Designer + Copywriter for a High-End Private Trip Invitation (Members Club Style)

We run a small private members club and we are sending seven founders an invitation to an eight-day
hosted trip to Cape Town in January. The price per person is €5,100, so the invitation has to feel worth that before anyone reaches the price. We already have a working draft. Structure, itinerary, pricing and layout are done, and the editorial direction is set. We are not looking for someone to start from scratch or redesign the concept. We are looking for someone to take it from good to excellent: 1. Copywriting. Rewrite every line so it reads like a person wrote it. The current draft was AI-assisted and reads that way. We want restrained, specific, confident writing. No em dashes, no exclamation marks, no marketing filler. Think Aman, Soho House, or a well-made private club invitation. 2.Photography. Source, licence and colour-grade around 15 images from a shot list we will provide. Cape Town specific: Lion's Head at sunrise, Table Mountain, the Winelands, a catamaran on the Atlantic, Chapman's Peak, and so on. You are responsible for licensing and for delivering a source list. 3. Design polish. Typography, spacing and hierarchy taken from competent to genuinely premium. Deliverables: a responsive HTML page that works on a phone, a print-quality PDF, and all image assets with their licence sources. What matters to us: that you have done invitations, membership materials or luxury travel collateral before. A general graphic design portfolio is not what we need. Show us something you have made that someone paid four figures to be part of.

I am looking for an experienced and trustworthy SEO and digital marketing specialist to work directly with me on Preeminent Rental, a car rental company in St. Maarten/Sint Maarten.
Website: https://www.preeminentrental.com/ My current web developer is still completing and correcting the website. I am NOT looking for someone to replace my developer or rebuild the website. I need an independent specialist who can go through the website carefully, make sure the customer-facing functionality is operating correctly, identify anything my developer needs to correct, and then help me build and execute a strategy to increase qualified traffic, Google visibility and actual vehicle reservations. I am looking for a long-term working relationship if the first phase goes well. Website Review Please review the website as a real customer would. I want you to test and review: * Mobile and desktop experience * Navigation * Vehicle search * Vehicle availability * Vehicle pages * Pickup and return dates * Pickup and return locations * SXM Airport reservations * Cruise-port reservations * Hotel/villa delivery * Pricing calculations * Discounts/promotions * Taxes and fees * Security deposits * Insurance * Extras/add-ons * Customer registration/login * Driver information * Document uploads * Checkout * Payment process * Booking confirmation * Confirmation emails * Customer dashboard * Forms * Buttons * WhatsApp, phone and email links * Broken links and 404 errors * Mobile responsiveness * Page speed * Anything confusing that could cause a customer to leave without completing a reservation If you find website-development problems, I want clear screenshots or explanations that I can give directly to my existing developer so they can correct them. I am not expecting you to rebuild the website. SEO After reviewing the website, I need you to help establish and improve our SEO. This includes: * Technical SEO review * Google Search Console * GA4 / Google Analytics * Google indexing * XML sitemap * Robots.txt * Canonical URLs * Redirects and 404s * Page titles and meta descriptions * Heading structure * Internal linking * Image SEO * Schema/structured data * Website speed/Core Web Vitals * Keyword research * Competitor research * On-page SEO * Local SEO * Google Business Profile strategy * Google Maps visibility * Content and landing-page recommendations * Backlink strategy using legitimate white-hat methods Our Market Preeminent Rental operates in St. Maarten/Sint Maarten. Customers include: * SXM Airport travelers * Cruise passengers * Hotel and resort guests * Villa guests * Tourists * Local renters * Corporate/long-term renters Important searches include: SXM car rental St. Maarten car rental Sint Maarten car rental SXM Airport car rental St. Maarten airport car rental St. Maarten cruise port car rental Cruise port car rental SXM Jeep rental SXM SUV rental St. Maarten Van rental SXM Car rental Philipsburg I want research to identify additional high-intent keywords that could actually produce reservations. Traffic and Results My goal is NOT simply to increase Domain Authority, Domain Rating, impressions or website traffic. I want qualified visitors who can turn into paying customers. I want us to eventually track: * Organic traffic * Search rankings * Google Search Console clicks and impressions * Completed reservations * Booking conversion rate * Booking revenue * Traffic source * Cost per booking when paid advertising begins * Return on advertising spend Google Ads / Paid Traffic Strong Google Ads/PPC experience is preferred. Once the website and conversion tracking are confirmed to be working correctly, I am interested in using Google Search Ads to target customers who are actively searching for car rentals in St. Maarten. I do NOT want advertising money spent until tracking and the booking process are verified. If you have experience with Google Ads, please explain the results you have achieved and how you measure completed bookings and revenue. Facebook and Instagram Experience with Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ads is a plus but is not the main requirement for this first phase. Future work may include: * Facebook Ads * Instagram Ads * Retargeting * Website visitor audiences * Video/Reels advertising * Promotional campaigns * Conversion tracking What I Do NOT Want I am not interested in: * Spam backlinks * PBN links * Hundreds of cheap backlinks * Fake traffic * Fake clicks * Artificial DA/DR increases * Automated SEO reports with no real work * Guaranteed #1 Google-ranking claims * Someone who accepts the job and then disappears * Someone outsourcing the entire project without telling me * Generic monthly reports that do not explain what work was actually completed I expect honest communication and proof of completed work. First 30 Days For the first phase, I expect: 1. Review the website and booking/customer experience. 