are detail obsessed — clean data, correct segments, no broken merge fields, no sloppy numbers in a report Are creative and analytical — you can write the campaign and read the data that says whether it worked. Design ability is a real plus. Have run outbound at real volume (dozens of inboxes, meaningful daily send) and can talk about what you changed to lift reply rate — not just what tools you used Have personally managed Google Ads accounts at $30k+/month in spend and can defend your structure and bidding decisions Know a modern CRM deeply — properties, pipelines, workflows, sequences, lifecycle logic, segmentation, reporting Are genuinely AI-forward: you build with AI daily, write your own prompts and systems, and reach for automation before spreadsheets Write clean, natural English — our buyers are educators and purchasing staff, and hype copy fails with them Are based in the U.S. or Latin America and can work U.S. Pacific business hours Nice to have Design skills — landing pages, email templates, ad creative Education, public sector or B2B procurement experience Ecommerce or marketplace background The role Full-time, $5,000–$8,000/month USD, based on experience Significant upside once the role is proven — scope, comp and ownership all grow with results Fully remote, long-term — we're hiring someone to grow with the company Starts with a paid 2-week trial project You'll work directly with the owner, with full agency over your channels To apply — answer these four questions. Applications without answers won't be reviewed. An outbound program you ran: how many inboxes, daily volume, reply rate — and the one change that lifted results the most. The largest Google Ads budget you've personally managed — monthly spend, the metric you optimized for, and one change that materially moved it. How do you use AI in your daily work? Be specific about what you've built or automated, not which tools you've opened. Show us something you made that you're proud of — a campaign, a landing page, an email, a dashboard — and the result it produced. Start your application with the word CALCULATOR so we know you read this.

GOIMU Brand & Shopify Design Partnership

About Us
GOIMU has been building fitness equipment for 3 years, with a focus on home strength training (power racks, Smith machines, cable stations, benches, dumbbells, weight plates, etc.) plus a smaller cardio and Pilates line. Our products range from entry-level accessories around $79.99 to flagship machines at $1,399.99. Our Shopify store launched about 6 months ago, and monthly revenue has been growing rapidly. We're now preparing to scale toward $1,000,000/month in sales — and we need our brand identity and store experience to match that level of ambition. This project is directly tied to supporting that growth. You can review our current site at goimufitness.com to understand where we are today. Our Brand Philosophy We're not just a fitness equipment store. We see ourselves as a fitness companion and guide — helping home trainees achieve their fitness goals, not just selling them metal. Every touchpoint — from the first impression on the homepage to the post-purchase experience — should communicate expertise, trust, and genuine support for the customer's fitness journey. This matters for the design work: we're not optimizing for a catalog look. We're building a brand that people trust with their fitness goals. What We're Looking For Two things are non-negotiable for us: 1. No template work. We need a partner who can deeply understand our brand, our customers, and our growth goals — then design from that understanding. If your approach starts with "pick a theme and customize it," we're probably not a fit. 2. Conversion-first, not design for design's sake. We want design that genuinely improves the user's path to purchase. If an element doesn't serve the user or move the needle on conversion, it doesn't belong. With that in mind, here are the specific areas we need help with: 1. Brand Visual Identity Brand color system, typography, visual language Design guidelines / style guide that we can use internally going forward 2. Shopify Store Visual Design Homepage, collection/category pages, product detail pages, policy pages, and other key templates 3. UX & Interaction Design User flows, navigation architecture, product discovery experience Mobile experience (critical for our audience) Trust-building elements, social proof integration, conversion-oriented layout decisions 4. Shopify Implementation & Delivery Turning approved designs into a live, functional, responsive Shopify store You don't need to cover all four areas. If your expertise is in one or two — say, visual design only, or development only — tell us which. We're open to working with specialists and assembling the right combination. How We Work This is an iterative partnership, not a one-shot handoff. We expect regular syncs and progress visibility throughout the engagement. We'd like post-delivery support for a period — to handle adjustments, new pages, and optimizations as we learn from real user data and A/B tests. Our team runs performance marketing in-house (paid social, search), so we bring a strong conversion and data perspective to the collaboration. We expect you to match that with data-informed design decisions, not just aesthetic preferences.

Google Merchant Center + Shopify Multi-Currency Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Google Merchant Center (GMC) + Shopify Markets specialist to diagnose and resolve a product price mismatch affecting Google Shopping across multiple European markets. This is a technical troubleshooting project, not general Google Ads management. The problem We operate multiple European markets through a single Shopify store using Shopify Markets and automatic regional/currency switching. For example: European customers may see products in EUR UK customers should see products in GBP GMC feeds are configured to submit the appropriate currency for each market Our EUR products are currently approved in Google Merchant Center, while products submitted for markets such as the UK/GBP are being disapproved for “Inaccurate prices” because Google believes the feed price does not match the product landing-page price. One possibility is that Googlebot is seeing the default EUR version of the landing page rather than the GBP market version. We do not want to assume this is the cause — we need someone who can establish exactly what is happening. What we need We need you to investigate the complete chain: Shopify → Shopify Markets/Currency → Product Feed → GMC → Googlebot → Landing Page → Google Shopping You will be expected to: Diagnose the exact cause of the GMC price mismatch Determine what price and currency Google is actually seeing when validating affected products Review Shopify Markets and regional currency behaviour Review GMC market/feed configuration Check product URLs and regional landing-page behaviour Review relevant structured data/schema Check whether currency switching, redirects or localisation are contributing to the problem Identify whether the issue sits within Shopify, GMC, the feed, landing pages or another configuration layer Implement or clearly recommend the appropriate fix Validate the solution in GMC Help ensure affected products become eligible for Google Shopping / Performance Max advertising Important We are not looking for someone to simply change prices manually in GMC or repeatedly resubmit products. We want someone who understands how Google validates product pricing across international Shopify markets and can diagnose the root cause. Ideal experience Strong demonstrated experience with: Google Merchant Center Google Shopping Shopify Shopify Markets Multi-currency/international e-commerce Product feeds GMC price mismatch/disapproval troubleshooting Regional landing pages Structured product data Googlebot/product-page validation Performance Max Experience resolving this specific type of Shopify Markets / GMC multi-currency issue will be highly regarded. When applying Please answer the screening questions carefully. In particular, tell us if you have personally resolved an “Inaccurate prices” GMC disapproval involving Shopify Markets or multi-currency pricing. We are happy to pay for genuine specialist expertise. Our priority is finding someone who can diagnose the issue efficiently and correctly, rather than the lowest hourly rate. This is initially a focused troubleshooting engagement, with potential for additional work if we find the right specialist.

