Looking for someone to help with the creative side of Meta ads. You will do research in our niche (Wall Art), and come with new concepts for us to test. including different angles etc. Experience in paid social advertising is essential.
I have a logo that someone else started. I love the design but the colors aren't what I asked for. I have the files and I need a quick adjustment. Shouldn't take more than a short time to do and then discuss to finalize.

I'm looking for a designer to create a set of rotating banner slides for my LinkedIn profile cover photo, similar to an animated carousel effect. I've seen this style on another professional's profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/louisemahler/ where the cover photo area cycles through 4-5 different slides automatically, each featuring a different photo paired with a bold headline and short tagline
Scope of work:
Design 4-5 banner slides sized correctly for LinkedIn's cover photo dimensions (1584 x 396 px)
Each slide should combine one of my provided photos with a headline and short supporting tagline, using clean, professional typography
Maintain consistent branding (colors, fonts, logo placement) across all slides
Export final slides as an animated GIF (or provide guidance on how to implement/upload a rotating banner, since LinkedIn only natively supports a single static cover image)
Provide source files (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Figma) so I can make future edits myself
What I'll provide:
A variety of photos to use
Branding assets
Key headlines/taglines and brand colors/fonts (or open to your creative suggestions)
Ideal skills: Graphic design, Canva/Photoshop/Figma, social media branding, animated GIF creation.
Please let me know your rate/timeline for this project and we can discuss.

I’m looking for a production-focused designer to resize a new set of approved CompassMSP digital ads across Demandbase and LinkedIn formats.
The campaign includes four industries:
01 Legal
02 Healthcare
03 Finance
04 Manufacturing
Each industry includes a three-ad sequence:
A. Cybersecurity
B. Managed IT and regulatory expertise
C. Managed IT
This creates 12 total ad groups.
This is a short-term production and adaptation project. I do not need new concepts, copywriting, or alternate creative directions.
I will provide an approved 300x250 hero ad as a clean, layered PSD for each ad group. Each PSD will include the approved concept, copy, imagery, typography, colors, brand assets, and layout direction.
Your role is to adapt each approved hero into the remaining required sizes while maintaining readability, visual quality, and CompassMSP brand consistency.
The designer may adjust:
Layout
Image cropping
Spacing
Typography hierarchy
Element placement
Copy scale
CTA placement
The approved concept, copy, imagery, and brand direction must remain intact.
Do not recreate the ads from scratch unless specifically requested.
What I Will Provide:
Twelve approved 300x250 hero ads
Layered PSD source files
Final approved copy
CompassMSP brand assets
Fonts and linked imagery
Visual references
Required sizes by channel
Short-format headline copy for smaller placements
Each completed ad group must include:
One clean, layered PSD containing clearly named artboards for all required sizes
Editable text, imagery, brand elements, and layout components
Clearly organized layers, folders, and artboards
Any relevant production notes
Final files must be delivered as layered PSDs with artboards for the entire ad set. Flattened-only source files will not be accepted.
Rolling Delivery:
Deliver each ad group as soon as it is completed.
Do not wait until all 12 ad groups are finished before sending files.
Each rolling delivery should include:
- The corresponding layered PSD with clearly named artboards
- Any relevant production notes
Please confirm that you can support a rolling production schedule with an approximately 24–36-hour turnaround per ad group after receiving the approved source file and assets.
Copy Adaptation Rules:
Standard formats use the approved headline and one-sentence subline.
Smaller formats use the approved headline only.
Do not add, rewrite, or expand the messaging.
Do not add CTA language unless it appears in the approved source file.
Check all copy carefully before delivery.
Paid ads cannot ship with typos.
Design Expectations:
The campaign uses a bold, editorial, high-contrast visual system.
The resized ads should feel intentionally composed for each placement. Do not simply scale the 300x250 artwork proportionally.
Layouts, image crops, typography, and spacing should be adapted to preserve readability and visual impact across each format.
Timeline:
This is a short-term project with rolling delivery.
The preferred workflow is one completed ad group every 24–36 hours after the necessary source files and assets are provided.
Please flag any capacity or scheduling concerns before accepting the project.
Budget:
Fixed-price budget: $1,080
The budget is based on approximately 24 hours of production work at $45 per hour.
Any work expected to exceed the approved scope or budget must be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Please apply with examples of digital display ads, banner resizing, paid media adaptation, or Photoshop artboard production.