2. Identify important issues that my current developer needs to correct. 3. Establish our current SEO baseline. 4. Review Search Console, GA4 and conversion tracking. 5. Complete keyword and competitor research. 6. Identify technical and on-page SEO problems. 7. Begin implementing approved SEO improvements. 8. Review Local SEO and Google Business Profile opportunities. 9. Provide a prioritized traffic-growth strategy. 10. Give me clear updates explaining exactly what has been completed. Required Questions Please answer all of these when applying: 1. How many years have you personally worked in SEO? 2. How many clients have you personally managed? 3. Have you worked with car rental, travel, tourism, hotel or reservation businesses? 4. Please show me examples and actual results. 5. What would you do during the first 30 days for Preeminent Rental? 6. What tools do you use? 7. Can you work with GA4 and Google Search Console? 8. Can you set up or verify conversion tracking for completed reservations? 9. How would you increase qualified traffic to this particular website? 10. What is your Local SEO strategy? 11. What is your backlink strategy? 12. Do you use PBNs or bulk backlinks? 13. Do you personally perform the work? 14. Will anything be outsourced? 15. How often will you communicate with me? 16. Do you have Google Ads experience? 17. What results have you achieved with Google Ads? 18. What would you recommend I spend on advertising once the website is ready? 19. What would you charge for the first 30-day trial? 20. What would you charge monthly if we decide to continue long term? IMPORTANT Before applying, please actually visit: https://www.preeminentrental.com/ Tell me at least three specific things you notice about my website that you believe should be corrected or improved. Do not give me generic SEO advice. If your proposal does not demonstrate that you actually reviewed my website, I will not consider the application. I am not automatically choosing the cheapest freelancer. I am looking for someone who is reliable, experienced, transparent and interested in building a long-term working relationship based on measurable results. Budget Initial 30-day trial: $300–$400 fixed price. I am open to discussing the price with a highly qualified candidate after I understand exactly what they will do. Ongoing SEO, Google Ads/PPC and additional digital marketing will be negotiated separately after the first phase if we are a good fit.

Creative virtual assistant that loves to work on innovative ideas / concepts / products

Do you like to innovate? To turn nothing into something? I had a lot of ideas in the past, and with (older) AI models I was able to get some of them a bit from just a brainfart into a rough shape.
However, information is scattered across platforms as I have been moving around. This means migration of data for input which is part of your responsability. Secondly, once the final product is finished (including the documentation around it) it should be put on my Google Sites So where does the creativity come in? Exactly between those 2 points. You get input (or scrape it from my sources) and whatever I have created so far. Understand the (big) picture I try to solve, use whatever existing solution (if applicable) I got and then run with it to make it the most optimal version you can think of. I want you to be a critical thinker, not to accept something good if it can be great. Little details matter; inefficiencies matter. Wanna know a few examples (the list is more exhaustive but it gives you an idea). 1. Adjustable lazy glasses. These type of glasses exist, allowing you to sit straight whilst looking down on your desk to read a book. In doing so you would not strain your neck. The original idea is great but it has a lot of flaws such as: - Its a fixed 90 degree angle, if you move your head slightly up or down, you lose where you were. - It does not magnify. Which is a bit of an issue if text is small or you are a tall person. - It is a type of eye wear by default, meaning that existing wearers of glasses can't (comfortably) wear this item on their nose. And taking off your own glasses would make you incapable to read. Hence why this original idea requires an upgrade. Because if we can make it work, then it would make reading enjoyable again. 2. An autonomous camera drone vehicle. Since consumer drones are becoming prohibited in places around the world, you can't have a wingman with you anymore. Most vloggers hold their camera in front of them whilst vlogging and walking. This creates the situation they have to be in front and behind the camera at the same time, also removing one of their hands to be used. You could reason that we have harnesses for this. Cheststraps, helmet mounts, shoulder mounts, but they are often wobbly, finicky, in the way of your experience that you are doing / enjoying and so on. So I would like to create a 'tripod on wheels'. Though dollies exist, they are for flat surfaces and we all know that most surfaces arent. Besides, dollies are 'dumb' because you have to manually control which brings us back to square one of having a wingman. So yeah, thats where a smart dolly with a stick comes in to mount your camera on and it would follow you wherever you would go in a smart way as if you engage with your audience without having to think about it. You get the point, lots of stuff to think about and to tinker with. as a VA you should be heavily using AI for this one in order to pull it off. In the end we have should have: - A great concept / product - Landing page - MVP (This is essentially the product) - Documentation (Which is a business plan, financial forecast, market research - Illustrations (Blueprints, CAD, Pictures, Small videos) - Sources (This is for internal use, links to threads in AI, Google Drive, Trello) You can prompt in your AI environment or in mine. It should be engaging and relaxing at the same time. Just be inquisitive and let AI do the heavy lifting for you. I am willing to pay $15 per product for the full list. The 60$ for the job post equals 4 products. I am looking for somebody whom can handle 4 product developments at the same time. Interested? Send me a message.