|
We are looking for an exceptional direct-response marketer who knows how to turn paid advertising into profitable online sales.
This is not a social media position. This is not a branding position. This is not simply a “funnel builder” position. And we are not looking for someone who knows how to run ads but has little understanding of what happens after the click. We are looking for someone who understands the entire customer-acquisition process: Advertisement → Click → Landing Page → Offer → Funnel → Follow-Up → Conversion → Collected Revenue Your job is simple to describe: Build us a customer-acquisition system that profitably converts advertising dollars into buyers. If you know how to do that, there is considerable financial opportunity here. About Us We are an established book writing, publishing, and professional services company that has been in business for almost 30 years. We have a reputable brand, established expertise, existing clients, real products, fulfillment capabilities, and a substantial market of physicians, professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants, experts, and business owners. You will not be starting with an unknown startup, an unproven company, or an entrepreneur trying to figure out what business to be in. The foundation already exists. What we need is the marketing engine. What You’ll Be Marketing Our initial focus will be an established educational program designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, experts, and others who want to turn their knowledge and expertise into an impactful book. There are two primary offers: $2,500 Self-Guided Program This is a prerecorded educational program with essentially unlimited sales capacity. There is no practical limit to how many qualified customers we can serve. $10,000 Group Mentoring Program This provides a higher level of access, guidance, and mentoring directly with the founder of the company. Each group can accommodate approximately 25 to 50 participants. We have the capacity to operate as many as four groups concurrently during each eight-week program cycle. That means there is substantial revenue potential when the acquisition system works. We Fund the Advertising This is important. You are not being asked to personally finance traffic. Our company will provide the advertising budget. Your responsibility is to help determine how that money should be deployed and build the structure that converts those advertising dollars into profitable sales. If the economics work, our objective is not to artificially restrict advertising. We want to scale what works. If we can predictably invest $1 into a marketing system and receive an acceptable return, we want someone capable of helping us intelligently put more money through that system. How Compensation Works We deliberately do not want to structure this as a traditional high-hourly-rate consulting engagement. There will be a modest hourly base for your time and implementation work. However, the real financial opportunity will come through substantial performance compensation based upon the sales your marketing systems generate. We want someone who is confident enough in their ability that this is appealing. The better the campaigns perform, the more you can earn. Our $2,500 Self-Guided program offers significant recurring sales potential because there is essentially no fulfillment ceiling. Our $10,000 Group Mentoring program offers substantial additional earning potential, including performance bonuses based upon enrollment volume. We want your upside aligned with ours. When the marketing produces profitable sales, we both win. For an exceptional direct-response marketer who can create and scale a profitable acquisition system, the performance compensation can become significantly more valuable than the hourly portion of this engagement. What You Need to Understand You should have meaningful experience with most of the following: Direct-response marketing Paid advertising Customer acquisition Offer strategy Landing pages Sales funnels Conversion optimization Advertising copy and creative strategy Email follow-up Retargeting Checkout and purchase conversion Tracking and attribution Cost per acquisition Return on advertising spend Testing and optimization Funnel economics You do not necessarily need to personally execute every technical task. You do need to understand the complete system well enough to diagnose where conversions are being lost and know what needs to change. For example, we want someone capable of determining: “The advertising is working. The landing page is the problem.” Or: “We’re getting enough leads. The offer isn’t converting.” Or: “The offer converts, but customer acquisition cost is too high. Here’s what we need to test.” Or: “Stop increasing traffic. We need to fix this part of the funnel first.” That level of thinking is important to us. You Must Be a Marketer, Not Just a Technician We are not looking for someone whose primary expertise is clicking buttons inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or another software platform. Technology is useful. But software does not create marketing strategy. We want someone who understands: Markets. People. Offers. Messaging. Response. Conversion. Economics. Then you can use whatever technology makes the system work best. AI Experience Is Welcome We are very interested in using AI intelligently throughout the marketing operation. If you know how to use AI for: Customer research Advertising research Copy development Creative testing Funnel analysis Email marketing Personalization Reporting Automation Conversion optimization Marketing workflows …that is a significant advantage. But AI knowledge without strong marketing knowledge is not enough. Marketing comes first. What Success Looks Like We are not hiring someone simply to keep busy creating campaigns. We want measurable results. The questions we care about are things like: How much did we spend? How many qualified prospects did we generate? What did it cost to acquire a customer? How many buyers did the funnel produce? How much collected revenue resulted? Where are prospects dropping out? What should we test next? Can the system be profitably scaled? Ultimately, we want to create a predictable equation: Advertising Investment → Customer Acquisition → Profitable Revenue Why This Could Be an Unusually Good Opportunity Consider what is already in place: We have been operating for almost 30 years. We have an established and reputable company. We have real expertise. We have existing audiences and clients. We have products priced from $2,500 to $10,000. We have essentially unlimited capacity for