We’re looking for a skilled graphic designer to help us finalize a set of banners for our exhibition stand at Zukunft Personal Europe.
We’ve already created a rough mockup and need someone to turn it into clean, professional, and visually engaging final designs. And prepare them for print-ready delivery, following the organizer’s specifications.
What you’ll do:
• Refine and elevate our banner mockups into high-quality designs
• Ensure the layout is clear and aligned with HelloCircle branding
• Prepare final print-ready files based on specific technical specs (we’ll provide these)
• Collaborate in a quick feedback loop, with at least one round of feedback and revisions before final delivery
Timeline:
• Work start and briefing on July 31st
• First draft should be ready by end of August 5th to allow time for feedback and revisions
• Final print files must be delivered by the end of August 6th
What we’re looking for:
• Experience with exhibition/event booth graphics
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and independently with clear input
To apply:
Please share 2–3 examples of relevant exhibition/event design work you’ve done. Let us know your availability next week (tight deadline) and whether you’ve worked on print production before.
We're a small cosmetics and gift store called "Орхідея" (Orchid). We're renovating our storefront and need a new facade banner to go with it.
THE JOB
One outdoor facade banner, final size 6700 x 2200 mm - a very wide 3:1 format. It has to be legible from 10-20 meters: strong contrast, large type, no fine detail.
TEXT ON THE BANNER
Ukrainian - please copy exactly from here, do not retype from the reference images.
МАГАЗИН - small, wide letter-spacing, above the name
ОРХІДЕЯ - main name, large
Category list, set on two lines:
КОСМЕТИКА · БІЖУТЕРІЯ · ПАРФУМЕРІЯ · КАНЦТОВАРИ · СУВЕНІРИ
ШКІРГАЛАНТЕРЕЯ · ПАРАСОЛЬКИ · ДИТЯЧІ ІГРАШКИ · ПОБУТОВА ХІМІЯ · ПОДАРУНКИ
Nothing else goes on the banner - no phone number, no social handles, no QR code. You may rebalance which categories sit on which line, but all ten must be legible from 10-20 meters.
DIRECTION
Dark charcoal background, warm gold/copper lettering, and a single orchid as the graphic accent on the left. Elegant and calm - not loud, not discount-looking.
The typeface must support full Ukrainian Cyrillic (і, ї, є, ґ), not just Russian Cyrillic. Please confirm this before quoting.
REFERENCES (attached)
I'm attaching AI-generated concepts for mood and direction only. Two things to know about them:
- They show a sign with dimensional, illuminated letters. Mine is a flat printed banner, so please don't fake 3D depth or bevels - flat gold reads better at distance.
- The Ukrainian text in them is garbled and misspelled. Use only the copy above.
Please don't trace the references. I'm looking for your own original interpretation.
I'm also attaching a photo of our current banner. It's the opposite of what I want: pale background, low-contrast lettering, and the category list set too small across three lines. Treat it as a "what not to do" reference.
PRINT SPECIFICATIONS
This file goes to a large-format printing company and must be production-ready:
- Vector source: AI / EPS / PDF, built at 1:10 scale (670 x 220 mm)
- CMYK, fonts outlined, images embedded at min. 300 dpi at 1:10 scale
- 50 mm bleed (5 mm in the scaled file)
- Safe zone: keep all important elements at least 150 mm from the trim edge - the banner will be hemmed with grommets every 50 cm
- Deep black as C50 M40 Y40 K100. This is a large solid dark fill, so please build it to print evenly
- Gold must be a printable CMYK tone, not a metallic effect sampled from the reference
- Minimum small-text height 100 mm; main name height 400-600 mm
Material will be 510 g/m² frontlit PVC with UV-resistant outdoor inks.
DELIVERABLES
- Layered print-ready vector source file
- Flattened print PDF
- An RGB version for social media
RIGHTS
Full commercial usage, work-for-hire. Please note this in your quote - see the screening questions.
REVISIONS
One round of revisions is included after the first concept.
PAYMENT
Fixed price, released in two milestones: concept approval, then the final print-ready file.
TIMELINE - please apply only if you can commit to these dates
Hire: Aug 1
First concept: Aug 4
Revisions: Aug 5-6
Final print-ready file: Aug 8
The printing company slot is booked for Aug 10 and cannot move. I will respond to your drafts the same day.