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative UX/UI Designer to design a new service section for our international corporate services website.
This initial project consists of two key pages: 1. Trust Services Page — USD 500 A main landing page introducing and presenting our Trust Services offering. The page should be designed to clearly explain the service, establish credibility and trust, and guide prospective clients toward taking action. We are looking for a designer who can create an effective customer journey and present a complex professional service in a clear, modern, and conversion-focused way. Budget: USD 500 2. Country Page Template — USD 500 A comprehensive country/jurisdiction-specific Trust Services page that will serve as the master template for every jurisdiction in which we offer the service. Once the template is completed, our team will reuse the same design, components, and overall structure across multiple countries, adapting the content for each jurisdiction. The template therefore needs to be flexible enough to accommodate different regulatory frameworks, service details, requirements, timelines, FAQs, pricing information, and other country-specific information while maintaining a consistent user experience. Budget: USD 500 Total Initial Project Budget: USD 1,000 We are specifically looking for someone with a strong understanding of UX/UI, conversion optimization, information architecture, and modern web design. We do not simply want someone who can make a page look attractive. We want a designer who can think strategically about the customer journey, organize complex information effectively, establish trust and credibility, and guide visitors toward taking action. The ideal candidate will have experience designing websites or landing pages for financial services, fintech, legal services, SaaS, professional services, corporate services, or other high-trust/high-value industries. The designs should be created in Figma and include both desktop and mobile-responsive versions. The final design should use reusable components and be structured clearly for implementation by our development team. We will provide our existing website, branding, content, and information regarding the service. However, we expect the designer to contribute their own UX thinking, recommendations, and ideas, rather than simply reproducing the structure we provide. This is initially a two-page paid project with a total budget of USD 1,000, but we operate a large international website with numerous services and country pages. If we are impressed with the quality of the work, there is significant potential for ongoing UX/UI projects and a long-term working relationship.

We are building an AI design tool for marketers and we are running paid research calls before our beta.
This is a 30-minute video call and nothing else. No test, no task, nothing to prepare. We are only speaking to people based in Canada, the UK or Australia for this post. If you are based in the US, we have a separate post for you. WHO WE WANT TO TALK TO You make or commission marketing visuals as part of your job, most weeks. Job titles vary, so the test is what you produce, not what you are called. That includes: - E-commerce and DTC brand marketers making ad creative, product graphics, promos, email and landing page visuals - Creative strategists briefing and iterating paid social creative - Social media managers who build their own post graphics - B2B and LinkedIn marketers making visuals to go with what they write If you brief a designer rather than make things yourself, that counts too. WHAT WE WILL ASK ABOUT - The design and content work you produce week to week - What brand assets you start from, such as logos, product photos, brand guidelines, past creatives - The kind of prompts and briefs you would write - What you most often need to generate, and for which channels - Where AI already helps you and where it gets in your way PAYMENT $40 fixed price for the 30 minutes. The milestone is funded in escrow before you accept, and we release it the same day as the call. SCHEDULING These calls are happening next week only. When you apply, please send us the dates and times you are available next week, with your time zone. Please give us a few options so we can find one that works. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER Some people from these calls will be invited to a paid testing round. That is a longer piece of hands-on work at a potentially higher rate, booked as a separate contract. We are building an AI design tool for marketers and we are running paid research calls before our beta.
This is a 30-minute video call and nothing else. No test, no task, nothing to prepare. This post is for people based in India. This is a spoken conversation about your work, so you will need to be comfortable talking through your process in English on a video call. WHAT WE WILL ASK ABOUT - The design and content work you produce week to week - What brand assets you start from, such as logos, product photos, brand guidelines, past creatives - The kind of prompts and briefs you would write - What you most often need to generate, and for which channels - Where AI already helps you and where it gets in your way PAYMENT $15 fixed price for the 30 minutes. I need an experienced performance marketer to take full ownership of my Google Ads account with one clear objective: generate a steady flow of qualified leads that translate into online sales. The account already has historical data, but it has never been systematically structured or optimised for conversion.