our Self-Guided program. We have significant capacity for our premium Group Mentoring program. We are prepared to invest our own money into advertising. And we are willing to substantially reward the person who helps us turn that advertising into profitable sales. You do not need to create the company. You do not need to create the fulfillment infrastructure. You do not need to finance the advertising. Your challenge is to build and optimize the acquisition machine. And when that machine works: We want to scale it. This Position Will Begin Part-Time We expect to start relatively small while we determine how well we work together and begin building and testing the acquisition system. The initial hourly commitment will therefore be limited. This is intentional. We are much more interested in paying substantially for results than paying someone a large amount simply for hours worked. For the right person, however, this could develop into a significant long-term relationship. Our larger vision includes expanding our marketing capabilities and potentially providing sophisticated marketing services to many of the physicians, professionals, entrepreneurs, authors, and business owners we already serve. Someone who proves they can create profitable growth could eventually play a much larger role. Please Do Not Apply If… Please do not apply if your primary experience is: Social media posting Branding without direct-response experience Graphic design Website development Funnel software implementation without marketing strategy AI automation without direct-response marketing knowledge Running advertisements without understanding the rest of the conversion process We respect all of those disciplines. They simply are not what we are hiring for. Please Answer These Questions When Applying 1. Tell us about the best paid acquisition funnel you have personally helped create. What was being sold? What was the selling price? What advertising channel did you use? What was the approximate advertising spend? What were the results? Please provide actual numbers wherever possible. 2. Tell us about a funnel that was not working when you became involved. What did you diagnose as the problem? What did you change? What happened afterward? 3. Have you successfully marketed products, services, consulting, coaching, education, or professional expertise priced at $2,000 or more? Please describe what you marketed and how customers were acquired. 4. Imagine you had a proven $2,500 educational product, an established company behind it, and an advertising budget available. What would you want to know before spending the first dollar on advertising? We are very interested in your answer to this question. 5. What numbers would you monitor most closely during the first 30 days of a new funnel? Explain why. 6. Which parts of the acquisition system are you personally strongest at? Please also tell us where you would want help from another specialist. We value self-awareness more than someone pretending to be an expert at everything. 7. How do you feel about a compensation structure consisting of a modest hourly base plus substantial performance compensation tied to attributable net collected sales and performance milestones? Explain why this structure does or does not appeal to you. One Final Request Please begin your proposal with: I BUILD SALES SYSTEMS If those words are not at the beginning of your proposal, we will assume the description was not read carefully. Please do not send us a generic agency presentation or a list of every marketing service you provide. Show us that you understand direct-response economics and conversion. We are looking for the person who sees an established company, a $2,500 scalable offer, a $10,000 premium offer, company-funded advertising, and substantial performance upside and thinks: “Give me the opportunity to prove I can make this work.”

I manage the sales arm of a growing condominium development firm and I’m ready to add a driven phone-based professional who appreciates how the very first conversation can set the tone for the entire deal cycle. Your main focus will be nurturing the warm leads we already generate—people who have requested brochures, filled in landing-page forms, or toured our show suite—and then guiding them through a concise qualification call so my closers receive only purchase-ready prospects.
Day to day you will live inside Pipedrive, updating every touchpoint, scheduling the next follow-up, and re-engaging older records that have gone cold. Consistent, confident phone energy is essential; I expect quick response times, clear discovery questioning, accurate data entry, and a natural ability to motivate prospects to book appointments or site visits. Compensation combines a reliable base with a commission structure strong enough to reward anyone who loves hearing “yes.” Because your performance directly influences the sales team’s close rate, the bonus plan scales with each qualified appointment that turns into a sale. Key deliverables I will review weekly: • All new inquiries contacted within the agreed response window and properly tagged in Pipedrive • A clean, well-segmented pipeline showing current status, next action, and notes for every active lead • Reactivation results: number of dormant leads reached, conversations held, and appointments revived If you thrive on the phone, enjoy perfecting CRM workflows, and get satisfaction from watching a pipeline move, this role is designed for you. Skills: Data Entry, Sales, CRM, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Pipedrive, Lead Qualification

I’m building an AI SaaS platform for Shopify/ecommerce business owners and need a high-converting early-access/waitlist landing page.
I’m looking for someone who specializes specifically in SaaS/startup landing pages and conversion optimization, not simply general website design. I need help with: • Landing-page strategy and structure • Conversion-focused copy • Figma design • Webflow or Framer build preferred • Mobile optimization • Waitlist/email capture • Meta Pixel/analytics setup • CTA and conversion optimization I already have the product concept, features, branding direction and application designs in development. Please send 3 SaaS landing pages you’ve personally designed/built and explain what you did to improve conversion. Experience marketing software to small-business/ecommerce owners is a major plus. This is initially one landing page, with potential for the full SaaS marketing website later. That last requirement — “show me 3 SaaS pages and explain what you did for conversion” — will eliminate a lot of the pretty-but-not-strategic designers.