Client's questions:
Can you deliver the first concept by August 4 and the final print-ready file by August 8? Please confirm explicitly - I cannot move this deadline.
Have you prepared files for large-format printing before? Please link 1-2 examples and tell me what specs the print shop required.
Does your typeface support full Ukrainian Cyrillic (і, ї, є, ґ)?
Will the design be created by you from scratch, or does your workflow involve AI tools at any stage? Please briefly describe your actual process.
Does your price include full commercial usage rights, work-for-hire, plus the layered vector source file? Also confirm whether any graphic elements are stock - if so, tell me which license applies.

ENGINEERED PRINT DESIGN FOR A FOOTBALL JERSEY — TWO COLORWAYS
About us
Holy Jersey is a small independent streetwear label. We make manga-influenced football shirts. Drop 001 is our first release and this print is the entire product, which is why we are hiring a print designer rather than a general apparel freelancer.
We are new and we are honest about that. What we can offer is a clear brief, fast decisions, prompt payment, full creative credit, and genuinely interesting work. We are not going to waste your time with vague feedback or moving goalposts.
What we need
Two engineered prints for an all-over-print sublimation football jersey. One per colorway.
The direction is a flowing, directional texture derived from feather and blade forms. It follows the body lines of the garment. It is tonal and low contrast. From three metres the jersey should read as a dark, restrained, premium football shirt. In the hand it should be dense with detail: individual strand structure, small iconography woven into the texture, and a single hairline of gold carrying text small enough that people lean in.
Colorway one, Onyx: charcoal on deep black, tight and dense, with sparse crimson strands worked into the same flow.
Colorway two, Blood: deep saturated red ground, larger scale, more open, black strands. Same design language, rebuilt for the lighter ground.
The most important thing on this brief
The second colorway is not a recolor. It needs its own pattern.
A tonal texture that reads correctly on black will either disappear into a red mid tone or, if the contrast is raised to compensate, go muddy and busy. Red and black carry tonal information completely differently. The Blood pattern needs its own scale, density, and contrast balance, while keeping the same flow logic and the same design language.
Placed side by side, the two should read as siblings from one collection designed by one person. If they read as one file with the hue shifted, we have not got there yet.
We are stating this up front because it is the part most likely to be underestimated, and we would rather price it in from the start than discover it at delivery.
What is not being asked for
This is not a seamless repeat. There should be no visible tile anywhere on the garment.
There is no large central graphic. No hero shape, no chest text, no back number. The design tells its story entirely in details under 15mm.
What we supply
A full written brief
A visual concept board showing the intended logic
Our original icon set and brand marks as vectors
The manufacturer print template and full spec
What you deliver
Both patterns as standalone reusable assets at full resolution
Layered source files, AI or PSD, with meaningful layer names
Named colour swatches
Print separations, bleed, and panel setup are handled separately on our side, so you do not need to touch production files unless you want that scope included. We are happy either way. If you do want it, quote it separately.
Rights
Full commercial rights transfer on final payment, including the right to modify and extend the pattern for future drops. We are buying a design system we will build on, not a single garment, and we will pay accordingly.
One hard requirement
All artwork must be original. No licensed, traced, or third-party derived marks of any kind. Our brand marks are ours and everything else must be built new. We will ask you to confirm this in writing. This is not negotiable and it is the reason we are doing the project this way at all.
Who this is right for
Textile, surface, or print designers with real tonal control. People who have made engineered prints for apparel, activewear, or sportswear. People who enjoy fine detail and are not bored by low contrast work.
If you have made a flowing, non repeating, tonal print that follows a garment's body lines, you are exactly who we are looking for.
Who this is probably not right for
Designers whose portfolio is mainly placed graphics, logo layout, or template based jersey mockups. That is a different and valuable skill, but it is not this job.
How we work
Three stages. We review the pattern direction first, as a flat swatch on both grounds, before anything is applied to a garment. That protects your time as much as ours. Then full layout, then refinement. Two rounds of revision included.
We respond quickly and we give specific feedback. We will tell you what is wrong and why rather than saying we do not like it.
When you apply, please include
One example of a directional, non repeating tonal print you have made where the flow follows the garment's body lines. If you have not made one, tell us what is closest and how you would approach it.
Your view on how the second colorway should be handled.
Your availability and a rough quote for pattern artwork only.
We read every application properly. A short, specific reply will beat a long generic one every time. This jersey should be inspired by asta from black clover