Here is what success looks like for me: the campaign architecture is rebuilt around compelling search and display funnels, every ad group is aligned with high-intent keywords, tracking pixels and enhanced conversions fire flawlessly, and weekly reports show a consistent drop in cost-per-lead alongside an uptick in completed check-outs on my store. You will have the freedom to test bidding strategies, creatives, and landing-page variants, provided all changes are documented and backed by clear performance reasoning. GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio are already in place, so you can dive straight into data-driven optimisation rather than basic setup. Acceptance criteria • Campaigns live within seven days and passing Google’s policy checks • Conversion tracking verified in GA4 and Ads account (lead form submission & purchase events) • First performance report delivered after two full weeks of data, highlighting CPC, CPL, and ROAS, plus actionable next steps If you have a proven record of turning Google Ads spend into measurable lead volume and online revenue, I’m ready to get started. We need a senior Spanish-language Google Ads and SEO specialist for a 90-day pilot.
We own two existing Spanish-language lead-generation websites for premium ceiling fans and lighting. These are not ecommerce stores and do not need to be rebuilt. Our target audience: - Mexican-American buyers near the U.S.–Mexico border - Mexico-based designers, architects, builders, hospitality buyers, and project professionals sourcing premium U.S. products The goal: Generate qualified calls, WhatsApp conversations, and project inquiries that become quotes and U.S.-side sales. Scope: - Technical SEO and indexation review - Spanish keyword and search-intent research - Google Search Ads for high-intent terms - Native Spanish landing-page optimization - Call, WhatsApp, form, and lead-quality tracking - SEO/content plan based on real buyer questions - Weekly reporting focused on qualified conversations and revenue—not traffic alone Required: - Native or near-native professional Spanish - Google Ads Search experience - Technical SEO / Search Console / GA4 / GTM capability - Experience with B2B, trade, high-consideration products, or cross-border lead generation - Ability to track leads through qualification, quote, and sale - Willingness to work inside client-owned accounts Shortlisted candidates should be prepared to provide a brief preliminary assessment of likely visibility, indexing, and lead-tracking opportunities before selection. The selected specialist will begin the engagement with a technical review, visibility plan, and implementation priorities. In your proposal, please answer: 1. Show one relevant Spanish-language lead-generation example with business results, not traffic only. 2. Who will write/review the Spanish copy? 3. How would you track click → call/WhatsApp/form → qualified lead → quote → sale? 4. What would you review first in the first 14 days? 5. Start your response with: “Qualified conversations before vanity traffic.”

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate at the intersection of paid media, marketing technology, and lifecycle email — not just plan strategy, but execute it. You'll run Meta as a primary acquisition channel, build and maintain the technical backbone that makes attribution and testing possible, and manage a high-volume email program that carries meaningful revenue on its own.
We need someone equally comfortable in Ads Manager, in Klaviyo, and in the tracking/integration layer that connects them — someone who treats every campaign and every flow as a hypothesis to be tested, not a set-and-forget asset. What You'll Own Meta Ads & Paid Advertising Management Full ownership of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day management across prospecting, retargeting, and retention audiences Build and scale campaign structures (CBO/ABO, audience segmentation, creative rotation) that maintain efficiency as spend grows Manage creative briefing and iteration cycles in partnership with designers/copywriters, translating performance data into clear creative direction Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and contribution margin by channel and campaign; report on performance with clear, non-fluff insight rather than vanity metrics Explore and pilot adjacent paid channels (Google, TikTok, Pinterest) where they extend Meta's performance rather than compete with it Sales/Marketing Engineering Own the tracking and attribution stack: pixel implementation, server-side/CAPI events, UTM architecture, and conversion API integrations across ad platforms Build and maintain integrations between ad platforms, Klaviyo, Shopify (or equivalent), and analytics tools so data flows cleanly without manual reconciliation Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, deliverability issues, and data integrity problems before they distort decision-making Evaluate and implement martech tools (CDPs, testing platforms, landing page builders) that remove friction from the funnel A/B Testing & Experimentation Design and run a continuous testing program across ad creative, landing pages, offers, and email — with clear hypotheses, statistical rigor, and documented learnings Prioritize tests by expected impact and build a repeatable framework the rest of the team can use Turn test results into standard practice quickly; kill underperforming variants without sentimentality

I need you to craft a series of persuasive social-media ad posts aimed squarely at B2B decision-makers. The placements will run inside Meta Ads Manager for Facebook as well as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, so every word must feel native to those feeds while still driving qualified leads to my landing page.