Welcome to Weave. - https://weaveit.com.au/
We are an Australian based SAAS Consultancy & Systems Integrator. - Our business is built around implementing and integrating off-the-shell SAAS tools like Xero, HubSpot, MYOB & ServiceM8 into a cohesive system for Australian Small & Medium Businesses. We have made good progress using Spectra Legacy but have ultimately decided its best to outsource our web design work. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 Page Website, our home/landing page, and a contact page and potentially another section that could aid in conversions; maybe pricing or services etc; Needs to be fast loading, lightweight and built to convert website traffic to leads. Highly Converting is a priority It needs to work with the existing material as we've included on the current site but to be refined, polished and finished. We aren't looking for a full redesign built from the ground up but rather as mentioned above, we want to finalize what we've already started. It must be fully designed with the user experience in mind, if you use a graph that doesnt work well on Mobile, dont just force that section in, or remove it outright. Make it work within the form factor, or create another section that better converts mobile web-traffic We need SEO and scalability built in. As our business grows and our capabilities do, we do not want to rebuild the website down the line due to messy code, poor use of plugins, and needing expensive subscriptions to do basic tasks. - We want it to be easy to add pages, create content and scale the website as necessary. Existing Tally.so form must remain in contact. Copywriting must be done without AI - If content is needed, work with us and we will provide the website copy. Do not use AI for vibe-coding the website. - Minimal use as an aid for HTML blocks are okay, but if we wanted an AI Slop website, we would generate it ourselves. Although we've built the site on Spectra, we are okay with moving to elementor or another builder if you know it will deliver a better finished website. We want a fairly quick turnaround within 10 days. ABOUT YOU: Before blindly replying, we have criteria that will determine whether or not you're a good fit. Firstly. Do not reply using AI, it's obvious to tell and we will ignore you. We want to deal with humans! I understand english may not be your first language, and that's okay. We wont judge anyone for poor English. We want someone who can see our vision, understand our goals, and has great experience and a great track record of building websites that are highly converting. If you are the right fit, we will likely work with you when the time comes to expand our websites. Authenticity and a genuine direction and purpose for how the site should flow will go far. You should be willing to point out the flaws in the current layout, beyond just pointing out that sections are unfinished, if you feel that a section will hinder conversions, then tell us how you would fix it. A portfolio of similar types of websites, and any data on conversion analytics will help us determine whether you're a good fit. If you're comfortable reaching out and asking questions to better understand the business thats great, and if you can deliver an exceptional result without hand-holding this is ideal too.

B2B Industrial Manufacturer | Initial Audit with Long-Term Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Dynamix Agitators is a North American manufacturer of industrial mixers and agitators. We sell both engineered, quote-based mixing systems and more standardized products used in industries such as water and wastewater treatment, chemicals, mining, agriculture, oil and gas, and general industrial processing. Our website is: www.dynamixinc.com We are looking for a senior, hands-on digital professional to begin by conducting a complete website journey and site-health analysis. This is not intended to be a one-time SEO audit. The right person will have the opportunity to become a long-term, potentially full-time member of our team, taking increasing ownership of our website, SEO, digital experience, content priorities and external digital vendors. The initial assignment Your first responsibility will be to determine how well our website supports the complete buyer journey—from the visitor’s first landing page through product research, technical evaluation, quote submission, sales qualification and eventual opportunity creation. We need someone who can answer questions such as: • Who is visiting the site, what are they trying to accomplish and where do they enter? • How do visitors move between technical content, industry pages, application pages and product pages? • Where do visitors become confused, disengage or leave? • Which pages contribute to qualified quote requests? • Are our navigation, information architecture and calls to action appropriate for technical B2B buyers? • Is our website supporting our application-engineering and product-quality positioning? • Is the mobile experience materially weaker than the desktop experience? • Are analytics and conversion events measuring actual commercial activity, or merely clicks and technical events? • Does e-commerce have a legitimate role on the site? • How can standard products, replacement parts or accessories be sold online without weakening the brand position of our engineered mixer business? • What should be repaired, redesigned, consolidated, removed or newly developed? We do not want a generic automated SEO report. We want a commercially useful diagnosis and a prioritized implementation plan. Phase 1: Website journey and site-health assessment The initial paid engagement should include the following. 1. Analytics and measurement validation Review and validate the existing measurement environment, including where applicable: • GA4 • Google Tag Manager • Google Search Console • Google Ads conversion tracking • Call-tracking data • Website forms and thank-you pages • CRM lead-source information • Bot and spam traffic • Referral and AI-search traffic • Mobile versus desktop performance Identify missing, duplicated, misleading or incorrectly configured events. Recommend a measurement framework that follows: Traffic source → landing page → journey → meaningful action → qualified lead → opportunity → quotation → won or lost result 2. Buyer and user-journey analysis Develop journey maps for the most important visitor types, such as: • Engineers researching a mixing application • Buyers looking for a specific mixer or product family • Existing customers looking for parts, service or replacement equipment • OEMs, integrators and engineering firms • Municipal and industrial water-treatment buyers • Visitors interested in standardized or potentially e-commerce-enabled products For each journey, identify: • Likely entry points • Search intent • Information requirements • Decision points • Trust and proof requirements • Calls to action • Conversion barriers • Missing content • Recommended next steps We want both quantitative analysis and qualitative judgment. 3. Complete website-health assessment Assess the website across: • Information architecture • Navigation and findability • UX and conversion paths • Mobile experience • Visual design and consistency • Page layout and readability • Technical SEO • On-page SEO • Internal linking • Content quality and technical authority • Page speed and Core Web Vitals • Indexation, canonicalization and redirect issues • Schema and structured data • Accessibility fundamentals • Quote forms and contact paths • Product-page effectiveness • Industry and application-page effectiveness • E-commerce architecture and brand fit • AI search, AEO and GEO readiness 4. E-commerce recommendation Our company sells complex engineered systems, but we also have products, parts and accessories that may be suitable for online purchasing. We need a clear recommendation concerning: • Which products should or should not be sold online • Whether e-commerce should be integrated, separated or selectively exposed • How e-commerce can support SEO without confusing the buyer • How to preserve a technically credible, premium engineering brand • When the site should use “Buy,” “Configure,” “Request Pricing,” “Talk to an Engineer” or “Request a Quote” • How standardized and custom-engineered product journeys should connect 5. Prioritized implementation roadmap The final Phase 1 deliverable should include: • Executive assessment of overall website health • Journey maps • Analytics and tracking findings • SEO and technical findings • UX and web-design findings • E-commerce recommendation • Priority-page assessment • Recommended site architecture • Wireframes or design concepts for the highest-priority pages • Immediate fixes • 90-day implementation backlog • Six- to twelve-month roadmap • Impact-versus-effort prioritization • Recommended responsibilities for internal staff, the selected lead and outside specialists • KPI dashboard specification The report must translate findings into actions, owners and priorities. Long-term opportunity Following the initial assessment, the successful candidate may move into a substantial ongoing role and potentially a full-time position. The long-term responsibilities may include: • Owning the website improvement roadmap • Managing the web-development and design backlog • Planning and executing technical SEO • Managing on-page SEO and internal linking • Developing SEO, AEO and GEO priorities • Creating or directing landing pages, product pages and industry pages • Creating content briefs for technical subject-matter experts • Improving quote and lead-conversion paths • Coordinating website, SEO, content, PPC and design specialists • Reviewing vendor performance and deliverables • Managing website quality and brand consistency • Working with sales and Application Engineering to understand customer questions • Connecting marketing activity to qualified leads, quotations, pipeline and revenue • Producing a concise monthly management report • Establishing digital standards, processes and documentation • Recommending priorities rather than simply responding to task requests What you should be able to do personally We are not expecting one person to be an expert developer, designer, analyst, SEO strategist, copywriter and marketing technologist at the same level. However, you must personally be able to: • Analyze website and customer-journey data • Identify measurement problems • Conduct technical and on-page SEO assessments • Recommend information architecture • Create page strategies, wireframes or prototypes • Improve website UX and conversion paths • Write clear briefs for designers, developers and writers • Prioritize work commercially • Manage specialists and vendors • Explain findings clearly to company leadership You should also be capable of implementing routine website and SEO improvements yourself or directly supervising their implementation. Required experience Strong candidates will have demonstrated experience in several of the following areas: • B2B website strategy • Complex or technical products • Industrial, manufacturing, engineering or long-sales-cycle businesses • User-journey analysis • GA4 and Google Tag Manager • Google Search Console • Technical and on-page SEO • Conversion-rate optimization • Information architecture • Mobile UX • WordPress • Figma or a comparable wireframing/design platform • Web-design project management • Content strategy • CRM and marketing attribution • Managing agencies, freelancers or specialist vendors Experience with CallRail, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, HubSpot, Maximizer or similar systems is useful but not mandatory. This role is probably not suitable for you if • Your audits consist mainly of automated tool exports. • You focus on rankings, traffic or backlinks without connecting them to qualified business opportunities. • You are only a graphic designer and do not understand analytics or SEO. • You are only an SEO specialist and cannot evaluate UX, navigation or web design. • You recommend a complete redesign before validating the existing data and customer journeys. • Your proposal will be sold by a senior person and delivered entirely by junior staff. • You are seeking a short engagement with no interest in ongoing ownership. • You cannot distinguish a website conversion event from a commercially qualified lead. Individual applicants are preferred. Small teams may be considered, but only when a named senior lead will personally conduct the analysis, attend meetings and remain accountable for the work. How success will be measured Success will not be based only on traffic, impressions, rankings, clicks or the number of pages published. The role will ultimately be measured through improvements in: • Measurement accuracy • Visibility of complete customer journeys • Qualified quote requests • Quote-form completion rate • Organic visibility for commercially important topics • Engagement on priority product and application pages • Mobile user experience • Website speed and technical health • Sales acceptance of website leads • Qualified pipeline and quotation value • Website-development speed and quality • Completion of high-priority roadmap items • Vendor accountability and budget control Engagement structure We expect to structure the engagement in three stages: Stage 1 — Paid diagnostic: Approximately four to six weeks to complete the journey analysis, site-health assessment and implementation roadmap. Stage 2 — Implementation period: Approximately 90 days to complete the highest-priority improvements, establish measurement and demonstrate working capability. Stage 3 — Long-term role: Expanded ongoing hours, potentially 30–40 hours per week or a contract-to-hire arrangement, based on performance, capability and mutual fit. Applicants should quote the initial diagnostic separately and provide their expected hourly rate for ongoing work. Some working-hour overlap with Pacific Time will be required. How to apply Please answer each of the following questions directly. Generic proposals will not be reviewed. 1. Describe one B2B website where you analyzed the visitor journey and improved lead quality or conversion performance. What did you personally do, and what changed? 2. How would you determine whether declining website performance is caused by demand, SEO, website UX, tracking problems, bot traffic or a combination of these factors? 3. How would you design a website that contains both complex, quote-based engineered products and selected e-commerce products without weakening the company’s technical brand? 4. What portions of this role can you perform personally? What work would require another specialist? 5. Describe an occasion where you managed web, SEO, content or advertising vendors. How did you set priorities and hold them accountable? 6. Provide an example of a journey map, website audit, analytics dashboard, wireframe or digital roadmap that you personally developed. Confidential information may be removed. 7. Describe what you would aim to understand during your first 30 days. 8. Confirm your weekly availability, time-zone overlap and interest in a possible long-term or full-time relationship. Please do not send a generic SEO report, automated audit or general agency presentation as your application.