Scope of work • Write scroll-stopping copy for each platform, adapting tone and character limits to Facebook and LinkedIn specs. • Suggest headline variants, hook sentences, and strong calls-to-action that encourage form fills, demo requests, or calendar bookings. • Provide simple creative directions (image cues or short motion ideas) so my design team can build matching visuals. • Supply at least two A/B variations per message to let me test performance. Acceptance criteria • Messaging speaks to B2B pain points and highlights clear value propositions. • Copy complies with both LinkedIn and Meta advertising policies. • Final deliverable is a neatly organised doc or spreadsheet ready for upload, with character counts noted. You’ll have access to existing buyer personas, product one-liners, and the landing page URL the ads will link to. Once copy is approved, I’ll handle the ad setup and reporting. Let’s create posts that convert browsers into solid B2B leads. Skills: Copywriting, Advertising, Content Writing, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, A/B Testing, B2B Marketing, Facebook Ads

I’m looking for an experienced web/landing page designer to help complete a cinematic landing page for an upcoming feature film project. The overall design direction and layout have already been drafted, so this is not a project where you’ll be starting from scratch. I’m looking for someone with strong visual taste who can work within the existing design while helping refine the content, hierarchy, messaging, typography, imagery, and overall presentation so the finished page feels polished, premium.
The process will be highly collaborative. We will have a live call and go through the landing page section by section, reviewing the existing content and making revisions together in real time. I will provide the creative direction, project information, references, images, and existing copy, while you bring your design expertise and help determine how the content should be presented most effectively. We’ll continue through each section until the complete landing page is refined and ready for final implementation. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working collaboratively, has excellent attention to detail, understands cinematic/entertainment design, and can translate creative direction into a strong visual experience.

UI/Figma Specialist Needed to Visually Harmonize Existing Mobile PWA Screens
Job description: We are looking for an experienced UI/Figma specialist to visually harmonize a set of existing mobile PWA screens for a digital concierge product called QR VIA. The screens are already designed in terms of content, functionality, information architecture and user flow. This assignment is not a redesign project. The goal is to make all screens look as if they were created by one professional designer using one consistent design system. The current screens are functional mockups and already contain the correct structure, content and logic. What still needs improvement is the visual consistency between the screens. The specialist will be asked to standardize elements such as: exact screen dimensions and layout proportions; spacing, margins and padding; typography and font hierarchy; card sizes and corner radii; shadows and borders; button and CTA styling; photo sizes and image treatment; header positioning; QR VIA logo positioning and sizing; language selector and menu button; bottom navigation; microphone / QR VIA help panel; icon sizes and alignment; consistent use of colors; visual alignment of dynamic information blocks. A very important requirement is that you do not change the existing UX, functionality, text hierarchy or screen structure unless specifically requested. We do not want the screens to be creatively redesigned. We want them to be professionally normalized and visually consistent. We will provide one detailed reference screen that contains most of the recurring UI components. This reference should be used as the primary visual benchmark for the remaining screens. We will also provide several different screen types, for example: dashboard / overview screen; photo-tile overview; device instruction screen; first-line troubleshooting screen; dynamic support / escalation screen; transport / route screen. The objective is to create a coherent reusable design system that can later be applied to the full screen library. For the first step, we would preferably start with a small paid test assignment of approximately 3 screens. The test screens will include: one detailed reference screen; one overview screen with multiple photo cards; one facility/dashboard screen. If the result is good, the assignment can be extended to the full set of QR VIA screens. Deliverables: professionally harmonized Figma screens; reusable components where appropriate; consistent spacing and typography system; clearly defined color styles; consistent buttons, cards, navigation and UI states; editable Figma source files; no changes to the approved screen logic without prior approval. Important: The intellectual property and final design files must be transferred to us upon payment. Confidentiality is important. We may ask the selected freelancer to sign an NDA before receiving the complete screen library. When applying, please send: examples of mobile UI or PWA interfaces you have standardized or refined; examples showing strong design-system consistency; your estimated time for a 3-screen paid test; your fixed price or hourly rate; confirmation that you are comfortable working from existing screens rather than redesigning them. We are especially interested in someone who is precise, disciplined and detail-oriented, rather than someone who wants to reinvent the interface. A successful result should make the screens look visually identical in design language, while preserving the existing content and functionality.

Brand Identity + UX/UI Designer - Premium compression socks brand (AI-native workflow)

|
We are a European compression socks brand. We need a Brand Identity and UX/UI Designer (not a developer) to refresh our brand direction and deliver a complete design package a dev team can implement.