We’re looking for a Google Ads and Meta Ads specialist to help with a Shopify ecommerce store in the solar, backup power, portable power station, battery, and energy equipment space.
This is a high-ticket product category where many customers already know what they are looking for. The products we sell are heavily marketed by major brands, so we are not trying to educate people from zero or create demand out of thin air. Our customers are often already researching specific brands, models, battery sizes, solar generators, backup power systems, or product types before they search. In many cases, they already know what they want. We need someone who can help us capture that high-intent traffic and convert it into real sales. This role is specifically for Google Ads and Meta Ads. We are not looking for SEO, web development, generic social media posting, or broad brand awareness marketing. We are looking for a long-term partner, but we want to start with a small test project first to make sure it is a good fit. What we need help with: - Google Ads strategy for high-intent ecommerce buyers - Google Shopping, Search, and/or Performance Max campaign structure - Meta/Facebook/Instagram retargeting strategy - Shopify conversion tracking review before launch - Google Merchant Center and product feed review - Budget recommendations and wasted-spend prevention - Landing page and ad creative recommendations - Weekly reporting, optimization, and next steps The right person should understand: - High-ticket ecommerce and customer purchase intent - Product-aware buyers who are already comparing options - Campaign structure based on brands, models, categories, and use cases - ROAS, margins, conversion rate, average order value, and profitability - How to build campaigns inside real ad accounts, not just talk strategy Preferred experience: - Shopify - Google Ads - Meta Ads - Google Merchant Center - Google Shopping - Performance Max - Search campaigns - Retargeting - Product feed optimization Experience with solar, generators, batteries, backup power, home improvement, outdoor equipment, appliances, HVAC, tools, or other heavily researched purchase categories is a strong bonus. Important: Please do not send a generic proposal. Start your proposal with the word “ROCKET” so we know you read the full listing. In your proposal, please answer: 1. How would you approach ads for a store where customers often already know the product, brand, or category they want? 2. Would you start with Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, Meta retargeting, or something else? Why? 3. What would you check before launching campaigns? 4. Have you worked with high-ticket or heavily researched ecommerce products before? We do not need hype. We need someone practical, careful with ad spend, and focused on converting high-intent traffic into real customers.

Three live websites you personally built 2. One Google Ads landing page you built 3. Details of your GoHighLevel experience, especially Conversation AI and Voice AI 4. # Wix Developer Needed — Private Membership & Investor Portal
## Project Overview We are seeking an experienced **Wix / Wix Studio developer with strong Wix CMS, Members Area, permissions, database architecture, automations, and Velo experience** to build a private membership portal for **The Consortium**, a professional investment network. The Consortium is a private investor network connecting family offices, institutional allocators, investment managers, and industry leaders through curated events and a growing member platform. We have hosted approximately 1,000 attendees, including roughly 450 family offices, allocators, and investors. We currently have a public website and want to build a clean, sophisticated **members-only portal** providing different levels of access to Members, Event Attendees, and approved Investors. This is **not a social-media or community platform**. We do not need discussion boards, feeds, gamification, courses, or similar functionality. The desired experience is closer to a **private banking or institutional investor portal**: simple, elegant, intuitive, and highly permissioned. --- # 1. CORE USER TYPES & PERMISSIONS The architecture must support three principal user categories: ### Full Member Full Members receive access to: * All past events * All event materials * Full attendee/member directory * General resources * Upcoming events * Complimentary event registration * Investment opportunities only when separately permissioned ### Attendee Attendees receive more limited access: * Upcoming events * Registration for upcoming events * Past events they personally attended * Materials from those events * Attendee directories for those specific events * Investment opportunities only when separately permissioned Attendees **cannot access events they did not attend** and do not receive access to the complete Consortium directory. ### Investor / Investment Access Investment permissions must operate independently from Member or Attendee status. An individual can therefore be: * Member only * Attendee only * Member + Investment Access * Attendee + Investment Access * Investor without broader Member access Investment access must also be **opportunity-specific**. Someone authorized for Investment A must not automatically receive access to Investment B. --- # 2. LOGIN & REGISTRATION We want a very simple login experience. From the public Home page, the user clicks: **Login / Register** Our strong preference is **passwordless email authentication**: 1. User enters email address. 2. User receives an email verification/code. 3. User enters the code. 4. Wix identifies the user based on email. 5. User is directed to the Portal Landing Page. 6. The portal determines what that person can access based on their database record and permissions. Existing Members, Attendees and Investors will already be identified in our database by email address. ### New Registrations A new person should be permitted to register, but registration should **not automatically grant private access**. New registrations should enter a pending status and require administrator approval before receiving Member, Attendee or Investment permissions. If Wix has limitations regarding the exact passwordless/code authentication workflow described above, please identify them in your proposal and recommend the best native or third-party solution. --- # 3. PORTAL LANDING PAGE All authenticated users should arrive at the same **Portal Landing Page**. The Landing Page will function as the primary portal dashboard. It should display major sections such as: * Upcoming Events * Past Events * Attendee Directory * Resources * Investment Opportunities * Profile / Account What the user can actually access will depend upon permissions. For example: **Full Member** Can access all past events and the full directory. **Attendee** Can see the event interface but can open only events he or she attended. **Approved Investor** Can access only specifically authorized investment opportunities. We are open to whether unauthorized items should be hidden, disabled/locked, or otherwise visually identified. The objective is a clean and intuitive user experience. --- # 4. EVENTS Events are a central component of the portal. ## Upcoming Events The Landing Page should prominently display upcoming events. Each upcoming event may include: * Event name * Date * Location * Venue * Description * Speakers * Agenda * Registration button ### Registration & Payment Full Members should be able to register for Consortium events **without payment**. Attendees/non-members should be able to register and **pay the applicable event fee**. We would like this handled as seamlessly as possible within Wix. ## Past Events Past events should be driven by the Wix CMS rather than manually creating individual static pages. Each event record may contain: * Event name * Date * Location * Venue * Description * Speakers * Agenda * Presentations * Supporting documents * Event notes * Photographs * Event-specific attendee directory We would ideally like the event detail experience to appear within or from the primary portal interface rather than forcing the user through unnecessary navigation. We are open to the developer recommending the cleanest Wix UX for this. --- # 5. EVENT-LEVEL PERMISSIONS This is one of the **most important technical requirements of the project**. An Attendee should only be able to access past events that person actually attended. For example: **John** Attended Event A. John can access: * Event A John cannot access: * Event B * Event C **Mary** Attended Events B and C. Mary can access: * Event B * Event C Mary cannot access: * Event A **Full Member** Can access: * Event A * Event B * Event C * All future and historical events We specifically **do not want to create a separate Wix Member Role for every event**. We expect the developer to implement a scalable CMS/database architecture, potentially using: ### Members User and membership information. ### Events Individual Consortium events. ### Event Attendance A relational collection linking Members/Attendees with the events they attended. For example: | Member | Event | | ---------- | ------- | | John Smith | Event A | | Mary Jones | Event B | | Mary Jones | Event C | The system should use this relationship to determine what event content the logged-in user can access. Full Members should bypass the individual attendance restriction. We are open to a superior architecture if recommended by the developer. --- # 6. ATTENDEE DIRECTORY We need a professional, searchable attendee directory. Potential fields include: * Name * Organization * Title * Organization Type * Location * Business summary * Website * Sector * Attendee Type ### Directory Permissions **Full Members:** access the complete directory. **Attendees:** access only the attendee directory associated with events they attended. This information should be CMS/database-driven and easy for administrators to maintain. --- # 7. ABOUT The portal/site should include an About section containing: * About the Consortium * Past Speakers * Founder profiles These pages can be accessible to all users and do not require sophisticated permissions. --- # 8. PRIVATE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES The Consortium is beginning to provide selected investors with access to private investment opportunities. We want the architecture to accommodate this from the beginning. There should be an **Investment Opportunities** area. However, investment access must be separately permissioned. Example: John → Investment A Mary → Investment B Bill → Investment A + Investment B John cannot access Investment B. Mary cannot access Investment A. A person without Investment Access should not be able to access confidential investment information. --- # 9. INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY PAGES Each investment opportunity may eventually contain: * Overview * Investment thesis * Teaser * Management information * Presentation * Investment memorandum * Financial information * Updates * Documents * NDA link/status * Data room link * Scheduling link * Subscription documents We do **not** need every investment workflow automated during Phase I. The priority is establishing the correct architecture and permissions framework so additional opportunities can easily be added later. --- # 10. INVESTMENT PERMISSIONS ARCHITECTURE We anticipate something similar to: ### Investment Opportunities Database of individual opportunities. ### Investment Access Relational database linking individual users to authorized opportunities. For example: | User | Opportunity | | ---------- | ------------ | | John Smith | Investment A | | Bill Jones | Investment A | | Bill Jones | Investment B | The logged-in user should only be able to access opportunities associated with that user's account. Routine permission changes must be manageable by an administrator without changing Velo code. --- # 11. ADMINISTRATION This is critical. Once the portal is built, a **nontechnical administrator** must be able to perform routine operations. These include: * Add/import users * Approve new users * Change Member/Attendee status * Add events * Upload event materials * Associate attendees with events * Add investment opportunities * Grant investment access * Remove investment access * Update directory information * Update content Routine administration should **not require a developer or Velo changes**. --- # 12. DESIGN The design should be: * Professional * Institutional * Minimal * Clean * Sophisticated * Intuitive * Desktop and mobile responsive Our audience includes family offices, institutional investors, private-equity executives, asset managers, CEOs, and other senior investment professionals. We are **not looking for a social/community-platform aesthetic**. Think: **Private banking + private equity + institutional investor portal.** We will provide branding, logos, existing website references, event information, and content. --- # 13. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The developer should have demonstrated experience with: * Wix Studio * Wix Members Area * Wix CMS * Dynamic pages * Wix member roles and permissions * CMS collection permissions * Wix Automations * Wix Events * Wix payments * Wix Velo * Relational/reference fields * Filtering CMS content based on logged-in users * Secure handling of restricted content * Responsive Wix design **Velo and custom permissions experience are particularly important.** We are not looking for someone whose Wix experience consists primarily of building standard brochure websites. --- # 14. PHASE I DELIVERABLE Our immediate priority is **architecture and functionality before content population and extensive design work**. Phase I should establish: 1. Login/authentication 2. Registration and administrator approval 3. Member categories 4. Portal Landing Page 5. Core navigation 6. Member/user database architecture 7. Events database 8. Event Attendance relationships 9. Event-level permissions 10. Attendee Directory 11. Directory-level permissions 12. Upcoming-event registration 13. Member vs. Attendee event pricing 14. Investment Opportunities database 15. Investment Access relationships 16. Opportunity-level permissions 17. Basic dynamic event pages/views 18. Basic dynamic investment pages/views 19. Administrator workflow 20. Testing Once the architecture is working correctly, we will proceed to content population and final design. --- # 15. FIRST MILESTONE — PERMISSIONS PROOF OF CONCEPT **We do not intend to begin with the entire build.