How we work: please read this part first We want you to use AI. A lot. This is not a "we tolerate it" statement. We believe AI can produce visual directions a human alone would not propose, and we want to see them. We want options: several real concepts, not one safe direction defended for weeks. We will probably mix, cut and combine across them. What we are looking for is the following combination: someone fast enough to generate a lot, and good enough to know which 10% is actually usable. Anyone can produce 50 images. Very few can look at them and say "these 3 work, these 47 are generic, and here is why." We want short loops. First directions in days, not weeks. What we need Must have: 1 - Brand identity refresh: visual and art direction, brand system (colors, typography, icon style, UI components, visual rules). Modern, premium, with personality. We also want the color palette and logo variations delivered in print-ready versions (CMYK and Pantone references, white and single-color logo versions), so the identity can be used on packaging later. 2 - UX/UI for the e-commerce site. Our product pages are landing-page style: long-form, structured, persuasive. Not basic product pages. Pages: Home, Collections, Product page template (landing page sections + bundles), Reviews / social proof, FAQ, About, Cart and key checkout direction. 3 - A gamified multi-pair selection experience. This is core to the project, not a nice-to-have. Picking several pairs should feel like a game, with discounts unlocking as the basket grows. We want someone who can prototype and test this quickly with AI, not just describe it in a slide. If this part does not excite you, this is not the right job for you. Bonus: tell us if you can do it yourself, or who you would bring in: AI-generated testimonial images and videos, in several European languages, plus a point of view on where they should live on the site. The four design problems we actually care about These are what we will judge you on. Everything else is execution. A. Color inside a black and white brand. We sell colorful patterned socks. We want a site that reads as premium mostly black and white while the products are loud. How do you make color a deliberate accent instead of a mess? This tension is the heart of the brand. B. One page, several audiences. Our traffic comes from very different ads. A visitor who clicked a pregnancy ad wants to read something different from a visitor who clicked a sport recovery ad, or one who stands at work all day. We want the page to speak to the visitor who actually arrived, and let them discover the other use cases easily moving from one to another with no effort and no page-reload feeling. This is one of the most interesting problems of the project, and we are genuinely open on how to solve it. C. Three axes, one brand. Our site has three independent dimensions: Gender: men and women Product universes: Sport, Classic, Fancy/Pattern Customer segments: pregnancy, health conditions, standing workers, sitting workers, sport, travel, general. These are independent. A pregnant customer can buy Fancy, a male runner can buy Classic. Designing every combination is not realistic. We need a system that handles all three axes and still feels like one brand. Gender is the one that affects main navigation, so tell us how you would structure it: two separate entry points, one shared site with filtering, or something else. And how far the visual tone should shift between men and women without breaking the brand. D. Turning screenshots into premium social proof. We have a large volume of very positive reviews, saved as screenshots of Facebook comments, sorted by theme. They are our strongest asset and they currently look cheap. We want your proposal for structure, visual presentation and placement across the site. Where AI will not save you Be realistic before applying. These parts are craft, and we will check them: - A clean, usable design system delivered in Figma (components, variants, typography scale, spacing rules). Explore with whatever tools you like. Images, prompts, code prototypes, but the final handover has to be structured enough for a dev team to build from. This is where most AI-heavy work falls apart. - A reusable library of product page sections a dev team can actually build from - Consistency across 7+ templates, desktop and mobile - A system that survives 7 customer segments without collapsing into chaos Deliverables - Figma files with a clean design system (components, variants, typography scale, spacing rules), transferred to our Figma account with full edit rights - Final UI mockups for all pages listed, desktop and mobile - A structured library of reusable product page sections - Handover notes for the dev team Selection process Step 1: application below Step 2: shortlisted candidates get a paid 48h mini-test, 200 USD on delivery Step 3: full project, milestone based The paid mini-test, so you know what you are getting into: One mobile screen: product page hero plus the first section below it. Premium black and white brand base, one colorful patterned sock as the product. You will have to show how a visitor moves between our 7 use-case profiles: pregnancy, health conditions, standing at work, sitting at work, sport, travel, general. All 7 have to be reachable and visible as options, on a phone screen, without wrecking the premium feel. That tension is the point of the exercise. Ignore gender for this test, we only want to see the profile mechanism. One deliverable, 48 hours, no revision round. You will be allowed to use whatever tools you want. 200 USD paid on delivery whatever the outcome. To apply (required) 1 - Portfolio links. Tell us your exact role on each project (brand / UI / other). Recent personal or AI-assisted work is welcome say so, we will not hold it against you. 2 - Your price. Fixed price with milestone breakdown, plus three specific numbers: - your price for one brand/UI direction - your price per additional direction - how many directions you would recommend, and the package price for that 3 - Your timeline, including the date you could deliver first directions. 4 - Bonus: A 2-minute Loom. No script, no editing. Two things: - walk us through one project you did and the decisions behind it - show us something real on screen from one of these four: color in a premium brand, multi-audience pages, a design system across several dimensions, or gamified selection. Pick where you are strongest. This is optional, but it moves you to the top of our list Filter questions (we read these first) Q1. Our traffic comes from ads targeting very different audiences. A visitor clicks a pregnancy ad, another clicks a sport recovery ad. How would you handle their landing experience so each feels the page was written for them, while still discovering the other use cases easily? Tell us how you would structure it, which parts stay fixed and which adapt, how the visitor moves between use cases, and what you would build it with. Q2. Our site has three dimensions: gender (men, women), product universes (Sport, Classic, Fancy/Pattern), and 7 customer segments (pregnancy, health conditions, standing workers, sitting workers, sport, travel, general). Designing every combination is not realistic. Which dimension would you make structural in the navigation, which deserves a real visual universe, and which can stay a light variation? A few lines is enough. Applications without a portfolio or without answers to the filter questions will not get a reply. Thank you

I am looking for an experienced Wix web designer to design and build the website for my established acupuncture practice and newly expanded healing arts space.
I already have a paid Wix account and would like the website built within my existing Wix platform. I originally planned to build the site myself but found Wix more time-consuming and difficult to work with than anticipated. I have a clear vision for the business, branding, and overall feeling of the website, but need someone who can translate that into a polished, intuitive site. About the Business: This is an established acupuncture practice that has recently expanded into a larger physical space. Acupuncture and clinical care are the foundation of the business, with additional offerings including Chinese herbal medicine, infrared sauna, red light therapy, massage, education/classes, and a small curated collection of gifts and healing goods. The larger vision is to create a cohesive space for healing arts rather than a collection of unrelated services. This distinction is important to me and should come through in the website. Website Scope: * Home * Acupuncture / Clinical Care / Herbal Medicine * Infrared Sauna * Red Light Therapy * Classes / Events / Education * Gifts & Healing Goods * About the Practitioner * Contact / Location / Hours * Clear booking pathways or integration with an outside booking system * Newsletter archive and signup I am open to recommendations about the exact navigation and page structure. I would particularly value a designer who can help organize the information so the site remains simple and easy to navigate despite the range of offerings. Design Direction: The business has an established logo, color palette, storefront design, and visual identity that I can provide. The physical space is warm, natural, understated, and somewhat historic in character. I would like the website to feel sophisticated but approachable—organic, spacious, calm, and visually interesting without feeling overly designed. I specifically want to avoid a generic spa or “wellness” website aesthetic. The practice is rooted in acupuncture, Chinese medicine, healing arts, nature, education, and many years of clinical experience. The physical space itself is also an important part of the business, so photography of the building, treatment spaces, store, and overall environment will eventually be an important part of the site. Long-Term Structure The business is designed to grow over time. While acupuncture and clinical care will remain central, additional classes, seasonal programming, retail collections, products, and other healing-arts offerings may be added. I would like the website designed with this growth in mind so that new offerings can be added naturally without needing to redesign the entire site. The website will also be an important part of our local visibility and marketing. I am not looking for a site that depends on social media integration. Instead, priorities include strong mobile design, basic local SEO, clear information for people who discover the business through search, referrals or the physical storefront, newsletter integration, and an easy way for me to update events and seasonal content. What I’m Looking for in a Designer: I am looking for someone with strong visual judgment as well as excellent Wix skills. I would prefer someone who can take an established brand direction and thoughtfully interpret it rather than simply placing the content into a standard Wix template. The finished site should also be manageable for me after launch. I would like to be able to make basic changes to text, photographs, events, hours, and seasonal content without needing a designer each time. Please include in your proposal: * Your estimated timeline for a project of this small scope * Whether you prefer fixed-price or hourly projects * What materials/content you would need from me before beginning * Whether mobile optimization is included * Whether basic SEO/local SEO setup is included * Your experience integrating Wix with outside booking systems * Whether you provide a handoff or brief tutorial so I can make basic updates myself afterward Experience with healthcare, acupuncture, complementary medicine, hospitality, retail, or other visually driven service businesses is welcome but not required. Strong design work and an ability to understand the character of the business are more important to me than experience in a particular industry.