** The first milestone will be a **Portal Architecture & Permissions Proof of Concept**. Before proceeding to full development, the developer must demonstrate several sample users: ### User 1 — Full Member Can access all events and the complete directory. ### User 2 — Event A Attendee Can access Event A and its attendee directory/materials, but cannot access Events B or C. ### User 3 — Events B & C Attendee Can access Events B and C but cannot access Event A. ### User 4 — Investment User Can access Investment A but cannot access Investment B. ### User 5 — Full Member + Investment Access Can access all standard Member content plus the specific investment opportunity assigned to that user. We will proceed with the full project once this architecture and permissions model has been successfully demonstrated. --- # APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Please begin your response with: **“I have built custom permission-based Wix member portals.”** Then briefly answer the following: 1. Provide examples of relevant Wix membership portals you have built. 2. Describe your Wix CMS and Velo experience. 3. Explain how you would architect our Event Attendance permissions. 4. Explain how you would architect our Investment Opportunity permissions. 5. Explain how you would implement passwordless/email-code authentication. 6. Explain how you would handle free event registration for Members versus paid registration for Attendees. 7. Identify any requested functionality that Wix cannot handle cleanly or securely. 8. Estimate the hours required for the initial Permissions Proof of Concept. 9. Estimate the hours and timeline for the complete Phase I build. **Please do not send a generic Wix/web-development proposal.** We are specifically looking for a developer with **Wix CMS + Velo + membership permissions experience** who can establish the correct scalable architecture before focusing on design.

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to help own and elevate the visual direction of Bodily, a venture-backed women’s health company creating research-backed products for major life transitions including postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, pregnancy loss, and beyond.
This is not a role for someone who only develops concepts and hands them off. We’re looking for a strong designer and creative thinker who can set the direction and execute the work across digital, paid social, ecommerce, email, campaigns, packaging, and retail. You should have a strong visual point of view, excellent design fundamentals, and a deep understanding of how creative needs to work within a performance-driven ecommerce business. What You’ll Own Brand & Creative Direction * Own and evolve Bodily’s visual identity across digital, social, email, ecommerce, paid media, packaging, and campaign work. * Develop creative concepts and bring them through execution rather than relying on another designer to interpret the idea. * Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand through new content formats, art direction, elevated executions, and stronger visual systems. * Develop and maintain templates, design systems, and brand standards that help the broader team move faster while maintaining consistency. * Collaborate closely with the CMO and cross-functional team on launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing creative needs. Ecommerce, Email & Marketing Design * Design creative for social, email, paid media, website, ecommerce, and campaign touchpoints. * Create assets supporting product launches, promotional moments, educational content, and brand storytelling. * Develop elevated PDP assets that clearly communicate product benefits, features, and positioning. * Create site graphics, homepage updates, landing page assets, promotional modules, merchandising concepts, and other ecommerce creative. * Balance brand expression with conversion and performance goals. Paid Social & Content * Develop a steady pipeline of static, GIF, and short-form video creative for Meta and other paid channels. * Use performance learnings to iterate on creative concepts, hooks, layouts, and messaging. * Work with the Social Media Manager on short-form video including reels, story content, product demonstrations, UGC-inspired formats, and campaign creative. * Create content that feels native to digital platforms while remaining distinctly Bodily. * Support Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other retail/ecommerce creative needs as they arise. AI-Enabled Creative AI fluency is important to how we work. We’re looking for someone who actively uses AI as part of their creative process — not simply someone familiar with the tools. You should be comfortable using AI to: * Generate and develop imagery and creative concepts. * Extend existing photoshoots or content. * Produce or enhance video and motion assets. * Develop variations and iterations faster. * Support copy, concepts, and creative testing. * Identify new ways AI can improve the quality or velocity of the team’s output. Experience with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus. Packaging & Print * Support packaging development for new and existing products. * Prepare production-ready files, print specifications, and artwork updates. * Assist with hang tags, care tags, inserts, retail materials, and other printed collateral. * Maintain organized files, templates, and systems for efficient production. What We’re Looking For * Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Strong graphic design fundamentals across typography, layout, hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling. * A portfolio demonstrating high-quality ecommerce, consumer brand, and marketing work. * Experience designing for DTC or ecommerce brands, with an understanding of how creative supports both brand-building and conversion. * Experience producing creative across multiple formats rather than specializing in only one channel. * Demonstrated experience incorporating AI creative tools into your actual workflow. * Strong creative judgment and the confidence to bring forward a point of view while also receiving and incorporating feedback. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing attention to detail. * Bias toward action: you make things, iterate quickly, ask smart questions, and keep projects moving. Apparel, intimates, beauty, wellness, women’s health, or premium consumer brand experience is especially relevant, but not required. Engagement This is a remote contract opportunity with the potential to grow into a larger ongoing engagement for the right person. We’re looking for someone who can overlap meaningfully with U.S. East Coast business hours. To Apply Please include: 1. A link to your portfolio. 2. A few examples of work you personally designed and executed. 3. Examples of ecommerce, paid social, email, or campaign creative. 4. A brief explanation of how you currently use AI tools in your creative workflow. 5. Your availability and hourly rate. Please only apply if you are personally hands-on in design and execution. We are not looking for an agency or a creative director who primarily delegates the production work.