Full-Time Google Ads Media Buying Expert — B2B Lead Generation for a Global Company
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Google Ads Media Buying Expert to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support a global company operating across multiple websites, markets and languages. The role will involve managing and improving advertising performance across a complex, multi-site and multi-language environment. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, media buying, budget allocation, optimisation and measurement — not simply producing reports or following automated recommendations. Our objective is to generate high-quality business enquiries and quotation opportunities at a commercially sensible acquisition cost across multiple markets. More clicks or reported conversions alone are not enough. The primary focus of this role is Google Ads. Experience with OpenAI Ads and LinkedIn Ads is also required. The role does not include managing Meta advertising, organic social media, email campaigns or SEO. This is a full-time role and requires someone who can take ownership of ongoing account management, international campaign coordination, testing, reporting and optimisation. Our business operates through multiple websites and serves customers in multiple languages. We sell to: - Office-furniture dealers - Workplace fit-out companies - Designers - Architects - Commercial property and workplace professionals - Other professional buyers Our sales process is enquiry- and quotation-led rather than primarily based on immediate online purchases. You must be comfortable managing advertising for higher-value products where an enquiry may progress through several stages before becoming an order. You will work closely with our internal team to understand lead quality and commercial outcomes, rather than relying exclusively on advertising-platform metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES Google Ads account audit and strategy - Review the existing account structure, historical performance, campaign changes, targeting, keywords, search terms, bidding strategies, budgets and conversion setup. - Review performance across multiple websites, markets and languages. - Identify wasted expenditure, missed opportunities and measurement problems. - Produce a prioritised action plan explaining what to retain, pause, reduce, fix, test or scale. - Support recommendations with clear evidence. - Distinguish between advertising performance issues, tracking discrepancies and problems that occur after an enquiry reaches the sales team. - Develop a consistent but locally relevant approach to international campaign management. Hands-on campaign management - Take ownership of campaign setup, day-to-day management and ongoing optimisation. - Conduct keyword research based on commercial intent across different markets and languages. - Manage match types and negative keywords. - Review search terms regularly. - Refine geographical targeting. - Improve ad copy and assets. - Separate brand and non-brand performance. - Keep Search campaigns central to the strategy. - Recommend other Google Ads campaign types only where there is a clear commercial rationale. - Apply sound campaign-management principles across OpenAI Ads and LinkedIn Ads where relevant. - Ensure campaigns are adapted appropriately for different languages, countries, audiences and buying behaviours. Budget allocation and bidding - Manage budgets carefully across multiple websites, markets and campaigns. - Monitor expenditure and allocate investment according to performance, lead quality and business priorities. - Recommend bidding approaches suited to the available conversion data and our sales cycle. - Run controlled tests based on clear hypotheses. - Avoid making multiple major changes without a structured testing rationale. - Recommend increased spend only where there is evidence of a genuine opportunity. - Obtain agreement before implementing material budget increases or major account restructuring. - Provide recommendations on budget allocation between countries, languages, websites and campaign types. Conversion tracking and attribution Audit and validate the measurement setup across: - Google Ads - OpenAI Ads - LinkedIn Ads - Google Analytics 4 - Google Tag Manager - Multiple websites - Website enquiry forms - Telephone enquiries - CRM data You should be able to: - Investigate missing conversions. - Identify duplicate conversion events. - Distinguish genuine enquiries from lower-value website interactions. - Investigate discrepancies between platforms. - Work with our website and CRM teams to connect advertising activity with qualified enquiries, quotations and eventual orders. - Advise on offline conversion measurement. - Explain how CRM feedback can improve campaign optimisation and lead-quality assessment. - Assess attribution across Google Ads, OpenAI Ads and LinkedIn Ads. - Understand the challenges of tracking users and enquiries across different websites, countries and languages. Our CRM is Zoho, so relevant Zoho integration experience would be valuable. Reporting and accountability Provide clear reporting on: - Advertising spend - Genuine enquiries - Qualified leads - Cost per qualified lead - Attributable quotation opportunities - Campaign and keyword performance - Relevant downstream sales outcomes - Performance by advertising platform - Performance by website, country, market and language Where reliable data is available, connect campaign performance to commercial results. Clearly flag attribution limitations rather than presenting uncertain figures as fact. Maintain a change log explaining: - What changed - Why it changed - What happened afterwards - What you recommend next EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We are looking for someone with: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience. - Proven experience personally managing and improving Google Ads accounts. - Experience working with global, multi-site or multi-language advertising campaigns. - Experience managing or working with OpenAI Ads and LinkedIn Ads. - Practical understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, optimisation and reporting across these platforms. - Strong B2B lead-generation experience. - Experience with higher-value products, quotation-led sales or longer buying journeys. - Practical Google Ads conversion-tracking experience. - Strong Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager skills. - Experience troubleshooting tracking and attribution issues. - Experience managing campaigns across different countries, languages and regional markets. - Commercial judgement and analytical ability. - A focus on lead quality, efficient expenditure and meaningful business outcomes. - Clear communication and a willingness to challenge assumptions. - The ability to explain decisions and work effectively with an international internal team. - The ability to work full-time and take ownership of ongoing campaign performance. Performance targets will be agreed after reviewing the account and establishing a reliable baseline.
